I waited 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers, which ended up being cold.

My friend Willy only got his cheeseburger after 20 minutes and is unfortunately very annoyed; he won't be going back to this place. PS: The cheeseburger looks like someone stepped on it.

Cooking at home takes only half the time of a Happy Meal! Don't call yourselves a fast-food restaurant! Never again!

Almost every order was faulty; something was almost always missing. Aren't the orders checked? It's very disappointing that half of two of the meals were missing.

Far too long a wait; takeaway orders take much longer than eating in.

Waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru for three cheeseburgers has nothing to do with fast food. And then the food isn't even properly warm.

I ordered breakfast today at 10:20 a.m. via the app and paid immediately (via PayPal). As a customer, you naturally expect to receive your breakfast if you place and pay for it in time – even if you arrive at the restaurant shortly after 10:30 a.m. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I even waited a few minutes in the parking lot to give the staff enough time. Despite this, I was told that breakfast was no longer available because the system supposedly only starts preparing it once the customer is present. At the same time, it's no longer possible to "book" breakfast after 10:30 a.m. – even though my order was completed and paid for at 10:20 a.m. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Had I known this beforehand, I would, of course, have gone to the restaurant before 10:30 a.m. or directly to the drive-thru. Now I'm left without breakfast – even though it was paid for and hasn't even been prepared. : ... Unfortunately, this incident is just the latest in a series of problems with this branch. There have already been two or three instances of errors, including missing items, incorrect orders, and unprepared food. This latest incident was the final straw. I find it outrageous that customers are denied a paid order simply because of rigid system limitations. Perhaps McDonald's should urgently reconsider how app orders can be processed more customer-friendly in such cases. After this repeated disappointment, I will avoid this branch in the future and choose another one. It's no wonder they're getting such negative reviews.

Unfortunately, I have to confirm the repeated reports from other customers about this McDonald's branch that takeout orders are incomplete. Even with my order on December 10, 2025, which was handed over after a 20+ minute wait, I discovered at home that it was incomplete. Mistakes happen, so I emailed the branch the next day to report the incident. After sending the email, I read in the Google reviews that this is apparently not an isolated case at this branch. To this day, I have still not received a reply to my email. This incident, and the nature of the response (or lack thereof) to my report, will definitely lead us to avoid this branch in the future.

I was at the drive-thru on December 11th, 2025, around 8 pm, and the gentleman who took my order was super nice and funny. It was very pleasant ordering from him.

Before the renovation, it was nicer there and the service seemed better.

Unfortunately, the staff are unable to make the burgers with the correct toppings. Leaf and cucumber don't belong on the Big Rösti 🙃

How can someone be so stupid as to forget a whole burger? Can't they count back there or what? The pay can't be that bad.

So... guys, where's your headwear? Everyone's got a hair tie and a ponytail... but as far as I know, a cap is mandatory at McDonald's.

It's starting to annoy me that food is constantly missing from every order.

Anyone who thinks the renovation was also used to streamline processes and service is mistaken. In this branch, you have to check every single order very carefully. There's hardly one that isn't missing something. It's practically a blatant hint that other places make great burgers too.

In my opinion, it's just awful now. Since the renovation, McDonald's feels like a dark factory where you're just processed. I used to enjoy going there, but now I only get takeout. The whole place is designed to serve as many people as possible. The employees stand behind the counter like robots, waiting for the next customer. If you order takeout, you and the employees stare at each other the whole time. Very unpleasant. Both of my burgers were completely cold today, and the employee only replaced one. Outrageous! The quality has really declined. I was a regular customer for 10 years. The emphasis is on "was."

I was very rudely snapped at by the manager because I asked if the order that was ready on the counter was mine. I suspect she was stressed, but I'm sure she unfairly took it out on me! As a customer, I don't want to be treated so rudely. Therefore, the service was very poor in this particular situation.

A ridiculous ordering system, you wait 25 minutes for 2 burgers... they call themselves a fast food restaurant, I can't stop laughing.

We have been waiting for our order for 45 minutes. Many people who came after us have received their food, and our order is being ignored.

Terrible service. Waited for an hour for our order. After an hour it turned out that our order had been given to someone else and we had to wait again

The return cart was full, the air conditioning was blowing cold air on my neck even though it's almost November. Otherwise, it's just a McDonald's like any other.

We ordered food at the terminal and waited a long time. When our number was called, we were told the order had already been sent out. After a lengthy and unfriendly discussion, our order was reordered. The quality was beyond poor. The fries weren't cooked through. The health inspectors probably wouldn't be allowed to inspect the restrooms; otherwise, the place would likely be shut down. Unfortunately, even one star is too generous.

I'm always amazed at how LONG it takes here, no matter what you order.

Very disappointing. Waited 45 minutes for food, and then the burgers were cold. Instead of a Big Tasty Bacon Chili Cheese, there was a regular Big Tasty. I won't be coming back.

