I'm completely disgusted with the kitchen

Worst fast food restaurant in Berlin, if I could I would give zero stars. On the one hand, the atmosphere is super stressful and confusing. You didn't know where to line up, btw. should wait for food. Then we waited half an hour for our food and when it finally arrived it tasted like shit. The fries were unseasoned and the burger was also disgusting. It was just bread with chicken and cheap mayo. I didn't even eat half of everything. Was a complete waste of money. I also felt sick to death afterwards and had to puke at home. Bordering on bodily harm, more than just disappointing

Chicken was significantly under-seasoned for my taste and had a lot of breading. Good price considering the portions.

I ordered takeaway here. The chicken wings and potatoes still retain their flavor. But the skin of the whole chicken was completely charred on the outside and had a bitter taste. The meat was dry and no longer tasty

The Jala burger was ok. The guy at the counter was extremely overwhelmed and the boy who had to serve the burger apparently was too. When Risa cost a few euros, the rest was manageable. Since Risa wants as much as other restaurants, I actually ask myself very clearly "why"?

Very disappointing visit, both JalaBurgers cold. Annoyed employee doesn't even say hello. Musicians are playing at full volume, every track either has a long pause then another song from YouTube at full volume, in between the unintelligible pick-up numbers are shouted through the loudspeakers, even louder than the music. Then there's another YouTube ad, then a tutorial, a minute-long pause and then the music at full volume... People go somewhere else! There are enough in the area. A number display instead of shouting the numbers incomprehensibly through the loudspeaker every minute would also be an option...

I used to love going here and today I was amazed at how much things have deteriorated. Incredibly long waiting time (of course, on Friday it can take longer, but over 30 minutes for a small chicken/fries order?). While the chicken used to be very seasoned and the sweet potato fries were delicious, today it was very tasteless. Increasing prices with a simultaneous loss of quality is therefore rather difficult. We shared the food and both had stomach aches shortly afterwards. The overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, even if at least the tables were wiped down from time to time. Conclusion: We used to enjoy being a guest, but today was the last time for us. Too bad.

Chicken burger was raw inside had stomach cramps and stomach ache the next day. Never again Risa!!

It's disgusting that the health department hasn't closed the shop long ago, I can't understand it. Hygiene, none. The food is disgusting, the "restaurant" is dirty and filthy. The toilets are an imposition.

They completely forgot about our food and it took more than 30 minutes, they even asked 3 times where our food was... Don't you like making big meals? Then please remove the menu from the board ^^

Waiting time and pure chaos We had to wait over 30 minutes (9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) for our food, which is definitely too long for a fast food restaurant. The food served seemed more like a bazaar than a normal restaurant - chaotic and disorganized. It was also way too loud in the restaurant, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Unfortunately, the staff could hardly speak German, which made communication difficult. Overall, our patience was really tested.

Ordered on Sunday evening and got food poisoning. My partner too. Was there last time.

Visited RISA again after a long time. What can I say, the quality has deteriorated significantly. No matter which part of chicken, it had hardly any taste and was very bland. The breading was sometimes more generous than the meat. But it mostly tasted like fat. It's also irritating that the meat was slightly pink, perhaps not yet cooked through? Luckily there are better shops.

Worst management - probably the team is ripping off the management

I was there on September 18th, 2024 and the food wasn't as tasty as before. I was shocked by the quality. Additional items ordered that were not on the menu were not included in the bill by the cashier.

Unhygienic and dirty food. Worst service and unhygienic food. Food (chicken wings and Pommes) fell from the box and just picked it up and kept it in the box to serve. The guy doesn't wear hand gloves either. Waiting time said to 20 mins, but I waited for an hour.

Wonderful. Your own number is spoken loudly into a microphone and the music becomes quieter for a short time. Like at the fair!

CATASTROPHIC. The recent negative reviews are consistent with reality. We waited 30 minutes without being served. The waiters look at me badly, sneer, and make fun of you royally. One of them seemed to have taken a dislike to me and literally served the entire line + the people before and after us without ever preparing our order. I finally lost my patience and asked for a refund. Inadmissible.

10 minutes waiting for the 6 Chilliwings from the station to be placed on my tray. The chicken was still pink! Doesn't work with chicken!!! The toilet seat is missing in the women's toilet... Conclusion: never again!

Terrible atmosphere with loud music, outside there are bees in summer and inside is insufferable. Chicken tastes alright but it was undercooked, the inside was pink. Will never go back there.

The meat is completely red and when I asked people about it, they were extremely annoyed by it. They gave me new ones but the flesh of the new ones was also completely red. It is really dangerous for your health to eat there. The fries were good but unfortunately everything else was inedible. It's a shame that people are still extremely unfriendly

I'm a big fan of their lemon herb sauce rather than their chicken. Appreciate if they would give more extra sauce for me whenever i visit. Of course their grilled chicken is soft and tender as always. But more lemon herb sauce makes it complete and consumable for me.

I was there last night. The weirdo at the checkout was totally unfriendly. My chicken was raw. I got food poisoning and couldn't go to work today. Shouldn't be that hard to make chicken but some people just aren't capable of anything. Dirty shop!!!!

Very good. Coleslaw, grilled corn, sweet potato fries, .... Hmm, a real treat. The “risa” sauce, which accompanies the grilled chicken, is killer. On the other hand, the hummus is not great. The background music a little too loud.

Their chicken is delicious and fresh. In fact, I think it might have been the crispiest, most delicious fried chicken I've ever eaten in my life. The prices can be said to be affordable. The employees are diligent, but the wait for the food is quite long for a fast food chain. Would I come again, I think I would?

