Crazy busy when we were there. 4 ordering kiosks and 50 people in line...

My kids pick up from mc drive there every two weeks. Regularly queuing for a long time, always forgetting things. Furthermore, once my daughter's entire order wasn't handed over (inside) it was pure chaos. No apology, when I asked about it there were unfriendly answers to criticism. This has been going on for years now. From a quality management perspective, I see a lot of potential for improvement. In my opinion, measures are urgently needed.

Very disappointed today, the toy was forgotten at the Happy Meal, the food is cold, the fries taste sticky and are cold, the mozzarella snackers are otherwise hollow with little to no filling, the Big Tasty Bacon was served with only a thin strip of bacon.

Experienced this morning at McDonald's: 25 minutes waiting time for breakfast, even though there were hardly more than ten people in the store. And what happened next? Forgot drinks and the “coffee” was an insult – watery water with traces of coffee powder, undrinkable. Not a word of apology, not a hint as to why everything is taking so long – nothing. The whole thing was a mess. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and uncoordinated. If you want a quick and reasonably edible breakfast in the morning, you should avoid this shop. For a global company like McDonald's, this is simply embarrassing.

Very disappointing! I ordered vegetarian food and got a product with bacon instead - an absolute no-go. The coffee was watery and had a strangely crumbly consistency. Despite only about 10 guests in the store, the waiting time was over 20 minutes. When I asked politely, the response was very rude. This is not how I imagine service or quality to be. Once and never again.

03/06/22 We ordered 1 large and a medium coffee. The middle one was only 3/4 full. Saucers were omitted entirely. The floor sticks all over the restaurant. We cleaned the table of food residue ourselves beforehand. Let's see if we can come back again. Cannot be compared with the Fallersleben location. 08/16/24 Breakfast at 6 in the morning. It looks like something exploded. Crumbs and chips everywhere on the floor, benches and tables covered in ketchup and mayo. I think you should clean the place after work or before opening. Then breakfast will definitely taste better. May 2025 Unfortunately there is always an unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant. Air conditioning or toilet area, something is wrong here and should be checked after so many years.

This is the very last store.!!! Been waiting for 45 minutes. And no food yet.

Super great service, the negative reviews are incomprehensible

Unfortunately not recommended. We went in with 6 people and wanted to order something. We were directed to the boards so that we could order and type in ourselves. We answer that we would like to order that way. Then they answer us...then we can't order and eat here. Well, okay. We went and ate at the conference. We will now avoid restaurants with the capital M in the future.

Waiting times are often longer and the toilets should be cleaned more often or better

Food as usual, branch looks really good too. But sorry, I've noticed several times recently that the staff (not exclusively, but mostly) are so disinterested and annoyed that I really don't feel like coming over anymore.

The Arabisch guy on sunday the 13th the 21.16 shift is so rude we asked him if he cpukd please clean the table where we are seated at and he says rudely kannst du doch ein andere tisch nehmen and the one next to us was also dirty I thought we were allowed to seat where we want in restueants what changed

Unfortunately, I am now very disappointed with this branch. The last 3 times something was always missing... sometimes 2 cheeseburgers, sometimes 2 large fries and yesterday all the sauces again (3x for nuggets + mayo & ketchup) I know that there is always a lot going on there and you sometimes have to wait 15 minutes for your food... but we customers pay for the goods and want to get them.

We left almost 40€ and were missing a side dish, a Fanta, and the oh-so-great chips were all raw & the wrong milkshake! Really crappy!

Food as expected at McDonalds. Staff typical guest workers. Very dirty and smells like a sewage treatment plant at breakfast time. Not recommended.

The store has absolutely no control over its processes! 5 people ordered at the same time, the first got their food after 35 minutes, the second after 50, the last got nothing at all. Outdoor area completely littered. There was a lot going on, but the employees often wandered around the restaurant aimlessly. “Fast food” is no fun!

I miss the old days when McDonald's still had its own charm. The dark interior, the red slide that made your hair stand on end and you always got wiped by the magnets, in the outdoor area - and the floor that always stuck a little - that was simply iconic! The Happy Meal toys in particular were still of high quality back then, often with batteries that seemed to last forever. Today everything seems very sterile and loveless. The food is usually only lukewarm and the automatic door constantly opens, which often makes the restaurant uncomfortably cold. The tables are often greasy and greasy, which doesn't make for a comfortable stay. I would like McDonald's to place more emphasis on family-friendliness and quality like it used to.

