Burger King in Dieburg

Auch ich bin Fair-parken auf den Leim gegangen. Ich habe keine Kennzeichnung beim Befahren des Parkplatzes wahrgenommen. Ich habe nach dem BK Besuch keinen Zettel an meinem Fahrzeug vorgefunden, was zu dann ein paar Wochen später in einer Vertragsstrafe von 36,50 EUR führte. Ich bin mir bewusst, dass ich auch bei Unwissenheit gegen den Vertrag des Parkplatzes verstoßen habe, und werde die Strafe begleichen. Das ist mein Problem. Für mich BK und Shoe4You an diesem Standport gestorben. In beiden Läden 'war' ich Kunde. Das ist nun ihr Problem. Leider lässt mich Google keinen 'Ort' für 'Fair parken' hinzufügen, sonst hätte ich das getan und dort eine Rezension hinterlassen. Aber vielleicht ist es auch besser, wenn die ansässigen Unternehmen die Rezensionen vielleicht mal lesen.

Die Lage ist gut, aber ich würde Verbesserungen vorschlagen, wie zum Beispiel mehr Sauberkeit und einen schnelleren Service an der Kasse. Die Bearbeitung von Bestellungen dauert sehr lange.

Schade ! Erst wird mir zu viel berechnet, dann wird meine Bestellung auch noch falsch gemacht. Anstatt mit Freundlichkeit entgegen zu kommen, wird man hier angepamt. Selten war jemand so unhöflich ! Als mit das richtige Essen gebracht wurde, wurde der mir einfach aufs Tablett geschmissen mit einem heftigen Schlag. Kein Entschuldigung, kein bitte, nichts. Auf das Dankeschön meiner Seite kam nur schweigen.

Langsamster drive-in, in ganz deutschland

Beste Burger Deutschlands, wirklich guter Service und ein tolles Ambiente, habe mich gefühlt wie ein König, ein König der Burger. 10/10, eine Reise wert. Besser auch als die Burger kings in Frankfurt

Ist etwas veraltet aber trotzdem top, Personal ist freundlich spricht aber nicht so gut Deutsch. Trotz der vielen Gäste im Geschäft war mein essen schnell fertig.

Wollte gerne hier essen aber ich konnte es nicht aushalten bei 40 grad ohne Klimaanlage, das verwirrende ist, ich dachte, dass es früher eins gab? Also sonst geht klar, aber nicht im Sommer.

Waren alle freundlich insbesonders Rojas war zu nett zu uns.

Eben gewesen. Nette Mitarbeiter aber die armen Mitarbeiter bei 42 Grad Temperatur draußen, müssen drin ohne Klimaanlage arbeiten!!! Drin gefühlt ganze 50 grad. Ein Milliarden Geschäft kann seine Mitarbeiter einfach nicht schonen. Eine Frechheit.

Der Kaffee ist zu dünn,schmeckte wässrig,churros waren zu hart frittiert,nicht wie erwartet fluffig,es gab keine donat,die crispy Burger waren ganz gut,mir haben die beiden Long Texas bbq Summer Crunch,und roasted Style ganz gut geschmeckt! Wenn der Rest besser gewesen wäre,und der iced Coffee Caramel etwas mehr Pepp gehabt hätte, wären es 5 Sterne geworden! Das bestellte Essen,am Drive Inn,war relativ zügig da,denke 10 Minuten!

Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service war top. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Gerne wieder!

Das ist die beste Burger King Filiale. Sie ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gibt sogar einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Die Burger sind immer frisch und lecker.

War heute drinne, ich habe gesagt ich möchte einmal King des Monats als Burger Hamburger Dann kam ein Burger mit Speck Fleisch? Habe es zürück gegeben und gesagt ich möchte ein Hamburger ? Dann kamen sie zum 3 mal diesmal einfach mit Brot und Fleisch ? Dan regen sie sich auf verstehe es nicht macht doch eure Arbeit richtig die Tische sind draußen sehr schmutzig nie wieder kommen wir

Burger King typisches essen. Lokal ist ein normaler BK. Mitarbeiter an der Bestellannahme waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Gegen Mittag zu dritt dort gewesen. Es waren 4 Tische belegt. Also echt nix los. Tische waren teils nicht sauber gemacht. Wir mussten 15 min auf 4 Burger, 3 Pommes und Nuggets warten. Das Ding war das die Burger schon kalt waren. Sind dann zum Tresen, die 3 Jungs hinter der thema waren eh schon überfordert, aber damit konnten die nicht mit um. Dann keine ahnung was Sie fpr eine Position hatte, haben sie eine Frau gerufen. Sie direkt fresch geworden. Die Burger haben eine Standart Temperatur von 57 Grad. Ja ok aber da is nix mit 57 grad, die sind kalt. Die hat so lang diskutiert das die pommes schon kalt wurden. Aus Kulanz hat sie die Burger noch mal erwärmt. Beim konkreten gibt es bei sieas keine Diskussion. Wir gehen echt selten zu BK oder Mc aber ich muss keinen kalten Burger akzeptieren wenn ich soviel geld dafür zahle. Personal ist total überfordert. Laden ist nicht ordentlich. Und essen kalt. Dann ess ich doch lieber zuhause.

