Mit Abstand der schlechteste service überhaupt. Essen nach über 1 std kalt angekommen für einen 5 Minuten Weg.

Klingelt im Mehrfamilienhaus bei allen Parteien um dann ungewollt überall Werbe Flyer zu verteilen. Stört ungemein und das obwohl klar ausgewiesen ist „Keine Werbung“

Zu teuer geworden. Preisleistung schlecht.

Ich finde es sehr schade, dass die Preise so enorm erhöht worden sind. Die Qualität hat sehr abgenommen. Bei den Snack Rolls ist kaum noch Käse drin, dadurch schmecken sie sehr trocken. Leider war bis jetzt bei jeder Bestellung alles verbrannt.

Lieferung war relativ pünktlich. Leider war das Essen (2x Ring of fire) total verbrannt und eigentlich nur aus Teig bestand. Am nächsten Tag direkt vor Ort reklamiert, weil ca. 11 € pro Ring doch etwas viel sind für solch eine Lieferung. Leider nicht das erste Mal dort schlechte Pizzen etc. geliefert bekommen (verbrannt, wenig Sauce oder Belag)! Am Eingang wurde ich vom "Chef" abgefangen mit der Aussage das der Betrag via Gutschrift ausgeglichen wird. Ist natürlich nicht geschehen. Ganz ehrlich...bestellt woanders. Schlechtes Essen bzw. Pizzen sind anscheinend die Regel. Das Problem in dieser Filiale liegt anscheinend an der Führung und setzt sich bis nach unten fort. Ist ja nicht die erste schlechte Bewertung Nachtrag 9.4.26: Nach kurzem Austausch mit dem Kundenservice gab es die versprochenen Rückerstattung.

Wenn man nach einer Stunde eine Lauwarme Pizza haben will kann man bestellen. Ansonsten würde ich sie abholen...

Die Lieferung dauerte über eine Stunde. Die beiden Pizzen waren leider eher kalt, wobei die Fahrzeit eigentlich nur 5 Minuten beträgt. Ansonsten waren die Pizzen geschmacklich ok.

Hatten beide voll Bauchschmerzen danach. Pizza Brötchen schienen noch roh & die Gemüse Pizza hat irgendwie chemisch geschmeckt. Leider.

Zum wiederholten Male nach Vorbestellung keine pünktliche Lieferung ins Büro.Außerdem wurden weder Anmerkungen zur Bestellung (kein Mais im Salat) nicht berücksichtigt oder einfach eine komplett falsche Pizza geliefert. Richtig schade, wenn man sich auf gemeinsame Mittagessen gefreut hat.

mehr als 1 stunde gewartet und dann Kaltes Essen bekommen, obwohl die 9 min fahrt hatten. Pizza ohne rand bestellt aber mit Fetten Rand bekommen. Sehr unfreundliche Personal hat das Telefon einfach mittel Sprich aufgelegt.

Ich habe nach langer Zeit mal wieder Smileys die Chance geben wollen mich von einer Besserung überzeugen zu können. Leider ist es eine Vollkatastrophe, Lieferzeit 64 Minuten bei einer Entfernung von 900 Meteren zum Lieferservice. Essen lauwarm, ich bestelle die Pizza schon ungeschnitten da sie so länger heißt bleibt. Also wieder mal viel Geld für nichts.

Schnelle und gute Lieferung. Pizzabrötchen sind lecker und der Salat ist recht frisch.

Warte seit 1:10h auf meine Pizza. Habe angerufen und „es geht gleich raus“ dauert noch ca 30 Minuten. Bodenloser Service und am Ende 1:40h warten zu müssen ist respektlos.

Schon zum dritten Mal bekomme ich nach ne langen warte Zeit eine eiskalte Pizza 90 min gewartet um am Ende ne kalte Pizza zu erhalten obwohl der Laden nichtmal 900 m entfernt ist einfach nur traurig

Wir hatten uns auf einen schönen Aufenthalt gefreut, wurden aber bitter enttäuscht. Der Service war leider sehr unhöflich. Ein Mindestmaß an Freundlichkeit sollte man erwarten können..hier war das leider nicht der Fall.

Sehr schlechter Service. Erstmal nach einigen Male klingeln keine Servicekraft da. Sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben die Bestellung abgebrochen und sind gegangen.

Lieferzeit von 1,5 h bei einer Entfernung von 600 Metern ist eine Frechheit. Essen war lauwarm. Pizzabote bestätigte, dass die Meldungen zum Lieferstatus keinerlei Bezug zur Realität hätten. Geht gar nicht!

