McDonald's in Reichertshofen

We want to order something. The restaurant was empty in the morning. A colleague asked what they recommended... Then the woman turned around and left us standing. I find it outrageous. Something like this shouldn't pass as an isolated case.

25 minutes of waiting and then the wrong food. One of the worst Mc. Happened here several times.

Extremely long waiting times. You wait here for over 20 minutes for 2 takeaway menus. Unfortunately it happened again and again. So we probably won't stop here anymore.

Waiting time in the DRIVE IN... over 30 minutes!!!!

Well, he's just an MC. There's not much you can do when it comes to staff. The least you can do is not blame the customer for mistakes and then stuff the order (including fries) into the take-away bags without gloves. Disgusting. They immediately went into the trash.

So far everything was actually ok. Until you had to go to the toilet. Absolutely filthy, you could already see mold growing in the corners of the toilets. Really disgusting. If I had gone to the toilet first, I probably wouldn't have eaten anything there.

The best thing about this branch is the proximity of the parking lot to the restaurant. The service and staff are particularly polite and friendly. If it has to be McDonald's, then I like to come here. Enjoy it!

The toilets are in a miserable condition!!! The walls, toilet brushes etc. Everything is totally messed up. Hopefully the kitchen looks better. I've lost my appetite.

Nightmare, McDonald's, how ugly you've become

The women's toilets are terribly dirty. Why isn't there cleaning there?

What slow people work here. It started when ordering at the kiosk. A very slow connection that took extra time to place the order. But then....wait 15 minutes until your order is finally ready. Even though it wasn't busy and the staff really worked like slow zombies. And then it turns out that they gave you half an order. There are no wipes to dry your hands in the toilet and nowhere to grab a napkin. This could really be much better. This really misses the point and the concept of MacDonalds is really missing here. Never here again...this takes too much time to just grab something quick to eat on the go. Don't! Grab another one if you can still stretch it. 🙈🙈

Unfortunately only 1 star for the Big Rösti (unfortunately if that doesn't work), I would have liked to have given more, but since the patty was completely missing and there was only a small blob of the sauce and the potato pancake on it, that's a tough thing. Given the price, you should be able to expect that the work is done properly here. I would like to post a picture of it here. Unfortunately I only noticed it on the way. Too bad.

Extremely competent and nice staff

According to the sign at the entrance and Google maps, it was open until 3:00 a.m. but at 12:40 a.m. everything was already sealed off and the staff just shook their heads. Underground!

If it were possible then zero stars, waited 45 minutes then all of a sudden it was gone and our food had already been there for 10 minutes. Food is cold and then something is missing! Definitely the last time we were in this juice shop! Next time Burger King!!!

McDonald’s without a cash register. The terminals are slow and get stuck, so that the desire to eat goes away as soon as you order. The terminals are not maintained, have a greasy surface, UNHYGIENIC and disgusting. We used to like stopping here. Now we will avoid it.

It has happened several times that the app crashes when ordering and you have to pay at the checkout. Waited there for several minutes but no one came. So canceled on the app and went over to Burger King. 🤷‍♂️

I ordered a large cappuccino from this McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised. The size of the drink was perfect, and the temperature was just right - nice and hot without burning. The cappuccino tasted really good: the coffee had a balanced, strong aroma that harmonized perfectly with the creamy milk foam crown. The quality was surprisingly high for a fast food chain. The service was also impressive – the employees were friendly, quick and courteous. The atmosphere in the restaurant was welcoming and attention was paid to cleanliness, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall a great place for a quick coffee break. The cappuccino definitely exceeded my expectations and I would order it again at any time!

Worst McDonald's ever. Completely overwhelmed staff, overwhelmed management and no cooperation. After 45 minutes there was still no food and the place wasn't even really full and there were maybe 10 cars on MC Drive. And no food means not even on the list of preparations. We then canceled and drove to Schweitenkirchen through McDrive. After 30 minutes we were home in Wolnzach. Despite the significant detour, it was many times faster.

We've been sitting in the restaurant for 20 minutes now. We'll probably only get there in 20 minutes. Very long for a fast food restaurant. The staff is completely overwhelmed, even the restaurant manager can't improve it.

Ordered hamburger 4 times at the counter and got M burger even though I said 5 more times I didn't say M but hamburger.

The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating - even at late hours and have fun at work!

Took a short break for 1 coffee. Incredibly nice, courteous team who served us coffee late at night with a smile. Thanks to the great team!!

