I think they have delicious food there, everything works quickly.

The employee is constantly irritated and in a bad mood. The mayonnaise on the chicken burger is sour and inedible. And even though you choose certain toys at King Jr. Meals, you get the same one twice (the one you didn't even want). If you click "eat here," you have to guess whether it's being delivered or if you have to pick it up. One day it's delivered, but the next it's simply left on the counter for you to pick up.

I just waited 20 minutes for a medium fries. I wish the young ladies would hand out the ready-made fries a little faster. ♥️♥️♥️

Best Burger King ever. Very clean and tidy. I've never seen a Burger King this good. Everything was simply good: fresh and crispy fries, burgers properly topped and warm, and everything was very neatly packaged, really, really neat. I'd even give it 6 stars.

Food disaster. Usually sits on the counter too long. Salad on the burgers (no matter what kind) is brown, limp, and no longer warm. Because they sit too long. So insist on getting freshly made. You pay for it, and that's your right. The cups for drinks are very bad. The cardboard gets soft, so soft that you can hardly hold them in your hand because they break. The staff is rude. The restrooms are on the 3rd floor, which is funny when you need to go and you can't climb the stairs. The bottom line: either they do better, or I won't go here again.

I've actually always had quite positive experiences here. Recently, however, the reusable cups have mysteriously been marked as sold out on the ordering modules, even though there are obviously fresh Recup cups next to the tap. When I was able to order two Recup cups at one ordering module, I was given regular disposable cups and, after a complaint and a very long wait, was refunded €4. When I subsequently tried to order another drink at the same ordering module, the reusable cups were also sold out there. All of this makes it seem as if the Mosbach district court is only pretending to implement the EU regulation requiring reusable cups. ---------- Addendum (May 11, 2024) Today I received a Recup, but unfortunately, it was one size too small. Very small and not clean, even the food is different from other Burger King branches, and the bathrooms need maintenance and are not clean at all.. I hope you pay attention to cleanliness and maintenance

Small but nice... The food was as usual at Burger King. It was quick. Even though it was small and built into a gas station, the atmosphere was indistinguishable from a "normal" Burger King, and it was clean.

Been here a few times, it's really okay for a Burger King.

It's very dirty here, and you have to wait what feels like 30 minutes for your food. Very poor conditions, very bad place. (Better go to MCS)

Small but always well attended BK. I like to go by, it's centrally located, HERM gas station is next door, in the same building. New ordering touch panels. Seats are sometimes a bit tight. Food okay, burgers 🍔 sometimes only lukewarm, in my opinion, but that's generally the case everywhere. Tablet return partly overfilled or too small.

Today I was at the Burger King in Mosbach West (Neckarelzer Straße). Unfortunately the service was disappointing. I ordered Sprite with ice but the drink was served without ice. When I politely asked for ice cream, I was given an aggressive look - very unprofessional. Experiences like this shouldn't happen in an international franchise.

Ordered at Dive, food itself is delicious and fresh (if you can get it). Last time a tortilla that was ordered (and paid for!) was forgotten, today a portion of fries was forgotten. Too bad! In the menu I wanted a high C instead of soda, which unbelievably cost an extra €4!! For 0.2 liters! Unfortunately this is not understandable for us...

I went to Burger King with my kids today, DISASTER. The employee accused me of not paying for the meal because of his OWN mistake because he entered the number incorrectly. If that wasn't enough, he didn't give me enough remaining money and in the end tried to excuse himself by lying to his employer that I had given the "wrong" number, even though everything was black and white. In the end everything was sorted out BUT I will NEVER go there with my children again.

10/10 best store in town, highly suggest spending all your money on the food here. You wouldn’t regret it. Very nice atmosphere, takeaway service is first class. The food is fresh and hot when served. Highly recommend this store.

Toilet could be better. Food was satisfactory. Unfortunately, prices for fast food have also increased massively in recent years.

The service and the ambience have deteriorated significantly in the last few months. Tables are no longer cleaned; employees prefer to stand outside and smoke and talk on the phone. Unfortunately, after the renovation, the ambience now has the character of a canteen, but that's a matter of taste. The new whopper has become so bland and tasteless, it's a shame.

