Burgermeister Konstanzer in Berlin

The staff is to rude and waiting is so long is you have no job then came here because they don't give me your time. Strongly, unrecommended.

The fries and burgers were unfortunately very dry. Uber Eats offers great value for money. The fries have never been good; they're not even warm or crispy. I think they're just sitting around.

Unfortunately, there's no room to linger, but otherwise the burgers are the usual high quality. In my opinion, they're among the best in terms of taste and quality – always a safe bet.

Burgers have gone up by €2 for no reason. Meat Master: €10.80 You can get a healthier kebab for that price. Never again.

You can really taste the quality here. Every bite of the burger was packed with flavor, and the sauce brought it all together beautifully. The portion sizes are generous, and the food came out quickly. Super friendly staff too — they really make you feel at home. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My favorite shop! I come 3-4 times a week. Super delicious food, very friendly staff, and always fast service. The prices have gone up a bit, but the quality is worth it. Some of the employees also speak German—I really like how they adapt to our culture and integrate so well!

A small shop in this chain that primarily handles deliveries, but the staff is very friendly and barely speaks German. Cash payments are strictly prohibited, and the food is at the level of a delivery service. The burgers are tasty, but they have more rolls, hardly any meat, and the fries are only edible hot. A shame... 100% chain restaurant.

What happens? BURGERMEISTER has built its reputation, and suddenly the burgers are half the size and cost twice as much.

Unfortunately, my experience with this order was very disappointing. Part of the order was forgotten, and instead of replacing the missing dishes, as is normal in a restaurant, I was accused of making an error. I politely requested that the missing dishes be brought back, but was told I would have to reorder at a cost. Furthermore, it was difficult to reach someone who spoke German, and according to the staff, no manager was available. This unfortunately made the situation even more complicated. Overall, the service was unprofessional and communication inadequate. I sincerely hope that the restaurant will place more emphasis on customer service and reliability in the future. This would be much more in line with its good reputation and positive reviews.

The burgers are good, but I find a 30% price increase disproportionate since it's only available to go anyway. The janitor's burger cost €6.69 and now it's €8.80. That must have happened between July and September 2025. Very uncool, more than 30%!

I’ve been a regular customer here, both dining in and ordering delivery — the burgers are really good! But I do wish they’d update the menu or at least bring back my favorite vegan burger — it was great. Also, there’s nowhere to sit, which is inconvenient, and it’s a bit shocking that you have to pay extra for basic sauces like ketchup and mayo 🤯

This Burgermeister branch is conveniently located near my home, and it’s consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which creates a great atmosphere. Today, they offered me a free cheeseburger that had gone unclaimed — a small gesture that really made my day. I truly appreciate their kindness and great service.

The people from the store are very nice and quick, my order was delivered in 5 minutes and it was very tasty.

Eating in isn't possible. Pickup or delivery only. Pickup took a little longer than stated, but the food was good. The fries were a bit soggy, but the burger was really good.

Went there at 1030pm. Surprised to see people lining up for it. The self-ordering kiosk comes with option to choose different languages. The burger was a bit saltier than expected. Otherwise good.

I ordered a chili cheeseburger and got a cheeseburger instead. I was interested in the chili, and they told me on the phone that I would have to go back to exchange it. They made a mistake, and I have to make the trip twice to make up for it. When I asked for a manager, they said there wasn't one, and they didn't give me the manager's phone number. Really great organization, never again....

The food is good. I should have paid for the ketchup, but the cashier realized I was busy and just gave it to me. The woman was great.

Fast-food burgers, but good quality and still affordable, making them a good alternative to McDonald's and the like. It's a shame there's only one vegetarian burger on the menu, but I found it pretty tasty.

We placed our order at 10:12 PM, and at 11:17 PM our order was canceled. The timer was running fairly normally, meaning the initial delivery time was 30-50 minutes. An hour later, the delivery time was displayed as 15 minutes away, as if our order was actually being processed. Truly unprofessional; a timely cancellation would be appreciated if they can't keep up.

Best burger in affordable prices

Compared to the Burgermeister at the Zoologischer Garten subway station, the quality here isn't as good. I've ordered from both locations several times, and the freshness of the ingredients always seems to be better at the Zoo. Last delivery was a dry patty and the fries had a bitter aftertaste. I'd rather order from the Zoo.
