There is always an outstanding star personality among the people who work in the service. Totally friendly and competent. And really pretty on top of that. There's another one right now. She exudes freedom.

Be careful when driving in. The main entrance is at the exit.

Service was really slow for standard menu items. It wasn't even busy. We were 2 people and they gave us one napkin.

To be honest, there is something wrong with almost every order at the drive-thru counter in Mosbach. Either it is completely missing, or instead of large fries there is only a small portion. I also recommend checking the change.

It’s much better here than McDonald’s omg and they have the best burgers!!! And the boss is very nice ☺️

Nice fast food restaurant. Drive-in is served quickly and there are terminals inside for self-ordering. The food tastes like in all branches. Only the employees don't seem to be very motivated!

The BK in Mosbach was our salvation. We actually got one of the best burgers here from BK. Highly recommended.

I haven't been to Burger King in a long time, but today I wanted a Long Chicken. Drove through the drive, no one in front of me. After waiting 10 minutes I got my burger. The bun of the burger was larger than the inside, and the chicken pati was only half as narrow as the bun. For €5.99 it's a disgrace. Was there last time. If you look back at the recessions of the last few weeks, the owner should react.

Tasty food. We were served the food quickly. Just a pity that they could hardly speak German.

The boss is super friendly and always has fun with the children when we are there. We like to eat here locally.

Sometimes they lack burgers but apart from that everything is great.

July 16th, 10:30 pm Burger was delivered differently than ordered. If a complaint is attempted, the “error” during the ordering process is blamed on the customer. If you don't give in, the lady will threaten to call the police and intimidate the customer. When a colleague came along, she accused us of being “the two who always do everything!” would complain” - the friendly boss then clarified the situation. For me it's an absolute disgrace, that's not how you treat paying customers.

Orders are often wrong I was sold the wrong burger and went back specifically to get a new one And she was disrespectful and didn't want us to leave and didn't give me a new one + threatened to call the police, that's not how you should treat your customers!

I have rarely seen such an active and competent fast food employee as today, July 13th, 2024 at 4 p.m. Hats off.

Highly recommended, everything is always freshly prepared, you don't have to wait long, the staff are always very nice, so I've never had any problems and it's always clean.

Even more relaxed after the renovation and I can't say anything bad about the service staff so far. Since I prefer BK over the other anyway, this just reinforces my opinion. I would definitely like to go here again for the top service.

A Burger King like so many, unfortunately the staff is not very motivated. The food is typical. Unfortunately, there is a lack of cleanliness, the tables are often not wiped clean and the floor could use a cleaning every now and then. I usually refrain from visiting for these reasons.

Even though there was a lot going on and the employees seemed stressed, the employee at the counter was still friendly and apologized for the long wait. 10/10 service

I've actually always had positive experiences here. Recently, however, the reusable cups have mysteriously been marked as sold out on the ordering modules, even though there are obviously fresh Recup cups next to the dispenser. When I was able to order two Recup cups using an ordering module, I was given normal disposable cups and, after a complaint and a very long waiting time, €4 was refunded. When I then wanted to order another drink using the same ordering module, the reusable cups were sold out there too. All of this gives the impression that the BK Mosbach is only pretending to implement the regulation required by the EU to offer reusable cups. ---------- Addendum(05/11/24) Today I got a recup, but unfortunately it was a size too small. Again, I get the impression that the issue of sustainability is not taken as seriously as advertised.

Once again I was served by the same person at the drive counter. Unfortunately, customer-oriented actions and conflict resolution are a foreign concept to her. On the contrary, it likes to stimulate discussions and conflicts. The basis for this is little things. Due to their behavior, we canceled the entire order. Before their time, the employees were very friendly and very customer oriented. It's a shame, but I won't eat or get food there anymore.

There is an employee who is often there in the evenings because you think she's being dragged off to work. She somehow doesn't feel like working. I think that's why I don't like going there in the evenings anymore

I think it's really great here, the staff is nice and it looks really good since the renovation. For a fast food shop, the food is really tasty. I always go here when something is canceled at my school.

Burger roastery like any other. But the service was great and the burgers are still better than at MC Doof's Golden Breast

It's been a while since we ate at Burger King again and what can I say... The fries were nothing. The drink didn't even remotely resemble a cola. The meat from the crispy chicken has either been seen from the inside of the deep fryer several times or the meat has been on display for several hours (see photo!). The burger was inedible. If we had eaten there we definitely would have let him go back. Unfortunately we were already home and had to throw the burger away. The quality has really deteriorated and yet the prices here are incredibly high... We will definitely not be ordering anything 'to go' there again.

Absolutely disgusting. The Long Chicken had a long, black hair hanging in the burger. The Whopper JR. had a booger stuck to the packaging, and one of the nuggets was still raw, not good. In the second long chicken there was a chewed fingernail that went right into the gums. I'm beyond disgusted. Call the health department, that can't be right. While we were waiting to order, an employee at the drive-thru stood in front of our car and smoked a smoke, then went back into the kitchen and prepared the food for the next people without washing his hands. Apart from that, I explicitly said that I would like 4 times mayo and 4 times ketchup. When we got home, 2 times mayo, 1 sweet and sour for the nuggets and that was it. But everything was paid for... The lettuce was wilted as always, the cheese had probably been drying for days and the sauce on the long chicken (the one with your fingernail, where you had bitten into it and then noticed it) so the sauce tasted like Toilet cleaner, really bitter and disgusting and slightly rancid.

