The ice cream wasn't even half-filled into the cup. This has happened several times in a row. So it's not worth getting ice cream there again.

I placed two orders, and both were incorrect or faulty. I got a meal without a side dish and a strawberry shake instead of a chocolate shake. I have no idea how they work.

An extremely disrespectful employee who has no patience with children and often doesn't fully understand what you're ordering. If you explain something to her, she simply writes what she wants on the menu. This lady has been disrespectful several times, and today she simply gave us Sprite instead of Coke.

Good Food, Friendly Staff. The Owner got kinda nervous when I started taking pictures but he turned out to be a sweet guy when I explained that I was trying to help them through a Google Review.

The food was okay! But that's a matter of taste. I'd rather go to another burger place. Service was very poor. At table service, they just put a tablet on your table. No hello, no smile, nothing! Ambience: It's just a McDonald's!

Everything was absolutely terrible. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. We were at the restaurant this evening between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. It started with the first tray, which was missing two portions of fries. A burger was missing from the second tray, and the salad on my Big Tasty was old, the ingredients were scattered around the box, and the bacon was missing. The food, in general, wasn't particularly warm either. I also noticed that almost no one speaks good German. For the price you pay there these days, that's a huge disgrace.

Each time we visited the place was OK for fast food, only downside is that a lot was missing each time from the menu

Today, June 8, 2025, I bought a McSundae sundae at McDonald's in Dietzenbach using a feedback coupon, so I only paid 50 cents for it. The cup wasn't even half full. If you want to retain customers and reward them with a coupon for their feedback, then the reward shouldn't be so shabby.

The staff is a disaster. Three burgers and a coffee were missing from the order. The saleswoman completely freaked out. For 65 euros, I could just as well go to a restaurant.

So one has nothing in common with the other. No trace of chocolate or coffee, just a vanilla shake. But there are enough ice cubes in it for €4 👌🏻

There are still hardly any staff members who speak German. How much do the new employees even understand of the employment contracts they have to sign? Communication in the store is becoming increasingly difficult. I have the impression that the German-speaking staff at this branch is being intentionally eliminated. But maybe I'm wrong, and it's just bad luck.

A young blonde girl works at mcdrive who barely speaks German and when you say something to her, for example when ordering online, she tells her the code in detail, she types it wrong and says I have to pay for it, that's not her problem and is absolutely disrespectful. I've actually been a customer there for years and after this campaign, that was the last time I'll come here again.

Probably too few staff. Takes longer than usual today. Still, everything is good.

At the machine you buy a Minecraft accessory with the menu, at the machine you pay for it at the coupon price. First of all you can't complain about the food, it's just fast food but whenever you have something to take away there's basically something missing so that's why only 2 stars

The order that was submitted digitally in advance was correctly packed into the bags. I only order via app. This has improved reliability. I'm a little surprised that you apparently have to communicate this on the intercom, next to the order code, but at least.

Running out of milk, oat milk or lactose-free milk at 12:30 in the morning (not for the first time) is terrible for a McCafe branch. Cheeseburgers were cold and fries were over salted. The employee couldn't clearly explain to me that there was no milk. Just asked “just coffee ok?” What should you do with it?

Unfortunately it has become too expensive and the burgers are slapped together quickly and carelessly. Too bad.

More expensive than other branches and you are always guaranteed to get the wrong or incomplete food. Drive-in, at least it wasn't because of the language when placing the order. I'll never go there again, after several disappointments and a lack of goodwill (management prefers to smoke outside and blames it on language, which wasn't a problem - not on the intercom at least).

You don't expect much from Mc's but the burgers were just thrown together and felt like they were slapped on again at the end. There was just lettuce stuck in the top of the bun and the burger was completely mashed. There was also a decent grease stain on the outside of the packaging

We wanted to quickly get something to eat but nothing came of it. It was not possible to order a burger🤦🏼‍♀️ we didn't understand the conditions. Then she put too much into the cash register and nothing worked anymore. After about 20 minutes we just left. I've never had such bad service. So I'm coming back.

