Unfortunately things are always missing... Orders should therefore always be checked! The last few chili cheese nuggets just tasted like rancid fryer grease. The oil was probably overdue... December 2022 Today... 08/25/24... tried to order at the drive-in counter.. 7:58 p.m.... When it was my turn I was told... It would still take a while. When at 8:15 p.m. still nothing had happened and I cheekily asked what would happen next, all I got was a rude... "... that's still taking a while!!" Without any explanations. Then I waited another 5 minutes and drove out of the yard without food... like the other 4 cars behind me 🤷🏼‍♂️

One star is still too many!!! Five employees are standing behind the counter and can't get two orders together! Where cheese is supposed to be on it, there is no cheese on it, but you were specifically asked about it when you ordered!!! The complaint was not carried out due to incomprehension, but I was asked what they should do now!!!!

Since the reviews aren't the best... I went to the drive-thru yesterday. The order was taken quickly and I got the food quickly. Burgers and fries were warm and fresh. Nothing was forgotten.

We very rarely go out for fast food. In general, we like the vegetarian alternatives offered at BK. But here the food was cold. It was probably lying around for a while. Drinks were delivered incorrectly. Sauces were missing. It was also unclean. Ketchup stuck to the inside of the window. There seems to be a motivation problem.

Tried to order again week ago and food quality was super bad. Not fresh veggies inside whopper, patty was a total mess. Nuggets instead of regular ones were plant based. But the main Idea that food was just a thrash. Nothing about freshness. Never again. This is the worst BK I visited in all over the world (believe me I traveled a lot).

July 28, 2024 The branch does not take part in the coupon promotions, which is surprising since this was the case yesterday and several coupons could be redeemed. The young man selling also had no alternatives available. He did this with several customers. Apparently this BK cuts out the inexpensive dishes at mealtime. If you need something like that, order it anyway.

I'm eating a lot of energy here and have never seen such a motivated employee. She is multitasking ability personified. Just wow Habibi.

Unfortunately, the food is not always good. Probably due to the person at the grill. The service is so bad. The shift manager (person dressed in black) is always very unfriendly and unmotivated. Employees seem to forget something with every order and cleaning hasn't been done properly for a long time. Glue table legs and floor. On the way to the toilet there is a very pungent smell.

Service is all great, some dishes such as fries are sometimes more, sometimes less fresh. You should only be able to rely on the opening times. If it is stated until 3:00 a.m., everything shouldn't be sealed off twenty minutes beforehand. Otherwise just change the information. Apart from that, it's a well-organized, functioning store with no other problems. 👍

For the 3rd time in 3 weeks, I'm standing in the drive-in on the weekend 1 or 1.5 hours before the official closing time (according to the BK website) and all I hear is that they're already closed. I find that outrageous because I drove to the only open store after work.

With 3 people in the store, it took forever to get the food. Ordered from the machine and you had to wait at the front and bring the food to the table yourself. It felt like it lasted 30 minutes. Very bad service.

There was simply a piece of crumpled up napkin in the bottom of the ice cream. You don't know whether it was already used or not, I unknowingly put it in my mouth. After confrontation I was offered a new one, which I refused because I lost my appetite.

Was there again today. Great as always. Very nice service. Mr. Danilov served me. You want such a competent employee at the counter. Was able to give recommendations and, above all, understood everything I wanted. The bag was completely packed, which you don't always have.

Burgers slapped together carelessly. Poorly packed bags. No well-thought-out workflows. First the milkshake is made and then the menu. Unfortunately, I have experienced this standard several times over several months. This Burger King has a huge problem with the motivation of its employees. And in keeping with Burger King, they don't deliver the quality that you would expect.

A complete and correctly prepared order is not the rule but the exception. The employees are always willing to exchange the wrong products or produce the missing products, some even react almost understandingly and once an employee even apologized for the inconvenience. My last 5 orders: wrong product: 1 time incorrectly customized product: 1 time forgotten product: 2 times done correctly: 1 time My recommendation, especially when ordering takeaway, is to check everything carefully before you leave.

Hi, the food was Burger King quality: so good. I enjoyed the Emmentaler burger. We would have to wait 15 minutes for this. A tuk too long. The toilet is an urgent improvement: no soap, the dryer doesn't work, and you have to use toilet paper to dry your hands. Since it is a toilet for the disabled and at the same time a changing room, you don't know whether you are in the "right" place. Dear Burger King operator, please do something. All the best

I actually just paid €8.03 for 3 cheeseburgers and even though 1 cheeseburger was supposed to cost €1.80, your employee cheated me out of my money.
