The quality of the food is usually okay, but when it comes to preparation, for example. Rolls are often dry and salad is often thick pieces. The service has now suffered greatly, for example. Forget about specially ordered cheese or bacon and also when it comes to friendliness. If the work isn't fun, you should look for something else. The ambience is otherwise good.

Fresh and hot food, and very quickly. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I was there today and couldn't pay with a card at these machines. Then I complained and whoever was being stupid was the biggest kek buger king. I really enjoyed going there, but today was really the last drawer

The ambience is great, clean and modern, the food is like Burger King, the service fluctuates from good to bad, but everything is good if you're hungry every now and then.

The employee was very friendly and accommodating, pointed out promotions and overall made a very good impression. The food was, as you would expect from Burger King, delicious and ideal for a little hunger in between meals. The atmosphere was pleasant, especially in the evenings, as the restaurant was empty and you could eat in peace with pleasantly loud music. The only criticism is the lack of the self-service drinks machine, which was a highlight and appreciated by many guests. Apart from that everything was great.

Food was typically OK in BK. There was a little bit of lettuce in there, I have no idea if that was the finished quantity. Unfortunately, the dips for the nuggets were forgotten when packing. The salad dressing was also missing. It's stupid if you take it with you and only realize it later.

I was banned from the house because a colleague wanted a free milkshake twice and used the word "biscuit" in his review. There was no reason for a group to be banned from the house. It was always my favorite fast food restaurant around the corner, but the employees were nice until the end.

I haven't been to Burger King in years, so I tried it again today. I don't have to say anything about the dishes - you like it or you don't. About the store itself: obviously quite recently renovated and everything is clean, especially the toilets and the visible kitchen area. If you want to eat at Burger King, I can recommend a visit to this restaurant...

Restaurant is newly decorated and clean. Service is friendly and helpful. There are even e-charging stations :-)

The atmosphere really doesn't invite you to eat a burger in comfort. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers is not always the same. About 14 days ago the burgers were juicy and delicious, today they were absolutely dry, despite being freshly prepared. After ordering from terrible machines (because the checkout would be closed), the number is shown on the display and you can pick up your food at the counter. The staff doesn't smile, no hello, no please. It couldn't be more impersonal. After about 10 minutes someone else came in and was able to order and pay at the checkout.

Had meal coupons from the Flensburg Journal that made the meal cheaper. Plus I got free ice cream if I left a review...

Plant based Big King, fries and churros all super fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and generally has a nice atmosphere.

We go there very regularly and there hasn't been a single time where the order was 100% correct. Extra sauces are always simply left out or the pickles are forgotten. The worst thing was actually getting meat instead of plant based nuggets. The employees are very nice and tolerant, but every time it's really a gamble. And it's unpleasant to complain every time. It may be the system, but please no meat if you don't order any!🙈

Ate in the restaurant at lunchtime. Even with very few customers in the restaurant, the employees forgot some things when ordering. But unfortunately that has become standard in fast food restaurants in Germany.

Today is June 30, 2024. It's 11:03 p.m. and I'm still waiting for an order. Which I gave up at 10:50 p.m. Customers who appear to be known personally are preferred. Almost 10 cars have already passed through the drive and I've been waiting for over 10 minutes for a burger and fries. I know differently here, I was actually really happy with the finale until today. But then I'd rather go back to Fördepark

Super unprofessional team on June 17th. around 7.30 p.m. Bickering among each other, an employee was just chased from A to B and somehow every woman present seemed to be out of tone. We waited 30 minutes for our simple order, of which the ice cream was prepared after 5 minutes (why?!). Then things were forgotten and were just handed to us outside without packaging. Quite an achievement even though there were no other customers in the store :)
