McDonald's in Kirchseeon

Yesterday at 10:15 PM I ordered food. When I picked it up at the drive-thru, the employee was unfriendly. The food was lukewarm. After a 10-minute drive, the food was cold.

We went back again and were once more surprised by the fresh food, even at midnight. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness and friendly staff deserve special mention.

Not once have the staff been able to deliver a children's menu or a complete meal to the guests. Today, the happy meal was missing the gift book, the drink, and the fruit pouch. It's the same thing every time... even though there's a checklist the staff are supposed to follow. This doesn't happen at any of the restaurants at the Golden Arch... only in Eglharting... and it happens regularly...

Okay, it's a standard McDonald's, not a Michelin-starred restaurant! You have to be aware of that. But the fact that half the order is missing, the burgers are sloppily thrown together, and the staff is incredibly unfriendly... I find that truly outrageous! The place is absolutely mismanaged and run without any care... Shame on you!

A typical McDonald's, a bit smaller, but clean and fast. Unfortunately, there are no play areas for children (although there is a special area for children's birthday parties), and it's a bit noisy outside due to the main road (located within the town).

The food was great. The staff was very nice.

I ordered at the McDonald's Drive-In and unfortunately, I drove home without checking. Fries from the McDonald's menu were missing, as were two cheeseburgers I ordered. The chicken nuggets were missing sauce. That taught me a lesson... I'll always check in the future. But not at this branch!!! Absolutely outrageous!!! Also, I have the impression that too many of the staff here are of the same nationality or even from the same extended family...🤔

Unfortunately, the place has been declining dramatically for some time. The nuggets were filled with old, sticky ones, everything took longer, dips were either simply omitted from the McVitie's Drive-Thru order or simply swapped when ordered at the counter, and the sour cream dip seems to have a different recipe or was left out in the sun too long (tastes rotten)?! The special menus also seem to be discounted... often there's no drink included or the side dish is small... what a pity.

I just bought a McFlurry with chocolate and caramel. The ice cream was almost completely melted, and the caramel was just a thick lump. It's a disgrace to give something like that out. I already knew the burgers at the Mc'i in Eglharting were cold, but that the ice cream was warm was new. 🤨🥴🤬

This McDonald's is definitely one of the more well-kept ones. Unlike some others, you can actually sit down here and enjoy a quiet, relaxed time. The staff is friendly and works quickly, so there's no real wait time. Highly recommended.

A typical McDonald's. The only thing worth noting is that they make an effort to keep it clean. That's not something I'm used to seeing at every McDonald's.

This store is completely overwhelmed—they never get anything done. They couldn't cook three Happy Meals with chicken nuggets and three cheeseburgers. The Happy Meals came without chicken nuggets. Thanks for nothing, you can imagine the sad look on six children's faces... This is the second time in six months that they've forgotten half of the order. It's frustrating...

Bedienungen sehr unfreundlich. Bekommen kein ,,Hallo‘‘ raus. Personal mag nicht mal den Tisch abwischen auf Nachfrage rollt diese nur die Augen. Bestelltes Essen ist falsch. Man bestellt ohne gewisse Beilagen und bekommt einfach einen Burger der schon ewig in der Auslage lag. Bei Reklamation wurde das Anliegen nicht wirklich verstanden. Viel ausländisches Personal die kein Deutsch verstehen. Toilette bei den Damen funktionieren nicht also Türen lassen sich nicht zusperren

You are neither greeted nor noticed; instead, an annoyed and indifferent tone prevails. Simple questions are met with rude comments. My order was incomplete, and follow-up questions were ignored. The store was dirty, and tables weren't wiped down despite low occupancy. I felt neither welcome nor taken seriously as a customer. Absolutely disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it!

Personally, I really like the American cuisine and the two Big Macs were also very tasty. It looks good as you can see from the pictures and the fries were fresh and crispy too. For me it was another great experience. 👍 😋

Employees stole from me and then acted as if they knew nothing.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's hasn't been able to fix quality problems in the service for months. There really isn't an "out of home" order that goes by without something missing.

When we wanted to sit down at a table it was completely dirty. When we contacted an employee who didn't seem sober, we were told that other tables were also available. Outrageous... the toilets are also dirty

Unfortunately the order was not complete. When we politely pointed this out, they checked in a very unfriendly manner to see whether the dressings were actually missing... Would also be polite...

For the third time something is missing from the order... when you ask the service why it's missing then it becomes really insulting! Very unfortunate and annoying... as our family is a regular customer.

