Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

A bit dirty, but very good fried chicken.

I had a voucher for the drive-thru for €19.99 including two drinks, but I ended up having to pay €23.99 because the drinks supposedly cost extra. This wasn't mentioned on the voucher. I was told that the branch wasn't responsible for the voucher and that was the end of the matter.

Hello and welcome to my tweet. I love chicken and I'm disappointed that there are so few places that serve it. This Kentucky Fried Chicken is highly recommended; the staff is friendly and the service at the counter is incredibly fast. I've had to wait much longer at other fast-food chains. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. It's a shame you're so far away from me.

Ordering at the digital board is annoying. I just want to be able to tell the cashier what I want. The staff is often overwhelmed, which means long waits and the store is very messy.

We ordered at the drive-thru. Although we ordered cheese and bacon fries for an extra charge, we weren't given any fries at all.

We ordered our food, as we often do. Unfortunately, some items were missing today. After the driver asked me to call the restaurant, I spoke to a very dismissive shift manager who simply told me to complain to the delivery driver and then I would probably get my money back. Unfortunately, the woman wasn't open to any other solutions. Very poor shift manager.

Ordered a delivery and half of it was missing - both drinks missing, main meal missing, dips and sides either wrong or missing. The food was lukewarm and dripping in oil, far from fresh. The employee we spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. What a terrible experience - absolutely not worth the money.

The amount of food you get as you can see in the picture is really outrageous. For your information people, I. payed. 17,50€. for. that. The bucket is almost half full and nothing like in the picture. More package than food. Inflation or not this is a rip off in broad daylight. Seven fries in the entire bucket. I don’t think this is the workers fault, they seemed very nice. The reason for the decline of kfc customers is made very apparent through this encounter. Super unfortunate experience, since I did enjoy the past times I went. Wouldn’t be surprised if this ended in an uproar online and a big fat lawsuit. Food tastes good. Don’t recommended at all. I would also like to add very harsh criticism towards that forsaken kfc app, unnecessarily complicated, way too many steps in between just to order one single deal. Do better, folks.

There are nicer branches, but the food is good, just like everywhere else.

Actually, it's getting more and more scary. When will the first robot server arrive? Back in the day, it was a thing: you'd queue, choose from the menu, and at some point your "meal" would be ready.

I don't know why the mixture is not tasty, and also the chicken is dry, this KFC is not the same as the others. Something needs to be worked on in the kitchen to make it tastier.

I can't comment on the food, as I wasn't served. I'll be avoiding KFC for now, as this isn't the first time I've been left without service.

The fries were soft, the crust was soft, the outside door was stuck... I've seen much better KFCs. Better elsewhere.

Unfortunately, today was a disappointment. We waited almost 25 minutes for our order to be ready. Unfortunately, we also received the wrong dishes. Some of the fries were very dark. The staff were extremely stressed. Unfortunately, the dining area looked very dirty. It seems as if they are overwhelmed. Even when it's busy, you should exercise due diligence and keep everything in the shop clean.

Beware of fraud! Ordered through Wolt. Ordered for over €40, but only received one burger and two fries. Despite the missing items, no one wants to refund the money.

There's not much to say about the food, as it has consistently high quality. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly good. The waitress couldn't tell me how spicy the dishes I ordered were. Unfortunately, the service quality hasn't improved. They repeatedly packed the wrong takeaway food. We regularly check the bag, but in this case, they simply gave me the spicy version. My partner couldn't eat it. It's a shame that things like this aren't improved.

This restaurant was very clean, and the cashier was very quick. The food was also very fresh.

Absolutely terrible!!!! Burgers made without care!! Nobody understands what's going on when they complain! Mashed potatoes and gravy were tasteless! Burger buns cold. Cheese just slapped on. Waste of money!! It wasn't more than a try!!

I don't usually check my food before leaving the store. In this case, it would have been better... Instead of two ready-made mashed potatoes, I only got a thin layer of mashed potatoes, and underneath it was just powder. What a mess!!

Often enough, things are forgotten, and stomachaches are often enough. Hygiene-wise, a minus point. I've also noticed a sour smell at the counter several times, not appetizing!

Please don't go there. We waited half an hour for the food. Takeaways and delivery drivers were served before us. The food was cold and tasteless. The service staff was a complete disaster.

We needed a quick fix for dinner. The food was still okay. The dressing and dips, as well as the salad, were well chilled. Far too expensive, so to speak, completely overpriced, but delicious. A little tip: it makes more sense to use the individual coupons: €2 for 2 crispies, €2 for 3 hot wings, or €1.50 for a cheeseburger, in my opinion.

We arrived around 12:00 PM. The store was clean and empty. At least three employees were there. The food was delivered promptly. Everything was fine :)

Absolutely not recommended. You drive there specifically to order Zinger and you don't get it. It's available, but you can only order it online via UberEats. Absolutely no-go service. The kids ate it, and I watched.

