Food delicious Great service Unfortunately unclean tables

Terribly slow, had to wait over 20 minutes for the order to be prepared, while there were not a lot of customers.

Dirty men's toilet and slowest service in a McDonald's ever experienced (25min wait time for a menu).

After 25 minutes of waiting in McDrive without a single car being able to place an order, I drove back. Very disappointing.

Quite a small shop but the food came quickly and was of standard McDonald's quality. There are self-service terminals here and, if you ask, you can also get an extra spoon for ice cream, for example. Overall a 4/5

Worst experience ever. Today 22:00 door was closed. You can order through your app or drive through. The lady that was taking my order was laughing to the headset that they are using which was leading to complete misunderstanding . As I looked inside what was going on there was that she was dancing with one of the colleagues and having fun. As I pulled to the window she was very rude. She asked me a question than rolled her eyes 👀 like so and turned around proceeded to the colleague she was dancing with. Her German was basic so it was hard to communicate. I said multiple times „I’m sorry „ becouse I didn’t understood what she was saying. I pulled to the last window a nice guy opened but the food I get was completely cold . 🍟 fries where dry they smelled and taste horrible. Even coffee that I ordered was not hot enough it was a little warmer but not as I get used to mc Donald’s standards. Never again .

Unfortunately, most of the tables were not clean.

Got there shortly after 10 p.m. Door locked even though the app says open until midnight. Order only on McDrive or via APP where payment is only possible via Google Pay, Paypal or credit card. Complain that no more sales are being made but customers are left standing in front of closed doors. Rarely have I seen a juice shop like this. Please write down in the app that you are only open until 10 p.m. then you can save yourself the hassle. Hopefully this rantzbude will have its franchise revoked.

Burgers are often cold when you eat on site. When it comes to take-away orders, 99% of the time something is missing and it is still given out upon request, but it is annoying to always have to check whether everything is correct.

I ordered via the app and still haven't received any food after 45 minutes. We were then informed that the orders would be automatically deleted from the system after a certain period of time and would therefore no longer be processed. I have never experienced a McDonald's branch with such poor organization. It's unclear to me why they don't hire enough employees. We will definitely not visit the branch again.

Fast food should actually be quick. But not here!!! The staff is completely overwhelmed and makes many mistakes very slowly. If you can, you shouldn't eat here when there are trade fairs or events. After about 50 minutes the order was placed. :-(

I'm going crazy! The coupons are still available! McMuffin, croissant and Café Grande for only 4.50 euros! When it comes to breakfast, McDonald's is still unbeaten!

Paid extra money to avoid waste. Nevertheless, drinks are served in paper cups. The answer; we can't wash dishes. McDonalds should be ashamed of themselves. Coffee glass collected and served in a paper cup. Disappointing. 👎

Short stay to occupy your time while recharging your batteries.

I was totally shocked. The garbage has piled up. The staff was totally overwhelmed, even though it wasn't full. Burger lukewarm. Tables sticky. Simply impossible

Much nicer than US McDs. More extensive menu. Coffee and cappuccino in porcelain cups if you are dining in. Our grandkids loved pancake bites with 3 dipping sauce choices including peach the days we ate at any mcd.

Pleasant waiting time at the drive in. The burgers and the mc ribb were freshly prepared and hot as it should be! Definitely very good staff friendly and nice! One of my favorite McDonald's because the service and quality are just right!

As is now the case in every McDonald's, no tables or seats are cleaned. Of course this also depends on the guests who can't eat.

We come here more often because it's close to us. Unfortunately, something is always forgotten, today on August 21st there was even a whole burger that wasn't full. Of course we could have looked inside, but the employee should have noticed something like that. Some of the employees are unfriendly and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. People stand behind the counter and wait for guests to arrive instead of wiping the dry ketchup off the table. What a shame!

Very unfriendly service (lady with blonde hair). A McDonald's employee threw the tray on my table, took away the number, and placed it aggressively next to the ordering tablet. This lady literally threw the food, scaring me. Maybe she didn't like how the number was placed, but that was the order of the person I came with and that person was just away for a short time. That in no way justifies such behavior. (08/17/24)

Unfortunately, my last visit to McDonald's was disappointing. The app vouchers are a great idea, but in practice there are often problems. The staff tries hard, but seems understaffed. The food is up to the usual McDonald's standards, but the wait times are just too long.

Great McDonald's with a friendly staff.

