Ordered to take away for the second time today. Ordered at the terminal, everything was still good. There were a few employees there until the management (female) suddenly sent one after the other off work because they apparently worked poorly or too slowly and said loudly that they would pack their stuff alone. That's where it started... She was a little pissed off (for whatever reason) and threw our stuff into the bag and peppered it on the counter. We got our stuff and left. I always check everything again in the car. Of course there was something missing and something was wrong so I put it back in. The not nice lady (management) said that was the right citizen because there was a sticker on it 🤔 the ​​forgotten nuggets were given to us without an apology or anything... Everything was checked outside again... There was still one citizen missing (ordered twice but only one was included) and the other citizen was still wrong so I went back in... Explained this again to the lady but she didn't see her mistake and I screamed I need that and the bag slammed on the counter and left 😳 Mistakes happen but I've never experienced anything so unfriendly. Nobody sees me there anymore 🙋 Tip: check your food before you don't have half of it at home 🙄 Conclusion: 20 nuggets were completely forgotten as well as a cheeseburger. The double Big MC was a normal one and was not seen because there was a sticker on it 🤔 Insight is zero and the lady doesn't even know how to apologize... Let's come back --->> No. P.S. The management from Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 was very nice and nothing was missing 👍 (a nice gentleman)

As a menstruating woman, you want a Mc Flurry, but you don't like chocolate sauce, but the only ice cream you like is the one with Oreo without chocolate sauce. But it is not available. Everything else is, but only with chocolate sauce. WHERE IS THE LOGIC? I don't want chocolate sauce!! And caramel sauce tastes like shit! Clean branch, it was (almost) always mopped when I visited. Nice facilities after the renovation. There are 4 self-ordering terminals in the restaurant, which are also very well used. Sockets/USB for charging available at some tables. Ordering via the app usually works smoothly.

Prices have really increased. I miss the coupons with the right offers. That's why we only treat ourselves from time to time

A place of joy & culture in a residential area , blessing those around with parking-lot parties, wheelies and gatherings of young scholars enjoying meals in the surrounding public areas (people are paying 30€/m2 to wake up this every day). A dream come true in urban planning and cultural enrichment.

I was really disgusted today, so I have to change my previous review. The tables were all very dirty and hadn't been wiped over for a long time. We had 2 trays. Both had dried ketchup and other sauce on them. We pay good money, but we want to eat with dignity, without feeling disgusted.

We always come here to eat when passing through, this time the burgers and fries 🍟 were very cold. I asked the staff about it but no response. The air conditioning was very cold in the restaurant when the outside temperature was 10 degrees.

We had to wait at the drive thru after paying for more that 15 minutes before we received our order... the food was fine but such a long wait is not fast food.

The burgers have become expensive. Anyone who likes it is in good hands there.
