Fehlende Selbstbestellmöglichkeiten

Sehr angenehmes Restaurant mit schneller Bedienung. Frische Zubereitung und alles Sauber. Wir kommen wieder.

Klimaanlage war ausgefallen, sowie die Kühlung der Getränke. Das Personal spricht auch nicht immer gutes Deutsch. Hier wäre ein Bestellterminal gut. Gegen den Ausfall kann das Personal ja nichts und normalerweise ist alles okay.

Trotz super viel Andrang und fehlenden Automaten, war das Personal sehr freundlich! Sie haben total professionell alle Kunden bedient und nebenbei noch einen Mitarbeiter eingearbeitet. Die Filiale war sehr Sauber und das Essen schmeckte richtig gut! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den tollen Umgang der Mitarbeiter untereinander. Trotz ersichtlichen Migrationsanteil sind alle Mitarbeiter nett und höflich miteinander Umgegangen. Sprachliche Resourcen wurden zur Einarbeitung angewand und alle Kunden dementsprechend toll bedient! Durch dieses professionelle Verhalten war trotz vollem Laden mit wardenden Gästen eine total ruhige Stimmung.!!!! Wir werden wieder kommen!

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, es gibt kein Eis, es ist wirklich unerträglich bei dieser Hitze. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, muss man die Leute doch nicht leiden lassen. Sie sollten den Laden schließen, die kaputten Geräte reparieren und wieder öffnen. Es ist eine Schande für die Angestellten.

28.06.2026 es konnten keine Burger mit Beefpapies bestellt werden, weil da was kaputt ist, kein Problem da bestelle ich halt mal etwas anderes. Bestellt wurden Flame Wings, King Nuggets, Chicken Tenders (war ein Coupon), Sundae Tr. Mango und Crispy Chicken. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich trotz der Tempaturen von über 39° im Lokal, die Bestellung ging zügig. Zuhause ist mir aufgefallen, dass anstatt des Crispy Chicken nur ein Chicken Nugget Burger drin war. Das ist jetzt nicht das erste mal das ich etwas beanstanden muss, da in der Vergangenheit gerne mal was vergessen wurde, deswegen wird in die Tüte geschaut, ob alle Packungen drin sind, das man die Tüte jetzt noch ausräumen muss um zu schauen ob auch das richtige drin ist geht gar nicht. In Zukunft meide ich den Laden und fahre dann lieber zu Mecces im Elbeparkt.

Von außen Huii, von innen Pfui. 1. Keine Bestell Automaten. 2. Man wird schlecht verstanden und bekommt nicht so wirklich das was man wollte. 3. Essen okay. 4. Fürs Damen WC muss man Treppen steigen, für Rentnerinnen eher ungut.

Ich bin Stammkunde bei Burger King und komme fast jeden Tag. Leider war ich schon mehrfach mit dem Service von Frau Ahn Le unzufrieden. Sie wirkte auf mich oft unfreundlich und respektlos. Bei Problemen mit der Bestellung konnte sie uns nicht weiterhelfen und sagte, sie wisse nicht, woran es liege. Da dies nicht das erste Mal war, bin ich besonders enttäuscht. Als regelmäßiger Kunde erwarte ich einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Umgang. Leider habe ich diese Erfahrung hier wiederholt nicht gemacht.

Es muss eine unglaublich schwierige Aufgabe sein, einfach mal eine KOMPLETTE und durchaus überschaubare Bestellung in eine Tüte zu packen. Ich war nun einige Male dort und IMMER fehlte etwas in der Tüte. Und ich rede hier nicht von Mayo oder nem Strohhalm sondern von essenziellen Bestandteilen der Bestellung. Wäre es wenigstens ein Kommunikationsproblem und man würde somit auch nur das bezahlen was in der Tüte ist auch wenn es weniger ist als man bestellt hat, könnte ich ja damit leben. Aber es wurde jedes Mal alles abgerechnet. Man muss also nur lesen können was auf dem Bildschirm steht und genau das in die Tüte tun... und DAS ist schon zu viel verlangt? Besonders ärgerlich wenn es sich um einen neuen Aktionsburger handelt und man sich echt drauf gefreut hat.

