Chicken only fast food. Similar too and just as good as KFC but at a much better price. Aloof and unpleasant service though. I don't recall anyone ever saying "hello" or "may I help you"? They just stare at you and wait for you to speak. Nevertheless, I go here quite often.

The food was delicious, but we were on the ground floor and the front door was always open when the outside temperature was zero degrees, so we had to leave our jackets on.

I have visited this branch many times but I had a bad experience on Friday evening. The cashier behaved unfriendly. Nevertheless, I took the food with me and ate it at home. What I think is really bad...when you get an email about defamation. If I wasn't satisfied with the food and service...that's still my right in Germany...to politely say so in a review. And I was polite!!! That's what the platform is actually there for...or is it? I even wrote...I would love to come and eat with you again. But the food wasn't what we imagined. It serves halal and writes halal on the outside as well Nobody goes to McDonald's

It is my favorite place in Berlin for Halal Chicken Burger. Try to come in the afternoon rather than in the evening, then the chicken and burgers are more fresh. I love Risa Zoologicher atmosphere so much. Recommended! A3+ Halfchicken always :) Just I wish they change Cola to some other drinks

Just a quick warning for those who post reviews, all under 4 star reviews will be removed via the legal Google endorsement process. The place isn't that bad, just subpar and a definitely more mundane alternative to KFC, which is just a few steps away. Such marketing tactics are at best malicious and show a lack of trust in one's product. The products used to be significantly cheaper than the competition, but that has changed. The real rating should be in the 2.5/5 range. Disappointing, but that fits the Arabic management style, quite dodgy.

They had a guy calling numbers whom when I asked for bread got angry and started yelling at me. His German was a disaster just like his existence. I couldn't make sense out of it. When I asked him if he is okay, he literally wanted a fist fight. Terrible service and the food isn't great either, found a hair in my chicken. Honestly not the best halal place to go even if you want to eat fast food, please go somewhere else. You can find so many halal places in Berlin nowadays

Maybe we were just unlucky with the kitchen that day, but all in all the experience was not only "a bit bad" but such that we wouldn't eat there again. The fries tasted bad and were too greasy, the crispies had little flavor/spices. You probably would have had to order a dip or something with it, but that costs extra. Only ketchup and mayo are available here for free, but not hygienically from a dispenser, but from supermarket squeeze bottles that have already passed through a hundred hands. The packaged coleslaw was still the highlight, but it wasn't prepared on site either...

The worst Risa Chicken branch in Berlin! The chicken here is often still pink, raw on the inside while burned on the outside. There is often no rice and the employees start cleaning two hours before the end of the day. Between customers, the guy sprays glass cleaner on the tables where people are still eating next door. Terrible!

Unfortunately, we were yesterday and had two grilled chickens with a large plate of potatoes and an ayran drink. Part of the chicken was burnt and not tasty, and the upper and lower halls were very hot.

This place is ghetto as hell 😂 You could totally tell it’s not run by white people. The food was really good tho. Juicy chicken tenders. I feel like all the bad reviews are people missing out on the point and the ambiance of the place. Love the touch with the cheap ketchup and mayo bottles. Only thing I would do is take the stickers off the bottle and put Risa stickers 🫢

See my photos! Worst risa branch in all of Berlin! Chicken pieces are broken with half the breading, fries are just leftover pieces and corn on the cob is still hard. Burgers with too little sauce. So the quality and the unfriendly service are subpar here. Never this risa branch again. Better go to Turmstrasse or Neukölln if you want to eat the real risa chicken.

Service very very unfriendly and poorly organized. It's very stuffy in the room, it's difficult to eat in this heat. After reading the rave reviews we decided to visit this place. It is not clear where such good reviews come from. The chicken is just fried without anything. Without spices. just hot and tasteless - and that's all. When ordering they deceived me, instead of F1 they gave me F2. When my kids noticed that another chicken was missing from the tray, I went back to the delivery counter and asked for the mistake to be corrected. The man at the counter told me that I had the same order that I received. And I didn't want to do anything anymore. I think the consumption center has missed this "risa chicken" for a long time.

We were there right at lunchtime at 12pm. The employee who prepared the orders was just chatting, so the preparation took a little longer than usual. The chicken wasn't fresh either, probably from the day before, because it was hard and no longer juicy. Fries were ok, chicken strips too.... but the cucumbers were also very disgusting, they used to be really tasty.... Toilets weren't really clean either and even at this time... definitely not possible go again.

The employees are friendly, the food came super quickly even though it was quite busy and the shop was reasonably clean. What initially put me off were the ketchup and mayo dispensers from Edeka. The reason for the bad rating is the food itself. I ordered a burger menu with fillets and fries. The fries tasted like old oil, the fillets were too light from the breading and not completely cooked through, but the burger was the worst. The burger was topped with lettuce leaves that were already brown, the bun fell apart by itself, the chicken pieces had cartilage in them and after eating I felt really bad. Not recommended.

It's really delicious here. It's cheap so I highly recommend it. It's much better than KFC. Chili wings are chicken legs and wings. Be sure to try these. The price varies by piece. And there are several set menus, which are also good. I also highly recommend the burger. It's like a mom's touch because there's so much chicken in it. And be sure to eat sweet potato fries! It's just right so it keeps going and there's a lot of it 👍 Since this place is so famous, there are a lot of pictures, so I won't add any pictures.

Tried grilled chicken as well as deep fried wings and indeed some potato chips. 1- potato chips were served skin on. Nice and crispy outside and tender inside 2- sauces and sides were abundant and mayo and ketchup were free. 3-fried wings were well seasoned and juicy inside. 4-grilled chicken were well marinated though a bit salty for me. Legs, thighs, and wings were juicy inside with crispy skin. However, the breast could have been juicier. In general, if you are chicken lover, this one is recommended.
