No one has been standing at the counter for 10 minutes now and the order hasn't been taken yet... In the end I didn't even receive everything Stay away from this branch... go get a kebab :)

The employee who served the burgers was quick and good. The problem was a lady with short dark hair at the checkout (7/7 at 1:45 p.m.). She didn't show up for ages, so all the burgers that were already finished were lying there for ages and weren't packaged, so everyone had to wait forever, and she also left the fries in the deep fryer for ages so they were way over-fried (because they were, too). wasn't there for ages). Almost hard. I took a photo of this, unfortunately there are no sweet potato fries in the photo. It's a shame, I know BK differently

Good place to eat, cleaner than mcdonalds

The employee with the blonde hair was really nice. When I asked him something, he said he didn't know much. Then he called his boss, and the boss didn't even look normal, but was really annoyed. Okay, all right, but he gave me the fries and stuffed them so heartlessly and quickly. When my real food came, the burger had no cheese on it, even though it was a cheeseburger, and even had jalapeños on it, even though that wasn't wanted. The chicken burger, which was supposed to have jalapeños on it, didn't have them on it. And last but not least, the chili fries were simply made and it just wasn't like all the other Burger King branches. Super authentic tasting vegetarian burgers. Unfortunately the waiting time was a little longer than hoped.

Employees are far too slow, you wait at least 20 minutes for your food. Been waiting for 35 minutes and there are still 4 people ahead of me.. 🤨

Fast food restaurants with the typical offer. Clean and tidy, helpful staff. A parking space close to the restaurant can be a problem. Recommended for those who like the offers.

I had paid, my meal hadn't started yet, I couldn't keep up with the wait. Unfortunately I had to go to work and couldn't cancel it. Annoying. The lady at the counter was not solution-oriented and unfriendly. So I had to leave my food and money there without service.

Ordering at the counter is no longer possible here! There are only those annoying ordering terminals. But you can collect money again at the counter. That's rubbish.

Extremely unfriendly woman at the telephone desk. Threats of violence were made when they accidentally named a product that no longer existed. We were even threatened with the police when we tried to call a second person to clarify our mistake because the unfriendly woman simply hung up on us. Really very annoying. I took a quick walk in this morning because I wanted to pick something up as I drove past. It was quiet, no one in front of me, no one behind me. I stood at the counter, at first there wasn't much of a reaction, then the lady said I HAD to order at the terminal in the entrance area, there's no other way. I mean, the staff in particular can't do anything about it, you can't blame them. But what the company is allowing itself to do here is a flawless manifestation of Germany's service desert. Even though no one was waiting in front of or behind me, I was still forced to go back because otherwise they wouldn't be able to serve me. Maybe It's been like this for a long time and I didn't notice it because I almost never go to burger joints, but NOW I'll definitely never come back. I left straight away and didn't buy anything. Once again: Germany's service desert par excellence can be admired at Burger King!

Unfortunately the service was the only good thing. Dirty environment very unclean. The burgers were made with bare hands very unhygienic. I didn't take the burgers with me and got my money back.

Burger King no matter where you go, they take FOREVER! It feels like only 2 people are working at any given time. And the plant based things are inedible for me. Sorry, downright disgusting unfortunately.

Waited 30 minutes for King of the Month!! Incredibly annoying when you see the burgers getting cold because the two employees are super slow and have to read an order 20 times. That was on April 14, 2024 at 7:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m

What can you say about BurgerKing? It's just fast food. However, this shop has nothing to do with almost. Our order for four people took over 25 minutes to prepare. That's clearly too long for my taste. And then the food was only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the store also leaves something to be desired. The only good thing is that almost every burger is now available as a vegetarian version.

Here's where it goes when it's happening!

AVOID! The staff is extremely unfriendly and likes to make unnecessary comments when you have questions. Likes to add water bottles to the bill (perhaps accidentally or intentionally - I don’t know) to generate additional sales. They didn't want to make a correction to the drinks because they "didn't want" the effort and the cancellation. Ordered large fries but received a small paper bag half full. The entrance is extremely dirty. Service at the checkout is avoided. Above all, you have to expect very long waiting times until the order is prepared, as you save on staff (max. 3 employees; shift manager or similar + 2 employees seemed related based on their behavior and showed no interest in the job).

As always at BK, very loud, unpleasant music and long waits for food. But clean and food good.

It's amazing how long you have to wait!

I've almost never had any problems with eating. Sometimes it wasn't quite warm, but it wasn't always like that either. However, the staff works extremely slowly. Even when I was the only customer, it took them over 10 minutes for my food, which I don't understand at all. The ones in a real restaurant are sometimes faster. The ambience and design is ok, it's just a fast food restaurant. For whatever reason, the top part is never open and sometimes it could be a little cleaner.

