I ordered an ice cream via the app, but something went wrong in the system, which was definitely not my fault. It can happen, but the employees then react unfriendly and stroppy and make you look stupid because you didn't order correctly not okay in my opinion, of course you may have a stressful day but still...

We were somewhat shocked by the service when we visited last Friday!! Yes, of course it takes a while to collect everyone individually, but there were hardly any other guests there at the moment. In addition, there were no numbers on the terminal that would have enabled card payments. But these weren't enough for us either, so we had to order several orders for one number. As it turned out, they were still lying in the corners of the restaurant near the overflowing dish carts. There were also full trays on the tables. How could it be otherwise, there was a mix-up as the employee apparently spoke little German and couldn't even read out the numbers. We communicated, but in the end two menus were missing and had to be requested. So not again so soon!!

Packing up the order leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately this was not complete. Something like that simply shouldn't happen, regardless of whether it's stressful or not. Unfortunately, this kind of thing is happening more and more often. The next time I order I will only pay part of it.

Really now ? The employees simply throw the ingredients together, sometimes there are burgers next to the packaging... The food is always cold... This wasn't the case before - a boss was supposed to know what was going on in his restaurant

The most beautiful thing about the branch is really the surroundings as it was clean and beautifully planted. The employee at the drive was probably annoyed, which could have been because it was closing time. But the fact that I completely forgot about my order because the employee simply pushed the orders away is of course a disgrace. It was noticed that the orders for the last 3 vehicles were simply swapped back and forth. Strangers who don't work in the restaurant have already rummaged around in it and they still give it out and say it's fresh. An absolute disgrace. Therefore, please comment on this from McDonald's because this is not possible. As a former employee who enjoyed working there, I am disappointed.

My visit to this branch that day was very good. The staff was friendly and the order was ready in a few minutes and nothing was missing. Thank you and gladly again.

So I would prefer not to give a star! I wanted to order a mc Flurry frozen yoghurt and everything arrived. But when I wanted to try it, the yogurt tasted like 3 days of rotten milk. I hadn't even tried half a spoonful before I was in the bathroom throwing it up. When we called there, a woman answered the phone and we explained the situation to her. Her only answer was that it has to be that way. I didn't know that yoghurt tasted like rotten milk... when we asked them if we would at least get the money back, they just said that it was the recipe and they couldn't do anything. Just a shame...

Only ordered a single burger. This had been carelessly thrown together, slipped and the flesh was burnt. Half an hour later I got diarrhea from it. The staff isn't the friendliest either. Effort has been made to create the ambience with the plants.

Unfortunately, I get intestinal problems from “normal” burgers. The last time I had a normal menu was at Mc. D. Eaten. Breakfast is all great and actually recommended.

Ordered two large ice creams yesterday and verifiably only got one small ice cream for the money! Fraud! Press the wrong control button - tax fraud! I'll contact the German headquarters and the tax office. The boss and operator suffers from not being reachable in Eisleben and then there are only insults from the staff. Send it to RTL too, at Burger King she knew how Sue did it - hopefully here in Eisleben at McDonalds too!

Very good location after shopping or before it's worth grabbing something quick. But I'm very disappointed with the service. Because I often noticed that there were other burgers on the menu or that even burgers were missing, it really shocked me. I was actually always satisfied, but in the last few weeks I've been disappointed. They packed everything up and said it was good I ordered twice and twice something was wrong and I don't think it should be like that. I would really like not to have to always check. Unfortunately, it's usually too late. But next time please check it yourself when ordering in the store then this problem wouldn't occur often. I can't say much about the interior equipment and staff inside, but what I notice is that some people lack the motivation to do the work correctly or even to carry it out.

I rarely go there, but the chocolate shake is very tasty 😋, I think it's the best.

I was there at 11 p.m. but it still took 20 minutes to prepare 2 cheeseburgers and 6 nuggets. The food was ready for 10 minutes. Then it wasn't 2 cheeseburgers but a cheeseburger and a chicken burger.

