Ich habe wie sonst auch die gleiche pizza selbst gemacht was eigentlich die Hot San Antonio ist nur ohne jalapenos Und ein HELLEN cookie bestellt 19€ und trinkgeld was ist? Es ist keine hollandaise sauce drauf und der dunkle cookies jedes mal liefern sie dunkle cookies statt helle wenn man nicht bei der Anmerkung weißen helle cookie schreibt... nennt die doch um der helle heißt ( Double choc ) der dunkle heißt ( triple choc )natürlich denkt man bei double choc das es der schoko cookie ist vielleicht mal ändern es ist echt nervig weil die cookies sind lecker schmecker aber dann bekommt man den falschen und eine " falsche Pizza) obwohl man extra für die hollandaise bezahlt die sie vergessen haben...

-10000000 Einfach nur enttäuschend. Erst wurde die Lieferzeit ständig aktualisiert und dann plötzlich behauptet die App, die Bestellung sei angekommen – dabei wurde überhaupt nichts geliefert. Wir haben mehrfach versucht, telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen, aber ohne Erfolg. Einmal wurde sogar einfach aufgelegt. Kundenservice scheint hier ein Fremdwort zu sein. Wer sein Essen tatsächlich bekommen möchte, sollte lieber woanders bestellen. Nie wieder.

-1000000000000 Absolut unterirdischer Service. Unsere Bestellung wurde laut App als „zugestellt“ markiert, obwohl sie nie bei uns angekommen ist. Bezahlt hatten wir zum Glück noch nicht, da Bar-/EC-Zahlung bei Lieferung vereinbart war. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar und bei einem Anruf wurden wir sogar einfach weggedrückt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Keine Lieferung, keine Erklärung und keinerlei Kundenservice. Definitiv das letzte Mal, dass wir hier bestellt haben. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Bestellt wurden eine Salami-Pizza und eine Margherita. Ein relativ simples Konzept. Zwei Pizzen, zwei Sorten. Geliefert wurden: zwei Salami-Pizzen. Also rufen wir an und erklären freundlich, dass eine Person vegetarisch ist und die Margherita fehlt. An diesem Punkt muss sich in der Filiale eine legendäre Krisensitzung abgespielt haben. In meinem Kopf lief das ungefähr so: „Chef, die sagen, sie haben zwei Salami bekommen.“ „Okay, und was hatten sie bestellt?“ „Eine Salami und eine Margherita.“ „Verstehe. Also brauchen sie offensichtlich mehr Salami.“ „Genial. Soll ich noch eine Cola dazulegen?“ Nach über einer Stunde klingelt es tatsächlich. Hoffnung keimt auf. Vielleicht hat die Margherita den Weg gefunden. Vielleicht gibt es doch noch ein Happy End. Der Fahrer drückt mir zwei XXL-Salami-Pizzen und eine Cola in die Hand. ZWEI. XXL. SALAMI. Ich erkläre ihm, dass das schon wieder nicht unsere Bestellung ist. Er schaut mich an, zuckt mit den Schultern, als hätte ich ihn nach dem Sinn des Lebens gefragt, und verschwindet in die Dunkelheit. Die Margherita bleibt bis heute vermisst. Falls jemand Hinweise zu ihrem Aufenthaltsort hat, bitte melden. Geschmacklich waren die Pizzen leider ebenfalls kein Highlight. Der Teig hatte die Ausstrahlung einer alten Fußmatte und der Belag wirkte, als hätte man ihn unter Protest verteilt. Nach dem dritten Salami-Karton des Abends war ich ohnehin nicht mehr sicher, ob ich Pizza esse oder Teil eines sozialen Experiments bin. Fazit: Wenn ihr eine Margherita bestellt, bekommt ihr vielleicht Salami. Wenn ihr euch beschwert, bekommt ihr eventuell noch mehr Salami. Wenn ihr Glück habt, sogar in XXL. Die einzige Konstante an diesem Abend war, dass niemand jemals eine Margherita zu Gesicht bekam.

Pizza & Pizzabrötchen lecker, bestelle regelmäßig.

