Burgermeister Konstanzer in Berlin

My husband wanted to try this place and he said the burger with bacon was really good and we all loved the the cheesy fries. I really wanted to try the cookie with chocolate peanut butter cups. I’ll have to come back. You can order on the screen or order with the staff. Service is fast and. your food is served warm. The speculoos milkshake has too much cinnamon. I don’t recommend it. I only removed a star for atmosphere because there’s no place to eat inside. It’s all takeaway UPDATE: Found out that if you order in the counter and tell them you are staying in Numa, you get a 10% discount.

I’m a tourist and I don’t speak German. In my country, when ordering food—especially burgers—you usually add ingredients, so I selected all the available options. As a result, instead of a burger, I received… just a patty… 😂 Well played. They didn’t even think to call and ask about such a strange order.

The store is small but extremely neat and well kept. The crew was super friendly, and Mukul stood out for being genuinely humble and welcoming. Thanks for the wonderful service

I ordered from Wolt at Bürgermeister on Bürgermeister-Konstanzer-Straße: three cheeseburgers, two fries with cheese dip, and three Cokes. Despite the short distance, the delivery took 40 minutes. The driver was friendly, and both bags were completely stapled shut. However, upon unpacking, the cheese dip was missing, so my fries were cold and inedible. Calling Bürgermeister was no help: the employees barely spoke German, just argued and tried to blame Wolt – even though the bags were clearly sealed. I received no refund. Overall, very unfriendly and unprofessional. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. I would give them zero stars if I could!

Unfortunately, they only offer takeout. That's why I couldn't give them a full five stars. The staff was very friendly. The food is freshly prepared as soon as you submit your order at the kiosk. You can see on the screen when your order is ready for pickup. I was allowed to leave my bag and backpack in the customer area while I ate, so I had both hands free. I don't need to say anything about the burgers and their quality. They're my favorite burgers in Berlin. And the price is very reasonable for such excellent quality. I don't think you'd get this kind of value for money at McDonald's for this Burgermeister quality. My burger cost under €8. Afterward, I was full and happy.

The staff is to rude and waiting is so long is you have no job then came here because they don't give me your time. Strongly, unrecommended.

The fries and burgers were unfortunately very dry. Uber Eats offers great value for money. The fries have never been good; they're not even warm or crispy. I think they're just sitting around.

Unfortunately, there's no room to linger, but otherwise the burgers are the usual high quality. In my opinion, they're among the best in terms of taste and quality – always a safe bet.

Burgers have gone up by €2 for no reason. Meat Master: €10.80 You can get a healthier kebab for that price. Never again.

You can really taste the quality here. Every bite of the burger was packed with flavor, and the sauce brought it all together beautifully. The portion sizes are generous, and the food came out quickly. Super friendly staff too — they really make you feel at home. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My favorite shop! I come 3-4 times a week. Super delicious food, very friendly staff, and always fast service. The prices have gone up a bit, but the quality is worth it. Some of the employees also speak German—I really like how they adapt to our culture and integrate so well!

A small shop in this chain that primarily handles deliveries, but the staff is very friendly and barely speaks German. Cash payments are strictly prohibited, and the food is at the level of a delivery service. The burgers are tasty, but they have more rolls, hardly any meat, and the fries are only edible hot. A shame... 100% chain restaurant.

What happens? BURGERMEISTER has built its reputation, and suddenly the burgers are half the size and cost twice as much.

Unfortunately, my experience with this order was very disappointing. Part of the order was forgotten, and instead of replacing the missing dishes, as is normal in a restaurant, I was accused of making an error. I politely requested that the missing dishes be brought back, but was told I would have to reorder at a cost. Furthermore, it was difficult to reach someone who spoke German, and according to the staff, no manager was available. This unfortunately made the situation even more complicated. Overall, the service was unprofessional and communication inadequate. I sincerely hope that the restaurant will place more emphasis on customer service and reliability in the future. This would be much more in line with its good reputation and positive reviews.

The burgers are good, but I find a 30% price increase disproportionate since it's only available to go anyway. The janitor's burger cost €6.69 and now it's €8.80. That must have happened between July and September 2025. Very uncool, more than 30%!

I’ve been a regular customer here, both dining in and ordering delivery — the burgers are really good! But I do wish they’d update the menu or at least bring back my favorite vegan burger — it was great. Also, there’s nowhere to sit, which is inconvenient, and it’s a bit shocking that you have to pay extra for basic sauces like ketchup and mayo 🤯

Burgers were ready when we arrived. Easy online order saved us waiting in line. Grabbed our food and went back to the Waldorf Astoria with our burgers.

Went there at 1030pm. Surprised to see people lining up for it. The self-ordering kiosk comes with option to choose different languages. The burger was a bit saltier than expected. Otherwise good.

I ordered a chili cheeseburger and got a cheeseburger instead. I was interested in the chili, and they told me on the phone that I would have to go back to exchange it. They made a mistake, and I have to make the trip twice to make up for it. When I asked for a manager, they said there wasn't one, and they didn't give me the manager's phone number. Really great organization, never again....