Unfortunately I was at Mc Donald's in Eisleben yesterday and ordered 3x chocolate ice cream and 3x caramel. Unfortunately there was no caramel sauce on it, I only discovered it when I got home. And today I was there again and ordered something from the shift manager who was there earlier. Very unfriendly shouted at me just like the one at the issue. This fast fud restaurant has gone down a lot. Today I'm checking in again. I was back at McDonald's on May 14, 2024, Drive... There was a woman on duty there. A slim blonde with blonde hair and glasses (shift manager) She was super nice and accepted my order. And wished you a nice day... We need such positive shift managers. Thank you, keep it up. ☺️

We paid €10 for an ice cream that looks like it was made by a 10 year old. Very nasty behavior and they didn't ask to change it. 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Ordered two burgers, a wrap, one fries, a milkshake and an ice cream (all to go). Waited 30 minutes. The ice cream and shake were great, the rest didn't work at all. Burger cold, wrap with almost no filling, two hairs in the small portion of fries (how many are in the large one?). The big “Bacon” sticker on a vegetarian burger was the funniest thing. All in all, neither the money nor the waiting time nor the detour taken was worth it.

Unfortunately, you really have to check every order outside the house for completeness. Unfortunately, it has happened several times that parts of the order were missing, drinks were incorrect and special requests were not taken into account. So it's better to check immediately after receipt whether what you ordered is in the bag.

You can now just forget that the employees, the service, the food, everything has gradually deteriorated more and more. As soon as you order from these McDonalds you know that you have to tear the entire bag apart so that you can drive home without a headache. My girlfriend ordered for us yesterday at 3:27 p.m., everything went smoothly and everything was great, I got there at 3:50 p.m., gave my order number at the counter and was asked to wait a moment. This “short wait” was about another 25 minutes. 45 minutes for 5 burgers 20 nuggets 2 drinks and some fries, sorry, but that has nothing to do with fast food, or am I wrong? After I took a rough look at the bag there, I went back into the car and home. At first glance, everything seemed to be there. When I got home I noticed that my girlfriend had all the burgers, but I was missing 1 burger and fries. And driving another 14km back wasn't worth it to me anymore, I just think it's a shame what's going on in this McDonald's.

Yesterday at 12:30 I quickly grabbed a burger after the late shift and made the mistake of my life. I've never had food poisoning like this! I will never order or eat from McDonalds again! It's so disgusting!

Typical McDonald's. I don't think much of the fast food giant, but I would still like to give a thoughtful review of the McDonald's in Eisleben. The food is okay. Nothing special, but not bad either. But for 6.99 I expected a little more from the Royale TS. The service okay. Despite the low volume, the food only arrived after 10 minutes. The ambience is quite pleasant. There is also a playground for the children.

Wrap poorly wrapped without salad, fries good, hardly any clean tables, everything a bit dirty. Table service without “Bon appetit and have a nice day”

Fries were too weak, chicken pieces were only warm, drinks were great. Service can sometimes smile.

Well-located McDonalds with drive-thru, self-ordering machine and playground. The food is well prepared and it is very easy to order. You can earn points that can be redeemed for free food. There is a small indoor playground and an outdoor slide. Parking is available and the employees are nice.

It can't be that difficult to correctly dispense a single product. Ordered a large Cheese & Chicken Box (12+12) for €10.49 from McDrive. Unfortunately we discovered at home that McPlants (20) had been packed up. Distance approx. 12 km one way. 8 p.m. No, I'm not going back again. Thank you...for nothing! I'm served. This is not the first time that incorrect products have been packaged. Do I now have to open the packaging to check whether the contents fit?

Typical McDonald's atmosphere 😂 Burgers were cold and the prices are getting more and more expensive. I would say a family of 4 can hardly afford to eat there with the children.

Gestern Abend 20.12.23 gegen 20:00 Uhr... An dem Schalter wo man bezahlt waren 2 Mitarbeiter, eine kleine blonde und eine dunkelhaarige. Die kleine blonde war super freundlich aber der Drachen daneben ging überhaupt nicht! Sie hat ihre Kollegin behandelt als wäre sie das letzte, hat ihr ganz schroff gesagt wieviel Wechselgeld sie mir zurück geben muss (wobei ich mir sicher bin das die kleine blonde es auch alleine gewusst hätte) Die dunkelhaarige hatte kein Lächeln oder gar eine Begrüßung für mich übrig. Und am schlimmsten fand ich das als die blonde noch dabei war mich zu verabschieden, die dunkelhaarige einfach genervt das Fenster zugemacht hat.... WÄREND WIR NOCH DABEI WAREN UNS ZU VERABSCHIEDEN!!! SO GEHT MAN NICHT MIT KUNDEN UM! Und mit seinen Kollegen auch nicht!!! Eine ekelhafte Frau.

