The fries tasted very strange and not nice - the woman behind the counter was nice though.

Slightly overwhelmed with larger orders, but very friendly.

Food is delicious, floors could be cleaner, and there are outlets for charging cell phones.

The McDonald's itself is great, I've never had any problems, unfortunately I have to say that things have changed for the worse in the area of service from the staff within 3 weeks. I've now been given the wrong food 3 out of 3 times I've eaten there or something was forgotten in my order. I find it disappointing that my trust in one of the best McDonald's has dwindled, it used to be better, unfortunately I now always have a bad feeling about eating there and prefer to check everything 3 times.

I was at the store today and bought a McFlurry for €3.99. I paid with a €10 bill. The change should have been €6.01, but I only received €6. Furthermore, the cashier was extremely rude. No hello, no thank you, no friendliness—just a "please" with the change, which was too low on top of that. I wonder if McDonald's has decided to abolish politeness altogether—or if customers are also deprived of respect along with the change. I don't want an apology—I simply want to be treated in a McDonald's the way people should be treated: politely and correctly with money. Sincerely (still)

No, it's incredibly dirty. The restrooms are cordoned off with a tape and a chair. Sometimes someone is allowed to use them, sometimes they aren't. All the tables are covered in sticky tape, and there's trash and food on the floor everywhere. I've never seen anything like it.

What can I say? The food is like any other McDonald's. However, the service is very quick. The McDrive is relatively narrow compared to others, so you should consider the vehicle width and wheelbase. There are relatively few parking spaces, and the exit is quite steep.

And once again, we were one burger short in our order. It's annoying when you drive 20km, come home, and three out of four family members have something to eat, while the fourth can eat a sausage sandwich. It would have been okay if it happened once, but it happens all the time in this branch.

I was driving through and ordered two cheeseburgers to eat on the way. What I got was two pieces of bread with cheese and ketchup. Apparently, I was expecting too much to get meat on my burger! Absolutely disappointing!!

I don't recommend this McDonald's. The staff at the drive-thru are very unfriendly. They don't take your order seriously and constantly harass you. The wait is very long, 15 minutes after ordering/paying. The food wasn't even warm enough. You don't get the order slip with the receipt, so you can't rate it. Not recommended!!!

Attention!!! Once again, the drive-thru employees have forgotten some products, unfortunately, not uncommon here. The burger preparation also takes significantly longer than at other locations.

Very clean and great atmosphere

Everything was as it should be. I really liked the staff here. They were very helpful and helped me use the touchscreen system without me even asking. The food arrived quickly and hot, brought to my table by the staff.

Everything went to our satisfaction on our last visit. Our order was processed quickly, the staff was friendly, and the tables were clean. There were fun play areas for the kids. We'd be happy to come back.

Eigentlich gehen wir sehr gerne in dieser Filiale essen, aber haben ein großes Problem nur weil die Angestellten in der Früh zu faul sind, die zwei Tassen Kaffee nach oben in den ersten Stock zu tragen, wird man darauf hingewiesen , dass oben gesperrt ist obwohl im oberen Bereich alles geputzt und sauber war und natürlich keine Veränderungen mehr vorgenommen wurden, wir haben die ganze Zeit geprüft ob oben noch etwas gemacht wurde und es wurde nichts mehr gemacht, heißt es einfach, oben ist gesperrt, da sie keine Lust haben, die beiden Kaffee nach oben zu tragen. Anstatt nicht so blöd immer dazustehen, würde ich lieber meinen Kaffee selber nach oben und wieder nach unten tragen , das ist einfach nur nervig.

Not a recommendation. The order at the drive-in is almost never correct. Is it that difficult to count to 10? As inconvenient as it is, I can only recommend every customer to unpack and check their entire order in the car and not move a millimeter from the checkout window, no matter what the McDonald's people say.

All the parking spaces were taken. A good sign 😊 The cashier was quite slow and kept chatting with colleagues instead of promptly cashing up the guests. Otherwise, everything was pretty much as usual.

