It's one of the few Mac Donald's that offers an early breakfast, which is a bonus. But the scrambled eggs are too tight for just under 5 euros. Very good service!

What happened here?! Sunday afternoon and almost only loudly bleating Eastern European service staff. Unfriendly, they slam your order on the counter without looking at you or even smiling and they constantly shout something at each other. Total decline of a once very nice branch. Update: Today, July 21, 2024 at 7:15 p.m., the young man probably didn't feel like it at all. The ice cream was made first at over 30 degrees and carelessly placed on the counter so that it could melt away. The rest of the order was just as carelessly placed on the counter - without calling the number and without returning my friendly greeting. The sullen expression on his face was answer enough. - Guys, what's wrong with your branch? I would like to give the service zero stars.

I recently placed a takeout order from McDonald’s. When I got home I noticed that the McShaker Fries I ordered were missing. This was very disappointing as I didn't receive what I paid for. Thank you McDonald’s for nothing.

The fries weren't seasoned, one of the hamburgers had no cheese in it and only a pickle, the Sprite had no carbonation and smelled like soap, the meat from every citizen we ordered was almost like it was burnt, overall the food didn't taste good I wouldn't recommend it.

I think they misunderstood FAST Food, waiting in line for half an hour for 2 milshakes and two burgers, then not even getting milshakes and paying the full price.

It would be great if the MA could explain how to adjust the outside light. Everything is dark, from 9 p.m. you have to search to find the branch. When asked about this, you are only laughed at and informed that no one on site knows how to activate the lights. WOW

On the recommendation of our grandson, we ate at McDonald's today and I have to say I recommend THIS branch 100%. Warm rolls, juicy meat, crisp salad - simply delicious. Not a long wait and all the employees were super nice. Thank you very much, we would love to come back.

The last fries I bought here tasted like they had been reheated 5 times. For this extremely high price you can expect top quality. Instead... Without further words. You can get other things here too. But why are the fries worse than their competitor Burger King?

Catastrophe! Total chaos in the branch, employees are constantly shouting. The food came after 26 minutes, the ice in the drinks had already melted, 3 of the 4 burgers were cold, as were the fries. We didn't receive the glass that we should have received with the menu. The guest room is dirty and untidy. It's a shame that despite the many negative recessions there is no change. No, this branch won't see us again for the time being.

Dry fries like the day before yesterday, just warmed up again in the microwave, crispy chicken wasn't freshly prepared either, very hard crust and tough on the inside, great terminals to order yourself, haven't been there for a long time and due to the extremely inferior products it won't be It'll be a while before I go to McDonald's again. Trash trolleys were overflowing, there was hardly any activity, 10 employees in the kitchen area but no one to clear away the trash. No recommendation. At least the food came quickly but as I said it was ready from the day before yesterday.

Saturday around 12 p.m.: Ordering at the terminal was quick, then we waited almost 15 minutes, even though there wasn't much going on. Apparently the last, female, unmotivated, Eastern European. Staff in the kitchen. That's how the sticky fries and the other half-warm products tasted. Cleanliness at the tables was satisfactory. No comparison with the branch on the A10 (Berlin-Marzahn) visited 14 days ago or the Polish branches on the motorway towards the Baltic Sea (there are even bright, friendly and clean rooms there, with warm water in the toilets. Conclusion: that was it a good McDonald's branch, now you can only waste your money there. It's a shame, but there used to be motivated and capable staff.

I was yesterday there, the machines to order were full, quite the line to use them. What is more incredible is that at the same there were many workers just standing by the front desk. I wanted to order directly there, and a super rude woman just signed with her finger to a paper, apparently every order needs to be made by the machines, strange. However I did it. When I got the cheese burger, the cheese was cold, and way to much mustard 🤢. If you want McDonald's, just look for an other one if you want a good service not definitely with that ogre hehe.

Unfortunately, burgers were missing once again and we only noticed it when we got home. We used several coupons, but the additional burgers were missing. You should urgently train your staff better.

Big Ms. Donald's. E parking space, clean toilet, playground, McKaffe. Everything is delicious, but the potatoes were cold and not tasty. Next time you should change to a fresh one. All other food met the standards🤗

McDonalds, what can you say? It's mediocre everywhere. Standard clean, standard friendly, standard price, standard speed. Same same as anywhere else.

