28/11/2025 ; 18:33pm I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at this KFC location. After purchasing fried chicken, I discovered an actual **feather** still attached to the piece. This clearly shows a lack of proper cleaning and quality control. When I brought this to the attention of the shift lead, instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, he was extremely rude. He told me that the chicken “comes with feathers” and that he couldn’t do anything about it. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Offering another piece of chicken without addressing the hygiene issue or taking responsibility is not an acceptable solution. Food safety should be taken seriously, and customer concerns should be treated with respect. This experience has completely shaken my trust in this outlet. I’m sharing this so others are aware, and I will be taking this matter further through the proper channels.

Worst Experience at KFC Gesundbrunnen - Unacceptable Food Quality and Rudeness I'm writing this review to warn others about my horrible experience at KFC Gesundbrunnen. I ordered food and it arrived within 10-15 minutes, but that's where the good things ended. The chicken was not hot, and to my horror, I found feathers in my food. I was shocked and disgusted. Uncomfortable, staff are unfriendly and the food is terrible

The food was an absolute disaster. The fries were soggy and unseasoned. The cheese nuggets were dry, and the cheese sauce was so bad it felt like two slices of processed cheese had melted inside. I don't recommend it. Surely taking pictures and describing what was wrong should be enough to get them to change staff.

The two Zinger burgers we ordered were at least a day old, probably older. The bread was almost impossible to bite through, the meat was rock hard and rotten, and the lettuce was dried out like paper. Seriously?

Totally they serve as useless food

Everything is pretty cramped, and the tables haven't been cleaned for a while. There's no way to wash your hands, and unfortunately, there aren't even any wet wipes.

€9.28 for a small French fry and 6 really small pieces of chicken...horrible! I felt ripped off!

I didn't get the amount advertised. Even the hamburger was a joke. The fries were exactly the same, and I don't even want to talk about the Chicken Original Bites. KFC is more like what it used to be.

Not tasty had diarrhea afterwards at 5 pm

Two employees were quite unfriendly, they were like robots talking loudly without serving customers, they seemed to have little desire to work, they could be a little more helpful and smile more, it's free...👎🏻

The wait here is sometimes very long for fast food, but the food is okay. The fries were too salty today, and the naan burger bun is too big for the small chicken portion. It's half bread. Just normal KFC.

This KFC convinced me never to eat at KFC again.

We ordered two 6-bite meals and waited almost half an hour for the food, despite the originally stated 5 minutes. The bites were too salty and tasted only of salt and pepper. The breading was also different from the standard KFC breading. Never again!!!

Both of our chicken burgers were so salty that we couldn’t eat them. We already know that this is not healthy food but at least make them edible. It was a special offer, might be the reason.

Fast service but the store is not so clean

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my visit to KFC Gesundbrunnen. While eating I noticed that several pieces of chicken still had clearly visible feathers that had obviously been fried. Such a serious lack of quality is absolutely unacceptable and leaves a very unpleasant impression. This clearly speaks against the hygienic and quality standards that customers can rightly expect. I strongly recommend improving control in the kitchen to ensure something like this doesn't happen again. Until then, unfortunately, I can't recommend this location under any circumstances.

It's a food court style fastfood restaurant with a lot of foottraffic. You can't really expect too much atmosphere in these types of restaurant. Service is fast and friendly there is nothing to complain about it Chicken is great juicy and well seasoned. You might want to eat at the restaurant though KFC tends to get soggy quickly. If I take away I usually rebake it at home for a few min to crunch it up.

Once a year I crave KFC. But this time it will be the last time. First the positive (hence 2 points): the service is polite and it's quick. Now the criticism: the chicken pieces are incredibly fatty. That's just because of the breading. I had 2 different things, one was crispy, the other wasn't. But both tasted so greasy, I would almost say disgustingly fatty. By the way: the curry sauce was delicious. If you remove the breading, there will be very little chicken left. I won't stop thinking about KFC next year. Bye, farewell, I don't want to eat anything so greasy anymore.

I ate at Kentucky Fried Chicken for the first time. I had a citizen's menu. I found the flesh to be oversized compared to the rest of the citizen. The fries were ok. The selection of dips to go with it was strange, as was the selection of drinks. I didn't find the seating or the tables comfortable. It's no worse or better than Mcdonalds when it comes to food. However, I am extremely uncomfortable with this store and will probably never eat at this chain again.

Normally I rarely write negative or mediocre reviews and tend to highlight positive experiences, but today we were really annoyed. Have 3 items delivered via Lieferando, written specifically for ALL items, the restaurant would like to ensure COMPLETE, fresh and hot delivery and yet one item was completely missing (3 pieces of chicken for just under 10 Eu). WHAT is so difficult about reading the order and packing it accordingly??? The young man in the branch was very nice on the phone, but Lieferando doesn't even deliver, so one of us stayed hungry. However, the burger was tasty, the chicken box was fine.

