For me it was the first and last time there. Very, very slow way of working, I had a small order, it wasn't busy, but still a 30 minute wait. After several requests, I finally got my food. Drinks vending machines distribute drinks everywhere except in the cup. With a work ethic like that, most people would quickly lose their jobs.

Talking to workers in a different language and then eating was too little than normal. They should learn how to deal with customers

I ordered takeaway from you today and was unfortunately very disappointed. The food was incredibly salty and therefore hardly edible. The fries were soggy and didn't taste fresh at all. Overall, the entire meal tasted very bad and did not live up to the expectations I have from KFC. It would be nice if the quality of the food was improved in the future, as unfortunately I can't consider another visit.

Food was good, complete and prepared quickly. Tables were cleaned very quickly as soon as someone leaves. The branch is quite large with lots of tables and an outdoor area, but it was clean and not noisy. and at 30 degrees I was happy about the well-functioning climate!

Foreign unfriendly employees. The question about sauce for the chicken nuggets menu was answered with a curt no because the employee had to have a private conversation with a fellow countryman. The sauce was there last time. Next time it's McDonald's again, the foreign employees are also friendly.

We always like going there, mainly for the coleslaw and mash, the burgers are okay, the app is a complete disaster and the ambience is fine. We still go to Burger King next door, but unfortunately the selection at KFC leaves a lot to be desired. It could be cleaner. All in all it's okay, but nothing more. We just ate here and unfortunately didn't have a great experience. There was a dead fly stuck to the breading of my wife's Classic Burger. The staff was very friendly, they gave her a new burger as well as two cookies as compensation. Of course, something like this can happen, but we've completely lost our appetite for KFC for now. The prices are very high for the food. The taste was just average for us. The restaurant has a modern design, but many of the tables and chairs are very dirty.

I have had terrible experiences with this KFC. The lady at the counter who gives the customer the food is very rude. I don't think this lady should work in service. Good thing KFC is now using the machine for ordering. I understand why this could happen because they can't find good staff.

Otherwise there were 2 Crispy on the burger. Savings are now being made on this too. Incomprehensible

Be careful when ordering at the drive-thru: I've picked up larger orders through the drive-thru several times and the employees almost always forgot something: sometimes a wrap, sometimes chicken pieces, sometimes fries, a sauce or a drink. I have no idea why this is happening to the employees. Be sure to always check that everything is there! Recently ate at the local restaurant with friends and everything was fine. The shop is nice and clean. Otherwise I definitely prefer KFC over MCs or BK. Using the coupons in the app you can get good menus for under €10 that will fill you up.
