McDonald's in Mülheim-Kärlich

I went there again after a long time, it hasn't gotten any better, the food is cold, and that's with the exorbitant prices.

Like all McDonald's customers, we only drank coffee.

I ordered two white chocolate macchiatos and both times I only got hot milk with white chocolate, NO coffee! Unfortunately, I noticed too late, otherwise I would have returned the drink. It's really annoying when you pay for something like that and then get the wrong one 😑 Apparently, the staff doesn't know how to make the new drink.

Very clean, quick service, good quality!

Soggy fries, cold fries, old cheeseburger, way too much mustard on the special Mc Chicken. No McDonald's sauce like we know it in the Netherlands. They have Royal Hamburger and Mac Rib here, but unfortunately not in the Netherlands.

The food was as it should be, neatly folded, not squashed. It met expectations. But the drive-thru takes forever. We waited 15 minutes... that's unacceptable. There's definitely room for improvement. Otherwise, satisfied.

The manager kicked us 15-year-old children out because we had water from Rewe. Very dissatisfied, I'll never come back. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Really bad...the floor in the waiting area is so greasy that you keep slipping...we waited 37 minutes for breakfast even though it was barely busy. Employees are laughing and making fools, and the display is full of food that's getting cold. Our coffee was made right at the beginning and then left on the tray. It was ice cold when we got it...

It's McDonald's. Yes, it can be crowded, yes, things can go wrong, yes, with mass processing, things can be lukewarm. What do you expect? I got what you get there. 5 stars for that.

Dirty and overwhelmed staff....

Ordering at the counter The clerk misunderstands both of them. They get regular machiato instead of ice-M. And when I say something about it, three people shout out together!!! Is it my problem if they can't understand "German" properly because of the system? The way they behave is directly aggressive.

Disaster! Never again. Okay, the burgers don't look like the photos, but that!!! Squashed or flattened, depending on how you look at it. The food was cold. Never again.

Very uncoordinated, orders were completely mixed up. At one terminal, you couldn't pay by card after ordering, and you still had to wait in line. The lady who went around clearing tables and bringing the food smelled very unpleasantly of sweat. I definitely won't be going there again.

I was there on a Wednesday evening, and everything was great. My food arrived in about seven minutes, and everything was piping hot. They forgot the tomatoes on my burger, which I had ordered separately. They also gave me a new one after I politely asked for them. All the employees were very friendly—I was even asked at one point if everything was okay. I can't remember ever experiencing that at McDonald's. Also, there was always someone walking around keeping everything clean. Thanks for that.

Large cappuccino and latte was medium in size.

Unfortunately, as in other stores, when it's busy, the products are already cold by the time they're handed out. It's a shame. This means complaints, duplicate trips, and unnecessary arguments.

Just went for dinner. The service was unfriendly. I ordered double chicken, and was given a paper cheeseburger. Where is the pull-on? It went to say who opened it, and the staff made it open and gave it back. So where is the food safety of this store or staff? Far from it.

Very convenient before heading to the Nature One festival. The service is fast and efficient. Furthermore, the restrooms were clean and well-maintained.

I can't confirm what others have written here about the cold food. I can fully confirm what others have written here about the slow service. It's kind of shocking that at 12 noon, the kitchen seems to be "full," but the food is only distributed in dribs and drabs to the waiting customers. Especially when they have whining children with them.

The orders were prepared very quickly.

Finally, a good McDonald's. Clean and friendly staff. You feel good eating here.

If you need something quick, it's okay. The order was served promptly. Unfortunately, despite everything, the fries 🍟 on three menus were lukewarm and soggy.

Dear Mr. Pforzheim, Dear Mr. Pair, Dear Ms. Dabacic! This is specifically about the McDonald's in Mühlheim Kärlich. Every time I drive to the McDonald's drive-thru counter at night and Jens is on shift, and at the McDonald's drive-thru there's a man about 1.90 m tall, mid-40s, bald and wearing glasses. It always takes at least 10 minutes to get from the order counter to the drive-thru checkout. And then it usually takes at least another 5 minutes until the order is ready. And I'm talking about orders between three and eight euros! This is an outrage; it has nothing to do with a fast-food restaurant!

