Die Tische waren schmutzig. Der Rückgabewagen war voll. Die Pommes waren nicht durch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Nen Mäckes eben 👊😃 Aber alles i.O. , sehr nette Dame im Service, alles flink bekommen...draußen unterm Schirm 🌂 gesessen...👍...alles ok. Gerne wieder 👍

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, jedoch ist die Atmosphäre sehr schlecht. Außerdem erfriert man nach 15 min, wie im Kühlschrank, trotz Sommer. Arbeitsmotivation und Freundlichkeit sieht meiner Meinung auch anders aus.

Mehr als 30 min warten auf zwei Burger bei fast leerem Laden. Eher Slow Food…

Mittlerweile das 5. mal wo es nix gibt einzigste Antwort haben wir nicht jedes Mal

Leider kann ich zur Qualität und dem Geschmack des Essens nichts sagen, da ich während des Bestellprozesses darum gebeten wurde zu gehen. Hintergrund war das die Küche wohl überlastet war und die Wartezeit laut Aussagen der Servicekraft 1 Stunde beträgt. Neben den Bergen an leeren Verpackungen konnte ich leider nur wenig Besucher feststellen, daher kann ich dies nicht nachvollziehen. Da ich von einem Fastfoodrestaurant etwas anderes erwarte, werde ich wohl nicht mehr dort hingehen. P.S. Die Servicekraft war aber sehr freundlich und hat die Sache gut gemacht!

Essen war gut. Aber auf die schnelle is bei drive in nix mehr. Eigentlich war es leer, innen wie außen, dennoch 5 min bis zur bestellannahme und 15 min bis 2 kleine burger fertig waren. Ein Mädel gesehen die vorne und hinten gerannt ist, anscheinend war sie alleine.

Wirklich ein super Burger King! Das Personal ist total freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, und das Essen hat richtig frisch und lecker geschmeckt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualität und guten Service geachtet wird. Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen – ich komme gerne wieder! 🍔👌

Naja waren mal wieder da und was soll man sagen nie wieder in Eisleben da oft mal was vergessen wird die Mülleimer sind immer voll ach wenn der Laden leer ist was ziemlich oft vorkommt dann sind die Pommes weich alles ein bisschen eigenartig geworden und dann noch der Preis 80 Euro das sind 160 Deutsche Mark ist schon zu dritt heftig für das was man da sieht da gehen wir lieber zum Goldenen M da ist das ganze bisschen besser aber auch nicht überall

Waren dort zu viert, an einem Samstags Mittags und können nur sagen-von der Bestellung bis zur Ausgabe und der Qualität alles top in Ordnung. Filiale sauber, Toiletten sauber und Parkplätze genauso. Von uns großes Lob und vielen Dank 👍

Unterirdisch! Kann nur jedem raten sein Geld lieber woanders auszugeben. Am Drive in direkt unfreundlich begrüßt worden. Nach gefühlt ewiger Wartezeit auf wohlgemerkt einen einzigen Burger, im Laden nachgefragt - " Oh haben wir vergessen " 🧐 Wie ist sowas möglich? Sorry aber kein Verständnis, der Laden war fast leer. Der Burger lauwarm. Nie wieder...

Waren heute mit sechs Personen bei Burger King essen. Eigentlich wollten wir zuerst zu McDonald’s gegenüber, allerdings war es dort komplett überfüllt. Also haben wir uns spontan für Burger King entschieden. Im Nachhinein wundert es uns ehrlich gesagt überhaupt nicht mehr, warum es dort so leer war. Schon beim Betreten hat man gemerkt, dass die Stimmung alles andere als kundenfreundlich ist. Besonders der Mitarbeiter mit dem Pferdeschwanz ist uns leider sehr negativ aufgefallen – unhöflich, arrogant und extrem lustlos. Von Freundlichkeit oder einem respektvollen Umgang mit Kunden war hier absolut nichts zu merken. Obwohl lediglich zwei Kunden vor uns waren, mussten wir über 30 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Währenddessen hatte man eher das Gefühl, dass niemand wirklich motiviert ist oder Interesse daran hat, vernünftig zu arbeiten. Gerade in der Gastronomie sollte man wenigstens ein Mindestmaß an Freundlichkeit und Engagement erwarten können. Auch die Bestellung selbst wurde dann noch falsch zubereitet. Bei meinem Burger wurden trotz ausdrücklicher Bitte Tomaten draufgemacht, obwohl ich keine wollte. Bei einem Kollegen wurde Käse berechnet, aber am Ende war keiner auf dem Burger vorhanden. Zusätzlich ließ leider auch die Sauberkeit der Toiletten sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es war dort alles andere als sauber und zudem roch es extrem nach Urin. Das Urinal funktionierte ebenfalls nicht richtig und ließ sich nicht spülen. Fehler können natürlich passieren, dafür hat jeder Verständnis. Aber die Kombination aus extrem langer Wartezeit, schlechter Stimmung, unfreundlichem Verhalten, mangelnder Sauberkeit und einer fehlerhaften Bestellung macht den Besuch leider zu einer komplett negativen Erfahrung. Für uns definitiv das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Burger King. So ein Umgang mit Kunden sollte wirklich nicht sein.

