Asked for no mayo and got mayo. Took the order back, grumpy women at the desk did change it though.

The ice machine seems to be broken🤡 My guess is that it was cleaned 45 minutes before the end of the shift… outrageous

The drive-thru employee was super polite, funny, and friendly.

Unfortunately, there are far too few employees. One person has to handle all orders, which results in endless wait times. Going out for a quick bite to eat is no longer possible at Burger King or McDonald's these days.

Every time you don't check your order right away, something is missing. This is the third time my order has been incomplete. Unfortunately, we didn't check right away today, and once again, two fries and one burger are missing. Considering the prices, that's outrageous.

Today I was at Burger King with my children and I heard the manager yelling at her employees. She treats them like animals, it's really awful to see. It's a real catastrophe how employees are treated there, especially the young girl. The girl is always friendly and always laughing. Everyone else is rude. I think her name started with T.

The service was extremely poor: The staff seemed unfriendly, unmotivated, and unhelpful. Our complaint was initially ignored. The burger was prepared incorrectly, even though we had specifically requested it without certain ingredients. The nuggets were also barely edible. Overall, unfortunately, not a visit we would want to repeat.

Great Burger King. It was crowded and hectic, but the staff did a great job. I'm still impressed with the drinks station. The Raspberry Coke Zero was definitely an experience.

Even if nothing is happening, it takes forever

Worst Burger King I've ever eaten at. First, both burgers were cold. Then the cheese was missing from the Whopper. Then they put the cheese on top and presumably warmed it up in the microwave. The burger bun was completely wet afterward. The staff was overwhelmed. I returned the food and left. I can't recommend anyone eat here.

The food tastes good and looks like it's been prepared with love. The restrooms are clean, and the restaurant is also pleasantly clean despite the large number of customers. What I find unfortunate is that the restaurant closes at 11 p.m.

Doesn't understand German at the drive-thru. Really slow, lazy people. Waited the entire lunch break, 7 orders ahead of me.

Burger lukewarm, tables dirty 🤷‍♀️ This is where the fundamentals fail

Tried BK again yesterday after a long time. It had to be done quickly. The burgers were probably from yesterday. The fries were disgusting. No question about it, they sold us rubbish that they should have thrown away. We've known since Wallraff how disgusting BK is. Our attitude towards BK has been confirmed time and again. It was late and we had to go quickly. Oh well. We will never visit BK again in this life. Even if there should only be BK left in the world, we would rather eat poop than this junk that has nothing to do with food.

Hygiene: Restrooms are rarely clean all day. The hand dryer should be replaced because it smells, as the water residue hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Sometimes I get the feeling they don't really read what's being ordered. Food: They never cook the burgers all the way through until the cheese melts. Until now, the food is always cold. Not what we're used to. Hot and juicy. Team: Sometimes I get the feeling there's a lack of communication. You order a reusable cup and get a disposable one.

Ordered locally at around 9:30 p.m. We didn't check because we thought everything was inside. (For once we didn't check!) When we got home we saw that the 20 nuggets were missing, we got the new Frickles twice (even though we only ordered them once) and the sauce for the Frickles was even missing! We also ordered the mozzarella snacks once, but we didn't get them either! Pure impudence. Just paid €40 and then something like that! (And ants were running across the floor too.) Unfortunately you can't give zero stars.

Today, Burger King is violating the pricing law. On the board, a large cappuccino costs 2.99, but at the checkout, they want a medium 3.99. The manager explains that the price at the checkout counts. And they're violating the pricing law. Unfair competition, so to speak. Not at all courteous, extremely unworthy and rude. Best Burger King I know in the greater Stuttgart area. Most of the time everything was freshly prepared and nothing was ever forgotten or mixed up. Pre-ordering via the app is the only thing missing. But it's too much to bear at the speed. Edit: I also like the premium burgers best here. Edit: I was there again on Tuesday and everything was great. As always at the drive in, I even got the points afterwards. With the chilli cheese fries they were particularly generous in terms of the cheese sauce, which we really liked and the King's Beef Single, although expensive, was really top...they deserve to be called premium in contrast to McDonalds. I don't think the new teriyaki dip is bad either.