Can I recommend this place? Dear Google, definitely NO!! And if you could give zero stars, I'd give it -10! We are a family of four and have eaten at this McDonald's several times. We've ordered sometimes via the app and sometimes at the counter (always drive-thru). The amount is always between €40 and €60... 9 out of 10 orders are always missing at least one item. Staff are extremely rude, uncoordinated, uncooperative, uncomprehending (language barrier), and uninterested in their job!!! I can't comment directly on the wait time, whether positive or negative, because that depends on the number of customers and the mood of the staff. Then let's move on to the food: The food is mostly cold (rarely warm, and certainly not hot)...Burgers and wraps are thrown together so carelessly that three-quarters of the ingredients fall out when you open the package. You should only order fries and nuggets when the restaurant is almost empty, because then they're fresh and crispy. If the restaurant is occupied by a few people and there's a car at the counter, it's better not to order them, because then they'll be soggy and taste like they've been sitting around for hours. Today we went to the McDonald's again, ordered again via the app, and I told the lady at the counter that they should please make an effort this time and serve our entire order. The lady didn't say anything and sent us to window 1. Once we got there, we had to wait five minutes because she left when we got there and then came back five minutes later. Without saying hello or mentioning the amount, she snatched the money out of my hand and then slapped me the change. When we got to the second window, our drinks and an ice cream were already at the counter: the ice in the Coke was almost melted, and the McDonald's flurry looked like a milkshake. We checked our order in the parking lot, and what can I say: all the sauces, a Big McMcDonald, a wrap, and an apple turnover were missing. When I went into the restaurant to report this, these exact missing items were thrown at me without a word... I really wonder if this was intentional... The cleanliness of the restaurant also leaves a lot to be desired... The floor was sticky from the entrance to the counter, and there were still food scraps on the empty tables (at the entrance). The bottom line: McDonald's, especially this restaurant, will not see us again!!! And a word of advice to the branch management: training for the staff on customer service, organization, and hygiene is urgently recommended, otherwise I think this restaurant has no future in the long run....

Check your order at the drive-thru counter, there is almost always something missing, and there are almost always (at least for me) fewer nuggets in the box than there should be, usually 1 or 2 are missing, the branch should be checked by McDonald's, it was possibly a coincidence but it happened 3 times in a row now

McDonald's, you either like the food or you don't, I love it. Unfortunately, this branch doesn't always serve "fast" food.

I ordered a blue glass and got a red one. Their excuse was they were out of stock, but you could order a blue one. I don't think that's okay.

Unfriendly staff! When we placed our order, shortly afterwards the following customers always received incorrect billing. These were therefore brought forward and our waiting time for takeaway was 45 minutes even though there wasn't much going on. To make matters worse, we even got the wrong burgers. Thanks for that. Rarely have I had such a bad experience at a McDonald's. Addendum: Visit again due to extreme hunger. Another burger was missing and the wait was long!

Service sucks, waited almost 30 minutes for a medium sized order, and at least half of it was forgotten, the store wasn't even full!

There's always something missing when you order

Sent for a McD on the highway. 3 minutes from the exit. Cordoned-off terrace for climbing and dashing and stretching your feet. The selection is limited in Germany or there when it comes to vegetarian foods etc.

Ordered 2x cappuccino to go. Cappuccino was lukewarm almost cold. I ordered again and pointed out that the cappuccino was only lukewarm. Staff very unfriendly. The cappuccino was changed but very unfriendly

🍔 The McDonald's in Passau absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the start we were greeted extremely friendly and courteously by the staff. The entire team was quick and efficient, ensuring our food was served fresh, hot and of the best quality. We were particularly impressed by the drive-in service, which made ordering uncomplicated and pleasant. There is ample parking available on-site, which is a big plus, especially for families or travelers. Another highlight is the children's playground outside, which the children have a lot of fun with. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the play area were impeccable - a detail that we noticed very positively. In summary, we can say that we felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. A big thank you to the team for this great experience!

I order two Happy Meals, one with a hamburger and one with a nugget and a big MEC. I get two cheeseburgers and a fish file. It wasn't too busy to say they mixed up the order.

The wraps we ordered to take away were stuck to the paper, making it difficult to eat them properly - they completely fell apart when we unpacked them. This was quite unpleasant and ruined the whole impression of the meal.

The McFlurry always only gives you half a cup. At the other McDonald's, you always get a full portion. Complaints have no effect, partly because some employees don't speak German and "customer satisfaction" is apparently a foreign concept. Quality like any McDonald's! But I've never seen MC Donald being so dirty! The floor sticks everywhere! The tables are dirty! It smells like smoke! Dirt everywhere! Disgusting!

