McDonald's in Meiningen

We had to wait at the drive thru after paying for more that 15 minutes before we received our order... the food was fine but such a long wait is not fast food.

Unbeatable for a quick bite. The terminal order takes a lot of getting used to, especially for us older people, but otherwise everything is OK.

The food is delicious and prepared quickly. The staff is friendly and qualified.

Unfortunately the service is getting worse and worse

Fries don't taste good, the burgers had an unpleasant smell. Never here again! Wasted money❗️

Really just underground. Every time you order from MC Drive, half of the food is missing. It's especially nice when you arrive home, have paid for your meal and have thrown another 10 euros into the wind.

When will there finally be reusable packaging and it has become far too expensive for fast food

After a sporty and busy day, I like to use the McDrive service. The staff is always exceptionally friendly, despite the not insignificant level of stress. It's nice that you exist. Thanks!

I've never had to pay so much money for two Big Tasty Bacon Burgers (not the menu) - terribly expensive.

I remember one person in particular. Must have been a shift manager. She was so rude to her subordinates. Within minutes, she loudly insulted various employees and put them down in the worst possible way for all guests to hear. I would have loved to read her off. If she were my boss, I would probably lose my temper, throw my apron at her feet and the last thing she would see of me would be my back as I left the location.

Extremely poor quality of salad/lettuce, looked like it was made many days ago. I ask for a new/fresh one, but the manager told me that it was representative for the quality, McDonalds is offering. See you NOT later.

It was my first time there and also my last time. Located on a slope. Looks and ambience, well. Was there around 5:30 p.m. It was very crowded. The food order came within 5 minutes. But 1 burger was missing! Toilet disastrous. Dirty. No toilet paper. Very tight spaces. The food was sufficiently warm and tasted as expected. Unfortunately the Mc Flurry is much too soft.

It was my first time at Mc Donalds in Meiningen. The service is good. But the outside area seems rather dreary and unfriendly. Maybe you should think about green plants. In general, this Mac Donalds is kept small indoors. But ok for a quick snack.

That old box at the MC drive counter was very unfriendly. To be honest, it doesn't surprise me when you're in your mid-50s and work at mecces. :(

Pure catastrophe... if even the branch management is upset about the lack of knowledge of German, it's already a long way off. A good 30 minutes passed from the time we went in until we had the food. As far as I'm concerned, this was the last time we were here.

We at Haus & Gartenservice 24 Sopaj would like to thank McDonald's, Meiningen branch, for their kindness and delicious food. It was a pleasure for us to decorate the outdoor area with wood chips and trim the bushes. The service from the staff was excellent. Thank you very much and continued success!

Cold burgers No cheese instead of double cheese. When we pointed this out, cheese from the fridge was put on the burger. 1/10 can't recommend.

Food has been very good again lately

Very unfriendly staff! Even when I asked for a straw (no matter what material) the indignant reply was that they were only available for milkshakes. No recommendation for consumption on site! Better to drive 10km further and eat better! Update: “We can't open outside given the weather conditions” - sunny and slightly cloudy seems to be unreasonable for sitting outside!

Food as usual at Mc. Staff very friendly

7:00 a.m. and the girls were already in a good mood. Friendly service and requests were addressed easily. Food was freshly prepared and ordering via the app was also easy. Gladly again!

The burgers were freshly made, the food came to the table quickly, the tables were dirty and the return was overflowing!

This time we were on MC Drive. Fast service thanks to pre-ordering in the app and smooth processing by the very friendly employees. Everything received as ordered. Vouchers used. However, the discounted MC fish only had half a slice of cheese on it! Is that normal? Update, got chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets today. Plant Burger wasn't in the bag at all. Had to go back and point it out. Employees speak German poorly.

Tables mostly dirty. The trash can in the toilet cubicle is probably too small because incontinence panties are often lying next to them and don't fit in the bucket. Please check paper towels often. Atmosphere is good. Employees have to read orders better, especially those who are not German. If I have special requests, they should also be taken into account.

Slightly better than the average Mecces.

It's a shame when you come with children and politely ask if you can get another toy because the child already has it and then you're told that it's not possible.

I took the MC Spar menu three times, the fries were missing three times, very annoying! Check your bags, unfortunately you can't rely on it!