One of the better Burger King branches in the area. Lots of self-service checkouts, clean toilets and clean dining area: at least not at peak times. The burgers were well prepared, it looked like someone was thinking about how the customer would look. Lots of parking options.

Food is prepared properly. Vending machine for drinks that you can fill yourself!

Seems very unprofessional and disorganized. Employees run back and forth trying to make all orders at the same time. As a result, something is always missing or some food is already cold. It would be better to process one order after the other and only put the warm food on the tray at the end. Big plus point for the Cola refill machine 😃

But when it does, it's different every time. Burgers cold, fries too. You order mayo, get ketchup, etc. Today I ordered a double Whopper menu with cheese, plus a 6 piece chili cheese nuggets. Since after certain experiences I now check the contents of the bag, I noticed that there was another burger in the bag and also on the bill. In, exchanged burgers for money. Unpacked the bag at home: Again, ketchup instead of mayo, burgers pretty cold, fries too of course and, instead of chili cheese nuggets, chicken nuggets. Apparently counting to 6 wasn't possible either. You had a task. In the future I would rather go to Vaihingen or SiFi.

I can only recommend everyone to avoid this store. My girlfriend got a burger that was only lukewarm. In addition, something was missing from our order or the food we ordered wasn't available, which is why we had to complain to the staff twice. The icing on the cake was that my girlfriend got food poisoning a day later, the cause of which could only be the lukewarm or almost cold burger. Management should take a close look at this branch.

I can understand being closed on the 25th of December but you could at least put it on Google or the burger king app. Both said that this location is open today which is why we drove 30 minutes to get there.

It's the same in all of them! Just what we noticed 2 weeks ago in the BK in Albstadt, cold outside. Colder inside than outside! Why?? In Filderstadt, you were politely asked to leave at 10 p.m. because they wanted to close! People who had just picked up/received their food had to take it with them! What a shame, then you say that when you order and you can leave straight away!

Very rude Eastern Bloc saleswoman also the store manager very rude. We are here with family and were treated badly. All tables were dirty, some of them were cold when asked why the tables were not cleaned. We should wait with a nasty tone and be rude never again.

Card payment is not accepted in this store. Cash only. The machines to order also don't work. There is not enough information about ingredients and allergens. There is a QR code that you can scan to find allergens, but this process is very slow and cumbersome. The website hardly loads and does not directly display an allergen list. That's disappointing.

There are enough parking spaces and the service leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the ventilation/air conditioning on the side where the drinks machines are located is set a little too high. The napkins flutter and the heat is sucked out of the food. First time BK after the hygiene scandal. Cleanliness okay, ambience typical of BK, so OK. Ordered several burger menus, all of them weren't even lukewarm, one was actually really cool. This BK is located at a traffic junction. There is another restaurant and a Shell gas station right next to it. MC D is on the street opposite. It could be a little cleaner around the BK and in the interior. The tables could also be a little cleaner. But this may have been due to the high volume during that period.

Der Besuch war ganz in Ordnung. Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt das ganze ging relativ zügig. Lokal sah beim blicke scheifen lassen sauber aus. Toiletten wie immer in solchen Etablissements eher nicht zu empfehlen. Nur die gestiegen Preise rechtfertigen das Essen was man bekommt nicht mehr wirklich.

Mal wieder eine unfähige Belegschaft, die dem Franchise Schaden zufügt. Um 17:30 Uhr bereits beide Free Coke Automaten nicht ausreichend befüllt (fehlende Sorten, vorhandene Sorten reichen nur für einen halben Becher, ein Automat ohne Eis und die Eisausgabe in anderem Automat defekt (Eis fällt hinten runter)). Das Essen wurde fast schon brutal in die Tüte gestopft, entsprach nicht der Bestellung (veggie statt normal) und war unvollständig (6€ zu viel bezahlt). Fazit: Katastrophe
