McDonald's in Flensburg

Food was cold and tasted like cardboard. The nuggets also tasted like cardboard last time. That was much better for me and was the last time.

After a long wait we received our food. We noticed that both drinks did not correspond to the size we ordered. Of course we wanted to have what we paid for and pointed this out to the staff. But this turned out to be difficult because the whole team couldn't understand us, neither in German nor in English. When they finally understood, we got our drink but this time with the wrong contents. Now that we've given up on that, we were able to enjoy our food ice cold. Enjoy it!😅

Everything is great. Food good and fresh. Staff friendly. Gladly again.

Placed an order, paid at the checkout and suddenly it disappeared. No apology nothing.

Burger was given to me cold three times. And after complaining, eyes were rolled. We also ordered chicken burgers twice and got 1 cheese burger. Terrible. NEVER AGAIN

All the foods was good, but all of the machines was out of recipes, 1 machine out of order. Than it is too annoying

In week 45 we visited the penultimate local Rondald McDonald Flensburg. In fact, this establishment hits the average touch that the Golden Seagull is trying to aim for. The modern touch blew us away, but we couldn't find a stool due to the poor architectural design of this place. Instead, we had to familiarize ourselves with the heterogeneous selection of seating. The food wasn't distinctive, there were the typical flavors, but that didn't affect the taste. We brought our own table decorations (see photo). This means that the Amiete deserves another star! All in all: average, through and through! Eat burgers, a thousand flies don't lie.

It was slightly crowded, maybe because it was Friday night. A friendly staff and good quality.

24h is just great for me/us. The team is always in a great mood and super friendly. The food and drinks are always hot and fresh. The statement applies to my/our visits between 3 and 5 a.m.

Opening times are often “individually” adjusted by the staff. That's what the staff said.

Picked something up at the drive-thru. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 20 nuggets and fries, as well as a Happy Meal. Fries and nuggets were completely missing and instead of cheeseburgers there were chicken burgers. Only the Happy Meal was okay. If there was a complaint, we were given 3 cans of Fantas extra. Well, I still wouldn't come here again.

The cheeseburger was far dry. Otherwise, I don't think there's much to say about MC D.

The store is a disaster in my opinion. The food was ice cold, when you asked if you could get it warm you were really rudely insulted. And then something new is reluctantly thrown in. NEVER AGAIN

After ordering, the food was there within 1 minute. Perfect

This branch is very busy, so it was difficult to get a parking space. Food is ok as expected. The atmosphere is typical of McDonald's.

I was threatened that I would never be allowed to enter the branch again if I made a joke again.

McDonald's location only lacks in the cleanliness of the toilets

Something is always missing from the order when we use the drive-thru or order take-out. Yesterday the fries were again undercooked and soggy.

We ordered a cheeseburger and a hamburger on the trip from Austria to Denmark. Everything was tip top with the cheeseburger but there were no onions in the hamburger but that wasn't a problem but the meat was cold and the bread was hard with some pieces in it. The woman who answered my call was very nice and understandable at 1 a.m. Nevertheless, all nice employees here despite this mistake.

We got breakfast for two people. The burgers were tasty, the paper was a bit greasy, but it was still ok. Pure disappointment regarding service. Despite the fact that only 2 people were already eating in the store and no one was behind us and there were several employees present, we still had to wait about 10 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 breakfast burgers... I find it unusual with so few customers. A black-haired employee also thought it was more important to Facetime with friends/family during working hours, i.e. to make phone calls... I ordered coffee with milk or with 2x coffee cream. I just completely forgot about it and never drink it black! Service and attention from staff very poor. Burger ok. Cleanliness very good.

They forgot the food and then you didn't even give a bonus

Everything was good so far Went quickly and didn't have to wait long Except for the nuggets, they tasted totally like fat and were also full of fat and unfortunately there were no napkins and you couldn't take one yourself. When I asked, it was all in there and the answer was yes...unfortunately. Otherwise everything was fine.

This McDonalds is the best, always fresh dishes and always delicious 😋.

If you're hungry at a relatively low price, you're in good hands here. The food is of the well-known quality and is served to the table promptly (if desired).

There are no more scrambled eggs for breakfast. Instead, an MC wrap that tastes like nothing. That's it for breakfast. One less customer What's that supposed to mean?

Like most other Mc.Donalds. I have nothing to complain about or praise to the skies.

Unfriendly service! Drive In, The lady at the counter was mainly busy with her blonde-pink hair and her work colleague than with handing out the goods. Goods were only kept outside and there was no eye contact. In addition, the drink bottle for the shake was missing and the cherry sauce that was ordered and paid for in the MC Flurry. Service is different!

The place is really crowded on Saturdays, but when we ordered, the food came in like less than 10 minutes, comparing to other restaurants, the food was REALLY delicious, its the most recommended McDonald's in Flensburg you should go

It's like in Berlin... It is now standard practice to be understaffed. So it doesn't question why it's NOT faster. We have to deal with it, just like you (guest) We are all just human. CORONA TIME OR NOT, WE WERE STILL THERE FOR YOU THE ENTIRE TIME AND NEVER CLOSED . McDonald's is no longer fast food. And yet we still have to pay attention to times... Many people forget that employees are not machines...

