Burger King in Passau

The restaurant didn’t feel clean at all. The bathrooms and the immediate area in front of them were smelly. Food was alright, I really enjoyed chili burger

Burgers are getting smaller and more expensive.

Big Mac Hig Mac digga. Juicy digga. One more long chicken digga and then you won't say digga anymore.

Because the employee at the counter was constantly touching his hair and the employees at the back of the dining area didn't really care about hygiene because they didn't wear a hairnet despite having long hair. You should also be allowed to give minus stars. And the cleanliness of the tables wasn't great either.

The bread is not fresh, The meat is not tasty, it smells bad, even the employee responsible for collecting the food forgot that we ordered mayonnaise

Unfortunately not like I visited last time, unfriendly staff always referred me to the ordering machine even though I wasn't familiar with the ordering machine. They didn't want to help me because I was hungry and left the Bürger King again.

Simply super nice staff, and the renovation has greatly improved the ambience!

We were there with great joy at the new opening, ordered the large bucket menu and were very disappointed in the end. For €19 you get a bucket that's half full? Not even one person gets enough of it and in the end they don't even give us the fries and we had to ask for them back? That's outrageous, Burger King was always a good choice because it was cheaper than McDonald's but now I know where I won't go from now on and where I will go in the future.

We ordered on the drive and got something completely different and it was in different boxes. Nobody knew who owned what, everything had to be unpacked and checked.

Typical Burger King. Everything fits. Lots of free parking. Everything clean.

Food was very tasty because it was always freshly prepared, so in terms of taste it was one of the best Burger Kings I've ever eaten. Disadvantage, because everything is made fresh, there can be longer waiting times, but not longer than 5 minutes. There is no WiFi and no ordering terminals, but it really tastes like the best Burger King. Really recommended.👍

Employees are friendly. Food is like any other Burger King :)

Today I was at Burger King and bought myself and my son something to eat and ate there then you get cold nuggets and a fake milkshake then I told the staff and they then made me stupid and said to me if I should go straight away I wanted to exchange everything so I could get the same thing again so I wouldn't have to pay for it, but they were very rude. I'm definitely not going there again and I even have witnesses to that

Very nice staff. Everything is clean and tidy, but you still have to order at the counter. It is not possible to do so in advance via the app or in the restaurant on the touchscreen. Too bad.

Tastes better than McDonald's, but the views aren't great 🙃

Very very average BK restaurant. Ambiance quite bland and partly dirty (several dead insects on the windowsill inside). Food wasn't the burner. We were passing through and will 100% not be returning.

Beautiful place that invites you to linger after a nice walk along the Ilz. If there had been a salad or something with poultry to eat, I would have been completely satisfied. The cuisine itself is simple, but good home cooking.

I had not have good Whopper for a long time. This one got a wonderful Whopper. The cleanness can be improved more.

We got two large ice cream cones while we waited. Very attentive. Overall a well organized restaurant. Food is always fresh and delicious.

Unfortunately, there was a pin problem when we were there. Fortunately, we had enough cash, but it was inconvenient. They forgot a hamburger with our order. After this was reported, it was resolved quickly. Great location for a quick bite, but don't expect a culinary masterpiece and/or attractive restaurant.

Delicious and light food, friendly and kind staff

The staff were very friendly. The furnishings are in the old state (orders are made from the staff). The food was good as usual.

Ordered food worth €23.57 and I came home and saw 3 things missing! I don't know what to say but I'm very angry that the service is so bad and you don't get what you expect. I will never get food from Burger King again because I can't trust myself how often food should be missed until they finally understand.

Service was alright, but hard to communicate with. The food did come out fresh and hot, but the burgers always fall apart, leaving you after half of the burger with just the buns. When I came in, the soda machines didn’t work and we were only offered Water. Not to mention that the Drive Through seemingly isn’t great either.

Now the prices have risen a lot, some burgers have become smaller and some are only served lukewarm. The staff is friendly.

Burger King offers the best burger sandwiches and has offers such as a burger box for only 5 euros with a cola. The meals are delicious. I recommend visiting them and eating the sandwiches in their halls.

The ambience has seen better times, but the food and staff are good! Prices are okay, unlike the competitor.

Fries were better than at another fast food chain. What I was missing is the ordering machines because unfortunately I'm so slow about ordering. Without having to choose everything in 2 minutes and constantly asking, small large with ketchup or mayo. Menu or individual etc. But otherwise nice staff and if you have a good one they give you time to decide in peace

We were there for lunch, it wasn't busy (yet) and we were allowed to order straight away. Since there were no ordering terminals, we did this with an employee who unfortunately didn't really understand what we had ordered. At the table we noticed that the cheeseburger that was ordered with bacon was without bacon, but the Doublewhopper was. But my son didn't want that. My daughter would have liked to eat chicken wings instead of nuggets. She also noticed that her sprite was dark brown and was actually cola. The atmosphere was, to put it politely, rather retro, but everything was clean and the staff were polite.

