McDonald's in Flensburg

I've often experienced limp fries and burgers. Hence the McCafe today. Unfortunately there was no packaging and the cake for the original price of over 3 euros a piece was hard and certainly from at least before the weekend.

Just 4 words. Shut the hell up.

Old fashioned. No terminals to order. You would be much smarter. Then the employees who are usually at the checkouts can prepare things.

Worst McD experience ever, ice cold food, so cold it couldn't melt the cheese in the burger. The food was extremely bad and could not be eaten. Dirty tables. So we slipped without eating our food.

Every star is too many here! ! ! A McDonald's below the belt. We went here for dinner during the fall holidays. Dingy dirty shop, there are stickies everywhere. Not much going on, but you still have to clean the tables yourself. If you ask for a rag at the checkout, they look at you like you're from Mars. But the best thing are the toilets. You get a code for access. The locks at the entrance to the men's toilet have been torn out. The same goes for the toilet doors themselves. The others cannot be locked or cannot be opened at all. When my wife and daughter went into the women's bathroom, men came out. My daughter couldn't get the toilet door open from the inside; it has a knob on the inside and no handle. Where can you find something like that? My wife had to open the door from outside. This visit was unique and never again.

Not at all comparable to a McDonald's in Germany. Much cleaner and I don't even want to talk about the employees, otherwise people will assume something...

Very dingy. It's like being in a train station. Loud, busy and dirty.

This is a pretty big McDonalds. I think the oldest in Flensburg and the surrounding area. In summer you can get food from Große Straße. Without entering the restaurant. In terms of service and hygiene, this branch has unfortunately deteriorated significantly in recent years.

Uncomfortable, like at the train station, the toilet is accordingly, you can only use the toilet with a receipt, which you are not told in advance, NOT RECOMMENDED‼️‼️‼️

My fries were totally cold and soggy and I had to wait forever for my food, everything is totally dirty and disgusting, you almost don't want to touch the tables, the toilets are also very disgusting and I'm putting myself in a nice way! You can't redeem any rewards which is totally unnecessary, the staff has never heard anything about the customer being king, everyone is very, very unfriendly and totally overwhelmed the whole time! It's really annoying that there haven't been any points here for years Do rewards for points work? Every other shop can do it, why not here? We have often experienced fries being served that were lying around for a long time and were super dry, not so appetizing!

After a long time we ate at McDonnalds again on November 3rd, 2024. This concerns the branch in downtown Flensburg. It was first noticeable that a very hectic-looking employee at the cash register was struggling with the kitchen staff, who were working poorly and too slowly. When our food was ready after 10 minutes, the McChicken Classic was already cold, which, according to the employee, had been ready for a while. We gave it back and received (apparently the same one) with warmed up meat because the bun was still cold. Since we were in a hurry, we didn't want to give it back again.

The establishment had an unhygienic atmosphere, characterized by sticky floors and dirty tables. There were also long lines, and online ordering was not available. As a result, we left without placing an order.

Overwhelmed staff. Long queues, not all cash registers open despite staff present. At some point I just left. It didn't harm your health

The restaurant we visited in week 41 was called “Zur Goldenen Möwe”. Blinded by the other culinary experiences in Flensburg, we were amazed at the low prices. In this restaurant, interpersonal relationships are still valued. Only the 15g patty seemed a little lean on the dry bun of the burger. The establishment seems to be a real insider tip, which you wouldn't have expected given its central location. Unfortunately, at this stop on our culinary voyage, the McSmart Menu didn't feel like a smart choice. But... In the end the duck gets fat.

Nice shift managers, employees are generally nice, unfortunately they don't always understand what you say. Still a nice place to grab something quick to eat.

I've never experienced such a dirty McDonald's. The tables were dirty, sticky, full of leftover food. The floor was also sticky, there was a pool of sauce in front of the tray return station, which was not removed during my stay, unfortunately all the return stations were full and not emptied. The staff didn't understand me because they didn't speak German. The toilets (disgusting, super dirty, smelly) only have a code on them Receipt says to open.

