Warum ist in meinem Döner eine Socke???!!!!!

Meine Schwester hat heute Geburtstag, und wir haben eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Und man hat uns nicht einmal eine kleine Cola gegeben. :) Überhaupt nichts! Die Mitarbeiter sagten, der Chef wolle nichts verschenken, aber im McDonald’s in der nächsten Straße haben sie uns Eis gegeben! Man sollte den Chef wegen dieser Einstellung zu einem Festtag entlassen!

Ich kann diesen McDonald’s nur weiterempfehlen! Für mich ist das der beste McDonald’s der Welt. Das Essen ist immer frisch, lecker und schnell zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Personal: Alle sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen, und der Service ist jedes Mal erstklassig. So macht ein Besuch richtig Spaß! Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – macht weiter so! Guter Service. Schnell und lecker. Ich war sehr überrascht von den frischen Blumen, wie Lilien in einem teuren Restaurant. Sehr sauber.

Ja, ich gehe einfach total gerne zu McDonald's in verschiedenen Ländern. Die Burger hier waren besser als in den Niederlanden, und es gab auch ganz andere Getränke. Ich wurde wirklich nicht enttäuscht und es hat mir rundum gut geschmeckt. Das Parken war etwas schwierig, da könnten sie etwas verbessern. Aber ansonsten war alles super.

Ich geh seit meiner Kindheit dorthin zu diesem Mci aber ich hab seit heute noch nie solch motivierte und gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter dort gesehen.GG

Es war wenig Betrieb trotzdem war das Essen sehr frisch. Hab noch nie so frische pommes und chicken nuggets gegessen

Seit dem Umbau unfassbar schlecht, Essen braucht immer ewig lang, man kann beim Warten beobachten, wie jeder dritte Kunde zurück kommt, weil was vergessen wurde oder falsch belegt. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung habe ich zwei Veggi TS Burger bestellt (Veggi Nuggets waren schon komplett aus anscheinend) - beim Öffnen vom zweiten Burger war einfach ein Beef Patty drin.. konnte ich als Vegtarier dann nicht essen, also komplett für den A

Das McDonald's in Passau Kohlbruck ist für mich eine der besten Filialen weit und breit – hier stimmt einfach alles, weshalb es von mir verdiente fünf Sterne gibt. Schon beim Betreten fällt auf, wie sauber und gepflegt alles ist. Die Tische werden zügig abgeräumt, der Gastraum ist ordentlich und auch die Toiletten sind in einem top Zustand. Das ist leider nicht überall selbstverständlich und macht direkt einen guten Eindruck. Was mich aber am meisten überzeugt, ist die Geschwindigkeit. Egal ob am Schalter, am Terminal oder über den Drive-in – die Bestellung kommt schnell und vor allem frisch. Die Burger sind heiß, saftig und sauber zubereitet, und die Pommes kommen knusprig und frisch frittiert an den Tisch. Genau so, wie man sich Fast Food wünscht, aber leider nicht immer bekommt. Auch das Personal verdient ein großes Lob: freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch bei viel Andrang erstaunlich gelassen und gut organisiert. Man fühlt sich als Gast einfach gut aufgehoben. Ob für einen schnellen Snack zwischendurch, ein Mittagessen oder einen entspannten Stopp auf der Durchreise – dieses McDonald's kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hier wird genau das geliefert, was man erwartet, nur eben konstant auf einem richtig hohen Niveau. Klare Empfehlung und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir haben in einem fast leeren Laden etwa 20 Minuten auf ein Happy Meal für das Kind gewartet. Die Mitarbeiterin hat die Abholtaste aus Versehen zu früh gedrückt, und danach mussten wir noch länger warten. Bei der Bestellung hatten wir extra 'zum Mitnehmen' ausgewählt und auch die Nummer des gewünschten Spielzeugs angegeben. Am Ende haben sie uns ein völlig anderes Spielzeug gegeben, und wir mussten das Essen selbst in die Tüte packen

Für ein Fast-Food-Essen bin ich zufrieden.

