Restaurant could be a little cleaner. The toilet is often, if not always, missing soap and a towel. El. Hand dryer never works. Desi dispensers are also permanently empty. That's my opinion to the service.

Tasty but please keep it on longer and the toilets are ok too but I can highly recommend the curry sauce because ouuu baby it is delicious

Oho my favorite fast food Wallachia! My palate almost said goodbye to me when I inhaled my meal, but my greed didn't let me get that far! Translated, I destroyed hundreds of chickens! My shame is great, but the satisfaction is at least "Colonel times" greater. Anyone who has ever consumed the chicken giant knows about its unrivaled taste. Anyone who isn't is a taste fiend and should do so as soon as possible. A seemingly endless supply of the soft drinks that we have all come to love in diabetes heaven helps to wash things down. The staff was chicken-worthy and opened the outer physical room divider for me and the anonymous persona. A remarkable service! The only downside was the stickiness of the dining area. An eagle owl probably blessed the top of the table beforehand.

My first time at KFC and well...not again anytime soon...Very expensive in terms of price and the food was more of a rollercoaster ride between very good and absolute rubbish. For example, the double burger was great, but the chili cheese fries were really bad. The breaded chicken pieces, which is what we're actually talking about, were ok so far. But for the prices I expected a little more here.

The food is mediocre, no outstanding quality. The fries are soggy, the burgers are dry, the chicken and breading taste bland. There are no dips with crispy chicken fillet strips, not even one, which is quite a disgrace. Either eat dry or pay extra. Service is okay, orders are processed quickly, which is probably due to the few guests. I ate at KFC twice and it stayed that way.

Just way too expensive. You can hardly afford it anymore. Too bad 😞

We were here in the evening around 9 p.m. We weren't the only ones, but it wasn't particularly crowded either. Nevertheless, we had to wait almost 25 minutes for our order. We only had two chicken mix and two burgers. After we asked, our order eventually came, but a burger was still missing. The staff was friendly, but the rest was less than satisfactory.

Ordered hot wings from here which were super oily. Within 5 hours I got sick.

I just paid €40 at the store to pick up a few tasty little things for me and my wife to take home. When I get home I notice that my wrap is missing. I think that alone cost €7. I find that so cheeky. :(

First and last time KFC. Completely overpriced. Fries just a little over matchstick size. Relatively long waiting time. Competition is worlds better.

They are the best people and the kindergarten is very nice and respectful.

Food tastes good, especially when you're hungry, but more so when you make a stopover. It's just fast food. But in the long run it's way too expensive for me. Otherwise it's a nice shop!

For me the worst KFC in Berlin. The large chicken pieces were lukewarm, fatty, not crispy and anything but tasty!! I would also like to mention that KFC has gotten rid of the best thing, which is the spicy chicken parts. What a pity!!

Sorry, the pictures of the mega deal actually say it all, half cold fries in a rubber version or the leftovers? Size of the chicken wings including Mini Mini. Pictures with relevant information sent to KFC, no response to date!!! I wasn't used to that from KFC...

But now the only fast food chain has lost me. that I liked. Not that the price has risen from €19.99 to €26.49 in three years. OK inflation: BUT THAT I should pay extra for the BUTTER AND SALT for the 4 ears of corn I ordered for free? That has always been there so far. Not anymore today despite a request. I won't eat anymore!

I tried KFC for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The design of the store had a good common thread and was a change from well-known fast food stores. After ordering at the terminal, where I noticed the rather meager selection, the food came quickly. It was warm but not my cup of tea, the crispy chickens were covered in loads of breading and had a level of spiciness that was unsuitable for me. The fries were also a little strange in taste and consistency. There was a lot of choice for people like me who think carbonation in drinks is a disgrace, so I couldn't come up with a better choice than the classic still water. All in all, a rather disappointing visit in relation to the things mentioned above and the rather difficult parking situation, only a rating of 🌟🌟🌟⭐⭐ comes.

We were there yesterday Eat Friday May 3rd. We ordered food for 30 euros. The fries were cold. When I went back to change I found a little fat girl. She looks at me and you scream loudly ...what's going on yet.... I in a quiet voice her fries are cold. Then an employee came and brought me new ones. This woman she is evil with all people. I saw her. She asks her colleagues what is the problem with the customers and the customer and asks her so loudly that everyone can hear it. She doesn't seem to care about the restaurant. DANGER!!! PARK!!! Parking for a maximum of 1.1/2 hours otherwise it will be expensive. 30€ contractual penalty. KFC employee says on the phone; "Then that's it, 1.1/2 hours is enough" We went there with friends who had the same problem to get something to eat. Afterwards we decided to get a coffee and a cookie for ourselves. About 2 weeks later we received a letter saying that we had parked there for too long. Neither Parkdepot nor KFC agreed to find a solution. According to a statement from a ParkDepot employee, there should be a QR code on site with which you can extend parking and when I called KFC I was told we don't have anything like that. So we have decided not to eat there anymore and KFC will no longer see us there as a customer. Unfortunately, one of my burgers wasn't very warm when I ate it.

