Burger King in Passau

Es ist nett, sie arbeiten schnell und es herrscht eine recht lebhafte Atmosphäre.

Wir kamen um 23 Uhr an und aßen einen köstlichen Burger. Er hat uns geschmeckt.

Wie fast immer bei Burger King muss man reklamieren. Zusätzlich bestellte Soßen fehlten. Die Long Chicken wurde mit Remoulade ertränkt. Den esse ich eigentlich gern, aber hier schmeckte er nur nach Remoulade.

Das Fleisch war frisch zubereitet, die Brötchen waren frisch. Reichlich Soße. Genau mein Lieblingsburger King.

Ich bin 2-3 mal die Woche bei diesem Burger King. Der Laden ist voll in Ordnung , das Personal freundlich. Leider passiert es immer wieder mal , das statt Plantbase , echtes Fleisch in den Burgern ist.

Es war an diesem Tag zwar viel los, dennoch darf so etwas nicht passieren. Unser Essen wurde zunächst versehentlich an einen anderen Tisch ausgegeben. Nachdem es dort bereits ausgepackt worden war, wurde es zurückgenommen und anschließend vor unseren Augen nur notdürftig wieder eingepackt und auf ein Tablett gelegt, um es uns zu servieren. Aus hygienischen Gründen haben wir dieses Essen selbstverständlich abgelehnt. Statt Verständnis für unsere berechtigte Reklamation zu zeigen, wurden wir sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Erst nach einer weiteren Viertelstunde wurde widerwillig damit begonnen, unser Essen frisch zuzubereiten. Ein derartiger Umgang mit Gästen und der hygienische Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sind für uns absolut inakzeptabel

Klimaanlage war Nachts um 23 Uhr noch am Laufen. Daher war es doch sehr kühl im Restaurant

Sehr gut. Das Essen ist fantastisch, aber das Eiswasser schmeckt wie Leitungswasser und ist sehr seltsam. Mein Hals war tagelang angeschwollen und schmerzte stark. Ich würde das Restaurant wegen des Essens empfehlen. Bitte reinigen Sie Ihre Eismaschinen und sorgen Sie für besseres Wasser!

Drive In dauert extrem lang obwohl nicht viele autos da stehen. Ist mir jetzt schon mehrmals aufgefallen zu verschiedenen Zeiten

Gutes Essen für den Preis, früher ewiges Schlangestehen aber jetzt geht's mit den neuen Maschinen. Langsame Bedienung insgesamt. Es ist üblicherweise einfach zu voll, vor allem am Sonnabend... Manchmal ist es ziemlich kalt drinnen, in Winter sogar zu viel.

Burger King ist wie jeder andere auch, ehrlich gesagt.

Besuch am 21.4.26 und Korrektur meiner positiven Bewertung. Ich glaube wir kommen nicht mehr. Es riecht und sieht aus auf den Toiletten. Bestellung dauert sehr lange und kommt kalt. Tische nicht gewischt. Fußboden klebt. Und irgendwie ist mir auch übel nach dem Essen. Sind in der Vergangenheit oft hier gewesen. War eigentlich alles OK. Besuch am 14.12.22. Danke für den Luftballon-Service ;) Pommes wie gewünscht ohne Salz. Alles vegetarisch. Sehr freundlich, vielen Dank.

Das Personal ist super hilfreich und das Essen schmeckt immer zuverlässig gut.

Essen hat den Burger King Standard. Personal an Kasse freundlich. Leider war der Tischservice eher unfreundlich. Sauberkeit an Tischen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Schade.

In der Nähe der Autobahn A3 gelegen, ist es für uns ein regelmäßiger Zwischenstopp, um eine Pause von der Fahrt einzulegen! Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

King des Monats hat nur nach Essig geschmeckt, absolut nicht gut. Pommes übersalzen.

Essen und Geschwindigkeit waren absolut okay, keine Beanstandung. Aber es war unfassbar kalt(!) in dem Laden, man musste seine Jacke anbehalten. Es hat gezogen wie sonst was! Hab ich so noch nie erlebt...

Superschneller Service, ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Einer der recht anständigen Burger Kings. Essen war frisch gemacht. Sauberkeit Tische? Na ja. Die Toiletten sind klein. Falls es eine Norm für Toilettenmindestgröße gibt, dann wurde sie hier umgesetzt. Warum ist auf Burger King Toiletten eigentlich immer die Seife leer?