Der Mitarbeiter an dem Drive in der Bestellungen aufnimmt war ganz freundlich aber der Mann der die Bestellungen rausgibt ist einfach nur frech und laut

Wir hatten uns mit meinem Sohn mit Familie beim Mc verabredet. Sie waren vorher schon in der Stadt und wir brauchten zum hinfahren ca. 25 min. Mein Sohn war früher da, sie warteten beim Mc Parkplatz auf uns. Was wir bzw mein Sohn nicht wusste, dass das parken da nur noch begrenzt möglich ist und zwar 2 Std. Wir bestellten und das essen dauerte schonmal ewig, zudem bekam mein Mann das essen garn nicht. Wir hatten tischservice und achteten auch nicht darauf, dass eine Angestellte eine Nummer aufrief. Das wäre aber das essen für meinen Mann gewesen, irgendwann nachdem wir alle schon mit essen fertig waren, fragte mein Mann nach. Die Angestellte ging dann in die Abstellkammer nach den Toiletten und brachte das Tablett zu uns. Es war aber mittlerweile eiskalt, sie meinte...die Pommes bekomme er frisch, das andere musste er kalt essen!!! (Mc Menü) Fachkräfte sucht man hier vergeblich, Der GIPFEL war dann ca. 2 Wochen später rief nich mein Sohn an, ob wir auch einen Strafzettel für den Mc Parkplatz bekommen haben. Er hat einen Strafzettel über 35€ bekommen, weil er über die 2 Std dort stand!!! Das wir aber mit 5 Personen dort gegessen haben, dann noch ein Eis gegessen haben, das essen ewig dauerte bzw gar nicht kam und dann es KALT essen musste, finde ich es eine Frechheit und eine Abzocke sondersgleichen. Anscheinend sind Familientreffen da unerwünscht. Das war ein teueres Essen, echt traurig! Wir werden dieses Restaurant in Zukunft meiden. TIP:Haltet euch nicht länger dort auf, dass wird teuer😡😡😡😡😡🤮🤮🤮🤮

Sind zum 1 mal hier gewesen und es war nicht gut. Mussten sehr lange auf unser essen warten, der Burger war kalt, die Cola hat nach Wasser geschmeckt, und unser Salat sah aus als wäre er von Vorgestern deswegen haben wir gefragt ob wir einen neuen bekommen, dann wurde zu uns gesagt das wir neue Tomaten haben können und das der Salat fisch sei und das kein Salat mehr da ist.

Also ich bin nur noch Todes genervt von diesem mci ab jz nur noch der in der spit. Unfähige genervte komische Mitarbeiter die nix können, und es fehlt IMMER was. Burger wurde ohne Käse bestellt, da is doppel käse, pommes 2 mal komplett nicht mitgegeben. Junge wenn ich drive in fahr dann hab ich halt keine zeit alles durchzukontrollieren. Schämt euch mal weil das wirklich einfach nur bullshit. LG

20 Minuten gewartet, Essen lauwarm bis kalt. Stark verschmutztes Restaurant. Sry das ist weit weg von eurem Standard

Leider seid dem Umbau viel zu lange Wartezeiten… Außerdem zieht es zu sehr bei den Türen rein, es ist extrem kalt

Alles neu, alles schlecht. Ganz ehrlich. Wenn dieser Umbau McDonald’s neue Geschäftsstrategie widerspiegelt, dann schämt euch und hört auf. War dort und die Leute stehen vor den Bildschirmen um zu bestellen. Wie Tiere vorm Futterautomaten!!! Verzeiht mir bitte diesen Ausdruck, aber ich habe das empfunden. Ich wollte persönlich bestellen und stand vor der Theke wo man normalerweise seine Bestellwünsche äußert. Dort war eine Frau in McDonald’s Uniform. Sie schaute so böse dass ich mich nicht getraut habe sie auf meine Bestellung anzusprechen. Auch zwei Männer in McDonald’s Uniform waren da, diese unterhielten sich die ganze Zeit über private Dinge, ließen sich aber durch mich, der blöde Kunde, der den Futterautomaten nicht bedienen will auch nach drei Minuten im Abstand von 75cm nicht stören! Enttäuscht und sehr hungrig verließ ich den vollautomatisierten Futterbetrieb und löschte beim verlassen meine McDonalds App. Leider muss ich einen Stern vergehen, verdient hätte diese vollautomatisierte Futterstätte ganze -5 Sterne.

