Best chicken i had in Berlin, juicy, tender, falling apart, with grill flavor and crispy skin + sauces are outta this world (Tum especially)

We just wanted to eat there and were not allowed into the shop even though it was open according to the opening times. It's a shame. The shop used to be great but today the paying customers don't seem to count anymore.

Ordered at home, order came 1 hour .20 minutes later,all fried bites and wings were cold and not crispy at all, having absorb all the oil. cola ordered was also missed.. half chicked and umus were really good and tender, can understand products in delivery are not the same as in store but thats not an excuse..

The food tastes really good, but you should treat your staff better or pay them so that they feel more like working. You drive 600km to Berlin to eat the food that is so popular here and wait a whole hour for your food, during which you asked several times where the food was. You can't write anything critical about City Chicken anymore. Unfortunately, Google Maps reviews have no meaning here.

Unfortunately, I get annoyed every time I order takeout since the renovation. The new staff seems to be untrained and have an "I don't care" attitude. Every time you get home something is missing. Sometimes the fries or fries are hard and small (cheap fries) and today Menu3 was missing bread. I only go there every 6 months, but I'm going to break the habit now. It's a shame about the store, I've been a regular customer there since 2000.

The chicken tastes simply delicious - we always get Togo - the special marinade is always different, always delicious. Unfortunately the fries were limp, rice, if available, was very good. Always a must for us when we are guests in Berlin.

Ordered a single burger to go, didn't check it of course and when arriving home and starting eating it, the hole chicken was raw and hard. Really a waste to have paid 5 something euros for something i didn't even get to eat. Going back to the store to complain about a single burger seemed ridiculous, so i would just simply not recommend this place. Used to be one of my favorites.
