Burger King, if you like it. But when I see the prices these days, I'm surprised anyone still goes there.

For a few months now, you have to wait so long for your food if you choose table service. Today it was 35 minutes and one waitress just stood around the whole time and talked to the others.

Dogs aren't allowed in this restaurant. Hence, a clearly negative review. I've never seen a dog make as much of a mess as many people do.

Although the terminal offers payment with Amex, this wasn't possible. So I re-entered the order. I told the employee, and his response was unfriendly and rude. Finally, there was ice in my Coke, even though I didn't specifically ask for it. I've been here twice, the first and last time.

Sometimes when I get sad, I drive five hours to this very Burger King in Flensburg. The food and the store manager always put a smile on my face. Here, I can forget my worries, eat good food, and share a few One Piece booster packs with the store manager. What a nice guy.

Services are nice and delicious food

I've tried many burger joints in my life, and this one is by far the best! Sometimes they let me watch them put the pickles on the burgers. It really gets me off. Better than some smutty movies, I tell you.

We were at the drive-thru on Saturday evening (August 16) around 11:15 p.m. and had to pay €25. We should have paid €20 in bills and €5 in small change (€2, €1, 20, and 10 cent pieces). The employee at the counter reacted extremely rudely. Instead of accepting the money, he looked at us with irritation and said in a disrespectful tone: "Are you serious? Do I look like a wishing well?" He then refused to accept the money, stating that he wasn't required to accept the small change and asked us to pay by card. For context: We subsequently checked. It's true that there is a policy that prohibits more than 50 coins from being accepted. In our case, however, the coins involved were significantly fewer. The employee's statement was therefore simply incorrect. To clarify who this is: The employee in question was clearly obese, with a short beard and curly, slicked-back hair. To be fair, we'd like to point out that the second employee that evening (slimmer, also working at the drive-thru) was very friendly. We were missing a portion of fries, which he immediately refilled without argument—exactly what good service looks like. We hope that the behavior of the first employee will be addressed internally. Such a tone and the refusal of a perfectly legitimate payment method are unacceptable from a customer perspective.

We were here last night. We paid for our order at the service terminal at 6:56 p.m. It wasn't busy, but our order wasn't ready until around 7:30 a.m. I wonder how it can take so long when it's not busy? Then I noticed that a customer had waited over an hour for her order. It had somehow gotten lost in the system. Even though this Burger King offers a delivery service, it can't be that this puts the local customers at a disadvantage!

Nicely furnished for a business person! The staff is friendly! The outdoor seating is unfortunately tight for larger people! Clean restrooms and accessible toilets!

Across the street is McDonald's. I was really surprised that the competitor's parking lot was full, while there wasn't a single car at Burger King. I can now understand why. The prices at McDonald's are so high. It's easy to spend €30 per person. For that money, I could go out to eat and order a steak. The prices are disproportionate to the quality.

I had a fantastic visit to Burger King today and I really want to share my experience. From the moment I walked into Burger King I felt like I was in a fast food paradise. The fries at Burger King are simply delicious. They are crunchy and salty, just the way I like them. I tried them with different sauces and every single one was perfect. The fries are definitely a highlight at Burger King. The burgers at Burger King are also really great. I tried the Whopper and it was simply amazing. The burger was cooked perfectly, the sauce was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. I was wondering how they manage to make such delicious burgers. The Burger King was also very clean. The staff went to great lengths to keep the store clean and I never felt unclean or uncomfortable. Cleanliness is definitely a plus point for Burger King. The employees at Burger King were also very friendly. They took care of all my needs and treated me like a king. I immediately felt comfortable and knew that I was in good hands. I was also very impressed with the speed of the service. I placed my order and within minutes my food was ready. The staff went out of their way to serve me quickly and efficiently. Overall, my visit to Burger King was a complete success. I enjoyed delicious fries, great burgers, cleanliness and friendly staff. I can only recommend Burger King and will definitely go there again. I would like to thank the Burger King employees for their kindness and attention. You made my visit an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Burger King. It is a must for anyone looking for delicious fast food. I will certainly go again and recommend to others. Eat as usual. Unfortunately, most of the tables weren't even roughly wiped down and there was trash and food leftovers in several places, even though the shop wasn't even 1/4 full. It took a relatively long time for our food to arrive.

Ordered, waited two hours, the food for the toddler, we were able to throw away the children's bag because after more than two hours we had to get something else, the food was cold and didn't taste good the last time we ordered there.

Perfect doesn't always work and anyone who shows insight and praises improvement should be rewarded for it. And you can't please everyone. We were completely satisfied and already had a lot... I'll go there again and again, it's just great

We can't rate the food because it didn't arrive at all! We ordered at 7:55 p.m. After Burger King changed the time twice and we had already waited 1 1/2 hours, my partner decided to call to ask when the food would arrive. A very annoyed employee answered the phone. My husband described the situation and the gentleman began to answer very annoyed that the meal would take at least 30 minutes. Lieferando said at the time that it should arrive in 15 minutes. Since we were already very annoyed by all the back and forth, my husband reacted a little annoyed but still thanked me and wished me a nice day. Less than 2 minutes later our order was canceled by the employee in question. Called again and only a curt answer was given that he didn't need to deliver food to "those people" who "complained" *laughs* Totally unfriendly and super disrespectful!! This is not a professional way of dealing with customers at all! Never again!

Once again we (2 adults, 1 teenager and a child) gave the business a chance. We chose and ordered different menus. The child had decided to take a HohesC multivitamin. The food was picked up at the counter and the drink in question was opened immediately, because that was what we were most looking forward to. But then it was apple juice. The disappointment was great. My husband went to the counter, but was greeted unfriendly and then he was told clearly that it was his own fault, the packaging had the labeling big enough on it. We should probably be able to read. With gritted teeth he was handed a new drink packet. After we were once again served so unfriendly and "problems" could not be solved in a friendly manner, we are no longer willing to eat there

There was no bacon although there should have been. There was no additional cheese either (I only counted 1) Not enough potatoes.

The burger has few ingredients, the burger does not match the price. I don't recommend too few fries.

I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on!

I don't eat here often, but the last three times I've had to wait over 15 minutes each time. And this despite the fact that not all tables were occupied and there was no long queue in front of the drive-thru. Disappointed with the King's Selection. The patty is the same as the Wopper. You also have to look for the cheese and bacon. The brioch bun is okay, but if you skimp on the sauce it is quite dry.

We were greeted very friendly by the band Announcement at the drive in. After a short while a very nice lady came forward and took our order. We were sent straight to the first window to pay. After a successful transaction, we moved on to window two. Here we waited about 5 minutes for our food (for 4 people) The food was hot and complete. We were very satisfied and were actually positively impressed by the really nice staff.

It's a Burger King. But a few employees really stand out because of their friendliness, even when it's full. But I have the feeling that I always have to wait a long time for “fast” food. But I can't say anything negative about it, apart from the slightly over-salted fries. Everything always tasted as it should (I think). I've also had moments where the store didn't have/accept all online coupons.
