Would prefer McDonald's more after my meal. The XXL citizens had it but the roll was very dry and the lettuce that was on it was probably from the day before (it was yellow in some places)🤢. This will be my first and last visit there. In addition, the cleanliness on the first floor leaves something to be desired. Also the toilets...

Good BK. Unfortunately, there are often long waiting times and poor opening times (even Fridays and Saturdays it closes at 10 p.m.).

Just one employee with a dissatisfied face can ruin the first impression of this place. We came there for the first time, we didn’t know the names of the dishes and it was difficult to order correctly, since there were no booklets with the menu, because of this the employee was angry and nervous that we were taking so long to order. Otherwise, I really liked it 🥰 great atmosphere, beautiful hall, delicious food, everything is great, except for the disgruntled employee 🤪😁

Drive Inn experience. Once again a burger was missing as soon as you ordered more than 3 people. You should definitely look through all the bags. Unfortunately this was not done. But it's not the first time.

Delivery not possible in the evening

Catastrophic. Toilets disgusting. Employees slow, order incomplete and cold. Kids Box was missing half of it. We were really very disappointed today

Waited 15 minutes for 3 identical menus. Burgers were of course cold even though they had been freshly made. Employees totally overwhelmed even though nothing was going on. Half of it was missing from the kids box. Unfortunately we only noticed it too late. No Quetschi, no Fruit Tiger, €6 for small fries and 3 nuggets.

The BK isn't bad in itself. Unfortunately, the employees quickly become overwhelmed and you wait a long time if there are more than three orders. There is no air conditioning in summer.

An order terminal would be good. Because the staff speaks and understands German poorly.

Quickly go to BK and get something for dinner. We know it and it tastes similar everywhere. What was very positive was that, what I call the position description menu compiler, is not simply processed here. We picked out two vouchers from the app and paid for them. When our menu was ready I was asked/pointed out that one part was plant based and the other part was not and whether that was intentional. In our case this was intentional but I thought it was nice to see that there seemed to be some thought being given to the customer.

Perfect, we had a great service employee (Tim). Friendly and accommodating, when I couldn't find my burger he helped immediately. So perfect.

It's not the nicest restaurant. The employees are also sometimes annoyed and unfriendly, but there are also employees who listen to you and even if something has been assigned incorrectly there is a small bonus.

I like going to this Burger King because all the employees are unusually friendly. The young employee in particular (dark glasses, a bit of acne) is very courteous and helpful in selecting and using the app. And yes, I mean that completely without irony.

No self-service monitors but drinks can be refilled free of charge

When temperatures outside are warm, eating inside is taboo. The air conditioning, if there is one at all, does not create cool temperatures. Then the toilets are unkempt. Recently the toilet lid even fell off and the door is hanging. Cleanliness on the upper floor is such a thing. Better eat downstairs.

I love that I can choose from a variety of drinks. Freshly prepared food and fries are perfect.

The burger sandwich was not good and very poor, with little cheese and no salad.

Very unclean and the food (chicken burger) is very shrunken and has poor toppings. I also don't like the ice cream anymore. The beef burger was ok though.

Update. Today 04/12/24 Was there again but this time the opening times were correct online The order was completed quickly and I didn't have to wait long before the order was ready. The conditions (Mr. Berger) were very friendly. Special praise goes to Mr. Berger, who doesn't lose track even with a large order; you can tell that he likes his job and takes it seriously. Keep it up !!!!

The service here leaves a lot to be desired and the parking lot markings are no longer visible.

Fast food restaurant?!?!?! I left after 15 minutes... "More" money for less "quality" and "quantity".... You don't have to give it a try A Mett roll from the butcher was a lot quicker, cheaper and made you feel fuller for hours, especially how nice the staff were.....

Food would be freshly prepared. The staff was friendly and made a real effort, but seemed to be slightly overwhelmed by the number of visitors and the length of preparation time and seemed quite uncoordinated.

To be honest, the people who write negative reviews here and complain about trifles should first work in the catering industry themselves (at best in a large restaurant with hundreds of customers per hour) and develop a feeling for what such work is like to do. The food meets the standards and is prepared within a few minutes - nothing extraordinary, fast food, but absolutely sufficient for a quick hunger. The staff behaved towards me in a friendly and appropriate manner. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean, as there are various seating options on two floors - there is usually not that much going on during the week. There is a plus point for the toilets. They were hygienic and there was a pleasant smell in the room. I'm sticking with it: Burger King > McDonald's

Standard fast food, nothing special

Service here is absolutely slow. More than three customers and the store is absolutely overwhelmed.

We now really enjoy coming here to be served by the friendliest and most humorous employee (Tim). The burgers are super delicious and we are very surprised at what the selection from the new castles includes. Unfortunately we still have to deduct a point when it comes to the cleanliness of the tables. Nevertheless, we will come back and enjoy the food here.

