Burger King in Mülheim-Kärlich

It was incredibly loud in the restaurant because the other customers couldn't control or discipline their filthy children... the manager's reaction was 0.0! He was also working in the food area and had a HUGE boil on the back of his neck that threatened to burst at any moment... simply disgusting! The food was ice cold, the fries had, as always, been in the container hours before... nothing fresh... oh no... why should they be.... Customers can get easily ripped off and taken advantage of, and then you pay so much money [€11.00 >>> DM 22.00] for such crap!!!

Burger King as always, you can do it, you don't have to, but it's still delicious.

I received a friendly welcome as soon as I entered; the atmosphere is very cozy and stylish. The service was attentive without being intrusive – I felt truly welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit to Burger King! The tall, nice lady at the drive-thru was super nice and very friendly. I'd love to come back more often. ;) My order was quick. My burger was freshly prepared, juicy, and exactly how I wanted it. The fries were also crispy and hot—simply perfect. The store was clean and pleasant, well organized even during peak hours. When we were here for lunch today, we were surprised by the emptiness. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the restaurant was appalling: the waste cart was overflowing, the floor and tables were dirty, the drinks station was unsanitary, and the ordering terminals were contaminated with germs. Does every Burger King taste the same? Unfortunately, not. Our fries and burgers were far too salty, and the meat took some getting used to. The quality didn't justify the price of almost €28. We won't be returning.

In my opinion, one of the best Burger King in Germany, and I've been to many of them. The employees always do a great job of explaining, helping, and they speak English, which is very important for a restaurant...

Today was the first and last time I visited you. My wife ordered food and it had only been standing there for a minute. I wanted to try the fries and they weren't warm. I went outside and wanted fresh, warm fries. I don't know who it was, whether it was the store manager or someone with no hair or beard. They are so unfriendly to customers. The way they retain customers is just unacceptable.

This has absolutely nothing to do with price-performance. Bought the burger menu for just under €14: I only got a handful of lattice potatoes and the rest was topped up with fries. Then also forgot the sauce. The only thing you can afford here is a King of the Month. The rest is just grossly overpriced! Do yourself a favor and drive a few meters further to “11 Street Burger” where you pay the same but get a reasonable menu.

I have to have this a few times a year. Very tasty and very fresh.

Unfortunately, the machines don't work properly (the ordering process was canceled three times when it collapsed). Then I ordered at the checkout, what the machine says is available (cheeseburger in the menu (your double)) is not available at the checkout. After we ordered something anyway, the cashier told a colleague at a volume where everything could be heard that I was "stupid" and that that doesn't exist. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left!

It's rare that I say this to a BK branch: The order here tasted great. Nothing was dry, the portion of chilli cheese fries was huge and the employees were absolutely polite and friendly, despite the high volume of customers.

We hadn't eaten here for a while and I was shocked at what it looked like. Everyone knows that you can't expect 5-star cuisine at a fast food restaurant, but I do expect cleanliness and friendly service. The restaurant was dirty, the floor was full of garbage and food waste. The tables were all sticky or full of crumbs. None of the tables were clean, so I cleaned ours a bit myself before we sat down. The burgers were very sloppy but okay, the fries were cold and there was no Sprite or iced tea available at the drinks machines and many of the other drinks were empty of flavors. Our son got a Barbie toy in his box, when I asked for a more suitable toy the employee was very annoyed. After a few minutes he dug out 3 toys, one of which was a toy more for girls (certainly toys are for everyone and don't always necessarily have to be male or female). All in all we come very rarely anyway but it was still annoying.

Sunday December 8th, 2024 - 4:43 p.m. - Stood in the drive-in for 25 minutes (even though there were only 2 cars in front of me) only to be told at the window that only cash payment was possible. After paying, I waited another 4 minutes for a standard BigKing menu (I wasn't asked whether it was small or large, I was given the small one), the wrong drink, the wrong sauce for the fries and a limp burger. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got to my destination. I've really been a fan of Burgerking so far, but after this experience I'll probably go to the two main competitors (which are only 20m & 500m away) in the future...

They can't manage to give out the right number of burgers in the drive. Ordered 3, paid for and received 2. This has happened so often that it's suspicious.

This is honestly the worst review I have ever given. But this Burger King didn't deserve more points for my visit. We were here on Saturday lunchtime and the Burger King was busy. My husband placed the order via the machine and I was just going to the toilet at the same time. If the order hadn't been placed after that, we would have left straight away. Because the women's toilets were really unclean. The floor was sticky, the white trash cans were dirty. We waited over 15 minutes for the food itself. The table we chose was also dirty, as were the floors around it. The Coke we pulled first without ice was warm. For this reason, the drink is again drawn with ice cubes. The burger was already cooler and just pressed together. The French fries sauce we bought was not there and had to be fetched again. All in all, a shop that presented itself this lunchtime in a way that normally shouldn't have anything to do with food.