Disastrous service in Mac Drive ordered in advance via app. 10 minutes definitely still 25 minutes waiting time for four burgers even though there were only two cars in front of you and they were supposed to close the shop.

If things have to go quickly, this is always an alternative.

We were there again after a long time and were looking forward to a mikchshake then we were rudely told that no one had come for 2 months, the food came to the table cold, not a single employee understood German, so sorry, just closed the shop completely.

Unfortunately it is not possible to order food via the app, even at the counter. Points were also gone and I drove again without eating.

So I'm definitely not going there again. Such disrespectful behavior and service. They look at you and laugh at the fact that they don't want to serve you and that too from their own manager. They close the shop at 2 a.m. and clean everything up shortly before midnight. Make you feel like you should finally leave. Definitely not again.

I’m sorry for my review but everything it’s dirty (tables, chairs and couch) , all the personal had not been in a good mood, it was for me and my family not a good experience today… I was here in the morning, maybe it would be better in the evening…not long enough I have given 4 stars but not today.

Everything was cold. I had to cut off the lettuce with the burger because it was brown. After my apple turnovers were also cold and I noticed that they had already expired for over half an hour, I went ahead to tell the woman that these apple turnovers were cold and had not been allowed to be sold for half an hour. I mean the food for a McDonald's is just OK... Not the best McDonald's I've been to but it's acceptable. The customer service could have been a lot better and they do get orders wrong a lot of time as I've heard.

The Cola syrup was empty and I was given a disgusting broth to drink.

The tables were dirty and sticky and on my last two visits my order was packed incorrectly. Sometimes my ice cream was made with the wrong sauce and toppings, sometimes the ketchup was forgotten, etc. Unfriendly staff too, of course!

As a long-time customer of McDonald's, I am usually satisfied with the service and quality. However, my experience on my last visit was extremely disappointing. First, I mistakenly ordered the wrong chicken nuggets and asked for this to be changed before my order landed on my tray. I've been to McDonald's Dieburg many times. I'll never come here again. After my comment about the order, the staff was rude to me. 1 star is too much.

Why is it not possible to get well-cooked, crispy chicken nuggets in Dieburg? This is the third time I've had soggy nuggets; last time they weren't even cooked properly. The preparation should be the same as in other branches. Very annoying because you only find out when you get home.

I had ordered curlyfries and a cola and mayonnaise but no cola came, a cola lite came and no curlyfries came, just normal cold fries

If you just close half an hour earlier, why open the doors at all?

We are often there on Saturday evenings or after 1 o'clock at night. Yesterday everything was topped. 1:11 a.m. only one order terminal is open. The chairs have already been put up. From 1.30 a.m. you could only take your order away in a bag. The branch is open until 2 a.m. on Saturday, then everything should run normally until at least 1:45 a.m. Otherwise, you should work with figures that you are only allowed to eat in the restaurant until 1:30 a.m. The restaurant is so busy on Saturday that it wouldn't be bad to be open until 3 a.m.

It feels like you wait ages for your food because the (I think) boss (tall, dark blonde, yellow vest) prefers to go smoke instead of serving the customers. In addition, before smoking, she said to the other colleagues, "I'm smoking now and whoever comes for me, I'll fire them." It doesn't work at all. Habe schon Öfter mehrere Sachen bestellt aber nur teilweise mein Essen bekommen..schon oft haben sie einfach die wichtigsten Dinge der Bestellung weggelassen...zahle 3 bekomme 2 Prinzip

Der Mc Donalds ist verschmutzt, das Essen ist sogut wie kalt die Bedienung ist unfreundlich. Der laden hat unsere Bestellung erst nach 2 maliger Aufforderung gemacht geht nicht hier essen.

Essen super nur das Ambiente lässt zu wünschen übrig
