Burgermeister Konstanzer in Berlin

My daughter and I spontaneously ordered something on-site and picked it up. It was quick, and the staff was friendly. It's just a counter with no seating, so we ate on a park bench outside. The burgers were delicious, and the fries were good, too. The price was reasonable.

Very tasty and good quality. At peak times it is very crowded here and you have to expect a wait. You cannot eat on site. It's really for pickup only. Parking situation is difficult. I recommend ordering online. Employees are friendly.

FOOD POISONING!!!!!! Avoid this place at all costs !!!! After ordering last night we’re both having really bad food poisoning and are not able to leave the bed. We will not come here again and don’t recommend it to anyone else. They are not taking hygiene seriously!!

We got two burgers to go, and they were delicious. High-quality burgers with fresh, well-chosen ingredients. The fries were delicious, and the cookies were spectacular. The place was very clean and hygienic.

They delivered old fries instead of cheese fries. I asked without onions, and onions were included. This is my second disappointing experience here. The place is different from others.

Very tasty, the fries are crispy and soft on the inside, they are fried twice and there is still some shell on the fries. The burgers are definitely highly recommended. Disadvantage when ordering, the portion of mayo was forgotten. Still 5 stars 🌟, the buns are a little buttered and lightly fried.. etc etc 😋👌

I have ordered burgers through wolt twice. The first one very good. However, yesterday I ordered with another person for the second time and we spent a horrible night with vomiting and gastroenteritis and we are still terrible. I understand that it is food poisoning and in addition to complaining I am writing to inform.

I was a regular customer at Burgermeister for years. The good reputation is being systematically destroyed here. Fries that were completely over salted and something was missing from the last FIVE orders. No subsequent delivery. You have to converse in halting English. That's enough for me too. Unfortunately, like many others. Nobody can buy anything from the short delivery time...

Sorry, I walk there for 20 minutes to finally eat an original Meisterburger and then this. It feels like 6 courier cyclists are standing in the cold in front of the shop and waiting for their customers to order, inside it feels like 4 square meters of space for direct eaters, smell and steam like in a chip shop after 10 hours of frying with the same oil, no cash payment possible and no place to sit or stand to relax and enjoy your burger. And it's minus degrees outside. This is just a “satellite” for delivery but then you should please delete the name restaurant from Maps.

After eating the chili cheeseburger, I was allowed to puke until 6 a.m., thank you very much!

Otherwise the food was always great. Actually pretty good burgers. But the last two orders were each bland and inedible. It's a shame, quality definitely drops significantly

We ordered food for four of us for delivery. Seeing as the food was marked up due to delivery and just a general increase in prices, it was very disappointing that every box of fries were old and rubbery. Not very good at all. It was especially disappointing knowing that in the past we have gotten much better quality from other locations. Money is hard earned, so it leaves a really bad taste when you pay a mark up to receive poor quality food. I will not be recommending this to friends or ordering from here again anytime soon.

Only take away, no German-speaking staff, no cash payment. The latter in particular doesn't work at all. Once and never again.

The burgers at the Mayor are really tasty, you have to give them that. Absolutely great taste! However, the prices are just way too high compared to other fast food places. Unfortunately the price is not justified for the size of the burger. If you value good taste and are willing to pay more for it, this is the place for you - but there are definitely better alternatives for the price-performance ratio.

This is how you can slowly ruin your good reputation. As a regular customer for the last 2 years, it's rather difficult for me...but the feedback might wake someone up: When I ordered today, all 3 (!!) of 3 burgers were wrong. Extra ingredients were missing and then everything was put together incorrectly. And to be honest...the cheesefries are getting colder and more limp from time to time. Even a fast delivery time is of no use. And all of this is now not an isolated case. Too bad...

Great and cheesy burgers and delicious fries - at a great price. God value for money and highly recommended for a quick snack on the go.