Pizza kam 2 1/2 Stunden zu spät war nur lauwarm. Schmeckte gar nicht waren nicht zu Frieden bestellen nicht mehr. Haben um 18:00 bestellt um 19:00 war die Pizza noch nicht da man hat uns vergessen

Die Pizza wurde hochkant geliefert. Der Belag verrutscht, der Fahrer hatte kein Wechselgeld. Ich habe ihm die Pizza wieder mitgegeben.

Ich habe mir die Bakersfield bestellt mit extra Peperoni..leider kam keine extra Peperoni, kaum Sucuk und nichtmal geschnitten ☹️ Bitte immer mit Liebe machen und viel Peperoni 😭

Lieferzeit außerhalb der Kernzeit viel zu lang und dann ist der rand so groß, das könnt eine 2. Pizza sein. So kann man auch am belag sparen...

Sehr guter Laden und nette Mitarbeiter, Service ist auch prima! Das Essen schmeckt auch super und ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht! Empfehlungen gehen raus..

Perfekter Service alles mit einer guten und gerechten Wartezeit die Mitarbeiter sind auch alle gut gelaunt und das Essen ist auch extrem lecker!

Das war leider das letzte Mal. 1 Stunde gewartet bei "15 min Lieferzeit". Wir wohnen direkt nebenan. In der Zeit hätte ich 4x zu Fuß abholen gehen können. Zudem war die Pizza nur lauwarm und nicht mal geschnitten. Der Lieferant war auch total unhöflich, ohne Hallo und Tschüss. Und die Spitze ist der telefonische Service. Hier wird auch noch diskutiert und man muss sich für so etwas rechtfertigen. Schade dass man keine 0 Sterne vergeben kann. Durchweg eine Enttäuschung.

Super Lecker und schnel geliefert

Mein Appetit ist mir vergangen. Dank dieser Wimper die sich in meiner Soße befand...

In Bergedorf haben wir leider kein Glück mit Pizzalieferanten. Dieses Mal habe ich bei Smileys bestellt. Um 18:38 Uhr habe ich 6 Pizzen bestellt. Erster Anruf um 19:33 Uhr, Bestellung ist gleich unterwegs. Zweiter Anruf folgte um 20:03 Uhr, Fahrer fährt jetzt los. Um 20:07 Uhr kam dann die Mail, dass das Essen unterwegs ist. Um 20:26 Uhr war dann das Essen endlich da, leider lauwarm. Schade, dass unser Lieferdienst des Vertrauens geschlossen hat.

Wir haben heute 3 Pizzen vorbestellt. Zum einen wurden sie zu spät geliefert und dann war die Bestellung nicht korrekt. Zu zwei Pizzen sollte es Tzatziki dazu geben. Es wurden zwei völlig andere Soßen geliefert. Dadurch war die Pizza ungenießbar. Am Telefon wollte man das Problem nicht lösen und wurde stattdessen frech und unverschämt.

Also eigentlich bestelle ich gern über Lieferando bei Smileys aber dieses mal ist es echt schlecht gelaufen...nach Bestellung wurde mir Angezeigt, dass wir mit 30-60 Minuten Wartezeit rechnen müssen, dass ist eigentlich standard und es kam immer in dieser Zeit. Nach 80 Minuten habe ich dann Angerufen und ich wurde vertröstet, dass der nächste Fahrer das Essen bringt und viel zutun ist... Nach insgesamt 100 Minuten, also 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten war das Essen dann da...🙄 Dann das nächste: Es fehlten die +extra Roten Zwiebeln auf meinem Croque, dass Brot war sehr zäh und die +extra Ananas waren alle auf einem haufen und ich musste sie noch selbst verteilen. Die +Gratis Hot Chilis zu den Knobi Sticks sind zwar auf dem Kassenbon drauf aber waren garnicht dabei! Alles in allem, einen Croque mit +extras bestelle ich dort nicht wieder! Ich finde es auch sehr unschön, dass man nur ein "wir haben viel zutun" quasi als Entschuldigung gesagt bekommt...Früher hätte man dann Rabatt für die nächste Bestellung oder sowas bekommen, wenigstens eine richtige Entschuldigung wäre ok gewesen... Scheinbar ist hier mittlerweile der Kunde nicht mehr viel Wert...sehr Schade!

