Food was good as usual but the service was the worst for me personally. As a large family you order a little more and then people laugh and make fun of it, something like that shouldn't happen.

Everything took a very long time. The tablet return carts were already overflowing even though there wasn't much activity.

Why. Me and my girlfriend always didn't tolerate the food well :/ but it was still very tasty

I was treated badly and judged by two employees today instead of doing my trial day (It may be that there is a shortage of good management employees and the companies/businesses are going with dirtbags because of knowledge and can use it in management areas)

Very nice and clean restaurant. Unfortunately there weren't enough staff present, so there was a longer waiting time, but we sweetened it with a free coffee. Despite it being very busy, the employees didn't seem stressed and were very friendly.

Unfortunately very unclean. In the toilet you were stuck to the floor. OK, that could be the case, I thought. Then the employee came in, signed on this board that is always hanging there and left without even looking at or cleaning anything. I don't think it's intended that way. The tray cart was also overflowing. But the main thing is that the butter for the corn on the cob now costs extra. On the way back we prefer to eat somewhere else.

looks like any run-of-the-mill KFC store. Everything's been great so far, I'm a vegetarian and the offerings are more than sufficient. Really cool. What bothered me the most were the ordering terminals. They're way too close to each other. Separate them by another 0.5 meters and I think it would be sufficient.

Not too bad. Food was fresh, the building nice enough, we did not wait. Definetly had worse on German highways.

Unclean restaurant, long waiting times

The tables weren't clean, unfriendly, and the food wasn't fresh, the toilet was unclean, never again. You have to go to Singen in Baden Württemberg, you can learn a lesson there. Disgusting

Once and not again. All the pensioners can hardly be seen at the checkout. Food from the day before mixed with freshness. Tables full of grimmel Very grubby not recommended.

I was positively impressed by the food and the selection of dishes. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. What I think is nicer are the ordering terminals. These are far too close together and are next to the food tables.

Fast and tasty food for fast food

This technique for ordering is very tight. If you want to look and order there with two or more people, you don't have to be very strong.

It was underground. Hair on the fries and the cheese slices, the supposedly vegetarian parts turned out to be normal meat. We also had to wait a very long time because the staff was completely overwhelmed with only a few orders. The restaurant itself urgently needs a floor cleaning, it was really dirty. The only positive highlight is the actually delicious milkshake with speculoos.

Once and never again! The restaurant was completely overcrowded, ordering is only possible via terminals that are far too close together and you have trouble choosing something without using your elbow. Also a very long waiting time, an employee who always forgot something and customers had to ask, and so did we. To make matters worse, all of the citizens tasted completely oversalted and some were still raw. Sorry, but for the prices quoted, you can expect more!

At the Leipzig New Trade Fair. Good, but the prices have increased significantly since the last visit some time ago. Toilet with Euro key.

Three chicken pieces gone wrong 😑

Meat was definitely not fresh (gray and dry). If I had eaten there, I would have gone back. Too bad about the money.

The prices have changed but the usual quality has deteriorated significantly, which is a false economy. The only thing that is always top is friendliness.

Waren kurz nach der Öffnung dort und waren enttäuscht. Fußboden hat geklebt, Tische waren dreckig. Auf Toilette egal auf welcher war kein Toilettenpapier und es sah aus, als ob schon der ganze Tag auf ist. Personal ignoriert einen und tratscht lieber mit Kollegen. Wir sind immer gerne lang gekommen und fahren dafür 55 km .

Ist wohl absolut eine geschmackssache frittierte Hähnchen ist nicht so mein Ding. Ansonsten wie in jeder Bürger Kette dahin sich nichts ab alles dasselbe

Essen viel zu stark gewürzt. Unfreundliches Personal. Toiletten runtergekommen und beschädigt.

essen ging fix .. hat gut geschmeckt und entsprach den erwartungen.

Wenn du entspannt essen willst, dann eher hier als im Bahnhof.

Es war sehr lecker und alle Tische waren sauber. Das Essen war schnell zubereitet und die Inneneinrichtung hat uns gefallen. Mitarbeiter waren nett und konnten deutsch. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍🏻

An sich sehr geil, ich esse gern bei KFC aber ich muss sagen bis jetzt noch in keinem überragenden gewesen. Es gibt immer was zu bemängeln. Toiletten waren ok und essen war auch gut aber meiner Meinung nach zu wenig für zu viel Geld. Ich meine man wird satt aber… 20€ für effektiv einen halb vollen Eimer? Einfach zu viel. Aber trotzdem lecker.