The burgers are nice and hot and somehow it tastes better than other Mc D.s and it's also very clean

Gift for a review of the branch costs 50 cents and is absolutely not recommended

Ich bin erst kein MC Donalds Fan hab mir was mit nach Hause bringen lassen. Das Essen war einfach kalt komplett zermatscht. Hat bestimmt schon lange bei MC Donalds rumgelegen. Die Pommes richtige Pappe. 🤮

Seit wann riecht ein Tasty nach Fisch? Seit ihr nicht mehr sauber macht. Ekelhaft!🤢 Das Gesundheitsamt schläft wohl. Magen-Darm Beschwerden sind vorprogrammiert. 🤮🤮🤮

Tische dreckig, Boden klebrig. Das Essen halt nicht lange vor. Würde meine Tochter nicht die Chicken Nuggets dort lieben, würde mich MC Donalds nicht mal für einen Kaffe dort antreffen

Schnelles Team. Saubere Tische. Alles bestens. Nur die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Man verpasst beim Reinfahren leicht die Parkmöglichkeit auf das Parkdeck zu fahren. Die anderen Parkplätze unterhalb sind nur wenige, eng und unpraktisch neben der Tankstelle.

Gut und günstig, wenn man die Angebote nimmt 👍

Gehe hier öfters ne Kleinigkeit essen aber sehr oft werden Sachen vergessen oder weg gelassen. Ansonsten gibt's nicht viel zu sagen da gefühlt jeder MC Donalds gleich gestaltet ist in dem ich war. Zu den Stoßzeiten ist es oft sehr laut und chaotisch aber das gehört bei Mecces eben dazu 😆 Essen ist eig immer okay und gehe deshalb weiterhin regelmäßig hier vorbei.

Relativ kleiner Mc Donalds mit Außenbereich und ausreichend Parkplatz. Innenbereich und Toiletten sind sauber und ordentlich. Im Außenbereich müssten häufiger die Tische abgewischt werden. Das Essen wird am Bestellterminal ausgewählt, bezahlen kann nam bar oder mit Karte. Die Terminals stehen etwas ungünstig im Eingangsbereich, so dass es sich es staut, wenn etwas mehr los ist. Man kann sich das Essen auch an den Tisch bringen lassen, was ich sehr gut finde. Allerdings sollten dann gleich Servietten mit der Bestellung gebracht werden. Wir waren zweimal hier essen. Die Burger und Pommes waren beide Male frisch und die Cola wurde mit Eiswürfeln serviert. Allerdings sollte man dringend seine Bestellung überprüfen. Die eine Bestellung mit Tischservice musste 3x nachgebessert werden, weil etwas gefehlt hatte bzw. etwas falsches gebracht wurde

Was soll ich sagen,wie überall oder? Das kann sich glaube jeder selber beantworten,der schonmal da war! 🤣

Alles immer top, die Leute sind freundlich, das Essen warm und im Gebäude selbst ist es angenehm belüftet, sauber und ordentlich. Die Sanitäranlage war auch sehr sauber.

Klein aber auch nachts gut besucht, Tische sind nicht immer sauber, Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich war nur im Drive-in. Warten musste ich grob 15 Minuten. Qualität ist Ansichtssache...

Sehr lecker geht schnell der automat ist einfach zu bedienen aber sehr ungesund

Seit dem die Bestellautomaten eingeführt wurden, ist das bißchen Menschlichkeit verloren gegangen. Man starrt auf den Automaten, tippt hektisch sein menü ein. Früher hat man noch mit der Bestelldame oder Herren persönlich geredet und eventuell noch kleine Nettigkeiten ausgetauscht aber, die Zeiten sind vorbei. Für mich ist McDonald's nur noch ein steriles, unpersönliches etwas wo alle mit ihren Handy in der linken und den Burger in der rechten Hand essen.

Das Lokal ist sauber. Kurze Wartezeiten. Personal freundlich.

Ist schön hier kann man preiswert essen. Guter Service, alles Top.

Personal war freundlich. Aber hab es schöner in Erinnerung…. Essen kam sehr schnell- dafür halt nur noch lauwarm.

Keine schlechte Filiale. Die mc Drive Einfahrt ist die Hölle für alle Größen Autos. Im MC ist die Einrichtung gut und das Personal freundlich.

Ist halt McDonald’s aber die Herren Toiletten sind irgendwie weird, man hat dauernd das Gefühl das jemand hereinkommt
