Gave me a dinosaur toy instead of a mineceaft toy😭 Otherwise everything was great

On my way home Friday evening, the food was just as expected, and the staff were very friendly. The restrooms and restaurant were extremely littered, and even though the empty tables had been freshly mopped, the interior and terrace looked disastrous.

Showcase branch! I was in Spich for work last week and so I couldn't avoid a visit to McDonald's. ;) I was surprised, almost positively shocked, at how quickly it went there and how friendly the staff is. It took less than 5 minutes from the drive thru counter where you place the order to driving out. This is honestly the best time I've ever had in a McDonald's. And yet the food was hot and the drink was cold. I ordered something vegetarian and something with fish. The outside area was clean and the inside looked clean as well from what you could see through the windows. You really want a branch like this everywhere. Others can follow an example. I'd love to come back.

The food is delicious. The staff only speaks German.

Long waiting times, you don't always get all the products, there are no terminals where you can order

Better than in Lichtenberg Landsberger/Storkower near Landsberger Allee train station! You'll feel sick there if you've briefly seen the toilet. Oak is clean and staff is sufficient and friendly. Food as you would expect from fast food

Uncomfortable, loud, dirt/food leftovers on the table and floor, food was okay, you don't have high expectations for fast food anyway, prices borderline for what is offered

Very worn inventory, leather armchair and sofa torn and worn, really in need of renovation

Food as usual, the branch looks really good too. But sorry, I've recently noticed several negative things: the staff (not exclusively, but mostly) are so disinterested and annoyed that I really don't want to go there anymore.

The Burger King in Arnsberg is a great place for a quick and tasty burger. The staff is friendly and helpful, the burgers are fresh and hot, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

This McDonald's is never able to complete an order correctly. It's absolutely annoying.
