A classic KFC in the commercial area in Mülheim-Kärlich. Sufficient parking spaces and recognizable amenities - clean and tidy. The staff is on their toes, the food came very quickly and the tables were constantly kept clean.

All hell breaks loose here at the weekend. This can make it very uncomfortable and it may be difficult to find a seat. Food, service and cleanliness are at a high level. There are also enough parking spaces available.

Had this chicken bucket and it was very tasty and tender.

I usually get something to take with me, it's pretty quick. The food is just fast food but I think the fries are sometimes way too wobbly. Otherwise it's great.

Ordered fries with cheese, 6 euros. Arrive home. There was a drop of cheese in there. So in the BK my fries are mostly swimming in cheese. Very modest, there were more fries than cheese. It was my first and last time at KFC, the burgers weren't ideal either.

For me it was the first and last time there. Very, very slow way of working, I had a small order, it wasn't busy, but still a 30 minute wait. After several requests, I finally got my food. Drinks vending machines distribute drinks everywhere except in the cup. With a work ethic like that, most people would quickly lose their jobs.

I ordered takeaway from you today and was unfortunately very disappointed. The food was incredibly salty and therefore hardly edible. The fries were soggy and didn't taste fresh at all. Overall, the entire meal tasted very bad and did not live up to the expectations I have from KFC. It would be nice if the quality of the food was improved in the future, as unfortunately I can't consider another visit.

We just ate here and unfortunately didn't have a great experience. There was a dead fly stuck to the breading of my wife's Classic Burger. The staff was very friendly, they gave her a new burger as well as two cookies as compensation. Of course, something like this can happen, but we've completely lost our appetite for KFC for now. I have had terrible experiences with this KFC. The lady at the counter who gives the customer the food is very rude. I don't think this lady should work in service. Good thing KFC is now using the machine for ordering. I understand why this could happen because they can't find good staff.
