Burgeramt Adler in Leipzig

Two hours of waiting time, food arrived well after the restaurant closed!!! Cold and poor quality food. No goodwill or feedback - worst delivery service ever. Not recommended! Looking at other reviews, I'm surprised that customers also say that they waited 2 hours for their food, since you stiffly claim that it wasn't like that. A goodwill solution could not be found. Weak! Update: Thank you for responding to my negative review, however my emails remained unanswered. The order arrived after 2 hours and not after 60 minutes as stated. I even asked over the phone, but at that point the restaurant had already been closed for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my request for a goodwill solution was completely ignored. Instead, just an answer formulated below my review here, which doesn't really address the actual complaint. Very disappointing.

Deserves more than just 5 stars! My family and I have eaten there often since we moved nearby. Apart from that, everything is very tasty, whether it's Buger, kebab or pizza, the most important thing to mention is that everything is very hygienic and the food is always fresh!!! The waiting time is great and you never wait longer than 10/15 minutes. Big compliment!! The young man who works there is always very friendly and has a smile for everyone. Big recommendation from me.🙌🏼 Me and my sister can't wait to order burgers again 😁

Ordered chili cheeseburger, chicken dürüm and fries. Burger is especially delicious for people like me who love spicy food, Dürüm tastes very juicy, 10 out of 10!

So the host was the first of his kind to look bad when I said I wanted to eat the kebab in his shop. The kebab was standard, the meat was okay, but not outstanding, just normal. And it was cut too roughly. The yogurt sauce was nice and creamy, but just like everywhere else. The chili sauce was very spicy and really hit my palate. But somehow so strangely oily. And possibly too spicy for the German general public. The salad was crisp and fresh, like everywhere else. Nothing special. The place was too cluttered with the menu and honestly, there was too much food on offer for my taste. Grade: 3.75

I pre-ordered for 7:45 p.m. At 7:17 p.m. the driver calls me to please open the door, but I wasn't home yet. The telephone number that is stored for the restaurant at Lieferando is not assigned. You have to call several times to get someone to answer the phone. I was told that they would take care of a fresh delivery. I got the same food around 8pm. It was lukewarm and the guarantors were completely soaked. Would advise against the store, for me it was the last order.

You give food to take away without cutlery so you can't eat... awesome. It's clarified 👍🏻 food could be better but service is good.

Food very good for fast food. Especially the skewer and crunchy chicken burgers. The ambience is just like a snack bar. Once the order was delivered even though it was ordered for collection - that was quite inconvenient. Service otherwise always ok.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Der Teig war fantastisch, kenne ich in der Art von keiner anderen Pizzeria.

Ich habe eine Pizza und einen Burger bestellt, die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe, und der beste Burger, und die Leute, die im Restaurant arbeiten, sind sehr nett und ermutigen einen, wiederzukommen.

Der Döner schmeckt sehr gut vor allem die Soße und das Fleisch. Man wird auch immer freundlich behandelt. Super Laden!

Bestes Essen Die Burger sind sehr zu empfehlen. Und auch der Döner bestes Essen aber ist selbstgemachte Lahmacun.

Mega Döner und Chicken Döner zu einem super Preis. Beide Döner bestens befüllt, leckere Saucen, das Fleisch ist jeweils großartig gewürzt. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Liegt zwischen 2 Haltestellen, super Service und unglaublich nette Mitarbeiter. Döner sowie auch Burger Klasse.

Unterer bis mittlerer Durchschnitt. XXL Burger + Pommes bestellt. Pommes für das Geld viel zu schlecht und zu wenig. Burger sind groß und machen satt, aber absolut kein Highlight..optisch wie geschmacklich. Preis/Leistung ist hier aber okay. Döner etc. sind vielleicht besser (gem. den restlichen Bewertungen hier)..

Döner Teller mit Hähnchen war heute wieder lecker und Mustangs Lieferzeit war schnell und höflichst, habe schon Andere kennengelernt !

Der Laden besserte sich mit dem Wechsel des Besitzers. Der nette junger Mann hinter dem Tresen hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Ich gehe immer persönlich hin, trotz der negativen Bestellbewertungen ist das Essen gerade am Adler mit am besten.

Generell ist es schwer in Leipzig einen qualitativ hochwertigen Burger-Lieferservice zu finden. Es gibt viele Anbieter und die meisten taugen nicht viel. Das Burger Amt Adler gehört auch dazu. Statt der angezeigten Lieferzeit von 30 - 60 min waren es 90 min. Ok es gibt viele Baustellen, aber für die paar Kilometer hat es viel zu lange gedauert. Das gelieferte Essen war das Schlechteste, dass wir je geliefert bekamen. Die Pommes labbrig und die Nuggets geschmacklos. Bei den Burger waren die Pattys trocken und hart, statt saftig und die Brötchen waren offensichtlich von vorgestern. Positiv war der Bestellprozess bei L....o . Es ging schnell und unkompliziert.

Bester Döner in der Umgebung am Adler. Knuspriges Brot, bessere Saucen und ordentlich gewürztes Fleisch im Vergleich zu den benachbarten Läden. War Anfangs skeptisch, aber probieren lohnt sich!

Die Burger-Menü‘s in XXL haben ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, machen satt und schmecken gut und außergewöhnlich(die Mozarella-Komponenten sind Mega Lecker)

Besser immer persönlich hingehen wenn man kann. Ich denke, das das Bistro recht beleibt ist, gerade hier in Plagwitz und die nicht mit den Bestellungen hinterher kommen was die vielen unzufriedenen Besteller rechtfertig. Außerdem ist der Typ am Tresen super lieb und lacht immer. Musste ein einziges Mal etwas länger warten und da hat er mir noch eine Cola gescheckt 🙌🏻🫶🏻

Ein kleines Bistro zwischen Adler und Dr. Bersi in den man sich von Bürger über Döner bis zur Pizza alles kaufen kann worauf man gerade Lust hat. Bisher war alles zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit :-)

Leider nicht mehr das was es einmal war. Höhere Preise (Döner 5 €, kleine Pommes 4 € -> zum mitnehmen) aber geschmacklich und Mengen mäßig deutlich geringer. Personal nett und berücksichtigt Wünsche