The food was lukewarm and then the whole bread fell apart 😧 I was really disappointed.

We wanted to quickly get something to eat at 12:30 a.m. and even though there were customers in the store and the Burger King was open until 1:00 a.m., the door was locked so we couldn't get anything to eat. That's not possible!

It's a shame because breakfast isn't served until 10:00 a.m. Poor opening hours in the morning, a real shame!

Tastes good - if you like eating burgers. The ambience was pretty bad (tables were torn out of the floor anchors, TV sets were broken, doors were dilapidated). Unfortunately the service was subpar. The employees had real problems following the orders and implementing them (may have been partly due to poor training and partly due to the language barrier)

Everything tasted like you would expect from other Burger Kings. The restaurant is not the most modern, but it has a certain charm and was very clean. There are no ordering terminals here, which was unusual as we are now familiar with this as standard in other branches. But the employees were friendly and quick.

Oh man, Burger King is getting old! Dirty sticky seating! The whole store gives an unclean impression! The burgers have way too much sauce or mayonnaise in them! It's a shame but it's a no go for this money😧

Fast service, enough BK crowns available. Unfortunately no music and TV is already on vacation (disturbing image). We'll still come back every week, and we'll see each other again at the Christmas party at the latest.

You might think that every BK is the same, but here the burgers are (almost) always freshly prepared - no long waiting times.

The food is okay, but the service is not very good. They didn't take our order for a long time, despite the fact that there was no queue in front of us. Instead of a chocolate milkshake, they gave us a vanilla one, and claimed that it was definitely chocolate.

It's been a long time since we went to Burger King in Passau. We got a parking space right in front of the front door. When we ordered we got it straight away. We were able to order our favorite burger again and the friend wasn't a problem either! Dessert was also as requested! We are very satisfied and hope that this Burger King will remain in Passau for many years to come!

This Burger King is simply the best! The staff does a good job and are always super friendly!! Always happy to come back👍

Zwischendurch braucht es eine Whopper, genialer Geschmack und alles ging schnell!

Ich war jetzt schon öfters in diesem Burger King essen und in anderen auch. Das Essen schmeckt so wie bei jedem anderen durchschnittlich Burger King so wie man es kennt. Nicht schlecht und auch nicht überragend. Das Ambiente ist schön, es ist eigentlich immer sauber nur der außen Bereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Service ist für mich jedoch eine absolute Frechheit. Bestellungen werden zum teil komplett falsch verstanden und anstatt zwei Burger einzeln bekommt man zwei Menüs. Man wird angegangen wenn man zu laut lacht ( obwohl keine anderen Gäste da waren...). Auch schon passiert dass man im Restaurant von berauschten Leuten offensichtlich belästigt wird und die Mitarbeiter das gekonnt ignorieren. Nächster Punkt ist ,dass wenn man ausversehen den Ballon Ständer berührt hat, von Mitarbeitern gedroht wird mit Hausverbot und angeschrien wird. Das war das letzte mal Burger King Passau, wenn sich an diesem Service nichts ändert. Würde gerne einmal das Gespräch mit diesem Mitarbeiter in einem normalen Ton suchen...

Essen: Essen war nicht schlecht, es wurde unter anderem aber ein Cheeseburger bestellt der jedoch leider keinen Käse drauf hatte. Service: Der Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, es dauerte locker 10 Minuten bis wir dran waren und durften, dann immerhin nochmals 10 minuten Warten bis endlich alles da war. Ambiente: Jeder Tisch war entweder zugemüllt oder wurde von jemanden "reserviert" zumindest hoffe ich dass das so war, denn wenn jemand alleine in der mitte von nem 6er Tisch sitzt und sich über den ganzen Tisch ausbreitet ist das nicht OK

Die Burger sind einfach immer gut. Auch die Pommes schmecken zuhause noch frisch. Gibt nichts zu meckern!

Essen ist ganz ok, find es super, dass alles auch in plant based angeboten wird zum gleichen Preis und ich finde es gut, dass jetzt auch mehr Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass wenn vegan bestellt wird, das auch kommt. An stressigen Tagen ist das Personal etwas überfordert, da auch der Drive-in um einiges bevorzugt wird

heute war ich um 10:45 alleine im Laden😄 die Bestellung kam ruckzuck, alles frisch und lecker, alles war sauber, der Mitarbeiter sehr nett

Burger wie bestellt, also gut 🙂 Service ist hektisch, obwohl niemand weiteres hinter mir war, und hat dadurch einen Teil der Bestellung nicht mitbekommen, trotz Wiederholung von mir.....war wohl mit den Gedanken schon bei den Pommes 😂 Restaurant ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und deshalb ein wenig schäbig....🫤
