McDonald's in Flensburg

The staff was so disorganized. Orders that belonged to no one. Parts of the orders were forgotten. They called out the wrong numbers. They had virtually no idea what to do... but the atmosphere was good.

We were there with the whole family. My drink was forgotten with my meal, and the pineapple tortilla was completely forgotten. I got it at the counter without any problems, but they could have checked everything more thoroughly after placing it on the tray to be delivered to our table. The staff were very friendly, though.

Generally, we've always been satisfied and happy here (except for the annoying parking lot - having to pull out of the drive-thru), but we were irritated on our last visit. My husband waited for me because I needed to use the restroom, and the plan was to order when I returned. However, he was asked to leave the restaurant because he hadn't ordered yet. We then left because we felt like we were being kicked out, even though we still wanted to order. In the future, this will probably remain our McDonald's of choice due to its location, and I hope we'll feel more comfortable and welcome again.

Although the service was very fast and the food was delicious, I find the prices for the set meals ridiculous. You pay a high price, but the portions are so small that they don't fill you up. The value for money here is disappointing. I'd rather go somewhere else where I can stay full for longer for less money.

I've been there three times, and three times something was missing. One time it was a party, the other two it was two full burgers, and a shake instead of a vanilla one was strawberry. They're accommodating and can rectify the problem right away, but I still don't want to go back every time something's missing.

The wait was extremely long; I've never had to wait so long for food at McDonald's before. Totally uncoordinated, the employees completely clueless. We checked the bags countless times to make sure everything was in them, and then something was still missing.

McDonalds is ok, but there are not that many parking spaces, almost all were occupied, found one but it is so crowded.

Bad staff! I ordered a McDonald's and received a cup that wasn't even half full. When I asked if it could be made regular-sized, they just nodded, and after a short wait, I got it back. It just had a few more toppings. That was enough for me, and I'm now filing a complaint with McDonald's through the official complaint process! A disgraceful situation :(

Today we visited your McDonald’s location and bought some food for our family. My mother and I only ordered frappes, as we weren’t very hungry, while the children had some food. About an hour after drinking the frappe, both my mother and I began to feel extremely unwell. We experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea. Personally, I have never in my life had such intense and sudden diarrhea like I did after drinking that frappe. I have no doubt that something was wrong with the frappe we were served. The symptoms came on so quickly and were so extreme that it could not have been a coincidence. It was a truly horrible experience. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter seriously and check the quality and storage of the frappes served at your restaurant today. I hope you take this complaint seriously, as this should never happen to anyone.🤢🤢

We celebrated our son's birthday today at McDonald's on Friedenshügel – and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Yasmin and her colleague went to great lengths to make the space festive and inviting. Despite a bit of chaos ordering for 12 children (all with their own requests!), the team remained friendly, helpful, and patient throughout. We've been coming here regularly for over 7 years – and for good reason. P.S. Yasmin definitely deserves a promotion! 💛

First of all, the late opening time of 2:30 is a plus point. Ordering 20-piece chicken nuggets and only getting one sauce, even though the menu lists two and the staff verbally announced that they would only get one, is an absolute disgrace!

Would you recommend McDonald's? Sure, if you're in a hurry and there's nothing else nearby. The coffee is good and the restrooms are usually clean, albeit cramped.

Small McDonald's with a drive-thru. Moderate wait time, everything is freshly prepared, and the staff is friendly. There's a small parking lot outside, but it's sufficient, as many people use the drive-thru.

We ordered from the drive-thru. This drive-thru has two lanes. The second one isn't properly marked, and some people thought it was the exit lane. We almost got into a fight with the people because they wouldn't turn around and insisted we keep driving and let them out. As a result, we had to park on the street, walk into the McDonald's, and wait in line at the counter. A complete failure.

Cold fries, cold burgers, no toys inside the Happy Meal. So for us, it was our last time here.

We've been to quite a few McDonald's branches (who hasn't? 😜), but I have to honestly say: this is by far the cleanest branch (yes, even the restrooms!) and the one with the friendliest employees I've ever been to! So sweet, friendly, and accommodating, both the employees and the manager. 🩷 We'll be happy to come back here!

Too expensive...even with coupons. And if you always have to dig through them beforehand, it just ends up limiting the selection and wasting your time in the app instead of in the store.

The food lived up to expectations and was OK. The coffee was also good, as expected. But the wait for two small burgers was definitely too long. Edit 02.06.25: Waited forever again for two cheeseburgers. Another star lost.

