McDonald's in Reichertshofen

For anyone who wants to order through Lieferando: Don't do it, you don't know if the food will arrive. The order is simply set to "delivered." We ordered food here, got a call saying it was delayed, and in the end, it wasn't delivered at all. After waiting for over 2.5 hours, nothing arrived. I know most people order here because their kids want it. Don't break their hearts just because the employees are incompetent. I should mention that this isn't an isolated incident. The people there are rude, and every second order is a little off.

You pay a ton of money and still don't get what you ordered. Either something is missing from your order, or the bag contains completely different items than what you ordered (instead of the new McPhilly, you get a Fileto Fish), not to mention the staff...

Opinions here are very divided. I've been here several times because of the good motorway connection, but I've never had any problems. Quite the opposite. The lady was very friendly to me, and my cappuccino and side dishes were quickly delivered to my table, even though it was quite busy. The employee and a colleague each asked me as they passed by if everything was okay or if I needed anything else. It's very exemplary and pleasant that the employees here still enjoy their work and are motivated. You often experience the exact opposite at other locations. The restrooms are also fine—certainly not perfect, but comparatively above-average cleanliness for a place like this. I will definitely visit this branch more often when I drive by.

We stopped here on our way home from Croatia. The staff were very friendly. They even provided a water bowl for our dog.

I've been to the Drive-In twice after a Bayern game, received the completely wrong order twice, and waited at least half an hour each time. The staff are completely overwhelmed by the crowds. I wait forever, only to receive a lukewarm, incorrect order. And that's for what the food costs today. Absolutely not recommended. Every other restaurant is awful; I'd rather go to the BK next door.

I was passing through and wanted a bite to eat. The way the hamburger was prepared was a disgrace. There was a bloodstain on the cup. And the supervisor was very rude to the customers and seemed completely overwhelmed. The store urgently needs to work on customer satisfaction and hygiene!!!

Large and clean McDonald's with an indoor/outdoor play area. Plenty of parking. The food came quickly and was of good quality.

We were just here at McDonald's. A very nice building, with a nice layout. So far, everything was great. Now for the service: Absolutely terrible; you could just rub the soles off their shoes while walking. Dirty spoons. A friendly complaint is met with a shrug, and the spoon is grumpily exchanged for another dirty one. The speed of the staff is then wonderfully complemented by the now cold food. Service and friendliness are better than ever. What a shame!

Ordered at MC Café and got the coffee from the vending machine in the back of the kitchen. €4 for a brown puddle, well, thanks! One star because none of them isn't good.

What a crap joint, they call it fast food, but that is even not true. it took almost 45 minutes to make 2 burgers and some fries. And there was nobody to answer any question about why the waiting time was so long. I just got yelled at to wait. Never go to this place again. and the food was not good either.

Delivery service - absolutely terrible...not recommended. If you can't offer the service, then you shouldn't offer it. After waiting for two hours, the delivery must have disappeared somewhere... Unfortunately, you can't reach anyone by phone either, otherwise we would have canceled the order.

Very nice restaurant with truly great staff! All the children's requests were fulfilled, and our dog even got water. Very attentive.

Many people in Germany could learn a thing or two from this Mces—especially the Hanseatic city of Hamburg's Mces... It was incredibly busy here, and you only saw friendly staff. Orders arrived quickly and hot 🔥 at the table. I could see into the kitchen, where they were working with concentration but always with a smile. Thank you for this wonderful Mces experience. 👌😋

We wanted an ice cream an hour before closing time, at 2 a.m., and the response was "the machine is broken." Just say that you don't want to clean the machine at the end of the day. Worst MC in a long time!

Worse service is impossible. Terminals are down. They make you wait forever inside, but they take orders at the McDrive, so the drive-ins are served much faster.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. We had to wait half an hour for our food. Then the fries were missing. Other customers weren't any better off either.

Workers are really unrespectful, they didn't say anywhere that they don't have the toys for happymeal and when we asked why were they not included, they started fighting (talking really unrespectfuly and started looking at us like we were baddest people in the world) and after they somehow FOUND these toys the manager came to us and started provoking and bringing some toys and saying you can have these as well and laughing at us and it was bad because everyone was looking at us P.S. We had our dog with us, and an attentive employee came right up to us and asked if we needed something to drink! Super friendly, despite the crowd.

For a McDonald's, it's really good and a pleasant place to eat. The staff are attentive and friendly, and everything is clean and modern. It's still a McDonald's, but if you go there, it's best to go to this McDonald's.

I've never been to a cleaner MCD before. The interior is beautifully designed and the staff is super friendly. The restrooms are also really clean and have a pleasant smell. Sorry. If I don't get a milkshake until 10:30 on Sundays because the machine isn't running before then, that's not a service for me. April 10, 2024 Most of the time when I buy burgers at the drive-thru, something is missing from the ordered item. So it's better to check before you get annoyed. May 19, 2025 Today I was at the restaurant with my family of four and used table service. When tablet 1 of two arrived, I asked for two additional empty tablets with tablet 2 of two. The employee then asked me if I thought the table wasn't clean, and that this was unnecessary. When I asked what the problem was, I generously got what I wanted. But service was a nonstarter.

Waiting 15 minutes is a bit too long

Pretty good food for a change. For that 5/5. Fries and nuggets had a good crunch - a rather rare experience at McDonalds. Nevertheless, the order terminals should be checked. Our order took twice as long due to a semi-broken device. Entries were only accepted with a very long delay.

Friday evening on the way home, the food was just as you would expect, the staff was very friendly. The toilets and restaurant were extremely full of rubbish and even if the free tables were freshly wiped, the interior and terrace looked catastrophic.

One of the most disgusting meals I've ever had since I moved to Germany. At rush hour waiting time was 25 minutes and after that guess what, the food was already ice cold. This scenario usually happens when there are idiots in charge of something they're not prepared for.

The woman at the drive in only understood our first code. I have no idea how “8…5” can sound like “4…8”. We then drove up and noticed immediately after paying that she had entered the menu from the first code as a normal order (correspondingly €2.89 more). I ordered by cell phone. I got something completely different. I was extremely disappointed that my double cheeseburger was simply swapped for a normal hamburger. And there was mustard on it too. Horror. You never get what you order, which happens more often now. I don't feel like coming to you anymore. Doesn't make sense to me anymore.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon after the ski holidays. One federal state came back from vacation, 3 federal states started and everyone seemed to meet in this American specialty restaurant. It was crazy crowded - and what can I say? It worked! Everything was well organized, we found space quickly and the food came relatively quickly. Cheers!

I was just in this McDonald's branch (06.02.25) around 11.30 a.m. and I have to say: Top service! I was particularly impressed by the two young employees – super attentive, friendly and quick. You could really tell that they care about good customer service. My food was fresh, warm and exactly as I ordered. The branch was clean and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Big praise to the team - especially to the two boys, whose commitment makes the difference. I'd love to come back!