Sehr enttäuschender Besuch. Obwohl kaum etwas los war, waren die Tische dreckig und offensichtlich nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist der Mann am Tresen, der extrem unfreundlich und genervt wirkte. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut unprofessionell und wirkt wirklich wie die unterste Schublade. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechter Eindruck – unfreundlich, unsauber und überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert. Ich werde dort nicht nochmal hingehen.

Am 1. Mai zum Feiertag , ja es war sehr voll. Aber in einem Schnellrestaurant 1h5min auf die Bestellung warten ist deutlich zu lange . Es wird jede Bestellung einzeln abgearbeitet, scheinbar kann man da nicht mehrere Burger auf einmal zubereiten. Mein Sohn hat mit einem feuchten Taschentuch mal den Tisch abgewischt an dem der Pumuckl zu 100% kleben geblieben wäre . Das Taschentuch war Schwarz !!!

Absoluter Saftladen jedes Mal wenn ich in Eisleben bei Burger King war wurde jedes Mal etwas bei der Bestellung vergessen. Heute war der Höhepunkt das ich über eine Stunde auf mein Essen warten musste einfach nur traurig Von wegen FAST Food

Normaler Bürgerking, nur die Bestellautomaten funktionieren meist nicht richtig.

Leider konnte ich keine Coupons einlösen und aus mir unbekannten gründen konnte ich auf meinen plant based long chicken keinen käse machen und auch keine Pommes bekommen

Eben gerade ….. Ich reite in Eisleben ein und sehe drüben bei MC viel Betrieb beim King nix los….. trotzdem ist gerade von den Angestellten keiner da…. Nach 3-4 Minuten kam dann einer vor sagte sorry …. Ganz ehrlich ! Ihr müsst dringend euer Mindset ändern es hat doch Gründe warum die Einheimischen eure Bude meiden …. Ich kann das ganz gut beurteilen bin ja häufig am Start dort….

Sehr freundlicher Personal. Top sauber auch WCs sind sauber. War da auf die Durchreise, also von der Autobahn abfahren und Mittagspause geniessen , hat sich auf jedenfall gelohnt. Dankeschön , gerne wieder.

Gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder.

Ich habe selten so einen inkompetenten Mitarbeiter am Drive In gesehen. Überfordert, auf Gegenfragen wird nur genervt geantwortet und die Bestellung war am Ende noch unvollständig! 1 Stern für den Service ist schon zu viel! 06.02.2026 zwischen 20:30-21 Uhr

Das ganze Team ist super wir sind immer so gerne dahin gegangen man konnte mit jedem feixen und Spaß haben.

Unser Essen war sehr gut! Der Service war auch sehr gut und ich fand es sauber, deutlich sauberer als bei der Konkurrenz gegenüber. Gerne wieder.

Es war nichts los , dennoch wurden uns Pommes serviert die bereits 2-3mal fritiert wurden sie waren wie gummi . Sonst war es ganz ok nettes Personal

Ich liebe die Auswahl an vegetarischen Burgern. Leider wurde mein Extrawunsch (Käse) nicht wahrgenommen. Sonst war es gut.

Pommes waren nicht Frisch aufgewärmt,bei einen Essen über 40 Euro.Tische nicht saubet.Habe das Personal auch darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Haben nur gelacht. Danke dafür

Viel zu tun, wenig Leute. Wie eigentlich fast überall. Nettes Personal. Die Preise haben es nur gerade insich. Da kann der Burger King Laden nur nichts dafür. Das normale Menü ist im normalen Rahmen. Die Snacks sind overrated. Ansonsten ist das Essen insgesamt sehr lecker.

