Risa Chicken in Berlin

It's cheap, but we got food poisoning and everything is filthy! I asked for the bathroom keys to change my daughter's diaper, but I didn't get them. The service is terrible.

I wasn't impressed with this place. While the service was very quick, the food wasn't great. The rice was cold and the chicken very dry. Perhaps they should keep the chicken on the grill and the rice in a pot. Maybe there weren't enough people in the restaurant, even though it was lunchtime. The music also took some getting used to – just Arabic wailing. It would have been better if it had been pop music, which was very annoying, especially since it was played so loudly. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it.

Quality of food is aligned with price (which is relatively low here). My burger was good size, but unfortunately almost cold. Nuggets and pommes were more delicious. Serving was fast. Reasons for my low review: -kitchen staff were not wearing gloves -vent system should be much improved (my all cloths smell reminded me about Risa food for many days after eating there😬)

It's okay if you're in the mood for chicken. The crispy fillets and crispy chicken we ordered were tasty, juicy inside and out, with a crispy fried coating. Overall, no big surprises, very similar to the chicken from a large three-letter US chain. It's fine if you're in the area and craving fried chicken.

I ordered half a chicken. The chicken was old and dried out. It was outrageous...

The staff are friendly, the food came super quickly even though it was quite busy, and the place was reasonably clean. What initially put me off were the ketchup and mayo dispensers from Edeka. But the reason for the poor review is the food itself. I ordered a burger with fillets and fries. The fries tasted of old oil, the fillets were still far too light from the breading and not fully cooked, but the burger was the worst. The burger was topped with lettuce leaves that were already brown, the bun fell apart on its own, the chicken pieces had gristle in them, and after eating it, I felt really sick. Not recommended.

Dear Risa employees, the music is a bit loud. It's hard to hear your colleagues.

We were more than pleasantly surprised. The taste was top-notch. The chicken was the most impressive. Fresh, hot, and deliciously seasoned. Fast service. The fried items were a bit lukewarm, but still delicious.

Delicious food but so crowded at different times of the day and night. If Riss than I would only take away. The Grilled Chicken is very good.

I tried Risa Chicken and really enjoyed it. The chicken was crispy, tasty, and the portions were big for the price. It does get crowded sometimes, but the service was quick. A good place for a casual meal or a late-night bite.

Since beech charcoal is no longer used for grilling, the delicious grilled flavor has disappeared! Truly sad.

It was the first RISA that came to Germany and it's charming, it's eaten beautifully - pretty and cheap... You have the three B's.

I had crispy fillets that weren't cooked all the way through and definitely lacked seasoning; they were flavorless. I don't need spicy food, but salt would have been nice. At least the fries were hot, but the Coke was lukewarm. I waited forever, with three men behind the counter who would rather stand around than prepare food. I'm not going there anymore.

Tastes great but the fries sometimes taste like disinfectant or something... we like eating here but this has happened way too often.

The prices are not as cheap as before and the staff are extremely rude and unfriendly.

I've visited this branch often, but on Friday evening I had a bad experience. The cashier was unfriendly. The meal I received tasted okay, but I felt the meat wasn't fully cooked and there were several small pieces of bone in it. The next day, I personally developed a fever, diarrhea, and felt unwell. For me, it was a very unpleasant experience. I hope that in the future, more attention will be paid to the quality and thorough preparation of the food.

That was the tastiest crispy sandwich I've had in Germany so far! Truly amazing – great quality for the price. The sandwich was large, and there's mayonnaise and ketchup on every table. I really hope you'll open a branch in Düsseldorf and other cities soon. :)

I have been visiting this Risa chicken few times a month for dinner with a friend. Excellent and fast customer service and everyone is very friendly. Also, the food was read in 5 minutes and the best Risa chicken I have been too.

Tasty chicken crisp and Friendly stuff . Warning : be aware of Peak Parkers around crowded area specially when your tourist. I was Dining with my friend, yesterday, enjoying our food all of a sudden they were a man seat behind us acting like a tourist ,while trying to reach out my friend wallet from the back .thank God we noticed immediately,then he started to stand up with another guy, smiling at us, and walk the stairs down and disappeared. However, we are dining at Risa often .not just because they have a best chicken grill in town but also has a good price Compare quality and it was the first time he experienced such a thing like that.

The flavor of the chicken was amazing. The secret sauce they put on the whole chicken was so good we went and asked for more. It was tender and juicy. The garlic sauce it comes with is delicious, not overly garlic but adds a great tang and is smooth and creamy to spread. Definitely will go back. It had a very large and clean seating area that was actively bussed. Everyone working was very nice.