Hello! September 11th, 2024 We were at McDonald's with the children around 8:15-8:30 p.m. The children went to the children's corner, where they were rudely chased away by adult visitors on the grounds that their daughter was playing alone. Many thanks to the facility staff for their support. They helped resolve the situation and the children were happy.

Current Happy Meal offer. McDonald's as always 🤗 stop.

The staff is unfriendly and you have to look closely at your order. There was a lot missing and they didn't even apologize. (08/03/24)

Bad quality of the service today. Forgotten to give us the big fries with the BigMcMenu. Already cold french fries at Children Menu. Not bussy inside at all and all the order took more than 10minutes waiting. Unfriendly personnel.

First of all, my biggest problem with this restaurant is that on several occasions there have been too few fries packed into take-out orders. Super annoying when you only notice it at home. Otherwise, McDonald's. You order at the terminal and are treated politely when you talk to the employees - but the interaction is usually limited to calling up your own menu. The food is okay. It's nice that the 20 nuggets are also available as a menu. Another thing worth mentioning is the outdoor slide (with seats overlooking the slide). Oh yes, and there is a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot.

Food of consistent quality. Had a very large order (around 50 cheese and hamburgers with fries drinks. The crew handled it cleanly and professionally! Thank you - there are 5 stars for a team like that

Terrible McDonald's branch - stay away! I wanted to redeem an ice cream coupon but it wasn't possible at the machine because only reusable cups could be selected. I then wanted to redeem the coupon at the checkout, which is no longer staffed. I then had to wait there and the employee then told me that the coupon was no longer valid. After 10 minutes of going back and forth, I left without ice cream. Absolute juice shop 🤬

Unclean and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this is a condition that one now encounters more often with the golden seagull. When asked whether the online order had arrived, the response was snippy and unhelpful. The tables were smeared, there was food on the floor and the return carts were full. At least the food was ready quickly...

Juice shop. More assistance than in Grünau and Neustadt combined!!! Apple turnover arrived as shown in the picture. Absolutely disgusting.

They do not allow students into the Mac in Leipzig well before closing time. So they don't want to help you if they have to do a little more work.

Classic McDonald's with a mixed breakfast experience ☕🍔🍟 We decided to have breakfast at McDonald's and were overall satisfied. Ordering at the terminal was quick and easy, and our food was brought to the table quickly. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were also some negative points: Our McMuffins were only lukewarm and the Franzbrötchen was not fresh and very dry. That was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness of the restaurant was fine and there is seating outside. The toilets were also clean. There are enough free parking spaces. Conclusion: Overall, a classic McDonald's experience with some flaws in the food. This is my personal experience, others may have felt differently.

The staff lacks friendliness and joy in their work. When we placed the order, we noticed that this person had absolutely no interest in satisfied customers. On top of that there is absolutely bad German-speaking staff, which didn't satisfy our order. We redeemed coupons and points and were supposed to pay €7.50. When we got the receipt, we first noticed that the entire order was wrong. So when we pointed this out to the staff, they showed disinterest and said it was our fault (we should have ordered it differently). For the first and last time in this restaurant.

The image and reality of the MC Double Chili Cheese differ so much from each other, that's it. Patty shriveled, 2.5 carelessly bruised halapenos and the meat with cheese well... not worth the money anymore.

Always happy in an emergency. If you know one MCD you know them all. The toilets here were really dirty. Tables weren't cleaned.

Despite the serial number, our order took a long time to be delivered. As a result, we did not receive any napkins, water caps or straws. I asked, but a blonde woman with short hair, over 40 years old, insulted us. I poured water on myself while carrying the food to the table. Is it really that difficult to at least provide lids and straws? without humiliation?

After being served very attentively and kindly by the employees there, I met the branch manager. Unfortunately, the currently current glasses were not set up anywhere to look at and I dared to look around the corner at the counter! Mind you, I was standing in the sales room and just looking. Very dingy with 8 guests, only service via self-service terminal, no open cash register, no one uses the Drive Inn! At least you can wipe the tables, look in the toilets and pick up the rubbish from the floor! But of course you don't want to disturb any of the staff during private conversations. I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's (which was almost empty).

...we've been standing here for half an hour now, waiting to get to MC Drive...we actually wanted to sit in because the opening hours on Saturday are until 1 a.m....it's 11 p.m. and the doors are locked...the employees are watching you not even... finally something changes the situation, because apparently this is a permanent situation here... and you can't call it a fast food restaurant either...

