Very good meals. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Lots of space for children to play outside.

Unfriendly staff! When we placed our order, shortly afterwards the following customers always received incorrect billing. These were therefore brought forward and our waiting time for takeaway was 45 minutes even though there wasn't much going on. To make matters worse, we even got the wrong burgers. Thanks for that. Rarely have I had such a bad experience at a McDonald's. Addendum: Visit again due to extreme hunger. Another burger was missing and the wait was long!

I waited 50 minutes for my nuggets

Service sucks, waited almost 30 minutes for a medium sized order, and at least half of it was forgotten, the store wasn't even full!

There's always something missing when you order

Sent for a McD on the highway. 3 minutes from the exit. Cordoned-off terrace for climbing and dashing and stretching your feet. The selection is limited in Germany or there when it comes to vegetarian foods etc.

Ordered 2x cappuccino to go. Cappuccino was lukewarm almost cold. I ordered again and pointed out that the cappuccino was only lukewarm. Staff very unfriendly. The cappuccino was changed but very unfriendly

🍔 The McDonald's in Passau absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the start we were greeted extremely friendly and courteously by the staff. The entire team was quick and efficient, ensuring our food was served fresh, hot and of the best quality. We were particularly impressed by the drive-in service, which made ordering uncomplicated and pleasant. There is ample parking available on-site, which is a big plus, especially for families or travelers. Another highlight is the children's playground outside, which the children have a lot of fun with. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the play area were impeccable - a detail that we noticed very positively. In summary, we can say that we felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. A big thank you to the team for this great experience!

I order two Happy Meals, one with a hamburger and one with a nugget and a big MEC. I get two cheeseburgers and a fish file. It wasn't too busy to say they mixed up the order.

Waiting times are far too long. Friendliness is not an issue there either

Unfortunately, we forgot the free gift in the Happy Meal again! Unfortunately it happens more and more often, even when I ask they say, yes, everything is included! And at home there are long faces on the children’s faces! What a shame!!

The wraps we ordered to take away were stuck to the paper, making it difficult to eat them properly - they completely fell apart when we unpacked them. This was quite unpleasant and ruined the whole impression of the meal.

The McFlurry always only gives you half a cup. At the other McDonald's, you always get a full portion. Complaints have no effect, partly because some employees don't speak German and "customer satisfaction" is apparently a foreign concept. Hopefully, the renovations at the McDonald's on Meraner Straße will be over soon so I don't have to come here anymore.

When I called to say what was missing they simply hung up

On this visit everything went as it should. Cleanliness was also much better than on my last visit, the only thing that bothered me was the full shelf in the service cart, it looks unclean and attracts wasps and bees, which should be cleared away much more quickly.

Quality like any McDonald's! But I've never seen MC Donald being so dirty! The floor sticks everywhere! The tables are dirty! It smells like smoke! Dirt everywhere! Disgusting!

I have rarely had such a miserable experience! The food was RAW and undercooked – an absolute disgrace! The employees? Rude, annoyed and completely incompetent. The so-called “table service” is just laughable: instead of bringing the food properly, the number is SHOUTED throughout the entire store - and so indistinctly that you can't understand anything! Added to this is the disgusting condition of the restaurant: there were only four tables occupied, but everything was still dirty and no one thought to clean up or wipe down. And then the absolute highlight: normal toilets are closed, only the disabled toilet is open. What does this mean? Should I now feel disabled just because I have to go to the toilet?! I have never experienced such discrimination anywhere! Just a shame. Anyone who cares so little about their customers should close the shop straight away!

Es ist mir jetzt schon mehrfach aufgefallen, dass das Vergessen von Produkten im Drive-In offenbar System hat. Besonders bei Aktionsartikeln, wie z.B. Gläsern, werden diese oft ohne irgendeine Erwähnung weggelassen. Beschwert man sich schriftlich, erhält man meist eine indirekte, aber klare Antwort, die im Grunde bedeutet: „Entschuldigung, aber Pech gehabt.“ Daher habe ich mittlerweile jede Bestellung nach Erhalt noch einmal persönlich auf Vollständigkeit überprüft. Dass aber mittlerweile sogar wesentliche Zutaten fehlen, ist nicht mehr hinnehmbar: Ein McFarmer ohne Pattie, ein McMuffin ohne Ei, ein weiterer McMuffin ohne Bacon – und statt der versprochenen 6 Mini-Pancakes waren nur 5 in der Packung. All dies ereignete sich bei meiner letzten Bestellung. Da vergeht einem die Lust auf das Frühstück. Für uns als Familie war es das letzte Mal in diesem Laden, einfach nur eine riesen Frechheit und sehr ernüchternd. Chancen haben wir diesem McEnttäuschung genug gegeben.

