I order my food here regularly, it's just great. Always very polite and nice, fast delivery times, warm food and above all very tasty! I can only recommend it!
The food itself is good. But be careful: rip-off! Lieferando prices compared, 2 pizzas total 31 euros for delivery. Picked it up myself without further ado, same asking price. The employee wanted to pocket the difference himself. I don't come here anymore and I don't recommend the store anymore because of something like that.
Ordered for €14, probably not enough for Lilo's pizza, even though it was delivered within a 5 minute drive to Eschberg.
Called again, supposedly the order was out, but after 2 hours nothing came...
Not, absolutely not recommended, even though the minimum order value was met.
And it was actually around the corner in the Eschberg area.
So people avoid lilo's pizza.
There are better alternatives
One star is also too much. The boss personally answered the call. Delivery time 45 min. Aha. After 75 min. Pizza arrived, supposedly wrong address. Pizza cold!!!!
And then they ask themselves why!!!!!! But it doesn't matter, once was too much. I personally can't recommend it
Unfortunately, we forgot half of the covering (photos) and can no longer be reached by phone. Then you feel ripped off. No response to the written complaint either. I threw away the pizza after 2 slices, way too much dressing without the salad...
So I wouldn't even give the food they had to my dog. When I arrived to pick it up, my Thai curfy was taken out of the microwave!!
How can they sell this as food there...
Absolutely not recommended for delivery!
The order arrived over an hour late and was delivered without any cardboard. A quarter of the order was completely wrong, and my special requests were not addressed at all.
The Rigatoni alla Arrabbiata (spicy) was spicy, but the tomatoes were completely missing - carrots were mixed into the dish instead. The telephone contact was anything but friendly.
The food gets 2 out of 5 points – you could eat it, but nothing more. The driver also barely understood me.
I'm surprised by the number of bad reviews. I love the salami pizza and fries there. It's a bit expensive, but we haven't had any problems with the delivery driver yet.
I called there once when the pizza was taking a long time to arrive due to a lot of orders, and the woman on the phone was really strange and seemed annoyed that someone called and asked nicely if everything was okay.
Anyway, I really like eating at Jayspizza, and I think some things have improved.
I've never had any intolerances or hair in my food, or had to pay extra after paying via PayPal.