I just ordered filet bites, corn on the cob and twice the Zinger Burger via Uber Eats. After I ate a few fillet bites etc, I wanted to eat one of the two burgers. I unpacked the burger and immediately saw that the bread was moldy. I immediately lost my appetite, so I threw away the rest of the food (almost all of it) because I was worried that there was something wrong with the rest. In the end I paid a lot of money, received spoiled goods and am still hungry! Please for solution

Yeah, why would we have the wet wipes to clean your hands in a place where you eat with your hands. Great. Love it. Nice staff, food good.

Ordering went quickly and well. The food was tasty, except the BBQ sauce was inedible. The tables were very dirty, benches and chairs were full of grease. You had to walk on a carpet of grease, oil and chips. My brand new Jordan's are dirty because of them. I would have to point out twice that I couldn't sit down because of the dirt.

So the food was no longer what it used to be at Ketucky Point 1. Way too expensive for chicken 2. the food is no longer hot when it is served! Drinks vending machines unkempt and not maintained, often missing brands. Meni Conclusion I turn my back on Kentucky Fried Chicken and do it myself. I regularly got hot wings here. Typically an 18 bucket. Each time 1-2 wings were missing. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything here, but it's very strange when something is missing every time. Last week I was there for the last time. Unfortunately, I didn't feel well at all after eating. It's a shame, I really enjoyed the food here.

I've been waiting almost 20 minutes because of Filet Bites. Too few employees in the branch, too many customers in the store. The kicker is the blackmail at the counter: Anyone who gives us a good review in the store gets 3 chicken wings for free. Cool now chicken wings are being fried for free distribution instead of making customer orders. Never again KFC so it has nothing to do with fast food. I even feel sorry for the employees but that's not possible!!!!

After eating 4 Crispy's, 2 people vomited all day and night, never there again! The Crispy's were visually very different from the Hotwings, now we know why! 1 day in Berlin lost thanks to KFC!

Das Essen war nicht nur ecklig sondern echt wiederlig. Viel zu viel Salz. Ungenießbar und einfach nur ecklig.

Mismo sabor de kfc mundial, sin embargo la ensalada de coleslaw estaba muy buena, es una opción rápida y conocida, esta en la planta baja del centro comercial.

Naja nicht zu empfehlen: Crispys und Pommes waren in diesen Laden ganz schön fettig und pappig.

Honestly, worst KFC I've been to. The place is extremely dirty, the server/cashier wasn't nice and the food wasn't the usual KFC standard.. The crispy chicken felt soggy? Like it was kept warm for quite a while after being cooked.. For sure won't be coming back here.

Kalte, fettige und bestimmt ewig in der Auslage liegende Chicken-Teile für viel Geld gekauft. Ein Geheimrezept wie man so eine weltweite Kette vertreten kann ✌🏽. Sehr enttäuschend! Kein Wunder das alle in Berlin Risa-Chicken feiern. Mit so einer schwachen Konkurrenz, die von einem großen Namen lebt, diesem aber sehr schadet.

KFC ist schon okay und lecker. Aber der Laden ist ziemlich siffig, ich bin mit dem Arm am Tisch kleben geblieben. Da hilft auch der Bestechungsversuch am Tresen nicht, dass man für eine Bewertung vor Ort 3 Hot Wings gratis bekommt!

The first time I was surprised by black and cold potatoes and the second time I did not have enough burger, I paid for four and when I went home it turns out that there are three, plus the prices are high, it seems that the owners just exploit the brand. Leckeres Essen und immer freundliches Personal :)

Lieferung - bestellt war ein "Bucket of Fries", also "ein Eimer voll Pommes", geliefert wurden aber lediglich zweimal kleine Pommes, die zudem noch eiskalt waren. Und die Crispys waren ebenfalls nicht mehr als ein schlechter Witz, so dünn waren sie teilweise geschnitten, aber natürlich lagen diese dann auch unten in der Verpackung, und oben drauf die einzigen beiden in normaler Größe - als sollte einem das nicht auffallen. Spart Sie sich echt die Mühe, meine Intelligenz mit solch schlechten Manövern diskreditieren zu wollen! Die Fotos dokumentieren ja das Ganze, zum Glück habe ich die geistesgegenwärtig noch angefertigt, bevor ich das alles aufgrund extremen Hungers essen musste, denn zum Glück kann man direkt in der Liefer-App reklamieren und bekommt ohne große leidige Diskussionen sofort eine Gutschrift (in diesem Fall eine für die falsch gelieferten Pommes). Also auf den Fahrer lasse ich nix kommen, der hat seine Pflichten erfüllt, aber der Laden da geht gar nicht. Das war es dann mit "finger licking good"!

Sehr viel Trubel, aber ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Jedes Mal wenn ich hier essen war, waren die Wings hot, die Cola kalt und die Pommes cross :D

Nach vielen Jahren wieder einmal besucht! Entäuschung: in der Filiale sehr viel Lärm und noch mehr Lärm aus dem Servicebereich. Lieblose Präsentation und das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung ist Richtung Preis verschoben. Ähnlichkeiten mit anderer Systemgastronomie vorhanden, jedoch das Gesamtangebot ist schmal. Fazit: KFC WIRD NICHT UNSER FAVORIT. Zum Abschluß Hygiene läßt sich an Toiletten prüfen, leider auch durchgefallen. Wir sind keine Miesepeters aber KFC muß besser werden. 22.7.23 Berlin Pankow.

