Good service. Always some promoționale that give you the oppoortunity for a decent price metal.

Everything was good. Clean, well-maintained, new furnishings, and hot food.

No way through, tables dirty and not cleared, the staff could easily overlook it.

No dogs allowed. Take McDonald's as an example; dogs are allowed there.

Dogs aren't allowed here. Completely incomprehensible. Then we're no longer customers. And there are definitely other Burger Kings where dogs are allowed in. Sad!!!

I stood at the checkout for almost 10 minutes. The employee looked at me repeatedly and ignored me. I'm going somewhere else to get something to eat.

Unfortunately, the lady at the drive-thru counter was unable to correctly take two orders. She also showed no understanding.

Even in the late morning, just after 11:00, all the tables are dirty and sticky. Ants are crawling around because leftovers are stuck to the tray cart. There are even food remnants stuck to the window pane.

Waiting 25 minutes to get cold, un-fried food with free rose insects! Never again 😖🤬👿😰

When things get stressful, a lot of mistakes happen, like the fries and sauce were completely forgotten. I'm taking back a few stars. Another visit: It's pretty cheeky when the extended family gets their 10 children's meals before you, even though you ordered first, and only one meal. The cashier and the guy spoke a foreign language. I'd prefer zero stars if people were given preferential treatment here.

I had a great experience at Burger King Flensburg! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My order was fresh and hot – the Whopper was perfectly grilled, and the fries were crispy just the way I like them. The self-service kiosks made ordering easy, and there was plenty of seating available. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a quick bite! youssra

I waited over two hours for two burgers. The only response I received on the phone was that the driver was on his way. I called again after another half hour and got the same answer. The journey was less than 5 km. I wouldn't recommend this place at all for ordering. The food had obviously been sitting for ages and was absolute garbage.

It's amazing what a difference skilled cleaning and service staff can make. This Burger King stands out for its cleanliness, hygiene, and friendliness. And that's in a time when good staff is in short supply. Keep it up👍🏼 Addendum: Another visit, and our "host" Benjamin left nothing to be desired. Requests were met, and the food was once again hot and tasty. Even on this visit, and especially at such a late hour (11 p.m.), the place was sparkling clean again. Chapeau!

Delay in ordering in the kitchen, the potato dish was very bad, some of it was old or reheated, the Whopper dish was also bad, the King Mozzarella dish was good, it only deserved three stars, but the customer service was good and the beautiful smile of the employee Yusra, her smile was much better than the food, thank you Yousra :)

A very nice place, really worth a visit since the renovation, I always enjoy the food at Burger King anyway, unfortunately I only have to deduct one star for service because some of the employees don't pay very much attention to their screens when they're under pressure/stress when the food is busy. For example, I ordered takeaway and it was put in a to-go bag, it can happen but it's also not very nice to see all the employees at the pick-up counter pushing and shoving each other away like a flock of chickens or rushing back and forth. But despite that, it's very clean here, hygienic and orders are processed quickly no matter how many special requests you have :-).

We actually go to BK quite often, but in the last few weeks things have gotten abnormally worse. I ordered a hamburger and fries from the drive-thru. They forgot the burger, and when I went back in, the cheeky employee said I was mistaken. After a lot of back and forth, he finally saw on the display/receipt that I was right. Unbelievable tone. A few days later, my colleague ordered a long chili cheeseburger. A burger. He waited 20 minutes. 20 minutes. There were 4-5 other people in the shop besides us, so it wasn't full or anything. That really can't be right. The employees, and especially the somewhat corpulent shift manager, should perhaps spend less time joking around with each other or glaring at customers, or having coffee with their family members while they work, and pay more attention to customer satisfaction. The wait is really long. A few months ago, I ordered something to my table with a number and a display. Instead of bringing it to my table, they called out my two-digit number, and I went over with my sign and shoved it in their faces. Impossible. They were too lazy to bring it to the table, even though we were the only customers. That can't be right, can it? I've heard a few more stories like this in this BK, including from friends and family, but I think this all says a lot. It's a shame, because it really doesn't taste bad.

I used the drive-thru. A portion of fries I ordered and paid for wasn't in the bag, but I unfortunately noticed it too late. On top of that, the employee had previously quoted me an incorrect, too high price, just to be funny. I can do without such jokes – instead, a little more care in preparing orders would be nice.

I ordered today at 5:30 p.m., it arrived within 20 minutes, and the driver was very nice and settled everything quickly.

It was a great time at Burger King. The food and drinks were great. The restrooms were very hygienic, but a bit close together. You could easily hold the guy next to you. Everyone can do what they want.

Everyone knows the food isn't exactly healthy, but sometimes it's the only place open to get something hot. The employees there are always super friendly and quick, it's quick, just fast food... Of course, the atmosphere is classic Burger King - I think it's the same from branch to branch, and it's well-maintained here, too... I sometimes just find it really good, and it's perfect for a bad day🎉✌️🙃 But I also buy a salad instead of fries😁✌️😅
