Croque & Co. in Hamburg

Cockroach in the pizza (see photo) Something so disgusting has never happened to me before. Unfortunately, they didn't even offer an apology or make amends. (They weren't particularly surprised or upset; based on their reaction, it seemed to me as if it wasn't the first time this had happened.) That something like this happened is bad enough, but not even apologizing for it is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This review of mine is still too kind. You can imagine how you feel when you experience something like that... You're a pizza and suddenly you discover there's a cockroach in it... For health reasons alone, I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from there.

Ordered two croques, €20 for the barrel. Soggy and poor quality of products. I asked by phone to check the goods. Answer: "Fresh preparation several times a day." Unfortunately, that doesn't change the fact that the products seem to be overdue. Never again!!!

Terrible food. Tomato ends, including the green stem, in the salad. Ordered remolade as a sauce...no idea what we got, mayonnaise? Is the lettuce baked under the cheese? So you don't have to use fresh salad? The sauces and the meat lacked seasoning. The bread was sticky. Definitely not a recommendation

Hair on the croque!!! and a boss who has no scruples about lying!!! I had a hair on my croque. That wasn't a big problem for me at first, because something like this can happen with all hygiene standards, but the worst thing was when the owner didn't want to refund the croque and Lieferando said he had tried to call me several times. Unfortunately nothing arrived here. When I called the restaurant they said the boss wasn't there. He will call me back. Unfortunately I haven't received a call to date. The saddest thing is that I was a regular customer. Really ridiculous. Not recommended.

Schnelle Lieferung, essen war heiß und lecker! Ich habe jetzt schon Croques und Pizza probiert! Am besten gefallen mir die Croques! Preis Leistung passt hier!

Ich kann mich den ganzen Bewertungen hier absolut nicht anschließen. Das ist einer der besten Croqueläden im Bereich Bergedorf. Alles immer schnell und lecker zu guten Preisen. Bisher waren die Croques (und Burger, Pizza...) immer heiß wenn sie ankamen. Durchschnittlich 40 Minuten von Bestellung bis Lieferung. Großzügig belegt mit noch großzügigerer Saucenverteilung (Bei Extra-Verpackt-Option). Freundliche Lieferanten. War auch schon diverse Male direkt vor Ort und die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich.