Die Pizzen waren super, auch wenn statt einer vegetarischen eine Salami geliefert wurde. Der Betreiber hat sich Telefonisch gemeldet und entschuldigt und Ersatz angeboten. Super freundlicher, toller Service! Danke.

Very friendly service, and the pizza was absolutely delicious 😋. I had the one with ham and mushrooms. And it came super quickly.

I ordered and was told it would arrive in 40-45 minutes. The order arrived after 1 hour and 8 minutes. I ordered a Yellowstone without pineapple and with cheese on top, but there was almost no cheese on it.

Waited 1 1/4 hours without any information on the website or via email; lukewarm, rather dark pizzas; we will order elsewhere for now

I had pizza delivered to the hospital and thought it was pretty good. It wasn't spicy, though. It was sliced, and it was delivered relatively quickly. However, when I called, they quickly hung up on me, even though I was still in mid-sentence.

A huge shop with an outdoor area and even a roof when it rains. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They're currently offering a huge deal: a 38-piece pizza with three toppings and a 1-liter drink for €19.99.

Hi, at the moment I can only rate the service from the manager, Mr. Tiede. He was friendly but seemed stressed. The atmosphere is a 2 out of 5 / 4 tables, 3 chairs, I'd say there are 13 chairs missing (no ashtrays on the chairs). I definitely recommend picking up in person; the service is perfect. According to my observations, the delivery person takes the fastest route to the delivery address. But you also have to take peak times into account; I would have to rate the delivery separately.

San Antonio Pizza is our favorite! Very tasty and highly recommended! It's clean and pleasant to eat in.

The nice man behind the counter was incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was ready quickly and delicious. It's not exactly the same at other Smileys restaurants, so it gets full marks. It's also funny with the extra diner room; I hadn't heard of it before.

On a Tuesday evening, the pizza arrived hot and fresh after 40 minutes. The driver was friendly. I would order again.

And the second time I place an order and I've invested 500 points for my prize, and you haven't delivered it to me, you're wrong and I'll never order it from you again. You're in Germany, not India or Pakistan. What you're offering people needs to be taken care of. Never again. You've tired me out now."

Unfortunately I can only agree with the majority here. Delivery came after almost 2 hours. The food was sticky and lukewarm at best - basically the exact temperature at which everything tastes the same, but nothing tastes good. The call to the “restaurant” wasn’t a highlight either. Friendliness was apparently removed from the concept or discouraged by the manager. On the other hand, if people bother you all day about the same thing, you're probably not going to get any nicer. Conclusion: food there, hunger gone, mood too.

Hair in food! Inedible. The loveliest and driest pizza in a long time. Food takes far too long and is cold! I'll never order from there again

Caution! I've forgotten ingredients on the pizza here several times. I have now contacted the last two deliveries and was promised a refund. Both times I received nothing. I called for several days afterwards, but I was always lied to or fobbed off. In addition, the food almost always arrives cold and unappetizing. I will never order here again.

This Smileys delivery service has been working for us since Smileys opened around the corner. Unfortunately it doesn't match that at all Compare old ones. Orders sometimes take 1.5 hours to arrive and with luck they are still lukewarm. I liked ordering there but the food should already be hot. I hope something happens here again!! :((

I used to go there three times a week with company. Not at all anymore, because even in flu season the cutlery is placed ON the money plate. It is wrapped on the handle, not the front! Hard to imagine less hygiene. Even next to the money plate it's disgusting enough.

Unfortunately not what it once was. Pizza was lukewarm. Pizza rolls were significantly smaller and no longer tasted like they used to. I can't recommend the croque at all. He was very sticky. It's a shame, but now I'll definitely never order home again :-(

Fast delivery and delicious pizzas

Eigl. a really nice concept with creating the pizzas. Unfortunately in our case these were inedible. The taste is quite bland and dry. In my opinion, the dough was very tasteless, the tomato sauce also tasted strange and the cheese was also saved.

2 stars because your pizzas were amazing back then. Your quality has been decreasing for months and it's getting worse and worse. Update! So, a lot has changed and the pizza has tasted very good lately.

Good Christmas mood. Pizza is delicious. We were the few visitors - it was not a regular meal time. Service is quiet but friendly. Parking was a bit difficult. The shop inside is clean, there is enough space and you can sit comfortably. I only drink hot tea, whole regular green or black. Unfortunately, that's not available at Pizza Smiley. Chicken pieces have become fewer. All of that together deducts one point. A good address if you don't feel like cooking.

The Winterhude branch was really great for me as a self-collector in terms of price and quality, but unfortunately it was closed. Delivery from Hoheluft will not be an alternative for me in the future. 28cm for over 16 EUR, poorly covered and pale. I won't order anymore and will change my mind.