Alles in Allem immernoch einen Besuch wert. Nicht mehr so wie früher aber das ist ja leider überall so. Innenraumfarben wirken für mich ziemlich unstimmig mit Lila und Grün aber was solls. Essen geht, Reinigungszustand wie immer verbesserungswürdig, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter in Ordnung.

Hat sein Reiz verloren...Abfertigung der übelste art. Das Essen papig...

Wir benutzen meist den Autoeinkauf. Hab auch schon oft über die App vorbestellt und es hat immer supi geklappt. Wir mögen das Eis!

Immer wieder für einen Kaffee gut und auch die Toiletten wie gewohnt sauber .

Was soll man zu MC Donalds schon sagen , sind auf der Fahrt in den Urlaub da gelandet.

Wiedereinmal hatte ich auf meiner App Coupons welche ich , warum auch immer, zum wiederholten Male nicht einlösen konnte. Darauf hin bin ich zur Kasse direkt gegangen und habe der Angestellten mein Anliegen erklärt. Sie erklärte mir, daß man mit der App nichts zu tun hat. Sorry, es steht bei beiden der gleiche Name drauf und drin. Desweiteren wirkte sie darauf sehr genervt, was mich überlegen lässt, ob ich dieses Schnellrestaurant jemals wieder besuche. Genau den gleichen Vorfall hatte ich schon an 2 anderen Orten. Nicht akzeptabel

Das Essen kamn schnell und war warm.

Normaler McDonald's. Direkt an einer Ausfallstraße, im Gewerbegebiet, also gut erreichbar. Bekanntes Angebot, nette Bedienung.

Bestellungen werden schnell bearbeitet . Gewohnt gute Qualität . Manches Personal versteht leider nicht gut Deutsch . Als ich letztens da war , bekam ich meinen Capuccino vor Ort zu trinken, in 1 Pappbecher . Das hat mir den Gebuss verdorben. Sonst gab es immer 1 Porzellantasse. Ansonsten bin ich immer zufrieden . Mit Sauberkeit auch .

Was soll man zur System Gastronomie sagen. Die Unterschiede sind eher minimal.

War unter der Woche dort essen, ist nicht allzu arg überlaufen an Menschen. In meiner Bestellung wurde ein ganzes MCMenü vergessen, was mir leider erst zu Hause auffiel. Aber auf telefonische Nachfrage konnte ich ohne Probleme zurück fahren und das fehlende Menü holen. Leider passiert es (in vielen Filialen) öfter, dass etwas vergessen wird. Danke euch aber, dass das so reibungslos ablief, ihr macht nen guten Job.

Frühstück kaum Betrieb, aber ewig gewartet und dann wurde auch noch 1 komplettes essen von 3 vergessen

machen in der Woche schon 23 Uhr zu und nicht 24, dazu wird man praktisch rausgedrängeld. das Mcs überteuert ist und sich vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht lohnt muss ich hier glaub niemand erklären. nicht alle aber ein Teil des Personals sehr unfreundlich und genervt, Laden sollte niedergebrannt werden

Sauber, freundlich und nett. Leider zu ungenau bei der Bearbeitung von Bestellungen. Es fehlte im Happy Meal das Getränk und der Fruchtquatsch und bei der gesamten Bestellung auch noch ein Cheeseburger. Meine Meinung: nur so kann man Plus machen oder Fehlbestände ausgleichen .

Ich habe mich für einen Mehrwegbecher bei meinem McSundae entschieden und mir wurde mein Eis ohne serviert. Einige Mitarbeiter wussten leider auch nicht, dass es überhaupt eine Mehrwegoption gibt. Nach einer kurzen Diskussion habe ich letztendlich meine 2€ trotzdem zurück bekommen.

Essen eigentlich kein Stern Essen ist kalt . Büger sind einfach in Verpackung geschmissen schmecken nach nichts oder nicht so wie sie schmecken sollen es ist kalt einfach bodenlos.

Dies ist ein guter Ort um eine Pause einzulegen, das Personal ist klasse

Ok wir leben in einer schwierigen Zeit aber mitlerweile habe ich für gewisse Preise kein Verständnis mehr! 0,50 € für 2oml Mayo zu verlangen ist wohl der Oberhammer. Ich gehe zu Rewe zum Imbiss Shop und zahle fur 10ml Senf 0,10€.... Profitgeiles Unternehmen sage ich nur!

Manche Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und schmeißen förmlich das Tablet mit dem Essen nur auf den Tisch und sind allgemein genervt!
