McDonald's in Annaberg-Buchholz

I come here very rarely, which is perhaps why I can hardly remember an error-free order. Even when there's little going on, it doesn't work. Annoying, you've already paid several times for things you don't get...

We ordered a Happy Meal with nuggets, fries and 2 ketchups, juice, mashed potatoes and a toy. There were no toys and no ketchup. The child was upset and I as a mother was unhappy.

It's no longer what it used to be. The food used to be better

It's always a bit unclean and there are crumbs everywhere.

It's just a McDonald's like many others.

I feel very comfortable, the food is fine and the staff is very pleasant and well looked after.

Basically yes, everything is freshly prepared. The large coffee was fresh and was brought to the table quickly. But the price for the drink is already 5 star restaurant level, albeit tasty...

On the whole, you know what to expect in a fast food restaurant with the “golden M”. However, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and order. There is definitely room for improvement here. You can still feel like you can read the previous menu from empty tables. The cucumber slice on the floor wasn't just there for half an hour. Already on the way to the table you had the feeling that you were sticking to something. The staff was very friendly, but seemed somehow overwhelmed. The restaurant wasn't even really full. The tablets were piled up on the return trolley and the employee who tried to clean up the chaos disappeared with 2 tablets and by the time he came back there were 3 new ones. Since the children overlook such things more generously than I can and the aforementioned "golden M" still has a magical attraction for them, unfortunately as a parent you can't completely get past it.

Unfortunately not recommended today. A hair in the citizen's packaging - hairnets could well prevent this. And the whole time it was dripping heavily from the ceiling above the drinks machine. Nobody seemed to care. And then there are stands where you are tempted to give 5 stars because you then get a 50 cent voucher. I sincerely hope that no one feels tempted by such stupid actions. It actually explains everything when a company needs something like that...

I recently went to McDonald's and was unfortunately disappointed. The ice cream was completely soft, the restaurant was small, and water was dripping from the ceiling. When I wanted to put my tray in the container provided, it was completely full. The tray fell and the employee yelled at me a sarcastic “Great!” to. The burgers were okay, but the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired.

Very friendly staff. You don't get it at every McDonald's. Keep it up.

Frau mit roten Haaren war extrem unfreundlich. Ich stande nur am tresen und wollte mein essen bezahlen und diese frau geht mich an und sagt „wenn du bezahlt hast musst du warten“ Und das in einem finsteren ton. Ich hatte ja noch nicht mal bezahlt. (in Annaberg-Buchholz)

Food wasn't cold and it was quick.

I slammed the evil Big Mac into my feed hatch.

I had to stand again while eating, drinking and smoking, although that's difficult for me with stalker schizos, I don't really want to smoke at the children's table and there are no park benches with a roof outside at any other branch...

One star is already too many here. Overtaxed, incompetent employees. Miles away from “fast food”. First the order was blocked, after 30 minutes the foreman noticed it and then hastily stuffed everything she could get her hands on into the bag and of course forgot half of it. Ordering is like a surprise bag. Bets are made in advance, which is missing this time. Given the prices and frequency, you can almost speak of fraud here. Absolutely not recommended! I've always enjoyed coming here, but today's visit was absolutely disappointing! Ordered a menu to take away. Sauce was wrong - undramatic for me, it can happen. The fries were cold and soggy, some of them still raw inside. You couldn't eat. But the nuggets were worse. Hard, burnt and inedible! Something like that shouldn't happen and the staff should have noticed it when packing up!

Unfortunately the food is not well prepared. If you order to take away, you may also be missing 20 nuggets in addition to the sauces.

The MC Donalds in Annaberg used to be good, but lately you can't really go there anymore 1). The food is almost always cold 2). Quality of nuggets and fries very poor 3). Apparently you have to assemble your own burgers here. Each of our burgers fell apart even though we ate on site. The employees don't know friendliness either. People tend to look at you askance when you say hello...

Ordered burger double pack menu Royal TS, unfortunately one was very cold, the second one was just fine! So fresh looks and tastes different! We got the cold one replaced again, but oh well! The fries were no longer fresh either! As I know from my previous tryouts at MC Donald. There are certain times when it can be ready, but I think today everything should actually be prepared fresh, and I'll accept a longer wait for freshness! Been waiting a while but not fresh? And the sauce for the Happy Meal wasn't as ordered either, and given the prices, you'd better go to a local restaurant! McDonald should think about past service and preparation!

I've been going to this McDonald's for quite a long time and it has always tasted good, but recently, even though I ordered the vegan alternative, I have received meat products several times, but only when I order at McDrive. In addition, a few products are forgotten every now and then.

The rooms were poorly attended. There was plenty of staff available (whether trainees or specialists) and you couldn't tell. Nevertheless, the tables could have been wiped down and the containers with residual waste could have been emptied because they were overfull.

First time at this MC Drive. There were some problems with the app and the codes. In the end, we still had our food quickly and were full. However.......the lady at the checkout at MC Drive ............."And bye" only because it took a little longer I guess. Can also be done in a friendly tone.

Order incomplete... and the rest: Well... Spicy nuggets apparently swapped with normal ones... Farm potatoes were also half raw 👍🏽 not recommended. Corona rules are not adhered to! I don't have to point out that the store is responsible for compliance. At least two thirds of all customers did not wear a face mask. Went there again today (May 23rd, 2021 / 7:14 p.m.) McDrive: Apparently still haven't learned basic arithmetic. The Chili Cheese Snackers were “miscalculated” to my disadvantage and the double cheeseburger was left out entirely. Went there again today (03/20/2022 / 6:03 p.m.) McDrive: 1 and 1 is still not 2 here. The request for the additional burger patty and cheese was once again ignored. At least after the complaint it worked. Went there again today (02/19/2023 / 6:47 p.m.) McDrive: Delivery was quick again. The burgers with extra patties ordered via the app were also shown as such in the online invoice. They were not accounted for. Strangely, the extra patties were not listed on the burger or in the printed bill. How does something like that work?

