Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

You know the meal was bad when the drinks are the only highlight. I’ve never in my life felt so betrayed by the quality of the meal of a chain I trust like KFC. While I was eating it, I couldn’t believe how bad it was. The fries were tasting old and plastic like. The Zinger Burger was dry. We got new fries when I complained which were only better because they were warm and edible. The management should be fired for sure. What a shif show sorry for my French.

As a regular customer of KFC in Czech Republic this was horrifying… the wings were so dry and cold, with those fries you can stab someone how old they were. Tbh the food was ready in like 2min so that was already alarming. We had a lot of food ordered so there was no way they could make it fresh. No ice in drink machine, hand dryers on the toilet didnt work, just bad. The worst kfc experience. Do better guys 🙄

The food was horrible,the fries was like plastic I come from Norway to try cfc but i could mot be more disappointed,my friend got sick all the night,the bacon in the burger smells really bad The wings was bloody and moist,please be careful when u eat here check before eat,but its was disgusting🤮

Be careful people! Always check your order. It didn't even happen to me that the food was missing. I would understand if an insert was missing. But they "forgot" to pack the main part of the order... Like a large burger or hot wings bucket... We only received side dishes. Treat yourself like a fraud in advance and check your pocket.

So when you read some of the reviews here, you start to wonder what's wrong with some people. I ate at the KFC branch several times and got what I expected. It's just a typical fast food branch. You can't expect a star restaurant there. So far I have always received the food I ordered whole and warm. The only thing I think is that the prices at KFC are a bit high. Otherwise, I haven't been able to complain so far. I cannot understand the reasons or terms some people use to express themselves negatively here. In my opinion, pre-orders by telephone, as someone wrote, for collection are not accepted directly at KFC. Through third-party providers such as Uber Eats for delivery. In this regard, an evaluation begins with “cheater” and symbolically points to employees who are still called liars. The author should probably first get to grips with the term fraudster better. There seems to be a significant knowledge gap here. A factual assessment looks different. Chicken too small, potatoes cold was another contribution. I haven't seen any potatoes at KFC yet. Sure there are potato products like fries, but potatoes as a whole... nonsense. It is understandable that there are employees who speak little or insufficient German. I personally don't like it either, but it shouldn't really be a rarity in the catering sector these days. But a little English should definitely help in an emergency. In any case, I can't say anything negative about the branch. I have always received good service and got what I expected. I will eat there again too.

Typical KFC, quality unfortunately depends on the day, sometimes you can taste that you only get the "leftovers" of old oil.

Ordered at the drive-thru. One Crispy was missing from the 3 Crispys and the entire food was cold. This means that the “delicate melted cheese” on the burger doesn’t melt/soften at all.

Interior is like any fast food restaurant but the employees were after wiping tables and returning dishes. Unfortunately, the Crispy Burger totally disappointed us. That's a joke.

Ordered for three people. A bucket, burger, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and coleslaw. Drinks were included with the shake. Unfortunately I had to pay over €80 for this quality. KFC is no longer what it used to be. I won't be visiting KFC again for the time being. Oh, what are these cheesebites supposed to be? This is disgusting!

The quality is sooooo bad that the food isn't even lukewarm. Fries were limp and the meat dried out. The drinks dispenser column is so dirty. Cola was non-carbonated and was like stale syrupy broth. You're afraid that you'll catch something. We complained about the food and asked for our money back. It was 45 euros, so I expected a little more. Not a word of apology for such poor management. Never again !!!

The food tastes good and the restaurant has a modern design. But the tables in the restaurant should be wiped down properly with clean water and then dried again with a towel.

First time in the store and it was a complete disaster. The food was cold. I don't know how you can prepare a burger fresh and cold. The fries were also cold. Forgetting things again... I changed my rating today from 2 to 1 stars because they still can't manage to pay and I noticed when I got home that things were missing. The chicken in the burger was small. Potatoes were cold. One of the drinks machines was broken. There were many queues. The place was small. If you find another place, eat there. This KFC is worse than I expected.

Took forever, I'm just saying fast food. Chili cheese fries...sauce that you have to pour onto the fries yourself, too little sauce and an unnecessary amount of packaging waste. Too expensive, portions too small. Orange lemonade tastes like chlorine and is way too thick and too sweet because it comes out with too much syrup. When it comes to lemonade, only sparkling water comes out. Disgusting toilets, really nasty ones. 3.8 stars is a mystery to me. Well at least the taste of the original bites was good. We don't come here anymore.

The chicken parts were cold and dripping with fat and tasted rancid. The fries were also cold and limp. The drinks from the machine were the purest syrup, sweet and non-carbonated, apparently the machine was broken. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired, tables were dirty and the drinks machine was also very dirty.

The problem for me was finding a parking space or an entrance.

I always thought KFC was the "better" McDonald's. But I would be proven wrong. Unfortunately it was super bad. The food was only lukewarm, the fries were “old” and (what I found particularly bad) the kids menu was super salty and spicy. This shouldn't be for small children. We probably won't go there again.

There were seven of us and we were all more or less at KFC for the first time and wanted to know if it was really that good. Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. We really didn't like the food, whether it was burgers, nuggets or fries. Everything was overly seasoned and therefore inedible. The fries were soggy. And even the Pepsi was so bad that no one wanted to drink it. How can there be no carbon dioxide in it? There is really only one positive thing and that is that the meat was nice and tender, but of course the breading ruined it. If that's the case with all KFCs, then I don't understand how some people can eat it. Conclusion for us: We'd rather go to Mecces or BK... also unhealthy, but delicious.

