Food top. Unfortunately there are few seats and now very expensive.

Everything was fine. I arrived quite late, but "I did well". The food was okay, the sellers were nice. If I had to say something negative, the cleanliness could still improve a bit.

It was too crowded but there was enough room for more tables. We waited over an hour for our food. When I spoke to the manager he just said they were busy. But it was never too busy because the service was so slow. The food was good.

Sorry not recommended, service refers to the ordering stations. Food wasn't the best for the money you should go to the Globus Bistro

Quick but tasty I definitely recommend it.

KFC is unfortunately way too expensive, but if the FiletBites go you can't say anything. The food is ALWAYS super tasty, but due to the price it is only possible once a month, if at all.

Went to KFC in Leipzig today, the tables were stuck together and not entirely clean. I'm not going there again. It's just a short walk from the motorway, but it's rounder But if it looks like that, you don't have to be surprised if people stay away

First of all, praise for the service, I have rarely had such a sweet and friendly conversation with employees as I did in this KFC. The food was also very tasty, as usual. I can highly recommend this store and hope that these employees go far if they want to.

very tasty vegan wrap and fillet pieces instead of pressed meat. The fries were ok. Ordering and paying at the terminal worked great. Food was ready quickly. Free refill. Prices are high, but there is no better ambience like at McDonald's or Burger King, unfortunately everything is interchangeable. The tables and toilets were clean and there was a small play area for children. I also liked the fact that a sink was installed extra low.

Even though there were no guests present, you wait a long time for the food, which was ok. The tables were dirty and sticky, as was the floor. Not a pleasant place to eat.

I bought a DOUBLE CHEESE & BACON BURGER but found it without bread. Is it sold like that?

It was my first time eating at KFC there and I was very disappointed with the food. The quality of preparation and taste was very disappointing The tables were also dirty. The mashed potatoes taste like the powder from the bag just like the sauce.

The food tasted very good. Real chicken and not pressed goods. The restaurant itself is pretty worn out. Tables weren't clean. Toilets weren't clean either.

I've seen better Kentucky fried chicken. Especially those who were better on their toes - where things went faster... The chicken pieces were lukewarm and fatty. It's not always like that ☝️

Well, it bothers me that when I'm ordering (at the terminal) I'm constantly being touched or pushed by other people...everything is very tight! The prices are a bit too high in my opinion ..

Fries 🍟 are actually of poor quality and cold. Otherwise you do everything yourself from ordering to paying, which makes everything easy.

As always, it's worth a visit, unfortunately it's the only KFC in our area, which isn't hundreds of kilometers away but is always highly recommended for the delicious fillet bites and mashed potatoes, especially if you need something quickly

Never again KFC. Total paternalism! Apart from apple juice spritzer, there are only drinks with sweeteners! Unfortunately, you are not explicitly made aware of this, so you only notice it when you are pouring the drinks. You have already paid for the menu and are on the “cheek”! Impudence!!!

Had to order food from the machine, which was very complicated. No clear menu navigation and not understandable. The chicken pieces were very crispy and tasty. The tables were dirty. The whole interior design was not attractive.

I ordered a nugget bucket with 3 hot wings, a milkshake and fries. The food was actually excellent, only the mayonnaise (which was not an instrument) was a bit sour for my taste, but perhaps right for some. When it comes to service, I have to say that it was quick, although some of our orders were brought forward.

Burger was served cold. When asked, it was said that the burgers were already pre-made and not freshly prepared. They only offered to warm up the burger again in the warming cabinet. Restaurant wasn't particularly clean. Floor has stuck. Some of the tables were still full of leftover food.

Super tasty, really meat!!! Price - performance is right. Staff really friendly and helpful.

We just wanted water and had to wait until 10 families in front of us got their menus.. if the staff had thought about it.. it would have been much quicker After all, we had already paid at the terminal... we waited almost 15 minutes for two empty cardboard cups, which we were then allowed to fill with water ourselves

The taste is rather weak, but far too expensive. A visit is not worth it.

