Burger King in Flensburg

The usual friendly and courteous tone was completely lacking when ordering at the drive-thru, and "please" and "thank you" were foreign concepts when paying. That's a sure way to lose customers.

And if I, as a customer, order without pickle (due to an allergy), then I expect the meal to be without pickle. Although the option was checked, two Whoppers and one Big King unfortunately contained pickle, making them inedible for me. Since I was driving straight on, turning around wasn't an option. So, I was left with only the fries. This is a surefire way to lose customers. I won't be going to the Burger King at Fördepark again.

One of the cleanest and nicest Burger King restaurants I've visited in Germany. Very pleasant and highly recommended.

You almost never get what you ordered. The product is sold out, but this isn't indicated at the terminal, and then they just throw something else (which is similar) into your bag. If you complain afterward, customer service is incredibly rude and simply hangs up while you're still saying something. Unfortunately, I've almost always had bad experiences with this Burger King.

Ordered food via Lieferando and got sick shortly after eating. Tried to complain through Lieferando — not possible. Left a factual review on Google Maps. Burger King publicly replied to my review and asked me to contact them urgently. I did. Their response, four days later, was an offer to join a “larger survey” before they would take action. That is not customer care. That is not food safety. That is passing responsibility back to the customer. Unacceptable handling of a health-related complaint.

I didn't like it; the food was lukewarm, the staff didn't seem to want to work at all, and the tables were sticky.

Eric is the best guy! The service was superb! 11/10. Give him a raise at BMW!

Every time I buy something from you, you forget something. For example, I just got home with my order and two sacks of potatoes are missing... It's not just about the two sacks of potatoes, but about the fact that this keeps happening and the money we pay for it is hard-earned.

Dirty tables, when I asked if they could be cleaned I said yes and after almost 15 minutes someone came and roughly wiped the tables like a toddler. The burgers were probably thrown into the packaging or paper and wrapped. We were here for the last time.

Very good service and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Really good. The new BBQ beef torrillas are delicious. But they still only serve this vegan mayonnaise (= egg custard). It tastes really disgusting. Awkward. Can't you offer both? Vegan and real mayonnaise? I won't order any more menu items and will skip the fries. Let me know when you have mayo again.

Depending on the shift, the dining area is either incredibly messy, with filthy tables and floors, and abnormally full tray trolleys, or it's spotlessly clean and inviting. The relevant staff/shift supervisors should be focused on maintaining a consistently tidy environment to avoid unnecessarily detracting from the overall impression. Today it was clean and tidy. As for the food: It's a chain restaurant, so it's always the same, exactly what you'd expect. The chef can't oversalt the soup. 😅

The food was very tasty, but unfortunately there were no more Sonic toys, which was actually the reason I was there in the first place. Otherwise, it was good.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about here; the fries are always fresh and delicious, and they always have interesting burger creations, also freshly prepared. The location is ideal with plenty of parking for a quick stop after work.

The food was okay, but unfortunately the large fries were very small (at the competitor with the golden arches, it would be a medium portion). And when you order for two people for over €30, there should be more than one napkin on the tray. The worst and by far most annoying things were the screens with constant ads and the choppy music. You should know this, but we'll be avoiding this place for now.

I always get a stomachache afterwards, and this time I opened the burger and the patty was just so small and didn't look very appetizing. Plus, the burger was already half cold.

Alakari is the best employee. His food tastes better than my mother's. His hands are magical; they somehow cast a spell on me, which is why I always come back, Brother King. Expectations were met; the vegan and standard dishes were as expected. However, the cooking skills were not of a high standard.

I wrote a complaint to BK's customer service center in mid-August, and to this day, no response! At the time, we were dismissed with the statement, "We can't do that right now." And now it's happened again: half of the order was missing, no apology, nothing at all. And we always check on-site—although we'll have to get out of the habit of checking the burgers to make sure they're properly topped. I find it very unfriendly that there's no response from customer service at all; the competition is different in that regard.

Ice cream was good but the nuggets were not so good and one of them crashed😭😭😭 but if you have the opportunity, go to McDonald’s

Since the nice gentleman who served me asked me to review it, I'm unfortunately sharing my first bad experience with Burger King. The service was quick, the food was good as always, but why is the Coke just water even though it's cola-colored? I opened a separate Coke to test for coronavirus, but no, it was water with maybe 10ml of Coke. What a shame. Unfortunately, since I ordered takeout, I didn't notice until very late.

Considering it was so quiet, I honestly can't understand why the order wasn't complete. When you go to the counter, there's no one there. It's a real shame. The food was delicious, but not everything was there. The atmosphere: It's quite busy. It's cordoned off, but it doesn't feel inviting.