I had to wait over an hour and a half for my pizza - and it was only semi-hot and a bit soggy. I will no longer order from Smiley's!!

The order was placed at 6:23 p.m. When we asked directly, we were told that delivery would take approximately 45 minutes. We asked straight away because we have children who were hungry. The next call at 7:05 p.m. we were told the delivery would take 60 to 70 minutes and the driver would be there shortly. This statement was simply a blatant lie! Then we On the third call - after over 80 minutes - we were told that the driver had just left. No apology, no accommodation. From the background, the manager called out that food was on the way but refused to come to the phone. The driver was here at 8:05 p.m. Additionally, the food was cold. This is really an impossible action With a little honesty we would have picked up the pizzas ourselves.

I recently ordered croques here and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The bread was totally soggy and there was hardly any sign of the toppings we ordered (e.g. 3 small pieces of pineapple). We called them directly but were brushed off quite unfriendly. I won't order there anymore

Unfortunately I have to go here afterwards. I ordered pizza. The order arrived in 50 minutes. I live less than 2 km away from Smileys and the pizza arrived cold and dried out. I then called and the nice manager accepted it without any problem and sent us a new one. I'm curious to see whether it will arrive warm and hot this time. Just had to give the old ones, no problem at all, but hot pizza must be hot and not lukewarm pizzas.

One piece of my pizza simply had no toppings. Sauladen!

Got a smiley scratch card, won the "2 for 1" deal and it didn't work... great. On the phone they say that you have to clarify this with the central office by phone tomorrow...

I was really looking forward to the delicious snack rolls with pizza dip because I had to wait over 9 months for them (I live abroad). Unfortunately the pizza dip was forgotten upon delivery. I was told it would be delivered in 5 minutes. After making several phone calls, the pizza dip was delivered after over an hour because the driver was supposedly stuck in a traffic jam (it's only a 1km drive, even walking would only take 15 minutes!) and of course there was no traffic jam... I was given a compensation as compensation I was promised a €5 voucher, which I haven't received yet. I ordered for over 50€ and in the end we had cold pizzas & snack rolls and couldn't enjoy our family dinner together at all, very, very sad!

After 110m there was still no food, never again. Otherwise smileys are always great.

Impossible and unfriendly staff on the phone. The address was recorded incorrectly on the phone and the pizza could not be delivered. I asked for help on the phone, but I was greeted aggressively and in the end they hung up on me without solving the problem!!!!!

When I met the owner, I unfortunately realized that he was anything but likeable to me.

I like to order from Smileys, but today it took 1 hour to travel a maximum of 800 meters. I called twice and on the first call they said the food was in the oven and would be there in 10-15 minutes. In the end it only arrived 30 minutes into the phone call and the delivery person was rude and was on cocaine. It just doesn't work at all.

Nach 1:10 noch keine Lieferung. Nachfrage es dauert mindestens noch 30 min, also über 1:40. Begründung: Auftragsboom wg. EM! Leider absolut keine Information zu den extremen Lieferzeiten. Da hätte ich auch gemütlich beim Italiener essen gehen oder auch schneller selbst backen können.

Mega delicious New Holland pizza and turkey breast snack rolls. The food arrived at our agreed time and was hot and freshly prepared. I would order here again and again and now I give it 5 thumbs up!!!

2 pizzas were ordered, were only delivered after 2 (!) hours and were completely cold. Plus the pizzas are totally overpriced! When I asked by phone after waiting 1.5 hours, I was told that the order had not yet been processed and that it would still take a while! There was no apology either! Sorry! Won't order here again!

We always ordered from Smileys Winterhude. Unfortunately it seems to have been closed. Everything always went smoothly. The first time at the Eppendorf location we had to wait 60 minutes and the ice cream was also delivered incorrectly... Now we thought we would give it another chance. Ordered at 8:47 p.m. now it's 10:07 p.m. and no confirmation has been sent out yet for delivery. The clerk on the phone said it could take at least 20 minutes. Then we waited 100 minutes or maybe more for pizza rolls and ice cream because of the delivery and car time 😅 okay we will really never order here again...

The lady at the counter is extremely friendly, but the pizza doesn't work at all. Old dough, few toppings, had bad stomach cramps. Next time I'll look for a different store.

At a lunch table, I would have liked an online warning about longer delivery times. No time for a quiet lunch now because the next meeting is coming up. I wouldn't have ordered there. Pizza wasn't that tasty. It was better when it was still made on Gertigstrasse. Unfortunately the location was closed. Very unfortunate.

