People, make sure your orders are complete!! 80% of the time something was missing, some of them expensive burgers! You can quickly lose track, especially with large orders. When you first notice it at home, it's even more annoying. It just has to be said now. Yes, it's my own fault but it just doesn't work. The ambience is "train station hall" and a saleswoman is constantly shouting some numbers. The terminals are constantly broken. The food tastes good. Unfortunately, I've already given away a lot of euros, so something really needs to change!

We were there Friday evening around 10:30 p.m. When we got to the store there was no one in the store except for one other guy. Some of the tables were very dirty and the floor didn't look nice either. The four of us ordered several coupons and before we ordered we were told that a few things were no longer in stock. We thought that was okay and not a big deal. However, the quality of the food was bad, the burgers were the best. The fries were soggy, the chicken pieces were totally peppery and the breading wasn't crispy. Apart from the fact that it was cold. Every year it gets worse and worse! It was probably KFC for the last time.

Even on a very busy day like yesterday, I received incredibly friendly and reliable service. I was used to the “friendliness” of other fast food restaurants and the surprise almost made me forget my order. The quality of the food is mediocre (it's still torture chicken and the fact that the Filet Bites are now called original Bites also makes me suspicious) and often seasoned to varying degrees, the Crossies are also getting smaller and smaller (some incredibly small, similar to the Original Bites/formerly Filet). Bites) and the prices are also pretty steep (but they always have been). However, I was ALWAYS warmly welcomed - in a positive way - like nowhere else!

We had the food delivered. Instead of 32 minutes, we waited 50 minutes. Only 3 of 4 items were delivered. Very annoying! The money should be refunded, but at the moment it's just disappointing if you don't have enough food. The quality wasn't good, some chicken pieces were very small, like a cube with a lot of breading. In addition, there is a total of €7.27 for delivery costs, transaction costs and service fees. For us it was the first and the last time.

Went to KFC for a long time, the order took a while even though there were 8-9 employees there. Ordered 2 combo boxes and one extra fries for €28.78. The boxes would be served quickly. Some of the tables were dirty and so was the floor. But this is probably due to the lack of staff these days. Otherwise staff was friendly. Reply to KFC's reply: I really don't blame the staff. (Of course it could be cleaned). But when the staff is needed at the counter or in the kitchen... who is supposed to clean? Nowadays there is a lack of staff in almost every industry. The inside was a little better in terms of cleanliness. Food was prepared quickly, but the fries weren't fresh.

Unfortunately, you can't be sure whether this restaurant is open or closed. Check Googlemaps and the restaurant page beforehand to see if it is open. Both said open and then the location was closed. Thanks for this service other restaurants at least manage to register on Googlemaps beforehand that they are closed. Addendum August 6, 2024 Customer service took care of the matter and at least compensated for the free ride with a voucher, which I find very positive.

**Disappointing experience at KFC** Unfortunately I have to say that my experience at KFC was extremely disappointing. The food took what felt like forever and when it finally arrived it was cold. The condition of the store was extremely untidy, to say the least - in fact, it seemed rather dirty. The chicken tasted terrible, as if it had been fried in ten day old fat, which is completely unacceptable. The iced tea only tasted like water and half of the things we ordered were forgotten. It looks like the store is severely understaffed, which may explain some of the problems. Despite these shortcomings, I have to say that the staff was very nice and made an effort. However, friendliness alone is not enough to compensate for the serious quality problems of food and hygiene. I hope KFC takes this criticism to heart and improves significantly in the future.

We used to like going to KFC. Unfortunately there isn't one near us, so we have to drive 30km. Today we were very disappointed. Food cold, fries limp and without salt. 7up too sweet and the refill station was dripping with overflow. The employees weren't stressed, there were around 20 customers in there, so they would have had time to clean it or change the printer roll at a self-service terminal. The last time we went to KFC was in Dubai and it tasted much better there. A pity

The food was way too spicy and extremely fatty. What really surprised me is that there were only “zero” drinks. Fast food isn't necessarily healthy anyway, but offering additional and exclusive "zero drinks" is really cheeky. Not that Cola and Co. are healthy, but "Zero" is doubly unhealthy and causes an additional thirst for sugar. The staff could hardly speak German and were completely unable to communicate with the customers. Overall, a terrible store. I really hope that not every KFC is that bad.

Chicken was ok, the fries were half dead, coleslaw drowned in mayonnaise and very sweet. Hunger drives it in. The staff barely understood German. That's why there were helpless looks next to me. There's a Burger King next door - but we would have preferred to go there. .