Top Service , supernettes Personal , Sonderwünsche werden in jeder Form berücksichtigt. Essen einwandfrei. Hier arbeitet der Chef fleißig mit. Top Leistung . Ambiente ist mehr als ok :) Getränke Service .... 1 x kaufen und trinken bis zum abwinken. Besuch lohnt sich !!! Würde gern n 6.ten Stern hinzufügen für ..... ich kenne meinen Kunden und liefere ihm auch was immer er braucht ! Danke ihr Lieben 🥰

Habe mir ein mal den King des Monats geholt und der war auch schnell fertig. Ich muss sagen das der Burger echt gut war für Fast Food und die Pommes auch noch heiß und frisch, nicht wie bei anderen Fast Food Ketten. Der Junge Herr an der Kasse hat mich freundlich begrüßt und auch so bedient. Ich würde den Store nur weiter empfehlen echt top.

Zu laut, zu stickig, zu hektisch. Man erkannte keine Warteschlange, Leute drängeln einfach vor. 3 Menüs wurden in eine kleine Tüte gequetscht. Die Pommes lagen halb ausgeschüttet in der Tüte, die Burger so derartig gequetscht, daß die eigentliche Form nicht mehr zu erkennen war. Die Soße war überall verteilt. Das tue ich nur nicht nochmal an.

Wenn es mal etwas länger dauert liegt es nicht am Personal, denn das gibt Gas. Burger waren warm, Pommes heiß, Erfrischungsgetränke können kostenlos nachgeholt werden.

Der ineffizienteste BK ever, keine Bestellautomaten, oft lange Schlangen - hat so nichts mit fast food zu tun. Mitarbeiter aber alle sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Wir wollten gerne Gutscheine einlösen. Diese lage zu Hause, wir wussten allerdings die Nummern. Der Mitarbeiter meinte, das geht nicht ohne Gutschein, der müsste abgescannt werden. Okay, wir das Whoopermenü ohne Gutschein genommen. Kaum sitzen wir, zückt die Belegschaft Gutscheinhefte und liest sie in aller Ruhe durch. Das ist schön ziemlich frech, da hätte man alles abscannen können, die Aktion läuft ja! Schade, so wird's nichts mit weiteren Besuchen! Außerdem waren die Burger nicht Mal warm!

Bin ab und zu mal dort. Heute war ich etwas erschrocken. Siehe Foto Ist denn wirklich so schwer, die Polster neu zu beziehen?

Die Toiletten/ Männer sind unterirdisch. Türen gehen nicht zu, Becken versifft, Klopapierspender zernischelt, Pissoir defekt, Seifenspender defekt. Wow, krass. Da ist eine Baustellentoilette in Bukarest bestimmt sauberer. Bedienpanel für Getränke geht schwer. Ohne Hilfe als Fremder steht man da wie Max in der Sonne. Alter Falter.

Ich war gestern mit meinem Sohn hier Essen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich zu beanstanden hätte ich nur die sitzbänke die sind schon ein klein wenig kaputt. Hervorheben möchte ich aber die Freundlichkeit des Mitarbeiters namens 'Sami". So einen super freundlichen Mitarbeiter muss man zu schätzen wissen. Ein Hallo ein bitteschön ein Dankeschön sowie ein freundliches Tschüss ist sehr lobenswert und in der heutigen Zeit sehr schwer zu finden. Man kann nur hoffen das er nicht mit dem Mindestlohn abgespeist wird. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen denn die Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet und waren heiß. Ich würde noch mehr Sterne vergeben wenn es möglich wäre aber 5 Sterne sind gerechtfertigt. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Bedienung 🥰 Sowie die sauberen Toiletten.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die ihren Job so schnell tun wie eben bei hohem Andrang möglich. Essen schmeckt immer solide und ich liebe die Getränkeautomaten, mit denen man so viel trinken kann wie man will, das ist für mich ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Wenn ich in Dresden bin und was schnelles essen will, ist das der BurgerKing meiner Wahl!:)

