Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

The classic American diner atmosphere can be felt and the food tastes good too.

Unfortunately, the employees are sometimes unfriendly and sometimes don't know how to count properly when you have ordered a bucket. My tip is to count everything on site (crispies, fillets, etc.). I won't come here anymore.

I had a different impression of this chain from 15 years ago. Was an experience. You can save yourself. Sticky tables, dirty toilets and the food was almost not ready.

NO RECOMMENDATION! HORRIBLE CHAOTIC BRANCH. I am beyond angry and disappointed with my first KFC visit! 👎 We placed an order that cost over €40 and in the bag that was handed to us there were only 2 burgers and a side dish - over half of them were missing! 😠 How can your employees not notice something like this when the bill is €40? BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR TO-GO ORDER ON SITE. When we pointed this out to the employees, it took forever to pack up everything that was missing. We had to take action ourselves and pay close attention, as the ladies at the checkout confused all possible orders and no longer seemed to have an overview. We couldn't even get help quickly based on our receipt, it just took forever. Not even a short apology (the bare minimum) was given at the end 😓 Because of how long it took, we had to eat our food almost entirely cold. It's a real shame because the food tastes great. I was particularly looking forward to the veggie burger, which also tasted good (probably better warm). I'm really angry and disappointed with this branch full of overwhelmed employees. THEN DEAR BURGER KING, THEY ALSO HAVE AWESOME CHICKEN BURGERS AND VERY GOOD VEGGIE ALTERNATIVES! Nevertheless, I will give another branch another chance.

Competent staff, quick food preparation

We always think it's delicious there and we're only there for the food. Depending on who is on duty/shift there, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Seriously! What is actually wrong with you? Which film is playing there? No joke last year we moved to the corner here, were in the mood for KFC, ordered on site and checked the bag when we left the store, Zack was missing something, went back into the store and got the rest of the items without complaining. You think okay, shit happens, nothing is going on in the store, but who knows? Maybe we were inconvenient and the Sandman was on the telly. Then we went back there at the end of the year, for once everything worked in the store! Now we're thinking today, put some money on Uber Eats, come on, let's have our food delivered. Even my dog, which I don't have, wouldn't want to eat what's served there now. 1. All of the food was initially cold, even though it arrived earlier than the delivery window stated. 2. First of all, 1 chicken bite was missing from the order and in general the breading was missing from pretty much every bite! 3. 4 burgers were included in the bundle, my wife ordered a Colonel Extra, it's cool that at least all 4 were delivered, it's just stupid that all of them were spicy. My wife doesn't like spicy food. And seriously, what kind of burgers were those? The zingers were still ok, but the other slapped together stuff with loads of cheese sauce on it and a hint of chicken??? You should be ashamed of giving your guests something like that to eat. If you don't have any respect for the food or don't want to work, then please find something else!

I'm a sucker for the spicy wings , been so for the past 20 years. Friendly , easy to order , fast and warm . A delight on weekends to indulge on a big bucket of spicy wings

Big overwhelmed store. 1 person in the team speaks German and that for everyone. Online orders overwhelm the employees and on-site orders are put aside. Paid for 1 milkshake in cash and the employee wanted to make it immediately. Instructions from the supervisor only place online orders. 15 minutes later nothing happened. I say what she's going to hit the ceiling. 2 minutes later I have the most amazing milkshake, chocolate with ice crystals, for just 5.6 euros (500ml). Simply incompetent and unbelievable

The food didn't look great, but surprisingly for Germany it was pretty good. The furniture was already outdated, but it was clean. It was not easy to find parking, we had to circle around. But at 21 there were few people in the hall, no queue. There is even a small children's corner.

Oho my favorite fast food Wallachia! My palate almost said goodbye to me when I inhaled my meal, but my greed didn't let me get that far! Translated, I destroyed hundreds of chickens! My shame is great, but the satisfaction is at least "Colonel times" greater. Anyone who has ever consumed the chicken giant knows about its unrivaled taste. The staff was chicken-worthy and opened the outer physical room divider for me and the anonymous persona. A remarkable service! The only downside was the stickiness of the dining area. An eagle owl probably blessed the top of the table beforehand.

My first time at KFC and well...not again anytime soon...Very expensive in terms of price and the food was more of a rollercoaster ride between very good and absolute rubbish. For example, the double burger was great, but the chili cheese fries were really bad. The breaded chicken pieces, which is what we're actually talking about, were ok so far. The food is mediocre, no outstanding quality. The fries are soggy, the burgers are dry, the chicken and breading taste bland. There are no dips with crispy chicken fillet strips, not even one, which is quite a disgrace. Either eat dry or pay extra. Service is okay, orders are processed quickly, which is probably due to the few guests. I ate at KFC twice and it stayed that way.

We were here in the evening around 9 p.m. We weren't the only ones, but it wasn't particularly crowded either. Nevertheless, we had to wait almost 25 minutes for our order. We only had two chicken mix and two burgers. After we asked, our order eventually came, but a burger was still missing. The staff was friendly, but the rest was less than satisfactory.

I just paid €40 at the store to pick up a few tasty little things for me and my wife to take home. When I get home I notice that my wrap is missing. I think that alone cost €7. I find that so cheeky. :(

First and last time KFC. Completely overpriced. Fries just a little over matchstick size. Relatively long waiting time. Competition is worlds better.