Online order was not complete. Customer service zero. Unfriendly, rude employees. Mirinda (which I didn't even order) tastes disgusting (leaves an orange mark on the cup), and I paid extra for bacon cheese fries and got fries with a bit of fried onion, barely visible bacon and cheese. I'm super disappointed and just angry. The place was much better some time ago, but now it's just not nice there anymore. Never again.

We got takeaway food today. We opened the bag right in the car and started eating. The chicken parts are cold and dry. The mashed potatoes without sauce have definitely been packaged for too long. And the mashed potatoes with gravy floats. Order no. 341 The food counter didn't look inviting. The atmosphere was dirty.

I am beyond angry and disappointed with my first KFC visit! 👎 We placed an order that cost over €40 and in the bag that was handed to us there were only 2 burgers and a side dish - over half of them were missing! 😠 How can your employees not notice something like this when the bill is €40? BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR TO-GO ORDER ON SITE. When we pointed this out to the employees, it took forever to pack up everything that was missing. We had to take action ourselves and pay close attention, as the ladies at the checkout confused all possible orders and no longer seemed to have an overview. We couldn't even get help quickly based on our receipt, it just took forever. Not even a short apology (the bare minimum) was given at the end 😓 Because of how long it took, we had to eat our food almost entirely cold. It's a real shame because the food tastes great. I was particularly looking forward to the veggie burger, which also tasted good (probably better warm). I'm really angry and disappointed with this branch full of overwhelmed employees. THEN DEAR BURGER KING, THEY ALSO HAVE AWESOME CHICKEN BURGERS AND VERY GOOD VEGGIE ALTERNATIVES! Nevertheless, I will give another branch another chance.

Competent staff, quick food preparation

We always think it's delicious there and we're only there for the food. Depending on who is on duty/shift there, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

No joke last year we moved to the corner here, were in the mood for KFC, ordered on site and checked the bag when we left the store, Zack was missing something, went back into the store and got the rest of the items without complaining. You think okay, shit happens, nothing is going on in the store, but who knows? Maybe we were inconvenient and the Sandman was on the telly. Then we went back there at the end of the year, for once everything worked in the store! Now we're thinking today, put some money on Uber Eats, come on, let's have our food delivered. Even my dog, which I don't have, wouldn't want to eat what's served there now. 1. All of the food was initially cold, even though it arrived earlier than the delivery window stated. 2. First of all, 1 chicken bite was missing from the order and in general the breading was missing from pretty much every bite! 3. 4 burgers were included in the bundle, my wife ordered a Colonel Extra, it's cool that at least all 4 were delivered, it's just stupid that all of them were spicy. My wife doesn't like spicy food. And seriously, what kind of burgers were those? The zingers were still ok, but the other slapped together stuff with loads of cheese sauce on it and a hint of chicken??? You should be ashamed of giving your guests something like that to eat. If you don't have any respect for the food or don't want to work, then please find something else!

Big overwhelmed store. 1 person in the team speaks German and that for everyone. Online orders overwhelm the employees and on-site orders are put aside. Paid for 1 milkshake in cash and the employee wanted to make it immediately. Instructions from the supervisor only place online orders. 15 minutes later nothing happened. I say what she's going to hit the ceiling. 2 minutes later I have the most amazing milkshake, chocolate with ice crystals, for just 5.6 euros (500ml). Simply incompetent and unbelievable

The food didn't look great, but surprisingly for Germany it was pretty good. The furniture was already outdated, but it was clean. It was not easy to find parking, we had to circle around. But at 21 there were few people in the hall, no queue. There is even a small children's corner.

Oho my favorite fast food Wallachia! My palate almost said goodbye to me when I inhaled my meal, but my greed didn't let me get that far! Translated, I destroyed hundreds of chickens! My shame is great, but the satisfaction is at least "Colonel times" greater. Anyone who has ever consumed the chicken giant knows about its unrivaled taste. The staff was chicken-worthy and opened the outer physical room divider for me and the anonymous persona. A remarkable service! The only downside was the stickiness of the dining area. An eagle owl probably blessed the top of the table beforehand.

My first time at KFC and well...not again anytime soon...Very expensive in terms of price and the food was more of a rollercoaster ride between very good and absolute rubbish. The food is mediocre, no outstanding quality. The fries are soggy, the burgers are dry, the chicken and breading taste bland. There are no dips with crispy chicken fillet strips, not even one, which is quite a disgrace. Either eat dry or pay extra. Service is okay, orders are processed quickly, which is probably due to the few guests. I ate at KFC twice and it stayed that way.

We were here in the evening around 9 p.m. We weren't the only ones, but it wasn't particularly crowded either. Nevertheless, we had to wait almost 25 minutes for our order. We only had two chicken mix and two burgers. After we asked, our order eventually came, but a burger was still missing. The staff was friendly, but the rest was less than satisfactory.

Ordered hot wings from here which were super oily. Within 5 hours I got sick.

I just paid €40 at the store to pick up a few tasty little things for me and my wife to take home. When I get home I notice that my wrap is missing. I think that alone cost €7. I find that so cheeky. :(

Food tastes good, especially when you're hungry, but more so when you make a stopover. It's just fast food. But in the long run it's way too expensive for me. Otherwise it's a nice shop!
