It's a shame when you have to wait an additional 10 minutes for the food and you say you'd rather get your money back. And then it just says it doesn't work. I'd rather go to another McDonald's in the future

Pretty good food for a change. For that 5/5. Fries and nuggets had a good crunch - a rather rare experience at McDonalds. Nevertheless, the order terminals should be checked. Our order took twice as long due to a semi-broken device. Entries were only accepted with a very long delay.

Friday evening on the way home, the food was just as you would expect, the staff was very friendly. The toilets and restaurant were extremely full of rubbish and even if the free tables were freshly wiped, the interior and terrace looked catastrophic.

You can't order directly and you won't be taken into account. After about 15 minutes we were served and the order came to the table... instead of Cola - Fanta... no one was responsible for reacting to the incorrect delivery.

One of the most disgusting meals I've ever had since I moved to Germany. At rush hour waiting time was 25 minutes and after that guess what, the food was already ice cold. This scenario usually happens when there are idiots in charge of something they're not prepared for.

The woman at the drive in only understood our first code. I have no idea how “8…5” can sound like “4…8”. We then drove up and noticed immediately after paying that she had entered the menu from the first code as a normal order (correspondingly €2.89 more). We then mentioned this and were told to wait briefly at the parking bay. During this time we checked our food and noticed that the fries were missing. An employee came out and gave us the “missing” €2.75 in cash, saying “the few cents”. At least he brought the missing fries afterwards.

I ordered by cell phone. I got something completely different. I was extremely disappointed that my double cheeseburger was simply swapped for a normal hamburger. And there was mustard on it too. We were there on a Saturday afternoon after the ski holidays. One federal state came back from vacation, 3 federal states started and everyone seemed to meet in this American specialty restaurant. It was crazy crowded - and what can I say? It worked! Everything was well organized, we found space quickly and the food came relatively quickly. Cheers!

I was just in this McDonald's branch (06.02.25) around 11.30 a.m. and I have to say: Top service! I was particularly impressed by the two young employees – super attentive, friendly and quick. You could really tell that they care about good customer service. My food was fresh, warm and exactly as I ordered. The branch was clean and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Big praise to the team - especially to the two boys, whose commitment makes the difference. I'd love to come back!

After a long drive you want to quickly eat something and drink a coffee and choose a “fast food” restaurant, the end of the story is that you wait an hour for your order, which is then wrong! People are waiting and orders are being processed that aren't even on the list! Unfortunately, the staff is physically and mentally overwhelmed and there is also a huge language barrier! The branch doesn't seem very inviting in general anyway as chairs are broken, there's rubbish lying around and the floor was very sticky! Well, we're gone and we'll stay that way! ;)

Unfortunately, they don't speak or understand German at the drive-in, so you order almost 10 at the very first counter. When you pay you have to check half the order again because everything was entered incorrectly and when you hand it out you have to check whether everything is there. I ordered from the McDonald's app in the parking lot and had to wait over 15 minutes. After this long wait, I called the store to inquire and was told that my order would be "made immediately." The store wasn't even full at that point, so I can't understand why I had to wait more than 20 minutes. Waiting so long for an order is simply unacceptable, especially when there is no apology or explanation. Very disappointing! Last time, about a month ago, I also had to wait over 20 minutes for my order in the restaurant. Back then I also complained on McDonald's own website, but to date there has been no response or apology. It seems like they don't care about customer feedback at all. This is really frustrating and makes me seriously question the quality of the service.

What slow people work here. It started when ordering at the kiosk. A very slow connection that took extra time to place the order. But then....wait 15 minutes until your order is finally ready. Even though it wasn't busy and the staff really worked like slow zombies. And then it turns out that they gave you half an order. There are no wipes to dry your hands in the toilet and nowhere to grab a napkin. This could really be much better. This really misses the point and the concept of MacDonalds is really missing here. Never here again...this takes too much time to just grab something quick to eat on the go. Don't! Grab another one if you can still stretch it. 🙈🙈

Unfortunately only 1 star for the Big Rösti (unfortunately if that doesn't work), I would have liked to have given more, but since the patty was completely missing and there was only a small blob of the sauce and the potato pancake on it, that's a tough thing. I ordered a large cappuccino from this McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised. The size of the drink was perfect, and the temperature was just right - nice and hot without burning. The cappuccino tasted really good: the coffee had a balanced, strong aroma that harmonized perfectly with the creamy milk foam crown. The quality was surprisingly high for a fast food chain. The service was also impressive – the employees were friendly, quick and courteous. The atmosphere in the restaurant was welcoming and attention was paid to cleanliness, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall a great place for a quick coffee break. The cappuccino definitely exceeded my expectations and I would order it again at any time!

Worst McDonald's ever. Completely overwhelmed staff, overwhelmed management and no cooperation. After 45 minutes there was still no food and the place wasn't even really full and there were maybe 10 cars on MC Drive. And no food means not even on the list of preparations. We then canceled and drove to Schweitenkirchen through McDrive. After 30 minutes we were home in Wolnzach. Despite the significant detour, it was many times faster.

We often travel towards Munich and consciously head for this McDonald's when we are hungry. The restaurant is always clean and the service is impeccable. Here you know that you are getting fresh goods. 5 stars 🌟

Total chaos in the evening. Only got to the parking lot for 20 minutes because McDrive was too short and the traffic jam there was blocking the entire parking lot. Then in the restaurant itself you have to wait another quarter of an hour for the food that was already pre-ordered in the car...

Unfortunately I would like to give 0* for the service. The food is a classic like in every McDonald's restaurant, but the service. Wow….but unfortunately in a negative sense. We were taking a break with our 6 month old baby. When we asked if we could get the key for the disabled toilet/changing room, we were told that the toilet was broken. We said that we wanted to change diapers and not go to the toilet. And where should we wrap? We then got the clumsy answer: “Back there, on the terrace - on the table.” Note: it's the beginning of November and it's not 10 degrees outside. You're at a loss for words!

We wanted to change our child and were told that the disabled toilet/changing room was broken. When we asked where we should change our child now, we should change him on the terrace! It's November, all the doors on the terrace were open and it was cold. To be honest, I was speechless!

Something was missing again. I've taken food for 3-4 people several times now and a burger was always missing from the bag. Basically, I don't care if there's one less cheeseburger in it, for example. But forgetting a burger over €5 several times is just bitter.