I always order half a chicken at Risa. It's incredibly tender and wonderfully seasoned. It's a healthy fast-food alternative, and at Risa, your order is ready in seconds. The staff are very generous—you often get more than you expect, along with free, delicious, homemade sauces. The environment is clean, and the staff are very friendly. The only issue, in my opinion, is the plastic cutlery—it's not good quality and breaks very easily 😆. Otherwise, everything is amazing!

Halal & NOT a kebab or Turkish food which is hard to find as a visitor to Berlin. Gets the job done. Probably slightly pricey for what it is, but the grilled chicken with toum was brilliant. The burger & wrap were average. I'm Lebanese so I understand what cuisine the shop is going for, wish we had this chain available in England.

Risa used to be the best. I just had wings there and the meat smells so bad. Also there is something wrong in the Garlic sauce i couldn’t determine what it is. I have always liked Risa but never again.

I only go to the store with the blue logo. We were there at 11 p.m. The chicken was served within 2 minutes, stacked with other chicken. No wonder it was completely dry. [My experience refers to my visit on June 7, 2025, between 1:15 PM and 2:30 PM with my brother, eating there.] It was my first visit, and I tried the B3 (RISA A Burger "L", 2 crispy fillets & small fries) and the JALLA Burger "L" individually. Both burgers were delicious, although the JALLA Burger is my clear favorite, as it's topped with delicious jalapenos and cheese. The crispy fillets and fries were also delicious, although I must note that a larger selection of sauces for burgers would perhaps offer a wider range of sauces, such as chili, Joppie, or Samurai sauce, but this is fine! Good value for money! Ordering was very straightforward, and picking up after calling the order number was also straightforward. I found it commendable that they don't skimp on staff, allowing many individuals to focus on their work, both behind the counter and on the counter. Unfortunately, many customers overlook this detail. The relationship between the manager/team leader and the employees seemed relatively good. I called this morning to ask if they had a prayer room so I could plan my onward journey accordingly, taking my prayer time into account. He said that only here and the "Sonnenallee" branch had one. Thanks also to this guard, and I commend him for his friendly demeanor and helpfulness with my questions :-) Despite the 5-star rating, I only want to address one thing (from a personal perspective): I think it's great that halal products are offered here, which is what draws me to the store, but it bothers me (as it probably does many other brothers and sisters) that they sell C*c* Cola products, which have been on the boycott list for a long time. There are alternatives that aren't necessarily worse. Of course, it's a matter of opinion, and everyone can decide for themselves, but many halal stores have been offering alternative brands for a long time. My brother and my father visited this store two years ago and have been saying ever since that we have to go there. Hi I was Today Risa near Zoo I order chicken wings with fries it's too much bad quality but I eat because I pay after I eat 3 hour later I was arund 6 time toilet 🚻 I feel it's use very long time oil dirty when I feel more bad I go tonight doctor or tomorrow please be careful when you eat.

The chili wings taste good, but unfortunately, they're sometimes raw on the inside; this needs to be improved urgently! The burgers are really strong, especially the Jalla Burger is my favorite: well-seasoned, nice and spicy, and simply delicious. The crispy fillets are usually cooked well and taste great, but the breading is often too thick and hard. The pickles are unfortunately often far too salty, barely edible. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, are great: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and very tasty. The thumi (garlic paste) is unfortunately too dry; City Chicken Nahs's is much better. Ketchup and mayo are available free of charge on the tables, which is good, but the bottles are unfortunately often smeared with greasy hands and residue from previous customers. This seems unhygienic and should be cleaned regularly. One wish: to replace Coca-Cola products with alternatives such as Fritz-Kola. Conscious consumption is important, especially if you value Halal.

So long waiting time and bad service

Ordered the Chicken kross with 3 pieces and barely got any food. Requested the thighs and got no thighs. The 3rd "piece" of chicken was just a blob of coating with no meat in it. The fries were dry and stale. Will never order from here again - it's not worth throwing money away.

It is Halal, that's why I went there, chicken wings were awesome but chicken strips were cold. Portion is good. serving guys are bit unprofessional, they are not serving people or checking what they are serving, the food is ready but they are not giving over, that makes things colder.

We are here since last 5/6 years. Today’s experience was mixed as we ordered half chicken 🐓 and that was as usual. Also 9 pieces of chicken wings that was terrible 😞, wings 🪽 was so salty that we just threw 5/6 pieces into the trash.

The quality has declined dramatically. I remember in 2017 and 2018, I used to eat here almost three times a week, but today, the food doesn't taste good at all. The grilled chicken is almost always served cold, the staff is unfriendly, and the music is very loud. It's just an awful experience—I won’t be coming back!
