We ate at the Ratskeller for the first time today. The schnitzel with mushrooms and fries 👌👌👌👌👌👌 was a real treat, and the portions were huge. The restaurant is worth a visit 👍👍👍👍👍

This place is an absolute joke. The staff seem completely overwhelmed. They could hire a chimpanzee to serve them. They'd definitely do a better job. This was my second time here, and they don't have any beef. Only chicken. A little update: Two years later, I'm back. The drive-thru doesn't work. The ice cream machine is broken. Various items aren't available again. And you can forget about the staff. They'd better finally close this place down.

We went there for the first time on a Wednesday evening. Our first impressions were mixed. But we didn't let that deter us. We ordered drinks and food: appetizers and main courses. The appetizers arrived quickly and were perfectly balanced in terms of flavor. The same was true for the main courses. They arrived hot, fresh, and very presentable, fairly quickly after the appetizers. The service was attentive and prompt. The price/performance ratio was also good. We'd be happy to come back.

The staff is very friendly and understands you well. The food and drinks are fresh and it also tastes very tasty.
