Conditions don't know where left and right is, food has been ready for pick up for 5 minutes, even though we wanted table service, when we went to pick up they told us it wasn't ready. Conditions didn't come until the food was half cold, so we had it warmed up again. Food was good. After one of the management came, the store did well.

I ordered a snack salad. The thing came in a cardboard box (although not takeaway) and was sticky and slightly brown. The box was nice and moist. I complained and the first lady said I had sauce. The shift manager was rude and gave me the money back, but first wanted to convince me that I had to eat the stuff like that. Incredibly unfriendly.

On a nice walk from Mühlheim-Kärlich to the industrial area to MC Donalds. After Plum Paradise, thousands of cars came 😵‍💫after what felt like 30 minutes (for only 20 m.😅) we came to the side where we could finally eat. We had nice service and the fast food shop looked clean. For children there is activity for a little "fun" inside and outside there is enough space to run around with a large play tower etc. Our playground was pleasantly clean 😉🙏🏼

Walked away after 10 minutes, people were busy with electronic payments and discount coupons on the phone, what poverty and just waiting!

Unfortunately we couldn't find a table that was really clean. The burger was cold!!!! the fries not crispy. Unfortunately, all in all disappointing.

A few days ago, when we were in the branch (Industriestrasse) in the evening, an employee and the supervisor were kind enough to help us with the new McDonald's app, which we had recently downloaded and we didn't have a proper overview of. This is very rare these days so we would like to praise it, thank you for that :-) we'll be happy to come back

Celebrated my daughter's birthday here today after we were in the somersault. Thank you for the loving decoration of the table and the great service when ordering.

I've been waiting in the drive for 15 minutes. I called by phone and I swear I have a big order, you have to wait, i.e. fast food!

Absolute chaos! There is no talk of organization here! The order was left for about 20 minutes and only continued when an employee with insight questioned the order. Although we made them again after a complaint, we were willing to let them go stale for about 20 minutes. Not recommended.

Absolutely incompetent! Had to wait half an hour for our food. The bag with the citizens was left out in the cold. Our order was completely redone due to our complaint. There is no one person who takes the lead and says where to go. There was constant conversation with customers/strangers.

If you used to stand in line for 2 minutes and then order for 3 minutes, today you can click through the machine in 10 minutes... at least then you get the food brought to you.

Staff sends you 20 minutes. Before loading, we found out that you were no longer allowed to eat here. Staff don't come to you to say something in person, they are called across the store. Totally incompetent of the employees.

Totally incompetent work team. When our order was made incorrectly, we were told to buy the menu again and there was nothing else that could be done. Half of what I said wasn't even understood due to my lack of knowledge of German. I was so looking forward to my nuggets...

Coming off the highway late in the evening and eating a new burger menu there, it wasn't tasty at all and the fries were dry + cold.

Waited 25 minutes to order, burgers cold. Brown fries overcooked. We won't be there anymore.

Good store but a bit expensive.

Drives well. Sufficient parking spaces available. The proximity to a gas station makes it easy to combine refueling and eating. Otherwise, I don't have to say anything further about MacD as a system catering company.

The burgers have shrunk quite a bit. In addition, the prices have become so expensive that a meal at your favorite Italian restaurant is more worthwhile than eating out at McDonalds. At least you'll stay full longer!

we had ordered two dishes, Café and McSundae. They had forgotten the order, I had to go back and inform them. There isn't much work. The workers at the front are too lazy and just relax instead of working.

We got ice cream and the cup was half empty. And they said it would be weighed and stay that way. Never again McDonalds Rheine rip-off €3.99 for just 100g of ice cream...

Cold fries, broken screens, half-empty ice cream. This McDonalds has nothing to do with a real McDonalds.

Always bad. You always try to eat there, but every time you are disappointed. Ordering at the terminal is not possible, the app never works with this MC. There is rarely someone at the counter who understands you. So again we only took a HappyMeal with us and it wasn't even put together properly. Everything is dirty and sticky. Simply an imposition.

This 1 star just so I can write my frustration. People Changes are now a tradition, expensive, more expensive and of no better quality, but this failure here in Mülheim was a poor one. I haven't been there for a while, the restaurant has slimmed down, the staff are okay and to top it off the quality of the meat is just ugh, but the price, wow, was very high. That was actually my last visit.

