Burger King in Passau

What they serve at BK is a disgrace these days. A regular hamburger has a 5 mm thick patty that's about half the size of the bun. It bears no resemblance to the pictures when ordering. At Lidl, you can get microwave-ready burgers with three times the meat for half the price. It's certainly not an alternative when traveling, but it's a testament to the rip-off going on here.

Unfortunately, some of the sauces had a very sour, vinegary taste. The food was almost cold.

Unfortunately, disappointed again!!! The restaurant advertises special offers with posters in the parking lot, which are then added upon entry. This is a serious form of customer deception!

Sometimes good sometimes meh. I do not know what it depends on.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. The chicken nuggets were terrible, as was the sweet and sour sauce. The burgers and fries were good. The staff were very friendly. The shop itself is very small. I don't find it particularly inviting for eating in. Ordering and taking away is okay.

I've just edited my review, which was very bad, but things have changed in the last two years, and for the better. I get the right stuff, and it tastes good (for fast food).

Super fast at the checkout and the food was fresh and prepared quickly.

I accidentally spilled my drink on the way to my table and asked for a rag. An employee (I assume the manager) not only came to clean it up, but also replaced my drink and brought two ice creams and toys for my children. I wasn't expecting that. Additionally, the food was very good, and despite the busy atmosphere, the staff were calm and friendly.

Trash everywhere! The toilets are really dirty and haven't been cleaned in a long time. The trash cans are overflowing. Not recommended!!

The building is a bit old but otherwise all in all a normal Burger King

Not tasty at all. The burgers tasted like they were cooked a week ago and then reheated.

With an abundance of chili cheese sauce, this establishment also brings fun to the local plumbing, 10/10, would go again.

Great fries as always. Bacon not cooked. Where can you get something like that? When I asked, they couldn't help me. That's just how it is. There's nothing they can do. The advertising images promise crispy fried bacon. Incomprehensible. At least I could have had my money back. The manager was very friendly and engaging 👍

Disaster! I was at the Passau branch today and wanted to pay for an app voucher for €10.49. I also wanted two vouchers from the newspaper 911 for €7.99. The cashier wanted me to pay more than €30, which couldn't be right. I pointed it out to him, and he recognized the error, then re-entered everything manually. Price/performance no longer correlates at all. For the price that I always need at least on average (currently just under €20, before the rise in prices it was €15), I buy food for a few days in the nearest supermarket or just drive to the nearest Turkish place and fill my stomach full.

Not recommended was beaten up last weekend for no reason, that's why 💙

So disgusting... We had just come from the Passauer dult and wanted to go to Burger King for something quick to eat. The first problem was that our burger patty was absolutely full of mold. And then our tray with our food on it. So I'm sorry but this will definitely go to the local authority!

Always forget to pack everything I ordered, often give you the wrong amount back (too little), the chicken nuggets taste really hard like stones and they think it's normal like that, really unfriendly manager!

What can I say, every now and then, but fortunately rarely, we do this type of diet. It just tastes good...

I went to Burger King again and wasn't disappointed. The food was freshly prepared, the fries were nice and crispy and the burger was delicious – exactly how you want it. The staff were friendly and quick, the restaurant was clean and cozy. Always happy – clear recommendation! The employees (Ha,yllzon,gzim,Ahad,Asad, Alina❤️)

Extremely long waiting time: We drove through the drive in and there were about 6 cars in front of us for these 6 cars we waited for about 1 hour.

Food was cold, hard and not fresh and the fries were not salted

The cola is colored water and the ice is an artificial mush 🤢 that's honest for the ton! The only thing that was really great was the music!👍

Well, what can you say. It's more or less a fast food restaurant. Somehow everything tastes the same (namely like sauce) and therefore everything tastes the same. Fries were too salty. Now something positive: it was very clean (but I know it differently from other bk) and the cashier was friendly.

Burgers are getting smaller and more expensive.

Because the employee at the counter was constantly touching his hair and the employees at the back of the dining area didn't really care about hygiene because they didn't wear a hairnet despite having long hair. You should also be allowed to give minus stars. And the cleanliness of the tables wasn't great either.

Unfortunately not like I visited last time, unfriendly staff always referred me to the ordering machine even though I wasn't familiar with the ordering machine. They didn't want to help me because I was hungry and left the Bürger King again.

We were there with great joy at the new opening, ordered the large bucket menu and were very disappointed in the end. For €19 you get a bucket that's half full? Not even one person gets enough of it and in the end they don't even give us the fries and we had to ask for them back? That's outrageous, Burger King was always a good choice because it was cheaper than McDonald's but now I know where I won't go from now on and where I will go in the future.