Ich hab grade dreimal angerufen um zu fragen, ob die Eismaschine geht. Die Mitarbeiterin hat jedes Mal aufgelegt. Unverschämtheit. Sorry an alle anderen Mitarbeiter, die sind sonst immer mega freundlich vor Ort sind, aber das geht echt garnicht. Was ist daran so schwer, eine ganz normale Frage zu beantworten?

Gute Burger. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gute Lage. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Neben der großen Menge an Müll, die überall herumliegt (im Gastraum und in den Toiletten), reagiert das Personal auf die Bitte, einen schmutzigen Tisch nach vorherigen Gästen abzuwischen (was zu ihren Aufgaben gehört), mit einem seltsam verständnislosen Blick und erledigt diese Arbeit nur sehr widerwillig. Es ist notwendig, eine Qualitätskontrolle der Arbeitsleistung der Mitarbeiter in dieser Burger-King-Filiale durchzuführen

Der Service ist bei BK nett, aber oft sehr chaotisch..sonst ist BK superlecker aber auch scheißteuer.

Ambiente ist sehr gut Essen ist sehr gut Parkplätze sind eher zuwenig

Ich liebe immer noch die feste Papierverpackung für Burger im Vergleich zu gar keiner bei McDonald's. Selbst für Fingerfood-Verhältnisse sind wir doch keine Vielfraße, die auf eine ordentliche Füllung im Burger verzichten würden. Nuggets bestehen aus echtem Fleisch, nicht aus irgendeiner weichen Masse. Dasselbe gilt für das Burgerfleisch. Der Service war super, die Pommes waren lecker und die Gitter-Pommes aus Kartoffelstärke hervorragend.

Burger war kalt, hat geheißen bekomme neuen.Mein kalter Burger wurde samt Brötchen, Soße und Salat scheinbar in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht. Burger dann so heiß, dass man in momentan nicht essen konnte. Burger durch das wärmen total latschig, Fleisch nur noch scheußlich. Hab meinen Mann dann probieren lassen, dieser hat Ihn dann gleich wieder ausgespuckt. Nochmals den Herrn angeredet und gesagt ob Sie mich verarschen wollen, Burger wurde nur gewährmt.Er meinte er habe den Burger (den kalten)selbst weggeworfen. Als ich sagte wie kann es dann sein, dass im Burger Salat und Soße kochend heiß war, meinte er nur "ja kann nicht sein, bekomme einen neuen "das wollte ich nicht, da ich keinen komisch Burger mehr wollte.Leute verarschen lass ich mich nicht, den alten Burger wärmen und als neuen verkaufen. Burgerking in Passau wird mich nicht mehr sehen.So ein scheußliches Fleisch hab ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen.

Wenn die Eismaschine geht, lohnt sich ein Abstecher.

What they serve at BK is a disgrace these days. A regular hamburger has a 5 mm thick patty that's about half the size of the bun. It bears no resemblance to the pictures when ordering. At Lidl, you can get microwave-ready burgers with three times the meat for half the price. It's certainly not an alternative when traveling, but it's a testament to the rip-off going on here.

Unfortunately, some of the sauces had a very sour, vinegary taste. The food was almost cold.

Unfortunately, disappointed again!!! The restaurant advertises special offers with posters in the parking lot, which are then added upon entry. This is a serious form of customer deception!

Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. The chicken nuggets were terrible, as was the sweet and sour sauce. The burgers and fries were good. The staff were very friendly. The shop itself is very small. I don't find it particularly inviting for eating in. Ordering and taking away is okay.

I've just edited my review, which was very bad, but things have changed in the last two years, and for the better. I get the right stuff, and it tastes good (for fast food).

Super fast at the checkout and the food was fresh and prepared quickly.

I accidentally spilled my drink on the way to my table and asked for a rag. An employee (I assume the manager) not only came to clean it up, but also replaced my drink and brought two ice creams and toys for my children. I wasn't expecting that. Additionally, the food was very good, and despite the busy atmosphere, the staff were calm and friendly.

The building is a bit old but otherwise all in all a normal Burger King

Trash everywhere! The toilets are really dirty and haven't been cleaned in a long time. The trash cans are overflowing. Not recommended!!

