I'm here right now, service is actually rated 3, but the company has left the lady alone and she has to do everything herself in the front area. Great coffee, breakfast burger not warm enough, much worse. New concept, looks great, but when the person does everything in front of me without gloves and touches everything, my hunger disappears very quickly.

Disgrace! I was at the drive-thru at 2:49. I drove there specifically and was stressed. He just told me we're already closed. Your opening hours are until 3:00, as stated. Outrageous.

My favorite McDonald's in Stuttgart. Plenty of parking. Very nice and friendly staff. There's a playground for children. Lots of space and cozy. I'll be coming back here again and again. Highly recommended.

Everything is usually fine, but on Sunday I noticed the staff was unprofessional and extremely busy. At first, I stood at the checkout for about six minutes without a line, and the staff didn't seem to care until I called one over. I ordered a smart menu (Chicken burger) with nuggets and a coffee. I gave the cashier €22.57 (my bill was €16.57), but the cashier gave me €5.57 change, even though he should have given me €6! Then he disappeared. I decided not to argue over the change, as I understand he was busy working. Then our order was brought, but there were no napkins! Even though they were right in front of the staff, and they could have provided them. And finally, instead of two Chicken Burgers, they gave me one and another Cheeseburger, even though I didn't order one! And they didn't give me a receipt, so if I say anything, they won't care. Overall everything is good, but the service today is terrible.

One McDonalds that is always clean and personal is service minded. I need to add that I'm here always in the evenings. Modern with ordering at the parking, 2 spots.

The store was being remodeled. Unfortunately, while waiting, you could see the food being prepared. Everything was prepared without gloves. I had a burger and a wrap. Everything was prepared with bare hands on the countertop, without even wiping it down. That was my last visit to MC.

Last night, around 7-8 p.m., the cappuccinos weren't good, only 2 stars. A man of Arab or Turkish origin couldn't make them.

Incredibly strange and unfriendly employees refused to give me another straw, saying they were only meant for shakes. I had an iced coffee, which was full of ice cubes and unpleasant to drink. I couldn't even stir the caramel, where does that happen? Incident on July 2nd at 10:45 PM.

Really, this should be 0 stars. We went to the drive-thru and got food for four people (not a huge amount). An entire main course (for which we paid €10) was missing. The 20-piece nuggets had 18 pieces, and the 6-piece nuggets only had 5! The fries weren't cooked through and tasted a bit raw. Two of us even got stomach aches right away. We'll never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. A disaster.

I ordered an iced latte, which was mistakenly served in a 0.3L cup. When I politely pointed this out, the employee said it was the correct size—even though 0.4L is the standard. Very disappointing.

When you go to McDonald's, you know what you're getting. That's why you enjoy going there every now and then. It only gets annoying when you have to double-check your entire order at the McDrive because things often get forgotten. Especially when it's the main burger on a meal.

I was very pleased with my visit to McDonald's today. I was especially pleasantly surprised by the speed of service: I got my Coke Zero within about 20 seconds. That was really efficient and made the visit very pleasant. I'd be happy to go again!

Today was our first visit since the restaurant reopened. We used to be regulars and were always very satisfied. The place has undergone a really chic renovation and looks absolutely fantastic! Both on Lieferando and online, the delivery times are listed as 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Mondays) and 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (rest of the week). Nevertheless, the app mostly says "No orders accepted." Most of the time, it's pure luck whether the store delivers or not; there's no discernible pattern here. It seems as if the delivery times are completely arbitrary.

The employee at the drive in was taking an order, I couldn't notice that from the car, wanted to pay and spoke to her, then she got very loud and said I was just talking, can't you see that. This is a real McDonald's joke. I arrived and you could tell from the employees that they were no longer in the mood for their lives, the food was cold and no longer had any real taste. The toilet (men's) was very dirty and looked like it had been spat out. At the checkout when I was ordering, the employee hardly spoke any German and only understood what I actually wanted after countless attempts. When the food came after what felt like forever (the shop was almost empty). The employee just threw my food on the table without saying anything. My conclusion: Personally, I will never set foot in this store again!! Everyone can get their own idea of ​​what's going on there...

I ordered a burger menu at McDrive. Aside from the fact that the woman behind the counter didn't understand anything I said, there was hair on my burger and the potato chips tasted like soggy cardboard. Today on a Friday at 7:32pm I was there with my friend and we didn't get everything that was on the receipt and we realized that at home so I told him to pick it up again but he said no so many times but I insisted so he went again and that was about 5 or 10 minutes later he got there and wanted to explain himself and the lady started listening to him but one of the staff said no and he kept calling him a thief and he was just plain rude to my friend so my friend left and told me they never gave me the rest of what we ordered so I decided to call them myself, the same man who was rude to my friend picked up and was mean to me the whole time, he wouldn't listen to me then he ended the call. I just want to say that these people provide poor service and are mean to their customers. Not everyone is a thief. Just because you all have bad relationships with other people who all steal from you doesn't mean the rest of the other people are thieves. According to the man's description, he is Indian and short.

This McDonald's is just a complete disaster!!!! I had a coupon worth €9.99. In the end I paid €14.49. I immediately pointed out that something was wrong. I didn't get a proper explanation for it... I've been a regular customer at McDonald's in Bernhausen all my life, but what I've experienced there in the last few months is just disappointing. The employees have become increasingly rude, don't seem to enjoy their work and take it out on the customers. The burgers often almost fall apart and the quality drops significantly. A particularly negative incident occurred one night when we went to the McDonald's after the club at 3:45 a.m., which according to the opening times was still open for 15 minutes. The door was locked even though there were still customers inside. We eventually got through the other entrance only to be turned away in a disrespectful manner. We were told they were no longer cooking anything and it was “forbidden” to use that entrance. When we still wanted to order food, we were only offered ready-made bags of food that were obviously left over. When I protested that it wasn't right, I was told “Tough luck, go home.” An absolute disgrace. The next evening we were there again just before 1 a.m., this time at the drive-in. After two discount codes didn't work, we wanted to order as normal, but the employee ignored us for a full 5 minutes, even though there was only a car in front of us. When we finally wanted to order we were told in the most unfriendly manner to “move on” even though we hadn’t even finished ordering yet. No order was typed in correctly, and when we finally got our food, everything was wrong: we ordered two Smart Menus but got two cheeseburgers and four chicken burgers. Parts of the order were also missing. When we complained several times, we were treated disrespectfully each time. The employee gave us the wrong burgers three times and refused to hand over the receipt. After insisting on getting the receipt, we were told we wouldn't receive it. Meanwhile, the food we got after all the mistakes and waiting was cold and inedible. The other customers in the drive-thru also complained, causing a real queue of dissatisfied guests to form. In the end I paid far too much for an incorrect and incomplete order. That was the last time I entered this McDonald’s. If employees don't feel like working, they should leave it alone instead of treating customers so inhumanely. Just a disaster.

McDonald's was my absolute favorite food in the 90s...today was definitely the last time I was there. I think the pictures say it all.

After a long family trip, we decided to go to McDrive so we didn't have to eat later. My two children don't like cucumbers or mustard, so I ordered them over the intercom. Cheeseburger and hamburger each without mustard and pickle. There were also two voucher codes from the current competition that were about to expire. We actually always eat at Mc in Bernhausen. Late yesterday evening we got 20 Chicken Mc Nuggets, 2 Mc Ribs and other things. Half of the nuggets were fresh and you could taste it.