Wenn jemand 42 Minuten am Mc Drive warten will, ist hier vollkommen richtig.

Sehr lecker, die chicken Nuggets sind sehr gut gemacht worden, Pommes sind sehr gut. Cola hat auch gut geschmeckt, Mitarbeiter sind freundlich 👍🏻 fahren jedes Jahr da hin wenn wir auf der Durchreise sind !

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und die pommes sind gut gesalzen. Sie haben auch die ganze zeit um die Gäste gekümmert und es ist auch sehr sauber.

Habe essen bestellt, mein BicMac wurde aber nicht eingepackt. Habe dafür extra bezahlt, Geld wächst nicht auf Bäumen meine Freunde der Sonne und des Mondes.

Digga... Der mcs Mitarbeiter der die strohalme gefühlt herzaubert ist der beste (brille,kurze schwarze haare). Der typ verdient ne Gehaltserhöhung ohne ihn wär das alles langweiliger. Die art bon den typen ist super. War am 01.02. um 22:30 da

Seit dem neuen Umbau stark nachgelassen !!!! Sehr schade ! Wir kennen diesen McDonald’s in Passau schon immer, jedoch sind wir nicht mehr begeistert geschweige denn zufrieden. Es ist eiskalt 🥶 in diesem Laden, da sich die elektrische Schiebetüre ständig öffnet. Der Architekt muss wohl bei dieser Konstruktion keinerlei Rücksicht auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste genommen haben. Alle sitzen mit Jacken und Mützen beim Essen - selbst das Personal trägt Jacken. Zum Kaffee: Wieso gibt es überhaupt eine hochwertige Siebträgermaschine wenn diese nicht benutzt wird ? ! Wir gingen gerne einfach nur zum Kaffee trinken her aber das hat sich nun auch erledigt - sehr schade ! Hoffentlich erreicht diese Rezession die richtigen Verantwortlichen.

Katastrophe!! Im Lokal war es so eiskalt, jeder Gast saß mit der dicken Winterjacke im Lokal, so ungemütlich!!! Das Essen war auch nur lauwarm. Furchtbar!

Das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und hat gut geschmeckt

Bei McDonald’s weiß man, was man bekommt, und wird fast immer positiv überrascht. Lecker, schnell und ohne Überraschungen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist wie gewohnt hoch: Burger, Pommes, Getränke – alles ist frisch und lecker, so wie man es von McDonald’s erwartet. Ich freue mich über die tollen Angebote und Aktionen, dank denen man gut und günstig essen kann. Das ist ideal für einen schnellen Snack oder ein komplettes Mittag- oder Abendessen. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Es ist meist nicht überfüllt. Selbst zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten kann man problemlos hingehen, ohne lange Schlangen und unnötige Wartezeiten. Man kann fast jederzeit kommen und sich immer auf schnellen Service und leckeres Essen verlassen. Insgesamt ist McDonald’s eine zuverlässige Option, wenn man etwas Vertrautes und Bewährtes sucht. Ein guter Ort für einen schnellen und leckeren Snack ohne unnötigen Aufwand.

Neben dem Essen haben wir auch MC Caffe genutzt. Endlich wieder echte Tassen und Gläser. Der Angestellte war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Hab einen latte Machiato Grade via app bestellt, 23:45 Uhr , einfachste Arbeiten...lesen und ausführen. Ich nehme daheim einen schlug und dachte schon die Milch ist schlecht, aber nein. Hab einen ekligen macha latte bekommen, also nicht mit Kaffe aber dafur ca 4 Euro gezahlt. Einfach frech und nicht die erste negativ erfahrung mit der Filiale.

