Very tasty burger. The wrap was also very good, hot and fresh, just as it should be.

Service was fast. The atmosphere was always cleaned quickly. The two chicken burgers were good, the fries were okay, and the drink for €14.60 was a bit pricey.

Hands down the best fast food in the area. The chicken is so juicy and seasoned well, the fries are fresh and crispy and it always comes piping hot.

The price rises again this June 2025, I don't really understand what's the reason this time. Now it's almost doubled compared to the first time I had it four or five years ago, and the portion is shrinking, many times no Chicken Kross... This restaurant is dying, I think I won't visit again in a very long time

I only go to the store with the blue logo. We were there at 11 p.m. The chicken was served within 2 minutes, stacked with other chicken. No wonder it was completely dry. It was also very small and seemed to have been pressed (see other photos). No comparison to the other stores starting with C on Torstraße. Unfortunately, very disappointing.

[My experience refers to my visit on June 7, 2025, between 1:15 PM and 2:30 PM with my brother, eating there.] It was my first visit, and I tried the B3 (RISA A Burger "L", 2 crispy fillets & small fries) and the JALLA Burger "L" individually. Both burgers were delicious, although the JALLA Burger is my clear favorite, as it's topped with delicious jalapenos and cheese. The crispy fillets and fries were also delicious, although I must note that a larger selection of sauces for burgers would perhaps offer a wider range of sauces, such as chili, Joppie, or Samurai sauce, but this is fine! Good value for money! Ordering was very straightforward, and picking up after calling the order number was also straightforward. I found it commendable that they don't skimp on staff, allowing many individuals to focus on their work, both behind the counter and on the counter. Unfortunately, many customers overlook this detail. The relationship between the manager/team leader and the employees seemed relatively good. I called this morning to ask if they had a prayer room so I could plan my onward journey accordingly, taking my prayer time into account. They have a separate prayer room, which I really appreciate, as it's difficult to find a mosque/prayer room, especially in inner-city areas like Berlin. The prayer room itself offers enough space for approximately 6-8 people, although I must say that it does have a slightly strange smell (probably due to the lack of ventilation). Definitely not mold or anything like that, but perhaps you could put a little air freshener or something in the room; everyone experiences it differently, of course. [In case other business owners read my comment regarding the prayer room: The praying visitors are very grateful for even a small corner, it doesn't have to be a big one :-)] Before leaving the store, I asked the friendly, personable security guard whether all branches had a prayer room. He said that only here and the "Sonnenallee" branch had one. Thanks also to this guard, and I commend him for his friendly demeanor and helpfulness with my questions :-) Despite the 5-star rating, I only want to address one thing (from a personal perspective): I think it's great that halal products are offered here, which is what draws me to the store, but it bothers me (as it probably does many other brothers and sisters) that they sell C*c* Cola products, which have been on the boycott list for a long time. There are alternatives that aren't necessarily worse. Of course, it's a matter of opinion, and everyone can decide for themselves, but many halal stores have been offering alternative brands for a long time. My brother and my father visited this store two years ago and have been saying ever since that we have to go there. Hi I was Today Risa near Zoo I order chicken wings with fries it's too much bad quality but I eat because I pay after I eat 3 hour later I was arund 6 time toilet 🚻 I feel it's use very long time oil dirty when I feel more bad I go tonight doctor or tomorrow please be careful when you eat.

I don't recommend this experience. The food was overpriced and not very tasty. The staff were also very rude and seemed very stressed. The atmosphere wasn't very inviting either. Scaffolding in front of the entrance and dilapidated tables and seats. 2 stars from me!

The chili wings taste good, but unfortunately, they're sometimes raw on the inside; this needs to be improved urgently! The burgers are really strong, especially the Jalla Burger is my favorite: well-seasoned, nice and spicy, and simply delicious. The crispy fillets are usually cooked well and taste great, but the breading is often too thick and hard. The pickles are unfortunately often far too salty, barely edible. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, are great: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and very tasty. The thumi (garlic paste) is unfortunately too dry; City Chicken Nahs's is much better. Ketchup and mayo are available free of charge on the tables, which is good, but the bottles are unfortunately often smeared with greasy hands and residue from previous customers. This seems unhygienic and should be cleaned regularly. One wish: to replace Coca-Cola products with alternatives such as Fritz-Kola. Conscious consumption is important, especially if you value Halal.