We had to wait twenty minutes for food and unfortunately we didn't notice the wrong food until we got home, but the highlight was that the employees preferred eating ice cream with friends rather than going to work. Some of it was already cold on site

As in all branches, the food is good. But the prices are now really utopian. There were five of us and we paid over 80 euros. I shop there for almost a whole week. The facility is ok. When I look out the window I see either the gas pumps at a gas station or the cars at the checkout counter.

There is always an outstanding star personality among the people who work in the service. Totally friendly and competent. And really pretty on top of that. There's another one right now. She exudes freedom.

Service was really slow for standard menu items. It wasn't even busy. We were 2 people and they gave us one napkin.

To be honest, there is something wrong with almost every order at the drive-thru counter in Mosbach. Either it is completely missing, or instead of large fries there is only a small portion. I also recommend checking the change.

Nice fast food restaurant. Drive-in is served quickly and there are terminals inside for self-ordering. The food tastes like in all branches. Only the employees don't seem to be very motivated!

The BK in Mosbach was our salvation. We actually got one of the best burgers here from BK. Highly recommended.

I haven't been to Burger King in a long time, but today I wanted a Long Chicken. Drove through the drive, no one in front of me. After waiting 10 minutes I got my burger. The bun of the burger was larger than the inside, and the chicken pati was only half as narrow as the bun. For €5.99 it's a disgrace. Was there last time. If you look back at the recessions of the last few weeks, the owner should react.

Tasty food. We were served the food quickly. Just a pity that they could hardly speak German.

The boss is super friendly and always has fun with the children when we are there. We like to eat here locally.

July 16th, 10:30 pm Burger was delivered differently than ordered. If a complaint is attempted, the “error” during the ordering process is blamed on the customer. If you don't give in, the lady will threaten to call the police and intimidate the customer. When a colleague came along, she accused us of being “the two who always do everything!” would complain” - the friendly boss then clarified the situation. For me it's an absolute disgrace, that's not how you treat paying customers.

Orders are often wrong I was sold the wrong burger and went back specifically to get a new one And she was disrespectful and didn't want us to leave and didn't give me a new one + threatened to call the police, that's not how you should treat your customers!

I have rarely seen such an active and competent fast food employee as today, July 13th, 2024 at 4 p.m. Hats off.

A Burger King like so many, unfortunately the staff is not very motivated. The food is typical. Unfortunately, there is a lack of cleanliness, the tables are often not wiped clean and the floor could use a cleaning every now and then. I usually refrain from visiting for these reasons.

Once again I was served by the same person at the drive counter. Unfortunately, customer-oriented actions and conflict resolution are a foreign concept to her. Before their time, the employees were very friendly and very customer oriented. It's a shame, but I won't eat or get food there anymore.

I think it's really great here, the staff is nice and it looks really good since the renovation. For a fast food shop, the food is really tasty. I always go here when something is canceled at my school.

It's been a while since we ate at Burger King again and what can I say... The fries were nothing. The drink didn't even remotely resemble a cola. The meat from the crispy chicken has either been seen from the inside of the deep fryer several times or the meat has been on display for several hours (see photo!). The burger was inedible. If we had eaten there we definitely would have let him go back. Unfortunately we were already home and had to throw the burger away. The quality has really deteriorated and yet the prices here are incredibly high... We will definitely not be ordering anything 'to go' there again.

Absolutely disgusting. The Long Chicken had a long, black hair hanging in the burger. The Whopper JR. had a booger stuck to the packaging, and one of the nuggets was still raw, not good. In the second long chicken there was a chewed fingernail that went right into the gums. I'm beyond disgusted. Call the health department, that can't be right. While we were waiting to order, an employee at the drive-thru stood in front of our car and smoked a smoke, then went back into the kitchen and prepared the food for the next people without washing his hands. Apart from that, I explicitly said that I would like 4 times mayo and 4 times ketchup. When we got home, 2 times mayo, 1 sweet and sour for the nuggets and that was it. But everything was paid for... The lettuce was wilted as always, the cheese had probably been drying for days and the sauce on the long chicken (the one with your fingernail, where you had bitten into it and then noticed it) so the sauce tasted like Toilet cleaner, really bitter and disgusting and slightly rancid.

In and of itself everything was OK, except my wife's long chicken burger wasn't good at all. The flesh was rubbery and hard in places. Therefore only 3 stars. Staff was nice and friendly.