Personally, I find it too expensive. I rarely eat there. It's just fast food. I only go there if my child wants it.

I never write reviews, but this time I have to. Unfortunately, we got cold fries, chicken strips, and a cold burger. The burgers weren't nearly as topping as they appeared on the posters or screens (see photo). It's a joke what you get for the price... very disappointed.

The fries were cold and limp. The burgers had lousy toppings. They wanted Pepsi. After we ordered and paid, we were told they only had iced tea left. €27 for horrible food.

I'm giving a negative review because the waiting time was excessively long when there was almost no one there. It's unacceptable, they took forever, 20 orders were placed in the meantime, and I received my order late with a 10 minute wait between each. There was even a child who arrived and was screaming his head off without any member of staff reacting, which was very unpleasant. The food was bland and depressing, we will definitely not be back (even though we are big fans of the KFC brand)

The food here is truly disgusting. Even 30 minutes after opening, the burgers are old, soggy, and dry, and the so-called bites are like rubber. No wonder, considering they come from a giant trough of pre-made parts. The generic 5-star reviews are also striking. They didn't even put any effort into them.

Treat customers like shit and yell at them. I've been here for years. The shift manager was of the opinion that I should wait 15 minutes and then tell me that I wouldn't get what I wanted because he didn't want to serve me.

I recently went to KFC and I have to say the food was really good overall. The chicken was crispy and juicy, just as expected. The spices were perfectly balanced and gave the meat a delicious note. However, the side dishes could be improved. They tasted a bit bland and weren't as appealing as the main course. Despite the side dishes, I would come back because the chicken was really convincing. Overall a good experience with room for improvement.

Sorry guys, 12 minutes ago I personally went to get my food and everything is just cold and disgusting. Who is supposed to eat that crap???? Aren't you ashamed? It went straight into the bin because I don't want to get food poisoning. There are guidelines for how long a citizen or other can lie down. Have you ever heard of this? As a regular customer of KFC in Czech Republic this was horrifying… the wings were so dry and cold, with those fries you can stab someone how old they were. Tbh the food was ready in like 2min so that was already alarming. We had a lot of food ordered so there was no way they could make it fresh. No ice in drink machine, hand dryers on the toilet didnt work, just bad. The worst kfc experience. Do better guys 🙄

You know the meal was bad when the drinks are the only highlight. I’ve never in my life felt so betrayed by the quality of the meal of a chain I trust like KFC. While I was eating it, I couldn’t believe how bad it was. The fries were tasting old and plastic like. The Zinger Burger was dry. We got new fries when I complained which were only better because they were warm and edible. The management should be fired for sure. What a shif show sorry for my French.

Be careful people! Always check your order. It didn't even happen to me that the food was missing. I would understand if an insert was missing. But they "forgot" to pack the main part of the order... Like a large burger or hot wings bucket... We only received side dishes. Treat yourself like a fraud in advance and check your pocket.

So when you read some of the reviews here, you start to wonder what's wrong with some people. I ate at the KFC branch several times and got what I expected. It's just a typical fast food branch. You can't expect a star restaurant there. So far I have always received the food I ordered whole and warm. The only thing I think is that the prices at KFC are a bit high. Otherwise, I haven't been able to complain so far. I cannot understand the reasons or terms some people use to express themselves negatively here. In my opinion, pre-orders by telephone, as someone wrote, for collection are not accepted directly at KFC. Through third-party providers such as Uber Eats for delivery. In this regard, an evaluation begins with “cheater” and symbolically points to employees who are still called liars. The author should probably first get to grips with the term fraudster better. Typical KFC, quality unfortunately depends on the day, sometimes you can taste that you only get the "leftovers" of old oil.

Unfortunately, this KFC branch didn't convince me at all. It was all in the toilet, not very clean and the staff was just doing the job they were supposed to do. This should include cleanliness at the tables, unfortunately none and the buckets were once a highlight, but no longer. A meager 3*.

Ordered at the drive-thru. One Crispy was missing from the 3 Crispys and the entire food was cold. This means that the “delicate melted cheese” on the burger doesn’t melt/soften at all.

Ordered for three people. A bucket, burger, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and coleslaw. Drinks were included with the shake. Unfortunately I had to pay over €80 for this quality. KFC is no longer what it used to be. I won't be visiting KFC again for the time being. Oh, what are these cheesebites supposed to be? This is disgusting!

The quality is sooooo bad that the food isn't even lukewarm. Fries were limp and the meat dried out. The drinks dispenser column is so dirty. Cola was non-carbonated and was like stale syrupy broth. You're afraid that you'll catch something. We complained about the food and asked for our money back. It was 45 euros, so I expected a little more. Not a word of apology for such poor management. Never again !!!

The food tastes good and the restaurant has a modern design. But the tables in the restaurant should be wiped down properly with clean water and then dried again with a towel.