Worst MC ever. To go to the toilet you have to buy something. That would be ok if the employees didn't all spontaneously run away. We stood at the empty counter for 10 minutes to get a soggy cheeseburger and fries. But the toilets were at least at rest stop level, dirty and smelly. Shame

Bought an iced latte today and after drinking half of it I started having severe stomach cramps, pain and later diarrhea. Food poisoning because you probably left the milk outside or something, at least I've been feeling bad for several hours now, thanks for that

This is a large McDonald's branch. From a culinary point of view, however, it remains classic fast food. You should say goodbye to culinary delights here. The location is large, spacious and clean. The service is nice and friendly. All in all a good McDonald's experience.

Sauladen. Even if there are few guests, the waiting time at the checkout is very long. McSmart menu...or something like that...on the one hand, no information about what costs extra...on the other hand, no German communication possible. McCheese completely cold. The other burger ok. Fries are halfway ok too. McCheese complained, then new OK. Why not like that? Otherwise it would probably take too long... Toilets open despite supposedly requiring code (according to signage). Waiting time for nothing (just as long as ordering food) because NO receipt was given when ordering without asking.

Completely overwhelmed. As soon as there are more customers in the store, it takes a long time to get your food. That has nothing to do with “fast food” anymore. Sry, but I know it differently.

Most places on the street do not offer gluten free food. MC, BK etc. do NOT have a gluten free burger. What about people with celiac disease? Can't they benefit from a good meal in these restaurants? We ordered takeaway and didn't get any sauces with either fries or the normal chicken nuggets because they were supposed to be veggie nuggets and you can't use points there either

I just got the Mc Smart menu from the citizens without onions and cucumbers and I got two with onions and the woman at the checkout said "I had a few onions on there but I pretty much put them down" I look at the citizens and both were with a lot of onions. The worst McDonald's I know... MC Smart menu ordered and the employee simply didn't understand a word of German... completely unacceptable... the next employee was brought in, took the MC Smart menu order and asked everything twice , because he didn't listen to me at all..... got the menu.....totally cold and tastes like old deep fryer grease......the worst service and shop in the world....never again🤬

Nothing works here. No apps, no coupons. Queues are served randomly.

This is by far the dirtiest McDonalds we have ever experienced. Under all hell. Employees grab Garnix because the entire squadron of foreigners is behind the counter. Burgers were either dry and old or tasted totally like old fat. You should close the store and send the health department over.

Stand at the checkout for 10 minutes to wait for the food you ordered. In between, 10 others are served. No napkins included. Forgot all the sauces.

The checkout staff and store manager were very friendly. Staff behind the counter snotty and unfriendly to guests. Just because they were in the restaurant 3 minutes too long. I got 2 wrong burgers because the unfriendly cashier misheard. He then refused to bag my burgers because he had done everything right.

McDonald's is okay if you need something quick to eat, but otherwise not great. The shop is often crowded and noisy, which makes eating there not that relaxing. Although the selection is large, the quality of the products is not always top and the prices are not exactly cheap either. The staff is sometimes a bit stressed because there are no devices or screens for self-ordering. There's one more star only because of the convenience and because there are at least some tasty things. Overall, McDonald's is okay if you're hungry and need something quick, but for a really good meal I'd go somewhere else.

Accommodating and friendly staff.

Cold food and drinks, the toilet was a mess and the floor was sticky throughout the restaurant.

Overall, this Mc D seems careless and cold. The cashier was noncommittal and processed my order. The rooms appear cool and unstructured. No warmth. There are no order terminals. The food was partly very fresh and partly lukewarm and sticky

The staff was super friendly, there was nothing to complain about. BUT when I went to the toilet, I literally felt like vomiting. Not a single toilet was clean. Just disgusting. The food was ridiculous too. Burger patty carelessly thrown onto the bread. There was minimal sauce on it and almost no lettuce on the burger. It was just outrageous. The only thing this MC Donald's could boast about was the employees at the checkout.

