Drive-In Erfahrung die letzten Male abends immer negativ! Die Frau (asiatisch, aus China?) ist sowas von unsympathisch. Man sieht ihr schon von weitem an, dass ihr der Job keinen Spaß macht. Heute z.B. haben wir nach der Bezahlung noch ganz nett nach einem kleinen zusätzlichen Dessert gefragt. Ihre Antwort darauf: "Weißt du, ich habe viele Kunden heute, jetzt zu spät, schönen Abend!". Und weg war sie wieder. Sorry, das geht viel netter. Ich wäre auch bereit gewesen länger zu warten und wäre auf den Seitenstreifen (Wartebereich) gefahren oder hätte mich notfalls einfach wieder angestellt. Aber so.., nein danke.

Normaler McDonald's, wie jeder andere. Aber hier erstaunlich schnelle Zubereitung des Essens.

Beim letzten Besuch hat es in der Örtlichkeit extrem gestunken. Es war eine Mischung aus Müll und erbrochenen. Sehr schade das am Eingang ein Raum mit Putzmitteln, Mülltonnen,… ist und dieser offen steht. Uns ist sofort der Appetit vergangen und schlecht geworden. Ich hoffe für den nächsten Besuch einen besseren Duft und einen geschlossenen Müllraum.

Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich das tun. Nach meinem Besuch habe ich leider eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Außerdem musste ich jedes Mal sehr lange warten, bis überhaupt jemand meine Bestellung angenommen hat. Der Service war extrem langsam und die Erfahrung insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Ich werde hier nicht noch einmal essen und kann das Restaurant aufgrund meiner Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen.

Falsche Bestellung bekommen, weil falsch aufgenommen. Obwohl nichts los war , hat es 20min gedauert und war kalt. Verstehe ich nicht

Dass diese Filiale problematisch ist, lässt sich ja aus den Bewertungen ableiten, aber was ich heute erlebt habe, ist schon ein anderes Level. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich erstaunt sein soll, wie das funktioniert, oder angeekelt sein soll. Wie zum Henker kann so etwas passieren? Schaut euch die Bilder an.

So ein drecksladen verstehen kein Deutsch, dann wird man von totale assis angemacht und beleidigt als dank wird man rausgeschmissen der mcs war mal was anderes und beliebt aber jetzt nur noch dreckig wo bleibt da das gesundheitsamt und lebensmittelkontrolle

Total unfreundlich, essen teilweise falsch gewesen und essen nicht dabei gewesen auf nachfrage kann man jetzt nimmer ändern

Purple BBQ Burger kam im normalen Brötchen. Dip Purple Berry fehlt 2x komplett. Mein Kind ist enttäuscht. 😞

Üblicher McDonald. Toiletten sind zwischen gerade noch Ok und eckelhaft. Personal aber meist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Mitarbeiter von McDonald's waren sehr unhöflich, sprachen nicht ordentlich und lieferten das Essen verspätet.

Langsam reicht es auch mal ... Gefühlt jedesmal ,wenn ich was kaufe fehlt etwas! Einmal der Wrap , dann ne Pommes , mal ein Eis ... Bin schon richtig genervt !! Und eure Waage interessiert mich nicht ! Guckt ob ihr alles drin habt , was bestellt wurde !

Diese Filiale wird immer schlimmer. Bei jeder Bestellung vergessen die Angestellten die Hälfte und falls man denkt oh die Stückzahl stimmt, dann hat man was, was man nichtmal bestellt hat... Die Jugendlichen blockieren alles und pöbeln Kunden an, wenn diese Fragen ob sie Platz machen könnten, Mitarbeiter machen nichts.

Solides McDonald’s mit typischem Angebot. Das Essen war frisch, die Bestellung kam schnell und das Personal war freundlich. Der Außenbereich wirkt ordentlich. Insgesamt okay für einen kurzen Stopp, aber nichts Besonderes.

Das schlimmste mcdonalds was ich jemals gesehen habe da laufen Ameisen über die Tische voll die absteige

Drive Thru. Keiner vor oder hinter uns. Wir sollten dennoch warten und wo anders parken. Wozu ? Bleibt offen. Esse fehlt und der Rest ist eiskalt!

Alle paar Monate verirre ich mich in den Laden und weiß hinterher wieder warum ich da kaum noch bin...