Have visited several times and were very happy with the food. Unfortunately it was forgotten in the drive in the Royal TS today. But then I came back again because I only noticed it when I got home and the staff (I think the manager) were very nice and gave me my TS straight away without the receipt and I also got a large milkshake as compensation. Otherwise always very satisfied :)

Everything fits and it's worth it, except the prices. Inflation is inherent. I can no longer afford to be a citizen, it's a shame.

The conversation partner at the drive in was clear and understandable. The menus are nice and warm and were also packed correctly. We will definitely stop here again on our way to Denmark.

A McDonald's with lots of parking spaces. Very easy to get to. When there's a lot of traffic, it's difficult to get around here. Food can be ordered via terminals. There are also plenty of seating options here.

It's always delicious, unfortunately only "fast food" - toilets are unfortunately not barrier-free and there's no elevator (it's just an old building)

This McD has great service, excellent and nice personnel, and the hot food is pretty much always hot (definitely hotter than lukewarm!), and the cold stuff is never melted. No wonder this place is often busy!

MC Donalds, man kan ikke forvente en 3 stjerne menu, men en gang imellem kan man godt spiser her

War nur im Drive In. Die Lautsprecheranlage war schwer zu verstehen. Die Mitarbeiterin sprach gut deutsch, war aber sehr auf zügige Abwicklung bedacht und wirkte dabei unfreundlich. Es war sehr eng im Drive in, zumal die Ausfahrt des Parkplatzes an der Warteschlange des Drive In vorbei führt.

Anfangs wurde nicht so recht verstanden was wir wollten im MC Drive was ja auch mal passieren kann, aber als die Schichtleitung kam, wurden wir total unhöflich behandelt. Nicht ausreden lassen, Bestellung einfach abgeschlossen obwohl wir noch gar nicht fertig waren. Das fand ich echt unangemessen.

Wie immer lecker. Leider war eine Portion Pommes kalt und nach der Parmesan-Soße musst wir drei Mal nachfragen. Die Pommes würden getauscht und die Soße kam dann auch. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

Ist zwar super fürs feiern, nur schwitzt man ohne Ende, da gefühlt keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist

Für mich der beste MC Donalds in Flensburg. Immer schneller Service und frische Bürger und heissen Pommes. Sonderwünsche werden auch umgesetzt. Wenn ich es eilig habe fahre ich gerne an den MC Drive Schalter. Manchmal dürften die Toiletten und der Boden sauberer sein, denke aber es ist schwierig, bei den Massen, die dort durchgehen.

Wir sind regelmäßige McDonald's Gäste, allerdings nur im Café, das Essen ist nicht so unseres... Die Bestellautomaten finden wir auch nicht so toll. In dieser Filiale punktet allerdings das Personal: Durch die Bank außergewöhnlich nett und serviceorientiert. Das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Bürger waren leider etwas kalt von oben und von unten, das war etwas schade, aber der Service war sehr gut, da die Mitarbeiter gleich Wasser für meinen Hund hingestellt haben, das fand ich sehr nett!

Die App ist verwirrend, Personal spricht teilweise die Sprache nicht, Essensreste an den Wänden und auf den Sitzbänken Der Angestellte oder Schichtleiter kann nur den Kassenbon zeigen und 3 mal das selbe sagen. Die Antwort, das man nicht zufrieden ist versteht er nicht. Burger trocken Pommes weich Dieser Laden lohnt sich nicht.

Wir hatten nach unserem Urlaub einen schönen Abschluss dort. Wir waren ausgelassen und alles war super heiß und lecker

Best McD we visited in Flensburg so far and very close to the border of Denmark.

Ich bin in größeren Abständen dort gewesen und wurde immer sehr freundlich bedient. Mit etwas Glück, bekommen selbst Kinder zur Frühstückszeit eine kleine Überraschung. Dies passierte jedoch nur einmal. ;-) Es wird auf Wünsche anstandlos eingegangen. Eine Servicekraft sticht wirklich heraus, die mitdenkt und auch Freude an ihrem Job hat.

McDo ist halt immer gleich - die Toiletten sind von den öffentlichen her nun mal die saubersten. Die neuen Bestell-Automaten sind jedoch nicht Kunden- und Service freundlich. Das Personal wird zum Essenträger und eine ggf. Alternative bietet der Computer nicht (kein Spezi möglich, nur Cola oder Fanta).

Das Personal hatte scheinbar besseres zu tun als sich um die Kundschaft zu kümmern. Musste ewig lange warten, weil sich nur unterhalten wurde. Irgendwie fühlte man sich hier nicht wohl, aber vielleicht geht es anderen ja auch so. Muss ich vorläufig nicht wieder haben.

McDonald's están a sólo a nuestras paradas de café de emergencia si no encontramos nada más. hamburguesas son aburridas y patatas fritas empapadas son lúgubres y todo el mundo.

And are we glad...,if there's one thing that stays the same the world over, it's a McDonalds. This one in Flensburg is on the Main Street. It has outdoor seating as well as indoor areas. The toilets are kept for the clientele, being given a code to enter. Food - same as anywhere Clean restaurant. Friendly staff.