Heute das erste Mal bestellt und gleich ein absoluter Reinfall. Es hat zwei Stunden gedauert bis die Pizza überhaupt angekommen ist.(Nach Telefonischem nachfragen nach eineinhalb Stunden) Als die Pizza dann nicht wie angegeben in 15 Minuten angekommen ist wird bei weiterem versuch anzurufen einfach aufgelegt... Das nennt man dann Service. Für mich nie wieder!

Bürger bestellt. Patti war durch, aber der Teig war komplett roh von innen. Nachdem wir angerufen haben wurde uns gesagt unser Geld kriegen wir in 3 Tagen wieder und die Bürger wurden mitgenommen. Lange gewartet um am Ende mit leeren Händen hungrig zuhause zu sitzen.

Meine Freundin und ich bestellen hier regelmäßig Pizza und stellen sie uns immer selbst zusammen. Wir bestellen grundsätzlich zweimal exakt dieselbe Pizza. Leider haben wir sehr oft Probleme mit der Zubereitung. Wir bitten fast jedes Mal um etwas mehr Soße als die Grundsoße und sagen auch ausdrücklich, dass wir den Aufpreis gerne zahlen würden, trotzdem kommt die Pizza jedes Mal mit extrem wenig Soße an und ist dadurch sehr trocken und kaum zu essen. Zusätzlich wird unsere Bestellung häufig falsch umgesetzt, zum Beispiel: - viel zu wenig Soße - zwei verschiedene Zwiebelsorten (rot & weiß) und dann so viel, dass die Pizza fast nur aus Zwiebeln besteht - Tomatensauce und Sauce Hollandaise gemischt, obwohl ausdrücklich gesagt wurde, dass keine Tomatensauce gewünscht ist - Pizza kommt oft ungeschnitten an Wir hatten diese Probleme schon so oft, dass wir inzwischen lieber telefonisch bestellen, damit nichts übersehen oder vergessen wird, leider klappt es trotzdem nicht zuverlässig. Was besonders schade ist: Der Geschmack der Zutaten an sich ist lecker. Wenn die Pizza so zubereitet würde, wie bestellt, wäre sie sehr gut. Leider ist bisher bei fast jeder Bestellung etwas falsch gewesen, was auf Dauer sehr enttäuschend ist. Wir werden hier in Zukunft nicht mehr bestellen!

Sehr enttäuschend. In den letzten sechs Monaten war bei rund 10 Bestellungen fast jede zweite fehlerhaft. Getränke fehlten, Extras wie Käserand wurden vergessen, bestellte Snack Rolls kamen als Pizzaecken und selbst bei Dips wurde falsch geliefert. Besonders frustrierend: Nach telefonischer Rückmeldung und Zusagen, es bei der nächsten Bestellung zu korrigieren, traten erneut Fehler auf. Offensichtlich gibt es hier massive Probleme bei der Auftragsabwicklung. Das einzige positive ist dass das essen warm geliefert wird. Der Geschmack kann die ständigen Fehler leider nicht ausgleichen. Wer Wert auf eine korrekte Lieferung legt, sollte sich das zweimal überlegen. Keine Empfehlung.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Essen war sehr schnell da und noch heiß. Ich bin von der Qualität positiv überrascht und werde hier definitiv öfter bestellen. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen.

1- Stunde Verspätung erstmal zur Lidl Fanta holen

Bestelltes war roh und mit fehlender Hauptzutat. Kein entgegenkommen vom angeblichen Schichtleiter/Chef, sogar noch ein unverschämtes Verhalten am Telefon. Noch nie erlebt!

Hier stimmt einfach alles! Super leckere Pizza, immer heiß und frisch geliefert, schnelle Lieferung und faire Preise. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – egal ob am Telefon, vor Ort oder beim Lieferservice, alle sind immer gut gelaunt und zuvorkommend. Der Teig ist perfekt, die Zutaten frisch und die Qualität konstant hoch. Hier merkt man einfach, dass mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Absolut empfehlenswert! 🍕😊

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Und ich würde den Mitarbeitern dringend einen Deutsch-Kurs empfehlen.

