McDonald's in Leipzig

Was super full. Nevertheless, the employees had it under control. Food came quickly and the fries were even warm. Same picture on 11/01/24. This time something to take with you. Best shop in Germany.

Even when there is a lot going on, all the employees are in a good mood and friendly.

Even one star is already too much for what you experience there. Straws and instead of getting 3 barbecue sauces you didn't count and just put 2 on it and none and then you expect it. Accepted? This McDonalds saw me twice, the first and last time

There were 4 things not included and it wasn't of good quality

The order was processed very quickly. Everything was prepared warm. The staff was very friendly.

As a strongman, I of course have to get my mountain of calories and that's why I reward myself with a subtle cheat meal every two weeks 💪🏻😁. They now recognize me from the order 🤣. The girls are casual, super nice, really make every extra wish come true and always make sure that everything fits. Even if there is often a lot going on there, they stay cool and never give you the feeling that you are being dealt with quickly. Thank you for making such an effort every time 😊👌🏻. Because mass is power 💪🏻😁

Half of the take-away order is missing...it's best to check before you go out...really annoying...not the first time...it happens there often

Food is as you would expect at McDonald’s. It's a shame that parts of the furnishings don't work and the floor was sticky.

We were there briefly after a concert to grab a bite to eat. We were there around 12:00 a.m. and the store was supposed to close at 1:00 a.m. At 12:30 a.m. we were asked if we needed any longer. The other customers were told to take their food away as there was no staff left. So, sorry, half an hour before closing time is already bottom drawer. I would understand 10 minutes before closing time. Then I went to the toilet again and people looked at me strangely because I had already wiped. Very bad. :(

Just ordered for breakfast I specially ordered everything without tomatoes due to allergies. And instead of bacon on my wrap, put tomatoes on it and thank you for the incompetent, customer-unfriendly conversation.

You don't have to wait long for your food

It's just McDonald's, dirty here and there, sometimes the food gets cold, but that's more typical.

It's always good for in between meals. The same standard applies everywhere in the world. Friendly service. Price wise still ok. Quantity and selection is enough.

very unfriendly staff at McDrive. First everyone stood there for 5 minutes and went for a smoke, only to then type in the order incorrectly 5 times and forget what they wanted (when they ordered two things). The staff was unfriendly at the counter.

Quite comfortable for a McDonalds. Opening hours are good if you're hungry after a party.

So I had the impression that the young waitress didn't feel like working, I had table service and well the tray was thrown on the table and left in a really bad mood. So friendly service is something different for me.

Got fries without salt today. Since Mc Drive no exchange is possible on site. The new cheese nuggets are terrible! No liquid core, a solid, indefinable mass, really not great... But everyone has their own taste.

Everything closed 10 minutes before closing time. Cleaning staff are already hard at work. Very bad service when you can't even see the employees in the branch.

Once again something was missing from the take-away order. And I find waiting 15 minutes for food to be a very long time in a fast food restaurant.

A modern self-ordering counter was nothing to me, but I was able to order very conveniently at the counter.

Only one star because every order was incomplete. Either the sauce was missing or something else. I've looked at it several times now, but at some point you no longer understand it. I can only advise you not to buy food here or you will check your order straight away

Friendliest and fastest event in Leipzig/Taucha. Even if other branches have a super modern drive inn. Here you are still treated properly and humanely. It is always clean even in stressful situations. Great, keep it up😉

The McDonald's is ok. McDonald's. But this is now the third time that we have gone through the McDrive and found that our order is not complete (of course we paid for it in full!). The other two times we noticed it in the car, but unfortunately this time we only noticed it at home. Today we were deprived of fries three times. (Drinks, toys and apple bags are also often forgotten...) And then today we get exactly the same toy in two Happy Meals twice. Is it malice or stupidity? You don't know. In any case, we won't be coming back any time soon!

There are enough parking spaces available. Ambiance is clean and clear. Food is neatly prepared and packaged. When it comes to service, it usually depends on the employee... Whatever their mood is, that's how you'll be treated...

Ordered milkshake 0.4, received 0.25, wife ordered nuggets, these were missing. Burger lukewarm, staff chatting behind the counter. Sorry, even if a board in the sales room asks for a 5 point rating, you still have to deliver accordingly.