Gar nicht zu empfehlen. Fried Chicken war fettig und kalt. Gewürze nicht wie früher. Freundlichkeit und Zufriedenheit von Kunden muss nr. 1 sein und vor allem wichtig. 2 Mitarbeiterinnen waren unfreundlich wenn ich die Preise fotografieren wollte und auf map bewerten. Die Ausrede ist Datenschutz. Das habe ich nirgendwo in Restaurants heutzutage erlebt.

Ich kaufte Essen für 50 Euro, sie berechneten mir keine 30 Euro, die Hälfte des Essens wurde vergessen.

Dreckige, fettige Tische und Bänke! Trotz Nachfrage am Tresen tut sich nichts. Danach Tablettwagen quillt mit Müll über, auch das stört keinen, man lässt sein Tablett wie andere deshalb auf den Tisch daneben.

Ich finde immer nach basektball ist kfc das beste was man machen kann simple und gut Aber 5 euro menu auf 6 mit nur ein Bürger hat verckackt trz.

Mein Burger war kalt. Der Veggiewrap war KEIN veggie, als ich den Mitarbeiter darauf hinwies, sagte er erst, es ist veggie und dann hat er selbst nach aufrollen des wrap‘s gesehen, dass es kein veggie Fleisch war. Es kam nicht mal in „tut mir leid“ sondern nur ein genervter Blick und ein neuer wrap. Fazit: nicht nochmal.

Ich kenne bessere Filialen, diese ist nicht zu empfehlen, man muss immer lange warten, weil diverse Sachen erst zubereitet werden müssen und dann ist es nicht so wie man es kennt, Hatte vor kurzem noch ziemlich rohe Wings und Chickenteile.

Das Essen hat mir, wie so oft bei KFC sehr gut geschmeckt. An diesem Tag war leider die Getränkeanlage kaputt und es gab nur Wasser. Für mich trotzdem volle Punktzahl. Aber beim Service habe ich einen Punkt abgezogen, weil ich mir mehr entgegenkommen gewünscht hätte. Soetwas wie eine kleine Pommes gratis, ein Gutschein oder eine andere Ersatzleistung. Natürlich geht es hierbei um ein Luxusproblem, denn Wasser war ja da. Wenn ich aber mal Fastfood esse, dann will ich ein Softgetränk. Leider wurde mir auch erst an der Kasse bescheid gesagt. Warum Abzug beim Ambiente: Die Sauberkeit: Ja ich befinde mich in einem großen Center und ja es handelt sich um ein Fastfoodrestaurant, aber ich finde dann sollte erst recht auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Kein einziger freier Tisch sah abgewischt aus und meine Schuhe klebten. Wofür den meisten Abzug: Ich weiß nicht ob es sich um den Besitzer handelte oder einem Handwerker aber beim Essen wurde hinter meinem Rücken mit einem Maßband gemessen, Fotos gemacht (ich hoffe nicht persönlich von mir) und die Personen kamen mir dadurch sehr nahe und lagen (übertrieben) mit dem Gesicht quasi auf meinem Burger. Dies ist ja nun hoffentlich ein einmaliges Erlebnis, nur das Ambiente wurde dadurch extem stark beeinträchtigt.

Bestellung am Automaten unverständlich hoch drei, Tische sind nicht abgeräumt, geschweige denn, mal gewischt, einziger Sitzplatz neben dem Müllturm, Ketchup, Majo wurde vergessen, gibt es auch nicht nach ..., es gibt definitiv Besseres

Leider Punktabzug weil nicht regelmäßig die Tische gesäubert werden und die Wagen bei der Geschirrabgabe oft überfüllt sind und auch daneben gefallenes einfach liegen bleibt.

Das Essen ist, wie eigentlich immer bei KFC sehr lecker! Und in der Regel klappt das ja auch mit den Bestellungen ... zumindest, wenn man sie am Automaten macht .... direkt am Schalter ist das Bestellen leider nicht so leicht ... meist versteht der/die Angestellte einen auch nach mehreren Versuchen nicht. Das Ambiente ist eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Es gibt nicht viele Sitzgelegenheiten und da sich das KFC in einem Einkaufszentrum liegt, ist natürlich immer sehr viel Betrieb und es herrscht eine ständige, sehr laute Geräuschkulisse. Daher das Essen am Besten mit nach Hause nehmen und dort ganz in Ruhe das Essen genießen!

Terrible! I wanted a light lunch so I ordered the snack box. The flavor of the chicken is still as good as I remembered, but I got the smallest, saddest shrivelled little pieces of chicken ever, and a tiny half-full bag of fries. Plus I had to go back and pay extra for ketchup! At 3,99 EUR plus 0,40 for ketchup that is an absolute rip-off. I hope the larger buckets of chicken are better quality and value for the money.
