I wrote a complaint to BK's customer service center in mid-August, and to this day, no response! At the time, we were dismissed with the statement, "We can't do that right now." And now it's happened again: half of the order was missing, no apology, nothing at all. And we always check on-site—although we'll have to get out of the habit of checking the burgers to make sure they're properly topped. I find it very unfriendly that there's no response from customer service at all; the competition is different in that regard.

Ice cream was good but the nuggets were not so good and one of them crashed😭😭😭 but if you have the opportunity, go to McDonald’s

Since the nice gentleman who served me asked me to review it, I'm unfortunately sharing my first bad experience with Burger King. The service was quick, the food was good as always, but why is the Coke just water even though it's cola-colored? I opened a separate Coke to test for coronavirus, but no, it was water with maybe 10ml of Coke. What a shame. Unfortunately, since I ordered takeout, I didn't notice until very late.

Considering it was so quiet, I honestly can't understand why the order wasn't complete. When you go to the counter, there's no one there. It's a real shame. The food was delicious, but not everything was there. The atmosphere: It's quite busy. It's cordoned off, but it doesn't feel inviting.

We've ordered through Lieferando several times, and the employee, Benjamin, was always very friendly and punctual. The shop itself is also beautifully decorated, and all the employees are very friendly.

It used to be my favorite fast food joint in Flensburg, but the quality has noticeably declined. Many of the chairs have been open for a while, and the food was okay, but not exactly fresh or tasty. It feels like you're just getting leftovers from the day before.

There is almost always something wrong with the menu or they forget to include a burger.

Hey, I don't know why, but for some time now, the employees have been very unfriendly and irritated when you order at the drive-thru. I hope it changes when people read this, because this kind of behavior can put you in a bad mood and make the food taste bad.

Dogs aren't allowed here. Completely incomprehensible. Then we're no longer customers. And there are definitely other Burger Kings where dogs are allowed in. Sad!!!

Unfortunately, the lady at the drive-thru counter was unable to correctly take two orders. She also showed no understanding.

Even in the late morning, just after 11:00, all the tables are dirty and sticky. Ants are crawling around because leftovers are stuck to the tray cart. There are even food remnants stuck to the window pane.

When things get stressful, a lot of mistakes happen, like the fries and sauce were completely forgotten. I'm taking back a few stars. Another visit: It's pretty cheeky when the extended family gets their 10 children's meals before you, even though you ordered first, and only one meal. The cashier and the guy spoke a foreign language. I'd prefer zero stars if people were given preferential treatment here.