We ordered on the drive and got something completely different and it was in different boxes. Nobody knew who owned what, everything had to be unpacked and checked.

Food was very tasty because it was always freshly prepared, so in terms of taste it was one of the best Burger Kings I've ever eaten. Disadvantage, because everything is made fresh, there can be longer waiting times, but not longer than 5 minutes. There is no WiFi and no ordering terminals, but it really tastes like the best Burger King. Really recommended.👍

Today I was at Burger King and bought myself and my son something to eat and ate there then you get cold nuggets and a fake milkshake then I told the staff and they then made me stupid and said to me if I should go straight away I wanted to exchange everything so I could get the same thing again so I wouldn't have to pay for it, but they were very rude. I'm definitely not going there again and I even have witnesses to that

Very nice staff. Everything is clean and tidy, but you still have to order at the counter. It is not possible to do so in advance via the app or in the restaurant on the touchscreen. Too bad.

Very very average BK restaurant. Ambiance quite bland and partly dirty (several dead insects on the windowsill inside). Food wasn't the burner. We were passing through and will 100% not be returning.

Beautiful place that invites you to linger after a nice walk along the Ilz. If there had been a salad or something with poultry to eat, I would have been completely satisfied. The cuisine itself is simple, but good home cooking.

I had not have good Whopper for a long time. This one got a wonderful Whopper. The cleanness can be improved more.

We got two large ice cream cones while we waited. Very attentive. Overall a well organized restaurant. Food is always fresh and delicious.

Unfortunately, there was a pin problem when we were there. Fortunately, we had enough cash, but it was inconvenient. They forgot a hamburger with our order. After this was reported, it was resolved quickly. Great location for a quick bite, but don't expect a culinary masterpiece and/or attractive restaurant.

Ordered food worth €23.57 and I came home and saw 3 things missing! I don't know what to say but I'm very angry that the service is so bad and you don't get what you expect. I will never get food from Burger King again because I can't trust myself how often food should be missed until they finally understand.

Actually quite good, the burger bread has had better days and looked like it was moldy.

Service was alright, but hard to communicate with. The food did come out fresh and hot, but the burgers always fall apart, leaving you after half of the burger with just the buns. When I came in, the soda machines didn’t work and we were only offered Water. Not to mention that the Drive Through seemingly isn’t great either.

Now the prices have risen a lot, some burgers have become smaller and some are only served lukewarm. The staff is friendly.

Burger King offers the best burger sandwiches and has offers such as a burger box for only 5 euros with a cola. The meals are delicious. I recommend visiting them and eating the sandwiches in their halls.

Fries were better than at another fast food chain. What I was missing is the ordering machines because unfortunately I'm so slow about ordering. Without having to choose everything in 2 minutes and constantly asking, small large with ketchup or mayo. Menu or individual etc. But otherwise nice staff and if you have a good one they give you time to decide in peace

We were there for lunch, it wasn't busy (yet) and we were allowed to order straight away. Since there were no ordering terminals, we did this with an employee who unfortunately didn't really understand what we had ordered. At the table we noticed that the cheeseburger that was ordered with bacon was without bacon, but the Doublewhopper was. But my son didn't want that. My daughter would have liked to eat chicken wings instead of nuggets. She also noticed that her sprite was dark brown and was actually cola. The atmosphere was, to put it politely, rather retro, but everything was clean and the staff were polite.

We wanted to quickly get something to eat at 12:30 a.m. and even though there were customers in the store and the Burger King was open until 1:00 a.m., the door was locked so we couldn't get anything to eat. That's not possible!

It's a shame because breakfast isn't served until 10:00 a.m. Poor opening hours in the morning, a real shame!

Tastes good - if you like eating burgers. The ambience was pretty bad (tables were torn out of the floor anchors, TV sets were broken, doors were dilapidated). Unfortunately the service was subpar. The employees had real problems following the orders and implementing them (may have been partly due to poor training and partly due to the language barrier)

Everything tasted like you would expect from other Burger Kings. The restaurant is not the most modern, but it has a certain charm and was very clean. There are no ordering terminals here, which was unusual as we are now familiar with this as standard in other branches. But the employees were friendly and quick.

Oh man, Burger King is getting old! Dirty sticky seating! The whole store gives an unclean impression! The burgers have way too much sauce or mayonnaise in them! It's a shame but it's a no go for this money😧

Fast service, enough BK crowns available. Unfortunately no music and TV is already on vacation (disturbing image). We'll still come back every week, and we'll see each other again at the Christmas party at the latest.