Except for the fries, everything in the order was wrong. You could watch the employees helplessly trying to pack the orders correctly. Sorry to whoever got my order.

We had made a reservation for a child's birthday party, and when we arrived, there were no tables available. And the waitress just left us standing there. That was great with six hungry and excited children. We ended up sitting outside. 🥶👎

The new employees are terrible. You don't get your food on time. It takes a damn long time, and I just can't believe it. It's a terrible disgrace. I want to leave here and I can't even take my food with me because the workers aren't fast. Unbelievable!

Food was only lukewarm, chicken burger, cheeseburger and the fries

The branch has been recently renovated and looks very modern and well-designed. While it takes some getting used to the new concept, it makes a good overall impression. Everything is clean and tidy. The employees are friendly, and our special requests have always been accommodated. On the downside: €200 bills are not accepted, and PayPal doesn't work either. For me as a tradesman, it's an absolute no-go if cash (larger bills) or simple digital payment methods aren't available. Otherwise, a good location that we no longer visit regularly.

It was closed, but it showed as open. That's not how you treat people; I'd rather give it 0 stars.

According to the website and website, it's open, but I arrive and find it's closed for renovations. It can't be that difficult to set a "temporarily closed" status in the digital age. Hence the zero stars.

We were denied permission to order because we were apparently too young (17, 18). I was told to leave, but the same person also blocked my exit. I wouldn't recommend it, and there's no official law prohibiting minors from ordering there in the evening. The entire situation was handled very unfriendly and unclearly.

Yes, the food was good as always, afterwards I had diarrhea as usual, but more sauce in the burgers would have been better.

Usually, McAfees are pretty good, but not this one. The prices aren't particularly cheap; the croissant was soggy and too greasy, and the pecan cookie had almost no pecans and was too sweet. The cappuccino is okay, but the espresso is too cold. The only positive is that the dining room is modern and very clean.

Was disappointed this time. Toys were missing. There was no water or apples in the kids' menu. The McWrap was missing salad. There was no shake either. Too bad.

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. We ordered in advance via the app. When we arrived, we waited at least another 20 minutes for our food. The restaurant looked like a mess. The tables were dirty, the floor was littered with trash (food scraps, packaging), and then, to my horror, an employee actually came and wiped down all the tables with a rag. He didn't even rinse it in between, but just sprayed it from table to table with a cleaning spray. Disgusting.

Now, for the second time, I've had to endure the same rude employee. At the drive-thru, they made rude remarks, used an inappropriate tone, and displayed unfathomable arrogance. It's a shame, the food was fresh and hot. Unfortunately, no complaints can be made at the restaurant itself. The service here needs to be improved.

Yesterday, for the umpteenth time, the order was incomplete, and the fries were often forgotten, as if that were part of the restaurant's ethos. They didn't even offer a follow-up order; instead, they told you to get them with your next order, so you should make a note. 🤣 Yeah, right, exactly.

After 15 minutes, I asked how long it would take, and the answer was, "Yes, it'll take a while." I then left the restaurant without the two burgers. Maybe it was better that way.

The food takes an unusually long time to prepare. Unfortunately, the fries and nuggets are usually cold.

We just had to wait about 20 minutes at the McDonough Drive-Thru, and there was no information about the problem. In the end, there wasn't even an apology. Previously, you even got a free drink or something similar.

Your app is the worst! Every time you order, you only get a message asking you to go to the employee with a code. Time savings are zero. ...I'll be going back to Burger King soon, knowing it works smoothly.

Food as usual at McDonald's. But the order took an incredible 20 minutes.

You constantly receive incomplete or incorrect orders, whether you order and eat in the restaurant or order at the drive-thru. When you call, you're just laughed at on the phone and given comments like, "Be glad you have something to eat!" - even though you ordered for almost €22 and received a different order for €14. I won't go there again, as things aren't getting any better. There's no point in checking my order every time to make sure everything's there and correct, given the numerous alternatives available.

Even though we had to wait 10 minutes for the freshly prepared product, the entire order was warm and delicious. I recommend it!

A completely normal fast food temple. The restroom was closed for cleaning (printed notice), but no one was to be seen cleaning. After a complaint, parts of the order were served later. The food is typical McDonald's. In the evening, the exit is very dark compared to the rest of the area.

In itself, typical McDonald's... Everything's fine... the staff cleaning is perfectly legitimate. But does the staff have to sweep under our table with their broom while we're eating? In the wrong place at the wrong time.

Once again, the packed bag was incomplete. I personally asked the staff about it the next time and received the snide reply that I could step aside and check for myself whether everything was there. So, service is absolutely paramount at MC. It can't be due to a lack of staff; they've been getting on each other's toes for ages. It's probably more a matter of qualifications and constant chatter among themselves, rather than proper work.

We went to McDonald's twice within two weeks and ordered takeout. It's not possible to check the bag every time, but both times something we ordered was missing, which we only noticed when we got home. They need to be more careful here.

