Ordered at home, order came 1 hour .20 minutes later,all fried bites and wings were cold and not crispy at all, having absorb all the oil. cola ordered was also missed.. half chicked and umus were really good and tender, can understand products in delivery are not the same as in store but thats not an excuse..

The food tastes really good, but you should treat your staff better or pay them so that they feel more like working. They are so unfriendly that when you ask a question, you are immediately told that you don't want extra sausage. I've now noticed several customers here who feel this way. You drive 600km to Berlin to eat the food that is so popular here and wait a whole hour for your food, during which you asked several times where the food was. Unfortunately, I get annoyed every time I order takeout since the renovation. The new staff seems to be untrained and have an "I don't care" attitude. Every time you get home something is missing. Sometimes the fries or fries are hard and small (cheap fries) and today Menu3 was missing bread. I only go there every 6 months, but I'm going to break the habit now. It's a shame about the store, I've been a regular customer there since 2000.

Really a waste to have paid 5 something euros for something i didn't even get to eat. Going back to the store to complain about a single burger seemed ridiculous, so i would just simply not recommend this place. Used to be one of my favorites.

The whole thing is then cooled to 4°C and served without dressing. Sounds as tasteless as it is. The red cabbage has no seasoning other than cheap vinegar essence and is inedible. Hummus consists only of watery chickpeas without oil or tahini and if so, then only in a homeopathic dose. The ambience is limited to Styrofoam "dishes" and worn chairs. The food has nothing to do with the picture on the screen above the cash register with the unfriendly cashier. A surcharge of 500% on the wholesale price for Ayran is outrageous. And self-service means: service zero points. Once and never again!

However, it feels like the sauces have really changed in the last two years. For me specifically, there seems to be a taste difference in my favorite hot sauce. My favorite thing to do is to take that hot sauce, mix it with hummus and garlic sauce, and dip it into chicken meat. This combination offers a truly unique taste. I highly recommend everyone who comes to Berlin to visit this restaurant and try their chicken. They have absolutely no regrets. This flavor experience will be unforgettable! Negative Point: Sinks are often crowded and heavily used places. Unfortunately, sometimes they are not cleaned sufficiently and this can cause discomfort.

I ate here three times, the first two times was okay , today I asked for burger but the guy on the reception said there’s only chicken . The chicken smelled weird and tasted bad and the fries weren’t fresh .Then I saw others eating burger I asked he and said very honestly they wanna get rid of the chickens fast. First, I would like to highlight the positive aspects of our visit to City Chicken. The food was well prepared, of high quality and tasted very good. It was also very filling. The prices are cheap, which is a big plus. However, you have to expect waiting times, especially on weekends when the restaurant is busy. Unfortunately, there were also some negative points that I have to address. The restaurant bills itself as "women-owned," but we didn't see a single woman working during our visit. Both those ordering, picking up the food and cleaning staff were young men. If a restaurant describes itself as "women-owned," you should see women working. Everything else is misleading. Additionally, the restaurant was very crowded and noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation at a reasonable volume. The lighting in the dining area was also an issue. It was so dark that after a while it became hard on the eyes. The ambience should fit the concept of Arabic fast food, and such dark lighting just doesn't fit. Another major point of criticism was the condition of the washroom. The sink and faucet were dirty with hair and soap residue. There were used paper towels lying everywhere instead of being thrown away in the trash. The soap dispenser was empty and it seemed like no care was taken to refill it or generally keep the washroom clean and tidy. In summary, our visit to City Chicken was unfortunately disappointing. Despite the good and cheap food, the negative aspects such as the overcrowding, the noise, the inadequate lighting, the dirty washroom and the lack of wheelchair access (as stated on Google) were too dominant. If you don't want to accept these negative points, you should look for an alternative. Fortunately, there are many of them

City chicken is our past, present and future! When you talk about Sonnenallee, you have to have the image of city chicken in your head. We grew up with it and it was our comfort food in the family.