Eigentlich schmeckt mir McDonalds schon, daher esse ich es hin und wieder, v.a. wenns mal schnell gehen muß. In Passau hat man halt leider auch nicht viele Alternativen. Der Service bei Mc in Passau (egal ob Meraner oder Äußere Spitalhofstr.) ist allerdings unterirdisch. Es gab in den letzten Jahren kaum eine Bestellung in der nichts gefehlt hat, obwohl ich jeweils nur um die 10 Sachen bestellt habe. Sämtliche Beschwerden meinerseits verliefen bisher im Sande. Allein heute als ich auf meine Bestellung gewartet habe, konnte ich zwei reklamierende Kunden beobachten. Bei mir wurden Gitterkartoffeln statt großer Pommes eingepackt, dafür aber ein Royal TS vergessen. Unfassbar.... Wenn ich mir die anderen Rezessionen so durchlese, bin ich offenbar kein Einzelfall. ANSTATT DIE KRITIKEN ERNST ZU NEHMEN UND SICH ENDLICH MAL ZU VERBESSERN, WERDEN REZESSIONEN AN GOOGLE ALS DIFFAMIEREND GEMELDET UND GESPERRT (passiert im Fall Äußere Spitalhofstr)

We waited forever for the food. When it finally arrived, it was cold.

The food is good, but there's a new employee who could really use some deodorant – a ton of it!

It is and remains fast food. The burger, presented rather carelessly in its box, had completely slid off the bottom of the bun. I still find the ordering system at the self-service kiosks awkward and very impersonal. The minimalist decor now feels somewhat cold and uninviting.

Unfortunately, things are often forgotten. This time we didn't receive any coffee spoons with our coffee, nor any napkins for the food.

Since the renovation, in my opinion, it is no longer as comfortable as it used to be

For me, this is the best McDonald's in the area. It's clean and, most importantly, has power outlets at the tables, so you can easily pass the time.

The food, as always, was mostly okay. Service is currently a disaster. We were there a few days ago, wanted a McSmart meal, and tested out the pickup parking lot. We waited over 20 minutes for it, and when I asked, the colleague said the order disappeared from her computer at some point. Today we wanted to get some ice cream inside and waited 40 minutes for two McSundaes. Then, after waiting this long, we got thirsty and wanted two drinks. After another 20 minutes, I asked if they could cancel my order (via the app) because we didn't feel like waiting any longer. They then said they could make the drinks right away and asked if we wanted something sweet instead. Understandable in exceptional cases, but that's not how to solve the current problem with the staff!

Good bike parking facilities, power outlets available, but dynamic pricing at MC Flurry is simply 33 percent more expensive than, for example, in Bad Krozingen. How are dynamic pricing actually calculated?

Of course, McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant—but with the high prices these days, I also expect a certain standard. In other restaurants, that's no problem. Here in Passau, on the other hand: coffee in a paper cup despite being eaten there, a muffin carelessly slapped onto a tray, and the portafilter coffee machine just for decoration, while the coffee comes from a vending machine. The staff was slow, disinterested, and seemed overwhelmed. Absolutely disappointing for a restaurant of this size and chain. This is not the kind of service you'd expect.

I've never been served as professionally and friendly as I was at this McDonald's. They apologized because the second burger was still waiting. The Happy Meal toy wasn't there, so the particularly friendly employee immediately piled up all the available items so I could choose what I wanted. Amazing. If I have to choose another McDonald's on the highway, this should be it!

A few days ago, we ordered something to eat at the mcDrive. Immediately afterward, we noticed that the salad had been "out of date" for two hours. We then called the store and asked the manager to take care of it, but days later, no one has responded. It doesn't really matter.

Beautifully renovated! Unfortunately, there are often not enough parking spaces. Very friendly service!

