McDonald's in Reichertshofen

Best -5 stars for this juice shop. At this moment I have been waiting for my food for over 1.5 hours. When you call, no one answers or you are pushed away. Last time the box of fries wasn't even half full. People stay away!!!

Chaos and extremely long waiting times (40 minutes) on Sunday evening

This McDonalds is one of the few that gets a full 5 stars. I'll definitely come back... What I don't think is great is the toilets, they are small.

My daughter and I were inside and got takeout. As always, a part is missing, this time it was the apple turnover you were missing!

Very modern and clean. Only the anteroom of the toilet had already seen a lot of dirt shortly after it opened in the morning. The toilet itself was clean, however.

Top Mces, staff very friendly and well organized.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nice conversion, the rest is rubbish. In the drive, no one understands you anymore because all 5% speak German, orders are typed incorrectly, what was ordered arrives with the wrong content. Bought a burger/wrap drive, wanted to eat it at home, wrapper stuck to my food. Conclusion: in the bin! and that happens more often now because everything is produced cheaper in order to save the customer money! Impudence! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Classic McDonald's. We were there after an FC Bayern Munich game. It felt like many other fans and meadow visitors were also there. Table service was no longer offered (11 p.m. in the evening). Probably because of the rush. Fortunately, the food came very quickly and was absolutely right. I always order with special requests and unfortunately that doesn't always work at other branches.

Waited 32 minutes for 1 McMuffin and 2 McToast, total disgrace.

The cashier makes the pickup and doesn't ask questions, generally annoyed

Reusable cups with disposable drinking straws, that's clear! Well, the milkshake was sweet, sweet, really sweet and covered up the chocolate taste! Nothing new!

System catering with ordering machines. We had - personally ordered - only one coffee. The toilets were clean.

Ordered food from McDrive that night. The Polish, older employee is always nice and quick. I'm always happy when she's there. Always come regularly at night after work. Food is always hot. No complaint.

Very dirty toilets, everything smells like urine

The toilets were totally filthy. Encrusted urine rim under the glasses. Just smells like urine. Hardly and then poorly cleaned. It's a shame because everything is new.

Worst McDonald's ever. You can't order there at all. The food is clapped in carelessly, so that half of the food is lying loose in the bags and of course mostly cold. Never again!

I've been waiting for my order for over an hour. This should be there after a maximum of around 30 minutes. Nobody answers the phone. I don't care when the food comes and how it tastes. Then as a restaurant I am not allowed to offer delivery if I cannot keep appointments.

Unfortunately, it seems that you are no longer allowed to choose the toys from the HappyMeal. The children are mostly just looking forward to the toy and are always disappointed. The friendly employee explained it (5 stars for him because he can't do anything) but the decision apparently comes from “above”. Laughably simple!

Extremely dirty: flies and wasps everywhere, trash cans overflowing, tables dirty. Order terminals are located right in front of the entrance and are very slow. Kitchen is very slow and passive. Daughter was stung by a wasp while eating indoors. An employee immediately arrived with ice, so that's why a 2nd star for service

McD next to the highway. took a lunch break. Everything ok as usual at McD.

Not even possible to place an order. The terminals are not working properly. All terminals are lagging. Amazingly bad.

According to the internet opening hours, I was no longer able to enter the store until 3:20 a.m.

Only 3 of 6 terminals were in operation, absolute catastrophe, waiting times were utopian because there was a lot going on, just bad, we left hungry again 👎

The food is the same as everywhere else, the parking lot is quite big, but a huge minus, if you pay in cash you have to wait - just forever!

You can't say anything about the food, according to McD it tastes the same everywhere, which isn't true, but here the taste was ok, the only thing that wasn't ok was that the tables were dirty and sticky with drink residue; If you then ask an employee whether the table can be cleaned, you won't be understood because it feels like 101% of the staff speaks Polish! Then at some point someone will understand you and you will get the answer from them. Please sit at another table 😂 It's funny how the other free tables look the same and all the others are occupied! At the end I cleaned the table myself!!!!! I will never visit this branch again

You will also be served at the counter, but not well advised. Unfortunately I don't speak Russian and the service staff doesn't speak much German

Such dirty toilets are rare, even at McDonalds. Everything is full of piss, dirty and no paper towels. This has nothing to do with peak times either. The toilet facility is not well looked after. There was no fork included with the salad to go. It's very annoying when you notice it in your car on the highway. The staff is totally overwhelmed.

