Burger King in Mülheim-Kärlich

This is honestly the worst review I have ever given. But this Burger King didn't deserve more points for my visit. We were here on Saturday lunchtime and the Burger King was busy. My husband placed the order via the machine and I was just going to the toilet at the same time. If the order hadn't been placed after that, we would have left straight away. Because the women's toilets were really unclean. The floor was sticky, the white trash cans were dirty. We waited over 15 minutes for the food itself. The table we chose was also dirty, as were the floors around it. The Coke we pulled first without ice was warm. For this reason, the drink is again drawn with ice cubes. The burger was already cooler and just pressed together. The French fries sauce we bought was not there and had to be fetched again. All in all, a shop that presented itself this lunchtime in a way that normally shouldn't have anything to do with food.

The food is okay but the cleanliness of the toilets leaves a lot to be desired. The whole floor is sticky and it smells like urine.

Food was cold, nothing. For €10 I'll get my fill better somewhere else.

We just had something to eat. Super-friendly service at the counter, our plant-based burgers were freshly prepared, the lattice potatoes were also fresh and not dripping with fat. The atmosphere is friendly and the parking options are great. I deducted one point because our table wasn't clean, but after we pointed it out at the counter, the table was cleaned immediately. And one point for the toilets not being clean, toilet paper was also missing.

Cleanliness leaves something to be desired but otherwise very good, with special requests such as: They will die without cucumber too 👍🏼

Absolutely underground. The staff is nice but today we got 2 burgers that were cold and now my girlfriend and I have diarrhea. We suspect the minced meat was dumped for a long time and the burgers had been on display for far too long. Never here again

Very friendly staff. Everything was fresh. Mr. Sükür very attentive, child-friendly and very nice. I like to go here with my children.

My visit to Burger King under the leadership of MR ŞÜKÜR was thoroughly pleasant. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. Mr. Sükür himself showed great commitment and was always present to ensure that everything ran smoothly. An all-round professional and welcoming place – I would love to come back! 🍔

Ate there today. Drinks warm, non-carbonated...eat cold. Then I asked and they said the burgers had gotten cold. Impossible Won't come back 😡

From order to delivery it takes about 15 minutes. Sometimes there were 9-10 orders in advance and a single employee was unmotivated to pack them. After receiving the order, I found that both burgers (Chili Cheese Burger and Big King) were cold, complained about them and received new ones. At the BigKing the patties were ice cold and the cheese wasn't even swollen. I complained about this again. The waitress felt the temperature of the pattie with her finger and pointed out to me that they had just made it from scratch and the patties were always hot, this couldn't be true if the cheese didn't run. I then immediately received another BigKing (bun squashed and soft, similar to when you briefly warm something up in the microwave). It could have been the same burger that the waitress had put her finger into shortly before. Then we ate the rest. The rest was cold after both complaints. If the customer politely makes a legitimate complaint, the replacement product should be issued with the appropriate quality. Despite having different branches, it is often a disappointment at BK.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Employees are totally unfriendly, everything is cold. I've been here several times and it's never been this bad. Maybe Burgerking should hire other employees who have a little something on their minds

We were very surprised at how quickly we received our food, and our food was freshly prepared. All tables were clean. Mr. Sükür welcomed and served us very warmly. Any time

Order at the machine - unfortunately half of the order is no longer on the invoice after confirmation. Order again - annoying but maybe just a technical error. The preparation took longer than expected. Sometimes the food that was missing had to be complained about. The ambience is familiar to many people and is completely OK for me in this store. Both citizens and fries and nuggets were hot.

The macaroni burger was cold and looked like it had been kept warm for a very long time. You can forgive it. But an absolute no-go is no toilet paper in the men's toilet. Luckily I noticed it before I pressed the trigger. And then there was no more soap in the dispenser. Just disgusting.

A normal Burger King 🤷 doesn't stand out, but you can eat there

Burger King in general is so overpriced these days and the quality is very poor. These shops should be closed...

The food was brutally bad compared to other Burger Kings. 5 people behind the counter but not a single clean table. There was dirt everywhere. Under all hell.

I had a great experience at Burger King, and I would especially like to highlight the Assistant Manager and the entire team. He was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect and that we felt welcome. The other employees were always friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious as always, and the service was quick and efficient. I'll definitely be back! Big compliments to the team – keep it up!

Cleaner loading, employees are all correct and kind Mr. Sükür is the best and the food tastes great too. I come here almost every day during my break from work and I always like it delicious and so far I have never had to complain here, very very impressed

The staff takes an eternity until they realize that you want to order. But the best thing is that the food is cold. Is not recommended.

The potatoes are almost cold, the burger is very dry and doesn't taste much, the staff is not attentive, I don't recommend coming to the courts, it's better to go to KFS across the street and eat there!

Rarely have I experienced something like this, the rolls were burnt, the fries were cold and the nuggets were also burnt. After I wanted to complain about them, "new" burnt things were brought to me from the kitchen and I was told that it was normal when the deep fryer beeped and the food was ready. The lady was so unfriendly and just left us with our complaints.

