Even heavily used highway toilets are cleaner. Definitely the last time there. Employees also very uninterested in solving this problem.

They ignore some requests, pretend that you are not there. The terminal for electronic ordering has been buggy for a year and no one is fixing it. I only give the food 4 stars because it is usually only lukewarm. I only give 4 stars for the ambience because it is often very loud outside and it is unpleasant during shift traffic. I give all the stars for the service because the staff was always friendly towards me and corrected mistakes that could happen. I just noticed that they packed 2 items too few for me at the drive-in. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I got home. When I went back, I got the two parts and got a portion of fries as compensation. Basically it's like, you know one McDonald's, you know them all.

If you want to go to the drive-in counter, there are slight problems at peak times because the waiting cars are parked on the street and thus block traffic. If it is very crowded, check the goods you have received. It happens that something goes wrong but it is corrected immediately. You can also use a delivery service.

Either burgers are missing or there aren't even enough chicken nuggets in the box, but I also had a normal hamburger in a BIG Mac box! 3 days ago another burger (a Big Tasty Bacon) was missing, which I only noticed when I got home. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to check the entire order on site. If you order something to take away there, you should check everything carefully to make sure everything is there. Open each box and count everything. In my opinion this branch should be closed and the management should be held accountable for multiple frauds!

Worst McDonalds I've visited in recent weeks. Waiting times are terribly long (>25 minutes). Volume inside unsuitable for sitting. Parking spaces extremely tight and full. App orders are not working properly. Pick-up numbers are not displayed, but are announced more or less unclearly. Definitely look for another McDonalds if the need arises.

The quality was well below what you would expect from a McDonald's. It was really disappointing, especially since fries are usually a signature dish at McDonald's. Next thing I discovered, my burger was cold. It seemed like it had been prepared for a while and then just left out before being served to me. The meat was dry, the vegetables wilted, and the flavor left a lot to be desired. It definitely wasn't what I paid for. And as if that wasn't enough, my cola was warm and without ice. It's really frustrating when you expect a refreshing drink and are served something warm instead. It almost seemed as if the whole experience was a series of mishaps and disappointments. Overall, my visit to McDonald's in Wolfsburg was really disappointing. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired and the service was also poor. I really hope management addresses these issues and ensures future customers have a better experience. Until then, I'll definitely consider other options when I'm craving fast food.

She then told other guests that her boss had allowed her to do this. They're great employees. This is followed by a criminal complaint for insult and a report to the McDonald's headquarters.

Die Nuggets waren hier besonders gut, die Burger etwas "zermatscht", ansonsten gut. Essen wurde an Tisch gebracht.

Halt ein McDonald... Aber es war sauber und das Personal war nett...

Habe mir dort nur einen Kaffee und ein kleines Frühstück to go geholt. Der Laden war ziemlich leer und roch beim betreten irgendwie komisch, so dass ich schon am überlegen war, ob ich überhaupt etwas zu essen kaufe. Service freundlich, aber sehr langsam und deutsch ist schwierig. Statt meines Fühstücksburgers bekam ich Rührei to go. Nun ja, in der Not, frisst der Teufel bekanntlich Fliegen.

Ich habe online bestellt und habe 2 Stunden warten müssen, bis es geliefert wurde. Das schlimme dabei war, ich hab angerufen nach über einer Stunde und man hat mich vertröstet. Ich sollte für die lange Wartezeit einen Cheeseburger zusätzlich bekommen. Fakt ist zwei Stunden gewartet, dann wurde mir anstatt einen doppel Cheeseburger einen doppel Chili Cheeseburger eingepackt und der zusätzliche Cheeseburger wurde einfach nicht mit geliefert. Ich bestelle dort nie wieder

Das Essen ist halt wie bei McDonald's üblich. Der Burger zu Hause schmeckt schon besser! Wenn man betrunken ist geht da immer was. Selbst ein Döner schmeckt schon besser. Ein Burger ist halt nicht immer ein Burger.
