Helpful for us old, ignorant people. Everything was clean in the restaurant and outside. The men's restroom lid was broken, and the bottom of the toilet seat was really disgusting. The chicken legs weren't cooked all the way through, and some of them were almost raw inside. We think they're a real salmonella hazard.

I understand that fast food chains like to cut costs on staff in order to make as much profit as possible, but unfortunately it has been noticeable that in recent months the only employees at the counter and drive thru have barely spoken a proper sentence of German, which doesn't exactly make ordering and communicating any easier.

It started quickly, as a fast-food restaurant should. The fries were a bit soggy and the chicken pieces were lightly seasoned, but otherwise everything tasted good. There was no soap in the restroom, which shouldn't have happened.

Unfortunately not. The price-performance ratio isn't right. The restroom was without soap, even though it was quiet around lunchtime.

Always enjoyed going there in the past. Service was also quick and friendly. The evening before last I went there to get food and about 4 hours after eating it I had severe digestive problems and stomach pain that lasted through the night and the next day. I have told KFC everything and am waiting for a response. I'll update the review when I can let you know how KFC handled the matter. First update on the matter, while my friend, who also ate some of the food (but significantly less) only had minor problems yesterday, she has now also been hit hard. Hopefully last updates: KFC responded quite quickly, couldn't find any errors in their supply chain or anything similar and offered us two free menus. Therefore overall rating raised to two stars.