Great fries as always. Bacon not cooked. Where can you get something like that? When I asked, they couldn't help me. That's just how it is. There's nothing they can do. The advertising images promise crispy fried bacon. Incomprehensible. At least I could have had my money back. The manager was very friendly and engaging 👍

Disaster! I was at the Passau branch today and wanted to pay for an app voucher for €10.49. I also wanted two vouchers from the newspaper 911 for €7.99. The cashier wanted me to pay more than €30, which couldn't be right. I pointed it out to him, and he recognized the error, then re-entered everything manually. Price/performance no longer correlates at all. For the price that I always need at least on average (currently just under €20, before the rise in prices it was €15), I buy food for a few days in the nearest supermarket or just drive to the nearest Turkish place and fill my stomach full.

So disgusting... We had just come from the Passauer dult and wanted to go to Burger King for something quick to eat. The first problem was that our burger patty was absolutely full of mold. And then our tray with our food on it. So I'm sorry but this will definitely go to the local authority!

Always forget to pack everything I ordered, often give you the wrong amount back (too little), the chicken nuggets taste really hard like stones and they think it's normal like that, really unfriendly manager!

What can I say, every now and then, but fortunately rarely, we do this type of diet. It just tastes good...

I went to Burger King again and wasn't disappointed. The food was freshly prepared, the fries were nice and crispy and the burger was delicious – exactly how you want it. The staff were friendly and quick, the restaurant was clean and cozy. Always happy – clear recommendation! The employees (Ha,yllzon,gzim,Ahad,Asad, Alina❤️)

Extremely long waiting time: We drove through the drive in and there were about 6 cars in front of us for these 6 cars we waited for about 1 hour.

Food was cold, hard and not fresh and the fries were not salted

Well, what can you say. It's more or less a fast food restaurant. Somehow everything tastes the same (namely like sauce) and therefore everything tastes the same. Fries were too salty. Now something positive: it was very clean (but I know it differently from other bk) and the cashier was friendly.

Burgers are getting smaller and more expensive.

Big Mac Hig Mac digga. Juicy digga. One more long chicken digga and then you won't say digga anymore.

Because the employee at the counter was constantly touching his hair and the employees at the back of the dining area didn't really care about hygiene because they didn't wear a hairnet despite having long hair. You should also be allowed to give minus stars. And the cleanliness of the tables wasn't great either.

Unfortunately not like I visited last time, unfriendly staff always referred me to the ordering machine even though I wasn't familiar with the ordering machine. They didn't want to help me because I was hungry and left the Bürger King again.

We were there with great joy at the new opening, ordered the large bucket menu and were very disappointed in the end. For €19 you get a bucket that's half full? Not even one person gets enough of it and in the end they don't even give us the fries and we had to ask for them back? That's outrageous, Burger King was always a good choice because it was cheaper than McDonald's but now I know where I won't go from now on and where I will go in the future.

We ordered on the drive and got something completely different and it was in different boxes. Nobody knew who owned what, everything had to be unpacked and checked.

Food was very tasty because it was always freshly prepared, so in terms of taste it was one of the best Burger Kings I've ever eaten. Disadvantage, because everything is made fresh, there can be longer waiting times, but not longer than 5 minutes. There is no WiFi and no ordering terminals, but it really tastes like the best Burger King. Really recommended.👍

Today I was at Burger King and bought myself and my son something to eat and ate there then you get cold nuggets and a fake milkshake then I told the staff and they then made me stupid and said to me if I should go straight away I wanted to exchange everything so I could get the same thing again so I wouldn't have to pay for it, but they were very rude. I'm definitely not going there again and I even have witnesses to that

Very nice staff. Everything is clean and tidy, but you still have to order at the counter. It is not possible to do so in advance via the app or in the restaurant on the touchscreen. Too bad.

Very very average BK restaurant. Ambiance quite bland and partly dirty (several dead insects on the windowsill inside). Food wasn't the burner. We were passing through and will 100% not be returning.

Tastes better than McDonald's, but the views aren't great 🙃

Beautiful place that invites you to linger after a nice walk along the Ilz. If there had been a salad or something with poultry to eat, I would have been completely satisfied. The cuisine itself is simple, but good home cooking.

I had not have good Whopper for a long time. This one got a wonderful Whopper. The cleanness can be improved more.

We got two large ice cream cones while we waited. Very attentive. Overall a well organized restaurant. Food is always fresh and delicious.