We arrived hungry and used to the service from the USA. The price was clearly too high for the amount of food received. Dips/sauces were not included with the fries and should be purchased for 50 cents. The ambience was extremely bad (uncomfortable cold atmosphere) and unclean. The wiper wiped the crumbs from table to table and finally onto the far too narrow benches. Everything stuck. It was very empty - only suppliers were crowding the checkout. I would love to give it 3.5 stars, but since that isn't possible it will be 3 stars. I recently went to KFC for the first time and I have to say that I was positively surprised by the food. Unfortunately, like all fast food restaurants, the store itself is not really cozy or nice to look at. You can't really sit down outside because there's a kind of climbing frame for children right next to it, which screams loudly and doesn't really make eating any more pleasant. But I would recommend KFC for the drive thru.

We were in Berlin for “Lord of the Dance”. Afterwards we thought we'd go to Kentucky Fried Chicken again, we hadn't been there in so many years. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and was being renovated. Never mind the drive in was open and when could you order food there. We ordered the large bucket of poultry for 30 euros. Quite expensive for so little poultry, but no matter, it always tasted great. So I'm disappointed, unfortunately so much money and so little! I like KFC and, when I eat FF, I prefer it to the competition. Uber/Wolt has been delivering to us for some time now, which we take advantage of from time to time. I don't know who packs the bags, but out of 5 orders, 5 times something was missing. The bags are even tacked shut so the delivery guy can't do anything about it. This is really bottomless.

Staff 70% brazen, cheeky and unfriendly. After I asked for a cloth, an employee came promptly and wiped the table, but after I asked if he could also wipe the back of the bench, as it was very sticky, I was told why I was there have to squat down. Cheeky! After my answer that I could sit wherever I thought was right, he said it was meant to be funny... Hahaha rarely laughed so much! This conversation was then evaluated for the first time in the kitchen. Of course that's what you do with jokes. I was then made to wait a little longer for my food. Of course, just having fun. During the meal you could easily observe how some of the employees work. I thought 21 tables with just one cloth was a really brilliant achievement. Sorry but that's just disgusting! The delivery driver, who was apparently new to his job, also received very rude answers. A guest who asked about a cup holder also received a mushy answer. Do you have a cup holder? Yes, they are here in front of you, are they enough?! “Magical, friendly” response from the saleswoman. Just for your information, if you've never been to a store before, you don't know it as well as the staff. But apologies to the staff, there are customers who have questions and you also have to answer them. My conclusion: I'd rather go to the KFC in Stettin, they have decency and are friendly. Perhaps you should think about staff training in dealing with guests and hygiene!

We were at KFC Berlin Pankow on Friday July 3rd, 2020 at 9 p.m. The "lady" at the checkout wasn't just rude, she was insulting and rude. There is a sign on the door saying wear a mask. Inside, neither this lady nor any other employee wore a mask. No, as if that wasn't enough, the lady asked us to take off the mask and really "talk to me properly". If we are afraid, then we should go somewhere else. And it was so loud that all the other guests could hear it too. Funny, all the guests wore masks. Referring to the legal situation and through the public order office, this lady literally said, I don't care. They can tell me, or do you see the public order office here? People like this lady are destroying KFC's reputation. In any case, we won't be coming back. And we were regulars.

What we ordered didn't arrive completely. Instead of the burger for 8.99, we got one for 2.99 that we hadn't ordered. What arrived didn't taste good either. One burger was completely soaked and tasted strange and was not eaten. Everything arrived cold. Ordered large fries but what we got was more of a bad joke. When we called the branch directly, the lady on the phone blamed the delivery driver. You can't change that anymore. In total we ordered for just under 50 euros and didn't get what we paid for! In addition, I have to say that the driver only takes the packed bag from KFC employees and delivers it, so the fault lies with the employees and not the driver! For the money we could have eaten better somewhere else and got what was ordered. We will never order anything or eat there again and in our personal opinion we cannot recommend it!

Sorry but my visit here was a complete disaster!!! Drink dispenser sticky and dirty. You got your finger stuck on the selection pad because it obviously hadn't been cleaned for hours. Half of my order was missing, but I only noticed it in the car. However, since the ordering process was already bumpy, I didn't feel like going back and complaining about it. Guys, it really could be better. I'm definitely not coming back!!!

Yesterday was the turn against KFC for a long time. Unfortunately, my daughter and I didn't get the family bucket. Wasn't the chicken fresh? Cold chain interrupted? Or used old meat? We are both currently suffering massively from vomiting and diarrhea for half of last night!!! It doesn't work at all! Clarification from KfC is urgently needed. A call to the health department is being considered.

So, wanted to give the branch another chance. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. The employees are hopelessly overwhelmed. First the order had to be changed twice because the wrong things were entered into the register. There were 2 positions on the screen for processing, it took almost 4 minutes and when I got home I realized that unfortunately there were things in the bag that I didn't order and the actual products were missing.

It's a solid McDonald's. However, it didn't offer table service and seemed old-fashioned, without a separate Mc Café area.