First of all, I'm only reviewing a McDonald's, you can't say much about it at the moment, the staff was very friendly. The parking lot and restaurant were very clean. The toilets were also clean and didn't smell like urine, there was a pleasant smell. There wasn't much going on, I didn't have to wait long for my food, I ordered at the appointment point. Food was fresh and warm. No stale fries or burgers.

First of all, the positive: Fast service and friendly staff and the renovation, which was long overdue, was successful. Unfortunately that's it for the praise... I cannot understand why the toilets were dirty on EVERY one of my visits and why there were no hand soap or towels to dry off on several occasions. Some of these were scattered on the floor. Yes, the people who caused this mess are of course customers, but in other branches this will be resolved promptly. If this problem has been resolved, a visit will be even more worthwhile.

The burgers etc. don't look like they're advertised, but they taste good. I found it clean too.

Drive In works through the guest queue quickly. Ok, sometimes you have to wait around 8 to 10 minutes if the orders are large and you have 3 to 4 vehicles in front of you. But the dishes are well prepared and tasty.

Waited over an hour until the delivery arrived, according to the order about 20-40 minutes. which is OK so far. I called after an hour and a half and was fobbed off with a lack of interest and was referred to the Lieferando delivery service and I should complain there. The order arrived 5 minutes later and I asked the friendly lady why it took so long. The lady said that they were completely overwhelmed and nobody knew what who ordered where. The McDonald's team should take Taucha to heart. The same is true if there are a few more people in the store and you have to wait for your turn. Go there more often. It's a shame, fast food restaurants are different.

I waited over 30 minutes in an almost empty restaurant for 3 small breakfast burgers. The employees were completely overwhelmed.

Just very bad! 🚫 The last 7 visits at different times of the day have been very disappointing, Every order was missing something except for one where the McRib was drowning in its own sauce, luckily it tasted so dead cooked that it no longer screamed for help. The employees seem unmotivated, the cleaning products are lying around in the guest rooms, unfortunately unused, there are thick layers of dust in several places, the napkin dispenser is particularly disgusting, and if a colleague is motivated at work, she will sometimes loudly complain to guests and employees about supposedly doing things beforehand admonished. One situation was when the store opened after my night shift, I waited 5 minutes for someone to get comfortable to open the door, staff were comfortably smoking in the office, the restaurant still smelled of cigarette smoke when I entered the shop, when I complained about the missing wet wipes when I ordered 4 Mc Ribs, I was handed 2 wipes with a roll of my eyes, and I asked for 2 wipes again whereupon the shift manager insulted me so rudely in front of customers and employees that I should take water and that was finally possible. When I asked where water could be found on the highway, she insulted me for how cheeky I was.

It looks more like the staff chewed the ingredients in advance and spat them out into rolls, then sat on them. Never again."

Cola was much too cold, and when asked, there are no more straws, so I poured the cola away, unfortunately it's not drinkable like that. I don't even want to talk about your prices, two stars deducted, but you get one star back because you offer water to the four-legged guests outside, and a few old citizens lying around, that's nice of you.

It's just not okay if you don't get everything you order. I made a big order for the family and ended up missing 1x Big Mag and once fries. Very weak customer service

No matter when you are here, it always takes forever.

On Friday evenings you drive to Mc Drive full of good hopes and order two large fries, are served in a friendly manner when you pay and then you come to the second window……!!?? You get your bag handed over to you by a slightly rounder brunette person, something like “here and now, keep going”! When you unpack it you realize “oh they really aren’t big fries”, these must be small portions? You go back and complain! Then you get hit on by the same chubby brunette person: "They're big and she doesn't set the prices!" No, she probably won't, but you should be friendly, shouldn't you? The hiring criteria are moving downwards even at McDonalds!? Sad- 5 bets!

The food is always delicious, we always go through the drive. The employees are always friendly but unfortunately something is almost always missing. I would always get the receipt here and check the bag again on site. Otherwise everything was great :)

My mother often orders here for our whole family, the food is delicious, don't get me wrong, but the workers are VERY forgetful, which often takes away our hunger. Of the three times we've been here recently, they've forgotten to pack something every time. The first time, after a call, we were told that we could pick up the 20 chicken nuggets (!) that had been forgotten and that it was best to check every time whether everything was in the bag. It wasn't a problem then. But this happened 2 MORE times where we didn't get the food back because it's obviously impossible to check if everything was really missing once we were already home. But my parents don't always have time to thoroughly check this big purchase because they have to work and just want to buy us something delicious. I don't know anymore if they're even trying to make sure everything is included or if they're intentionally leaving things out. My conclusion: PLEASE MAKE SURE that you have put everything in your bag. Otherwise you might be missing something worth €10.