The waitress named Tim was very disrespectful and unfriendly towards me and my girlfriend, didn't even say hello or anything similar. Food was ok but the staff wasn't that good. I wouldn't recommend the shop just because of the service.

The inventory is pretty run down...the toilets are dirty and partly broken. At least one of the boxes cannot be locked... maybe the tenant/owner should finally invest again...

Worn furniture, cleanliness could be improved, 4 people in there and all the tables dirty, there are still fries under the tables. We could work on that.

Unfortunately, since my last visit I have noticed that the burgers have become smaller. A double wopper was even bigger last year, and the Big King was also a stately burger. Now they are really cute and no longer interesting for burger fans for the price. It's a shame Mc has already done it and now unfortunately BK too. Lawsuit is already underway in the USA.

I always enjoy coming here; for some time now I've been impressed by the courteous friendliness of the staff here.

One of the best Burger King branches I've ever experienced and I've been to many. The kitchen is very organized, the order was freshly prepared. Fries were fresh. Very friendly, tidy, exemplary service. Older gentleman, old school: everything exactly according to the rules and as it was taught in the 90s. Exemplary company. As always with Burger King, the criticism is the buns, which in my opinion are not toasted properly. Break quickly, crumble, brittle. Ambiance is generally okay, cleanliness is absolutely okay, but the tables could still be cleaner. Compared to the main station, this branch is a must for every Burger King fan. Highly recommended!

Schnell, freundlich und die Bestellung ohne Fehler. Was will man mehr? 5 Sterne

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. So kam es vor, dass unsere Nuggets so wie auch die Onion Rings mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit erneut erwärmt wurden, nachdem sie zu lange in der Auslage lagen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass nach der Reklamation ohne Probleme das Essen umgetauscht wurde. Das Behinderten WC, was auch als Wickelraum genutzt wird, ist die reinste Katastrophe! Es ist einfach immer zugeschlossen, auf Nachfrage wird es auch geöffnet, jedoch findet es die hier bereits oft genannte Mitarbeiterin anscheinend nicht sehr ansprechend, dass es in ihrem Aufgabenbereich liegt. Mein Baby möchte ich in diesem Raum nicht mehr wickeln. Er ist einfach immer super schmutzig, ganz zu schweige von dem Wickeltisch. Ich kann es absolut nicht nachvollziehen, warum dieser nicht entsprechend gereinigt und auch mal desinfiziert wird. Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wie der so schmutzig sein kann!!! Die oberen Toiletten sind auch nicht der Kracher. Nicht mal Papierhandtücher. Und das in so merkwürdigen Zeiten?!

dauert jedes Mal länger und länger.... und länger..... Nachtrag: ein Jahr später hat sich nichts geändert. Wartezeiten über 25 Minuten - obwohl nichts los ist. Essen kalt, Bedienung emotionslos. Toiletten ohne Papier, Seifenspender und Desinfektion alle. Handtrockner läuft eine Sekunde. Und im Restaurant gibt es weder Servietten noch Strohhalme. Zusammen mit dem Müll auf dem Parkplatz finde ich es einfach nur noch ekelig und dafür zu teuer... danke, aber das war mein letzter Versuch / Besuch !! 2 Jahre später: doch noch einen Versuch gewagt und ich kann meine Rezension nach oben korrigieren. Motiviertes Personal, kurze Wartezeiten und auch die Sauberkeit ist okay. Sicherlich noch Potenzial nach oben, aber schon eine deutliche Verbesserung. Von daher gute vier Punkte.

Unfreundliches Personal Bürger sah aus wie als wäre Hundefutter drauf und als es angesprochen wurde waren sie noch unfreundlicher

Die ältere mit den kurzen Haar (rot / grau ) denkt auch die ist was besseres. Unfreundliche Person Lästern ist bei ihr ganz groß geschrieben . Warum arbeitet die da????? Geputzt wird auch nicht. Mitarbeiter stehen nur da und langweilen sich.

Unfreundliches Personal, so wurden wir jetzt schon mehrmals empfangen. Eine Mitarbeiterin verzieht immer ihr Gesicht wenn wir kommen, sie ging hinter in die Küche um zu lästern und 2 andere Mitarbeiter kamen vor und schauten uns offensichtlich an. Einmal meinte diese unfreundliche Person auch, das ein anderer Mitarbeiter uns bedienen soll, da unsere Bestellung zu ,,lang“ wäre.

War völlig ok, obwohl wir etwas länger überlegt haben und zusammengestellt, war die Bedienung relaxt und freundlich. Ging auch alles fix. Hier auch positiv zu erwähnen, die Getränkeautomaten, mit coolen Auswahl. Wo man sich auch nochmal was nachholen kann. Das ist nicht mehr überall so...

