The employee simply refused to give me my order because of my Indian accent. I'm 17. Totally rude.

The air conditioning was broken, but that wasn't the staff's fault. Otherwise, everything was fine. 👍🏻

Well, it wasn't that great. The fries were older. And the service was more preoccupied with other things.

1.6% of the population is vegan, and Burger King is ruining decades-old recipes with this nonsense. The Whopper (used to be my favorite burger) tastes awful, the shift manager yells at you when you point out that it's no longer tasty and acts stupid. I really don't know what's wrong with these people, but after six months, I tried it again, found it bad, and that was it for me. I hope you go bankrupt because of this ideological nonsense, and companies that don't want to unnecessarily educate their customers take over.

Good Burger King, the staff is on the ball, and everything is relatively tidy. We'd gladly go again.

Best bakery I know. The staff are nice and friendly, and the food is always warm and delicious. There's also this crazy drink machine where you can refill endlessly and mix your own drink, which is fun. The games on the kids' computers are a bit buggy, or maybe I'm too stupid to find the last mistake in that one search game, but it's still interesting. I love this store.

The food was very good, but the employee with the purple hair was unfortunately very rude. She didn't greet us or show us a smile and seemed annoyed when I tried to order something a second time. Unfortunately, this marred the otherwise positive experience.

Was there earlier at the children's long request. Everything went quickly and the employees were friendly, the food was BurgerKing, ok. But: Due to a physical limitation, one of the children is unable to drink with a straw or from a bottle, so we asked for an empty cup - there was no way to do anything about it, we could have bought one for €2.69. Service and child-friendliness and also dealing with disabilities are really different...

As I write these words, I have been waiting for my food for 25 minutes. To be honest, it "already" arrived 5 minutes ago, but since there was a wrong burger that was now being remade... I hope. Staff massively overwhelmed, rest is Burger King standard. McDonalds, at least in my experience, is much more competent. Update: the second attempt at improvement unfortunately went wrong again. Now wait again. Got an ice cream as compensation. Update 2: I got the burger now, unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait.

I've been there several times and have only had good experiences. The food was always warm, fresh and always tasty, regardless of whether you were there or quickly drove to the dive inn. The staff is always nice and if you want to eat there I find it very cozy and a clear recommendation.

A big compliment to Martin for his exceptionally polite, dedicated and courteous service! He patiently and professionally supported us in selecting suitable options for my girlfriend's milk intolerance, including an allergen list. His commitment and attention made our visit an exceptionally positive experience. I have rarely experienced such friendly and attentive service in a fast food restaurant. As always, the food was delicious and perfectly rounded off the experience. I don't normally write reviews, but such outstanding work simply needs to be rewarded and appreciated. Would prefer McDonald's more after my meal. The XXL citizens had it but the roll was very dry and the lettuce that was on it was probably from the day before (it was yellow in some places)🤢. This will be my first and last visit there. In addition, the cleanliness on the first floor leaves something to be desired. Also the toilets...

Just one employee with a dissatisfied face can ruin the first impression of this place. We came there for the first time, we didn’t know the names of the dishes and it was difficult to order correctly, since there were no booklets with the menu, because of this the employee was angry and nervous that we were taking so long to order. Delivery not possible in the evening

The staff was extremely slow yesterday, from ordering to eating it took about 20 minutes, that's not possible... and there were easily 8 tons of them

Waited 15 minutes for 3 identical menus. Burgers were of course cold even though they had been freshly made. Employees totally overwhelmed even though nothing was going on. Half of it was missing from the kids box. Unfortunately we only noticed it too late. No Quetschi, no Fruit Tiger, €6 for small fries and 3 nuggets.

The BK isn't bad in itself. Unfortunately, the employees quickly become overwhelmed and you wait a long time if there are more than three orders. There is no air conditioning in summer.

Quickly go to BK and get something for dinner. We know it and it tastes similar everywhere. What was very positive was that, what I call the position description menu compiler, is not simply processed here. We picked out two vouchers from the app and paid for them. When our menu was ready I was asked/pointed out that one part was plant based and the other part was not and whether that was intentional. In our case this was intentional but I thought it was nice to see that there seemed to be some thought being given to the customer.

Perfect, we had a great service employee (Tim). Friendly and accommodating, when I couldn't find my burger he helped immediately. So perfect.

It's not the nicest restaurant. The employees are also sometimes annoyed and unfriendly, but there are also employees who listen to you and even if something has been assigned incorrectly there is a small bonus.

I like going to this Burger King because all the employees are unusually friendly. The young employee in particular (dark glasses, a bit of acne) is very courteous and helpful in selecting and using the app. And yes, I mean that completely without irony.

No self-service monitors but drinks can be refilled free of charge

When temperatures outside are warm, eating inside is taboo. The air conditioning, if there is one at all, does not create cool temperatures. Then the toilets are unkempt. Recently the toilet lid even fell off and the door is hanging. Cleanliness on the upper floor is such a thing. Better eat downstairs.

I love that I can choose from a variety of drinks. Freshly prepared food and fries are perfect.

The burger sandwich was not good and very poor, with little cheese and no salad.

Very unclean and the food (chicken burger) is very shrunken and has poor toppings. I also don't like the ice cream anymore. The beef burger was ok though.

Update. Today 04/12/24 Was there again but this time the opening times were correct online The order was completed quickly and I didn't have to wait long before the order was ready. The conditions (Mr. Berger) were very friendly. Special praise goes to Mr. Berger, who doesn't lose track even with a large order; you can tell that he likes his job and takes it seriously. Keep it up !!!!

Fast food restaurant?!?!?! I left after 15 minutes... "More" money for less "quality" and "quantity".... You don't have to give it a try A Mett roll from the butcher was a lot quicker, cheaper and made you feel fuller for hours, especially how nice the staff were.....

Food would be freshly prepared. The staff was friendly and made a real effort, but seemed to be slightly overwhelmed by the number of visitors and the length of preparation time and seemed quite uncoordinated.

To be honest, the people who write negative reviews here and complain about trifles should first work in the catering industry themselves (at best in a large restaurant with hundreds of customers per hour) and develop a feeling for what such work is like to do. The food meets the standards and is prepared within a few minutes - nothing extraordinary, fast food, but absolutely sufficient for a quick hunger. The staff behaved towards me in a friendly and appropriate manner. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean, as there are various seating options on two floors - there is usually not that much going on during the week. There is a plus point for the toilets. They were hygienic and there was a pleasant smell in the room. I'm sticking with it: Burger King > McDonald's

We now really enjoy coming here to be served by the friendliest and most humorous employee (Tim). The burgers are super delicious and we are very surprised at what the selection from the new castles includes. Unfortunately we still have to deduct a point when it comes to the cleanliness of the tables. Nevertheless, we will come back and enjoy the food here.

The waitress named Tim was very disrespectful and unfriendly towards me and my girlfriend, didn't even say hello or anything similar. Food was ok but the staff wasn't that good. I wouldn't recommend the shop just because of the service.
