RISA Chicken in Berlin

Food was good and cheap but prices raised and food is now wildly inconsistent. The people working there don’t care about their customers and are very unfriendly.

Food is quite okay however the place might not be safe for women!!!! If you are a woman you might get stared at which might make you feel uncomfortable. There was one group of men who kept staring, i called his behavior out, then they came to our table to further escalate and intimidate us. This happened even tho i was with my husband. Unfortunately this took me back right to my home country where i didn’t feel safe. Where men feel so entitled to stare at women. People keep saying yeah if you’re feeling this way just wear a head scarf or sit somewhere else or just ‘ignore’ it. These people and opinions are what’s wrong with our society. With this review is my naive attempt to warn women who are considering eating there.

We recently ordered B3 twice, it said with ketchup, Maio, Thini, there is none of it in it I ordered extra cheese for my burger and didn't pay anything!!! Food ice cold!! There were probably 3 hairs in there!! We threw €26 into the trash

Really loved the food and people

Another one bites the dust. I ordered - among other things - half a chicken. It came without a wing (?!), it was burnt, there was no special sauce or thumi, and the flatbread I ordered separately was also missing.

Good halal substitute for KFC and McDonald's. The grilled chicken is good and juicy, alot of other fast food options are also available. Overall good experience

The food is always great and maybe the chicken in Berlin and Brandenburg?! Unfortunately, the waiting times are very long and the staff seems a bit disorganized, but always friendly.

My old review was blocked here for “defamation”, and apparently that applies to some reviews here right now, as they seem to be trying to get the bad reviews deleted. This behavior is completely unacceptable. My rating was my subjective perception that the food was limp, the staff was unfriendly and the place was dirty when I ate there late at night.

Unfortunately, special lawyers are employed to suppress expression here and have bad reviews arbitrarily deleted. Some of my meat was pink and the proportion of breading was greater than the proportion of chicken. The spice is also non-existent or very neutral. Worst fast food restaurant in Berlin, if I could I would give zero stars. On the one hand, the atmosphere is super stressful and confusing. You didn't know where to line up, btw. should wait for food. Then we waited half an hour for our food and when it finally arrived it tasted like shit. The fries were unseasoned and the burger was also disgusting. It was just bread with chicken and cheap mayo. I didn't even eat half of everything. Was a complete waste of money. I also felt sick to death afterwards and had to puke at home. Bordering on bodily harm, more than just disappointing

Das Ambiente ist typisch schnelle Abfertigung. Das Personal vergisst erst bei der Bestellung die Hälfte einzutippen und dann die Speisen komplett zu richten. Dass Ketchup und Mayo auf den Tischen in Flaschen unbegrenzt zur Verfügung steht ist positiv. Das Essen schmeckt ganz ok.

I ordered takeaway here. The chicken wings and potatoes still retain their flavor. But the skin of the whole chicken was completely charred on the outside and had a bitter taste. The meat was dry and no longer tasty

The Jala burger was ok. The guy at the counter was extremely overwhelmed and the boy who had to serve the burger apparently was too. When Risa cost a few euros, the rest was manageable. Since Risa wants as much as other restaurants, I actually ask myself very clearly "why"?

Very disappointing visit, both JalaBurgers cold. Annoyed employee doesn't even say hello. Musicians are playing at full volume, every track either has a long pause then another song from YouTube at full volume, in between the unintelligible pick-up numbers are shouted through the loudspeakers, even louder than the music. Then there's another YouTube ad, then a tutorial, a minute-long pause and then the music at full volume... People go somewhere else! There are enough in the area. A number display instead of shouting the numbers incomprehensibly through the loudspeaker every minute would also be an option...

I used to love going here and today I was amazed at how much things have deteriorated. Incredibly long waiting time (of course, on Friday it can take longer, but over 30 minutes for a small chicken/fries order?). While the chicken used to be very seasoned and the sweet potato fries were delicious, today it was very tasteless. Increasing prices with a simultaneous loss of quality is therefore rather difficult. We shared the food and both had stomach aches shortly afterwards. The overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, even if at least the tables were wiped down from time to time. Conclusion: We used to enjoy being a guest, but today was the last time for us. Too bad.

It's disgusting that the health department hasn't closed the shop long ago, I can't understand it. Hygiene, none. The food is disgusting, the "restaurant" is dirty and filthy. The toilets are an imposition.

Waiting time and pure chaos We had to wait over 30 minutes (9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) for our food, which is definitely too long for a fast food restaurant. The food served seemed more like a bazaar than a normal restaurant - chaotic and disorganized. It was also way too loud in the restaurant, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Unfortunately, the staff could hardly speak German, which made communication difficult. Overall, our patience was really tested.

Ordered on Sunday evening and got food poisoning. My partner too. Was there last time.

Visited RISA again after a long time. What can I say, the quality has deteriorated significantly. No matter which part of chicken, it had hardly any taste and was very bland. The breading was sometimes more generous than the meat. But it mostly tasted like fat. It's also irritating that the meat was slightly pink, perhaps not yet cooked through? Luckily there are better shops.

CATASTROPHIC. The recent negative reviews are consistent with reality. We waited 30 minutes without being served. The waiters look at me badly, sneer, and make fun of you royally. 10 minutes waiting for the 6 Chilliwings from the station to be placed on my tray. The chicken was still pink! Doesn't work with chicken!!! The toilet seat is missing in the women's toilet... Conclusion: never again!

I'm a big fan of their lemon herb sauce rather than their chicken. Appreciate if they would give more extra sauce for me whenever i visit. Of course their grilled chicken is soft and tender as always. But more lemon herb sauce makes it complete and consumable for me.

Very good. Coleslaw, grilled corn, sweet potato fries, .... Hmm, a real treat. The “risa” sauce, which accompanies the grilled chicken, is killer. On the other hand, the hummus is not great. The background music a little too loud.

Their chicken is delicious and fresh. In fact, I think it might have been the crispiest, most delicious fried chicken I've ever eaten in my life. The prices can be said to be affordable. Risa chicken has amazing food but when I ordered 2 Fries for 8€ and 2 chicken nuggets for 7,80€I only got the chicken nuggets so I wasted 8€ for something I did not even get

Best place in Berlin for Fast Food. We had grilled chicken with rice and chicken wings and it is so delicious and mouth watering. Place is bit busy and you should have 30-40 minutes waiting time before your food. The only thing to improve is the order number system and they should have number display system.

Before they give to you for the B2 half chicken now they put many potatoes on top and less chicken that is not even the half. I eats two wings and the rest for 8€ , you have to thinking about it. Better go to another place

Terribly greasy fried chicken with no taste at all. The toilets were very dirty. Unfriendly staff. The restaurant is a very poor value for money. Bad food, bad service and dirty toilets.

Risa tastes delicious, but it is incredibly dirty and chaotic there. It's not a nice atmosphere, but you shouldn't expect it here either.

Mass processing – sure. The food is mediocre and the service, if you can call it that, is subpar. Once and never again.

Took 40 minutes to get two burgers. They were good burgers for fast food but not worth it in my opinion. I saw the place being full of delivery drivers that were waiting to grab their order to deliver. That resulted in a lot of delays including my delay of 40 minutes.

Being a muslim and a fast-foodie, I have quite the experience visiting Halal Chicken Restaurants and this one was one of the worst. Service was fast. The portions are big but the chicken was raw and pink on the inside. It was raw! I got a new one and a free chicken leg with it, but guess what: They were both raw too! I had a burger as well and that tasted bad. How can you make a tasteless burger? Never finished the meal out of fear of getting sick. Not recommending this place to anyone, even if it is Halal.