The chocolate milkshake was definitely not chocolate, inedible. The fries are way too well done and in general there was a lot of skimping on the ice cream and the sauce. Never thank you again

Was in this McDonalds yesterday. Ordering was quick thanks to the availability of sufficient ordering terminals and my order was at the table in less than 5 minutes. Overall everything was clean here. Would come here again if things have to go quickly.

We popped in for a quick ice cream, and it was brought to our table very quickly. Everything was fine and it happened quickly. Cleanliness is acceptable, the tables could be cleaned more often, but other than that it was very fine.

Order terminals don't work properly, keep hanging up.. It happened to a lot of people in line. At the checkout you are turned away and told to order at the terminals. And then the voucher should no longer be valid because it had already been scanned at the terminal... Service was zero. N

Everything was fine so far. The food was delivered to the table and was fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the trolleys with the trays were constantly overcrowded the entire time I was there and people just put them on them or left them on the tables. I find that very unsavory.

Attention, check your order! Every order we've made recently has been incomplete. You don't have to expect cleanliness at this McDonald's, the tables in the dining room are sticky and the floor is dirty. Actually zero stars.

Really disgusting, I don't go there anymore. I bought a McCrisby bacon without cheese and they made me wait half an hour to get it cold with cheese. -I say, if it's late and you want to close, instead of charging for the order and then having a disgusting meal, it's better to tell the customer that it's late and it's not possible to take orders assume, right?

Went there with my friends and we all ordered citizen fries. When the food came after 20 minutes it was ice cold 🥶 and smelled of mold. The citizen's fries combo tasted far too dry and didn't even fill me up. DISGUSTING🤮

Recently, you no longer get straws when you buy drinks to take away. I don't know the reason for this, because the employee at the counter didn't speak German (a clever idea for a store in a big German city) and none of the countless other employees who stood around him felt compelled to tell me this to explain. Or they didn't know German either, I have no idea. So here you are again alienating paying guests because of a penny item. Mr. Dany seems to be able to afford it. You easily pay €60-70 (that used to be 120-140 D-Marks!) for 4 people and then have to beg (in vain!) for drinking straws. But that's apparently normal in a store where you can pay 50 cents for 20 ml of ketchup (the Americans would laugh their asses off). And one more thing, Mr. Dany - when are you finally going to remove the McCafé counter, which has been unused for years, to make room for more tables or a waiting area for the many Lieferando drivers who otherwise block the space in front of the serving counter? Or do you first have to save more drinking straws in order to be able to finance it? However, Ottendorf makes me doubt the lack of money.

I couldn't order anything due to a technical problem. A pity. Colleagues were still able to order and I had to switch to the diet program...

At first I tried to order food from the car lane, but the employee didn't know English. The breakfast was really tasty and the family liked it too. Good car parking front of the restaurant

We were in the restaurant on March 6, 2024 and were treated very well. The burgers are really picture perfect. Craftsmanship is still held in high regard here.

Our experience at McDonald's last night was absolutely disappointing. The staff was extremely disorganized and seemed like they had no structure or efficiency. We only ordered four cheeseburgers but had to wait almost 20 minutes for our order to be ready. Only one other customer was in the restaurant with us. Meanwhile, I observed employees criticizing each other and behaving unprofessionally. The service manager just stood there and seemed to be busy getting everything ready for the end of the day instead of taking care of the customers. The burgers tasted accordingly. Absolutely not recommended.

Fast and nice 1 service at Mc Drive. But have you ever bitten into a Big Mac and had the wrong sauce on it? Not so great.

Sehr hundefreundlich und schnell.

Mit dem Aufbau des Lieferdienstes sehr lange Wartezeiten, das Personal teilweise sehr genervt. Die Reinigung der Tische und Stühle lasst auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Da vergeht einem die Lust überhaupt noch dort hinzugehen. Früher gab es zu dem Mc. Rib ein Feuchttuch dazu. Jetzt nicht mehr 😐.

Man hat seine Ruhe und wird auch nicht mit nervigen Parkzeiten gehetzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Restaurant wirkt sauber und gepflegt.