Yes, what should I say... It would be nice if the staff were trained a little better on the topic of friendliness... Even if you maybe wiped the tables again it wouldn't be so bad then you could eat there properly... But let's start with the first topic, friendliness. You order at the terminal or directly from the staff... As is often the case, the order was not complete or was packed incorrectly...then just said something and asked why that was the case since the branch is actually our "main branch"... The answer was cheeky and we can go somewhere else if we don't like something... I thought I did not hear right... But I really mean it... Well the rest is just KFC standard... However, after the saying, I wasn't there anymore and no longer interested!

A place from the dark corners of the 90s. Unmotivated staff meets lousy food in a coordinated atmosphere. I would prefer ANY Berlin kebab shop, yes ANY one.

The food was hot and tasty and served quickly. The parking space is limited, but enough for us. Access is currently only possible from one side due to a road construction site.

A few weeks ago, while eating locally, I got stomach cramps on the drive home. Then I thought KFC deserved a second chance, so my girlfriend and I went to the drive-thru on the weekend and then ate it at home. I expected anything, but never food poisoning. Guys, I'm not badmouthing any food in the world. Other people, for example, can't even afford something like that, so you should be grateful. But with this meal from KFC, please think twice. As a result, my girlfriend and I had very severe stomach pains, constant nausea and diarrhea. The health department should urgently stop by this branch. It's been 2 days since the incident and I still haven't recovered from it. Guys, as I said, think about what you eat outside.

Went there again recently and bought it to take away. When we get home we get a surprise: the buckets are only half full, not enough dips and a lot of money with a wrap, burger and fries. Inflation, okay, but I'd rather make the chicken myself in the future.

Was there for the first time today and was initially overwhelmed with the map. But a very nice employee at the counter gave me perfect advice. The chicken pieces from the bucket of 6 fit in the palm of my hand - all 6 of them together. So that was at most 100g of meat, unbelievable given the price. The hot wings had more breading and fat than meat. Never again! Unfortunately, the staff at the drive-in counter were very quiet and unclear. The only plus point, after cleaning the floor, the employee washed his hands before preparing the "food".

The cashier seemed like a barker, endlessly loud.

Never had crispies that were so dry and apparently old. Fries limp. When we spoke to the staff in a friendly manner, my colleague said that couldn't be the case, they would be kept warm all the time. Exactly my sense of humor. As if I said the food was cold. It just sat under the heat lamp for a long time. Apart from that, you deal with customers who are dissatisfied differently.

War ok , nicht sehr voll durch die Lage

Eben Kentucky, gewohnt schnell, lecker und viel Fleisch! Der Schockoshake war besonders gut und Fritten können sie auch...

Bei Appetit auf leckeres Knusperhühnchenfleisch ist das eine super Adresse.

Preislich eher teuer, klar bekommt man nichts mehr umsonst, aber 40 € für ein paar Hühnchenteile, die noch nicht mal besonders schmecken, naja, muss man nicht haben. Das Personal gestresst, einige Sachen falsch zusammengestellt bzw. vergessen. Schade...

Absolute Katastrophe, wir haben uns Burger,Hähnchen und Beilagen bestellt. Alles lauwarm bis kalt. Nachdem wir den ersten Burger aus dem Kindermenu reklamiert hatten haben wir mit nem abfälligen Lächeln einen neuen bekommen. Das gleiche wieder, alles kalt, Scheiblettenkäse nicht ansatzweise geschmolzen und das Hähnchen wirklich nur knapp über kalt. Wieder reklamiert. Dann wurde uns gesagt die Burger gehören so, das Hähnchen wird halt immer nur kurz warm gemacht. Das schlechteste fast food meines Lebens und die Mitarbeiter sind eine Frechheit. Der coleslaw war gut, aber was soll man da falsch machen. Ich werde KFC bestimmt nochmal ne Chance geben aber der Laden an dem Tag mit den Mitarbeitern war das letzte.

Keine Information über die Öffnungszeiten zu Weihnachten. Man könnte die Kunden doch irgendwie informieren, im Internet kann man diese Information gar nicht finden.

I ordered my meal at the kiosk and couldn't specify 'only dark meat'. I asked the employee at the counter if she could make sure I didn't get any breast meat. She told me in a rude way right away that no changes can be made but she will not pack any breast meat for me, which I thanked her for. When I received my food, I noticed right away that I did receive a piece of breast meat, which the employee insisted wasn't. I broke that piece apart, it's dry breast or white meat with rib bones. I showed it to the employee but she insisted it's not breast meat but the ribs. I've never heard of chicken meat referred to as ribs nor the distinction between breast and ribs in chicken meat. It's s all breast or white meat. Surely KFC must know that it's quite common for consumers to have a preference either for white or dark meat, seeing that chicken is their main business. I didn't eat that piece of white meat nor did I enjoy my meal.