Confused service, long waits despite few people. Messy toilets.

First of all, very nice, smiling staff. A lot of customers, but there were no problems finding a table. We didn't have to wait too long for the ordered dishes.

Nice and efficient service, everything was prepared quickly and served to the table according to the order. The food itself is worse - it's not crazy like in every McDonald's and it's also expensive, but unfortunately this probably won't change at any point. However, the place itself is very good, right next to the highway.

35 minutes waiting time. Never again

We ordered 2 milkshakes and 6 pieces of chicken nuggets with curry sauce at the drive through. The milkshakes were super runny, not at all edible and obviously the machine is broken. That must be noticeable when you close the shakes. The curry sauce was also forgotten.

McDonalds as you would expect in terms of taste. Very friendly service. Unfortunately, from the toilet to the seating, it was very unclean.

Always friendly, fast and clean!!

The McDonald's branch was clean and the staff was friendly. There is table service and ordering machines. The interior is modern. The toilets were clean. The food came to the table quickly after ordering, although the fries could have used a little more salt. As a little extra, there are two places outside where the food is delivered if you order via the app - something we've never seen before. Would definitely eat here again.

Finally an mcd there too. Unfortunately, I have already moved away. Still good for the region. A visit to the drive in went well 👍

Personally, I think it's a shame that there are hardly any German-speaking employees in the restaurant - you have to talk to the staff in English. In addition, a large part of our order was damaged and cold. So far, parts of the order have often been forgotten to pack, I don't know whether that's intentional or not, but if you pay for everything you want to get everything you paid for. The only bright spot is the boss, he could speak German with us communicated and listened to our problem and acted on it. Hence the 2 stars only because of the boss.

You have to clean up your trash here yourself (complaining at a high level) The door to the winter garden feels like it takes longer than watching Lord of the Rings once The ordering machines are not old but are so error-prone that everything is too late :/ Yes, it's an mces but I just want it to be quick, it's actually FAST food

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Apparently the store has been recently renovated, the previous reviews are definitely no longer accurate. Everything is clean, including the toilets (free). There is enough parking space. The terminals work properly. There is a covered 'lounge area' with real plants. There are vases with flowers on the tables. When we were politely wished 'enjoy your meal' during table service, I almost fell off the chic bench.

I am highly disappointed the way the fast food service is turning for vegetarians. There are absolutely no options to find vegetarian burgers at Mc Donalds (Or any other fast food chains for instance). I have tried eating the vegan ones, but they taste so bad, that I wouldnt come into Mc D or any other vegan places anymore (Everyone should atleast taste the Vegan ones also to know how bad they are for non meat lovers). We wanted to eat French Fries, but this was also so pathetic, I tried explainig them about the fries, and they brought me another one, but it was equally pathetic, these were'nt even hot any more. I can not give less than 1 star, so this is the best I could.

After the ordering system failed, we had to order everything again. We ended up getting the same order twice. Of course, paid twice. We wanted an order to be canceled. This was denied to us. After a personal conversation with the very unfriendly boss, we took the second order with us in a bag. I criticize the very poor customer friendliness and the very poor goodwill because we can't help it that their system doesn't work. A supervisor with whom you can communicate sensibly would be an advantage here. I'm pissed!!

The cleanest and friendliest McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is always fresh and the burgers are nicely topped, not just thrown in a box. We come over from every trip from Munich 👍

I then pointed out to her whether she wanted to wash her hands, but there were slight problems understanding it and she didn't know what she should do

We were pretty disappointed... You are completely ignored if you don't order at the ordering terminals but instead line up at the Mc Café counter. After more than 5 minutes we still couldn't order anything, we left and tried our luck by driving through McDrive. We placed an order (2 cappuccinos with an oat drink) and when we paid we were told that there was only lactose-free milk. Which is of course not an alternative. However, we had checked when we were at McCafe and found that there was an Oatly Barista Drink in the fridge. When I asked what was wrong with it, all I got was "nothing". Ultimately, our visit there was a waste of time. Luckily, two exits away is the McDonald's in Langenbruck, where we were quickly and friendly provided with an oat cappuccino.

Always been satisfied! But the fact that I have to wait 20 minutes for 4 burgers while others drive past us with much larger orders disappointed me to the max...

