Burger King Langen in Bremerhaven

Everything was really great, it was all good.

We came all the way from Wulsdorf to Langen. The pleasant, clean atmosphere and the friendly, attentive service invite you to linger and enjoy a local treat. Many thanks to the team!

What can I say? I went there twice in a row, and both times the burgers were lukewarm. My expectations for fast food chains aren't high, but the burgers should at least be hot. The service and atmosphere speak for themselves. I wasn't at a Michelin-starred restaurant 🤷🏻‍♂️ I got exactly what I expected: average.

Although I'm from Bremerhaven, this is the only Burger King I go to. I've never had any problems with the food, and if something is missing, they always get it without any fuss. Thanks also to Mr. Alkabbani and Mr. Smit for the consistently excellent service.

The worst Burger King ever... On our first visit, they tried to sell us a King Jr. meal without the surprise (toy) for our child. Okay, so it must be unavailable, these things happen – so off to the competition. We should have gone there this time too: The meat on the chicken burger was dry and rock hard, which was only surpassed by the fries, which were soggy and ice cold. The fact that ALL the sauces included with the meals were missing and the milkshakes were only half full hardly even registers. Seriously: This place needs a negative rating scale...

The service was very friendly. From ordering at the terminal to being served, it took less than 3 minutes, including table service. Unfortunately, there's a slight deduction for cleanliness. Due to the high volume of customers, the staff doesn't always have the time to keep the restaurant spotless. And unfortunately, many customers make a lot of mess without any consideration, which is beyond the staff's control. Otherwise, everything was good.

What kind of garbage store is this? I was just at the drive-thru and bought us a few meals. Among them was a burger nugget that was rock hard and the bun was so porous, it was simply disgusting. The other was a double cheeseburger where the Betty was completely burnt, so honestly, it's no wonder people don't eat there anymore. Burger King should definitely be called Burger King garbage.

This is the second review I've written here... and before that, I gave it 3 stars. But today was truly the highlight... the chicken burger had a dry bun... no pickle on the cheeseburger, and on top of that, a burnt patty? 4 out of 5 burgers were cold, so I paid almost €20 for NOTHING, very disappointing. So, this place... never again. Sorry!

It would actually be very nice if it were cleaner. On our last visit, there was no place to sit down. Unfortunately, the friendly staff doesn't make things any better.

I ordered a plant-based burger, and the patty was made of meat. The man at the checkout initially wanted to tell me it was plant-based. When I told him you could taste the difference and that it shouldn't be pink, he lifted the bun, and then the patty wasn't even cooked all the way through. Then he was nice and apologized a lot. But this really shouldn't happen.

I go there often and haven't experienced anything negative so far.

The kids loved it. Special requests were accommodated. Friendly staff, no long wait. Unfortunately, the tables weren't wiped down during our visit, and some of the floors were sticky.

I went to Drive-In Burger King on the night of Saturday to Sunday (September 27, 2025 – September 28, 2025) and ordered two meals, each with large fries. Unfortunately, both portions of fries were only half full. I then went back to complain. However, the employee there was very rude and argued with me instead of simply solving the problem. Meanwhile, the rest of my food got cold. Although they made me new fries afterward, they were extremely heavily salted – barely edible. I hope for friendlier customer service and more care in the preparation of orders in the future. This kind of experience shouldn't happen again.
