I waited 2 hours for three pizzas. When the pizzas arrived, they were cold and the quality was also poor. I would never order there again.

Waited over 1 hour 50 minutes for 4 pizzas. And they were still cold. Never again !!!!!!!

After 1 hour the food came. lukewarm to cold snack rolls were forgotten once subsequent delivery within 15-20 minutes. now 3/4 hours. still nothing there. what a juice shop. Definitely the last time ordered.

Ordered food via Lieferando. Delivery should have been made yesterday at 7:55 p.m. (I ordered at 7:04 p.m.) At 8:30 p.m. the food still wasn't there. So I called there. An unfriendly man answered and said I hadn't ordered anything from them yesterday. I told him what I had ordered and that I could see which branch would deliver at Lieferando. So I called this branch. When the phone call ended, my husband pointed out the order number to me. So I called again and the same unfriendly gentleman answered. He didn't want to hear the number and insisted that I didn't order anything there. Ps. He was able to see the address I used to order. And he said that my cell phone number had ordered 3 pizzas to be picked up, which I was able to rule out straight away. My husband then bought for us at Dominos. Next time we'll order directly from Dominos. This morning I received an email from Lieferando, food was delivered.🤣🤣

The staff is very rude and very aggressive. I just wanted to order something and they just lie in my face and are very disrespectful

I rarely give bad reviews but these pizzas were an absolute disappointment. From the dough to the cheese – the taste and quality are simply subterranean. That had nothing to do with real pizza. Unfortunately, a look at the reviews from other customers confirms my experience. If you order here again, it's your own fault. Once and never again.

Ordered pizza at 6:56 p.m. At 7:26 p.m. I received an email that the order was now on its way to me. They probably didn't have Google Maps, but we received the delivery around 8:45 p.m.: The pizza was almost cold and flabby, the snack rolls were just lukewarm. All I can say is: never again!

Pizza dry without sauces, unfortunately very poor quality for the price, you could buy a frozen pizza from Edeka and it would taste better. I ordered a Pizza Montana, I've been ordering it for years because it's my favorite pizza, lots of broccoli, a few strips of meat and unfortunately there was no sign of the hollondaise sauce, a shame because that's what pizza is all about, a Ringonfire Also very dry on the inside and we don't need to talk about the pizza with donner meat. It's a real shame for almost 50 euros, I expect better quality.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong address today, which unfortunately I realized late. When I called and asked to improve the address, they said that I was tried twice. That didn't happen, NO ONE called me. The operator didn't really care and just said that it was too late now and they were closed. I didn't receive a call! I'm glad I wanted to pay cash.

I had the same experience as many reviewers: it takes WAY too long for the pizza to be delivered. Today the delivery wasn't there after 1.5 hours. I was told on the phone that the emails saying the pizza was on the way would go out wrong. What are these emails supposed to do then? They also said I should wait another 5 minutes and then the driver would be there. But it wasn't there. That was definitely our last order from this branch. Addendum: When the pizza finally arrived, we opened the box and discovered that it was almost cold. Called the branch again and complained about the cold pizza. At least we got a new delivery some time later - and you could eat it because it was hot. Still, I don't know if we'll order again. When it takes two hours until you finally have what you ordered on the table, that's really tough.

I would prefer not to give any stars, after waiting for an hour and calling again they say on the phone that the driver was supposedly there even though no one was here and that they supposedly called 5 times, which is also a lie. The order was confirmed that the food was supposed to arrive in about 30 minutes but it arrived in about 70 minutes, even though the store was 8 minutes from my apartment, and the pizza arrived cold and a hair was found in the pizza. I recently ordered an El Paso pizza from Smileys and the description said a pinch of basil. You can imagine my outrage and astonishment when I opened the lid of the box. After I called and hoped for an apology, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. I was told what good it would do me to complain. The request to speak to the boss was not responded to. This man's behavior was outrageous and I would like to contact the boss directly and ask what this is about?

Lieferando said 20-35 minutes. Called after 60 minutes and “the driver is just driving off”. After that it took another 25 minutes, even though it was only 5 minutes away. Food was very tasty. Of the veggie snacks, only the Cheese Bites are really good.

Very fast and reliable delivery. Pizza delivery guy is always polite and friendly. If you order here, you want a pizza like Smiley's. For me, there is no comparable taste, for example from the dough. Pizza rolls and snack rolls are legendary. I really enjoy ordering here.

Ordered on the website to pick up yourself with a 20% discount. I paid with an EC card when I picked it up and unfortunately only realized immediately after paying that the discount had not been applied. The answer from the manager was that he couldn't do anything because I paid with a debit card...! As if it was my fault that the 20% wasn't counted. Every time you regret ordering there, even though it is actually delicious. Only the service is an absolute disaster, waiting times are far too long, the appointment was ordered at 5 p.m. and the bell only rang at 5:20 p.m. No apologies, no nothing. Why do you make an appointment if it doesn't arrive on time anyway? Then the order arrives and is cold. Great, you definitely expect that!

Ring of fire was one of my favorite things. Not anymore after today. I ordered a white wine and got a red wine in return and I wasn't even told or nobody called me and asked if that was okay. The pizza quality used to be better. But it is still edible. But deliveries have dropped dramatically. You used to have to wait a long time, but now you can bake a pizza yourself at home in that long time.

