The shop is open, even if it doesn't look that way from the outside.

As always, delicious and hot. Despite the high demand, the wait time was acceptable. The ambiance is typical of a fast-food restaurant. Nice seating for various group sizes.

The breaded chicken was great as always, unfortunately the fries have changed, they are OK but the ones before tasted better.

We ordered a box today, but unfortunately, none of the meat pieces were crispy or even brown. They were all very soft, with barely any breadcrumbs on them. It didn't taste good at all. It wasn't particularly fresh either. We used to come here often. Where's the typical KFC flavor? We won't be coming here anymore.

I was there today to order food, the employees welcomed me very well and they really made an effort BUT the shift manager was a disaster, he can't even speak German properly, he hands him in his pocket and puts the employees under pressure as to why they gave him chicken legs instead of wings even though there are no more wings, he hands him in his pocket the whole time

After 10:30 pm the door is closed on Fridays, but open until midnight.

The place is quiet and away from the crowd. The service was fast and the restaurant is clean.

It's so pleasant to get food here. Experiencing such genuine friendliness from the employees is wonderful. It's amazing that it's always like this, and the employees clearly enjoy being there and doing their jobs. Truly great, and very pleasant for me as a customer (which is never the case at fast food chains).

It was expensive. I bought 3 pieces of chicken, 1 pair of fries, 1 small Coke and 3 small pieces of Asian chicken for almost €25. An expensive meal. Finding the right menu selection is far too complicated for me there, but I still like going there.

Our order was wrong and the crispy chicken was soggy. They have much to learn from American KFC.

Very suitable for quick, big hunger

You know those cravings for KFC? I get them once a year, and we were there right before closing time. Even though there weren't many customers, it took a while to get our order. The food was, as always, KFC-quality and therefore as expected. We even got a free 🍔 at the end because they were closing time. The staff were friendly and attentive, even at the end of the day on a Sunday.

We ordered through Lieferando, and the delivery was super fast, but unfortunately, none of the fillets were crispy or even brown. The fries hadn't been in the oven for long enough and were pale and not crispy. It's a shame for the price. We had to put everything back in the oven.

Nooooo - the ordering machines are broken, and the staff are busy among themselves. Many tables directly in front of the counter were empty, but all were safe.

There were a few people ahead of us, so it took a while for the food to be ready. The floor was very sticky, and the touchscreens for ordering weren't exactly clean. The staff were friendly, though.

Although I don't really like this newfangled style of dining, I stopped here after visiting a nearby workshop. The staff was friendly and the food was of good quality! D. R.-M.

We visited this KFC on a Sunday at 1 p.m. We were surprised in the parking lot that there were so few cars, but after a short time in the restaurant it became clear why. The employees were playing with their fingertips and the restaurant was dirty, the floor was filthy, the tables were dirty. No one felt responsible. The nice lady at the counter then asked if the kitchen had at least been cleaned the night before. This led to a, well, let's put it another way, a very stupid, stupid conversation. We live offended. We should think about it. I don't know what we should think about. I do not recommend this KFC. It is the dirtiest KFC I have ever seen on this planet.

We traveled there especially, and out of the blue, without any online warning, it closed at 5:30 PM on a Sunday…

The food arrived quickly and included everything. Everything is clean. You can also charge your electric car right away.

We visited Berlin and wanted a quick bite to eat on our way back that evening. So we went to KFC. It was a well-located restaurant with plenty of parking and even Shell charging stations. We went in and found a nice, large, modern restaurant, just like you'd expect from KFC. We placed our order via terminal, and it was brought out pretty quickly. Everything was delicious, very hot, and tasted great! Plenty of seating and it was pretty clean. Unfortunately, this only happened when we visited the men's restroom afterward. It could have been cleaner overall, especially the floor. And if there aren't any suitable toilet paper rolls left, you shouldn't put towel rolls on the floor. A bit unhygienic. But overall, a good restaurant.

This was the last time I eat kfc it was full of oil and not well cooked and if you wanna harm your body and health ear kfc no no oilkfc ,, its better to buy a salad or kitchen from super market then eat it rather than paying money to buy oil in shape of kitchen

The Crispys probably won't get any smaller; some are as small as my little finger. And they're so expensive. Other stores offer two small ones for one. Unfortunately, that's not common practice here.

I find it rude how the staff talk to you. And they don't know anything about hygiene either.

Oh my God...that customer is a nuisance! I wanted to order food at the counter...the rude waiter...couldn't comment right then and turned around and walked away. I thanked him politely and left. Don't worry, I'll never come back and be a nuisance. Absolutely!

Updated review: I'm having to reconsider my previous review. As a regular dine-in customer, I've recently noticed that the staff is often unfriendly. I fully understand that it's busy and the employees are under stress. However, I wonder: What does it cost to still greet customers with a smile or a friendly tone? Friendliness not only contributes to a more pleasant atmosphere but also helps reduce stress for both parties.

My first time at KFC, I was thrilled and it was incredibly delicious. 😋

I ordered at the drive-thru. The order taker was friendly. Fries were missing. There was no receipt. Several rats were running around next to the benches.

It is and remains a fast food restaurant. The place was great, and there were enough terminals for ordering. The chicken was good, and the food was ready quickly and hot. I wish it would be a bit cheaper again, but for one or two visits a year, it's fine.

5 out of 5 – Who needs fine dining when you can have the Squid Game menu at KFC? We tested it: a little hunger, a little courage, and a whole lot of grease on your fingers. Everything your heart desires – or even a cardiologist would forbid. Absolutely recommended if you want to experience the entire chicken farm for 12 euros.

