Totally disappointed. The shop is very dirty. I have visited the store several times and the same thing every time: staff completely unmotivated, bored, conditions unfriendly, toilets are very dirty. Tables dirty. Sielplatz outside was disgustingly dirty. I think the health department needs to completely check this store. The chicken wings were not crispy at all. KFC has become a no-go for our family because of this store. Disgusting and never again!!!

As long as the corn on the cob is available, KFC gets 5 stars from me 😉

Personal ordering is no longer possible, cash payment is not possible, the displays work poorly, items were only available on the display and when it was your turn you were told that the item was not there, so cancellation. No reason to come back!

If yesterday's visit to KFC had been our first time at KFC, then we would probably never want to eat at KFC again... Our meal consisted of just lukewarm, unseasoned French fries, a chicken burger with a blob of mayo, some lettuce, two small cold chicken strips, a crushed, unsightly cold ban and a BBQ burger that had SOMETHING more filling but was still NOT tasty. To top it off, the drinks were also very watery; If you weren't careful, Schwippschwapp only consisted of orange soda, you could vaguely guess that it was peach ice tea... What's the point of a clean and attractive ambience, with friendly and helpful staff, if the food is so terrible that you can't even finish it or drink it... you can't do it anymore because the risk of vomiting is greater than your hunger... after seeing the food your appetite was already gone anyway... Just sad!

I have a lot of great memories of this KFC and like to come by when I feel like it.

Employees prefer to relax their lives during working hours. WAITING for your food can be equated with a visit to the restaurant... We wait here for our food for 35 minutes!!!!! The store isn't even close to full...

I only saw the "drive in" and it's relatively tight, but still better than none at all.

Quality as good as in every KFC. Anyone who eats here knows what to expect. The store itself and the toilets are very clean.

Unfortunately, KFC is no longer what it used to be. While prices have continued to rise, quality has fallen. The food was at best lukewarm, less spicy, and the fries were sticky. The floor was stuck, the tables too, it was just unpleasantly dirty. You can eat much better for the money! It's a shame actually.

Burger cold, corn on the cob without butter or salt and the chicken pieces half raw on the inside and limp on the outside. Not to mention the unmotivated staff. When asked, they said “butter is ready” - whatever that meant. Conclusion: never again!

It always closes early without saying so on the internet. Standing in front of closed doors three times even though I was there before the stated closing time. Ambience...well. Waiting times are not “fast food” compatible. Chrispy is something else too.

Food here is good and hot. Toilets are clean. The tables and the entire restaurant area are also clean. You can also order directly and don't necessarily have to go to the terminal. Staff is nice and accommodating.

Always good experiences so far, but the burgers have been very poorly topped in the last few months (also at other restaurants). In addition, the burgers have become more expensive... Sometimes the meat is only half the size of the burger bread...

Unfortunately, something is always missing from the order. Just ordered something again, 2 items are missing again. This is extremely annoying, especially because it is a bit more expensive here. So check immediately when you receive your order whether everything is included.

Yesterday the heating was probably broken and the guest room was freezing cold and uncomfortable.

We ate in the house, with jackets on, it was totally cold in the hut. When we went out, it felt warmer outside than inside. An absolute no-go for November with 5° outside. Incredible !!! Unfortunately zero stars wasn't possible!!!

Clear deductions, because it was bitterly cold in the restaurant! Of course, we first ordered as usual, but while waiting for the food we noticed that it was very cold around the tables. No sign on the door, no notice anywhere, when we asked the sales and kitchen staff we received the succinct answer: "That's right, it's cold. The air conditioning is broken and we don't know when it will be repaired - so it's business as usual!" The food was great, but the experience was... A note on the door or a free hot drink would be measures to at least communicate the situation in a customer-friendly way.

Everything is great, unfortunately the only significant flaw that has to be mentioned is the internal temperature. Unfortunately, you have to eat while wearing a jacket or wait for your food. Definitely improve.

Ordered a bucket via the drive yesterday for 20.49 euros. Paid with 50 euros and received “only” 19.51 euros in change. The receipt was not handed out. Unfortunately, this only became apparent when we got home. The bucket was missing 1 fillet bites and a crispy. The entire package for just under 30.50 euros?! Unbelievable and very annoying! Please pay attention to the change and that your order is complete!!!!!!!

First of all, the food tastes excellent, the waiting time was ok in the restaurant I had ordered for take out. If you order on the electronic boards and don't do that often, it's not that easy but there was no one at the checkout who wanted to wait about 5 minutes So don't wait any longer for the electronic board. The only thing I have to criticize is that an order was missing when I got home. Luckily it was only the fries so it's best to always check the bag on site.