Otherwise always ordered from Smileys Winterhude, which apparently was closed. Now the order was processed through this branch for the first time and unfortunately everything was worse than before at the Winterhude branch: 1. Took much longer than usual, 70 minutes 2. Food cold and soggy 3. Part of the order was not included, pizza rolls. 4. To say something was missing, couldn't get through on the phone, spent 2 minutes in queue. A pity! Unfortunately not again.

It just takes so long (>60 minutes) for the pizzas to arrive and that's a 12 minute drive.

Yesterday evening I had dinner with my son at your place and baked the snack rolls (unfortunately you don't know a former customer from the branch in the old Zollweg) so we were very surprised about it. I was also surprised about my Ring of Fire that it tasted better (but unfortunately there was very little mince in it) but overall it was pleasant! What was just stupid was that you weren't offered a glass to drink from It was worth it (especially for my son) to take this 1 hour 10 minute walk. Since we don't have Smylies in the old country, we still took this route

I called around 11pm and wanted to order a pizza and when he asked where I lived, I gave the person on the phone my address and he came back with a rude statement like, "Your address is outside the delivery location", Even though mine is accessible by car.” 12 minutes and then he hung up. What a disgrace the way you treat customers. I will definitely never eat at your place again!!

Wir haben um kurz nach 20:00 Uhr nur einen Eis bestellt. Nach 90 Minuten war die Bestellung immer noch nicht da. Wir wurden auch noch anonym angerufen und Wir wolle selbstverständlich nicht rangehen. 10 Minuten später wir rufen an d.h. wir wollten nur sagen, dass wir das kleine Eis nicht haben. ??? RUFEN SIE DIE KUNDEN NICHT ANONYM AN !! Nie wieder

Großes Lob! Ich habe telefonisch bestellt und hatte einen super Service. Das Essen kam blitzschnell und heiß. Der Fahrer war super freundlich und es schmeckt sehr gut! Gerne wieder

Auch wenn es eine Systemgastronomie ist, waren wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Geschmacklich lecker zu fairen Preisen. Nette Bedienung und saubere "Örtlichkeiten".

Sehr lange Wartezeiten, die Qualität hat wirklich nachgelassen, und dazu wurden noch die falschen Sachen geliefert.

Musste eine halbe Stunde auf meine Pizza warten, obwohl die Dame meinte, 10 min.

Wenn man sich die anderen Rezensionen ansieht scheint das Hauptproblem nur die Lieferung/Lieferzeit zu sein. Bei der Abholung im Laden gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, haben dort nie länger als 5 Minuten warten müssen und wenn wir später kommen wird die Pizza dort auch selbstverständlich warmgehalten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und beim bisher einzigen Patzer in Jahren auch sehr kulant gewesen. Man kann auch nett vor Ort essen, im Sommer auch auf der Terrasse vor der Tür.

Leider nur mittelmäßig und sehr teuer. Unfreundliches Personal.

2.UPDATE: Das Large-Angebot ist wieder zurück und wir kommen gerne wieder zum besten Smileys der Stadt! Bewertung wurde wieder nach oben korrigiert. UPDATE: Das Large-Angebot wurde nach Jahren abgeschafft und somit hat sich diese Smileys Filiale ebenfalls für uns erledigt. Die Bewertung wurde entsprechend nach unten korrigiert. Vorab: Dieser Smileys schmeckt wohl am besten von über 10 Filialen in denen ich gegessen habe. Die anderen Filialen sind, um es mal ganz ehrlich zu sagen, qualitativ und geschmacklich keinen Cent wert und die Smileys Preise generell sind wirklich schon dreist. Diese Filiale hier aber bietet mit seinem Large-Angebot vor Ort, das für uns beste Pizza Erlebnis der Stadt. Qualität ist meistens sehr gut und überaus lecker und der Preis stimmt durch das Large-Angebot. Ohne diese Filiale würde ich schon lange nicht mehr bei Smileys essen. Großes Lob von uns an speziell diese Filiale, die als einzige einen sehr guten Standard hat. Also sehr guter move von euch und wenn ihr das Angebot jemals weg machen solltet, breche ich Kontakt mit Smileys ab.

Ich war gerade dabei mich zu beschweren, da meine Bestellung etwas spät da war, aber Herr Kaye war noch so freundlich und ist entgegengekommen.

Sonst verlief die Lieferung immer super schnell, heute hat es etwas länger gedauert. Die Pizza war trotzdem warm und sehr lecker und der Lieferant ist auch sehr charmant gewesen.

Das hat heute sehr gut geklappt. Das Essen war heiß, es wurde nichts vergessen und es war sehr schnell bei uns.