The worst McDonald's 👎👎👎 We waited for coffee and a croissant for 15 minutes!!!! And there were no customers. We planned to drink coffee inside and from a cup. We waited for coffee in a PAPER CUP! We asked to redo the coffee, They poured it from the glass into the cup.

There were several free tables, but there was nowhere to sit because nothing had been cleaned. The tables were dirty. It was hard to eat. It wasn't much better outside. The wasps were also very aggressive. I've never seen such behavior at other McDonald's branches in various cities. Actually, McDonald's places great importance on cleanliness.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, one of the employees killed some bees for no reason, which had wandered into the restaurant and we were just about to take them outside. One can really expect a bit more consideration these days.

It's unbelievable that this is part of the McDonald's chain. There's always something missing from our order (we got a drink, the table next to us got regular fries instead of shake fries, etc.). It's incredibly loud, uncomfortable, and above all, DIRTY. The young man tried everything, but just being out in this pile of garbage is simply not possible. For us, this means only one thing: Never again – that's for sure.

The food took a very long time and was cold by the end. Since the renovations, you have to wait a very long time at this branch.

We waited 20 minutes for our food. It was cold, the fries weren't cooked through, and they were just regular fries, not the shaker fries we ordered! Unfortunately, we picked it up and didn't eat there, otherwise we would have gone back. I think it's outrageous that we still pay for it and then get such inferior quality. Even when it's busy, this shouldn't happen.

We were there yesterday and we were really disappointed and angry at the same time. Since the renovation, this system seems to be working even worse than before. If everything stayed the same, without the endless wait, then little things would be manageable. The only good thing since the modernization is the vending machines, but that's about it. I worked at McDonald's myself before everything had to be remodeled to keep up with the "trend." And so I know how stressful it can be. BUT you can't call yourself a restaurant when everything isn't right, things are missing, the staff is unfriendly, and on top of that, you're expected to put your things away (ridiculous). Service is hit or miss... But what's permanent is the missing items. It happens from time to time, yes, but we and several of our table neighbors were missing 1-5 items. That should NOT happen permanently. Yes, when I worked at McDonald's, it happened once too. But that happened maybe once in a month, and not consistently. It was just yesterday in Passau and a week ago in Freyung. For such a high price—yes, I'm deliberately saying that because I know what it costs to buy—they should make more of an effort to satisfy guests and really check five times that everything is there/included before expecting to be satisfied if something is missing. They also intentionally left everything behind because you certainly wouldn't put your stuff away after such a disappointment (it's nonsense anyway, because it doesn't make the world any cleaner). I'm not going to pay for that when I'm sitting in a "restaurant."

Paper in the burger no excuse and nothing for it

It would be very nice and appropriate for the lady on duty to take off her blue work gloves, which she wears when mopping the floor, when cashing the bill and when serving at the table.

A typical McDonald's has a lot to offer for kids, though. And it's been renovated since my last visit.

Since the renovation, it's been very modern yet cozy. Food was as usual, except the fries weren't quite cooked. (Hence the star deduction.) But otherwise, I can't complain 👍🏼

Since the renovation a disaster nothing going on half an hour waiting and then half is missing

No kidding, this was the best Megges in all of Germany. I only had to wait a minute for my food, it was clean, quiet, and after my meal, they even took my tablet away. They also asked me if everything was okay and if I wanted any sauce or something similar. A very nice Megges visit.

I'm very disappointed. The staff were nice, but this shouldn't happen. We ate there, and first the 6-pack nuggets were missing. I noticed it straight away. I told the man who brought them, but instead of going over and bringing me some, he went in the other direction and went to the container with the used tablets. Then I had to go there myself. And the toy at the Happy Meal wasn't wrapped. I unpacked it at home and, lo and behold, it was broken inside. Of course, my child cried about it and had a fuss at home. The cheeseburger was also cold.

