Hamaliya Pizza in Hamburg

We are satisfied with the branch, especially the delivery people are always nice and friendly. Keep it up 👍

Unfortunately, we forgot half of the covering (photos) and can no longer be reached by phone. Then you feel ripped off. No response to the written complaint either. I threw away the pizza after 2 slices, way too much dressing without the salad...

At approximately 00:55 we were informed that the order had arrived and the address was correct. We waited 30 minutes in the cold for the delivery person to carry an XXL pizza with a bag of drinks and snacks because we thought the food had gotten cold. We finally went back up and called. We were told that we had to pay €5 for the trip because the delivery person was there and “apparently” no one was there. To make sure we don't miss the driver, we decided to go down every 10 minutes and after 20 minutes of waiting, however, there was no one there. When we called again we were yelled at and told the driver was back at the store and we wouldn't get our money back. I find the driver's behavior extremely disrespectful. He was rude and shouted and couldn't even speak German on the phone and couldn't make the delivery properly. I will report this!.

Worst pasta i have ever had in my life. The pasta was overcooked and very dry. Never ordering again and do not recommend.

Top pizza, nice service and nicely decorated. The dough in particular was really perfect! Thank you.
