Burger King in Filderstadt

It's the same in all of them! Just what we noticed 2 weeks ago in the BK in Albstadt, cold outside. Colder inside than outside! Why?? In Filderstadt, you were politely asked to leave at 10 p.m. because they wanted to close! People who had just picked up/received their food had to take it with them! What a shame, then you say that when you order and you can leave straight away!

What are these opening times please? Are we in the village?

Very rude Eastern Bloc saleswoman also the store manager very rude. We are here with family and were treated badly. All tables were dirty, some of them were cold when asked why the tables were not cleaned. We should wait with a nasty tone and be rude never again.

Food cold and unfriendly staff. Fries were cold and no regrets expressed.

Card payment is not accepted in this store. Cash only. The machines to order also don't work. There is not enough information about ingredients and allergens. There is a QR code that you can scan to find allergens, but this process is very slow and cumbersome. The website hardly loads and does not directly display an allergen list. That's disappointing.

I used to think Citizen King was better than the American competition. Unfortunately not anymore. The Wopper as a flagship is bland and dry. Too bad

You get very good burgers and good service here, the refill machines are very good. Burgers are better than their direct competitor. After the renovation it is no longer so comfortable inside. There are enough parking spaces available

Disgusting. I ordered cheeseburgers in the drive-in, there were 10 cars in front of me - waiting time: 10 minutes... (it was relatively full inside as far as I could see). The food was good. The service was also really good and if you order something it is delivered very quickly. There was a mistake where we thought there was cheese in it. I asked about this and the person in charge simply delivered a completely new burger with cheese. Great service!

I often go there to Burger King. I think the staff is nice and so far I've never had the problem of anything missing. Aaaaabbber, which I think is a real shame... for a long time now, when you want to order a milkshake, it's always been said that the machine is broken. If you want to go to the uncleanest Burger King then here in Bernhausen. The employees dab their sweat with a cloth but then don't dispose of it, scratch/squeeze their nose, finger it because it itches, but don't wash their hands or the palm of their hands and don't wash their hands and then continue to work with unwashed hands. The Burger King in Filderstadt is the last shop. Food cold, the fries anything but good (Latschig). And the staff are either totally overwhelmed or just incompetent. This was really the last attempt in this branch. Can shake hands with Reutlingen. Deizisau is worlds better...!!!!

Bad. Almost all items are faulty with every order. Sometimes the onion is missing, the wrong sauce is included, or the burger just comes as it seems. It doesn't matter what you ordered. It's best to always check immediately when you order to go.

Employees appear unmotivated towards customers. Cleanliness could be better. Some of the fries are only lukewarm to cold.

Fooling to the power of 10! In the offer picture, the Big King differs “a little” from reality. The soap dispenser in the toilet was half torn off... It's sad what a world restaurant in a prosperous country (?) can offer today...

First time BK after the hygiene scandal. Cleanliness okay, ambience typical of BK, so OK. Ordered several burger menus, all of them weren't even lukewarm, one was actually really cool. When returning the item, the lady at the counter was very customer-unfriendly. Instead of an apology, all I heard was a lament: "...it was just freshened up..." Where? In the refrigerator? I insisted on an exchange. After 10 minutes I had to pick up the replacement burger myself, it was just as cool as the previous one... WHAT ARE THE PEOPLE DOING IN THE KITCHEN??? Getting the stuff hot can't be that hard! Drink fountain great.

They should hire competent staff. The boy at the checkout had no idea anything, ordered the wrong things, the coupons weren't taken into account even though the code had already been dictated. In the end you paid way too much for something you didn't want. Staff very unsympathetic. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from there anymore. I'd rather go with the big M

This BK is located at a traffic junction. There is another restaurant and a Shell gas station right next to it. MC D is on the street opposite. It could be a little cleaner around the BK and in the interior. The tables could also be a little cleaner. But this may have been due to the high volume during that period.

I wanted to give the chain another chance after a long time. Unfortunately not convincing. Food was rather lukewarm, fries cold. The promotional burger “Gouda Lover” is absolute crap (but of course it looks awesome in the advertisement). I can't understand how a burger chain can roll out something like that. The developers there probably don't want their job at all. Admittedly, the branch can't do anything about it. But it can do something for the completely dirty toilet, the broken and broken soap dispenser and the non-functional hand dryer. Serving trolleys were filled with rubbish. The only plus: the self-service drinks stations. But there was a deduction in the B grade: no ice cream (at one of two stations) and for Coca Cola there was only the sugar variant (no Zero, none of the other variants).