We waited a long time for the food, it tasted good, but the floor was dirty, the toilets were extremely dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time... considering that it was newly built, it is not maintained as one would expect 😉 The attached photo was taken at 21:15

Had a very bad experience: I ordered food for €50 that included two McMenu's. First, because of the language barrier, the drive-thru ordered the wrong thing twice, something I didn't want. At the end, at the checkout, I noticed that one of the menu items was completely wrong, and I ordered something else. In the end, I got a regular Big Mac instead of the McChicken Big Mac, and even small fries, even though the McMenu includes large ones. I also found two black beard/nose hairs in one of the wraps (see picture). ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. Go to the other MCs or Burger King instead.

This is how you alienate customers... It's Sunday, 4:15 p.m. (June 1st), and we're at the drive-thru, ordering a large milkshake while driving. The order-taking staff was extremely competent and very friendly, but the surprise came at the next counter. Since there were no straws left at the checkout, there were no straws left. I checked: why? Driving and drinking from paper cups on the highway isn't risky either. Dear friends of McD, service is different, and I haven't seen this from the competition.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to, ice cold food, endless wait times, and totally filthy tables.

I ordered via the screen and waited about 40 minutes for the food on Tuesday at lunchtime. It never arrived, so I inquired. They said the order had been lost and they couldn't find it on the screen. This isn't the first time an order has been lost and not prepared.

The McDonald's has become truly beautiful, but the renovation has brought with it a major problem. Apparently, all the employees are overwhelmed by the software that doesn't work. Orders are issued incorrectly, followed by long discussions at the table. You can no longer scan coupons at the terminal; you have to constantly enter the long code. Today, I couldn't pay at the cash register for 10 minutes because the only employee in charge was busy discussing an order at the table. EVERYONE is really VERY NICE, but the process used to run MUCH SMOOTHER AND BETTER. But this needs to be addressed at McDonald's.

I was there around 4:45 PM and the nicest McDrive employee ever was there! So friendly, in a great mood, and helpful. 10/10

I just got the wrong food at the drive-through, which I didn't notice until I got home. The employee seemed distracted and rude. Great. I'll probably go to the competitor in the future.

Received cold burger and stale cola. After a complaint, a supposedly new burger arrived. Unfortunately very mushy and in the same packaging as before. This was certainly not prepared new. Maybe just put some different meat in it. Disaster.

It was freezing cold in the store. Even the staff walks around with jackets! I asked the service about it. Unfortunately he didn't understand what I was saying. Definitely won't come back.

Good highway McDonalds. Clean, hardly any waiting time

It's really bad - twice the food wasn't given to us when we took it away. In the future we will have to check the food on site to make sure nothing is missing.

Total disappointment after reopening! Despite the small order, we waited 25 minutes until the order was ready. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed and not organized. The only question is why. Unfortunately, the burgers were only lukewarm and the fries weren't what you're used to from McDonald's. Very, very unfortunate. There is also no longer a vestibule and it is cold at the door all the time. It's a shame this has been made worse.

Rebuilt in April 2025. Great modern atmosphere.

No understanding of being open until 3:00 a.m. a week ago and suddenly only being open until 12:00 a.m. When asked, they simply hung up. #bringmcwrapceasarback #changeexpensiveopeninghours

Came to fast food cause I wanted to eat fast, ended up waiting for my order over 30min even tho place was empty

Just too cold to eat. All guests had jackets on. I'm very disappointed. First thought: get out of here quickly before we get sick. Very cold air came from the ventilation. It's always been a bit cold, but today it's just horrible.

It tasted good, service was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine didn't work.

We thought we'd give you a try since you've remodeled it. But unfortunately the same as before. Completely cold 20 nuggets, soggy lukewarm fries. Only the burgers were warm and good as always. But it can't be that someone stays hungry today and has paid money for it.

Unfortunately a very bad experience here. We were waiting for a meal for 25 minutes from order. No excuse from the staff. What was even worse, meal was cold.

After the reopening, we were served in a friendly and cheerful manner, despite the late hour. Absolutely great and very hardworking team. I was so happy that something like this still exists that I wanted to share it here :-)

How completely non-customer-oriented can you be not to be listed on Google Maps when a branch is temporarily not open?!