The food was very good. We were greeted promptly and the pre-order process was seamless. Our group has been a satisfied customer for years.

I have a tomato allergy, which is why I chose hollandaise sauce as the base sauce for my pizza. They still put tomato sauce on it, and when I called to complain about the pizza, they said I should have specifically written down that I didn't want tomato sauce. But why? I had already ruled out tomato sauce during the selection process and chose a different sauce as the base sauce. No concessions from Smileys, the pizza had to go in the trash; I couldn't eat it. If you're too stingy with your money, like me, it's better not to order ANYTHING here. They do whatever they want in the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend it!

We ordered 11 pizzas and wanted to pay in cash. The restaurant then called and said, "We don't deliver such a large order in cash. Pay first, then deliver." Very unprofessional – something like that should have been clear from the start. We then suggested picking up the pizzas ourselves. According to the menu, we would have received a discount of around 20%, so around €120 instead of €150. However, on the phone, they told us we would only get a discount of just under €2 and would have to pay €147. That made absolutely no sense. In the end, we canceled the first order and ordered again online – and lo and behold: suddenly we were given the full 20% discount, and we actually only paid €120. Conclusion: extremely confusing and contradictory communication. First incorrect information, then suddenly the discount online. This leads to a loss of trust and the desire to order there again.

We ordered. Delivery time was about 35 minutes. The food arrived after about 1.2 hours. The pizza wasn't even lukewarm. We paid almost 50 euros for a meal that definitely wasn't worth it.

I don't know what's going on there, but they kept calling me yesterday. I claimed to have ordered from there, which isn't true. Even after repeatedly pointing out that it wasn't me (since I live in Leipzig and I definitely wouldn't order pizza from Hamburg), I still got calls several times. Only when I threatened to call the police did they calm down.

Not recommended. Food was cold and the driver was unfriendly and tried to take off with the rest of the money.

Very professional. All the employees are friendly, both on the phone and at the counter. I'm completely satisfied with the store. I have no idea what the others think of their reviews, but I'm giving it 5 out of 5 stars. Keep it up 👍. I like to get takeaways here anyway.

I ordered a pizza with a double portion of black tiger prawns, I got a cold pizza with simple small prawns and a double portion looks different. It was only delivered after an hour and fifteen minutes. That was different.

If you're hungry you shouldn't order there. Unfortunately I had to complain to Lieferando because my delivery still hadn't arrived after 2 hours. The bad reviews are absolutely justified and I can only agree with them. I will never order there again.

(Tuesday) We ordered from Smileys via Lieferando (8:26 PM). Immediate delivery, but it was supposed to take 26-40 minutes. So we did nothing but wait. We called at 9:16 PM and were told, "The driver is getting ready now." We finally received the pizzas at 9:45 PM. The pizzas were lukewarm, and the receipt read, "Order for 10:00 PM," what a lie. Unfortunately, we only saw the reviews afterward... Last time ordering!

I just received my food after over 2 hours, an hour ago the message came that the food is on the way (journey to us a maximum of 15 minutes). Pizza received completely cold and wet, ice has almost melted... not again

I really love Smileys' food but the one in Bergedorf is really the worst of them all. It always takes 10 years for the food to be delivered and it is also cold. Once the order didn't arrive at all, once it was wrong.

I waited 2 hours for three pizzas. When the pizzas arrived, they were cold and the quality was also poor. I would never order there again.

Insanely long delivery time I've been waiting for 80 minutes now and it's always crazy

Ordered food via Lieferando. Delivery should have been made yesterday at 7:55 p.m. (I ordered at 7:04 p.m.) At 8:30 p.m. the food still wasn't there. So I called there. An unfriendly man answered and said I hadn't ordered anything from them yesterday. I told him what I had ordered and that I could see which branch would deliver at Lieferando. So I called this branch. When the phone call ended, my husband pointed out the order number to me. So I called again and the same unfriendly gentleman answered. He didn't want to hear the number and insisted that I didn't order anything there. Ps. He was able to see the address I used to order. And he said that my cell phone number had ordered 3 pizzas to be picked up, which I was able to rule out straight away. My husband then bought for us at Dominos. Next time we'll order directly from Dominos. This morning I received an email from Lieferando, food was delivered.🤣🤣

I rarely give bad reviews but these pizzas were an absolute disappointment. From the dough to the cheese – the taste and quality are simply subterranean. That had nothing to do with real pizza. Unfortunately, a look at the reviews from other customers confirms my experience. If you order here again, it's your own fault. Once and never again.