I always come to eat here but the send has a very bad smell I couldn't even eat, that was a bad experience in Risa and that wasn't the first time, I never want to come here again or steal or recommend.

Best place in Berlin for Fast Food. We had grilled chicken with rice and chicken wings and it is so delicious and mouth watering. Place is bit busy and you should have 30-40 minutes waiting time before your food. The only thing to improve is the order number system and they should have number display system.

Risa chicken has amazing food but when I ordered 2 Fries for 8€ and 2 chicken nuggets for 7,80€I only got the chicken nuggets so I wasted 8€ for something I did not even get

Service was indifferent, but the food was a timed disaster. Although very tasty, both my friend and I spent the day after in the bathroom. We both had grilled chicken with garlic sauce. Will keep some distance from this branch.

Before they give to you for the B2 half chicken now they put many potatoes on top and less chicken that is not even the half. I eats two wings and the rest for 8€ , you have to thinking about it. Better go to another place

Was there on Friday with a friend. There was music playing like in a club, it took an extremely long time for the food to be ready and my friend and I now have food poisoning. Sick since Sunday and lying in bed. You should do an inspection at least once a week.

Risa tastes delicious, but it is incredibly dirty and chaotic there. It's not a nice atmosphere, but you shouldn't expect it here either.

Took 40 minutes to get two burgers. They were good burgers for fast food but not worth it in my opinion. I saw the place being full of delivery drivers that were waiting to grab their order to deliver. That resulted in a lot of delays including my delay of 40 minutes.

Unfortunately, Risa Chicken is no longer what it used to be. The prices used to be good for the quality of food, but since the prices have increased significantly, it's no longer worth it to me to voluntarily get diarrhea for a lot of money. I'd rather eat somewhere else

Being a muslim and a fast-foodie, I have quite the experience visiting Halal Chicken Restaurants and this one was one of the worst. Service was fast. The portions are big but the chicken was raw and pink on the inside. It was raw! I got a new one and a free chicken leg with it, but guess what: They were both raw too! I had a burger as well and that tasted bad. How can you make a tasteless burger? Never finished the meal out of fear of getting sick. Not recommending this place to anyone, even if it is Halal.

I was eating there late yesterday afternoon. In the evening we were allowed to call an ambulance. Food poisoning, spoiled meat was the trigger. Not recommended to eat there. There is no hygiene there either....... other locations have exactly the same experiences from family members. ..... if I had known all this beforehand I wouldn't have gone there.......

Optimize your process. When you have the food ready and the people free, let them pack what is ready. Instead they standing there waiting for f knows what. Waiting 20 min for food that is there and ready and your people just standing there is ridiculous.

Service and ambience were pleasant, but the chicken was still raw inside. During my training as a restaurateur, I learned that the chicken should always be well done, otherwise diseases could be transmitted. After eating I also successfully blew off my toilet. The store was also quite unhygienic.

The fries were missing from the order from the delivery company. After a call I was assured that the fries would be sent straight away. After waiting an hour, I called again 20 times. Nobody answered. At some point I reached someone who first told me that the fries were on the way and when I insisted on having more details he told me that the food had not been sent and that I should get in touch with the delivery company . I have been a supporter of this place, attracted by its delicious offerings. But what I experienced with my last order shook my trust deeply. The chicken wings I received were, beneath their crispy breading, nothing more than a revelation of horror - spoiled, with a smell that alone was enough to make you run away. The disgusting taste still lingers in my mind, a memory I would like to erase immediately. It seems as if the wings were left to spoil for an unreasonably long time before they decided to bread them and serve them anyway. This indicates either gross negligence on the part of the supplier or the production chain. This level of ignorance, coupled with the seemingly blind pursuit of profit - without regard for health or respect for the customer - is completely unacceptable. For the prices charged, I expect impeccable quality and care. This was a blatant disregard for both principles. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their choice before ordering here next time.

Ordering from Risa is virtually impossible - tried several times (!). The announcement always stops at around 12 minutes. After an hour and a half to two hours we always had to cancel. The excuses so far have been “courier lost delivery” or “delivery was stolen”. Even support reports regular problems with Risa. Because they don't even respond when support calls the restaurant! So you can really save yourself that. Luckily there are a few chicken options in the area!

The food tastes good but you lose your appetite here... When people order online they are given priority and they have to wait 45 minutes for their order in the restaurant. Wolt drivers come in all the time and take bags of orders.

Chili wings tasted like old oil. Stale bread. Rotten meat. Just stay away if you still want to live and don't want to end up in the hospital with food poisoning. Very unfortunate

I love Risa chicken. FYI you don't go there for good service, but for tasty chicken. There are multiple options. All delicious.

Ordered 4 menus via Wolt, and in one case only one was delivered instead of 2 burgers. A burger was refunded when the complaint was made to Wolt, Helloo? The menu was incomplete and should have been fully refunded, my guest went home hungry after a day of fasting, this experience is priceless and the lack of empathy tops it off. It's not about the money, it's about how a dissatisfied customer is fobbed off.

The quality of the food worsened with time heavily. I remember when Risa opened and I was there all the time, unfortunately it doesn't taste the same and it's very low quality. At times chicken tastes like the meat started to rot or is very old. The place became very unhygienic over time as well. Really unfortunate.

Five of us ordered food at a certain time. Everything was cold, the dips were missing. The chilli wings weren't even a bit spicy and tasted just like the normal ones!! Bad!

I asked for bread, but the guy told me I needed to pay , 8 years I am ordering from this branch and never paid for bread.

After waiting for an hour, the order was cancelled. Wouldn’t recommend if you have any appreciation for your time.