Never again...we've never had such a bad meal in a McDonald's. Half of the Happy Meal was missing, instead of chicken nuggets, we got vegetarian ones that were hard and dry as a rock. Unfortunately we only noticed it when we got home because we took it with us. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but that was a mess and, above all, there wasn't much going on

The toilets don't smell good and the garbage buckets are always full. When you go to the bathroom the garbage buckets are always overflowing but the food tastes good 👍 👍 👍 👍

Unfortunately the opening times are not correct at all. Today, Wednesday April 17th, 2024, it's from 7 a.m. to midnight. We would be there at 11:03 p.m. The restaurant door was closed, two people were cleaning inside otherwise everything was dark. Please change the opening times here in Google and at the door 😉

The store was full, almost every seat was occupied. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, the lights in the restaurant suddenly went out around 9:30 p.m. (Opening hours that day were until 1:00 a.m.) At around 9:35 p.m. we were asked to leave the restaurant because they were cleaning everything and then closing it. All the chairs were simply put up next to us and we sat in the dark. We then left the restaurant... Half an hour later you could still order in the drive-thru.

Unfortunately we didn't like it at all. It took far too long. We ate there and the opening times on Saturday are advertised until 1. At 9:30 p.m. the lights simply went out, even though the restaurant was full. Light went out. No explanation, no apology. The first guests left out of confusion. Then an employee came and put the chairs up one by one. She also wanted to put up the chairs next to us. Very rude. We were still eating and then an employee came and said that we should leave the restaurant because they still wanted to clean. When we wanted to leave, the doors were locked and we had to ask again to see if they could be unlocked. We won't be coming back. A pity!

The second visit and the same experience again. Too few staff that are completely overloaded at peak times, around 6 p.m. on weekdays! This time too we had to wait 15 minutes for an order with two menus. In response to our feedback that the waiting time was simply too long, we only received the following statement: you can see what's going on here. Yes, I do... hungry people waiting too long for their (price intensive) food. Further: Half a box of fries (!) without salt that taste sticky. BigMac lies crooked and crooked in the packaging, but there are regulations as to how the burgers belong in the packaging. Salad from a BigMac was in the box next to the burger. Ketchup was left out completely on one menu and replaced with French fries sauce on the second. Conclusion: Too expensive, too long of a wait, unfriendly staff and constantly overloaded.

In itself a classic McDonalds. It was clean and the food was prepared quickly. There are plus points because we were next door at Messer for a multi-day event and instead of just offering drive-thru, McDonalds also had the restaurant open so we could order there.

Sunday morning, three guests on site. It took a really long time to get two hot drinks. Otherwise okay.

The food tasted catastrophic, the mcflory tasted terrible, the Spreit tasted and smelled like warm beer and the milkshake was also sickening. I can't recommend the taste!

The McDonalds was completely overcrowded due to the end of an event in the mess hall. We ordered from the machine and waited 30 minutes. The food was freshly prepared and the waiter was super friendly. Kudos to how they managed the rush. Today on April 5th, 2024 I was disappointed. It was quite dingy. The tables were not wiped down. The food was freshly prepared.

Food was okay for McDonald's standards, but despite the stated opening times from 12:00 a.m., at 9:30 p.m. they were very rudely told that they were now closed and that all orders given would only be taken away and that all the lights in the restaurant area were coldly turned off . Cleanliness was also okay.

One more star is too many. We waited for over 40 minutes, then asked and the answer was, yes, everyone has to wait, there is a lot going on. Then the waitress suddenly wanted to know our number and even though it was always on the board, she spontaneously disappeared. No apology or anything like that. Then we wanted to have our receipt so we could pack up. Without words. I won't do that to myself again! This McDonald's is not understaffed, just incompetent and disorganized.

After my big tasty arrived in the kitchen and the bacon was cold and didn't even see the deep fryer, I sorted it down. Unfortunately not everything... during the night shift I got very bad stomach cramps which ultimately resulted in a gastrointestinal infection. Most likely salmonella. The employees danced and laughed... in short, they disturbed the guests. But at least the tables were cleaned reasonably well. Maybe it could always be worse, but I'm giving the place a wide berth now.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waiting time for the food was about 30 minutes, confused employees at the checkout, burger was quite dry and slightly burnt.

Table service was good. Unfortunately, parking was not free. 40min. Parked and 30€ payment request on Sunday, “Beggar City” Leipzig, never again 😂

We visit the McDonalds in Sachsenpark every year at the time of the Leipzig Book Fair. Compared to the McDonalds restaurants in our state, this one is really outstanding. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and served quickly, despite the hustle and bustle of the trade fair. Really great for a McDonalds. We'd love to come back.

