McDonald's in Dresden

Sehr unfreundlichen Personal, vor allem zu Kindern. Es wird ständig etwas vergessen, mal Saucen oder heute sogar zwei Cheeseburger. Bei einer Bestellung wurde das Spielzeug in allen 3 Happymeal nicht eingepackt. Es kam schon häufiger vor dass die Burger schon kalt waren.

Alles top! Parkplätze gut erreichbar, Toiletten sauber. Service geht schnell. Kleine Bestellung unterwegs - Cappuccino und Eis. Alles echt qualitativ - Cappuccino in der Tasse und Braunzucker dazu. Das kriegst Du nicht in jedem Mc. Also echt gut hier. Seht zu empfehlen.

Haben bei Lieferando bestellt 21 Uhr und brauchen 3 stunden um 0:00 Uhr wird es geliefert was ist das bitte??? Bodenlose Frechheit welcher Mensch will dann noch 0:00 Uhr kaltes Rester essen haben? Wollten das Essen nicht haben aber sieht leider keiner ein mussten es trotzdem so spät noch nehmen

Großes Lob an die Küche , heute war mein Doppel Cheeseburger so frisch und saftig . Die Pommes waren perfekt. Service sehr schnell und freundlich 👍🏼 so können wir das gerne wieder machen .

Personal fühlt sich gestört wenn man sich nach dem bezahlen an der Kasse mit seinem Partner drückt. Kommt direkt die Frage ob wir das bitte unterlassen können?? Ich war einfach nur sprachlos und vor den Kopf gestoßen. Nachdem mein Partner Nachfragte meinte er das es ihn persönlich stört. Am Ende wollte er es als Spaß hinstellen. Absolutes No Go, kein Stück Kundenfreundlichkeit. Mitarbeiter sollte dringend mal geschult werden. Wollten einfach nur ein Eis essen und gingen total vor den Kopf gestoßen raus. Das Eis schmeckte nach der Aktion gleich nicht mehr. Zeitpunkt 5.7 um 21.40 Uhr

Ich bin sprachlos❗️ Wir wollten heute einen gemütlichen Abend zu viert im Restaurant zur Goldenen Möwe verbringen. Das Desaster lies jedoch nicht lang auf sich warten. Mein Freund hatte sich eine „Golden Sauce“ bestellt, allerdings wurde ihm Senf geliefert. Das ist ein kleiner Fehler der jedem einmal passieren kann, ihm jedoch dann auch noch Chicken Nuggets an den Tisch zu bringen obwohl er Plant Nuggets bestellt hat bringt das Fass zu überlaufen. Im Verlaufe des Abends wurden wir dann auch noch von Riesen Hornissen belästigt, in der Nähe vermuten wir ein Nest . Alles in allem, kein schöner Besuch.

Seit dem umbau sieht es drinnen sehr schick aus. Vorher war aber besser also bitte erneut umbauen.

Wir haben diese Filiale in der Straße An d. Prießnitzaue 1a in Dresden vor Kurzem mit meiner Frau besucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Für uns gehört dieser Store definitiv zu den besten und am besten geführten McDonald’s-Restaurants in der Region.Schon beim Betreten fällt das moderne und einladende Design auf. Der gesamte Gästebereich, die Tische und auch die Bestellterminals waren absolut sauber und vorbildlich gepflegt. Das schafft sofort eine angenehme Atmosphäre, in der man sich gerne hinsetzt, um sein Essen zu genießen.Die Bestellung über die Touchscreens lief wie gewohnt kinderleicht und reibungslos. Was uns besonders begeistert hat, war die beeindruckende Geschwindigkeit der Küche: Obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war, wurde unser Essen in Rekordzeit und kochend heiß an den Tisch gebracht. Die Burger waren perfekt belegt, die Pommes super frisch, knusprig und ideal gesalzen – so wünscht man sich das!Auch das Team vor Ort verdient ein großes Lob. Die Mitarbeiter waren trotz des Trubels sehr gut organisiert, aufmerksam und überaus freundlich zu den Gästen. Zudem gibt es rund um das Gebäude ausreichend Parkplätze, was den Besuch absolut stressfrei macht.Fazit: Ein toller Zwischenstopp mit gewohnt leckerem Essen, top Service und erstklassiger Hygiene. Meine Frau und ich kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolut verdiente 5 Sterne!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir waren bereits mehrfach zu Besuch in Ihrem Restaurant in Dresden-Weißig. Leider ist uns dabei wiederholt ein äußerst unangemessener Umgangston seitens des Betriebs- bzw. Schichtleiters gegenüber den Mitarbeitern aufgefallen. Dieser Tonfall ist nicht nur intern problematisch, sondern auch für Gäste deutlich hörbar. Es kam bereits vor, dass sich andere Gäste irritiert angeschaut haben, da die Situation sehr unangenehm wirkte. Ein respektvoller Umgang sollte in jedem Unternehmen selbstverständlich sein – umso mehr in einem Umfeld, in dem Kunden anwesend sind. Wir empfinden dieses Verhalten als sehr störend und unprofessionell. Wir hoffen, dass Sie dieses Feedback ernst nehmen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Dauert eeeeeeewig!!!! Halbe Stunde für einen Coffee + Eis was beides in paar sek aus einer Maschine kommt. Schaum beim Cappu eingefallen, Schokosauce beim Eis ein Mini Klecks 🤦‍♀️

Super Laden und nette Mitarbeiter die auch Spaß verstehen und immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht haben.