Beautiful good day, Today I was in the mood for a nice, delicious burger again. I immediately thought of the Burgermeister on Konstanzer Strasse. With Lieferando I ordered a large order for the whole family. After a short time it became clear that this meal was a long time coming. After waiting 1:30 hours for the food, I received a message that my order had been canceled. That doesn't work at all. The route from the restaurant to my home was less than 10 minutes away by car. This opened my eyes to the fact that this store will have one less customer in the future. Impudence!!

0 STARS Forgot half of the order and instead of like every restaurant does and the driver immediately drives off again. NO, they say I'm lying. I said that they would bring me what was missing. I should reorder the missing things for a fee. In addition, no one speaks German, supposedly the manager doesn't speak there. The last dirt + purchased positive review are obvs.

I ordered here, the burgers were delicious too, that's not it... BUT the day after I had a bad case of food poisoning with all the trimmings, I felt really bad... I won't order here anymore. Otherwise the delivery was very quick, so three stars for the service

I would like to share my experience in this restaurant. The entire team is incredibly friendly and always does their best to make the visit as pleasant as possible. Although there is no seating, that's perfectly fine given the circumstances - the store is just perfect as it is. I think the partnership with Uber Eats is particularly great. As an Uber Eats courier, I really enjoy coming here to pick up orders. But I also really enjoy eating here in my private life. Everything is incredibly tasty, and it is definitely one of the best burger shops in Berlin. However, I think it's a shame that they are now also on Lieferando and other platforms. When they were exclusive to Uber Eats, I personally liked it better.

What a dirty shop!!! I ordered via UberEATS and the location tracking didn't work and spits out a random address upon delivery. I saw this immediately and wanted to change the address - of course that's not possible. The only option after less than 30 seconds of ordering is cancellation. Now I don't have the food or my money... You've lost me and my friends as customers and I will without a doubt discourage ANYONE from ever ordering from you again. HOW COME? In the event of a forced cancellation, support for the order is blocked directly... really great customer service!

Very bad or even no communication possible, of course you also have to speak foreign languages ​​in the city. But you should first know the national language of the location. Unfortunately, since I can only speak good German, I reach my limits in this store. So in conclusion, anyone who can't speak a foreign language will have a hard time here.

I placed an order and realized a short time later that the shipping address was incorrect. Within a few minutes I canceled the order. Nevertheless, the shop tries to debit the FULL invoice amount from my account! This is absolute fraud. I will NEVER eat anything from here. You shouldn't?!!!!!!

Burgers are mega quality. Although there was a challenge with the order. They have incredible service. Everyone was friendly and super nice! Definitely recommended.

One of the better Burgermeister spots in town (of you're fine with it being only takeaway). Particularly the fries here are just perfect. You should try their vegetarian burger as well, it's quite good.

Burger was very salty. Not really tasty. Definitely worse than Burgermeister at the Zoo. But in itself it's just a semi-good burger.

Nachdem ich anderen von meinem ersten Burgermeistergenuß erzählt habe war heute die Enttäuschung groß. Von den Zutaten war zuwenig drauf. Der Burger war ok. Er war mit 5,90 € im Netz ausgepreist und wurde mit 6,30 € abgerechnet. Diesmal kein glücklicher Start.

Tried their vegan burger and becon onion fries, both were good. Their packaging was impressive. Burger has lot of toppings and flavourful!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach nice, gibt nirgendwo so nen guten Burger zu dem Preis. Pommes sind allerdings grundsätzlich nicht so nice, überall sehr trocken. Man müsste vielleicht mal die grundsätzliche Rezeptur ändern.

Früher habe ich gerne bei Burgermeister gegessen, doch heute war es leider eine echte Enttäuschung. Der Veggie Burger war sehr trocken mit wenig Soße und das Soja-Patty hat mich irgendwie an Planktons Abfalleimer-Burger (Spongebob) erinnert. Dazu hatte ich Chili Cheese Fries und kam erstmal nicht darauf klar, dass die Soße jetzt anscheinend seperat gebracht wird? Sie hat super künstlich geschmeckt. Leider ist Burgermeister nicht mehr das, was es mal war.