The shop is clean, the people behind the counter are very friendly, and the food is delicious. I only deduct points for the machines where you order. Personally, I miss contact with people. In my opinion, it's not any faster than it was before these machines were installed.

Some of my chicken had no crispy on the outside and it was lukewarm. The tables were dirty and smeared. We don't eat here anymore.

Today I went to KFC again, they have a new team, the food tastes better than last time, despite less quantities, there were a few pieces less in the buckets but in the end it wasn't bad.

So today we were at KFC. I was very disappointed, the fries were cold, the corn came without butter. When I asked if I had to pay 50 cents, I had never had that before... then it was almost 7 p.m. and I got a corn with a best before date of 4:45 p.m It really didn't taste delicious and was cold... and it wasn't exchanged either, that would probably be okay considering the time.... The staff at the checkout or counter didn't speak a word of German and always had to get a colleague. Today was a big disappointment

CLOSED every time for guests who want to eat inside, only the drive-in is open. It's annoying when you drive from Halle so that your little one can play in the beautiful play area and you want to relax and treat yourself to a meal! It was my first visit to Kentucky Fried Chicken... Unfortunately I was very disappointed... I didn't like it there at all, even though I'm not picky at all... But I will definitely visit another Kentucky Fried Chicken to get another picture...

Worst fries ever! Naughty employees! When I complained about 2* fries instead of 1* fries and a coleslaw salad, I was told I had ordered wrong. When I later complained about the soggy, cold, unseasoned fries, I was told that there was no salad at all today. Super cheeky. Zero recommend this store! Extremely expensive for absolutely underground performance!

Food was okay. Just as you would expect from KFC.

Unfortunately I had to wait far too long for 2 burgers. (almost 15 minutes) and it was rather empty in the restaurant. Unfortunately it has already happened twice. And the price/performance ratio just doesn't quite match.

We actually always like to stop here on the way to or from vacation. With summer temperatures, I was looking forward to a cold cola with the chicken. Unfortunately there are only the sugarless, inedible alternatives and apple spritzer. Some guests around me also complained about this impudence and paternalism. Luckily there is still water, but it was programmed very hidden on the device at the bottom right. The food was reasonably good, but here too, more and more savings are being made. For example, there used to be butter with the corn on the cob, but now it costs 50 cents. My friend received a piece of chicken that looked very old and was dead dry, but when asked, it was exchanged without complaint. Two stars for the friendly staff, which can't do anything for the patronizing nature of their bosses. We will probably never visit this pinnacle again!!!

Today we were at KFC Leipzig-Seehausen 4 minutes before 11 a.m. The door was unlocked so we entered. There was no one in the store. Suddenly an employee appeared from behind the counter. Completely frightened. In the meantime another 2 minutes had passed. She said it's not open yet and nothing is ready yet. A salad, which is ready and also very tasty, would not be possible either. Then we left and won't be coming back. It was now 11 a.m., so opening time. One also had the impression that the employee was not part of the service department. The few minutes that were missing until 11 a.m. could have been bridged differently and kept us as guests. I know KFC differently, but never here again

You can only complain about KFC once you have tried everything.

According to the Internet, the branch is supposed to be open until 11 p.m., but they were there at 10 p.m. First there was a cold burger... bad-tempered employees. The chairs were put up - cleaned (if you can call it cleaning) Absolutely not recommended!!

Good selection and good service. It's good that you can get cold drinks free of charge.

Two of four order terminals were broken and the people behind the counter were unable to take an order. After what felt like an eternity we went to the competition. Once again disappointed by KFC, it's a shame, you won't be a market leader like that!

The only positive thing I can mention is the meat, which is what you expect from a chicken restaurant. Otherwise the food unfortunately didn't taste good, the fries were cold, the citizens looked really sad and the only drink you could really drink was the apple spritzer, the others were either completely over sweet or didn't taste like anything. For example, my 7 Up was just sparkling water. The refill principle is cool, but it's a shame if none of the drinks taste good. The potato puree was also acceptable but otherwise unfortunately a disaster and at a completely overpriced price. The employees simply wiped the dirt from the tables onto the floor and the toilets were also disgusting. After a long break, we gave KFC another chance, despite our previous bad experiences, and were disappointed again. I think it was the last time we visited one. It's a shame, but unfortunately that's the way it is.