They consistently mess up deliveries and under-serve portions.

Unfortunately, my visit to KFC was a complete disaster. It started at the checkout: The employees were clearly overwhelmed with even the simplest calculations. When I paid, my change was given incorrectly. When I finally got my food, the disappointment was complete. The portions were ridiculously small, especially compared to the price. For what they charge here, you'd get an entire meal with a side dish and a regular-sized drink elsewhere. On top of that, there was the ridiculously long wait. For a so-called "fast food" restaurant, I waited over 15 minutes for my food. And that was despite there being a car in front of me at the counter. How can it take that long for 4 Twisters? Overall: far too expensive, far too slow, completely incompetent service. If you're looking for good fast food, this is the wrong place. I definitely won't be back.

I used to love going to KFC. They had regular or spicy chicken pieces. And at the drive-thru, you could immediately see how much each piece cost. The coleslaw was always amazing, too. And today: At the drive-thru, you only see the prices for certain meals. You don't see the prices for individual items anymore, nor do you see the prices for drinks, sides, or desserts. They also no longer serve spicy chicken pieces, and the coleslaw has gone so bad. Even if I try to order through the app, it doesn't work because many people aren't even connected yet. You don't see the prices in the app either. The next fast food giant, yes, has only gotten worse in terms of quality, and the prices have drastically increased, or the selection has deteriorated.

Incompetence. Always forgetting something! Chain restaurants are a foreign concept here, just as they were back when they went bankrupt, and still are today! Close the place down. They're always out of fries.

Unfortunately, KFC has ruined the food; the chicken pieces are much too expensive and indefinably small. I was a loyal KFC customer, but the quality has gotten so bad, this is my last time.

Disaster! 45-minute wait for a crispy burger, three bites, and a small fries. Only the fries were fresh, the rest were dried out and soggy. This was the second time... Never again and absolutely not recommended. Dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, completely overwhelmed and disinterested staff. An absolute disgrace ;(

I was asked to write a review, and I was happy to. Unfortunately, the current promotions weren't available on the ordering terminals, so all guests had to order at the counter. The employee was very friendly, but he didn't know the entire menu. The drink dispenser was completely dirty and sticky. When I looked from the counter into the kitchen, the counter was completely littered with trash, and there were leftover food everywhere, which the burgers were then placed on. The tables outside were sticky with drinks and food leftovers from the customers. The kids' slide was closed, and inside, the trash was piling up. Overall, it wasn't a positive experience.

OK it is expensive but it tastes good

Shitty place! It's nothing new that KFC is way overpriced. But they advertise with vouchers and then don't sell. The tables are completely filthy, and we don't even want to talk about the seating and floor. If only the place were overcrowded... but no, quite the opposite. The food used to taste better. A waste of money.

There was a small problem with printing the receipt and it was solved in a very friendly manner despite all the hectic pace.

Picked up there (drive thru) staff seemed annoyed and the order had to be repeated several times because they probably didn't understand it. Waiting time was very long even though the parking lot in front of it was almost empty. They seem to be overwhelmed or understaffed and therefore unfortunately unfriendly to customers. It used to be a good year ago and was happily picked up by our large construction site nearby, but there was no longer a 10-20 minute wait.

The store was not only dirty, but the toilets were very filthy. The sink was very germy, there was no soap and the towel dryer was no longer in use either. The staff wasn't particularly nice. The tables weren't even wiped down during our stay. We cannot recommend this “locality” at all. A case for the authorities!!

The wings are good as always, but unfortunately KFC can't do burgers and fries. To be more precise, the burgers are cheeky... Simply a strip of chicken sandwiched between two buns.

The chicken at this KFC is always perfectly fried and the burgers are top notch. In addition, every order has always been complete and every now and then you as a customer receive a small compensation in the form of a drink or something similar. Should there be longer waiting times. All in all, great, keep it up, KFC you are and will remain legendarily delicious❤️🤍❤️🤍

The worst KFC I've ever visited. As soon as I walked in, two of the ordering machines didn't work. Unfortunately, the ordering machines were also very, very slow. The other machines didn't come out with a receipt so you couldn't even say what you ordered or prove it. When we ordered, the chicken bites were forgotten on both menus. When it came to the burgers, we ordered some as chilli cheese but we got normal ones without chilli cheese sauce. The whole order was a disaster, somehow nothing worked and the sellers were completely overwhelmed. The food was also cold. I think that was my last visit to KFC. Other fast food chains work much better

The chicken is always crispy, juicy and super seasoned. The orders are usually ready quickly and the portion sizes are absolutely sufficient. If you like crispy chicken, you'll definitely get your money's worth here. Clear recommendation!

No, the fries were way too salty and there was hardly any lettuce in the Twister.

The food was really delicious. It took a while to get our order, but that was because it was incredibly busy. Accordingly, it wasn't very clean, and the atmosphere wasn't that nice. The staff were very friendly. But it was also very expensive. €50 for what you see in one picture. Also, the parking lot was completely full, and we had to wait about three minutes for a space to open.

The chicken leg wasn't cooked, just like in the burger place. When I asked for a new one, the Chinese man said no, they were cooked. And the screaming was like a flea market.

Totally disappointed. The shop is very dirty. I have visited the store several times and the same thing every time: staff completely unmotivated, bored, conditions unfriendly, toilets are very dirty. Tables dirty. Sielplatz outside was disgustingly dirty. I think the health department needs to completely check this store. The chicken wings were not crispy at all. KFC has become a no-go for our family because of this store. Disgusting and never again!!!