It's just Burger King. The employees are friendly, but under pressure. The tables are not clean. We always take disinfectants with us. You clean the table and seats.

We have been to Burger King for many years. The ambience was very sobering compared to the “golden M”…service was good, but the food was not brought to the table! The food itself was so so-so..We will go to “M” again in the future..

Der Besuch war ganz in Ordnung. Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt das ganze ging relativ zügig. Lokal sah beim blicke scheifen lassen sauber aus. Toiletten wie immer in solchen Etablissements eher nicht zu empfehlen. Nur die gestiegen Preise rechtfertigen das Essen was man bekommt nicht mehr wirklich.

Mal wieder eine unfähige Belegschaft, die dem Franchise Schaden zufügt. Um 17:30 Uhr bereits beide Free Coke Automaten nicht ausreichend befüllt (fehlende Sorten, vorhandene Sorten reichen nur für einen halben Becher, ein Automat ohne Eis und die Eisausgabe in anderem Automat defekt (Eis fällt hinten runter)). Das Essen wurde fast schon brutal in die Tüte gestopft, entsprach nicht der Bestellung (veggie statt normal) und war unvollständig (6€ zu viel bezahlt). Fazit: Katastrophe

Habe zwei Crispy Chicken mit Käse bestellt und beide ohne Käse bekommen. Leider habe ich es erst gemerkt, als ich daheim war. Nachtrag 20.12.23 Verbessert doch lieber den Kundenservice und führt Bestellungen korrekt aus, anstatt zu versuchen, Rezensionen löschen zu lassen 🙄

Mal wieder enttäuschend. Burger waren kalt Pommes sehr Gummi artig. Und natürlich hat mal wieder was gefehlt. Das manche Menschen kein Deutsch können finde ich nicht schlimm aber dann sollten diese Personen am Fließband arbeiten und nichts mit Kunden zu tun haben. Nicht empfehlenswert dieser Laden. Ist glaub auch ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Burger, Pommes, Konzentrat- Getränke ...schmecken immer fader. Auch mit 8 x Pfeffer + 2 x Salz extra drauf, hat der Burger keinen Geschmack. Es ist halt überall das Gleiche, egal ob McDonald - Burgerking . Da besser zum Dönerladen

Heute war es leider der schlechteste Besuch beim BK. Die Wartezeit war sehr lang. Beide Whopper waren kalt, es gab nur noch 3 Getränke zur Auswahl (nur Zero) und diese waren warm und es war kaum noch Kohlensäure drin. Die Burgerbrötchen waren bröselig und sind komplett auseinander gefallen. Im Gastraum sah es auch chaotisch aus und die Tablettabgabe war komplett überfüllt. Daher war es heute leider eine Enttäuschung.

Essen, preise wie immer, schnelle Zubereitung, aber 5 Sterne dafür, dass es noch die Getränkeautomaten zum selbst auffüllen dort gibt :-)

Ich bin hier noch nie unfreundlich bedient worden. Auch wenn es als Standard wahrgenommen werden könnte, ich habe es woanders schon anders erlebt. Die Burger sind frisch, heiß und gut, das Ambiente die einer Raststätte: draußen Straße und Tankstelle, aber meines Erachtens immer schön sauber

Gewöhnlicher BK der nach dem Umbau vor ein paar Jahren nun etwas moderner & stylischer aussieht. Das Personal ist ok & es gibt die gewohnte Auswahl an Burger & Co.

Essen ok, aber beim Autoschalter immer nachkontrollieren. Heute nicht kontrolliert,fehlen die Cilli Chees Nugets.Wenns das erste mal wäre ok, jetzt zum dritten Mal das was fehlt. Letztes mal angerufen, ok könnt ja nochmal vorbei kommen. Aber von Heumaden wieder rüber, die anderen essen,ne danke.Hatten dann zwar beim nächsten Mal ein Menü extra bekommen, aber das kanns nicht sein.

Was soll man sagen? Toller Service und entgegen anderen Bürger Kings rebelliert da mein Magen nicht 👍👍

Schnelle Essen für zwischendurch.

Optisch sehr sauber , neu renoviert , geschmacklich BK halt. Personal etwas überfordert bei vielen Bestellungen. Leider war die Eis Maschine defekt und es gab weder Eis noch Milch schake.