Burger bread was dry, cheeseburger was topped differently than ordered, only 5 in 6 nuggets. Staff was friendly.

Habe unglaubliches Menü bestellt. Mit einer Fanta groß und einer Pommes groß. Dazu hat mein Freund ein Mac Smart Menü gestellt.Mein Freund wurde um seine Ketchup GESCAMMT. Und ich um habe eine halbvolle Cola statt einer Fanta bekommen. Also geht bitte zu Bürger King.(Nordstraße 300, 24943 Flensburg)

MC. Donald ist überall auf der Welt identisch aufgebaut und nur zu empfehlen, wenn man Hunger hat und schnell bedient werden möchte und nichts anderes in der Nähe ist.

Sehr schade was in den letzten Jahren hier aus dieser Filiale geworden ist, das personal wird zunehmend unfreundlicher und man hat echt probleme eine Bestellung aufzugeben da so ziemlich fast kein Deutsch gesprochen wird. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt ziemlich zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen davon glaube ich manchmal, dass ich meinen ohren nicht trauen kann, mit was für einem Umgangston dort gearbeitet wird. Sowohl die Kollegen untereinander als auch die vorgesetzten zu ihren Angestellten sind überwiegend gestresst und scheinen mit der Situation nicht klar zu kommen oder ziehen sich einfach aus der Affäre und verlassen den Laden. Auf Alkoholisierte Gäste wird überwiegend falsch reagiert und der rechtlich richtige weg wird hier nicht eingehalten es wird einfach nur von beiden seiten meist gepöbelt. Da frag ich mich Natürlich auch vorhaben die Schichtleiter in Ihre Qualifikation her? Meiner Ansicht nach fehlt es hier eindeutig an ganz vielen Fortbildung und qualifikationsnachweisen. Auch wenn das hier nur Vielleicht eine kleine Filiale von einer großen Kette ist verstehe ich es nicht wie man unqualifiziertes Personal an die Breite Masse der Gesellschaft ran lassen kann um diese adäquat zu bedienen. Abgesehen davon entzieht sich mir jede Logik, wieso sich hier noch nichts verändert hat bei all diesen negativen kommentaren die hier auf Google zu finden sind.

Essen kalt!!! Personal komplett überfordert. Wollten einen Wrap" machen wir jetzt nicht " war die Aussage. Bei Monopoly einen Kleingewinn gehabt." Lösen wir hier nicht ein!" Auf Nachfrage ob man den Kassenzettel bekommt wurde gar nicht reagiert.

Der McDonald's muss dringend umgebaut werden .Die Bestuhlung ist alt die Eingang Tür beschädigt und nicht nutzbar. Mann kann nur ein Gutschein einlösen aus der App. Hier muss McDonald's München seine Hausaufgaben machen und nach sitzen.

Essen war frisch und heiß. Service war echt top. Tische leider alle nicht abgewischt obwohl leer und jemand gewischt hat. Da sollte man erklären, erst Tische dann Boden . Sonst war alles gut.

Es ist sehr kalt hier, die Tür steht die ganze Zeit auf. Es ist nicht wirklich gemütlich.

Wir haben uns Burger zum mitnehmen mitgenommen an dem Tag. Ging schnell und die Burger waren sehr lecker, gut belegt waren sie auch.

Um einen kurzen Regenstopp zu haben, entschieden wir uns hier einen Latte Macchiato zu uns zunehmen, Geschmacklich OK. Ambiente allerdings fürchterlich, die Toilettennutzung aus hygienischen und defekten Sanitäranlagen nicht möglich.

Leider am Wochenende sehr stark unsauber der Laden.

Die Auswahlkarte nicht wirklich übersichtlich, wenn man schnell bestellen soll. Die Tablettwagen vollgemüllt. Und durchgewischt könnte öfters.

Essen war heiß, frisch und kam schnell, Personal war nett und freundlich, Laden war sauber