One star is actually too many. Three years ago, Smileys pizza was still tasty. Now it always arrives cold, the cheese on the edge is missing even though it was ordered and paid for, the drivers are so incompetent and can't find my address (otherwise everyone can find the address, parcel carriers, other delivery services), and the pizza just tastes disgusting , unfortunately I can't describe it any other way. Dry, tough and cold and then Smileys also introduced a delivery fee...for what?! If the drivers can't find the address and call me 5 times asking for directions...I will never order from Smileys again. When I order something, I expect the driver to have a navigation device, which is built into most smartphones, and to deliver my ordered food to me while it is still warm and not to call me 5 times, which I find to be a nuisance . I also expect that I will receive what I ordered and that if I write something about it, that this will also be taken into account. Unfortunately, this is not the case with smileys. This is by far THE worst smiley face in Hamburg. Extremely long waiting times, very rude and rude people on the phone. And often the food is pretty average.

How often something has been forgotten and how it is dealt with is impossible. I was a customer for a long time but now I don't order anything here anymore. It's a shame because I always liked the large selection, you can even order whole grain pizza and it actually tastes good. But how often employees forget something and then treat it unkindly. My order almost always took over an hour and was still lukewarm, more like room temperature. Only when I ordered food in these aluminum bowls was it still edibly warm. Otherwise I ALWAYS had to put my pizza and other food back in the oven because it was too cold! Absolutely poor performance. No wonder the delivery time is always so long. No more smileys for me. There are much better alternatives in the area where delivery times are closer to 20 minutes and the food is still warm and tastes good and something is not regularly forgotten.

Ordered pizza for a total of over 70 euros. Only one person opens their mouth and tells it like it really is (a shame). Pizza Salami without the fried onions paid for, and almost all of the salami slices are crispy and crumble and fall off the pizza. The bit of dry, solid cheese underneath is almost cold and doesn't hold a single slice of salami on the sticky, tasteless base. Tomato sauce? I have to laugh, with a little imagination I can see a drop. Incredibly bad. On a positive note, I would like to say that I was offered a new pizza and the service on the phone was polite. Understandably, I declined the pizza. Then I sit alone at the meal and it won't be any different, since according to the statement there is no cheese on the salami pizza 😉 I advise against it, and for me personally. I will never order here again!!!

Ich gehe dort immer vorbei um mir was zu essen rauszuholen. Dann ist es immer frisch und lecker bisher gewesen. Mit dem Abholer Rabatt sind die Preise auch human. Gehe gerne dort hin und der Pizza-Dip ist einfach der beste Dip den es gibt :)

Bestelle dort seit vielen Jahren und bin stets zufrieden. Die einzige Pizza Lieferkette, die auf Qualität auf ihren Zutaten achtet!

Das Essen schmeckt mir sehr und ich finde es sehr nett, dass sie alternative Sachen anbieten und anrufen, falls mal etwas nicht vorrätig ist. Jedoch finde ich es schade, wenn unprofessionelle Mitarbeiter eingestellt werden. Heute zum Beispiel wollte ich mit der EC Karte bezahlen, da glaubte mir der Lieferant nicht und kontrollierte ersteinmal den Bon. Später durfte ich wegen ihm zur Bank laufen. Lesen muss man können oder warum werden dann verschiedene Zahlungsmethoden angefragt?! Am dritten Tag kam wieder der selbe Lieferant und ich schrieb sogar noch bei sonstiges nochmal, dass ich mit Karte bezahlen möchte. Unglaublich der selbe und ich durfte schon wieder zur Bank laufen. Der kann wirklich nicht lesen und tut 'ein auf unschuldig'. Als Tipp rate ich euch allen Bargeld zur Not bereit zu halten, denn auf Menschen ist heutzutage kein Verlass mehr.

Mega lecker alles und vor allem sind es sehr nette Menschen, die uns beliefern, obwohl wir gar nicht mehr in deren Liefergebiet wohnen…ganz doll danke dafür!!! 🙏🏼😃

Eher zum mitnehmen gedacht, also wenn man seine Pizza gerne Vorort essen möchte, dann sollte man woanders hin. Aber von der Qualität der Speisen kann man nur Abzüge machen, wenn man bestimmte Dinge nicht mag. Zum Beispiel, wenn man eher einen bestimmte Teig Art mag oder eine eher süßere Tomatensoße mag.

Richtig sympathische Mitarbeiter, leckere Pizza und super Service. Immer wieder gerne. Pizza schmeckt wie nh 10/10. Würde auch 10 Sterne geben. Gruß an Borhan

Ich weiß zwar noch nicht wie die Pizza schmecken wird, hoffentlich lecker aber die liebe Dame am Telefon die meine Bestellung aufgenommen hat am 25.09 so gegen 20.30 Uhr war sehr unfreundlich was mir die ganze Lust auf die Pizza entnommen hat, hat sie Glück das ich Hunger habe sonst würde ich stornieren

Die Pizza sowie die Knoblauchstreifen sind sehr lecker, von Zweiterem können wir garnicht genug essen, diese sind eine richtige Geschmacksbombe! ☺️ Sonntags-Happi zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Hab mir Pasta Rocky Mountains bestellt und muss sagen für den Preis zu wenig Spaghetti schalle halb voll gewesen von Bolognese nichts gesehen außer 3 bis 5 hack Krümel naja das kann ich ja noch verzeihen aber das es grade mal so warm wahr wie meine Heizung wen ich sie auf 5 habe also kalt den von warm kann man da nicht mehr reden. Von da her gibt es auch nur 2 Sterne weil ich nett bin