The restaurant was reasonably clean and service was quick. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression.

Actually, I'd like to give it zero stars!!!! We were in Mülheim-Kärlich again today and picked up something to take home. 2 Happy Meals 1 Big Mac Meal 1 6-Piece Nuggets Meal 1 6-Piece Nuggets Individual We were sent aside because the fries wouldn't arrive! After receiving the bags, we drove home (5 minutes to get home). When we got home, we unpacked and everything was cold and inedible!!!! Before, I've had problems the whole time because of incomplete food and cold food! But now I've had enough! I can't recommend this McDonald's!!!!! I don't see the point in paying so much money just to throw it away! Even the kids didn't want to eat it anymore!

This is the biggest dump I've ever been in.

Disappointed again. Three items were completely forgotten in the order (MC Freezy, Quetschi, and an MC Flurry), and the game we wanted wasn't included. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time and happens every time we're there. Unfortunately, despite the glorious weather, the play tower is locked, so you have to sit inside.

This McDonald's is so bad, to be honest, that's the last time I went to this crappy place. You wait 40 minutes for food. Then new people come along and they're taken right away because they know the people. If I could give negative stars, I'd give it 1,000 stars and everyone would quit. The unfriendly bunch at this McDonald's can't even get an order right.

I cannot recommend this place. The employees only speak broken German and half of the order is missing. In addition, the food is almost always cold. I complained by phone and will check tomorrow whether I get compensation or not. Got a menu as compensation. Top

It tastes like any other McDonald's, but not being barrier-free in 2025 is a bottomless audacity. My grandma really needed to go to the toilet, but because this establishment doesn't have a wheelchair-accessible toilet, she was unable to do so. There were no disabled parking spaces either. Therefore I cannot recommend visiting this branch!

The only nice lady was the one who brought us food, but cashiers are the complete opposite. I just wanted to exchange two toys that weren't even opened yet and was complained about. Paid €20 to have a toy three times. The one star is only for the lady, otherwise it would be less.

I had to wait an easy 18 minutes for the MC. I thought it would be quick at MC? Since in Mülheimkärlich it was rather very slow but: the food was warm 😂

I had dinner there today around 11:30 a.m. with my wife and little daughter. We ordered at the counter there and the cashier gave us a number display for the table. The number was apparently assigned incorrectly to the order, which we couldn't do anything about. The waitress was very rude to us when she brought the food, as if it was our fault that the cashier typed something wrong. I found it very rude, especially because we were there with our little daughter. It was the last time we left our money in this branch. This has nothing to do with child-friendly!

Unfortunately, the Rösti was missing from my Big Rösti. Of course, I “complained” about this and received no new burger as compensation, but only a €2 voucher. Absolutely disappointing and it was our last visit to McDonald's - a shame!

The food was cold, half of it was missing, the drink didn't taste like it was supposed to. It never happened when I was there that any table was clean. We won't go there anymore.

I wanted to order a coffee at the drive-in early in the morning and was simply ignored. When I drove to the counter at some point I was ignored there too. Of course I was on site within opening hours. Weird “service”…. That was the last time.

6.19 for a BIC Mac with a maximum hint of meat, which is also significantly smaller in size than the roll. So honestly. We wanted to test it again after years and as back then the trend is downwards, it's unbelievable that so many people are still going there.

Very clean, fast service, the food is brought to the table. Toilets are very clean.

It was outrageously expensive (large fries 5 euros) and unfortunately it didn't taste good either.

Fries were a bit greasy, otherwise everything was good. Table service took a little longer but friendly staff.

So we were there for dinner yesterday November 27th, 2024... Order received...but as always with the yellow one... The fries are ice cold... Then we got new ones But it wasn't until we were finished with the burger... Everything should always be made fresh...