I've ordered several times now via Uber Eats or in the branch. I really don't have any expectations of MC, but this is just disgusting. Whenever I order food via Uber Eats, something is ALWAYS missing. I've had 8 out of 10 times where something was missing. There have also been several times where you could smell that the burgers were no longer good and you get sick as soon as you eat them. It's just as bad at home. I'll never order from there again; my sister got a stomach bug from it.

It's a real shame and disappointing that the vegan dishes have been removed from the menu. This shouldn't happen, especially in a student town and a trendy, left-leaning corner of the city. Unfortunately, we're no longer here.

Very very excellent, the prices are very reasonable and the place is very quiet

It's simply a disgrace. We ordered takeout. It was completely wrong. The only thing that was correct was the receipt. I called them immediately, and the gentleman said I should expect it since it's not a restaurant. Incidentally, this was the second time. That's why I called this time.

Just ordered food from MC Drive. Because we were in a hurry, we didn't check right away... and of course we received the wrong food. The woman at the cash register/window was unfriendly.

It feels like 10 people are running back and forth and you ask yourself, who of them is working? And you can't eat it either, these limp and tasteless rolls dissolve into 10 pieces with the first bite...

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to many, many. The food was fresh, warm and even crispy. I felt really comfortable, the staff were nice and open-minded. They even smiled. The ambience is very nice, cleanliness is constantly taken care of and customers are taken into consideration. I have absolutely zero complaints. To be honest I can only praise the whole thing, definitely come here. It was just bomb💪🏻

McDonald's with a difference. The entire entrance area and the dining room smell disgustingly of urine, the floor is sticky and most of the tables are extremely dirty. Shortly before 9 a.m. you have to do it first. It's also kind of an achievement. Still ate something because I was hungry. At least the food was good and the staff was very friendly and quick.

Unfortunately, we had a rather negative experience at the drive-in on Sunday. I can still accept the longer waiting times but unfortunately the fries were already cold and the toys were missing from both Happy Meal portions. Unfortunately I can't recommend...

The best McDonald's in town! Great service and always tasty

Just like any other McDonald's. Price/performance has been far from common decency for decades, but over €15 for three modest cheeseburgers and a milkshake with almost nothing left in it... unbelievable!

Self-ordering and take-out are also convenient.

Mäcces is what it is... But what's wrong with your fries? Soft, limp, super thin shreds... That's really sad... You can't expect much and you'll be disappointed by the fries. Mäcces should really improve this and perhaps find its way back to its “old strength”. And if I have to order at the ordering station, it would be great if I could choose again whether I wanted ice in my drink. (The drink was then replaced without ice.) It's a shame that was taken out. The mcRib is also only dry, so the cloths would become obsolete. Started weak and faded strongly... At least it wasn't dirty, there was toilet paper in the toilets, the M is great and the nuggets were great. The coffee is wonderful and the apple turnover is consistently good.

Everything is ok in itself, but what I unfortunately find a bit disrespectful (criticism of the operator) is that the disabled toilet has a door that is only half closed and that is right next to the ordering zone, where I could hear every word from the customers and everyone could hear me peeing! It would be nice if you could go to the toilet just as respectfully as people without disabilities! Thanks for the hopefully soon privacy change.

The McDrive employee (middle-aged, gray hair, glasses) is the unfriendly employee I have ever experienced. He always makes a face that you can't define (if you don't want your inferior job, get out of it) he doesn't ask what you want when you order and behaves like a high school student with the IQ of a Bigmac! Termination would be appropriate! (I didn't know that the job at Mcdonalds was so bad)

Just like every McDonalds restaurant. No surprises, just cardboard with meat on top. Update January 28, 2024: Unfortunately, this branch has been going downhill for a few months. You can scrape together a whole menu from the table, benches and chairs are dirty, the food looks like it was thrown in the packaging. When I pointed out that the table needed to be wiped, an employee came, put my food on the leftovers and someone else was supposed to wipe around it. The wiper indicated to the other person that he should pick up the tray and then only wipe the top and not the edges. Apparently there were also some difficulties in communication. There was probably a change in personnel here.

Got the wrong food twice!!!!! Food tastes good, quite a bit of love when packing up.

I already have no expectations of McDonald's, but this branch far exceeds them. The burgers looked like they were being thrown from station to station, all the way to me. Unfortunately, they don't differ much from their sanitary facilities. Just pathetic, unfortunately.

Never go there again Constantly forgetting to pack food, even when you take it with you or eat there. It's the sixth time that people have forgotten something. Now they've forgotten my 6 nuggets and my apple spritzer. That's not just me, it's also the case with other people I know happened there too.

Typical McD. Branch, but easy to reach, enough free parking spaces for my visit and everything was freshly prepared. If you come at a convenient time, there is hardly any waiting time and everything is freshly prepared. Staff was friendly, as it should be everywhere.
