Croque & Co. in Hamburg

Cockroach in the pizza (see photo) Nothing so disgusting has ever happened to me. Unfortunately, there wasn't even an apology/compensation from them. (That didn't really surprise/dismay them, because of this reaction it seemed to me as if it wasn't the first time it had happened.) It's bad enough that something like this happened, but not even apologizing for it is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn't recommend this store either. This review of mine was worded too kindly. You can imagine how you feel when you experience something like that... You are a pizza and suddenly you realize that there is a cockroach in it... For health reasons alone, I wouldn't recommend anyone to order there.

Ordered two croques, €20 for the barrel. Soggy and poor quality of products. I asked by phone to check the goods. Answer: "Fresh preparation several times a day." Unfortunately, that doesn't change the fact that the products seem to be overdue. Never again!!!

Bad food. Tomato end pieces including green stalk in the salad. Ordered remolade as a sauce...no idea what we got, mayonnaise? Baked the salad under the cheese? So you don't have to use fresh salad? The sauces and the meat were seasonless. Bread sticky. Definitely not a recommendation

Hair on the croque!!! and a boss who has no scruples about lying!!! I had a hair on my croque. That wasn't a big problem for me at first, because something like this can happen with all hygiene standards, but the worst thing was when the owner didn't want to refund the croque and Lieferando said he had tried to call me several times. Unfortunately nothing arrived here. When I called the restaurant they said the boss wasn't there. He will call me back. Unfortunately I haven't received a call to date. The saddest thing is that I was a regular customer. Really ridiculous. Not recommended.

Schnelle Lieferung, essen war heiß und lecker! Ich habe jetzt schon Croques und Pizza probiert! Am besten gefallen mir die Croques! Preis Leistung passt hier!

Ich kann mich den ganzen Bewertungen hier absolut nicht anschließen. Das ist einer der besten Croqueläden im Bereich Bergedorf. Alles immer schnell und lecker zu guten Preisen. Bisher waren die Croques (und Burger, Pizza...) immer heiß wenn sie ankamen. Durchschnittlich 40 Minuten von Bestellung bis Lieferung. Großzügig belegt mit noch großzügigerer Saucenverteilung (Bei Extra-Verpackt-Option). Freundliche Lieferanten. War auch schon diverse Male direkt vor Ort und die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich.
