Very crowded, waited forever for food. A highway restaurant, after all.

The food is just like always, and there's not much that can be said to have changed. However, the dining room was very dirty, and the tables were sticky.

They closed early, and said there was no more food left

Why is the upper level never open? The store is packed and there are no seats.

I ordered 20 nuggets and only got 17, plus the wrong sauce. Shocking!

There's always something wrong. Last time, two burgers were missing. Today, the sauces are missing. It's just annoying.

The thing that bothers me most about this place is that you're not allowed to smoke inside the building!!! Simply weak!!! Welcome to Germany 2025. This wouldn't have happened before! Unfriendly and stupid answers, and half of the order was forgotten.

Respect is a two-way street. Even after a long shift, the basics must be followed. Absolutely unfriendly, the young woman at the drive-thru was absolutely rude, the change was forced into my hand, the wrong burger, no napkins, and when asked, I just looked away. So definitely never do business here again 😉

Das ist halt ein McDonalds wie man ihn mehr oder weniger kennt, der eine mag es und der andere nicht,mal sieht es sauber aus mal ist es schmutzig,mal kannst du die Mitarbeiter verstehen mal nicht,mal ist alles in der Tüte mal fehlt etwas, u d mal sieht das Essen gut aus ist warm und manchmal wie in die Packung geworfen kalt ,wabblig,und dann ist ja noch der hohe Preis zu beachten, und so wirklich Gesund ist das ja auch nicht.

I was very pleasantly surprised, as I'm used to longer wait times with this company. But I have to say it went pretty quickly; we only waited five minutes for our food, and everything was hot and delicious.

A very dirty McDonald's! Even the 50 cents they offer for a good Google review, according to the handwritten sign at the entrance (which, by the way, is unfair competition), doesn't help. The tables are sticky, there are spots in the restroom that never seem to get cleaned, and there's a lot of trash scattered around the premises. The ice cream they brought was also, unfortunately, quite runny.

The entire area, both inside and outside the restaurant, is filthy. Tables and benches are covered in germs. Furthermore, all readers of the reviews are being misled, as there are monetary incentives for a 5-star rating. Clearly, they're not doing their job properly without distorting the market.

Everything was great. Clean and friendly. But they can't make an iced cappuccino with caramel. I always get a regular coffee with ice cubes. If I complain, they just nod.

Wonderful people work here! I accidentally left my camera behind, and it was returned to me the next day. Delicious food, everything is clean, and there's even a play area for kids.

I asked an employee to clean the tables and benches. She cleaned part of the table, but not the benches. There was cigarette ash and sticky stuff on the benches. "She doesn't have time for that," I was told. McDonald's is often just plain dirty. I would be ashamed of that...

This is always the place to go for breakfast on business trips. There are many McDonald's, but I personally like it here best. Everything is super clean and the staff is always very friendly 👌

At the kids' request, we often go to the McDrive in Taucha. Unfortunately, something is missing from almost every order! Sometimes it's the fries, sometimes it's a whole burger. You'd think it was a method. Considering the prices, it's truly outrageous.

We were at MC Drive on May 31, 2025, and ordered via the app. Once again, something was missing, but we paid for it. Since we trusted the store, we didn't notice until we got home. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time.

We had a simple order: 2 cheeseburgers and a double Big Mac without pickles. After ordering, we drove on, but after a few minutes of driving, we realized: paid for a double Big Mac, but got a single one. For once, we turned around and complained. We waited... and then quickly visually inspected the order: the Big Mac was now the ordered size. Back in the car, finally on the road again, and then the first bite: It was the completely wrong sauce, a kind of Big Tasty sauce on the Big Mac. A real disappointment. Didn't feel like turning around again this time, but would like to come back later? No thanks.

The McDonald's was packed on a bank holiday, both downstairs and outside. A chain was hanging on the upper floor, and despite repeated requests to an employee, we were ignored. The employee preferred to continue mopping the floor. Only after other customers pointed this out and expressed their incomprehension did they give in, annoyed. Customers shouldn't act like kings 😶. We, a family of five, wouldn't have had a seat otherwise!!!

BEWARE, it's a rip-off. They advertise products you don't actually get. I'll never go there again.

A godlessly dirty dive that I wouldn't even drag my enemies into. The food tastes old and cold. The so-called boss seems incapable and incompetent. The young blond man with the unkempt beard threw the tray on the table so hard that my wife was covered in Coke. This dump disguised as a restaurant is a warning example of what happens when incompetence meets a lack of motivation. You should shut the thing down and send the people home. They don't want to be there anyway.