So the food was excellent as always. But the toilets in the women's cabins were really extremely disgusting... there was feces and sticky stuff all over the walls and on the toilet seats... I needed almost half a pack of wet wipes so that you could sit down almost without any worries... so eating, yes, going to the toilet is absolutely not possible...

We celebrated my daughter's birthday there 2 days ago. It was absolutely loveless and the staff didn't care about us for a second or show up. It was decorated a little, the room would be unlocked and a cake would be put out. That's it. No restaurant tours, no making your own burger or drawing ice cream. The birthday boy wasn't even congratulated!!! That's pretty shabby! There's actually a bit more of a program on the homepage, but we were simply on our own for two hours.

Every time something is forgotten. If you order via the app and pick it up at McDrive, it's pre-programmed. Personalization in particular is consistently ignored. Although there is always a note stuck on it + extra meat, it is simply not done. Paid €1.60 extra and got nothing. Always check carefully here or, best of all, eat somewhere else straight away! Prices, quality and service are a disgrace. Better eat pizza at an Italian restaurant.

McDonald's just, not much to say about it

Been there several times now. Unfortunately, the quality and service varies greatly. There are really friendly employees and everyone else. The low point was last night when the cucumbers on my burger without cucumbers were simply removed from a finished burger. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. The Nacho Cheese Snackers were also soggy and no longer warm. Eating here is a matter of luck. Sometimes everything works, sometimes not.

The service got worst day by day. The new manager and people were very rude. They placed candles on the table, and during eating the wrapper on my son's burger got fire, we quickly put it out, but the manger came and kept on charging us that we should be careful. We were regular in this place, but recently they did multiple mistakes, forgot french fries during takeout, gave wrong orders multiple times. We are done, we won't be coming back to this mac any more.

Top McDonald's! You get the food super quickly. The burgers looked like they were in an advertisement. Hammer! Clear recommendation. The Royal TS could really have been used in advertising. MC clean and nicely decorated. We'll be back!

Service very unfriendly and slow, you don't have to wait that long at any McDonald's. Fries are good but burgers and nuggets are often lukewarm to cold. Value for money is just bad even for McDonald's. In the future there will only be fries and a coffee (if I come back at all) I have been disappointed too often.

The quality of the food is largely as usual. It's just that the burgers are increasingly sloppily put together. There is sometimes a slice of tomato next to the burger or there is far too much lettuce on it.

Lucky bag instead of Mc menu. Unfortunately, we have been receiving incorrect orders more and more recently. Unfortunately, the service has also deteriorated somewhat. Here McDonalds had a much more cozy look with the old McCafe ambience in brown/beige/white.

Well-run, clean McDonalds that you can recommend with a clear conscience.

If you're waiting outside with 2 dogs on a leash, they're neither peeing nor doing their business, and you're approached by a man mowing the lawn, then it stops for me and my appetite completely disappears. This location isn't for me anyway, it was an emergency solution. The manners should not end behind the glass door, although these can still be improved. The dogs just sniffed the big stone at the drive-in exit and I admired the cigarette butts lying around!

Several tables were dirty. The service was told twice whether the table used could be cleaned. Unfortunately the request was not followed up.

Legendary, one star less because the children's playground was dismantled, I still remember the smell today

The best thing is the electric car charging station, which keeps me coming here on the route whether I'm hungry or not ;-) The rest is a McDonalds as you would expect...

If you want to make sure that items from your order are forgotten or at least served incorrectly, you should definitely eat here. For example, I was served my veggie burger with a slice of bacon. But completely forgotten items are also normal here, it's best to just check again. But the food itself is of good quality.

This branch is becoming more and more rude. Not only are the prices constantly increasing in contrast to the other branches in the surrounding area (a double cheeseburger here now costs €4.19! For comparison: even the branch on the motorway is lower at €3.99), there are also Points that have been verifiably redeemed in the app are not recognized and you then have to pay extra for them. This happened to me several times with apple turnovers redeemed using points. Every time I visit this McDonald's, I don't find a table wiped! This is very unappetizing and takes a bit of heat before eating. Nevertheless, it has to be said that the food is ready in an acceptable time and is still warm. The service doesn't talk much, which you can't really expect from a store like this. Clean, the food was fresh and the service was friendly and thorough. The tables were cleaned immediately after use. I have to say one of the best McDonald's in a long time 👍🏻

We've been going here for years and we'll do it again and again

Last juice shop! After waiting 21 minutes for the food, all the sauces and salad dressing were missing and the curly fries were only half full (about 7 pieces each). Absolute impudence!