Worst BurgerKing I've ever seen, they can't even enter a coffee at the checkout, they only point to the self-service terminal. Tablet cart overflowing, floor and tables dirty. If everything were kept a little clean and the staff were instructed in how to use the cash register, it would be quite okay. But like, no thanks

Here small fries are sold as large despite asking whether these are large fries. The difference between small fries from McDonald's and large fries from Burger King is zero, what a shame!!!

Some of the food was cold, even though it was ordered from Bking. Waited just over 20 minutes. Only 2 people in front of us ordered...

The staff was really terrible and incompetent last night, my order was simply overlooked and so there were 4 people ahead of me - it's not like I had to wait a good 20 minutes beforehand. I asked the staff about it and all they got was a grumpy one and it took another 5 minutes. Not even anything like an apology or I'm sorry. Maybe you'd rather take citizen's money like 90% do. So in total we waited almost half an hour for 3 burgers. I left the staff a surprise at the end of the day😉

Super Essen, dazu noch lecker. Gerne wieder. Einzug die Parksituation war spannend, aber lösbar.

Essen überlebt man, aber wirklich schmecken... Wenig Personal und viel digital, also sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Hygiene null. Kein Mundschutz, keine Handschuhe, sieht allgemein unhygienisch aus

Es dauerte wie immer sehr lange.

Essen ist wie überall, aber die Wartezeit ist hier wirklich unübertroffen lang. Selbst bei geringem Andrang und kleinen Bestellungen meist min. 20 min, oft länger und nicht selten fehlt etwas.

The fries where cold and the burger had too much ketchup. We also waited 23min for just 2 burgers and fries and a coke with not so many other waiting. Pretty disappointing for a Fastfood restaurant if you ask me.

Waren heute Mittag hier, Personal war freundlich aber essen hat viel zu lange gedauert, hat mit Schnellrestaurant nichts zu tun, bekomm ich bestimmt in jedem Restaurant in Leipzig mein Essen schneller

Es gibt in Leipzig relativ wenig Fastfoodrestaurants, daher bin ich froh, dass es es gibt. Allerdings muss ich hier meist gefühlt ewig auf meine Bestellung warten. Gegenüber gibt es den besten Döner 🥙 der Stadt!

Es hat wirklich sehr lange gedauert, bis das Essen fertig war, dabei waren es lediglich 3 Eis. Wir haben, an einem Sonntag Abend, 20 min gewartet.

Está bien ubicado, tienen un ambiente agradable.

10/10 Leckere Burger, Getränke konnte man sogar ohne Eiswürfel 🧊 auswählen, liebe und schnelle Mitarbeiter. Die Toiletten waren super. Sogar ausreichend Servietten wurden mitgegeben. Danke und gerne jederzeit wieder.

Hatten total Hunger, nachdem wir den Klangpfad in Beucher besucht haben. Zum Glück sind wir an diesem Burger King vorbeigekommen, denn es war schließlich Sonntag und die Supermärkte hatten geschlossen. Essen wird bestimmt lecker wie immer sein. Klimaanlage kühlt auf gefühlte 12°C runter, aber MitarbeiterInnen trotzdem in Polo gearbeitet. Keine Ahnung was dar los war.

BK auf der Gastromeile Leipzigs, das ist so wie Helen Fischer in der Staatsoper spielen. Ja es ist Essen, aber Nee hat nix mit Geschmack zu tun.

About what you come to expect, as a level of BK. Good burger, fries are okay (but not the point of your visit). Prices are okay could be lower ( but not their fault).If you dont like to talk to anyone you can order per screen.

Bestellen funktionert zwar, aber alles dannach ist eine konstante Enttäuschung. man wartet zuerst elendig lange auf seine Bestellung, egal was man sich kauft. Der Bereich oben ist abgesperrt, was mies schade ist, weil da oben zu essen eine sehr tolle experience wäre die auch dazu motivieren würde das Geschäft noch mal zu besuchen. es ist leider viel zu kalt in dem Lokal, und die Toiletten sind auch abgesperrt und unzugänglich. Mitarbeiter*innen sind auch nicht gerade die freundlichsten und eher auf der skeptischen Seite, wo man sich als Kunde natürlich auch nicht super mit fühlt. werde hier wahrscheinlich nicht mehr essen. (das essen selber war gut)

Schnelle Bestellungen über Terminals möglich und die der Zahlungsart ist super. Alles frisch zubereitet und sehr freundliches Personal. Sauber und hell im Innenraum.

Leider lange Wartezeiten, die Toilette war gesperrt, ebenso wie einige Bereiche im Laden selber. Die Musik war zu laut. Die Mitarbeiter haben mich leider nicht verstanden. Normaler Fastfood-Laden halt.

Hallo wollte mal ein anderes Burger king austesten das hier ist sehr Sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Freundlich und Burger sind mega lecker und Warm Pommes waren Warm. Immer wieder gerne.

Ein ungewöhnlich sauberer Burger King. Essen und Service waren auch gut. Einzig der Außenbereich ist sehr stark mit Kippen verschmutzt