Gerade da gewesen, weil ich und meine Freundin dachten, heute mal schnell etwas zum Abendbrot zu holen. Die Bestellung ging zwar schnell beim ersten Mitarbeiter, der die Bestellung von zwei King Menüs mit einem Long Texas BBQ und einem Plantbased Long Texas BBQ aufnahm. Zusätzlich hatten wir noch Chicken Tender mit Dip und einen einzelnen Whopper bestellt. Zuhause ist uns dann aufgefallen, dass der Whopper gefehlt hat. Könnte daran liegen, dass der zweite Mitarbeiter sehr hektisch gearbeitet hat. Falls ich nochmal vorbeifahre, werde ich an der Kasse die Tüten kontrollieren!

Zunächst einmal ist die Tortilla sooo lecker, ich liebe sie! Ich mag es einfach, nur Patty und Käse in der Tortilla, dazu Pfirsich-Sprite, ja, das ist mein Favorit.

Keine Bestellautomaten, an der Kasse riesen Chaos. Zudem habe ich keine Quittung mit einer Bestellnummer bekommen, der Kassierer war aber meiner Sprache nicht mächtig und wusste nicht, was ich von ihm will. Am Getränkeautomaten waren über 50% der Getränke leer. Ketchup UND Mayo bestellt (und extra bezahlt), aber nichts bekommen. Mein Burger war eiskalt, der Käse nicht mal angeschmolzen.

Mäßig, Burger leider nicht waren genug.

Leider ist es nicht das erste Mal, dass etwas bei der Bestellung fehlt (einmal Pommes, manchmal dies oder das...). Wenn man also fast 50 Euro bestellt und immer etwas fehlt, ist das leider nervig. Auch im Vergleich zu anderen Fast-Food-Restaurants ist Burger King mit 19 Euro für ein Menü sehr teuer geworden......

Sauber frisches essen! Gerne wieder..!

Wir waren soweit zufrieden, jedoch könnten die Burger wärmer sein.

Leider nicht mehr das was es mal war. Teurer geworden, unverschämt wenig Fleisch auf den Bürgern und bei der Getränkestation gabe es kein einziges Getränk ohne Zucker Früher der beste BK in town, jetzt leider nur noch unterdurchschnittlich.

Heute mal wieder richtig Enttäuscht worden, so eine miese Qualität. Wäre ich nicht schon zu Hause gewesen mit dem Essen hätte ich dieses Gemanschte Etwas zurück gebracht. Das ist der super tolle Cheese Melt Beef Burger. Eine Frechheit das dem Kunden anzubieten 🤮

Sehr freundliches Personal. Soweit auch alles sauber. Die Kinder haben vom Mitarbeiter ne Papierkrone bekommen - es sind halt manchmal die kleinen Dinge, die Freude bereiten.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Filiale und auch sonst sehr unerfahren was Burger King angeht. Als erstes ist uns negativ aufgefallen das es keine Bestelltablets gibt,was uns die Auswahl sehr erschwert hat. Zudem dauert alles sehr lange,weil die Speisen frisch zubereitet wurden und jede Bestellung erst vollständig abgearbeitet wird.Die nachfolgenden Kunden müssen warten. Das Personal an der Theke war jedoch sehr freundlich und hat sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lassen. Auch die Getränkeauswahl empfanden wir als sehr positiv.Die Auswahl war groß und für uns mal etwas anderes. Abschließend möchte ich noch anbringen,es war und viel zu kalt zum sitzen.Vielleicht sollte man nicht zu sehr an den Heizkosten sparen.

The small, older gentleman who served us was unfortunately extremely overwhelmed and irritable. He was rude to us, as well as to other guests and his colleagues. I've never experienced such a disgruntled waiter before; it completely ruined my appetite, so we only had one Coke. I hope things improve soon; I'll have to do without Burger King for the time being. :(

There is no ordering terminal on site. Only meals can be ordered via the app.