It wasn't possible to pay via the app because there was a HappyMeal in the order. Thumbs up for the fact that you can order directly at the counter without a terminal and still pay in cash.

I think it's an absolute disgrace that you say right in front of your customers that the food isn't fresh and that you've kept it warm again.... Horrible really.... It's decreased so much in the last few years.. No one cares about hygiene here either, I'm surprised that my napkin wasn't used to blow my nose. Urgent need for action...

The fries were sticky and the employee was very unfriendly. It was raining heavily and the shop was full. They didn't want to open upstairs because they were already mopping, and we had to eat our food outside in the rain. I wouldn't go there again.

Service is completely bad!! At 11:00 p.m. the store was full and we came with 10 people and were able to leave the store because the upper floor had already been mopped!!! Completely ridiculous! And the weirdo who calls himself the boss would have to be fired, such a stupid thing

Leider war es so überfüllt, dass es keine Sitzplätze mehr gab. Auch auf Nachfrage beim Personal wurde der Sitzbereich zur oberen Etage nicht geöffnet. Die Antwort war: heute nicht. Dieser Besuch wird uns leider sehr negativ in Erinnerung bleiben. An einigen anderen Rezensionen sieht man, dass es nicht "nur heute " so war. Werden dieses Restaurant künftig nicht mehr besuchen.

Gegen McDonalds kann man nichts sagen. Man liebt es oder hasst es. Von daher alles prima. Das "Problem" an der Filiale ist eher der Platz. An regnerischen Tagen bekommt man kaum einen Tisch, da der obere Bereich meist gesperrt ist. Ein Tischservice wird auch sehr selten angeboten. Sonst 9/10. LG Daniel

Die Sitzplätze in der oberen Etage wurden leider erst freigegeben, als mehr Gäste kamen. Die Klima-Anlage fand ich zu stark eingestellt, direkt auf die Sitzplätzen ausgerichtet und das im Winter...naja wenigstens die Nuggets waren lecker und warm.

Bestellung per App mit Tischservice hat gut funktioniert, war aber auch fast leer. Leider waren die Tische sehr schmutzig und der Kaffee vom McCafé wurde im Pappbecher mit Deckel serviert! Wieso man Müll produzieren muss und der Gast seinen Kaffee aus dem Pappbecher trinken muss?? einfach unbegreiflich, wahrscheinlich weil dann hinterher weniger Arbeit für das Personal anfällt. Mit Service und Nachhaltigkeit hat das absolut nichts zu tun. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann, wir hätten in der „Tüte“ bestellt… Nein, wir haben essen im Restaurant mit Tischservice bestellt. Es gab dann zur Tasse (selbst an der Theke geholt) leider auch keinen Löffel sondern nur den Pappstrohhalm vom Pappbecher. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich mich an einen sauberen Tisch setzen kann und wenn ich Kaffee zum Preis von McCafé in Baristaqualität bestelle und bezahle, dann keinen Kaffee aus dem einfachen Kaffeeautomaten im Pappbecher mit Strohhalm serviert bekomme.

Normales Mc halt, gute Lage direkt an der Autobahn-Ausfahrt für schnell mal was essen und weiter 😉

Das ist halt ein McDonalds wie man ihn mehr oder weniger kennt, der eine mag es und der andere nicht,mal sieht es sauber aus mal ist es schmutzig,mal kannst du die Mitarbeiter verstehen mal nicht,mal ist alles in der Tüte mal fehlt etwas, u d mal sieht das Essen gut aus ist warm und manchmal wie in die Packung geworfen kalt ,wabblig,und dann ist ja noch der hohe Preis zu beachten, und so wirklich Gesund ist das ja auch nicht.

Leider konnte man da nicht sitzen - alle Plätze belegt und nach ,, oben ,, war gesperrt. Der Mitarbeiter hat es wieder raus gehauen - gelächelt , freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut .

Schmeckt super und ein Hoch auf die Lieferfahrer!