Sorry, but if the ice cream machine doesn't work, you shouldn't sell it! The McFlurry was already melted when I got it after waiting 15 minutes for it.

Once again I couldn't get everything at the car counter. Annoying ! One time is not a time. But it can't be the case that you have to check your bag every time to see if everything is in it.

The order came quickly and everything was there except for the iced tea, which was unfortunately out of stock at the time. But I would be politely asked what else I would like to drink and the cola would be brought quickly.

Once again something was missing from the order! The children are looking forward to their HappyMeal with fries and nuggets, which is great when the fries are missing! Unfortunately we will no longer eat there or drive through the drive.

There wasn't much going on, but there was dirt everywhere, the food was cold and took quite a long time. All in all bad.

Load juice😡. I wasn't allowed to redeem my coupon at the SOT or the checkout didn't work. I wasn't offered a solution either, so I didn't eat anything there

The last juice shop. Every single time half of the order is missing!! Of course, this time too, 2 portions of fries and a burger were forgotten!! I would love to just get the food I pay for! Just once!! It just doesn't seem possible... Just poor.

We can recommend the wraps for breakfast. The service today wasn't great, it took an extremely long time for the food to be ready and then we had to complain twice because we got the wrong thing twice in a row.

McDonald's is top notch as always, the best restaurant in the world. I am always sure that the food is fresh and there is no chance of poisoning.

Conditions don't know where left and right is, food has been ready for pick up for 5 minutes, even though we wanted table service, when we went to pick up they told us it wasn't ready. Conditions didn't come until the food was half cold, so we had it warmed up again. Food was good. After one of the management came, the store did well.

I ordered a snack salad. The thing came in a cardboard box (although not takeaway) and was sticky and slightly brown. The box was nice and moist. I complained and the first lady said I had sauce. The shift manager was rude and gave me the money back, but first wanted to convince me that I had to eat the stuff like that. Incredibly unfriendly.

Walked away after 10 minutes, people were busy with electronic payments and discount coupons on the phone, what poverty and just waiting!

On a nice walk from Mühlheim-Kärlich to the industrial area to MC Donalds. After Plum Paradise, thousands of cars came 😵‍💫after what felt like 30 minutes (for only 20 m.😅) we came to the side where we could finally eat. We had nice service and the fast food shop looked clean. For children there is activity for a little "fun" inside and outside there is enough space to run around with a large play tower etc. Our playground was pleasantly clean 😉🙏🏼

Unfortunately we couldn't find a table that was really clean. The burger was cold!!!! the fries not crispy. Unfortunately, all in all disappointing.

A few days ago, when we were in the branch (Industriestrasse) in the evening, an employee and the supervisor were kind enough to help us with the new McDonald's app, which we had recently downloaded and we didn't have a proper overview of. This is very rare these days so we would like to praise it, thank you for that :-) we'll be happy to come back

Celebrated my daughter's birthday here today after we were in the somersault. Thank you for the loving decoration of the table and the great service when ordering.

I've been waiting in the drive for 15 minutes. I called by phone and I swear I have a big order, you have to wait, i.e. fast food!

Absolutely incompetent! Had to wait half an hour for our food. The bag with the citizens was left out in the cold. Our order was completely redone due to our complaint. There is no one person who takes the lead and says where to go. There was constant conversation with customers/strangers.

Absolute chaos! There is no talk of organization here! The order was left for about 20 minutes and only continued when an employee with insight questioned the order. Although we made them again after a complaint, we were willing to let them go stale for about 20 minutes. Not recommended.

If you used to stand in line for 2 minutes and then order for 3 minutes, today you can click through the machine in 10 minutes... at least then you get the food brought to you.

Totally incompetent work team. When our order was made incorrectly, we were told to buy the menu again and there was nothing else that could be done. Half of what I said wasn't even understood due to my lack of knowledge of German. I was so looking forward to my nuggets...