So long waiting time and bad service

Ordered the Chicken kross with 3 pieces and barely got any food. Requested the thighs and got no thighs. The 3rd "piece" of chicken was just a blob of coating with no meat in it. The fries were dry and stale. Will never order from here again - it's not worth throwing money away.

It is Halal, that's why I went there, chicken wings were awesome but chicken strips were cold. Portion is good. serving guys are bit unprofessional, they are not serving people or checking what they are serving, the food is ready but they are not giving over, that makes things colder.

I have visited this branch many times but I had a bad experience on Friday evening. The cashier behaved unfriendly. Nevertheless, I took the food with me and ate it at home. I found a lot of broken bones in the food. In addition, the meat still had blood in some places and was not cooked properly. The next day I had severe stomach pain and chills. I stayed at home all day and couldn't go out. In the future, please make sure that the meat is cooked properly.

Hello, I ate at Risa today and ordered a meal for 50 euros. I went up front to take my order and asked for bread. The employee was really rude and told me to pay 1 euro for the bread. I can't understand how people can work in a restaurant like that. I don't recommend it at all. Thank you!

We are here since last 5/6 years. Today’s experience was mixed as we ordered half chicken 🐓 and that was as usual. Also 9 pieces of chicken wings that was terrible 😞, wings 🪽 was so salty that we just threw 5/6 pieces into the trash.

The quality has declined dramatically. I remember in 2017 and 2018, I used to eat here almost three times a week, but today, the food doesn't taste good at all. The grilled chicken is almost always served cold, the staff is unfriendly, and the music is very loud. It's just an awful experience—I won’t be coming back!

It is my favorite place in Berlin for Halal Chicken Burger. Try to come in the afternoon rather than in the evening, then the chicken and burgers are more fresh. I love Risa Zoologicher atmosphere so much. Recommended! A3+ Halfchicken always :) Just I wish they change Cola to some other drinks

Just a quick warning for those who post reviews, all under 4 star reviews will be removed via the legal Google endorsement process. The place isn't that bad, just subpar and a definitely more mundane alternative to KFC, which is just a few steps away. Such marketing tactics are at best malicious and show a lack of trust in one's product. The products used to be significantly cheaper than the competition, but that has changed. The real rating should be in the 2.5/5 range. Disappointing, but that fits the Arabic management style, quite dodgy.

They had a guy calling numbers whom when I asked for bread got angry and started yelling at me. His German was a disaster just like his existence. I couldn't make sense out of it. When I asked him if he is okay, he literally wanted a fist fight. Terrible service and the food isn't great either, found a hair in my chicken. Honestly not the best halal place to go even if you want to eat fast food, please go somewhere else. You can find so many halal places in Berlin nowadays

Maybe we were just unlucky with the kitchen that day, but all in all the experience was not only "a bit bad" but such that we wouldn't eat there again. The fries tasted bad and were too greasy, the crispies had little flavor/spices. You probably would have had to order a dip or something with it, but that costs extra. Only ketchup and mayo are available here for free, but not hygienically from a dispenser, but from supermarket squeeze bottles that have already passed through a hundred hands. The packaged coleslaw was still the highlight, but it wasn't prepared on site either...

The worst Risa Chicken branch in Berlin! The chicken here is often still pink, raw on the inside while burned on the outside. There is often no rice and the employees start cleaning two hours before the end of the day. Between customers, the guy sprays glass cleaner on the tables where people are still eating next door. The chicken shop absolutely convinced me. The quality of the chicken is outstanding - it is tender, juicy and wonderfully seasoned. The menu offers a good selection of dishes ranging from classic chicken sandwiches to hearty chicken wings. The crispy breading is particularly noteworthy.
