McDonald's in Leipzig

The seating is dirty. The tables are only sprayed with a spray bottle and wiped down. The food is cold, probably normal, but the coffee is undrinkable as it would be too high even lukewarm. After receiving information about this, the staff showed very little interest. The staff is not good for the customers, probably not all of them, but the ones I contacted.

Unfreundlich, das essen wie hingeschrieben, keine Tasse für Kaffee und kakao sondern im becher. Nie wieder hier essen. Und Personalmangel. Eine Person bereitet alles alleine zu. Wir haben ca.20 Minuten auf unser essen gewartet.

I think I'm losing faith because you have to wait what feels like 100 years for your food, then the order is (supposedly) forgotten and then I feel stupid that it deserves 0 stars. McDonald's definitely has one less customer now

Today we spontaneously went to McDonald's and took our food with us. At home I noticed that two drinks were missing. It can't be that you have to constantly check your order... What do they do with the delivery service... It's not the first time something has been forgotten.

One of the worst branches ever. So far, I've been going to McDonald's once every six months. But due to poor service this will probably no longer be the case

Quick preparation But let's practice counting the burgers again. Two were missing again. Only two stars deducted because I should have checked it as it seems to be a typical McD problem. Maybe in the future you should only order for on-site consumption and trd. take along. This gives you time to count and McD might also learn something because they have to pay the higher VAT for the same sales.

When you order at 8 p.m. and wait almost 2 hours, only for the order to be canceled without comment. You reject the order straight away, but you DON'T make people WAIT 2 HOURS. Rarely have I seen something so brazen. From now on we will order from delivery services that actually deliver. Luckily, Burger King is still open.

I haven't experienced something like this in a long time. Tables dirty, some chairs and benches as well and the cart overflowing from returning dishes. In addition, the FischMac was carelessly thrown together. I won't be back there any time soon...

I went to McDonald's today and bought some nuggets, there was hair on them either from the employees or from the chicken, it was just disgusting

Today we spontaneously went to Mc Donalds after a very long time. I picked something up at the terminal, but unfortunately no shakes and other things I would have liked couldn't be ordered. So it became a Wrap César (with chicken) and an Iced Latte Caramel. When I picked it up, I discovered that there was neither a spoon nor a straw in the drink. When I asked if I could still get a straw, the young lady at the checkout told me that it was not intended for this drink. With that she was done. The problem was that the drink tasted rather bitter at the top and when it reached the bottom, where the caramel syrup had settled, everything was sugary sweet. The wrap wasn't particularly attractive but it was tasty. Really a shame. I won't be visiting McDonald's again.

Unfortunately I “forgot” to bring the burger again. I'm very disappointed and don't understand how anyone can forget a burger. All other side dishes were in the bag. I'm assuming it's intentional! Really bad of you. And don't come with "you should have checked...or something similar." No, you could have simply packed up all the products you bought and paid for (!!!!). Reading should be possible and is a basis for attitude, right???

With the staff being so unfriendly towards children, it's actually not even worth 1 star. My son just asked if he could have another toy on the menu.

I often visit McDonalds in PC and what I regularly see only in this particular MacDonalds is staff often don't provide straw for drinks and milkshakes. Even more when I politely asked the woman on collecting table for giving me missing straw, she rudely answered that straw was included in provided order and refused me. I got only the straw after another girl determined I didn't have it. Love mac's food and desserts, but definitely must work on service quality.

Worst McDonald's in a long time.. Staff unfriendly.. You look in vain for a clean table, when ordering at the terminal there is the option "Select a toy", when you pick it up at the counter you have to point this out first.. and there was the worst Big Tasty Bacon ever... I ordered takeaway food and just wanted to wash my hands in the disabled toilet. The employee said yes. Go in that direction and the manager appears to be quite unfriendly and I didn't know what was going on. Tells me to go to the toilets on the other side. Had a Big Mac menu yesterday. The sauces tasted fermented, worse than vinegar, so inedible. I showed it to the lady at the counter. Answer: "It has to be that way, is the new combination of sauces." Was allowed to go again. Now I can't get off the toilet anymore. It has to be that way, because eating is always OK.🙈🤦

Hello.. We are very disappointed. Ordered from Mc Donald's today for €85. We took a quick look to see if everything was there. When we got home we saw that 1 Big Mac, 1 Royal TS Hamburger and 1 Double Cheeseburger were missing... I think it's the last one There was a time when we ordered something there. Kind regards

When asked to give a straw to two drinks, the girl very rudely refused. And this isn't the first time. There are never any problems in this regard in the other restaurants in the chain!