Einmal und nie wieder. Burger war ja ok. Leider war fair parken aktiv. Wir hatten nicht daran gedacht an die Parkscheibe. Direkt vor Burger King geparkt. Kunden Parkplatz oder? Geschäfte die sowas unterstützen meiden wir. Ich komme mir abgezockt vor!

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, das Essen wie erwartet aber auf dem Parkplatz wird man mit FairPark abgezockt. Ich empfehle einen anderen Burger King der normale Parkplätze hat und nicht so ein Unternehmen beschäftigt.

Essen war ok, Cola hat nur noch Wasser geschmeckt.

Generell in egal welchem Burger King die Eismaschine is immer ab 22-22:30Uhr (kaputt)🤡 Es NERVT!! Ich fahre jedes Mal 35 Minuten dort hin um mir das anzuhören. Hol ich mein Eis halt wieder bei Megges👍🏻

Alter Burger King- HAT NIE NIE NIE Eis. Wenn ich da war gabs nie Eis. Verstehe nicht, wieso man nicht einfach Zuverlässig seine Waren anbieten kann.

Schlechtes Deutsch am Drive und falsche Bestellung raus gegegeben! Selbst dort gearbeitet und extrem in allem nach gelassen!

Ich bin ja gerne mal bei Burger King aber der Service heute war unterirdisch. Der Herr an der Kasse war nicht fähig mir zu sagen dass es Kindergetränke gibt zum Jr. Menü, auch das Spiezeug wurde mir nie angeboten und komplett vergessen, das durfte ich bei einer Kollegin erfragen. Eine Bestellung aus 3 Menüs hat 4 Minuten gedauert, das ist schon sehr schwach, vir allem da es keine Sonderwünsche meinerseits gegeben hat... Sprachliche Kenntnisse waren kaum bis gar nicht vorhanden.

3 Sterne Abzug wegen Parkplatzbewirtschaftung

Burger ok, BK halt. Wäre so eine 3-4 geworden, weil echt nicht mehr günstig für das was man bekommt. Aber die +30 Euro dank "FairPark" Parkverstoss-Ticket wegen fehlender Parkscheibe, obwohl ich nur 10min und in Sichtweite ca. 15m entfernt speiste, ist die sprichwörtliche Wegelagerei. Ist mir egal mit welcher Rechtfertigung BK, Tedi bzw. Shoe4You oder der Vermieter dieser Gewerbefläche das machen und wer verantwortlich ist. Mit fair hat das nichts zu tun. Selbst im öffentlichen Straßenland fallen für den gleichen Verstoß nur 20€ oder ein DuDu der freundlichen Exekutive an. Gebe ich die Parkraumbewirtschaftung an Dienstleister wie FairPark aus der Hand, werde ich Unmut ernten, der zur Meidung dieser Verkaufsfläche führt. Jeder Kaufmann, hier wahrscheinlich der Vermieter der Gewerbefläche, darf sich jetzt ausrechnen, ob der Schaden im Verhältnis zur Pacht oder dem Vorteil kürzerer Parkzeiten steht. Die nicht messbaren Nachteile haben schon oft zum Niedergang vorher gut besuchter Geschäfte geführt! Also ich bin durch mit dem Gewerbe dort. Und das nach 20 Jahren parkscheibenfreiem Parken dort und Invest von sicher einigen Tausendern in die Geschäfte vor Ort.

Burger King einfach lecker. Leider noch keine Bestellterminals. Im drive in könnte mal die Beleuchtung der Speisekarte in Ordnung gebracht werden. Personal immer super nett und freundlich.

Leider hat bisher fast immer etwas gefehlt. Vor einigen monaten war eine biene im verschlossenen Getränke Becher !! Leider erst zuhause bemerkt.. Jetzt etwas holzsplitter ähnliches im chilli cheese burger. Kann nicht genau sagen ob es im Fleisch oder auf dem burger war . Leider kann ich das Foto hier nicht einfügen

Noch nie so schlechten Kakao getrunken, bei Reklamation hat die Dame mich nicht mal verstanden, sondern wollte mir einen neuen Kakao machen. Super Burger King, weiter so!!!