Die Teilchen werden immer kleiner und trockener.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich auch nicht überfordert, aber der Laden war voll wie sau. Keine Plätze usw.

Das Essen ist soweit ok, aber die Hygiene gerade in der Kinderecke ist sehr grenzwertig und auch die Toiletten sind eher naja..

Nur die Toiletten sollte man besser nicht erwähnen. Ein ekelhafter Gestank.

Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und strahlt sympathie aus, er hat viel Spaß an seinem Job. Das Essen war gut aber wie immer sehr teuer, der Kartoffelbrei war allerdings nicht so gut, er war zu "flüssig" vielleicht zu viel Soße. Die Tische waren etwas dreckig sonst ganz okay.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Essen schmeckt gut und ist frisch zubereitet. Im automatischen Bestellsystem fand ich in der Auswahl nur eine Pepsi-Cola Zero. Also bestellte ich ein anderes Getränk weil ich kein Zero wollte. An der Theke fragte ich, ob es denn keine Pepsi-Cola mit Zucker mehr gäbe. Daraufhin sagte mir eine freundliche Dame des Service, dass das Bestellsystem die Zero immer vorschlägt, aber sie könne das Getränk auch tauschen. Das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln hätte ist also das unpersönliche Bestellsystem.

Sauber, nettes Personal. Leider total überfordert. Bei einer 60€ Bestellung fehlte fast die Hälfte. Ein Shake war falsch.

Waren seit Jahren mal wieder bei kfc. Wir hatten mega Hunger aber das bestellsytem war etwas kompliziert. Hatten plötzlich 5x pommes obwohl wir was anderes bestellt haben. Auf Nachfrage waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und haben es eingetauscht. Leider waren die Chicken nicht mehr knusprig und intensiv im Geschmack, schade.

Sauberkeit wird hier nicht gerade groß geschrieben... Es ist alles, wo man etwas genauer hinschaut, verschmutzt und klebrig bis süffig. positiv: -Essen (geschmacklich) etwas besser als bei der Konkurrenz negativ: -Defekte Toiletten -Servietten auf dem Boden liegend -Kinderspielecke (Oberflächen) klebrig bis süffig

Hat geklappt, leider in der automatischen Buchung nicht einfach ersichtlich, welche Beilagen uncludiert sind.

Kann man sich auf alle Fälle schmecken lassen. Mal was anderes als MC oder King. Nettes Personal, allerdings dauert es etwas, wenn viel los ist. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden damit...frisch und selbst gekocht, ist halt einfach besser😅.

dort habe ich die bisher schlimmste Toilette vorgefunden, die es bei Fastfood Restaurants geben könnte. Igitt! Ansonsten war es dort, wie bei allen anderen auch. Beim nächsten Ausflug gibt es wieder was ordentliches.

Top Laden mit nettem Personal, aber nicht zu viel bestellen! ;)

Guter freundlicher Service und umfangreiches Speiseangebot.

KFC gewohnte Qualität. Alles sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ein Stern Abzug für die bescheidenen Fahrradständer.

Leider sehr kleine Portionen für viel Geld

Toiletten Schmutzig bis geht nicht mehr. Tische unsauber. Kellnerin vergisst zwei Becher. Essen war okay.

Nun ja freundliche Personal und gut gelegen das Essen halt wie bei KFC überall aber alles ist gut das Restaurant ist sehr sauber

Optimal gelegen in der Nähe der Autobahn. Netter Angestellter, waren jetzt gegen 20:45 hier, schnelle Bedienung trotz vielee Besucher.

Das war etwas, was ich schon immer machen wollte. Wir wollten KFC ausprobieren und es war gut, die Portionen sind zu klein, man kann woanders besser essen, vielleicht gehen wir wieder dorthin.

Das Essen war wie gewohnt von KFC ok; das Restaurant trotz des späteren Abends recht sauber; allerdings musste ich ein wenig beim bestellen warten obwohl ich der einzige Kunde am Tresen war, da das Personal offenbar ein wenig Pause hatte ;-) Alles in allem ok für KFC.
