Good chicken, portion sizes are good. Only negative is the long wait at times.

The food itself was very tasty, BUT: the toilets are worse than in the train station and have ketchup and graffiti smeared everywhere!

I don't recommend this store. The chicken was ok, very spicy. Not my taste, but ok. The Jalla Burger was very bland and greasy.

The breading was great, but unfortunately the pieces were very greasy from frying. It would be better if the temperature was right. I like the fries and the fact that ketchup and mayo are served on the table. The service could be better in general.

Fries taste really bad and the chicken nuggets aren't tasty either, only with ketchup. The toilets weren't exactly clean either.

Ordered 4 menus via Wolt, and in one case only one was delivered instead of 2 burgers. A burger was refunded when the complaint was made to Wolt, Helloo? The menu was incomplete and my guest went home hungry after a day of fasting, thank you very much.

If you order your food to-go you have to wait a good 20 minutes because Wolt & Co. obviously have priority. Packing the rice in a cardboard box is certainly more environmentally friendly than Styrofoam boxes, but it has the disadvantage that the condensation at home and a soggy floor make the box so unstable that removing it from the plastic bag becomes a circus-like juggling act.

Almost everything perfect. There was a very nice atmosphere in the store, kind of a great party feeling. The only thing that was annoying was that my friend hadn't managed to finish the entire meal and asked if it could be packed and then my friend should pay an additional 1 euro. That doesn't work at all. Luckily, the boss saw this and then reprimanded his employee. So not all of the employees there are correct people, but the boss is a very nice and courteous person.

Sitting here for half an hour waiting for my b position take away, catastrophe here is pure chaos 20 want bags to pick up. Everything is working, but still there is no progress, I ended up waiting over an hour for my food. Addendum November 4th, 2024 tried to take action against my review on Google, saying it was allegedly not true. But unsuccessful, because unfortunately it was Addendum 19.1. 25 tried to delete my post on Google again. Reason: defamation. Such behavior is truly shameful.

Decent chicken, but failed to respond when trying to order delivery as listed on their website. Whatsapp and call, no answer, leaving us wondering if the order was even received. Very dissapointed with the service. EDIT: After having gone to eat here in person I am sad to say, like Turmstr, this RISA simply lacks the quality and service of their Sonnenallee store. Risa in Neukolln is infamous and with good reason as the chicken there is fantastic, however it seems the other stores simply can't maintain that same standard. 2nd Edit: It appears that I have had a claim made against this review for "Defamation"..... Would be nice if Google reviews could actually be honest and businesses didn't go complaining like a butthurt Karen wouldn't it?

To be honest, anyone who eats here has no taste, raw meat, unfriendly employees and such unhygienic work. It's a shame that I can only give you one star instead of 0!

Ordered here yesterday. The food arrived cold almost three hours later. No one could be reached by phone at the time. Update from January 2025: RISA has now taken action against this post twice. Once for libel and once for defamation. The last deletion request in October was rejected by Google and now I have to upload all the documents again that prove my experience. Seriously RISA: You simply didn't do a good job - and instead of a simple "Sorry, we've improved. We'd be happy if the 2-year-old review was removed. Thank you" you only get requests for deletion with reasons that are far-fetched . This shows me that I am completely right about no longer being a customer of yours.

Risa Chicken in Berlin is simply great! The food was super fresh and really tasty. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy at the same time, exactly how it should be. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere relaxed. Food is quite okay however the place might not be safe for women!!!! If you are a woman you might get stared at which might make you feel uncomfortable. There was one group of men who kept staring, i called his behavior out, then they came to our table to further escalate and intimidate us. This happened even tho i was with my husband. Unfortunately this took me back right to my home country where i didn’t feel safe. Where men feel so entitled to stare at women. Slow food. It's better and faster if you do it at home. Do not recommend. I had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 burgers, and the store was not full at all.

Another one bites the dust. I ordered - among other things - half a chicken. It came without a wing (?!), it was burnt, there was no special sauce or thumi, and the flatbread I ordered separately was also missing.

My old review was blocked here for “defamation”, and apparently that applies to some reviews here right now, as they seem to be trying to get the bad reviews deleted. This behavior is completely unacceptable. My rating was my subjective perception that the food was limp, the staff was unfriendly and the place was dirty when I ate there late at night.

The food is always great and maybe the chicken in Berlin and Brandenburg?! Unfortunately, the waiting times are very long and the staff seems a bit disorganized, but always friendly.

Worst fast food restaurant in Berlin, if I could I would give zero stars. On the one hand, the atmosphere is super stressful and confusing. You didn't know where to line up, btw. should wait for food. Then we waited half an hour for our food and when it finally arrived it tasted like shit. The fries were unseasoned and the burger was also disgusting. It was just bread with chicken and cheap mayo. I didn't even eat half of everything. Was a complete waste of money. I also felt sick to death afterwards and had to puke at home. Bordering on bodily harm, more than just disappointing

Das Ambiente ist typisch schnelle Abfertigung. Das Personal vergisst erst bei der Bestellung die Hälfte einzutippen und dann die Speisen komplett zu richten. Dass Ketchup und Mayo auf den Tischen in Flaschen unbegrenzt zur Verfügung steht ist positiv. Das Essen schmeckt ganz ok.

Very disappointing visit, both JalaBurgers cold. Annoyed employee doesn't even say hello. Musicians are playing at full volume, every track either has a long pause then another song from YouTube at full volume, in between the unintelligible pick-up numbers are shouted through the loudspeakers, even louder than the music. Then there's another YouTube ad, then a tutorial, a minute-long pause and then the music at full volume... People go somewhere else! There are enough in the area. A number display instead of shouting the numbers incomprehensibly through the loudspeaker every minute would also be an option...

I used to love going here and today I was amazed at how much things have deteriorated. Incredibly long waiting time (of course, on Friday it can take longer, but over 30 minutes for a small chicken/fries order?). While the chicken used to be very seasoned and the sweet potato fries were delicious, today it was very tasteless. Increasing prices with a simultaneous loss of quality is therefore rather difficult. We shared the food and both had stomach aches shortly afterwards. The overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, even if at least the tables were wiped down from time to time. Conclusion: We used to enjoy being a guest, but today was the last time for us. Too bad.

Waiting time and pure chaos We had to wait over 30 minutes (9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) for our food, which is definitely too long for a fast food restaurant. The food served seemed more like a bazaar than a normal restaurant - chaotic and disorganized. It was also way too loud in the restaurant, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Unfortunately, the staff could hardly speak German, which made communication difficult. Overall, our patience was really tested.

Visited RISA again after a long time. What can I say, the quality has deteriorated significantly. No matter which part of chicken, it had hardly any taste and was very bland. The breading was sometimes more generous than the meat. But it mostly tasted like fat. It's also irritating that the meat was slightly pink, perhaps not yet cooked through? Luckily there are better shops.