1 Stern – Absolut inakzeptabel. Am Sonntagabend hat mein Mann im McDrive einen Veggie Burger und einen Veggie Wrap gekauft. Beide Speisen waren eiskalt und wirkten, als wären sie schon Stunden zuvor zubereitet worden. Noch in derselben Nacht bekam ich starke Beschwerden mit massivem Durchfall und mehrfachem Erbrechen. Am Morgen musste ich ins Krankenhaus, wo eine Magen-Darm-Infektion bzw. Lebensmittelvergiftung festgestellt wurde. So etwas darf bei einer großen Fast-Food-Kette nicht passieren. Hier scheint es erhebliche Mängel bei Frische, Lagerung oder Hygiene zu geben. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die zuständige Filiale dringend überprüft wird, damit anderen Gästen so etwas erspart bleibt.

Ich wartete 15 Minuten auf mein Essen und es kam immer noch nichts. Habe dann nachgefragt wann es kommt, und die Mitarbeiterin meinte soe hätte die Bestellung schon rausgegeben. Hab nichts bekommen. SAFTLADEN

Enttäuscht von Service wir haben 2 Happy s gehabt und keine Spielzeug in den Boxen dafür Soße für Nuggets alles gut nur das dann noch Zwiebel auf dem Burger war der ohne sein muss aus alerg.ist nicht OK und noch schlimmer ist das keiner keiner seid 4 Stunden ans Telefon geht

App funktioniert nicht, daher soll ich den vollen Preis zahlen?! Permanentes vorfahren am Mc Drive?! Ihr könnt mich langsam mal. Unter dem neuen Pächter Apel läuft direkt gar nichts mehr. Bravo weiter so. Update 03.01.26, Pommes kalt, Cola abgestanden, Curry Saucen haben gefehlt, ein Burger nicht in der Tüte. Wenn ich für das Essen schon viel Geld bezahle, erwarte ich 100% Vollständigkeit. Wer ersetzt mir das jetzt ?

Frau an der kasse macht es unangenehm hier zu essen Bin sehr unzufrieden Essen war ok aber wie gesagt der service wahr unangenehm

Frau war sehr unhöflich. Wurden an geschaut von allen die Dort Arbeiten. Verkaufen Sprudel Wasser teurer als stilles Wasser und man bekommt stilles Wasser. Saftladen!

Ich war seit JAHREN mal wieder dort mein Eindruck: Die Dame am Drive in war massiv unfreundlich, das Brötchen von meinem Royal TS war trocken, der Salat braun, anstatt Ketchup zu den Pommes Mayo und wie bekommt man es hin aus einem Automaten Cola ohne Kohlensäure zu zapfen ????

Bekommen es nicht hin Ihre veganen Nuggets mit den Normalen Chicken Nuggets auseinander zu halten. Man bekommt erst das eis bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur und wartet dann noch bis das essen kommt Fazit ist eis geschmolzen und Falsche nuggets

Incompetent people... the order wasn't complete 🤬

Only 3 stars because something was forgotten again. This time it was two apple turnovers. Unfortunately, we only noticed it when we got home.

The staff apparently don't understand German! My order was taken incorrectly three times, and to top it all off, even after the blonde waitress finally took the correct order, she still served me a completely wrong meal. From now on, I'll go to Burger King with my friends; this kind of thing doesn't happen there!

I left after 5 minutes of no response at the drive-thru. I'll just go to the bakery if you guys don't feel like it.

When I arrived, I had a terrible headache from the previous evening. When I asked if they had a headache tablet, they prepared an electrolyte solution for me. Grateful, I offered a tip, but it was declined with a smile and the comment, "Health is important." Thank you so much for your help! <3

The receptionist at the drive-thru (probably of East Asian descent) was incredibly rude and brazen. She couldn't even scan a coupon, let alone have a decent conversation. After waiting for 10 minutes, she became personal and insulted me when I pointed out that she had made a mistake. Definitely avoid this McDonald's!

There is almost always something missing at the McDrive.

The food was as usual. Nothing special and, as usual, cold. But our son wanted it. The toilet was a disgrace. Someone had apparently vomited on the seat. Since there is only one toilet, it wasn't possible for my son to use it. I reported it to the staff. But they didn't show any interest. Since this seemed odd to me, I went back 30 minutes later. The toilet was still filthy.

Everything was absolutely terrible. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. We were at the restaurant this evening between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. It started with the first tray, which was missing two portions of fries. The second tray was missing a burger, and the salad on my Big Tasty was old, the ingredients were all jumbled together in the box, and the bacon was missing. The food, in general, wasn't really warm. Furthermore, I noticed that almost no one speaks good German. For the price you pay there these days, that's a huge disgrace. We went to McDonald's in Dieburg again yesterday. Unfortunately, they forgot something when ordering, but luckily we checked on the spot. The other reason I'm only giving it one star is because they're out of straws. Cold drinks hurt my teeth, and if you don't say anything, you get ice cream. However, the food was relatively warm yesterday.