I've noticed several times now that forgetting products in the drive-thru seems to have a system. Especially with promotional items, such as glasses, these are often left out without any mention. If you complain in writing, you usually get an indirect but clear answer that basically means: “Sorry, but bad luck.” That's why I have now personally checked every order for completeness upon receipt. But the fact that even essential ingredients are now missing is no longer acceptable: a McFarmer without a pattie, a McMuffin without an egg, another McMuffin without bacon - and instead of the promised 6 mini pancakes, there were only 5 in the pack. All of this happened with my last order. You lose your desire for breakfast. Update today March 3rd breakfast Two products were missing again, a Franzbrötchen and the Sausage & Egg Muffin was packaged without Sausage and handed out to us. The question arises, inability, stress, lack of interest or opinion?

I used the drive-thru service and it was an excellent experience! The order was processed quickly and correctly. The food was warm and fresh, exactly what you would expect. Very efficient service, gladly again!

The last time we were here we waited 30 minutes for our order. Today, however, that was not the case. The employees were very friendly & accommodating today. The food was prepared quickly.😋

If I had ordered mine from Burger King I would have at least had sauce in my burger - sad that has happened a lot lately 🙄

The vegan nuggets only taste like fat. Table service didn't come. We simply forgot about each other. We then received cold food after we picked it up ourselves. Restaurant completely full, but the second floor was still closed.

Today I was bitterly disappointed. I bought a menu and the roll was moldy. I gave it back and a new burger was made for me. Which was also moldy. Little insight from the employees. Third burger didn't mold.

Went to the restaurant this evening. Normally everything goes smoothly, but today everything that could go wrong went wrong. We waited 25 minutes for our food. After that everything was cold because my burger had been on display for at least 15 minutes. We were then called that our food was ready, but it wasn't: We then had to wait again because the second burger was "not ready" yet, but it was also cold. The chocolate bags were a disgrace. Were there at 9 p.m. and got chocolate bags that were made at 8:27 p.m. The bag was no longer hot, but also cold. As an annoyed excuse for having to wait we received nothing. Passed through today and stopped for food. Osara (the manager??) was more than helpful with English translation, service and generally couldn’t have been better. He is a credit to McDonalds - really nice guy.

Everything was very dirty. The employees first nibble on their fingers and then pack up your fries. In order to adhere to the specified times, the order is marked as finished even though it is not ready at all. Let's not even talk about the dirt everywhere.

Ordered at home via the app and then selected at the parking lot to collect from the restaurant and take away. Technical error. OK happened. Ordered at the counter. When our number was shown as ready for collection, nothing had been prepared. The employee said it would take a while. At some point our number disappeared completely. Another employee stood there with a tray until she asked what our number was. It was our order. I said we ordered takeout. Then she went to the counter with us and we had to pack the food ourselves. There were also two things missing. Overall, we waited a very long time and all the employees seemed very uncoordinated and chaotic.

Disastrous in the Dult period. In the evening when the house is full, only the disabled toilet is available, which women and men have to use equally. Upper floor where the toilets are closed to guests.

Tables not clean. According to employees, toilets on the upper floor are not allowed to be used due to austerity measures. Toilet in the basement was catastrophically dirty. Personally, I've lost my hunger in such conditions.

So this is the most incompetent McDonald's I know, in my case you have to wait forever for standard things at McDrive. Pay a lot of money and you can see that there is only half of it in the bag. Above all, this is not an isolated case, it is mainly in the McDrive gear and I admit that this is how it works. People who ordered after me get their food first and we wait in the middle of the street for 20 minutes. Sry, but that can't be it. At the top McDonalds it's either because of the management or the employees are just totally incompetent, you can even see that they just don't want their job. Sorry but really disappointing.

Came in for a coffee shortly before the end at 2:15am. Super nice, friendly and accommodating. Even gave a small McSundae for free, the machine probably needed to be emptied.

