Hamaliya Pizza in Hamburg

I'm surprised at the many bad reviews. I love the pepperoni pizza and fries from there. It's a bit expensive but we haven't had any problems with a driver yet. I called there once when the pizza was taking a long time due to the many orders and the woman on the phone is really strange and seems annoyed that you're calling and politely asking if everything is okay. Well, I really enjoy eating at Jayspizza and I think things have improved. I never had intolerances or hair in my food or had to pay anything extra after paying via Paypal.

I'm truly shocked by this service. The phone operator was extremely unfriendly and reacted almost aggressively, simply because I accidentally entered my order incorrectly twice. Instead of offering understanding or a solution, I received zero leniency. And then the icing on the cake: The delivery person simply took my pizza away without me receiving it! Seriously—I've rarely experienced such abysmal customer service. Absolutely not recommended."

The pizza tasted like frozen pizza, with terrible ham—absolutely disappointing. Never again! :(

Absolute audacity!!! Under the pretext that vegan cheese was "out of stock," the pizza was simply delivered with Parmesan cheese!!!! The salad wasn't arranged decoratively in the pizza box! It was not an aesthetically pleasing experience. Best regards

We waited almost two hours for our food! The pizza rolls "with extra cheese" didn't have any cheese. And to top it all off, they forgot to put the salad dressing on them! It really couldn't be worse. Never again!