The food was okay, but unfortunately it's become extremely expensive... some communication problems at the counter (I wonder why?)... On top of the expensive food, we now have a bill from 'FAIR PARKEN GMBH'. A whopping €30. So, all in all, we paid around EIGHTY euros for a few burgers and parking! Brilliant marketing strategy! The parking lot is so dark you can't see these funny signs from these "fair parking rip-off artists." Beware, people... go somewhere else... but this place has seen the last of us... Unbelievable!

One of the worst Burger King restaurants I've ever been to! The staff barely speaks German… the food was incomplete and nobody understood what we wanted… the tables were dirty… And to top it all off, on top of the €40 meal, we also got a €30 parking ticket (!!!) in their own parking lot!!! This is a rip-off!!!!!

Moderately clean, but very friendly service. The special "doner burger" was very tasty, but also very expensive.

As you know, Burger King speaks for itself. It's always fun to be there with the kids, as the slide is the best part of it all. They even leave their food behind to go on the slide, like feeding the sparrows. Even my birthday was a surprise, as they remembered. I had asked the day before what I get for my birthday. I was sure to get a surprise.

What a shame. There's no mayo or ketchup on the menu, and then there's such a measly packet for 60 cents.

I think it's a shame. I was there yesterday and placed an order, but I repeatedly received at least one product that was incorrect than what I ordered. I don't mean to sound racist, but I think they should at least employ people who are 100% fluent in German at the checkout. I explained to the cashier in a way that was really understandable what I wanted.

Burger King, play area doesn't collapse when you climb in

We had a long wait, but the food was very good as always. I haven't been here in a while. But it was worth it.

The lights in the parking lot and the entire outdoor area were completely off, as if the store were closed. The service was very friendly. When asked why everything was dark, they replied, "The manager wants to save money." It's a shame that safety is so meaningless!!! They also saved energy by heating the food, as everything was lukewarm. Cold fries are delicious! I hope they only saved electricity on lighting and heating, and not on refrigeration for hygiene reasons!!!

The food is good. They're a little slow in Dieburg, but the food is always brought to the table without any problems or prompting. The tables are clean, and the staff is very friendly.

I paid 22 for a crispy chicken burger, stale bread, cold meat, and small burgers that later gave me stomach aches and tummy pains. I'll never come here again.

I tried the tortilla menu with chicken. It was quite good and plentiful. Unfortunately, it was very hot that day (around 35 degrees Celsius) and there seemed to be no air conditioning in the restaurant. It felt like I was sitting in a sauna 🙈 Service was also a bit sluggish in this heat. But I could understand that. Any movement is too much, especially in the kitchen area.

The food at Burger King was up to the usual standard and OK. However, there were unfortunately some deficiencies in the service. I had ordered a King Junior menu with an orange-fruit-tiger-brazze, but received a red one. This only happened after asking several times, even though I had said "Orange" from the start. The only greeting I received was a curt "yes" and her attitude seemed extremely unfriendly, almost as if I had done something wrong. My companion even had to calm me down because I felt provoked by this behavior. Of course, everyone can have a bad day - that's human. But it's important not to take this bad mood out on the customer. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I've had such a negative experience with this team. The entire demeanor often seems unmotivated and unfriendly, which is absolutely unacceptable for the service concept. I hope that you will accept this as constructive feedback and take the opportunity to improve the service in this area.

In recent years, the taste of the Whopper has deteriorated significantly. Actually ripe for the bin, only the price made me choke down the really bad food. The waiting time in the drive-in is very long. Never again.

At the checkout you don't understand German, the order was completely wrong and at the end the saleswoman became rude and cheeky. And in the end the food was still cold, I can also eat out in a restaurant for 32.90 euros.

Fast food Burger King. I think everyone who goes there knows what it tastes like. Compared to the house in Darmstadt, it's a really positive example that things can be cleaner, faster and much better organized.

Best Burger King I know. Although burgers are supposed to taste the same all over the world, they are a little better here. Very nice owner who sometimes buys regular customers a coffee. Unfortunately, the air conditioning often doesn't work.

Stable Burger King. The preparation time is still not in the range of “fast” food. If it takes about 5-10 minutes for an order for 2 people, that's simply too long when it comes to Wopper and fries. Of course, it may be that the waiting time is due to the concept of freshly prepared citizens. If that is the case, I recommend pre-ordering via the app with preparation starting when the order arrives. Of course, this only applies if you pay in advance. That would solve the problem described. Hmmm delicious... we still cook properly here, just like grandma did back then. The sexy waitresses take care of the sensitive customers with self-sacrifice. Particularly recommended for Sunday family gatherings at lunch. Hey, it's a fast food burger joint like all the others... what's the point of evaluating that...
