It's always nice to come here, they take care of things even if you don't fully understand what you're ordering. Thanks for your effort.

The atmosphere is a bit cold and not really clean. At least the floor was dirty. For my first time at KFC the food was okay but the prices are quite high.

Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly. My companions and I would have needed help because we rarely eat here and there were always changes. But ok.... We tried to fumble our way through. The food was quite ok. However, it's not enough for 5 stars. But that's up to each individual. Unfortunately I really have to complain about how unclean the store was. At first it was assumed that due to the high number of visitors, the employees wouldn't come to clean, but that was far from the case... Instead, people chatted and gossiped about the guests. All around it was a s--- shop. Sorry...but we won't stop there again.

Great service, location near the highway. Neglected cleaning, food remains everywhere and spilled tables.

There was something wrong with the fries. Half the fries were over salted so that you just can't eat from salt. The other portion was without any salt. The drinks variety was reduced to just 3 options - all sparkling, plus the still water. Other KFCs have much larger choice of drinks. Last but not least - the paper used to print the receipts is some heavy duty expensive paper that is at least 120g/m2 (for comparison regular print paper is 80g/m2). Location is somehow disconnected from the whole place - isolated edge behind the back of Globus store. If you leave your electric vehicle to charge there is practically no side walk to reach to the restaurant - you walk along the cars on the street.

It is tradition on the first day of Caggtus there is KFC. I eat KFC once or twice a year. I love it. Taste great. Always full.

Everything was nice and clean, we were very satisfied. Food arrived quickly and still warm.

I expected more. They can supposedly take our order but half of it is missing. But then it was immediately improved. I actually ordered spicy particles. They were anything but spicy and had too much dough. After eating I had to deal with nausea and this resulted in me vomiting. Thanks for nothing. Never again.

We waited quite a long time at the drive-thru because it was very busy (completely understandable that it took a while). They assured us that everything was in the bags. In the end, four burgers were missing and we had one extra fries... I think that's crap, because they went to extra mile to make sure everything was in there. Uncool

Opening hours in the evening until 11:00 p.m. At 10:20 p.m., I found myself standing in front of a locked door and was asked to leave. I only got something because I had pre-ordered and paid on the way in via cell phone.

Well, I have to honestly admit that since my first visit here to KFC, I haven't paid any attention to the other fast food stores ☺️ The food is so much better! Service is quick and friendly! Top!

KFC itself is really tasty, the place is always nice and clean and the staff is nice. There is a good selection of chicken dishes here, there are also plenty of burgers, side dishes and sauces.

Be sure to try it after a trip. We had our problems at the ordering counter. After asking the staff, employees quickly came to help and explained to us in a very friendly manner how we could put together our order. He then put these together wonderfully for us. Everything tasted wonderful, I was even surprised by the mashed potatoes. Refilling the drinks was also great. Great service

Yes, you can recommend the "restaurant", even if the tables could be wiped down better every now and then

Hello , We are regular customers at Kentucky but you can't call it service in their branch. We wanted to order our food at the counter and were told that this would not be possible because the cash register systems had not been uploaded. We think that was a lazy excuse on the part of the gentlemen, we pointed out that we wouldn't be able to cope with it, the gentleman didn't care and laughed... Conclusion we went over to Mac Donald and we received excellent service at the counter and that's what we call service... You have lost us as customers, at least in this branch

Food was very tasty (I've been there several times). Despite the high traffic, the staff was always very polite. Orders were completed quickly.

Expensive. But, if the chicken was fine, fine (irony). Kids menu with a toy, which is far too difficult and uninteresting for small children and was simply self-promotion. The staff can't do anything about it, but the bites are so small compared to the meat and kilos of breading around them, so you can make money with that. I was an absolute fan of KFC, it doesn't exist in Magdeburg, but I've been annoyed about it three times now, not much meat, it's getting more and more expensive, deleted the app and wave wave KFC.

Has declined significantly in recent years. It no longer tastes as fresh and juicy. And what is extremely noticeable is the lack of cleanliness. Some of the tables are dirty and there are endless pieces of food and crumbs on the floor. The toilet (ladies' toilet) was also underground. Unpleasant smell, toilet and floor dirty and you had this “just not touching anything” feeling. And this despite the fact that a document with the last “cleanings” is posted openly.

Just a rip off, order placed on site, didn't get a receipt (so you can't prove anything) and only half the order was packed. Of course, I only noticed it when I got home, when I called I just said, "Yes, the boss will be back today, he'll be there in the evening." , but a call never came and now I have paid €30 for a menu. Thank you KFC for your great service. Gladly never again.