Feedback on the visit on May 9, 2025 Dear McDonald’s team, This morning I had breakfast in your branch (address: [вкажіть адресу]) and unfortunately I have to describe a negative impression. For my breakfast I was given pistachio cream, which was obviously not fresh. There was a small amount of fresh cream applied to the top, but underneath there was a dried mixture that had apparently been sitting in the container for about a week. The packaging was soaked with grease - that was very unpleasant. I also had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order, even though a maximum of four tables in the branch were occupied. The employees who were on duty on the morning of May 9, 2025 were mostly standing in the checkout area, laughing and talking in groups and unfortunately did not seem particularly committed. That's why I would like to give today's shift some honest but bad feedback. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make appropriate improvements. Everything fits, but McDonald's has never given the right sauces

The so-called 'boss' is not allowed to open the upper area. Everything downstairs is occupied. I now eat my food standing on the counter. I would take a big detour around this location. Worst McDonalds

I ordered 20 nuggets and a McFlurry. The McFlurry was good, but the staff seemed to pick up my nuggets from the floor. Some of my nuggets had hair and lint stuck to them. The employees really desecrated my food.

It was my first time ordering the Ice Coffee Shake with Chocolate at McDonald's - it was simply delicious! After that, I ordered it about 13-15 times with my family, always hoping that it would taste as good as the first time. Unfortunately, the results were mostly disappointing. Of the many orders, maybe only 2 were really good. Even though I always ordered the same thing, the taste was different every time. Sometimes I ordered chocolate but got caramel. Sometimes there was hardly any coffee in the shake, or there was very little ice cream. Once I asked kindly to put in a little more coffee - the answer was: "That's not possible, the machine does it." But how can it be that we get a different taste every time? Today we even ordered four shakes - all four tasted different. McDonald's is a big name with a certain quality standard. That's why I ask myself: Which machine is used here? Which ingredients? Or how well is the staff trained? So many differences in a simple shake are incomprehensible.

We were passing through towards Chemnitz after the rest stops on the A9 were – to put it mildly – ​​a complete failure. Our GPS finally guided us to the McDonald’s in Taucha, and that turned out to be a real stroke of luck. Of course it's a completely normal McDonald's, but in a positive sense: the branch was very clean - both the dining room and the toilets - and that's really pleasant compared to many other locations. The staff was also noticeably friendly, well organized and patient and helpful despite the crowds. Overall, a very pleasant stopover that saved us when we just wanted to eat something in peace. That's what you want.

Normal McDonald's, unfortunately completely overcrowded

We ordered 4 McSmart menus and forgot to put 2 fries in them. This happened for the second time.

The chili cheeseburger was missing the jalapeños. That's why you order the burger! I just didn't want any onions when I ordered... which wasn't on it (and that was a good thing) Since I ate it on the way, they couldn't tell the store.

I ordered 6 Happy Meals to take away last night on 02/04/25. 1 of them with salad, 1 with nuggets and all with fruit nonsense and capri sun. Everything was packed into a large paper bag on site so that I could carry it to the car and drive home. Disillusionment at home! All Happy Meals had burgers and fries, Capri Suns and Fruit Nonsense were missing from all 6! I paid full price for this, thank you very much for nothing!

The friendliest staff I have ever met at MCDONALDS in Germany!

Food wasn't exactly the best. My coffee had just sat there for at least 20 minutes on 5 visits and was ready. It has often happened that the ice cream was left out for a long time until it was ready and when it was picked up it was almost completely melted. The atmosphere was really bad, there was a smell almost everywhere on the floor, the toilet smelled and the McDonalds generally stank. I advise you to avoid going there.

The McDonald's offers a solid experience. The staff is friendly and the selection is sufficient. Service could be a little quicker at times, but overall it's a good stop for a quick bite. The McFlurry varieties are particularly delicious!

We stop at this McDonald's maybe 3 times a year when we're passing through. What we always notice is the very friendly speaker staff. Very accommodating and nice. I can't say much about the food as we only stop for the children. I think it's the same as everywhere else. But you have to find friendly employees first. And there they are. 👌 Due to the significant increase in the price of ice cream, you suddenly notice that there is much less ice cream in the cup.

Get a cold burger at lunchtime!

Nice smaller McDonald’s. The food was fresh and came quickly, the toilet was very clean (many other McDs can take a leaf from that). There are charging stations from EWE in the parking lot, and also from Aral and Citywatt nearby.

The whole place stinks of chip fat and so do you. Disgusting! I suspect the ventilation system should be cleaned and, above all, the frying fat should be replaced. I'm not eating here anymore for the time being!