I ordered and paid online without any problems using the Burger King app. After two hours (!) I received a call from the restaurant itself informing me that they were no longer accepting orders through the app (the official Burger King app!!) and that there would be no delivery. Unbelievable, I've never experienced anything like this before.

Fantastic place the staff is amazing the food not only tastes good but looks like the pictures which is important next time I'll take a picture and update it.

This was our second visit, and compared to our previous visit, we could really see and feel the improvements in the branch. The only drawback was the restrooms; after we pointed this out, an employee went upstairs and cleaned the men's room – so kudos to him!

What can I say? Expect Burger King and that's what you get here.

It's fast food. Expensive but for some reason all fast food in Germany is somehow expensive.

Okay - this Burger King is a bit different... not bad, but definitely different... because: - The trash cans aren't emptied regularly, at least not upstairs. - Some of the seat covers are pretty worn out. - The chairs are plastic (basically rock-bottom quality). - The restrooms are clean, but the rest (sinks, dryers) is just so-so. - There were no towels, and the dryer didn't work. - The Coke dispenser was empty (you have to pour it yourself). !!! BUT !!! The burger wasn't just fresh - it was piping hot. Freshly cut vegetables, crisp lettuce, and the meat was cooked to perfection. I don't know if they have SpongeBob in the kitchen, but you definitely shouldn't lose the person at the grill! The service was also impeccable. The server was incredibly friendly, the food was ready in under three minutes, and they even brought it to my table! The service was also flawless. So, all in all: If you're looking for a place that lives up to the motto "Looks bad, but makes awesome burgers" - this is the place for you! :) I definitely recommend this place!

On top of the usual good taste of Burger King, the service and kindness of the staff is noteworthy. I've eaten here quite a few times and everyone who works at the branch always provides excellent and kind service.

Typical Burger King, but the restaurant was very dirty on the upper floor; the tables were filthy and the tray area was completely overflowing. Since we were there as a group, it didn't bother me much, but if I had been alone, the sight would have driven me away.

I actually prefer the burgers at Burger King to those at McDonald's, but they were a bit too dry for my liking during my visit. Otherwise, they were good.

The staff have no idea what food is available and are unfriendly.

I don't know German or English, but the staff was very friendly and helped me place an order! 🫶 There is a toilet, two floors, lots of space, comfortable. Strong light above the tables, I didn't like it, but this is a subjective opinion. It shines strongly in the eyes, it personally annoys me :( The order was ready very quickly, less than a minute 🔥

Burger und Pommes könnten etwas wärmer sein....

A quick stop for lunch; the food was excellent again, everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and quick. The only downside to the ambiance is that the decor is a bit dated. It would be a shame to close it for renovations, though; there are simply too few branches.

The service was super friendly, and the food was just as it should be. I thought it was great that they still have vending machines here. Not because you can refill your own drinks, but because there's simply more choice.

It could be more modern, and the staff could be faster. They seemed overwhelmed and ignored the number of people waiting.

I would say average, nothing exceptional

The food arrived fairly quickly, and the taste was okay. The atmosphere was a bit dirty. The staff was friendly.

I ate at the Leipziger three times last year, or rather, took something with me between work and lunch. Everything was perfect here: the service was impeccable, the burger patties were freshly grilled, nice and hot, and the salad was perfectly fresh, the fries were perfect, and the chicken nuggets were delicious. I was particularly able to explain to the staff that I didn't want ice in my drink. That's no longer possible at the other location in Dresden.

The worst Burger King branch I’ve ever been to. No self-ordering machines and the place was dirty.

The service is completely disastrous. Every time you come here, even at 9 p.m., you have to wait in line for half an hour. How about introducing terminals?

The food was okay, but it used to be better. And for once, we didn't check the takeaway bags. It was a big mistake because both portions of fries were missing. Unfortunately, we only realized at home that it had happened again.

I don't know why fast-food restaurants are so slow. If it's fast food, it should work to make it fresh in the moment, and we still don't have to wait 20 minutes to eat. Otherwise, for me, Burger King beats the competition in terms of taste, presentation, and quality!