According to the opening hours, it's open until 3:00 a.m., but it's already completely closed at 2:30 a.m. I wholeheartedly envy the employees their time off, but then the opening hours change! There's nothing more annoying than standing in front of a closed door at that time...

The shop doesn't look finished after the renovation, and it's absolutely uncomfortable inside. The staff prepares the food with as much care as ever, and my food usually looks more like an experiment. No gloves in the kitchen. And the seating is more uncomfortable than the floor.

Ordered through Lieferando. Not only did the food arrive completely cold, but they also left the order with another neighbor. Despite calling me to find out which floor I live on (my name is also on the doorbell), the employee must have misunderstood it. I only received my order through my lovely neighbors. After calling McDonald's, they just treated me like a idiot.

I ordered five items at the drive-thru and only unpacked four at home...that's all there was. Of course, the apple turnover for my daughter was missing, as that was all she wanted. Normally, I would have said, "Shit, that happens," but five employees (+2, I assumed) aren't capable of packing a bag with five items. Of course, it's my own fault; I should have checked. I can't fathom that in this day and age; there are so many ways to rule something out...keep it up 💪

I ordered from you specifically because of the McDonald's glasses promotion on Uber Eats. Of course, no glasses were delivered, even though the menu images had been changed to include glasses because of the promotion. False advertising. The McDonald's app even showed it with glasses. A complete rip-off. The food was also pretty bad. Of course, everything was cold. The fries were soft and barely cooked. The burgers were okay, but nothing more. All that for over €23...

We ordered at the drive-thru 20 minutes ago and we were missing a cheeseburger and instead of a Mc Wrap honey mustard I got a plain Mc wrap chicken, the same thing every time

Very nice employees! Everything is super clean and someone is always making it even cleaner. The food is very good! No soggy fries, burgers warm, all the sauces are included straight away 😅... There's nothing to complain about. While I was eating there, a young girl with a dog came in and asked for water for the dog. Got it immediately for free.

Service quality is poor and guests are not told the truth when complaining We've always been happy when we've been to FL and stopped by here, but after the renovation the ambience seems cold and sometimes you feel like you should leave the store quickly... But the service attitude of the employees and supervisors is also a catastrophe. Today we ordered a large café and a large latte macchiato, so we went to the Mac Café counter and ordered there. Unfortunately, the café was not prepared for us from the portafilter machine in the Mac Café but elsewhere. When I complained about this, they said it was the same machine. I couldn't believe it and had the machine shown to me; of course it wasn't a portafilter machine. I then asked for his supervisor, he started with the same story, but when I pointed out that it wasn't a portafilter machine, his story changed. After all, it's the same basic material... I didn't ask why they even had a portafilter machine... I then asked how I should order correctly. His answer was that even if I order at the Mac Café checkout, I have to point out that I actually want the café with the Mac Café equipment (portafilter). Of course, it is also clear that preparation with a portafilter machine is more complex... But it was no problem to carry out my order correctly, after a short wait my wife received her latte macchiato and I received something that I had not ordered, at least not a Café Grande, there was milk and other things in it. Extremely weak picture, if a customer has already complained about that too or maybe just because of the complaint, I can't say. I got my money back and we left. But I will also ask the McDonald's headquarters whether it is company policy that when orders are placed directly at the Mac Café checkout, they really have to point out that the Café Grande should come from the portafilter machine. It's kind of illogical to me but maybe really necessary... Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the café today, otherwise that's the only reason for me to go to a Mac Café, because Café Grande is usually very good there.

I ordered takeaway food from the store today and trusted that everything would be there. At home we noticed that the two cheeseburgers from the McSmart menu were missing and my McChicken was also missing the extra bacon.

Worst Mäkkes in a long time. We had curly fries, fries and 2 Royal TS. The burgers were at most lukewarm and the buns tasted sticky. The fried ones were warm but totally soggy. Unfortunately we had takeaway and were already on the way to DK, otherwise I would have turned around and complained about this disaster on site

We were there for a month because the staff were completely overwhelmed in the mcdrive, I ordered using the order code and when I checked I noticed that something was missing, well then we wanted to eat and then we found that even the sauces had been forgotten 6 times of mayonnaise 4 times of ketchup Thank God we weren't far away then we had to wait 10 minutes and then they gave me 1 time of mayonnaise and 1 time of ketchup I felt completely taken aback and then I just went and tried it again see how it works then the food was good and warm as always

It was recently closed for three weeks for renovations, and apart from a second lane for the McDrive counter, they were hoping for a little more. McDonald's used to be colorful, everything was somewhat Ronald McDonald's-like with a slide, and it was totally family-friendly. Now it looks like a bunker in a correctional facility, not necessarily inviting. Otherwise, the food is all the chemistry stuff Tuesday is exactly the same quality as always. I don't want to hate either, after all, you're there every now and then. But everything could look a little friendlier and not like a galley at a NATO exercise

When you eat in a "restaurant" and everything is colder than the cola that has sooooooo much ice in it, I think that's pretty outrageous for the prices... Definitely the last time for me!