Unglaublich. Bin eben wieder rein von BK. 25min Wartezeit auf eine einfache Bestellung. Dabei waren maximal 5 Leute vor mir dran, welche sonst schnell abgefrühstückt sind. An der ersten Kasse ging der QR Scanner nicht für unsere Coupons. Danke. Zwei der drei Kassenmitarbeiter waren "Im Training". Sah aber nicht so aus. Standen da wie Falschgeld...denn sie wissen nicht was sie tun. Kein Wunder, wenn sich von den Ausbildern keiner um die Trainees kümmert. Kunde vor mir hat Veggie Nuggets bestellt. Bekommt normale Nuggets. Reklamiert. Mitarbeiter (Ausbilder bzw.fester MA) daraufhin "aber auf dem Kassenzettel steht, sie haben normale bestellt". Sein Ernst? Sicher hat der Kunde als Vegetarier normale Nuggets bestellt. Unglaublich dämlich. Wir warten immer noch auf unsere Bestellung. 15min waren locker vorbei. Ich beobachte einen der Trainees wie er Burger und Nuggets aus dem Regal nimmt, nicht weiß, in welche Tüten er es packen soll, weil er total überfordert mit den Bestellungen ist...also tänzelt er hilflos zwischen Kasse und Regal herum und legt am Ende alles wieder ins Regal. Und das nicht nur einmal! Der Kunde mit den falschen Nuggets bekommt endlich seine Veggie- Nuggets. 1min später ist er wieder da. Waren 6 in der Tüte. Er hat aber 9 bestellt. Was soll man dazu noch sagen? Wir warten noch immer. 20min vorbei. Mir platzt die Hutschnur und ich frage, ob heut noch Essen ausgeliefert wird oder ob es kalt raus soll. Die Leute stehen mittlerweile bis vor die Tür. Die Regale liegen voller Burger. Checkt ihrs noch? Keine Reaktion vom unfreundlichen und maßlos überforderten Mitarbeiter mit dem langen wehenden Haar, dessen Meinung nach ja auch die Kunden falsch bestellen. 25min sind vorbei. Yeah geschafft. Tüten gleich mal gecheckt. Alles dabei. Der unterirdische Service und die absolute Unfähigkeit in der Filiale heute hatten noch was Gutes. Anstatt 6 bestellten Veggie Nuggets haben wir 12 bekommen. Dummheit muss bestraft werden. UNTERIRDISCH!!!

Hat sich in den letzten Jahren deutlich verbessert was Service und Ambiente anbelangt. Vor einigen Jahren, war die Herrentoilette ständig Defekt, die WCs als auch die Belüftung hatte nicht funktioniert. Aktuell alles Top in Ordnung Bedienung super freundlich und schnell, ich hoffe hier wird mehr als der Mindestlohn an die Mitarbeiter gezahlt. Bin immer wieder gerne auf einen Burger hier. Burger sind frisch und besser zubereitet als früher, da gab es auch schon mal einen Ungeschnittenes stück Salat oder eine Halbe Gemüsezwiebel auf den Burger. Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

Meine Freunde und ich wir waren 30 Minuten nach Schluss bei Burger King und haben fünf Becher voll kostenloses Wasser bekommen Burger King auf die eins ich bin positiv überrascht 😍

Drive in, schnell und lecker, der Pfeffer Chicken Burger ist der Hammer, Drei Menüs bestellt alles einzeln verpackt, nette Bedienung alle freundlich und es ging schnell. Zu empfehlen wenn es Fastfood sein soll.

Essen wie immer super bei BK. Natürlich merkt man einen Unterschied beim Service in Abhängigkeit vom Ansturm der Kundschaft, wie in jedem Fastfood Restaurant. Das Ambiente entspricht ebenfalls einem Fastfood Restaurant was in keinster Weise negativ klingen soll. Man isst und dann geht man wieder, dafür ist es völlig okay.

Mhmm, leckere warme Getränke ohne Kohlensäure.

Ab und zu schmeckt Fstfood auch. Mein Pommes hat sehr gut geschmeckt - alles war frisch und Softdrink zum Nachfüllen - was nicht überall jetzt ist.

Mir persönlich gefällt es hier nicht. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Leider ist eine junge Mitarbeiterin dabei die sehr ungepflegt erscheint. Essen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wer es mag dann ist es okay.

Waren heute an einem Sonntag dort und hatten wirklich nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Mein Freund hate eine plant based Burger bestellt und ich hatte es bei meiner Bestellung vegessen zu sagen und der Mitarbeiter hat mich extra noch mal diesbezüglich gefragt. Außerdem gibts eine Getränke Refil station. Das Essen war so wie ichs mir bei Burger King vorstelle.

Es war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr nett gewesen, Sie haben auf meine Handbike aufgepasst,nur zu Empfehlen.

Ich finde diesen Burger King einfach Top. Auch wenn mal etwas nicht wie gewohnt ist. Kann man immer was sagen und es wird umgetauscht.