It couldn't be worse. With every order at the McColl's Drive-Thru, something is missing or incorrectly packed. I absolutely don't want to order anything from there anymore. The staff is a complete disaster.

I ordered my drink with oat milk. Apparently it wasn't. I'm lactose intolerant. Now I have diarrhea. Thanks for that.

The ice cream wasn't even half-filled into the cup. This has happened several times in a row. So it's not worth getting ice cream there again.

An extremely disrespectful employee who has no patience with children and often doesn't fully understand what you're ordering. If you explain something to her, she simply writes what she wants on the menu. This lady has been disrespectful several times, and today she simply gave us Sprite instead of Coke.

I placed two orders, and both were incorrect or faulty. I got a meal without a side dish and a strawberry shake instead of a chocolate shake. I have no idea how they work.

Good Food, Friendly Staff. The Owner got kinda nervous when I started taking pictures but he turned out to be a sweet guy when I explained that I was trying to help them through a Google Review.

We all know that McDonald's isn't a 5-star restaurant. But we won't be coming here anymore. The food was cold. Everywhere you looked, the floor, the tables, and the chairs were dirty. It makes you want to eat. A little more hygiene would be welcome.

Today, June 8, 2025, I bought a McSundae sundae at McDonald's in Dietzenbach using a feedback coupon, so I only paid 50 cents for it. The cup wasn't even half full. If you want to retain customers and reward them with a coupon for their feedback, then the reward shouldn't be so shabby.

The staff is a disaster. Three burgers and a coffee were missing from the order. The saleswoman completely freaked out. For 65 euros, I could just as well go to a restaurant.

So one has nothing in common with the other. No trace of chocolate or coffee, just a vanilla shake. But there are enough ice cubes in it for €4 👌🏻

There are still hardly any staff members who speak German. How much do the new employees even understand of the employment contracts they have to sign? Communication in the store is becoming increasingly difficult. I have the impression that the German-speaking staff at this branch is being intentionally eliminated. But maybe I'm wrong, and it's just bad luck.

A young blonde girl works at mcdrive who barely speaks German and when you say something to her, for example when ordering online, she tells her the code in detail, she types it wrong and says I have to pay for it, that's not her problem and is absolutely disrespectful. I've actually been a customer there for years and after this campaign, that was the last time I'll come here again.

Road traffic detection not solved well! Too difficult to see, too short, not clear like other McDonald's

At the machine you buy a Minecraft accessory with the menu, at the machine you pay for it at the coupon price. However, the franchisee decides that he wants to cheat the customers and simply doesn't give anything out anymore. It's just about a Mc-D toy, but if you have to discuss with two people at the checkout that there is fraud going on, then something is wrong. We don't go here with our children anymore.

First of all you can't complain about the food, it's just fast food but whenever you have something to take away there's basically something missing so that's why only 2 stars

Occasionally something is missing from the McDrive. The craftsmanship of the burgers varies. The ice cream is “gladly” made ready before the order is processed and then melts away. The filling level of the McFlurry has nothing at all in common with the product depiction in the pictures. It's a shame, it used to be better...

The order that was submitted digitally in advance was correctly packed into the bags. I only order via app. This has improved reliability. I'm a little surprised that you apparently have to communicate this on the intercom, next to the order code, but at least.

Food came to the table lukewarm. And overall it was limp and soggy. There's been better times.

Running out of milk, oat milk or lactose-free milk at 12:30 in the morning (not for the first time) is terrible for a McCafe branch. Cheeseburgers were cold and fries were over salted. The employee couldn't clearly explain to me that there was no milk. Just asked “just coffee ok?” What should you do with it?

Employees don't speak German and mix up orders and then argue. Initially they refused to redo the order. McDonald’s isn’t really clean either.

Ordered sweet and sour sauce and didn't get it. Burger looks like an elephant walked over it

Unfortunately it has become too expensive and the burgers are slapped together quickly and carelessly. Too bad.

More expensive than other branches and you are always guaranteed to get the wrong or incomplete food. Drive-in, at least it wasn't because of the language when placing the order. I'll never go there again, after several disappointments and a lack of goodwill (management prefers to smoke outside and blames it on language, which wasn't a problem - not on the intercom at least).

Despite the high workload, everything went very smoothly. Table service should be done more often. Otherwise we were satisfied

You don't expect much from Mc's but the burgers were just thrown together and felt like they were slapped on again at the end. There was just lettuce stuck in the top of the bun and the burger was completely mashed. There was also a decent grease stain on the outside of the packaging

Because of MC coffee it's no longer what it used to be