In and of itself everything was OK, except my wife's long chicken burger wasn't good at all. The flesh was rubbery and hard in places. Therefore only 3 stars. Staff was nice and friendly.

Basically forget something with every order. Just yesterday I received Cola again instead of still water. Long chicken was topped with lettuce that was from before the war, shriveled, brown... Getting worse...

Einfach gut. Mit MC Donalds in Miltenberg hat das Gott sei Dank nicht zu tun. Hier weiss ich, wenn ich was bestelle das es gut aussieht und schmeckt und nicht so ein Drecksfraß wie in Miltenberg im Mc Bäh, seit 4 Jahren.

Alles so weit wie man es erwartet nur leider nicht immer alles was auf der Karte steht vorhanden. Was grad im Bereich Fastfood normal nicht vorkommen sollte. 1 mal ok aber es war jetzt schon öfter der Fall. Es ist es dort Sauber und man wird freundlich bedient. 2024 musste ich leider jetzt über 14 min nach der Bestellung im Drive warten. Das Konzept Fast Food wurde hier wohl nicht ganz verstanden.

Mein Eistee bestand fast nur aus Wasser, er war sehr arg verdünnt. Und ein Burger hat bei der Bestellung gefehlt. Im Laden war nichts los, aber das ist nie eine Entschuldigung..

Immer nettes Personal, sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann die Rezessionen hier nicht verstehen. Wenn man kalte Pommes bekommt, kriegt man ohne Wiederrede sofort neue, Burger sind immer Frisch und Lecker. Kinder bekommen immer ein Softeis, wenn Sie es essen dürfen und auch erst nach dem Essen. Sehr Kinder und Familien-Freundlich. Hier fühlt man sich wohl.

Immer gute Qualität bei langen Wartezeiten

Hatten nicht das was ich bestellt und bezahlt habe, daraufhin war die Verkäuferin (frau shqipdona(?)) nicht sehr freundlich und sehr unbegeistert als ich statt etwas anderem lieber mein Geld zurück wollte… Haben lange gewartet, was ansich kein Problem war, aber das Personal war einfach sehr unfreundlich. Kein Hallo, kein tschüss, kein Danke, keine Entschuldigung darauf dass ich mein Essen nicht bekommen konnte. Schade eigentlich, seit der Renovierung sieht es innen nämlich sehr schön aus.

Nach der Renovierung total ungemütlich und alles zu offen. Trotz scheinbar genug anwesenden Personal haben wir übermäßig lange auf unser Essen warten müssen und dieses war nicht zufriedenstellend. Viel getratsche unter dem Personal . Pommes lätschig und der vegetarische Burgerpatty total matschig und breiig. Auch der Bürger mit Fleisch war irgendwie lätschig. Leider lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen .

Der Braune und Große Junge war sehr Freundlich!!! Sein Verlhalten mit den Gästen auch unwarscheinlich..

Schöner Burger King an einer Tankstelle. Modern eingerichtet und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider waren meine Burger nur lauwarm.

Nach dem Verzehr von den Burgern wie den Spongebob Burger habe ich einen backflip gemacht

Minimalistisch eingerichteter Burger King an der Tankstelle. Es gibt definitiv schönere Plätze, um seinen Körper einige Kalorien zuzuführen. Nach der Doku von Team Wallraff wollte ich nicht mehr zu Burger King gehen. Essen war ok…aber Döner ist im Preisleistungsverhältnis immer noch klar die Nummer 1. Man kann sich die Matschepampe gelegentlich zu Gemüte führen, aber ein Gaumenschmaus ist das sicherlich nicht.

Abends um kurz nach fünf sollte man kurz rein gehen können ohne Angst um das auto oder die kids haben zu müssen, das Publikum das sich da außerhalb aufhält ist nichts für kids und Frauen! Entweder durch den drive in oder wegbleiben! Schade um den Bürger King und die Tankstelle, da beide gute Ware verkaufen und wirklich nett sind!

Auf der Durchreise angehalten. Burger direkt aufs Tablet. Pommes so wie sie sein müssen. Der Geschäftsführer ist sehr aufmerksam. Rundum top.

Fast zu freundlich um wahr zu sein! So freundlich wie an diesem Drive-In wurde ich noch nicht bei einem BK behandelt. Etwas traurig, dass es hervorsticht und nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Essen war dann exakt so, wie der BK-Standard ist.

Die Burger waren saftig und schmeckten frisch zubereitet. Die Pommes Frites waren knusprig und die Auswahl an Soßen und Belägen ermöglichte es, die Mahlzeit nach meinem Geschmack anzupassen. Der Service bei Burger King war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend. Das Personal war freundlich und schnell bei der Aufnahme meiner Bestellung. Die Bestellung wurde korrekt zubereitet und serviert. Die Wartezeiten waren akzeptabel.