Ordered pizza at 6:56 p.m. At 7:26 p.m. I received an email that the order was now on its way to me. They probably didn't have Google Maps, but we received the delivery around 8:45 p.m.: The pizza was almost cold and flabby, the snack rolls were just lukewarm. All I can say is: never again!

Pizza dry without sauces, unfortunately very poor quality for the price, you could buy a frozen pizza from Edeka and it would taste better. I ordered a Pizza Montana, I've been ordering it for years because it's my favorite pizza, lots of broccoli, a few strips of meat and unfortunately there was no sign of the hollondaise sauce, a shame because that's what pizza is all about, a Ringonfire Also very dry on the inside and we don't need to talk about the pizza with donner meat. It's a real shame for almost 50 euros, I expect better quality.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong address today, which unfortunately I realized late. When I called and asked to improve the address, they said that I was tried twice. I had the same experience as many reviewers: it takes WAY too long for the pizza to be delivered. Today the delivery wasn't there after 1.5 hours. I was told on the phone that the emails saying the pizza was on the way would go out wrong. What are these emails supposed to do then? They also said I should wait another 5 minutes and then the driver would be there. But it wasn't there. That was definitely our last order from this branch. Addendum: When the pizza finally arrived, we opened the box and discovered that it was almost cold. Called the branch again and complained about the cold pizza. At least we got a new delivery some time later - and you could eat it because it was hot. Still, I don't know if we'll order again. When it takes two hours until you finally have what you ordered on the table, that's really tough.

I recently ordered an El Paso pizza from Smileys and the description said a pinch of basil. You can imagine my outrage and astonishment when I opened the lid of the box. After I called and hoped for an apology, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. I was told what good it would do me to complain. The request to speak to the boss was not responded to. This man's behavior was outrageous and I would like to contact the boss directly and ask what this is about?

Lieferando said 20-35 minutes. Called after 60 minutes and “the driver is just driving off”. After that it took another 25 minutes, even though it was only 5 minutes away. Food was very tasty. Of the veggie snacks, only the Cheese Bites are really good.

Very fast and reliable delivery. Pizza delivery guy is always polite and friendly. If you order here, you want a pizza like Smiley's. For me, there is no comparable taste, for example from the dough. Pizza rolls and snack rolls are legendary. I really enjoy ordering here.

Ordered on the website to pick up yourself with a 20% discount. I paid with an EC card when I picked it up and unfortunately only realized immediately after paying that the discount had not been applied. The answer from the manager was that he couldn't do anything because I paid with a debit card...! As if it was my fault that the 20% wasn't counted. Even after a discussion, no solution was reached, not even an offer of a voucher for the amount wrongly paid. Smileys never again!!

Every time you regret ordering there, even though it is actually delicious. Only the service is an absolute disaster, waiting times are far too long, the appointment was ordered at 5 p.m. and the bell only rang at 5:20 p.m. No apologies, no nothing. Why do you make an appointment if it doesn't arrive on time anyway? Then the order arrives and is cold. Great, you definitely expect that!

Ring of fire was one of my favorite things. Not anymore after today. I ordered a white wine and got a red wine in return and I wasn't even told or nobody called me and asked if that was okay. Dry, tough and cold and then Smileys also introduced a delivery fee...for what?! If the drivers can't find the address and call me 5 times asking for directions...I will never order from Smileys again. When I order something, I expect the driver to have a navigation device, which is built into most smartphones, and to deliver my ordered food to me while it is still warm and not to call me 5 times, which I find to be a nuisance . I also expect that I will receive what I ordered and that if I write something about it, that this will also be taken into account. Unfortunately, this is not the case with smileys.