A normal Mecces with good food, as long as you can make a difference in the system restaurant. I still like to drive by because the drive-in is always quick and there have never been any complaints.

Were back after a long time. There were a lot of employees behind the counter, but they preferred to talk to each other instead of preparing the food. On top of that, my turtle is a racehorse when it comes to the conditions.

A recurring problem is mixed up or forgotten orders. Such mix-ups can be particularly frustrating if you discover at home or at your destination that your order is incorrect. A more efficient ordering and review system could help here and significantly increase customer satisfaction. Another point of criticism is the waiting time. Although “fast food” should be available quickly, there are sometimes longer waiting times at McDrive. The causes can be varied, from high customer volumes to internal process problems. Optimizing workflows and perhaps deploying additional resources during peak hours could increase efficiency. The freshness of the burgers occasionally leaves something to be desired. Old, dry rolls significantly reduce the taste experience. Freshness is a core promise at McDonald’s and there is clearly a need for action. Regular quality checks and precise timing in preparation could ensure that customers always receive fresh and satisfactory products.

I always just go to Mc Donalds but I have no idea what was going on on Wednesday! It took a little longer to wait because everything is prepared “freshly”, which is ok, but the Mc Chicken classic seems to have been bad, which you didn't even notice due to the excessive amount of mayo. My stomach was so upset that even the emergency doctor had to arrive because all the fluids had left my body, even my mind! It's not a nice experience when there's blood in your stool, which already has the consistency of water! Anything can happen but please not again

Very friendly staff, food came very quickly and was still warm. Restaurant itself was clean

1 star is still too much. The staff was unfriendly and didn't want to sell me anything at the caunter. So I left without eating. The next store was happy for my money.

Waren um 21 Uhr dort, um 21.30 Uhr wurde in sehr unfreundlichen Ton gesagt, dass nun bald geschlossen würde und man "zum ende" kommen solle. Wir haben das Essen erst kurz vor 21.30 erhalten. Einer der Burger war kalt. Er wurde aber anstandslos ausgetauscht. Es wurde nach und nach einfach das Licht ausgemacht, wir saßen dann im Dunkeln und haben zu Ende gegessen. Die Dame welche die Ansage machte war mehr als unfreundlich. Generell was es sehr unaufgeräumt und fast schon dreckig. Und das für einen mcdonalds an der Messe.

Man muss so unheimlich lange Warten und am Ende fehlten Sachen und man bekam das falsche Essen. Kleiner Tipp wenn ihr das Essen zum Mitnehmen nimmt überprüft erstmal ob alles da ist und richtig ist.

Sonntag 21.30 Im Restaurant steht ein Schild, wir müssen an den Computern bestellen. Erst nachdem wir bezahlt haben wird uns gesagt, dass wir das Essen mitnehmen müssen. Als ich mein Geld zurück bekommen möchte, da ich nicht im Auto Essen möchte, wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich beim bestellen den Hinweis übersehen habe und noch vom Personal dafür ausgelacht. Schade eigentlich!

Also wenn hier laut Öffnungszeiten bis 1 Uhr geöffnet sein soll und man dann ignoriert wird, alles verschlossen ist, um kurz nach 23Uhr. Unfassbar, schlechtester Service ever!

Waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort, Parkplatz und die Sitzplätze waren relativ leer, es sah sauber und ordentlich aus,auf den zweiten Blick🤔 Bestellung am nicht menschlichen Bildschirm, Bestellung kam relativ schnell an,war frisch und warm, mir persönlich war da viel zuviel Salat auf den Brötchen, ich bin doch kein Hase🐰,aber man konnte es Essen .Aber auch nicht jeden Tag.

Big Rösti Cranberry ohne Cranberry - Zum wiederholten Male haben wir Essen an diesem McDrive mitgenommen und mussten feststellen, dass der bestellte Inhalt nicht dem entsprach, was wir zu Hause auspackten. Zwar soll man Wechselgeld und Ware beim Empfang prüfen, doch ich sehe mich nicht in der Lage, Beispiel letzte Bestellung über 50,00 Euro, im Auto auseinanderzunehmen, zu überprüfen, um es dann wieder einzupacken. Ich dachte man kann McDonald's vertrauen. Wir bitte um besseren Service und auch das Ambiente könnte an der Ausgabe verbessert werden. Vielen Dank.

Ich finde das Restaurant hier am schönsten in Leipzig. Sauber, schnell und freundlich.