Table service, order received quickly, toilets clean

We often travel towards Munich and consciously head for this McDonald's when we are hungry. The restaurant is always clean and the service is impeccable. Here you know that you are getting fresh goods. 5 stars 🌟

Total chaos in the evening. Only got to the parking lot for 20 minutes because McDrive was too short and the traffic jam there was blocking the entire parking lot. Then in the restaurant itself you have to wait another quarter of an hour for the food that was already pre-ordered in the car...

Unfortunately I would like to give 0* for the service. The food is a classic like in every McDonald's restaurant, but the service. Wow….but unfortunately in a negative sense. We were taking a break with our 6 month old baby. When we asked if we could get the key for the disabled toilet/changing room, we were told that the toilet was broken. We said that we wanted to change diapers and not go to the toilet. And where should we wrap? We then got the clumsy answer: “Back there, on the terrace - on the table.” Note: it's the beginning of November and it's not 10 degrees outside. You're at a loss for words!

We wanted to change our child and were told that the disabled toilet/changing room was broken. When we asked where we should change our child now, we should change him on the terrace! It's November, all the doors on the terrace were open and it was cold. To be honest, I was speechless!

Something was missing again. I've taken food for 3-4 people several times now and a burger was always missing from the bag. Basically, I don't care if there's one less cheeseburger in it, for example. But forgetting a burger over €5 several times is just bitter. Yes, I know it's my own fault if I don't check it, but the naive citizen just assumes that an order is packed together with a plan and logic and then fits. I live too far away to go back for €5-8. Well, in any case, never drive away again without careful inspection... It's annoying but doesn't help. But the taste of the food was always okay!

Nice branch with nice employees. The food was okay even for fast food, but unfortunately the burgers were also very greasy on the patty. However, the cleanliness can be improved somewhat as the floor at the entrance was quite sticky.

Four stars for food from a fast food perspective, of course. Everything as it should be: fast, warm and tastes as it should, so good. As far as I can tell, everything was clean. You can't really ask for more from BigM.

Very nice staff and really good food compared to some other McDonald's, even though everything should be the same, it somehow tastes better here. The burgers are also in better condition. Best -5 stars for this juice shop. At this moment I have been waiting for my food for over 1.5 hours. When you call, no one answers or you are pushed away. Last time the box of fries wasn't even half full. People stay away!!!

Chaos and extremely long waiting times (40 minutes) on Sunday evening

This McDonalds is one of the few that gets a full 5 stars. I'll definitely come back... What I don't think is great is the toilets, they are small.

My daughter and I were inside and got takeout. As always, a part is missing, this time it was the apple turnover you were missing!

Very modern and clean. Only the anteroom of the toilet had already seen a lot of dirt shortly after it opened in the morning. The toilet itself was clean, however.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nice conversion, the rest is rubbish. In the drive, no one understands you anymore because all 5% speak German, orders are typed incorrectly, what was ordered arrives with the wrong content. Bought a burger/wrap drive, wanted to eat it at home, wrapper stuck to my food. Conclusion: in the bin! and that happens more often now because everything is produced cheaper in order to save the customer money! Impudence! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Classic McDonald's. We were there after an FC Bayern Munich game. It felt like many other fans and meadow visitors were also there. Table service was no longer offered (11 p.m. in the evening). Probably because of the rush. Fortunately, the food came very quickly and was absolutely right. I always order with special requests and unfortunately that doesn't always work at other branches.

Reusable cups with disposable drinking straws, that's clear! Well, the milkshake was sweet, sweet, really sweet and covered up the chocolate taste! Nothing new!

System catering with ordering machines. We had - personally ordered - only one coffee. The toilets were clean.

Ordered food from McDrive that night. The Polish, older employee is always nice and quick. I'm always happy when she's there. Always come regularly at night after work. Food is always hot. No complaint.

Very dirty toilets, everything smells like urine

The toilets were totally filthy. Encrusted urine rim under the glasses. Just smells like urine. Hardly and then poorly cleaned. It's a shame because everything is new.

Worst McDonald's ever. You can't order there at all. The food is clapped in carelessly, so that half of the food is lying loose in the bags and of course mostly cold. Never again!

I've been waiting for my order for over an hour. This should be there after a maximum of around 30 minutes. Nobody answers the phone. I don't care when the food comes and how it tastes. Then as a restaurant I am not allowed to offer delivery if I cannot keep appointments.