Hin und wieder fahren wir hier durch den Drive in zur späten Mittagszeit. Logischerweise ist dann viel los und die Wartezeit länger. Aber es kommt oft genug vor, so wie auch heute mal wieder, dass nur zwei Autos mit erkennbar überschaubarer Bestellung vor einem sind und man trotzdem fast 10 Minuten oder gar länger warten muss von der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt der Ware. Da dies jetzt schon öfter in letzter Zeit vorgekommen ist, muss ich diese Kritik einfach mal verfassen. Leider kommt zur langen Wartezeit erschwerend die nachlässige Zubereitung des Cheeseburgers hinzu. Wir lieben diese Dinger und bestellen uns ausschließlich diese Burger. Wiederholt, so auch heute, werden die Cheeseburger scheinbar wegen Zeitnot nur zügig zusammengeschustert. Heute war schon wieder die Käsescheibe bei ALLEN fünf Burgern nur draufgelegt und nicht erhitzt worden. Der Käse war kalt und nicht geschmolzen, sondern so ursprünglich wie eine frisch ausgewickelte Käse-Scheiblette. Dies ist in letzter Zeit öfter vorgekommen. Wir kennen sehr viele Mc Donald‘s, aber so lange Wartezeiten und dafür um so schneller und unzureichend zubereitete Cheeseburger gibt es nur in dieser Filiale. Schade!

Burger costs €7 and is something carelessly squished on top of each other. Employees prefer to talk to each other in their own language instead of serving customers. Mcdrive difficult to understand.

The restaurant was absolutely packed on a Sunday, so the exit door kept opening and closing. As a result, it was almost always cold, you could only sit with a jacket on - a comfortable meal was not possible. In addition, the food was unfortunately really not tasty: The new Burger M (probably stands for crap/miserable) was meaningless, not tasty and not recommended.

I was there again today after a long time and I'm really disappointed. 75% of the order was missing. It's all human nature to forget things, but if you only eat fries and burgers for 3 happy meals and forget drinks, the gift and the snack (in this case the apple slices) you should perhaps think about changing jobs where you can hardly get anything what to do if you don't get along. Really disappointing.

We waited over an hour for the food and it was cold, people were let in who arrived 20-40 minutes later. It was an absolute disgrace. No recommendation!!

What you expect from Mc-Donalds, fast and usual quality. The touchscreen tables for the children are really fun.

Perhaps more realistic times could be calculated. A year ago 1 star: If they slow down at the drive-thru, you'll soon have to make the burger yourself.

The fries were an absolute disaster every time, either cold and sticky or totally over salted. Citizens are also regularly cold and the general cleanliness also leaves something to be desired.

The MC Donald is highly recommended. But there is a difficult parking situation at peak times, and MC Drive is also quite full at lunchtime, in the evening and at VW shift changes. But otherwise the table service is quick and uncomplicated. It is clean and spaciously furnished, including outside.

Quiet horror. I often visit this McDonald's with my child and constantly wait for more than 15 minutes for an order, although there are almost no people. They ignore some requests, pretend that you are not there. The terminal for electronic ordering has been buggy for a year and no one is fixing it. I only give the food 4 stars because it is usually only lukewarm. I only give 4 stars for the ambience because it is often very loud outside and it is unpleasant during shift traffic. I give all the stars for the service because the staff was always friendly towards me and corrected mistakes that could happen. I just noticed that they packed 2 items too few for me at the drive-in. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I got home. When I went back, I got the two parts and got a portion of fries as compensation. Basically it's like, you know one McDonald's, you know them all.

Here you can quickly get something to eat 24 hours a day. The machines are also very easy to use. There are enough seats inside and on the outside terrace. The parking lot is sufficiently large. If you want to go to the drive-in counter, there are slight problems at peak times because the waiting cars are parked on the street and thus block traffic. If it is very crowded, check the goods you have received. It happens that something goes wrong but it is corrected immediately. You can also use a delivery service.

Collectors are being cheated! I've ordered takeaway here from time to time and NEVER! was an order as I placed it. There was always something missing! Either burgers are missing or there aren't even enough chicken nuggets in the box, but I also had a normal hamburger in a BIG Mac box! 3 days ago another burger (a Big Tasty Bacon) was missing, which I only noticed when I got home. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to check the entire order on site. If you order something to take away there, you should check everything carefully to make sure everything is there. Open each box and count everything. In my opinion this branch should be closed and the management should be held accountable for multiple frauds!

Worst McDonalds I've visited in recent weeks. Waiting times are terribly long (>25 minutes). Volume inside unsuitable for sitting. Parking spaces extremely tight and full. App orders are not working properly. Pick-up numbers are not displayed, but are announced more or less unclearly. Definitely look for another McDonalds if the need arises.

They have info that place works till 01:00 a.m but when we arrived at 11:40 workers told that we couldn't enter inside or even sit outside, only option was to order from mac-drive.