Die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen nach 3 mal nachfragen hatten sie dann alles zusammen irgendwie

Ich habe gerade mir das größte Bucket geholt, nachdem ich mir die ganzen YouTube-Videos über Loco Chicken reingezogen habe und lachen musste, dass jeder Zweite keine Saucen bekommt. Was ist nun bei mir passiert? Richtig, KFC vergisst bei mir auch die Saucen! Nun macht die komplette Bestellung keinen Sinn. Danke dafür!

Online bestellt laden liefert abgelaufene Getränke ohne darauf hinzuweisen. Grundsätzlich habe ich damit kein Problem solange man darüber auch informiert wird.

War vergangene Woche Sonntag dort und habe mit meinem Kollegen dort essen geholt, Bestellung via Terminal war unkompliziert allerdings nachdem wir aus dem Lokal waren und unsere Bestellung vernichten wollten viel uns auf das uns die bestellten Pommes und ein Burger fehlten

Leider, fühlte sich keiner vom Personal heute verantwortlich. Kein Hallo, keine Frage ob man schon bestellt hat....ziemlich anonym und mega spürbar wenn der Service schwimmt. Essen war lecker....

Über das Essen braucht man nicht viel zu sagen denn das hat eine gleichbleibende Qualität. Leider war die Beratung nicht sonderlich gut. die Bedienung konnte mir nicht zu den Schärfegrad der georderten Speisen sagen.

Volle 5 Sterne. Die Mitarbeiter immer nett. Essen ist „angenehm“ schnell fertig. 3,8 Sterne ist viel zu wenig und stimmt niemals. Nicht davon abschrecken lassen.

Zeigen fertige Bestellungen nicht auf Tafel an und sprechen zu leise und undeutlich welche Bestellung fertig ist. Es gibt viele Leute die nicht gut hören, gerade in einem vollen Fastfood Restaurant. Jedes Mal wenn ich da bin ist die Ausgabe Chaos. Gebt die Nummern ins System ein. Dafür ist der Bildschirm da Leute.

2x dort gewesen mit meinem Partner. Beide male am Terminal bestellt und auf "Mitnahme" geklickt. Beide male wurde es auf einem Tablet angereicht. Als man dann die Mitarbeiterin darauf hinwies das es eine Mitnahme ist rollten die Damen mit den Augen und haben alles wortwörtlich in die Tüten geschmissen und waren sichtlich genervt. Meinem Partner ist dies auch bei beiden Malen aufgefallen... Essen eher etwas labrig nicht knusprig und Pommes wie von McDonalds.. Werden dort auch nichts mehr holen wenn nur einen Shake oder Trinken.. Andere Standorte sind "frischer" was das angeht.. Kein weiterer Kommentar notwendig..

Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Die Ambiente war schön wir haben vor Ort gegessen. Wir kommen wieder.

Als genüsslicher Verspeiser von Hähnchenprodukten versprach ich mir in diesem Etablissement eine sehr hochwertige und köstliche Ware. Leider musste ich zu meinem Bedauern feststellen das diese Bedingungen in diesem Lokal leider nicht gegeben waren. Ich ging davon aus eine zivilisierte Kundschaft und Mitarbeiterschaft anzutreffen allerdings ist das genaue Gegenteil der Fall. Die Kundschaft reicht von rumpöbelnden Arbeitslosen die erst kürzlich unser schönes Land betraten und die Ihre frisch erhaltenden Sozialleistungen sofort auf den Kopf hauen bis zu frisch importierten, angeblichen "Fachkräften" die nichts im Hirn haben außer in einem vermeintlichen Edelrestaurant mit Hühnchenstückchen neu ankommende Besucher abzuwerfen. Man möge denken das wär schon das übelste, jedoch war das noch nicht einmal die halbe Miete. Sowohl die Sauberkeit als auch das benehmen des Personals lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Als ich nun zum Schalter ging um mir köstliches Huhn zu beordern konnte ich meinen Augen nicht trauen, als ich einen kleinen Blick in die Küche erhaschen konnte. Ich sah dort nicht nur das die Mitarbeiter Ratten als vermeintliche Haustiere hielten, sondern obendrein noch das diese Ratten mit dem Huhn das die Kunden erhalten sollen gefüttert werden und somit in der Bestellung einiges an Huhn fehlt. Durch das "Huhn" werden die Ratten gemästet um später neben dem "Huhn" serviert zu werden, allerdings ist nicht deklariert ob man gerade ein Stück Huhn oder ein Stück Ratte verspeisen tut. Man möge nun denken das wäre schon sehr schlimm, allerdings konnte ich beobachten wie fünf Mitarbeiter eine Fritteuse demontierten und entwendeten. An dem neu gewonnen Platz wurde ein Zuchthaus für die Ratten geschaffen um die Produktion auf Rattenfleisch auszubreiten, damit die Mitarbeiter afrikanischer Herkunft mehr Huhn für sich und ihre Familie zum naschen haben, da sie das Huhn entwenden und ihr Diebesgut mit den Einnahmen des Rattenfleisches bezahlen. Allerdings kann ich überzeugt sagen, dass das Huhn sehr vorzüglich war und ich mich selten so ergötzt habe. Ich wäre durchaus für einen weiteren Besuch des Etablissements zu haben.