We were looking for a quick lunch on our way south. The operator made a mistake in the order twice. Toilets upstairs. Free parking.

If the ice cream at a McD is empty then it will be displayed in the app as not available. But if you no longer have the special glass, then in the 21st century I expect you to delete it from the app. Because something like that is just bullshit. And when the cleaner is coughing and shaking the dirty garbage around the kitchen, it's also rather disgusting. You can't go outside there.

Quite a disaster with the staff who didn't know anything about the ordering process.

We have enjoyed coming to McDonald's on Outer Spitalstrasse for years and will continue to do so in the future. Ordering from the machine is easy, the food is prepared quickly, hot and fresh as ordered. Good taste as usual. Friendly staff, very clean interior, exterior and toilet. Not a star restaurant where you have to eat the expensive burger with a knife and fork, but a recommended fast food restaurant. There's nothing to complain about!

Currently catastrophe! You don't get what you ordered and at the moment you have to look inside every time at Happy Meal because they never put toys in it 😪

Das Essen ist das gleiche wie in allen Betrieben dieser Kette. Ich hatte ein Problem bei McDrive – sie hatten vergessen, ein Sandwich hineinzulegen. Das habe ich schon zu Hause entdeckt. Ich kam an, zeigte die Quittung und sie gaben mir ein Sandwich. Meiner Meinung nach sollte ein Fast-Food-Restaurant nicht so funktionieren. --- The food is the same as in all establishments of this chain. Ordered an apple bag and received a cold cookies & cream bag that was ready half an hour before I ordered. It wasn't exactly cheap, it tasted burnt and of course it ended up in the trash can. Crispy Burger was carelessly thrown together and you had to put it together at home first. They forgot to salt the fries. Even with the mcdrive, nobody knew what to do and everyone had a question mark in their heads. Questionable service honestly. Something is always missing or just doesn't fit.

Eigentlich gehen wir sehr gerne in dieser Filiale essen, aber haben ein großes Problem nur weil die Angestellten in der Früh zu faul sind, die zwei Tassen Kaffee nach oben in den ersten Stock zu tragen, wird man darauf hingewiesen , dass oben gesperrt ist obwohl im oberen Bereich alles geputzt und sauber war und natürlich keine Veränderungen mehr vorgenommen wurden, wir haben die ganze Zeit geprüft ob oben noch etwas gemacht wurde und es wurde nichts mehr gemacht, heißt es einfach, oben ist gesperrt, da sie keine Lust haben, die beiden Kaffee nach oben zu tragen. Anstatt nicht so blöd immer dazustehen, würde ich lieber meinen Kaffee selber nach oben und wieder nach unten tragen , das ist einfach nur nervig.

Momentan kann man noch essen, aber das wird sich bald ändern mit der mwts

schon 100x dagewesen - leider muss man wirklich Glück haben, dass Pommes UND Burger richtig warm sind... passiert nur selten leider. Die Eistüten sind meistens äääääh ich korrigiere immer nur halb gefüllt... naja ich kanns einfach nicht lassen weil es trotzdem lecker ist :-) Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und wenn ich mich nicht zu blöd vorkomme, tausche ich kalte Speisen auch mal um :D

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass in Bezug auf meine Bestellungen circa jede zweite Bestellung Fehler enthält. Wiederholt habe ich darauf verwiesen, dass ich bestimmte Bestandteile des Burgers aufgrund einer Unverträglichkeit nicht haben möchte. Trotz dessen teils sogar an der Kasse nochmal nachgefragt wird, ist die Bestellung dann genau mit diesem Lebensmittel. Verstehe ich nicht. Übrigens auch, wenn wenig los ist. Hab ich bisher so bei keinem Mc Donalds gehabt. Natürlich kann mal was schief gehen, aber das ist hier leider die Regel

We are sadly impressed with the work of the institution. Something is always wrong here. Last time we visited, instead of Coca-Cola, we were served iced tea. This time we ordered two Happy Meals. And they didn't put toys in both of them. How can this be possible? You can imagine the child's disappointment. We specially ordered 2 Happy Meals so that our daughter would receive two gifts. But the staff did not put a toy in either of them. If we lived in Passau, of course we would return to the restaurant. But since we live in another city, we discovered the missing toys too late to return. It's a shame that the employees spoil the brand we trust.