Food tastes good, especially when you're hungry, but more so when you make a stopover. It's just fast food. But in the long run it's way too expensive for me. Otherwise it's a nice shop!

For me the worst KFC in Berlin. The large chicken pieces were lukewarm, fatty, not crispy and anything but tasty!! I would also like to mention that KFC has gotten rid of the best thing, which is the spicy chicken parts. What a pity!!

Sorry, the pictures of the mega deal actually say it all, half cold fries in a rubber version or the leftovers? Size of the chicken wings including Mini Mini. Pictures with relevant information sent to KFC, no response to date!!! I wasn't used to that from KFC...

But now the only fast food chain has lost me. that I liked. Not that the price has risen from €19.99 to €26.49 in three years. OK inflation: BUT THAT I should pay extra for the BUTTER AND SALT for the 4 ears of corn I ordered for free? That has always been there so far. Not anymore today despite a request. I won't eat anymore!

I tried KFC for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The design of the store had a good common thread and was a change from well-known fast food stores. After ordering at the terminal, where I noticed the rather meager selection, the food came quickly. It was warm but not my cup of tea, the crispy chickens were covered in loads of breading and had a level of spiciness that was unsuitable for me. The fries were also a little strange in taste and consistency. There was a lot of choice for people like me who think carbonation in drinks is a disgrace, so I couldn't come up with a better choice than the classic still water. All in all, a rather disappointing visit in relation to the things mentioned above and the rather difficult parking situation, only a rating of 🌟🌟🌟⭐⭐ comes.

We were there yesterday Eat Friday May 3rd. We ordered food for 30 euros. The fries were cold. When I went back to change I found a little fat girl. She looks at me and you scream loudly ...what's going on yet.... I in a quiet voice her fries are cold. Then an employee came and brought me new ones. This woman she is evil with all people. I saw her. She asks her colleagues what is the problem with the customers and the customer and asks her so loudly that everyone can hear it. She doesn't seem to care about the restaurant. Check your takeaway food right there on site!!!!!! Tonight, April 26, 2024, ordered takeaway around 10:30 p.m. 1x 18 hot wings 1x 6 pieces Crispys 3x fries size. Approx. Paid €38 But no Crispys are given. The employees embezzled around €10. Fuck the money, I'm hungry

DANGER!!! PARK!!! Parking for a maximum of 1.1/2 hours otherwise it will be expensive. 30€ contractual penalty. KFC employee says on the phone; "Then that's it, 1.1/2 hours is enough" We went there with friends who had the same problem to get something to eat. Afterwards we decided to get a coffee and a cookie for ourselves. About 2 weeks later we received a letter saying that we had parked there for too long. Neither Parkdepot nor KFC agreed to find a solution. According to a statement from a ParkDepot employee, there should be a QR code on site with which you can extend parking and when I called KFC I was told we don't have anything like that. So we have decided not to eat there anymore and KFC will no longer see us there as a customer. Unfortunately, one of my burgers wasn't very warm when I ate it.

Even if you maybe wiped the tables again it wouldn't be so bad then you could eat there properly... But let's start with the first topic, friendliness. You order at the terminal or directly from the staff... As is often the case, the order was not complete or was packed incorrectly...then just said something and asked why that was the case since the branch is actually our "main branch"... The answer was cheeky and we can go somewhere else if we don't like something... I thought I did not hear right... But I really mean it... Well the rest is just KFC standard... However, after the saying, I wasn't there anymore and no longer interested!

A place from the dark corners of the 90s. Unmotivated staff meets lousy food in a coordinated atmosphere. I would prefer ANY Berlin kebab shop, yes ANY one.

The food was hot and tasty and served quickly. The parking space is limited, but enough for us. Access is currently only possible from one side due to a road construction site.

Then I thought KFC deserved a second chance, so my girlfriend and I went to the drive-thru on the weekend and then ate it at home. I expected anything, but never food poisoning. Guys, I'm not badmouthing any food in the world. Other people, for example, can't even afford something like that, so you should be grateful. But with this meal from KFC, please think twice. The chicken pieces from the bucket of 6 fit in the palm of my hand - all 6 of them together. So that was at most 100g of meat, unbelievable given the price. The hot wings had more breading and fat than meat. Never again! Unfortunately, the staff at the drive-in counter were very quiet and unclear. The only plus point, after cleaning the floor, the employee washed his hands before preparing the "food".

Never had crispies that were so dry and apparently old. Fries limp. When we spoke to the staff in a friendly manner, my colleague said that couldn't be the case, they would be kept warm all the time. Exactly my sense of humor. As if I said the food was cold. It just sat under the heat lamp for a long time. Apart from that, you deal with customers who are dissatisfied differently.

Bei Appetit auf leckeres Knusperhühnchenfleisch ist das eine super Adresse.

Preislich eher teuer, klar bekommt man nichts mehr umsonst, aber 40 € für ein paar Hühnchenteile, die noch nicht mal besonders schmecken, naja, muss man nicht haben. Das Personal gestresst, einige Sachen falsch zusammengestellt bzw. vergessen. Schade...