Food was good but interior was very disgusting. They didn’t let us sit behind clean tables.

It was our first time in a KFC branch in Germany. Yes, it could be a bit cleaner, but on a Friday lunchtime/early afternoon there is also something going on. We thought it was delicious and really appreciated the free drink refills! The service staff can actually be a bit friendlier, but it's not all that bad. You could take your own napkins, lids for the cups and straws, which I think is good. 👍🏻

Every table was dirty and there wasn't even much going on. There were no napkins with the menu, nor were there any cleaning cloths for the hands. It's really slowed down a lot. But the food was tasty. But €2.99 for half an ear of corn is tough. Unlike other things, there is no saving on prices 😉

If you are KFC regular customer, Don't try here. Sandwich bread was for yesterday or day before and Frits were very cold maybe from morning. Dear manager, Sometimes, a bad staff destroys KFC customers expectations.

The portion size is not great, half of corn for €2.99 is a "price scandal". One drinks dispenser for such a large place is also a misunderstanding - waiting a few minutes in a queue. Of the four food ordering screens, one didn't work - another few minutes of waiting. KFC fix it!!!

30 minutes ago we got something for dinner at KFC. When I unpacked the products at home, I unfortunately discovered that the employees were once again incompetent. Apparently it is very difficult to distinguish a portion of 6 Filet Bites (€5.50) from a Crispy Cheese Burger (1.99). Despite their simplicity, the crispy cheese burgers were slapped together rather listlessly. Maybe it's time to hire qualified staff. Otherwise, sooner or later the store will no longer have any customers.

Apart from the fact that a bucket (No. 17) and a kids box together shouldn't cost 34 euros, our food was hardly as ordered. Wrong side dishes, wrong milkshake, booked 2 drinks that we didn't want and didn't get...Impossible. Incredible.

The friendliest KFC I've ever been to, they even put together a menu for me quickly and inexpensively because the app didn't work. The big M can still learn a lot from it and it was very clean.

It would have been nice if the burger buns had been tasted a little and a little onion in the salad wouldn't hurt either

But this was definitely the last time. How can you call something "hot" and end up with it being lightly seasoned, if at all? If hot, then you should notice this a little. Apart from that, the two burgers we ordered were cold and I think the cheese and bacon burger is made up of 40% mayo (it oozed out when you took a bite). And the Zinger BBQ wasn't spicy at all (was asked whether it was fillet or spicy). The bucket itself was hot wings and breaded breast (or something like that) and as already mentioned, nothing was spicy here, but it was fresh and hot. For the money and designed purely for chicken, I just think it's a shame. We should really work on this and give people the opportunity to get hot if they order hot. In general, I found the chicken and breading to be far too under-seasoned. The hype here is absolutely not justified in my opinion. I would also like to point out that the lady (L....) should please pay attention to your work clothes and, if they are full of grease and other stuff, it doesn't really make a clean impression on the whole store and you will certainly have to change them can. I can't say anything about the interior, we were at the drive in (where you can see the completely dirty top).

I'm still sitting in the branch at the moment and I have to honestly say that everything is right here. The toilets and dining areas are clean, the staff is accommodating and friendly. Even with extra requests like another bag for the leftovers there was no problem. The food was very tasty as you would normally expect from KFC. A big compliment to the employees. Gladly again!!!

looks like any run-of-the-mill KFC store. Everything's been great so far, I'm a vegetarian and the offerings are more than sufficient. Really cool. What bothered me the most were the ordering terminals. They're way too close to each other. Separate them by another 0.5 meters and I think it would be sufficient.

Not too bad. Food was fresh, the building nice enough, we did not wait. Definetly had worse on German highways.