The last shop. At half past nine in the evening, ordering at the counter is no longer possible. There was nothing going on at all. You are directed to the self-terminal by a visibly overwhelmed employee. So am I still doing the job of the staff? We then drove to the drive-in, but the order was not understood there. Confronting the employee with the fact that we wanted to order at the counter caused the employee to stop serving us. The shortage of skilled workers and Germany's service desert have hit home again.

The quality used to be a little better! The service staff are no longer what they used to be! They listlessly throw what they ordered into the bags! The floor in front of the counter is a real slippery area...whether it's grease or whatever? Some service staff pull a face... there's just no smile

Bustling McDonald’s with skiing crowds and loud children. Parking is good and you get your food fast ordering through the app.

Also ich fange mal so an. An sich ist der McDonalds nicht schlecht. Aber. Die Bedienungen werfen die Sachen immer so lustlos in die Tüten das immer alles durcheinander ist und die Hälfte in der Tüte verteilt. Zu dem wird der Trinkstrohhalm leider vergessen. Ich mein es geht so zu trinken aber schön ist was anderes. Dann wurde ich an der Sprechanlage nicht gefragt ob ich noch etwas zu meiner Bestellung möchte. Ist nicht schlimm weil ich ja weiß was ich bestelle aber falls ich doch noch etwas vergessen hätte würde ich so dran denken. Aber ansonsten kann man hier schonmal ran fahren. Müsst ihr wissen.

Grüße, Klar ist das MCs noch Fastfood aber meist wartet man ziemlich lange, und das Personal ist auch überlastet. Allerdings wenn man wirklich Hunger hat, oder auf der Durchreise ist dann kann man dort auf jeden Fall mal vorbei schauen.

Die Toiletten sind echt eklig. Aber das essen ist gut das Personal ist nett.

Die ältere Dame am Drive-In lässt ihren Frust an den Kunden aus, selten sowas unfreundliches erlebt - sollte nicht auf Kunden losgelassen werden. Falls du das liest: wir wünschen dir trotzdem alles Gute für die Zukunft. Übriges Personal aber freundlich.

Freundliches und schnelles Personal. Die Burger könnten ein bisschen wärmer sein. Sonst alles ok.

Sehr guter MC Donalds mit sehr leckeren Apfeltaschen. Kann jedem nur empfehlen dort auf dem Weg durch Annaberg einmal anzuhalten.

Wird mittlerweile von Jugendlichen beherrscht. Also ein sehr lautes und Oberflächliches Ambiente.

Der Müll quillt über, die Tische kleben, die kulinarischen Ergüsse sind auch unterste Schublade. Also besser wäre es einen großen Bogen zu machen

Eigentlich ok..essen. ok..nur die ganzen trotteln die ständig mit ihren schrottkarren ihre autotreffen abhalten und dann davor stundenlang herumlungern nerven.

Also ich bin jetzt schon seid Kind hier das Upgrade von McDonald's sieht wunderbar aus.! Aber was stört is die Anzahl an den Fliegen die Nerven bis zum bitteren Ende. Hier ruhig sitzen und essen ist nicht drin wegen den Fliegen...

Zu meinem Cold Brew Latte habe ich keinen Strohhalm bekommen. Nach Nachfrage hieß es, man darf keine mehr geben.

Die Sauberkeit der sanitären Einrichtungen lassen zu wünschen übrig.

Ich habe die Toilette während unseres Besuches besucht und es gab keine Seife zum Händewaschen und der Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens funktionierte auch nicht. Für ein Restaurant wo man das Essen mit den Fingern verzehrt, ist das in meinen Augen ein absolutes Unding. Das ein Unternehmen was Essen anbiete nichts mit Hygiene am Hut hat ist für mich keinen Besuch mehr wert.

Typisch für McDonalds ist das Ambiente, das Team ist recht freundlich. Leider sind die Toiletten immer sau mäßig was sehr schade ist

Ich würde am liebsten weniger als einen Stern vergeben, was leider nicht möglich ist. Am Samstag waren wir hier und haben Essen zum Mitnehmen geholt. Gute 5 Minuten später waren wir mit dem Bestellten zuhause. Pommes waren kalt und zum Teil schon hart. Burger ebenfalls und das Fleisch hat seltsam geschmeckt. Alt? Schwer zu bezeichnen. Getränke fast ohne Kohlensäure und wässrig. Zum Laden selbst können wir nicht viel sagen, da wir ja nicht dort gegessen haben. Aber es wirkte alles nicht wirklich sauber und die Angestellten, wovon einige vor Ort waren, haben sich lieber mit Gesprächen über freie Tage beschäftigt, als mit dem Service. Diese McDonalds Filiale werden wir in Zukunft definitiv meiden.

Essen ganz ok. Mitarbeiter genervt aber hat ihren Job gemacht. Ambiente ging in Ordnung

Die Bestellung erfolgt, wie mittlerweile gewohnt, über die digitalen Terminals. Es gibt einen Tischservice. Klasse. Man sollte jedoch das gebrachte nochmals kontrollieren, da bei großen Bestellungen etwas fehlen könnte. War bei uns zumindest so. Personal hat sich dafür entschuldigt und den Rest nachserviert. Parkplatz ist angenehm groß und verfügt über 2 Ladepunkte für Elektrofahrzeuge mit je 150kw Leistung. Das ist vorbildlich. Bei den 2 besuchen hier, waren diese auch frei und sauber. Daumen hoch.