Die Hälfte vergessen einzupacken und das nicht das Erste mal. Am besten die Bestellung auf dem Tresen wieder auspacken und kontrollieren.

SLOW FOOD!!! Wenn ich mich für solch eine Form des essns entscheide, dann nur weil es schnell gehen soll!!! 40 Minuten für 2 burger 20 Nuggets und 2x pommes sprengt den Rahmen gewaltig!!!

€13 for a small burger is pretty steep. No wonder it was so empty...

Terrible, AMEX isn't accepted at the terminal, even though it says so. Online ordering isn't possible at the store. Vouchers from the app aren't accepted. The fries sold out at 5:30 p.m. Even the receipt at the terminal is blank.

Once again, half of the order was missing, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. €10 for the bin.

The visit was okay. However, there was a strong toilet smell coming from the ordering machines. The waitresses were a bit confused, and I went to the counter twice because drinks were forgotten.

5€ change in 20 cents is exactly my kind of humor. And the fries are ice cold—not fries at all, but just individual 1cm pieces. And the iced tea tastes like nothing.

This place is an absolute joke. The staff seem completely overwhelmed. They could hire a chimpanzee to serve them. They'd definitely do a better job. This was my second time here, and they don't have any beef. Only chicken. A little update: Two years later, I'm back. The drive-thru doesn't work. The ice cream machine is broken. Various items aren't available again. And you can forget about the staff. They'd better finally close this place down.

The music in the restaurant is way too loud, and sometimes you can't even hear each other. And unfortunately, the ice cream machine has been broken for at least two weeks now. It's a real shame...

Waiting 30 minutes at the drive in and then hearing that the ice machine was broken for the third time, no thanks.

I went to Burger King in Eisleben at the weekend and I'm really disappointed. I waited almost an hour without my food coming. There was hardly any progress, both in the store and in the drive-thru. After waiting for so long, I finally gave up in frustration and went on to McDonald's - I had my food there in less than 5 minutes. Fast food should be quick, especially on weekends when it's busier. It's no fun - unfortunately, absolutely not a recommendation.

Yes, of course ;) The burger was delicious and fresh, only the fries were a little longer and you could taste them. It has become very expensive, but I think like everywhere else.

The food really tastes good, but the cleanliness!!! No tables wiped, floors full of crumbs, layer of dust in the window sills...even with hair on them!!!! Guys, you have to improve this here in Eisleben.

Not clean. Food not tasty as it wasn't fresh - onion rings were wobbly and rancid. Cheese chilli fries sauce inedible.

Waited almost an hour for food. The food tasted good, but that's not possible. No tables are wiped down and service carts are overloaded. There were three of them and you couldn't do it. Because it's called a fast restaurant, I didn't notice anything about it. Something has to change or you can close.

Dirty Hot fries? None. They are packed straight into the bag and then wait for the rest. Which is prepared separately. So they are cold and angular. Addressed employees, no, they are very fresh. They were cold. Not the first time.

I ordered a plant based long chicken burger there (via the monitor), but I received a normal long chicken. Unfortunately I didn't notice it in time until I bit into it. Something like this can certainly happen, but it shouldn't. Especially since there were hardly any guests in the restaurant at the time.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. We went here twice and were disappointed both times. The food tastes bland and is of poor quality. Last time there were no burgers or anything else except side dishes and desserts. ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING for such a large fast food chain. The second time there were hardly any drinks left. The drive is an absolute disaster. We waited in line for 30 minutes before our order was even taken. There was only one lady in front of us who also complained. When we complained (first at the Mcdrive window, my husband was ignored with a look by the lady with shoulder-length hair and just put off inside). After taking our order, we waited again for 20 minutes (apart from the fact that there were simply no more drinks available!) . Food was too salty. Save yourself the time and go to the competition. That was the first and last time at this 'fast' food chain. Without words!

Food is usual and normal, but the service, especially the waiting times, are really extreme. Often something is forgotten. With shorter waiting times you would literally drive better.

The 1 star rating is for the fries. Just normal Burger King. But people €3.79 for a mini bag of fries... mind you, that's supposed to be the middle one???!!! It's probably a bad joke! At least there is a dip for free here, I didn't get any dip at the competition on the other side of the street recently, let alone the demand on the display.

Drove in Drive today and stood for over 60 minutes!!!! When asked about this, staff had no reaction. That has nothing to do with fast food restaurants.

