Yesterday evening, November 23rd, at their branch. The man behind the counter/salesman is an absolute machine.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere wasn't very good.

We had french fries and burgers along with hot wings. Overall decent experience for chicken lover like me. 👍👌

Never again. We waited ages for the food to arrive, it had some kind of green substance stuck to it, so we took it back and insisted on getting something new. The service wasn't the best. But the worst thing was the filth. No clean tables, no clean chairs, no clean floor. This means you order food and have to sit at a table that's absolutely filthy, where dozens of people had sat before you. It's like nobody cleans, not even several times a day.

Very Disappointed with the quality. I found brown lettuce in my burger , almost as if it was rotting. Substandard ingredients used. The taste of the chicken in the burger was also bad, I could only taste overused oil

The place was very clean and tidy, also i could feel the calm and happy environment. The staff was kind and helping.

We ordered takeout from there yesterday. Not to mention, some of the food was cold and the fries were soggy. Last but not least, my boyfriend and I saw a cockroach at the checkout. It ran under the cash register, too fast for a picture. There are better food options.

I do like eating here. Kfc is good. French fries arent that much but normal i guess. But the problem is they open at 10am in the morning. Why ? Like many people go to work earlier and they might wannan eat on the way so why not 6 or 7 or ok 8 am. Their working hours should be looked through one more time....

Food at premium prices, but apparently cut corners at every turn. Service is also not up to scratch, with incorrect and missing products that had to be complained about. I don't have high expectations when it comes to takeaways anyway, but KFC is a farce. I'd definitely recommend Burgermeister or McDonald's.

Absolutely terrible service when you can't order anything for 45 minutes. It's really awful, and maybe they should just close sooner in the future.

The fries were simply warmed up. The burgers were dry, the service was stale, and the staff were unfriendly. It was a shame. It used to be better. I've been there three times in a row and the fries are always the same. And when you go up and want new ones, they just warm up the old ones... I've tried three times and will never again.

Chicken is usually not crispy, very expensive, other providers are much better.

Disgusting, once again parts are missing from an order/Uber Eats delivery. The phone number for the location doesn't exist. Three times in a row, something has been missing. Twice in person and once as a delivery. Plus, it tastes like rubber and doesn't even come close to justifying the price. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I waited 40 minutes for my order. Even though the truck was empty, the employees were slow, inefficient, and overwhelmed. Finally pay them well so that good people do the jobs and don't end up with overwhelmed people, regardless of the branch!

KFC hype? I can't understand. Drinks taste like cheap syrup, the food is almost cold, quality -20 stars. It tasted old stale and was extremely dry. No idea what happened to KFC but that was the last time.

Apparently the concept is that the more expensive the less they will put in, we bought an order for take-out, came home and again we were not given the sauce, salad and two pieces of chicken. Apparently the staff saves money on customer orders. 50 euros is very expensive for a family portion. We will definitely not return here again.

Been waiting for my small order for 30 minutes

I ordered my food and had to wait over 10 minutes when my food was finally ready I went to the cashier and was told that I hadn't paid for the food even though I had. I still got the food but only with one fries and then had to show the bong to get a second fries

The food tastes okay but is way too expensive. The "service" is slow, not particularly friendly, and no one speaks German. The atmosphere is cold and dirty.

Ordered at 20:19 and didn't got the food untill 20:40. It was showing "abholbereit" minutes after my order placed. The girl on the counter told me that it would take 5 minutes max. After giving half cooked food 20 minutes later she didn't had the decency to say sorry or anything like that. After eating that, we all in the family have stomach pain. Worst experience. Never again.

I used to enjoy eating at kfc (take away food) but it's getting worse and worse, at least in Spandau/I can't judge other branches. I thought the ingredients were 'standardized' like at McDonalds but the crispy chicken burgers are really different every time. I'm really the last one to complain and I always thought "come on, try again, everyone has a bad day sometimes" but it didn't get any better. Now I'll pass it by, maybe I'll give it another try...I hope I won't be disappointed. Regarding the service...the guys and girls really try hard,

Get a cold burger and never taste warm fries again

A few months ago (2024) they renovated everything in this place and now it's a pleasure to go. Everything is delicious and with the best cleanliness and attention. Congratulations to the new administrators. Great job.

I used to go there almost every day, but in the last few years it has become less and less. Today was also the last time. My fries too soft and unsalted. The breading on my hot wings was crispy, but I couldn't bite the meat. And actually they were more like chicken wings, what 'hot'? You get the feeling that the store is constantly understaffed. The saddest thing, however, is when they screw up the Zinger Burger. There's always something wrong, wrong sauce, no sauce, no spiciness... The best experiences there are when someone works there who speaks German. For KFC it is now enough if the machine understands you. KFC is known for its signature fried chicken. This one is not an exception. Their service and ambience was very good.