Last night my daughter and I were out and ordered a children's box. After bringing the tray to the table, I noticed there was no juice on it. I went to the checkout area where the orders were being handed out. The employee didn't understand what I wanted and another colleague came over and started yelling at me that they didn't put the juice in the box but on the tray. The first employee, who didn't understand, gave me a juice that my child doesn't like to drink. In order not to spoil the evening with my child, I said nothing. There is always stress in such places, but you always have to remain human and keep yourself under control.

Online order: Today we ordered for the kids from McDonald's in the Paunsdorf Center Leipzig. Delivery was a little later than agreed but that wasn't so bad. However, little things were missing when ordering, which can sometimes happen. It's Saturday evening and we most likely weren't the only ones who ordered. After a short phone call to the branch, the forgotten items were delivered and a small compensation was included 😁. It didn't have to be that way, but we were even happier about it. They ripped me off. I ordered 20 nuggets and medium fries. I got a note that said 206 on it, but the note said something completely different than what I had ordered. I noticed it too late and didn't get my food back

Two out of five order machines broken. Long queues at machines, checkouts and issuing points. The highlight (unfortunately not the first time): we ordered takeaway worth around €33... when we got home, unpacked and distributed... and a burger was missing. Unfortunately not the first time. You might think it’s “mesh”.

Schönes und sauberes Restaurant

Als wir heute Vormittag da waren war es so gut wie leer, also konnten wir in aller Ruhe die Bestellung abgeben über das Best.Terminal was für ungeübte etwas Zeit braucht, nach kurzer Zeit war die Bestellung frisch zubereitet und wurde von uns abgeholt. Alles sah auf den ersten Blick sauber und ordentlich aus,wobei bei genaueren hinschauen schon Defizite in punkto Sauberkeit zu erkennen waren, wie auch volle Rückgabe Behälter ,das Essen war frisch und heiß, störend war nur das aller 5 Minuten jemand vorne durch die Tür kam aus Richtung Haltestelle und es dadurch kalt war,so das ich die Jacke wieder anziehen mußte.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich obwohl mann nix dafür kann.Ich hab mal dort gegessen ich hab nur nach einem Strohhalm gefragt und wurde direkt angemekert ich hatte einen Cheeseburger gegessen und der hat garnicht geschmeckt hatte am nächsten dag Durchfall danke für das tolle(schlechte) Essen bei euch

Es konnte nur am Terminal bestellt werden was gar nicht so schlecht ist. Dennoch war eine Warteschlange zur Abholung- ging aber relativ schnell, da viel Personal. Draußen die Tische waren zwar frei aber teilweise sehr verschmutzt mit Essensresten.

Das Team gibt sich echt Mühe. Leider werden Fragen zur Verwendung der Terminals zu Essen bestellen lustlos beantwortet. Wir sollen die App nutzen aber die Umsetzung... Aber wir kommen wieder und ich werde aber nicht locker lassen wenn die Technik nicht funktioniert.

Einer der schmutzigsten MC Donalds die ich gesehen habe! Tische und Sitzflächen schmutzig, Rückenlehnen verklebt und obendrauf eine dicke Staubschicht! Einfach eklig. Und es sollte mal eine Schulung geben, wo die verschiedenen Kaffezubereitungen gelernt werden. Es gab auch nur eine freundliche Bedienung.

Personal morgens um 8.30 wie in den USA. Unfreundlich und langweilig gucken. Ich war hier nur, weil der Bäcker im Paunsdorf Center erst um 10 Uhr Brötchen hat. Interessant ist, dass man Café für den Verzehr im Restaurant bestellt und auf der Tafel auch ein Glas zu sehen ist, aber trotzdem der Pappbecher kommt. Dafür ohne Deckel. Greenwashing bei McD

Total verdreckt. Tische und Stühle/Bänke kleben und sind dreckig. Erst auf bitten wird halbherzig einmal darüber gewischt, was aber nicht viel gebracht hat.

Voll, lange warten, Burger werden immer kleiner Das Ganze hat nichts mehr mit Fastfood zu tun. Leider sind auch die Mitarbeiter meist nur noch pampig und genervt, ist zwar bei dem Job nachvollziehbar aber unprofessionell......Das MCD vor 20 Jahren war noch richtiges Fastfood mit freundlichen lächelnden Mitarbeitern. Heut können leider die meisten Angestellten noch nicht einmal das Angebote aussprechen oder auch nur verstehen......schade.....

Selten so schlecht gegessen. Lieblos zubereitete Burger, die nach jedem Bissen mehr zerfielen. Die Pommes waren halb kalt und 2 Portionen fehlten. Auf Nachfrage gab es die zwar noch, aber ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Wir gehen nicht oft zu Mc Donalds, aber es ist erschreckend, wie die Qualität abgenommen hat.

Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut. Freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit.

Schlechter Service und das Personal ist total überfordert. Auf Nachfrage gab es keinen zweiten Trinkhalm und keine Deckel auf die Getränke.

