Burger King in Dresden

I don't like fast food. I just walk past it.

The small, older gentleman who served us was unfortunately extremely overwhelmed and irritable. He was rude to us, as well as to other guests and his colleagues. I've never experienced such a disgruntled waiter before; it completely ruined my appetite, so we only had one Coke. I hope things improve soon; I'll have to do without Burger King for the time being. :(

There is no ordering terminal on site. Only meals can be ordered via the app.

I ordered and paid online without any problems using the Burger King app. After two hours (!) I received a call from the restaurant itself informing me that they were no longer accepting orders through the app (the official Burger King app!!) and that there would be no delivery. Unbelievable, I've never experienced anything like this before.

Fantastic place the staff is amazing the food not only tastes good but looks like the pictures which is important next time I'll take a picture and update it.

This was our second visit, and compared to our previous visit, we could really see and feel the improvements in the branch. The only drawback was the restrooms; after we pointed this out, an employee went upstairs and cleaned the men's room – so kudos to him!

What can I say? Expect Burger King and that's what you get here.

It's fast food. Expensive but for some reason all fast food in Germany is somehow expensive.

Okay - this Burger King is a bit different... not bad, but definitely different... because: - The trash cans aren't emptied regularly, at least not upstairs. - Some of the seat covers are pretty worn out. - The chairs are plastic (basically rock-bottom quality). - The restrooms are clean, but the rest (sinks, dryers) is just so-so. - There were no towels, and the dryer didn't work. - The Coke dispenser was empty (you have to pour it yourself). !!! BUT !!! The burger wasn't just fresh - it was piping hot. Freshly cut vegetables, crisp lettuce, and the meat was cooked to perfection. I don't know if they have SpongeBob in the kitchen, but you definitely shouldn't lose the person at the grill! The service was also impeccable. The server was incredibly friendly, the food was ready in under three minutes, and they even brought it to my table! The service was also flawless. So, all in all: If you're looking for a place that lives up to the motto "Looks bad, but makes awesome burgers" - this is the place for you! :) I definitely recommend this place!

On top of the usual good taste of Burger King, the service and kindness of the staff is noteworthy. I've eaten here quite a few times and everyone who works at the branch always provides excellent and kind service.

Typical Burger King, but the restaurant was very dirty on the upper floor; the tables were filthy and the tray area was completely overflowing. Since we were there as a group, it didn't bother me much, but if I had been alone, the sight would have driven me away.

I actually prefer the burgers at Burger King to those at McDonald's, but they were a bit too dry for my liking during my visit. Otherwise, they were good.

The staff have no idea what food is available and are unfriendly.

I don't know German or English, but the staff was very friendly and helped me place an order! 🫶 There is a toilet, two floors, lots of space, comfortable. Strong light above the tables, I didn't like it, but this is a subjective opinion. It shines strongly in the eyes, it personally annoys me :( The order was ready very quickly, less than a minute 🔥

A quick stop for lunch; the food was excellent again, everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and quick. The only downside to the ambiance is that the decor is a bit dated. It would be a shame to close it for renovations, though; there are simply too few branches.

The service was super friendly, and the food was just as it should be. I thought it was great that they still have vending machines here. Not because you can refill your own drinks, but because there's simply more choice.

The food arrived fairly quickly, and the taste was okay. The atmosphere was a bit dirty. The staff was friendly.

I ate at the Leipziger three times last year, or rather, took something with me between work and lunch. Everything was perfect here: the service was impeccable, the burger patties were freshly grilled, nice and hot, and the salad was perfectly fresh, the fries were perfect, and the chicken nuggets were delicious. I was particularly able to explain to the staff that I didn't want ice in my drink. That's no longer possible at the other location in Dresden.

The service is completely disastrous. Every time you come here, even at 9 p.m., you have to wait in line for half an hour. How about introducing terminals?

The food was okay, but it used to be better. And for once, we didn't check the takeaway bags. It was a big mistake because both portions of fries were missing. Unfortunately, we only realized at home that it had happened again.

I don't know why fast-food restaurants are so slow. If it's fast food, it should work to make it fresh in the moment, and we still don't have to wait 20 minutes to eat. Otherwise, for me, Burger King beats the competition in terms of taste, presentation, and quality!

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with my visit to Burger King this time. The fries were way too salty, making them barely edible. Additionally, the cashier seemed very unsure and had trouble finding the menus on the screen, which led to a long wait. There's definitely room for improvement.

The first thing that immediately caught my eye was the lack of an electronic terminal with menu selection. The menu with the prices is hanging on the wall to the left of the cash register, which is inconvenient and completely uninformative. I had to choose from the menu on the LED screens, which is inconvenient and delays the queue at the cash register. Another reason is the lack of air conditioning on both floors (or it has simply been turned off). This makes it feel cooler even when it's hot outside, but the number of tables is limited. There are no complaints about the food; everything was as usual at Burger King. However, I only give it 3 points for the poor service 😒

Nice cafe. We were there in the evening, stuffy. But there is a nice thing: in the choice of drinks it is specified what flavor, for example: Sprite with raspberry, cherry, etc. In my area there is no such thing, simple Sprite

Absolutely terrible service. Friday afternoon, the restaurant is still empty, 3 servers are available, but 2 are just wandering around and looking, and 1 is serving, a bit overwhelmed. We wait and wait. There are no other customers behind us. We get the feeling of being ignored. Then we're finally called by one of the 2 servers, but rather begrudgingly and without a word of greeting. He just stares at us. When I show a coupon on my phone, he just grimly gestures to me as if he wants me to show him the phone. He practically hammers the order into the cash register on the screen. When the phone is on the counter and I try to take it back, he pushes my hand away, turns it off, and pushes it back across the counter to me. He stares at us again, grim and wordless. That's when I asked him if he could talk. No response from him. So we cancel the order and leave Burger King without saying a word.

