Kentucky Fried Chicken in Mülheim-Kärlich

I've always eaten at KFC, and everything has always tasted great. However, I was very disappointed when I saw that the new fries had a new seasoning and were completely soggy. They were completely inedible and simply no longer enjoyable. They should consider making the old version available.

I am very satisfied with my meal. Atmosphere is neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Ordered 2 menus and 1 kids box. Burger was wrong. Returned straight away. After 20 minutes of waiting for the right burger and everyone else had already finished eating, we asked again where the right burger was. The burger hasn't even started to be made yet. Disaster....

Always enjoyed going there in the past. Service was also quick and friendly. The evening before yesterday I went to get food and about 4 hours after eating it I had severe digestive problems and stomach pain that lasted through the night and the next day. I have told KFC everything and am waiting for a response. I'll update the review when I can let you know how KFC handled the matter. First update on the matter, while my friend, who also ate some of the food (but significantly less) only had minor problems yesterday, she has now also been hit hard.

We were there last Sunday and it was totally chaotic. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food. It felt like there were 30-40 guests there and everyone waited forever. It was very unclean...the food was even better. The staff was absolutely understaffed. We were there last time.

The employee who served us at the drive-thru is really underground. It was our first time there and we mentioned it too. She was so arrogant and unfriendly. She complained when she had to change something in the order because we talked past each other. We even got hit on at the window a second time because of it. They then gave us the wrong side dish and the wrong drink. Unfortunately, we only discovered this later. We had to draw the attention of a colleague at the window because she handed us the food in a very unfriendly way and left the window straight away. She simply hadn't given us the second drink. We were friendly and apologetic the whole time that she had to change something because of us.

We were at the drive-in about a week ago and had placed an entire order which was issued completely incorrectly. After a telephone consultation, we were assured that we would receive the order completely new the next time we were on site and a note would be left in the shift manager's office 4 Days later, no one wanted to know anything about it, there was no note and when asked, neither the shift manager nor a managing director would be there, let alone reachable by phone - pretty ridiculous behavior for a chain

Way too overpriced, the burgers are a joke! The service employee greeted us with a yawn and was already lying on the counter when we entered the store. Our food was prepared quite listlessly and was literally slapped on the counter. Never again!!

It is a typical KFC restaurant like in any major city. Overall, the burgers were okay, but I found the sauce to be a little bland in my opinion. Maybe I should have chosen the bucket too. In any case, it wasn't really my thing.

Unfortunately my visit to KFC was a huge disappointment. The food was below average - the chicken was dry and fatty, also the selection was limited and not as expected. Additionally, the service was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and seemed unmotivated. We had to wait a long time for our order and when the food finally came it wasn't cooked properly. There was hardly any response to a request for a solution or apology. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this location.