Unfortunately the sauces were already empty by lunchtime. The burgers were sold out. Staff doesn't understand German well.

Unfortunately, I do it again and again. Ordering food via delivery can now only be done via Lieferando. The delivery was quite quick. But again items were missing. For me it's almost a method! Every time something is missing. Call MC because Lieferando delivered, complain to them. I think Lieferando will pick up the packaged and sealed order from you. Accordingly, the responsibility lies with MC. You shouldn't give a single point for this. But without points, no review.

I find it cruel to eat cold food. I then went to the front and politely asked if the fries were also available hot, and then got the next cold one. No thanks, I don't have to. My son and godchild had the same thing.

It would be nice if my orders were complete when I got home

Egal wohin man geschaut hat- alles massiv verdreckt. Das Personal hat kein Zeitfenster um die Arbeit zu verrichten, die notwendig ist!Eine Frau war für den gesamten Service im Gastraum zuständig. Traurig, dass sowas von Seiten Gesundheitsamt- Ordnungsamt bzw. Überwachung der Gastronomie geduldet wird! Ich habe dem Personal an der Ausgabe meinen Eindruck geschildert habe- es kam nicht einmal eine Reaktion! Hatte eher den Eindruck als ob ich garnicht verstanden wurde! Da sollten die Kontrollen unangemeldet und regelmäßig hinschauen. Oder ist die Lobby von MC Donald's zu groß?

1. Bestellung per App ging nicht 2. Terminal der Bestellung sehr langsam 3. Terminal drückt keinen Beleg nach der Bestellung 4. Erst zuhause gemerkt: es fehlten 3 von 5 Saucen und eine kleine Pommes Leider kann ich diese Filiale nicht empfehlen.

Draussen steht, dass der MC Freitags bis 02:00 Uhr morgens geöffnet sei. So steht es auch im Internet bei Google Maps. Als wir um 23:55 Uhr hierher kanen wurden wir von einem sehr unfreundlichen jungen Mann angemault, dass man jetzt schlösse. Als ich entgegnete, dass draussen stünde, dass man noch zwei Stunden geöffnet habe, ranzte er mich an, dass das nur für den Autoschalter gelte. Hier würde er jetzt gar nichts mehr verkaufen.

Standart McDonald's essen... Gibt immer noch keine glutenfreie Burger +_+.... Räumlichkeit sieht Standart McDonald's aus aber man sieht das Tische abgenutzt sind.... Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Typischer McDonalds, mussten nicht länger warten als bei anderen Filialen und Service war jetzt nicht besonders auffällig. Weder positiv noch negativ einfach bestellt ca 5 Minuten gewartet und Lokal verlassen. Sah einigermaßen aufgeräumt und sauber aus

Per App bestellt und mehrere Dinge fehlten leider. Mitarbeiter sind "bemüht ". Pommes kalt und zu wenig Salz. Keine Milchshakes da obwohl bestellt. Einzig die Burger waren gewohnt gut sowie die Chicken Nuggets.

Leider sehr oft dass Teile der Bestellung fehlen. Die Mitarbeiter bringen jedoch auf Nachfrage den Ersatz. Die Mitarbeiter könnten freundlicher sein. Aber wer weiß was die sich den ganzen Tag alles antun und anhören müssen. Im gesamten... Es ist eine fastfoodkette keine Nobelrestaurant

Wie jede Filiale inzwischen, wobei eine der sauberen. Das neue Konzept gefällt mir nicht wirklich, aber leider ist es immer mehr so.