The employee simply refused to give me my order because of my Indian accent. I'm 17. Totally rude.

Well, it wasn't that great. The fries were older. And the service was more preoccupied with other things.

1.6% of the population is vegan, and Burger King is ruining decades-old recipes with this nonsense. The Whopper (used to be my favorite burger) tastes awful, the shift manager yells at you when you point out that it's no longer tasty and acts stupid. I really don't know what's wrong with these people, but after six months, I tried it again, found it bad, and that was it for me. I hope you go bankrupt because of this ideological nonsense, and companies that don't want to unnecessarily educate their customers take over.

Best bakery I know. The staff are nice and friendly, and the food is always warm and delicious. There's also this crazy drink machine where you can refill endlessly and mix your own drink, which is fun. The games on the kids' computers are a bit buggy, or maybe I'm too stupid to find the last mistake in that one search game, but it's still interesting. I love this store.

I had a frustrating miscommunication with an employee . I gave incorrect instructions initially, but quickly corrected myself. Unfortunately, the employee reacted angrily and raised their voice. Was there earlier at the children's long request. Everything went quickly and the employees were friendly, the food was BurgerKing, ok. But: Due to a physical limitation, one of the children is unable to drink with a straw or from a bottle, so we asked for an empty cup - there was no way to do anything about it, we could have bought one for €2.69. Service and child-friendliness and also dealing with disabilities are really different...

The food was very good, but the employee with the purple hair was unfortunately very rude. She didn't greet us or show us a smile and seemed annoyed when I tried to order something a second time. Unfortunately, this marred the otherwise positive experience.

As I write these words, I have been waiting for my food for 25 minutes. To be honest, it "already" arrived 5 minutes ago, but since there was a wrong burger that was now being remade... I hope. Staff massively overwhelmed, rest is Burger King standard. McDonalds, at least in my experience, is much more competent. Update: the second attempt at improvement unfortunately went wrong again. Now wait again. Got an ice cream as compensation. Update 2: I got the burger now, unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait.

I've been there several times and have only had good experiences. The food was always warm, fresh and always tasty, regardless of whether you were there or quickly drove to the dive inn. The staff is always nice and if you want to eat there I find it very cozy and a clear recommendation.

A big compliment to Martin for his exceptionally polite, dedicated and courteous service! He patiently and professionally supported us in selecting suitable options for my girlfriend's milk intolerance, including an allergen list. His commitment and attention made our visit an exceptionally positive experience. I have rarely experienced such friendly and attentive service in a fast food restaurant. As always, the food was delicious and perfectly rounded off the experience. I don't normally write reviews, but such outstanding work simply needs to be rewarded and appreciated. The burgers (Big King, Double Chilli Cheese) had nothing to do with what was pictured there. These burgers now correspond to what the cheap burgers used to be for €1...

Would prefer McDonald's more after my meal. The XXL citizens had it but the roll was very dry and the lettuce that was on it was probably from the day before (it was yellow in some places)🤢. This will be my first and last visit there. In addition, the cleanliness on the first floor leaves something to be desired. Also the toilets...

Good BK. Unfortunately, there are often long waiting times and poor opening times (even Fridays and Saturdays it closes at 10 p.m.).

Just one employee with a dissatisfied face can ruin the first impression of this place. We came there for the first time, we didn’t know the names of the dishes and it was difficult to order correctly, since there were no booklets with the menu, because of this the employee was angry and nervous that we were taking so long to order. Drive Inn experience. Once again a burger was missing as soon as you ordered more than 3 people. You should definitely look through all the bags. Unfortunately this was not done. But it's not the first time.

Catastrophic. Toilets disgusting. Employees slow, order incomplete and cold. Kids Box was missing half of it. We were really very disappointed today

Waited 15 minutes for 3 identical menus. Burgers were of course cold even though they had been freshly made. Employees totally overwhelmed even though nothing was going on. Half of it was missing from the kids box. Unfortunately we only noticed it too late. No Quetschi, no Fruit Tiger, €6 for small fries and 3 nuggets.

The BK isn't bad in itself. Unfortunately, the employees quickly become overwhelmed and you wait a long time if there are more than three orders. There is no air conditioning in summer.

Quickly go to BK and get something for dinner. We know it and it tastes similar everywhere. What was very positive was that, what I call the position description menu compiler, is not simply processed here. We picked out two vouchers from the app and paid for them. When our menu was ready I was asked/pointed out that one part was plant based and the other part was not and whether that was intentional. In our case this was intentional but I thought it was nice to see that there seemed to be some thought being given to the customer.