Shame, shame, shame!!! A good tip for everyone who travels, just keep driving!!! If you wait 20 minutes for a coffee and a biscuit and then have to point out to the service staff that what you ordered is still missing, it's probably not a good sign of fast and attentive service. Oh yes, just kidding. The cafe was already prepared and just sat behind the counter, even though I was given a table display. And to top it all off, they wanted to give me the cold cafe. I don't think there's anything more to say!!!

We were here at night after the CL game. When we entered the store, there were several people standing at the serving counter. As it turned out, everyone had been waiting for their food for over an hour, which was because the terminals didn't give out a receipt with the order number and the staff wasn't able to figure out the numbers. At this point we had already ordered 🤨 The staff was completely overwhelmed, there were only three women present. After about 1 1/2 hours we finally got our food, we had to eat it outside because the caretaker (who was secretly the bouncer of the house) made it clear to us that we had to leave the shop because it would be closing soon. The chairs were placed on the tables even though people were still sitting at them. We definitely won't come back.

It was one of the nicest and cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was fresh and it came really quickly. It's really beautifully modernly furnished, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to stay there any longer because the McCafe looked really cozy and inviting, the whole place and the toilets were particularly clean, it was a really nice experience, I wish you all Rest stops would be so nice.

Hats off to the angelic patience for the night shift on April 30, 2024. After a Bayern Munich game it was completely overrun with people. This layer tried to do justice to everyone. I have never experienced anything so BAD!!!!!!! I was in this restaurant today for May 1st night. I placed my order at 12:10 am. No sign of any food until 00:50! When I asked, I was given a bag that didn't correspond to what I ordered at all. The second bag didn't fit either. After I returned the bag the second time and showed my invoice again, I still didn't receive the correct order. By now it was already 1:30 and after MANY other guests had expressed their displeasure, some even ran into the dining area to get their orders themselves. There were also no sauces included. After customers did what they wanted and simply helped themselves, the staff started gossiping about the customers in a foreign language. Nevertheless, people were still allowed into the restaurants and even more orders were placed. I've never experienced anything so bad in my life. After more than 1.5 hours in this restaurant, I drove home without eating, drinking or anything else. Something urgently needs to be done here!!!!

McDonalds just 😊 What can you say. I think the concept and the products are well known. You get what you pay for... I think so! Unfortunately, in this branch it often happens that something is forgotten! We actually always take things with us. When you get home, you are annoyed to discover that something is missing again that you actually paid money for! Getting back in the car and driving a total of 12km isn't a solution either. The staff on site needs to be significantly better here! With all understanding for stress and a lot of activity. Sometimes the sauces on the nuggets are completely missing, small fries were forgotten or, most recently, a complete wrap. It would be nice if there was finally an improvement here!

I'm a McDrive visitor and live nearby. Things are missing from the bag in 2 out of 3 visits. Sometimes even after a complaint it is still incomplete. Recommendation: Always check on site! Also often cold, stale fries. The lady at the checkout is always very nice.

A catastrophe, this staff is unfriendly to the point of not being possible anymore. You can't ask anything and you'll get annoyed 😒 answered. Just make mistakes in the order. We had to get up 4 times to ask where what we ordered was. No apology, nothing to expect different behavior from management. Maybe that's how customers are treated in their store but not here!!

This McD is really very beautiful. It's clean and modern, almost cozy. It's rare that there is such a beautiful McD. Good to see that it seems to be working. Should be an example for others.

Ordering via APP takes forever. Preparation is the only order that says “will be prepared” for 20 minutes. I'd rather go out and eat something right away. The restaurant itself is nice, cozy and clean.

I stopped here on the way to my business trip. Service was pretty quick, but after I ordered a Sprite I got a Coke.

We just stopped here for 2 cappuccini (a muffin also had to come) and it was ok. Of course there was a lot going on on Sunday afternoon and it looked a bit untidy, but the cappuccino and the muffin were good, so absolutely ok. You can do it.

Clean restaurant. It is striking that individual citizens have become much smaller over the years. In my case I think it was the chicken burger. It's just fast food. But nothing more.

Even though the shop was almost empty, I simply had to wait almost 15 minutes for my food. Thought I'd stop in here and grab a quick snack. Instead, I had to wait too long and was late for my appointment. Nobody thought it was necessary to let me know that it would take longer. Even though I tried to make myself noticed, it was simply ignored.

Staff just more than incompetent.