No toilets, the preparation was not proper, it took a long time even though there was not much going on, EXPENSIVE

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with my visit to Burger King this time. The fries were way too salty, making them barely edible. Additionally, the cashier seemed very unsure and had trouble finding the menus on the screen, which led to a long wait. There's definitely room for improvement.

The first thing that immediately caught my eye was the lack of an electronic terminal with menu selection. The menu with the prices is hanging on the wall to the left of the cash register, which is inconvenient and completely uninformative. I had to choose from the menu on the LED screens, which is inconvenient and delays the queue at the cash register. Another reason is the lack of air conditioning on both floors (or it has simply been turned off). This makes it feel cooler even when it's hot outside, but the number of tables is limited. There are no complaints about the food; everything was as usual at Burger King. However, I only give it 3 points for the poor service 😒

Nice cafe. We were there in the evening, stuffy. But there is a nice thing: in the choice of drinks it is specified what flavor, for example: Sprite with raspberry, cherry, etc. In my area there is no such thing, simple Sprite

Absolutely terrible service. Friday afternoon, the restaurant is still empty, 3 servers are available, but 2 are just wandering around and looking, and 1 is serving, a bit overwhelmed. We wait and wait. There are no other customers behind us. We get the feeling of being ignored. Then we're finally called by one of the 2 servers, but rather begrudgingly and without a word of greeting. He just stares at us. When I show a coupon on my phone, he just grimly gestures to me as if he wants me to show him the phone. He practically hammers the order into the cash register on the screen. When the phone is on the counter and I try to take it back, he pushes my hand away, turns it off, and pushes it back across the counter to me. He stares at us again, grim and wordless. That's when I asked him if he could talk. No response from him. So we cancel the order and leave Burger King without saying a word.

The employee simply refused to give me my order because of my Indian accent. I'm 17. Totally rude.

The air conditioning was broken, but that wasn't the staff's fault. Otherwise, everything was fine. 👍🏻

Well, it wasn't that great. The fries were older. And the service was more preoccupied with other things.

1.6% of the population is vegan, and Burger King is ruining decades-old recipes with this nonsense. The Whopper (used to be my favorite burger) tastes awful, the shift manager yells at you when you point out that it's no longer tasty and acts stupid. I really don't know what's wrong with these people, but after six months, I tried it again, found it bad, and that was it for me. I hope you go bankrupt because of this ideological nonsense, and companies that don't want to unnecessarily educate their customers take over.

Good Burger King, the staff is on the ball, and everything is relatively tidy. We'd gladly go again.

Best bakery I know. The staff are nice and friendly, and the food is always warm and delicious. There's also this crazy drink machine where you can refill endlessly and mix your own drink, which is fun. The games on the kids' computers are a bit buggy, or maybe I'm too stupid to find the last mistake in that one search game, but it's still interesting. I love this store.

I had a frustrating miscommunication with an employee . I gave incorrect instructions initially, but quickly corrected myself. Unfortunately, the employee reacted angrily and raised their voice. Misunderstandings happen, but maintaining professional communication is key 🔑. I'll be addressing this issue to ensure respectful interactions in the future. The food was very good, but the employee with the purple hair was unfortunately very rude. She didn't greet us or show us a smile and seemed annoyed when I tried to order something a second time. Unfortunately, this marred the otherwise positive experience.

Was there earlier at the children's long request. Everything went quickly and the employees were friendly, the food was BurgerKing, ok. But: Due to a physical limitation, one of the children is unable to drink with a straw or from a bottle, so we asked for an empty cup - there was no way to do anything about it, we could have bought one for €2.69. Service and child-friendliness and also dealing with disabilities are really different...

Is a classic BurgerKing. Unfortunately, the floor in the men's room was so sticky that you would think it had been mopped with a soft drink.

Unfortunately neither of us liked it at all. Burgers cold and sticky despite being busy, just like the Flamewings. No recommendation!