Sehr guter McDonald's im Industriegebiet Mülheim-Kärlich. Essen und Service TOP. Einziges Manko ist der enge Parkplatz und dort besonders die Wendekurve. ( Kenner der Location , Kunden und Mitarbeiter wissen, welche Kurve gemeint ist...) Klar, wenn man fahren kann, kein Problem. Trotzdem ist es jedesmal ein "Nervenkitzel" durch die enge Kurve mit den hohen Bordsteinen rechts/links durchzufahren. Ich will nicht wissen, wie viele Kunden seit Bestehen des Lokals sich dort ihre Felgen ruiniert haben. Mein Tipp an das Management bzw. den Franchise Nehmer, der hierfür zuständig ist: Mal darüber nachdenken 1.500 - 2.000 EUR in die Hand zu nehmen und die Kurve um 20cm zu verbreitern, oder alternativ die Bordsteine dort mal 20cm tiefer setzen. Ist kein großes Ding, sollte bei diesem Restaurant mit einer so hohen Frequentierung und Umsatz locker drin sein. Alle Kunden würden es ihnen danken! Unabhängig hiervon ist der Laden sehr empfehlenswert!

Leider sehr unhöfliches Personal, Tische waren dreckig. Kennt man von anderen Fialen anders, sollte man sich vllt eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Hier ist mein Family Club Restaurant :-) Das Restaurant ist im Juli / August komplett neu renauviert und umgestaltet worden. Der gesammt Innenbereich hat nun ein neues Flair. Man hat hier viele Möglichkeiten an Sitzgelegenheiten im Innen wie auch im Außenbereich. Ein McCafe gibt es nicht mehr, dafür blieben die Kaffespezialitäten und eine kleine Auswahl an Kuchen. Das Restaurant ist nun auf den neustem Stand mit Bestellterminals. Man wählt einfach am Terminal-Bildschirm alles aus was man haben möchte, bezahlt mit der Karte und bekommt sein Essen sogar zu Tisch gebracht, oder beachtet die Leuchtanzeige bis die entsprechende Bestellnummer aufleuchtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und nett . Das Essen hier ist immer sehr frisch und komplett. Es ist immer wieder schön hierher zu kommen. Im Außenbereich ist noch eine grosse Rutsche für Kinder aufgebaut und im Lokal gibt es einen Spielbereich für Kinder. Aber auch an die gößerern wurde gedacht, an Bistrotischen stehen einige Tablet-PC zum surfen und spielen zur Verfügung. WLAN ist für 3 Stunden pro Tag für jeden gratis nutzbar. Der McDonald´s liegt hier günstig am Anfang vom Gewerbepark Mülheim-Kärlich nach der Abfahrt von der Bundesstrasse B9 Update 2023-11-11 Leider fab es auch hier kein Frühstück! Was soll das neuerdings ? Dann braucht man auch nicht um 0900 öffnen. Auf der Homepage ist Frühstück ganz normal im Sortiment aufgelistet. Echt schade!

Bin öfters da. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben war diese Filiale noch nie - neulich dann in zwei Burgern zwei lange dunkle Haare gehabt. Also ich fahre lieber die Straße runter zu Burger King...

Bestellung kam schnell und es war alles dabei bis auf eistee der war zurzeit leider aus. Aber ich würde freundlich gefragt was ich anderes trinken möchte und die Cola wurde schnell gebracht.

Was soll man sagen, es ist ein McDonalds. Essen war fix fertig trotz Hochbetrieb. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Was will man mehr.

Mensch, ihr seid da immer alle so lieb und das fällt wirklich positiv auf! Aber dass ich am Mc Drive diskutieren muss, dass ich zu meinem Cold Brew Caramel Latte einen Strohhalm möchte....nicht so fein. "wir geben normalerweise nur zum Milchshake einen Strohhalm dazu". Ich möge doch bitte aus der Lasche trinken. Für mich gehört zu einem Getränk mit Eiswürfeln ein Strohhalm dazu. Bekomme ich auch sonst immer und das Getränk ist in der App auch mit Strohhalm abgebildet. Sie gab dann irgendwann erschöpft nach und hat uns resignierend einen Strohhalm "herausgerückt". Wie gesagt: sonst sind da immer alle besonders nett! Sie war auch nicht unfreundlich, es tut mir nur leid, dass sie wohl gezwungen wird sowas zu verwehren ....

Pommes wie immer eher lasch. Ansonsten wars "relativ" sauber. Definitiv Luft nach oben. Service (Tisch) wie immer gut. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. So solls sein.

Ik ben geen fan van mecdrek maar we hadden al een paar uur op de motor gereden , en ze hadden zin in koffie en moesten naar de wc..