Nice shop. The street is a bit noisy outside in summer and you have to check your order carefully. Something can always be missing. But hey, as long as there is KFC nearby 👍🏻

The 9er Hotwings menu for €9.99, like before Corona, is no longer available. There are only 6 Hotwings left. If you consider that there is more breading on a (mini) Hotwing than chicken, a price of more than €1 is quite cheeky. If you want 9 pieces, like before, you can now pay €3.49 for 3 more. When I received my portion of 9 for €13.48, people were so confused that they forgot the coleslaw salad. Absolutely overpriced now. Update: Now an insane €14.99 for the 9-pack Hotwings box (as of October 12, 2024). The prices rise faster than the moon rises... For that money I'd rather go to the Italian restaurant and order a nice pizza

One item in my order was missing and hence I had called. But KFC refused to talk because I cannot speak German language. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. If someone is new and cannot speak local language that means KFC won’t give expected service????? Shame!!!!

Despite the slight lack of transparency at the checkout area, the staff does not lose track and remains attentive, friendly and professional. Small order mistakes are processed without any problems and without discussion. Thank you KFC

Very very dirty there, really a shame. It was really a shock after a long time

People, make sure your orders are complete!! 80% of the time something was missing, some of them expensive burgers! You can quickly lose track, especially with large orders. When you first notice it at home, it's even more annoying. It just has to be said now. Yes, it's my own fault but it just doesn't work. The ambience is "train station hall" and a saleswoman is constantly shouting some numbers. The terminals are constantly broken. The food tastes good. Unfortunately, I've already given away a lot of euros, so something really needs to change!

We were there Friday evening around 10:30 p.m. When we got to the store there was no one in the store except for one other guy. Some of the tables were very dirty and the floor didn't look nice either. The four of us ordered several coupons and before we ordered we were told that a few things were no longer in stock. We thought that was okay and not a big deal. However, the quality of the food was bad, the burgers were the best. The fries were soggy, the chicken pieces were totally peppery and the breading wasn't crispy. Apart from the fact that it was cold. Every year it gets worse and worse! It was probably KFC for the last time.

Even on a very busy day like yesterday, I received incredibly friendly and reliable service. I was used to the “friendliness” of other fast food restaurants and the surprise almost made me forget my order. The quality of the food is mediocre (it's still torture chicken and the fact that the Filet Bites are now called original Bites also makes me suspicious) and often seasoned to varying degrees, the Crossies are also getting smaller and smaller (some incredibly small, similar to the Original Bites/formerly Filet). Bites) and the prices are also pretty steep (but they always have been). However, I was ALWAYS warmly welcomed - in a positive way - like nowhere else!

We had the food delivered. Instead of 32 minutes, we waited 50 minutes. Only 3 of 4 items were delivered. Very annoying! The money should be refunded, but at the moment it's just disappointing if you don't have enough food. The quality wasn't good, some chicken pieces were very small, like a cube with a lot of breading. In addition, there is a total of €7.27 for delivery costs, transaction costs and service fees. For us it was the first and the last time.

Went to KFC for a long time, the order took a while even though there were 8-9 employees there. Ordered 2 combo boxes and one extra fries for €28.78. The boxes would be served quickly. Already the fries looked soft and inedible due to not being fried. The chicken pieces weren't baked crispy, a total disaster. We will never enter a KFC again

KFC as you know it, except for the dirty seats inside. 4 p.m., 5 guests, 3 people at the checkout and the seats are dirty? No thanks.

We eat there regularly, whenever we are in Berlin. We are always happy with the food, but the order is not always correct. Sometimes there are too few chicken pieces, sometimes there are no sauces... that's why it's only 4/5 🌟

Unfortunately, you can't be sure whether this restaurant is open or closed. Check Googlemaps and the restaurant page beforehand to see if it is open. Both said open and then the location was closed. Thanks for this service other restaurants at least manage to register on Googlemaps beforehand that they are closed. Addendum August 6, 2024 Customer service took care of the matter and at least compensated for the free ride with a voucher, which I find very positive.

**Disappointing experience at KFC** Unfortunately I have to say that my experience at KFC was extremely disappointing. The food took what felt like forever and when it finally arrived it was cold. The condition of the store was extremely untidy, to say the least - in fact, it seemed rather dirty. The chicken tasted terrible, as if it had been fried in ten day old fat, which is completely unacceptable. The iced tea only tasted like water and half of the things we ordered were forgotten. It looks like the store is severely understaffed, which may explain some of the problems. Despite these shortcomings, I have to say that the staff was very nice and made an effort. However, friendliness alone is not enough to compensate for the serious quality problems of food and hygiene. I hope KFC takes this criticism to heart and improves significantly in the future.

Absolute disaster! I waited over 2 hours for my order and never received any information about where my order was. The phone was permanently set to busy (probably on purpose). In the end all I had to do was cancel. They lost me as a customer!

We used to like going to KFC. Unfortunately there isn't one near us, so we have to drive 30km. Today we were very disappointed. Food cold, fries limp and without salt. 7up too sweet and the refill station was dripping with overflow. The employees weren't stressed, there were around 20 customers in there, so they would have had time to clean it or change the printer roll at a self-service terminal. The last time we went to KFC was in Dubai and it tasted much better there. A pity

Well, you know how to eat, but waiting 30 minutes for your order to be ready even though the store was at most a third full is very weak. If I hadn't paid with a card in advance, I would probably have gone out to eat without it.