Sauberer und freundlicher McDonalds und aufgrund des Durchlaufes meist frische Burger die nicht ewig rumlagen.

In letzter Zeit kommt es viel zu oft vor, dass bestellte Ding nicht in der tüte landen... Bei den heutigen Preisen, wirklich mehr als ärgerlich. Man bestellt ein Menü und was landet in der Tüte? Die Pommes und der Rest, aber das was es wirklich so teuer macht, wie den Burger, der fehlt!!! 🤬 Es ärgert ein einfach nur noch... Beim eventuellen nächsten Besuch, dann nur noch volle Kontrolle, vertrauen ist gut, Kontrolle ist hier einfach zu 100 Prozent besser!!!

Kein langes Warten, das Essen ist frisch zubereitet & man kann mit Bargeld oder auch mit EC Karte zahlen. Es ist auch für Familien möglich vor Ort zu Essen.

Habe ein Milchshake bestellt ging auch fix habe aber einen Falschen Strohhalm bekommen darauf hin wurde ich blöd angeschaut

Junge Mitarbeitern , dementsprechend schnell!

Bei meinem heutigen Besuch war alles iO. Die Nutzung am BestelltTerminal ist für nicht Vielnutzer eine kleine Herausforderung aber man fuchst sich schnell rein. Die Zubereitung ging schnell und die Plätze sind okay.

War schon mehrmals vor Ort einen Kaffee trinken und ein Eis essen. Die Filiale ist halt wie jede andere auch. Alles läuft über die Terminals und die Barzahlung halt an der Kasse. Es gibt auch einige Merchandise Artikel zu erwerben. Zu den Stoßzeiten findet man kaum Platz, um das Essen vor Ort verzehren zu können und die Wartezeit ist auch relativ lang. Jedoch sind die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das erlebt man nicht in jeder Filiale.

Die Burger und Zutaten waren frisch, die Pommes nicht labbrig sondern fein. Dekorativ waren die Burger nicht wirklich anzusehen und es staute sich in dem laden extremst, wodurch man kaum noch von einem Fast Food Restaurant sprechen kann. Trotzdem gibt es eine Empfehlung.

Von 4 Automaten für die Bestellung funktionierten 2 gar nicht, bei einem dritten konnte die Bestellung nicht bezahlt werden. Das Personal schien reichlich überfordert zu sein.

Habe heute ein Hamburger Royal TS bestellt. Hatte mich sehr gefreut und gesagt ohh der sieht lecker aus. Beim rein beißen, merkte ich dass ich grüne&gelbe Tomaten drauf hatte. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, so ungenießbare, unreife Tomaten auf dem Burger zu haben.

Lieferung ging schnell...essen auch gut.aber als dann in den cookies ca 15cm lange Haare waren.das darf exht bicht passieren...War nicht so Appetitlich

Hier kommen wir gern hin wenn wir mal in Leipzig unterwegs sind. Denn hier stimmt der Service, es ist immer alles heiß und man wird schnell bedient

Super fast, and I do mean extremely fast service. Food was as excepted but the place is always full and sometimes it's hard to find a seat. Nonetheless good burgers for a decent price.

Terminal funktionierte nicht richtig, man brauchte 20 Minuten für eine einfache Bestellung.

Gegenüber Kindern könnte der Service freundlicher sein. Letztens mitbekommen wie eine Mitarbeiterin ein Kind runter gemacht hat, obwohl es im Recht war. Zum Glück das ein anderer Mitarbeiter den bon noch mal kontrolliert hat. Hätte als Wiedergutmachung aber ein Freigetränk sein können.

Essen wie immer gut! Service hat lange gedauert da es sehr voll war. Durch die Überfüllung waren leider auch kaum Sitzplätze da. Generell gibt es viel zu wenig Sitzplätze.

Mi trovo spesso a fare pranzo qui quindi ho un idea strutturata da più occasioni. I sedili sono quasi sempre sporchi. L'igene male male. La roba da mangiare è quella del MC Donald. Tuttavia a volte bene, a volte male. Cioè, a volte il panino sembra fatto da qualcuno che si è messo a lanciare gli ingredienti a un metro di distanza dal piano di lavoro. Un panino a Zig Zag, a volte freddo. Lo devo mangiare, non devo giocare a Jenga. Altre volte tutto bene. Nota positiva, il servizio è sempre veloce

Bestellung war schnell und vollständig zubereitet. Essen in gewohnter McD-Qualität. Leider waren der Boden und die Tische sehr dreckig. Da war mal mehr Niveau.

Mitarbeiter:innen sehr freundlich. Burgerqualität nicht gut. Wie kann ein 6/7€ Burger so verpackt werden wo die ganze Soße rausquillt.