We were there 10 minutes ago and were greeted by a friendly voice in the drive. Since we don't go to Kentucky that often, we didn't know much about it. He was able to give us great advice very quickly, so that we could drive home with a very hot and crispy meal (after waiting less than 2 minutes). Cold, warm and sauces were packaged separately. Our order was large and nothing was missing!

I love to go eat in this kfc restaurant.. They serve better food than KFC in Central Station.. They share the food fairly, not only wings and chiken drum. The only minus point, they don't have a safe path for people walking outside streets

The food tasted really good and you could refill drinks for free. The staff could take better care of the restaurant and, above all, regularly remove rubbish and empty the tray trolley.

Never again! Raw meat in the burger, the stripes as well and the fact that you eat more breading instead of chicken and then it's not even crispy. The fries have apparently been sitting around for hours and are just being kept warm! Well, that's a disgrace! €41 wasted money!

Bacon Cheese Fries were totally ridiculous, hardly any cheese and for 5.99. Cheesebacon burger offered with tomatoes and then nothing on it was a total failure today. I won't be back any time soon. Waste collection point not cleared.

Impudence! I drove a long way to this branch! The branch has been closed since 10 p.m. After that you can only order at the drive-thru. You can't eat here. You should mention this on Google Maps!!! One star goes to the delicious burger. However, far too expensive! Comparable to a Big King. But €8!

Everything was fine. I arrived quite late, but "I did well". The food was okay, the sellers were nice. If I had to say something negative, the cleanliness could still improve a bit.

It was too crowded but there was enough room for more tables. We waited over an hour for our food. When I spoke to the manager he just said they were busy. But it was never too busy because the service was so slow. The food was good.

KFC is unfortunately way too expensive, but if the FiletBites go you can't say anything. The food is ALWAYS super tasty, but due to the price it is only possible once a month, if at all.

Went to KFC in Leipzig today, the tables were stuck together and not entirely clean. I'm not going there again. It's just a short walk from the motorway, but it's rounder But if it looks like that, you don't have to be surprised if people stay away

First of all, praise for the service, I have rarely had such a sweet and friendly conversation with employees as I did in this KFC. The food was also very tasty, as usual. I can highly recommend this store and hope that these employees go far if they want to.

very tasty vegan wrap and fillet pieces instead of pressed meat. The fries were ok. Ordering and paying at the terminal worked great. Food was ready quickly. Free refill. Prices are high, but there is no better ambience like at McDonald's or Burger King, unfortunately everything is interchangeable. The tables and toilets were clean and there was a small play area for children. I also liked the fact that a sink was installed extra low.

Well, it bothers me that when I'm ordering (at the terminal) I'm constantly being touched or pushed by other people...everything is very tight! The prices are a bit too high in my opinion ..

Fries 🍟 are actually of poor quality and cold. Otherwise you do everything yourself from ordering to paying, which makes everything easy.

As always, it's worth a visit, unfortunately it's the only KFC in our area, which isn't hundreds of kilometers away but is always highly recommended for the delicious fillet bites and mashed potatoes, especially if you need something quickly

Never again KFC. Total paternalism! Apart from apple juice spritzer, there are only drinks with sweeteners! Unfortunately, you are not explicitly made aware of this, so you only notice it when you are pouring the drinks. You have already paid for the menu and are on the “cheek”! Impudence!!!

Had to order food from the machine, which was very complicated. No clear menu navigation and not understandable. The chicken pieces were very crispy and tasty. The tables were dirty. The whole interior design was not attractive.

Burger was served cold. When asked, it was said that the burgers were already pre-made and not freshly prepared. They only offered to warm up the burger again in the warming cabinet. Restaurant wasn't particularly clean. Floor has stuck. Some of the tables were still full of leftover food.

I ordered a nugget bucket with 3 hot wings, a milkshake and fries. The food was actually excellent, only the mayonnaise (which was not an instrument) was a bit sour for my taste, but perhaps right for some. When it comes to service, I have to say that it was quick, although some of our orders were brought forward.

We just wanted water and had to wait until 10 families in front of us got their menus.. if the staff had thought about it.. it would have been much quicker After all, we had already paid at the terminal... we waited almost 15 minutes for two empty cardboard cups, which we were then allowed to fill with water ourselves

The shop is clean, the people behind the counter are very friendly, and the food is delicious. I only deduct points for the machines where you order. Personally, I miss contact with people. In my opinion, it's not any faster than it was before these machines were installed.

Some of my chicken had no crispy on the outside and it was lukewarm. The tables were dirty and smeared. We don't eat here anymore.

CLOSED every time for guests who want to eat inside, only the drive-in is open.
