crap food, poor service, they always mess up order, you have to double check every single time. on top if you forgot to explicitly add ketchup when ordering, they’ll charge you 50 cents per ketchup!!! because you forgot!!! so now you have to pay. wow!! never again.

I like to eat here when I pass through Leipzig. KFC seems a bit more expensive than other chains. I've often had to wait a bit longer at this branch. Otherwise, it's always neat and clean. Oh yes: it sounds strange, but there are really good alternatives for vegetarians.

We wanted to try something different than McDonald's, and we have to say we were very disappointed. First, the staff berated us as a customer, saying we'd entered everything incorrectly, and then it turned out the staff had packed it incorrectly. When we got home, we realized half the order was missing. So, one day, and never again. KFC.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't very clean – the tables weren't wiped down, and the floor was dirty. It's a shame, because otherwise it would have been a really good visit.

The quality of the products offered and their preparation is increasingly declining. Dishes are cold, lukewarm, and sticky. Service is utterly awful, and even when someone is there, no one understands you...👎👎👎👎

The new fries are absolutely terrible. I don't understand why they introduced them. They're overseasoned and soggy. We won't be going to KFC anymore.

The food was delicious, as always. But the service with these incredibly slow terminals is truly awful. And the restrooms are in terrible working order, dirty, and smell incredibly bad.

"Unfortunately, we can't offer any drinks, the vending machine is broken." - Yeah, folks, head over to Globus and get some crates. They're already a restaurant with the Golden Seagull quality. You pay full price, but don't get a drink with it? Is that even possible? Ordering is only possible at the terminal; even online, I get an error message. Apparently, there's no drive-thru anymore either. It's just difficult when none of the employees speak a single word of German. Is someone trying to undercut the minimum wage?! The situation in the parking lot is also awful; every idiot is speeding over the speed limit at 50 to take a shortcut. I loved going to your place back then, but now it's the worst place I've ever been.

I'd like to give a huge compliment to Melhem and Florian! Both are incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. You can immediately tell that they care about their guests' satisfaction. Their positive attitude made the visit to KFC even more pleasant. Thank you for the great service – it really makes you feel welcome!

KFC used to be my favorite food, but this time it was a very bad experience. The meat was undercooked and rubbery. The fries were very bad, both in taste and appearance. Very disappointing – never again! It's a shame the quality has declined so much.

It's a classic fast-food restaurant. Seating is available, and there's also a restroom. Cleanliness is acceptable—although it should be noted that mess is usually caused by guests who don't return their trays. Especially during peak times, the employees are naturally very busy serving food, which is understandable. Overall, a typical fast-food experience.

Where do I begin... I buy food for €44, the drinks dispenser isn't working... I get three bottles of warm Pepsi. No problem! I ordered a refill, and they say it's not possible. A refund? No, it's not possible, says the lady. I'll get the manager. He says OK, I'll have another 0.5l, there are five of us. Everyone gets a 100ml refill, thanks. By the way... please clean the place. I just came back from Egypt and thought I was still there.

I think this artificial scarcity with special offers that expire in seconds should be criticized most harshly, and I hereby do so. The vending machine was trying to convince me of a "cheaper" drink. This isn't a service that treats people as human beings. The sauce from the Korean chicken tenders I bought also seeped through the packaging and spilled onto my lap. Not to mention that in the picture, they really do look glazed, like at a Korean restaurant, but in reality, they seem to have just been poured with some sauce.

Everything was fine. The food was fresh and delicious. The restroom was spotlessly clean. I'd gladly go back.

Unfortunately, I can't report on the food, because there was nothing. No chicken pieces, so no buckets and no boxes, and it was just after 6 p.m. Unfortunately, Birger King won. And then there was all this confusion between the app and the ordering terminal. No combo or triple box at the terminal—well, there were no chicken pieces anyway. No Squid Game products in the app. Something like this has never happened to me at KFC before. Okay, I've never been there in this area, but in Bavaria and Hesse. An explanation would be interesting. Someone could also pick up trash outside. Yes, I know it was the customers who caused it. It still looks bad. So now it's off to Burger King to satisfy my fast food hunger.

The service was friendly and polite. But the hot wings I bought left a lot to be desired. They used to be hot wings. Now they're just breaded chicken bones. It's really sad and very disappointing that you pay so much for breading. Unfortunately, this was my last visit to Kentucky. If I had peeled the meat off the 36 wings, I probably would have only gotten 50 grams of meat, if that. Very sad.

It was our first time at KFC, and it was surprisingly delicious for a fast food restaurant. The employee at the counter was super friendly and even took the time for a little small talk. We'd be happy to go again.

I enjoyed the burgers. The tables and chairs were incredibly dirty. The restroom was incredibly dirty, and it wasn't fresh dirt; there was thick dust and the soap was empty. You didn't dare touch anything.

Not recommended. The food at this location was unfortunately not fresh. Employees argue in front of customers, in Arabic or a similar language. It's a shame, but I'm used to KFC being completely different. The cleanliness in the restaurant and the restrooms was not just poor, it was absolutely awful. I ate at this place on July 21, 2025. I've been to a few fast food restaurants. I have to honestly say these guys nailed it, and everything worked out great. There was a slightly different tone behind the counter, but it worked. The staff was super friendly to the customers. The restrooms were clean. What wasn't quite as good was the cleanliness in front of the counter. Maybe it was because I was there shortly before closing time. But overall, I'll come back when I'm in Leipzig. Great guys, keep up the good work.

The cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms was not just poor, it was absolutely abysmal. The tables were dirty, and the floor was sticky. There was trash everywhere. The tray cart was overflowing, and other guests kept cramming everything into it. The staff member present watched this circus with complete disinterest. The restrooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Sticky deposits on the stall walls underscored the overall appearance of the entire establishment. The sinks were disgusting. A second visit was out of the question.

Shortly before 6:00 p.m., there wasn't a single clean table to be found in the entire restaurant. The restrooms were a disaster. Urine was splattered all over one urinal, and toilet paper was hanging out of the middle one. The toilets? Best to only touch them in a rubber suit. There was still some poop from other users stuck to the edge. It looked a bit dried out. The sink had stains and strange solids that wouldn't drain. Could also have been due to the clogged drain. The food arrived piping hot after a bit of a wait. We found the coating on the Original Bits to be too salty. After a few bites, the kids were hoping their dad would buy another shake. We'll never go there again.

The first time I got chicken pieces of a different kind than the one I ordered, and the second time the same thing happened.

The wait time was quite long for a fast-food chain, especially when there are few customers and all the employees are obviously under-utilized. But the service was friendly, and cleanliness is a top priority, and fospas responds quickly.

It's definitely delicious. What bothers me are the long waits. Sometimes there's nothing left to buy. Only burgers.

Personally, I didn't like it at all. Ordering was impersonal, via computer, and then I didn't even get what I ordered. On top of that, everything was cold and very expensive.

If you are used to KFC in Czechia, you will be disappointed here. Everything tastes plain just like in Burger king or McDonald's here. A good thing is that the meat is whole and not grinded as in McDonald's.

My special request was accommodated without a doubt. Great service, something I've experienced many times before!

It's a classic KFC, very new, and actually quite nice in terms of location. It's a kind of mini truck stop with a gas station, a KFC, an arcade, and a large Tesla charging station. You drive off the highway and it's right there, as there are more than enough parking spaces, and I've never had to wait long. I travel a lot for work and have been there many times, and I'll be back often.

The atmosphere is a bit cold and not really clean. At least the floor was dirty. For my first time at KFC the food was okay but the prices are quite high.

Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly. My companions and I would have needed help because we rarely eat here and there were always changes. But ok.... We tried to fumble our way through. The food was quite ok. However, it's not enough for 5 stars. But that's up to each individual. Unfortunately I really have to complain about how unclean the store was. At first it was assumed that due to the high number of visitors, the employees wouldn't come to clean, but that was far from the case... Instead, people chatted and gossiped about the guests. All around it was a s--- shop. Sorry...but we won't stop there again.

Very good service, slightly expensive in terms of price

There was something wrong with the fries. Half the fries were over salted so that you just can't eat from salt. The other portion was without any salt. The drinks variety was reduced to just 3 options - all sparkling, plus the still water. Other KFCs have much larger choice of drinks. Last but not least - the paper used to print the receipts is some heavy duty expensive paper that is at least 120g/m2 (for comparison regular print paper is 80g/m2). Location is somehow disconnected from the whole place - isolated edge behind the back of Globus store. If you leave your electric vehicle to charge there is practically no side walk to reach to the restaurant - you walk along the cars on the street.

It is tradition on the first day of Caggtus there is KFC. I eat KFC once or twice a year. I love it. Taste great. Always full.

We waited quite a long time at the drive-thru because it was very busy (completely understandable that it took a while). They assured us that everything was in the bags. In the end, four burgers were missing and we had one extra fries... I think that's crap, because they went to extra mile to make sure everything was in there. Uncool

Be sure to try it after a trip. We had our problems at the ordering counter. After asking the staff, employees quickly came to help and explained to us in a very friendly manner how we could put together our order. He then put these together wonderfully for us. Everything tasted wonderful, I was even surprised by the mashed potatoes. Refilling the drinks was also great. Great service

Hello , We are regular customers at Kentucky but you can't call it service in their branch. We wanted to order our food at the counter and were told that this would not be possible because the cash register systems had not been uploaded. We think that was a lazy excuse on the part of the gentlemen, we pointed out that we wouldn't be able to cope with it, the gentleman didn't care and laughed... Conclusion we went over to Mac Donald and we received excellent service at the counter and that's what we call service... You have lost us as customers, at least in this branch

Expensive. But, if the chicken was fine, fine (irony). Kids menu with a toy, which is far too difficult and uninteresting for small children and was simply self-promotion. Food is good. But beware of trying to use the toilets. Hygiene as of today, February 23, 2025, is zero and that for a catering business.

The staff can't do anything about it, but the bites are so small compared to the meat and kilos of breading around them, so you can make money with that. I was an absolute fan of KFC, it doesn't exist in Magdeburg, but I've been annoyed about it three times now, not much meat, it's getting more and more expensive, deleted the app and wave wave KFC.
