Das ist halt ein McDonalds wie man ihn mehr oder weniger kennt, der eine mag es und der andere nicht,mal sieht es sauber aus mal ist es schmutzig,mal kannst du die Mitarbeiter verstehen mal nicht,mal ist alles in der Tüte mal fehlt etwas, u d mal sieht das Essen gut aus ist warm und manchmal wie in die Packung geworfen kalt ,wabblig,und dann ist ja noch der hohe Preis zu beachten, und so wirklich Gesund ist das ja auch nicht.

I won't be spending any more money here; it's too much of a waste to not get what I ordered, and on top of that, it was cold and unsalted…

We wanted to eat in the "restaurant," but the air conditioning was set to what felt like 5 degrees Celsius. When we asked, they said it couldn't be adjusted, that it's centrally controlled 🙉🙊🙈 It was incredibly drafty, so we left.

The staff here are really nice! We like to take a break here!

So far, this is the best McDonald's I've been to in Germany. Fast, delicious, and neat.

Fast food restaurant of a well-known chain. Friendly and helpful German-speaking staff. Clean and tidy. Even on a public holiday, no long faces, just lots of good cheer and smiles.

In my opinion, the best McDonald's in the Leipzig area.

The staff were very nice, but unfortunately the food wasn't good. I had to vomit after eating, which is very disappointing and unacceptable. This should be investigated as soon as possible to find out what the cause was, because one always wonders what went wrong.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly. One employee noticed that we had a small child with us and brought us a thermos for baby food.

First, the good points: the restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly. Now for the food. To put it simply, it was the last time! Always double-check your order for completeness when ordering via drive-thru. Something is almost always missing. Or, like today, you receive something completely different from what you ordered.

I wanted to order something on Friday evening and pay in cash, but that's no longer possible. Only card payments are accepted. I don't want to do that. McDonald's has lost a customer.

We had breakfast and ate ham, bacon, and egg – always a treat for the palate. 100% recommended. Thank you, and the coffee is a must!

Hello, I was at McDonald's today and ordered drinks. They served them to me without lids and straws. I asked for a straw, and he said they only give them to certain orders. The McDonald's is nice and quiet. It's convenient for families with children. The tram stops right across the street, so it's very easy to reach.

Unfriendly and stupid answers, and half of the order was forgotten.

Respect is a two-way street. Even after a long shift, the basics must be followed. Absolutely unfriendly, the young woman at the drive-thru was absolutely rude, the change was forced into my hand, the wrong burger, no napkins, and when asked, I just looked away. So definitely never do business here again 😉

I was very pleasantly surprised, as I'm used to longer wait times with this company. But I have to say it went pretty quickly; we only waited five minutes for our food, and everything was hot and delicious.

A very dirty McDonald's! Even the 50 cents they offer for a good Google review, according to the handwritten sign at the entrance (which, by the way, is unfair competition), doesn't help. The tables are sticky, there are spots in the restroom that never seem to get cleaned, and there's a lot of trash scattered around the premises. The ice cream they brought was also, unfortunately, quite runny.

The entire area, both inside and outside the restaurant, is filthy. Tables and benches are covered in germs. Furthermore, all readers of the reviews are being misled, as there are monetary incentives for a 5-star rating. Clearly, they're not doing their job properly without distorting the market.

I asked an employee to clean the tables and benches. She cleaned part of the table, but not the benches. There was cigarette ash and sticky stuff on the benches. "She doesn't have time for that," I was told. McDonald's is often just plain dirty. I would be ashamed of that...

We had a simple order: 2 cheeseburgers and a double Big Mac without pickles. After ordering, we drove on, but after a few minutes of driving, we realized: paid for a double Big Mac, but got a single one. For once, we turned around and complained. We waited... and then quickly visually inspected the order: the Big Mac was now the ordered size. Back in the car, finally on the road again, and then the first bite: It was the completely wrong sauce, a kind of Big Tasty sauce on the Big Mac. A real disappointment. The McDonald's was packed on a bank holiday, both downstairs and outside. A chain was hanging on the upper floor, and despite repeated requests to an employee, we were ignored. This dump disguised as a restaurant is a warning example of what happens when incompetence meets a lack of motivation. You should shut the thing down and send the people home. They don't want to be there anyway.

For my breakfast I was given pistachio cream, which was obviously not fresh. There was a small amount of fresh cream applied to the top, but underneath there was a dried mixture that had apparently been sitting in the container for about a week. The packaging was soaked with grease - that was very unpleasant. I also had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order, even though a maximum of four tables in the branch were occupied. The employees who were on duty on the morning of May 9, 2025 were mostly standing in the checkout area, laughing and talking in groups and unfortunately did not seem particularly committed. That's why I would like to give today's shift some honest but bad feedback. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make appropriate improvements. I ordered 20 nuggets and a McFlurry. The McFlurry was good, but the staff seemed to pick up my nuggets from the floor. Some of my nuggets had hair and lint stuck to them. The employees really desecrated my food.

It was my first time ordering the Ice Coffee Shake with Chocolate at McDonald's - it was simply delicious! After that, I ordered it about 13-15 times with my family, always hoping that it would taste as good as the first time. Unfortunately, the results were mostly disappointing. Of the many orders, maybe only 2 were really good. Even though I always ordered the same thing, the taste was different every time. Sometimes I ordered chocolate but got caramel. Sometimes there was hardly any coffee in the shake, or there was very little ice cream. Once I asked kindly to put in a little more coffee - the answer was: "That's not possible, the machine does it." But how can it be that we get a different taste every time? Today we even ordered four shakes - all four tasted different. McDonald's is a big name with a certain quality standard. That's why I ask myself: Which machine is used here? Which ingredients? Or how well is the staff trained? So many differences in a simple shake are incomprehensible.

We were passing through towards Chemnitz after the rest stops on the A9 were – to put it mildly – ​​a complete failure. Our GPS finally guided us to the McDonald’s in Taucha, and that turned out to be a real stroke of luck. Of course it's a completely normal McDonald's, but in a positive sense: the branch was very clean - both the dining room and the toilets - and that's really pleasant compared to many other locations. The staff was also noticeably friendly, well organized and patient and helpful despite the crowds. Overall, a very pleasant stopover that saved us when we just wanted to eat something in peace. That's what you want.