I've never experienced such a dirty Burger King. Even in the entrance area, your shoes were stuck to the floor, and this extended to the entire area in front of the counter. Order and food was normal. Choosing a table was also difficult because they were all dirty. Since there wasn't much going on and there were at least three staff, they could have made sure that the tables were wiped down and the leftover food was swept up from the floor.

The shop in Mülheim-Kärlich is dirty and looks run down. The employees seem unmotivated and unfriendly. We will never go here again

I was there today, May 26th. at 3:30 a.m. on Drive. Everything went well, we ordered normally. However, the lady who took the order at the drive could be a little nicer to the business customers. Thank you very much.

Food was ok, the drinks machines were basically empty. When I said that the drinks were almost all empty, an employee just told us that she would fill them up later... this didn't happen during our visit!

I thought it was all sticky, my burger looked really crazy and like it had been there for 20 minutes and there were brown pen streaks in the toilet and the checkout slip wasn't even printed correctly

Order a little long on a Wednesday evening. Clean room. The Burgers were more or less well done. Fair price for those who know the prices in France....

A fast food shop with a well-known menu, always very tasty but only in moderation. Sufficient parking spaces directly at the restaurant. The toilets in particular are very clean.

There's free refill here, i.e. drinks flat rate. You can even mix it yourself, such as Coke Zero with raspberry etc. Service and freshness of the products are also great 😃👍

So compared to other fast food shops, nothing special. The burgers were neatly assembled. The staff did their job. But not a great atmosphere. Robots wouldn't have made that worse. The McDonald's a little further away is better.

Ok...but there are better ones. Drinks vending machine delivered warm drinks. Ice dispenser didn't work. There was almost no sauce on the burger.

Clean branch, employees are always friendly and in a good mood, orders are prepared quickly and there are usually fresh fries shortly before the store closes.

Be careful, stay away!!!!! Just placed an order for just under €20 at the drive-thru, so it's manageable. My fries and the sauce for the nuggets were forgotten. The Whopper was borderline bad, but my Long Chili Chese was simply inedible. I immediately had the urge to gag and will inform the health department. My suspicion is the meat was bad and therefore dangerous for consumption! A Cola Zero or light was also served, although normal Cola was expressly requested.. Really a disgrace! My last visit to this Burger King… I prefer to drive 2km further to the nearest Burger King and I advise you to do that too.

Today it was hygienically questionable. Cola puddles on the floor, dirt on the table and benches, the toilets disgusting, we first had to clean the children's high chair of sauce residue. Yesterday's date was on the cleaning schedule in the toilet, so no one was supposed to check the rooms until evening. Maybe there was a horde of wild boars before us, but then the staff still has to react. There were also compromises when it came to food. Black dots on the fries: there must be something burned in the fat. How about changing the oil? The bacon on our burgers was raw. Is it no longer crispy or at least a little fried? The burgers were generally slapped together pretty wildly. Not everything was available at the drinks counter. We somehow know this much better from other branches. A pity.

As always, when we are nearby, we go there. This Burger King branch is our absolute favorite. Food arrives quickly. Service is great. Toilets are clean. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely go there again 👍

Never again...floor was mopped...no notice, I slipped...no help from the staff...unfriendly...

Unfortunately, the tempering times for the ingredients for my three burgers apparently weren't adhered to, so they were pretty cold overall and the cheese wasn't melted either. Some drinks were not available at the beverage station, such as the Gatorade Zero. The service times were very quick and it was clean too.

At least one machine tells you that it doesn't work, the next one responds 0 to input, you're exasperated and put at the checkout, ignored by the staff for 10 minutes, then off to McDonald's... everything worked out really quickly

Burgers not exchanged after request, employees very unfriendly, no goodwill, the name Burgerking does not deserve.

Schrecklich...die putzen dort ohne ein warnschild aufzustellen...bin dort ausgerutscht und die standen nur dumm herum vom Personal...Burger war kalt...nicht zu empfehlen

Ambiente nicht sehr gut, ziemlich dreckig. Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, kein guten Tag kein Hallo kein bitte und danke. Essen war aber überraschend gut. Also diese "besseren" Bürger sind tatsächlich ganz gut.

Die Bestellautomaten sind nicht benutzerfreundlich. Finde mal einen Fischburger, wenn es zur Auswahl nur Chicken und Hamburger gibt. Auch die Angestellte wurde nicht fündig. Lust mir zu helfen schien sie auch nicht zu haben. Als ich den Fischburger dann im Automat gefunden habe, zeigte er an, er sei aktuell nicht bestellbar. Bei Abholung der Bestellung an der Kasse, sagte der Mitarbeiter dann, dass Fischburger vorrätig sind. Einfach unnötig kompliziert. Das ganze hat den Besuch nicht gerade zu einem schönen Erlebnis gemacht.

Gute Burger in einem sauberen Restaurant.

Der Laden ist dreckig und die Hochstühle waren richtig versifft. Die macht wohl keiner sauver. Und wir waren am frühen Mittag da und trotzdem alles dreckig. Bestellung war auch nicht vollständig, mussten den Mitarbeitern dann noch das Menü erklären.

Sehr gutes und geschultes Personal die Burger waren frisch und lecker zubereitet wir hatten sonderbestellungen für die Burger die wurden auch perfekt eingehalten Pommes frisch und warm die Getränke Auswahl ist riesig also immer wieder einen Besuch wert