I have rarely had such a miserable experience! The food was RAW and undercooked – an absolute disgrace! The employees? Rude, annoyed and completely incompetent. The so-called “table service” is just laughable: instead of bringing the food properly, the number is SHOUTED throughout the entire store - and so indistinctly that you can't understand anything! Added to this is the disgusting condition of the restaurant: there were only four tables occupied, but everything was still dirty and no one thought to clean up or wipe down. And then the absolute highlight: normal toilets are closed, only the disabled toilet is open. What does this mean? Should I now feel disabled just because I have to go to the toilet?! I have never experienced such discrimination anywhere! Just a shame. Anyone who cares so little about their customers should close the shop straight away!

Es ist mir jetzt schon mehrfach aufgefallen, dass das Vergessen von Produkten im Drive-In offenbar System hat. Besonders bei Aktionsartikeln, wie z.B. Gläsern, werden diese oft ohne irgendeine Erwähnung weggelassen. Beschwert man sich schriftlich, erhält man meist eine indirekte, aber klare Antwort, die im Grunde bedeutet: „Entschuldigung, aber Pech gehabt.“ Daher habe ich mittlerweile jede Bestellung nach Erhalt noch einmal persönlich auf Vollständigkeit überprüft. Dass aber mittlerweile sogar wesentliche Zutaten fehlen, ist nicht mehr hinnehmbar: Ein McFarmer ohne Pattie, ein McMuffin ohne Ei, ein weiterer McMuffin ohne Bacon – und statt der versprochenen 6 Mini-Pancakes waren nur 5 in der Packung. All dies ereignete sich bei meiner letzten Bestellung. Da vergeht einem die Lust auf das Frühstück. Für uns als Familie war es das letzte Mal in diesem Laden, einfach nur eine riesen Frechheit und sehr ernüchternd. Chancen haben wir diesem McEnttäuschung genug gegeben.

I've noticed several times now that forgetting products in the drive-thru seems to have a system. Especially with promotional items, such as glasses, these are often left out without any mention. If you complain in writing, you usually get an indirect but clear answer that basically means: “Sorry, but bad luck.” That's why I have now personally checked every order for completeness upon receipt. But the fact that even essential ingredients are now missing is no longer acceptable: a McFarmer without a pattie, a McMuffin without an egg, another McMuffin without bacon - and instead of the promised 6 mini pancakes, there were only 5 in the pack. Update today March 3rd breakfast Two products were missing again, a Franzbrötchen and the Sausage & Egg Muffin was packaged without Sausage and handed out to us. The question arises, inability, stress, lack of interest or opinion?

The last time we were here we waited 30 minutes for our order. Today, however, that was not the case. The employees were very friendly & accommodating today. The food was prepared quickly.😋

The vegan nuggets only taste like fat. Table service didn't come. We simply forgot about each other. We then received cold food after we picked it up ourselves. Restaurant completely full, but the second floor was still closed.

Today I was bitterly disappointed. I bought a menu and the roll was moldy. I gave it back and a new burger was made for me. Which was also moldy. Little insight from the employees. Third burger didn't mold.

Went to the restaurant this evening. Normally everything goes smoothly, but today everything that could go wrong went wrong. We waited 25 minutes for our food. After that everything was cold because my burger had been on display for at least 15 minutes. Everything was very dirty. The employees first nibble on their fingers and then pack up your fries. In order to adhere to the specified times, the order is marked as finished even though it is not ready at all. Let's not even talk about the dirt everywhere.

When our number was shown as ready for collection, nothing had been prepared. The employee said it would take a while. At some point our number disappeared completely. Another employee stood there with a tray until she asked what our number was. It was our order. I said we ordered takeout. Then she went to the counter with us and we had to pack the food ourselves. Disastrous in the Dult period. In the evening when the house is full, only the disabled toilet is available, which women and men have to use equally. Upper floor where the toilets are closed to guests.

Tables not clean. According to employees, toilets on the upper floor are not allowed to be used due to austerity measures. Toilet in the basement was catastrophically dirty. Personally, I've lost my hunger in such conditions.

So this is the most incompetent McDonald's I know, in my case you have to wait forever for standard things at McDrive. Pay a lot of money and you can see that there is only half of it in the bag. Came in for a coffee shortly before the end at 2:15am. Super nice, friendly and accommodating. Even gave a small McSundae for free, the machine probably needed to be emptied.
