Jay's Pizza in Hamburg

I'm surprised at the many bad reviews. I love the pepperoni pizza and fries from there. It's a bit expensive but we haven't had any problems with a driver yet. I called there once when the pizza was taking a long time due to the many orders and the woman on the phone is really strange and seems annoyed that you're calling and politely asking if everything is okay. Well, I really enjoy eating at Jayspizza and I think things have improved. I never had intolerances or hair in my food or had to pay anything extra after paying via Paypal.

At around 12:55 AM we were informed that the order had arrived and the address was correct. We waited 30 minutes in the cold for the delivery person, who was carrying an XXL pizza with a bag of drinks and snacks, as we thought the food had gone cold. We finally went back upstairs and called. We were told we had to pay €5 for the ride because the delivery person was on site and "supposedly" no one was there. To make sure we didn't miss the driver, we decided to go downstairs every 10 minutes and after 20 minutes of waiting, no one was there. When we called again, we were shouted at and told that the driver was back in the store and we wouldn't get our money back. I find the driver's behavior extremely disrespectful. He was rude and shouted and couldn't even speak German on the phone and couldn't complete the delivery properly. I will report this!

We ordered from them, and their card reader wasn't working, but we didn't know it. The delivery person said it worked, but then at 1:30 a.m. we got a call saying the money hadn't been debited and that he was coming to our house to get the money. Then he cheekily asked us if we even had any money.

Very, very tasty pizza and also friendly delivery. Were very satisfied.

We ordered at 1:27 and at 1:40 we were called that the driver should be there any minute. He then arrived at 2:16 and probably made a detour via Morocco. We were already worried about the driver and wanted to file a missing person report, which is madness.

Super unfriendly driver! We also saw the driver on the highway and it really makes you wonder if he won his driver's license in the lottery! Disaster! The driver's license should be revoked. Only on the cell phone. Regarding our order, the food was ice cold and the entire meal smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting! The health department has to intervene!

Your cooperation spiders! Just drive into driveways without looking, tells the bald guy that next time something will happen if he speaks to you again in that tone... the bird should get his driver's license again or get an MPU

Unfortunately it was an absolute failure. Jägerschnitzel. The sauce is the cheapest finished product. It just tasted like Maggi. So in the trash. The only thing that was ok and edible were the fries. The driver was very nice. But that was it. Really absolutely not recommended.

I ordered via Ubereats (with the uberone subscription). Positive: -Delivery was quick about 30 minutes after ordering -Driver was very friendly -French fries have a good amount Neural: - Taste is ok, not overwhelming Negative: - partly overpriced. E.g. €4.50 for 4 mozzarella sticks is a bit crazy

Stay away from this restaurant!!! First order is waiting to be delivered at 0:00 then arrive at 0:30 restourant order at 11:50 pm beautifully placed! Real fraudsters finger wake up!!! Just a big catastrophe

Ordered two types of pizza rolls. Got one kind twice. A little disappointed. Delivery time acceptable for the late time. Not bad in terms of taste, not exceptional. Seemed fresh. Price acceptable.

Total ekelhaft. Ich würde nie wieder dort Essen bestellen… Bolognese und Currywurst waren grausam. Bitte nicht dort bestellen ! 😖

Super lecker echt zu empfehlen, keine lange Wartezeit, perfekt gebacken und ganz wichtig sie schmeckt nach Pizza nicht wie bei anderen nach Öl.

Pizza war in Ordnung, die Currywurst okay, aber der Croque war ekelhaft, der Eisbergsalat war welk, irgendwelche Körner draufgestreut, die Tomaten geschmacklos und die Knoblauchsauce war wohl auf Joghurtbasis angemischt, und was fehlte war der Knoblauch. Alles in allem nicht wieder, bleibe dann lieber bei der Lagune

Ich hatte die Veggi Lover und war voll und ganz zufrieden mit ihr. Erwartungen erfüllt und leicht übertroffen. Gerne wieder

Richtig leckere Pizza, ich könnte drin baden. Kann ich nur empfehlen… am besten sollte es diese Pizzeria in ganz Deutschland geben. Lecker einfach!!!

Selten so eine leckere Pizza gegessen. Die Lieferung war auch ziemlich schnell.

Bin echt geschockt über so viele negative Bewertungen. Ich liebe den Laden. Die Mitarbeiter sind so mega freundlich, super herzlich. Das essen schmeckt immer gut und ist immer warm.

Die Pizza ist immer sehr sehr lecker, mit die beste von allen.

Standard Lieferservice. Weder besonders gut noch besonders schlecht. Guter Durchschnitt.

Junge hier schmeckt einfach alles geil !!!! Chicken wings !!!pizza(mit käserand!so saftig)glatte 1!!! Pizzabrötchen auch ne glatte 1 !!!

Spät in der Nacht bestellt, Bestellung wie besprochen bereits nach 15 Minuten selbst abgeholt. Freundlich, sehr lecker, gern wieder 👍

Das American Pizzabrot ist einfach das aller aller Beste!

Ich bin sehr krüsch was Lieferdienste angeht - und eatbell (früher noch Ready Pizza) hat mich nie enttäuscht. :-)

Für Selbstabholer gibts noch 10% Rabatt.

Lieferzeit war leider sehr lang (an einem Sonntag). Pasta dafür lecker und auch heiß angekommen!

Auf den ersten Blick ist die Pizzeria "Amientefrei",aber sie ist ja eher auf Lieferservice eingestellt.Ich geh lieber hin,weil ich wissen möchte wissen,wo das Essen her kommt.Die Pizza hat geschmacklich volle 5 Punkte abgeräumt,frisch und "mit Liebe gemacht" von der Dame hinterm Tresen.Echt gut,preislich könnte es vielleicht für Standardpizzen etwas günstiger sein,aber wenns schmeckt ist es ok.Allerdings komme ich auch nicht von hier und bin eventuell andere Preise gewöhnt.Qualitätsmässig: weiter so!!!

Schmeckt besser als Joeys oder Smileys !!!