Fast food restaurant? An impressive 23 minutes. You would think the store was full. Nope. My wife and I all alone. An employee who had forgotten motivation was preparing. Hygiene? No. Get to the food with bare fingers. In your pocket and in your face. Appetizing??? I sent the fries back straight away. Went around for a whole 14 minutes. As a result, it's cold. But they still try to push the customer's eye.

It tasted very tasty, There were only three of them (from what I saw) but the waiting time was totally fine. ✌️

I was at the branch on October 22nd, 2024 around 1 p.m. While browsing through the app, I ended up stuck with BK. My first thought was actually to try out the wraps from the advertisement. Unfortunately they were sold out that day. So something else had to be done. I decided on a double pack meal with a Long Chicken/Whooper and another small burger. Plus cola and fries, which I then put in at the machine. I then took the number to the checkout and paid in cash. After looking for a free seat in the almost empty restaurant - I decided to use the toilet. This was clean. A short time later, after I got back to my seat, I was able to pick up my food. The products were freshly prepared. With the long chicken, there was a little more sauce in the paper than on the burger - but sometimes that can't be avoided. The Cola was served without ice and yes, there was a minor drawback. The cup was not felt up to the calibration mark. (Here you should perhaps carry out further training, the cup should always be felt up to the calibration mark) -[Experience from the industry] . I didn't complain about it any further because it didn't bother me much. Fries were fresh and ketchup wasn't missing either. Since my eyes were bigger than my stomach, I couldn't get everything done and an employee offered me a bag without asking as I wanted to leave the restaurant. I said no and left the restaurant with a feeling in my stomach.

Unfortunately not open although it says 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.!

We waited in line at the drive-in for over 10 minutes and no one was interested in us, despite honking several times.

What's wrong with you, dear Burger King. Firstly, at 7:40 p.m. all the doors were locked, secondly we went to Mac Drive and waited there for almost an hour until we had the food.

Something is wrong with you!!! Wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries...?! There were 5 people in front of me. The employees were bustling around, but the time was really unreasonable. (Well it's paid, the customer can wait forever, right?!) And then came the food! Do you only make half portions?? The medium fries were a joke! What does the small portion look like then? It would have to be “Lego size” with 5 fries in it. Photo follows!!! Burger well, not even appropriate for the coupon price ;( And if you read the posts here, it's systematic and not an isolated case... Unfortunately, the doors may close again soon! Really weak!!!

No professionalism, Cola tasted like dishwashing liquid, the citizen's meat was fried to death. Definitely not a recommendation, the best thing about the store was definitely the ambience.

There wasn't much going on, but we still stood in the drive for 20 minutes. Additionally, no card payment was possible.

I've been devouring the Big King XXL every day for weeks, and honestly, it's like pure bliss in every bite. Two fat patties dripping with sauce, served with a crispy salad – simply heavenly! But sure, my arteries probably already feel like concrete pipes and my cholesterol is probably skyrocketing into four digits. My blood pressure? Probably on the way to the moon. Every time I feel my heart having to work a little harder, but that taste... absolutely irresistible. Health or not – the Big King XXL is the most sinful pleasure I treat myself to every day.

Got the saddest Big King ever today. It's probably clear to everyone that you don't take the pictures seriously... but if the patty is only half the size of the bun then you can say it's a joke.

Getting cold food and the wrong drink.

Tried it again for a while...disgusting. I'm so disappointed with these supposedly fresh burgers. Fries and burgers were old, just warmed up, 2 onion rings and a slice of cucumber on them. . The meat was like it had been in the microwave for a short time... Definitely - never again!

Who has ever!!! Waited 30 seconds for food? I thought to myself that something couldn't be right. I had a long chicken and onion rings. The whole thing had definitely been done long before and was just a rehash for me. It wasn't fresh. And the woman at the drive in counter was rudeness personified. You can have a bad day, but customers shouldn't notice it. I won't go there anymore. It's a shame actually.

The BEST BURGER KING branch in Germany. Clean, nice, friendly, delicious... always a nice word extra. Unfortunately I only visit Eisleben every now and then, otherwise I would come more often.

Please pack the burgers hot in the future. No lights, nothing going on but waiting forever for the order. As always, the managing director doesn't just react....pictures are available upon request... there is never any advertising, there is no plan of what they are doing in this day and age, but everything is sensor controlled...welcome to the new century 😂😂😂

A little tip for those who don't know yet. Always order with extras. If not, the burger can be cold.