Unfortunately, it seems that you are no longer allowed to choose the toys from the HappyMeal. The children are mostly just looking forward to the toy and are always disappointed. The friendly employee explained it (5 stars for him because he can't do anything) but the decision apparently comes from “above”. Laughably simple!

Extremely dirty: flies and wasps everywhere, trash cans overflowing, tables dirty. Order terminals are located right in front of the entrance and are very slow. Kitchen is very slow and passive. Daughter was stung by a wasp while eating indoors. An employee immediately arrived with ice, so that's why a 2nd star for service

The food is the same as everywhere else, the parking lot is quite big, but a huge minus, if you pay in cash you have to wait - just forever!

You can't say anything about the food, according to McD it tastes the same everywhere, which isn't true, but here the taste was ok, the only thing that wasn't ok was that the tables were dirty and sticky with drink residue; If you then ask an employee whether the table can be cleaned, you won't be understood because it feels like 101% of the staff speaks Polish! Then at some point someone will understand you and you will get the answer from them. Please sit at another table 😂 It's funny how the other free tables look the same and all the others are occupied! At the end I cleaned the table myself!!!!! I will never visit this branch again

Such dirty toilets are rare, even at McDonalds. Everything is full of piss, dirty and no paper towels. This has nothing to do with peak times either. The toilet facility is not well looked after. There was no fork included with the salad to go. It's very annoying when you notice it in your car on the highway. The staff is totally overwhelmed.

Confused service, long waits despite few people. Messy toilets.

First of all, very nice, smiling staff. A lot of customers, but there were no problems finding a table. We didn't have to wait too long for the ordered dishes.

Nice and efficient service, everything was prepared quickly and served to the table according to the order. The food itself is worse - it's not crazy like in every McDonald's and it's also expensive, but unfortunately this probably won't change at any point. However, the place itself is very good, right next to the highway.

McDonalds as you would expect in terms of taste. Very friendly service. Unfortunately, from the toilet to the seating, it was very unclean.

We ordered 2 milkshakes and 6 pieces of chicken nuggets with curry sauce at the drive through. The milkshakes were super runny, not at all edible and obviously the machine is broken. That must be noticeable when you close the shakes. The curry sauce was also forgotten.

Always friendly, fast and clean!!

The McDonald's branch was clean and the staff was friendly. There is table service and ordering machines. The interior is modern. The toilets were clean. The food came to the table quickly after ordering, although the fries could have used a little more salt. As a little extra, there are two places outside where the food is delivered if you order via the app - something we've never seen before. Would definitely eat here again.

Finally an mcd there too. Unfortunately, I have already moved away. Still good for the region. A visit to the drive in went well 👍

Didn't get what we wanted to eat.

Personally, I think it's a shame that there are hardly any German-speaking employees in the restaurant - you have to talk to the staff in English. In addition, a large part of our order was damaged and cold. So far, parts of the order have often been forgotten to pack, I don't know whether that's intentional or not, but if you pay for everything you want to get everything you paid for. The only bright spot is the boss, he could speak German with us communicated and listened to our problem and acted on it. Hence the 2 stars only because of the boss.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Apparently the store has been recently renovated, the previous reviews are definitely no longer accurate. Everything is clean, including the toilets (free). There is enough parking space. The terminals work properly. There is a covered 'lounge area' with real plants. There are vases with flowers on the tables. When we were politely wished 'enjoy your meal' during table service, I almost fell off the chic bench.

I am highly disappointed the way the fast food service is turning for vegetarians. There are absolutely no options to find vegetarian burgers at Mc Donalds (Or any other fast food chains for instance). I have tried eating the vegan ones, but they taste so bad, that I wouldnt come into Mc D or any other vegan places anymore (Everyone should atleast taste the Vegan ones also to know how bad they are for non meat lovers). We wanted to eat French Fries, but this was also so pathetic, I tried explainig them about the fries, and they brought me another one, but it was equally pathetic, these were'nt even hot any more. I can not give less than 1 star, so this is the best I could.

After the ordering system failed, we had to order everything again. We ended up getting the same order twice. Of course, paid twice. We wanted an order to be canceled. This was denied to us. After a personal conversation with the very unfriendly boss, we took the second order with us in a bag. I criticize the very poor customer friendliness and the very poor goodwill because we can't help it that their system doesn't work. A supervisor with whom you can communicate sensibly would be an advantage here. I'm pissed!!