Things forget a drink and the caramel sauce doesn't work at all

Our family (10 people) travels to Denmark several times every year. We always stop at this McDonalds as a tradition and loved the seating areas. There was recently a renovation. Customers are now clearly made to feel that they should leave quickly again. (Not the service, that's good). The atmosphere seems cold, the seats no longer have any cushions and the benches barely fit 2 adults. The side walls are partly plywood panels and it looks unfinished. Unfortunately, the cozy seating areas are gone. In the toilets you feel like you're in prison because the walls are just concrete walls. I don't understand how anyone could approve of the architect's ideas. Really a shame.

Price-performance ratio is simply no longer right. The medium fries e.g. The portion size is smaller than the small portion before. This runs through the entire map. Really a shame. Update, today we were there again (Flensburg) after the reopening and renovation. One meal was hot, but the other was just lukewarm. The service at the table left a lot to be desired. Friendly is something different.

After the renovation, disaster. The ambience is like a large hall that is still under renovation. The walls are clad in OSB board style... some of the sockets are missing and the cables stick out of the wall... (be careful with children) Mc Cafe drinks were only available in paper cups and apparently the ice cube machine was broken. The staff was extremely annoyed and bitchy... The branch just sucks

24h is just great for me/us. The team is always in a great mood and super friendly. The food and drinks are always hot and fresh. The statement applies to my/our visits between 3 and 5 a.m. New now with two drive-through counters and two operator parking spaces.

The shop closes at 3 a.m. but they stop serving you at 2:45 a.m 2:45 Arrive at the window because according to the sign the intercom is not working but there is no one to be seen 2:50 still no one to be seen so I honk but no reaction to that either 2:55 the shift manager runs into the office and looks at me, but doesn't react. Shortly afterwards, two employees stand at the office door with nuggets in their hands, which they gradually shove into their mouths, but there is no reaction, so at 3 o'clock I drove off again without any reaction at all except for a look and nuggets in the mouth from employees

The McDonalds has recently deteriorated in terms of quality and service, but this is not the case every time you visit, you can be unlucky... The drive-in is practical. But there are also good and bad experiences when eating in the restaurant, the parking spaces are right outside the door. The employees are mostly friendly.

First we were brought the wrong burger, cold food, Wrong sauces, Wait a long time, Café instead of milkshake, Ice cubes in the drink even though we canceled it, And wrong topings in MC Flurry. And then iced tea was poured over our laps without apology. And it was denied by the employees even though we showed an invoice. Never had such bad service!!!

The first burger was a disaster! First of all, the meat from the first cheeseburger was completely dry and the fries were soggy. First cheeseburger then went back. The second one was freshly made, but unfortunately it didn't taste much better except for the fact that the burger was warm.

Food was ready quickly and very tasty. It was beautifully decorated.

Pommis could be in the fryer a little longer but are the perfect base for a relaxed, fun group meal.

Food was cold and tasted like cardboard. The nuggets also tasted like cardboard last time. That was much better for me and was the last time.

After a long wait we received our food. We noticed that both drinks did not correspond to the size we ordered. Of course we wanted to have what we paid for and pointed this out to the staff. But this turned out to be difficult because the whole team couldn't understand us, neither in German nor in English. When they finally understood, we got our drink but this time with the wrong contents. Now that we've given up on that, we were able to enjoy our food ice cold. Enjoy it!😅

In week 45 we visited the penultimate local Rondald McDonald Flensburg. In fact, this establishment hits the average touch that the Golden Seagull is trying to aim for. The modern touch blew us away, but we couldn't find a stool due to the poor architectural design of this place. Instead, we had to familiarize ourselves with the heterogeneous selection of seating. The food wasn't distinctive, there were the typical flavors, but that didn't affect the taste. We brought our own table decorations (see photo). This means that the Amiete deserves another star! All in all: average, through and through! Eat burgers, a thousand flies don't lie.

It was slightly crowded, maybe because it was Friday night. A friendly staff and good quality.

Picked something up at the drive-thru. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 20 nuggets and fries, as well as a Happy Meal.