25 Minuten Wartezeit für ein Burger...und das um 16 Uhr.....

Also ich bin in Deutschland schon viel bei McDonalds gewesen ...aber dieser gehört definitiv zu den schnellsten und freundlichen.....oder ich hatte mehrmals glück.....zumindest habe ich persönlich hier nie Probleme gehabt

Eigentlich war heute alles wie gewohnt bei Mc Donalds. Die Gerichte haben geschmeckt, der Service war nett. Es lagen Servietten auf dem Boden und die Stühle waren voll Fettfingern. Das lässt sich aber sicherlich nicht vermeiden.

1. Besuch vor Ort - Ketchup und Milchshake vergessen 2. Besuch Drive In - 2 von 10 Hamburger fehlen …man könnte denken, es sei ein Versehen. Heute 3. Besuch Drive In - Zuhause stellten wir fest, dass wieder 2 Burger fehlen. Wenn man aber als Familie Zuhause essen möchte und dann etwas fehlt, ist das schon nicht schön. Daran sollte das Team arbeiten!

Bestellung 222 vom 02.12.2023 (00:39:47) Die zwei Chickenburger fehlten. Wollte anrufen aber es geht gerade keiner ran. Könnte zurückfahren, aber wie soll ich denn beweisen dass ich verarscht wurde? [...] Eben. Hätte ich eher merken müssen dass der eine Beutel auf keinen Fall ausreicht. Keine Ahnung ob mein Anruf registriert wurde, aber meine Nummer endet auf "279". Naja egal. Trotzdem doof dass so Etwas mir passiert bei dem McDonalds was bei mir direkt um die Ecke ist.

Heute war keine Bestellung möglich obwohl es beworben wird

Einfach MC Donalds, einfach gut. Schmeckt mir seit 23 Jahren sehr lecker. Da es vom Ambiente umgebaut wurde, ist nun auch ein riesen Tablet für Kinder vor Ort.

Sie sind wirklich für jeden Ansturm gewachsen , obwohl sehr viel los war , ging es zügig vorran u d das Personal war sehr freundlich

Pommes nicht gesalzen; Cheeseburger wurden ohne Gurken bestellt, natürlich wurden die Cheeseburger mit Gurken zubereitet und ausgegeben. Freundlichkeit lässt ebenso zu wünschen übrig.✌🏻

Benutzt man den Mc Drive und bestellt das Essen online ist es unkompliziert und einfach . Über die App Coupons aktivieren und zeitgleich Punkte sammeln. Zeitgleich erspart man sich das Warten. Man wird dort stets sehr höflich und zuvorkommend behandelt und es hat auch nie etwas in der Bestellung gefehlt. Die Burger etc haben das gewohnt hohe Mc Donalds Niveau.

Es ist immer schade, wenn man ziemlich lange warten muss, bevor das Essen kommt, obwohl das Restaurant nicht so gut besucht war, zumindest als wir da waren. Die Pommes waren nicht mehr ganz so toll, was uns jetzt aber egal war, weil wir die nur zum füllen bestellt haben. Ärgerlich war der MC Rib, der hatte so wenig Soße, als hätte man ihn nur mal die Soße gezeigt, da sollte besser aufgepasst werden, denn die Soße ist nun mal das Beste daran. Alles andere war ok. Die Mitarbeiter etwas unmotiviert, aber um diese Zeit können wir darüber hinweg sehen. Und ein Lächeln dem Gast gegenüber, macht viele kleine Minuspunkte weg, nur mal als kleiner Tipp.

Bin nicht so für McDonald's Preise stimmen nicht mit dem Produkt was man bekommt finde es teuer

Hab heute mal geachtet was hinter den Tresen abläuft.. Das Personal wurde einfach vom Schichtleiter so herabwürdigend behandelt. Anscheinend mangelt es hier an organisation und schulung, trotzdem kein Grund es an den Mitarbeitern auszulassen

Bestes McDonald’s in der Stadt. Aber, wo sind das bitte „große“ Pommes?

Das Personal ist freundlich, das Lokal ist sauber. Jedoch etwas Zeit sollte man einplanen wenn es voll ist. Das Ambiente ist McDonalds üblich leider der übliche Einheits Brei aber ist dem franchise geschuldet. Bestellt wird an Bestell points wo man anklicken kann das einem das Essen zum Tisch gebracht wird man kann es aber auch am Tresen abholen.

Hatte gerade eben einen mc chicken gekauft- der komplette Salat auf dem Burger war vergammelt. So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren!