Stopped here by chance and picked up something. The store was pretty full and unfortunately it was unclean. The burgers are also getting smaller and smaller and look very bland. Ultimately, something was still missing. Doesn't seem to be anything new here. The parking lot is quite narrow and the drive in isn't particularly spacious, but it's fine. At least there is an electric charging station.

Two 🍔 cheeseburgers 🍔 and a small portion of fries €7.87!!! Very expensive 😠👎 At the inn in my neighborhood you can eat normal food for that much money! Also, one of the two cheeseburgers was cold and half of the cheese was completely cold hanging out of the bun.

I was here late in the evening. The citizens were freshened up and were therefore very hot. The employees are very friendly and quick.

It's rare to see such incompetent staff, you usually get a kit that you can assemble the burger yourself and the bacon is often left out at breakfast if you order a mcmuffin bacon&egg

I would like to complain about the straw replacement, it always makes a mess. It's good that there are other fast food chains that still have straws.

The cheeseburgers we ordered were already cold when we received them. The staff reacted unfriendly to our request for fresh burgers and said it was normal for them to be cold after 10 minutes. The problem: We received the food too late. The staff denied this. Further notes: •The chicken nuggets were warm, so...??? Why the #^^# were the burgers cold!?!? •The fries were VERY salty. •Straws were empty, staff made no effort to get new ones •Restaurant overall very loud and chaotic

Unfortunately the cheeseburger was cold and my complaint was not acknowledged even though the burgers were still packaged. The managing director was apparently not there. I'm used to different service and quality from McDonald's. Here in Eglharting they lost a customer.

I have a lactose intolerance and ordered a lactose-free milk coffee. It was frothed in the normal milk foam where the other milk is also in it... Result diarrhea and cramps...

Ordered the Mc Smart menu in the drive. Service quick. Cola without blubber, cheeseburger lukewarm and fries weak and without salt. 6 euros for trash...

It's almost always too full, but otherwise as usual Mäkki.

On February 11th At 11:59 p.m. my fiancé and I were at McDonald's and we had extremely disrespectful service - one star is already too much. From now on I'll think carefully about going there again.

Ab und zu für den schnellen Hunger

Service total unhöflich und unverschämt.... Jedes mal fehlt auch etwas,ob bei Mitnahme oder beim dort essen.... Weist man die Mitarbeiter darauf hin,wird man angepampt,unhöflich behandelt und kriegt das fehlenden einfach in die Hängebrücke,aber nicht höflich sondern richtig pampig... Es kommt keine Entschuldigung,niiichts... Personal wird immer schlimmer.....

Trotz dicker Jacke sind die Räumlichkeiten viel zu kalt.Im Winter komme ich nicht mehr da schmeckts nicht.

McDonald's halt. Service muss man per Automaten selbst übernehmen, essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht, offensichtlich aber sehr ungern. Für Mal schnell was in den Magen OK, abfinden würde ich von lecker und Genuss nicht reden

Essen ist meist gut Manchmal sind die Pommes Kalt oder der Burger Der Servis ist Gut aber es ist noch Luft nach oben da würde ich sagen ;) Das Ambiente hatt mir nicht so gut gefallen Da Es innen sehr eng ist und häufig sehr schmutzig und es gibt sehr wenige Parkplätze

Typischer McDonald mit entsprechendem Essen. Meine McNuggets war gut ebenso das restliche Essen & Kaffee. 5 Sterne weil die Mitarbeiter super freundlich waren und es 3 Saucen extra for free gab.

Zu diesem McDonald's bin ich eigentlich immer nur am Abend nach der Arbeit hingefahren und habe mir einen drive in etwas geholt leider Gottes könnten sie nie den QR-Code scannen ich muss dann eben immer vorlesen ist der für mich kein Problem ich habe die App dann wieder geschlossen und als ich dann zahlen wollte wollten sie noch mal den QR-Code sehen und ihn noch mal per handscannen also wieder die App geöffnet selbstverständlich kriegt man einen neuen QR-Code und bis es dann endlich funktioniert hat hat man eigentlich schon fast keine Lust mehr zum Essen aber ansonsten sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich sie können ja nichts dafür dass das System nicht so läuft das laufen soll also bitte an den Inhaber ändere dies bitte denn eigentlich kommt man sehr gerne zu euch