Wir waren am Samstag (21.03.) gegen 15:00 Uhr hier nach einem Besuch der Veste Stolpen. Das Bestell-Terminal funktionierte super (kenn' sehr viele McD's wo's anders ist) und die Bestellung wurde auch recht zügig "geliefert" 😜. Das einzige was nicht gepasst hat war die !eingetrocknete! Soße auf dem einen Tisch, wo wir uns hinsetzen wollten. Vielleicht kann man an der Sauberkeit noch etwas nachbessern 😊.

Ich finde den umgebauten Mc Donalds super! Endlich mal wieder ein toller Platz für Kinder so wie früher :) mein Kind liebt es und wir auch.

Sehr schönes neues umgebauten Restaurant. Kann manmit allen Altersstufen besuchen.

In Bautzen ist jetzt McDonald echt Klasse. Viel besser als es war 😉

Nach dem Umbau mal wieder nen "optimiertes und modernes" McDonald's, was auf den Kunden genau den gegenteiligen Effekt hat. Eng, schlechter Wartebereich, Sitzplätze laden nicht zum verweilen ein. Fürs Drive through mag diese filiale noch taugen, aber um mit kumpels was futtern zu gehen taugt sie nix mehr.

Früher war mehr Platz zum verweilen. Jetzt sind mehr Tische und weniger Platz. Der Service ist Top.

Update 21.02.2026: Heute mal wieder da gewesen, nun deutlich besser. Service schnell, Innenraum und Toilette recht sauber. Wenn es so bleibt gibt es beim nächsten mal die volle Sternezahl. Wir waren heut kurz zum snacken da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zubereitung ging schnell- war aber auch nicht viel los. Haben durch einen Fehler auch alle Getränke kostenlos eine Nummer größer bekommen. :-) Aber was mich gestört hat... Der Boden war wirklich verschmutzt und die Tische waren nicht viel besser. Hier kann man ohne viel Aufwand deutlich besser werden. Also... MACHEN!

Leider waren die Pommes babisch und kalt genauso wie dir Burger. Genauso Unhygienisch finde ich es wenn man mit der Straßenkleidung erstmal durch die Küche rennt.

Neu umgestaltet. Ein Bestellterminal jetzt mit Blindenschrift und Hörausgabe. Ein schöner Indoorspielplatz und neue Gestaltung in Sitzbereiche in ruhiger Zonen. Kein komplett offener Raum mehr. Ich finde die Neugestaltung sehr gelungen!

Der Inhaber könnte das Restaurant gerne bei Google als vorübergehend geschlossen eintragen lassen.

Heute zwei Big Rösti gekauft - auf beiden fehlte das Fleischpatty!!!! Da Mitnahme, leider erst zuhause festgestellt. Unverschämt!

Das Team ist so was von gestresst und unfreundlich und mittlerweile kostet ein einfacher Burger über 2€ und wird immer kleiner. Einfach nicht mehr empfehlenswert.

Naja, Fastfood eben, sehr teuer geworden (wie alles), dafür ging es ratz-fatz am Drive - In Update November 2025: Beim Versuch Coupons einzulösen gab es Probleme. Eine Mitarbeiterin konnte mir nicht helfen, fragte Kollegen. Des pampige Antwort "na da kann ich jetzt auch nichts machen" hat mir gereicht um das 'Lokal' zu verlassen. Es war nicht einmal zu einem Viertel gefüllt, da frage ich mich was ihr macht wenn es mal richtig voll ist ... Bewertung demnach deutlich nach unten korrigiert ...

Das Essen ist wie überall... man muss zum satt werden ein Vermögen hinlegen. Habe jetzt einen neuen Trick, ein smart Menü kombinieren mit 4 Hamburgern. Auch noch ziemlich teuer, aber wenn bekommt wenigstens Kurzweilig das Gefühl von Sättigung...

Sehr entspannt dort, sitze dort gerne für mehrere Stunden mit Freunden. Alles top, kann mich nicht beschweren!

Wir gehen vielleicht 2-3 mal im Jahr zu diesem Restaurant. Wird irgendwie immer schlimmer. Personal gefühlt alles Neulinge, man sollte seine Bestellung definitiv überprüfen. Der Standardburger lag wahrscheinlich auch schon länger.

Macht jetzt jede Filiale ihr eigenes Ding? Bin bald der Meinung, diesen Standort zu meiden oder gar zu boykottieren!!! Was sollen diese beschissenen Öffnungszeiten- vor allem Sonn- und Feiertags? DAS und andere Aktionen hält und holt keine Kunden- ihr schaufelt euch damit eure eigene Grube....

I have to revise my previous review. In the last five visits to the drive-thru, I didn't receive everything I ordered three times. This is either fraud, complete incompetence, or the current staff can't read anymore. It's best to check immediately before causing stress with the children at home.

I was here this morning, October 23rd, at 8:15 a.m. because I'm a Mega Friends fan and you had some great cups. Two wonderful, friendly employees fulfilled my wishes, and we had a pleasant customer service conversation. I felt very comfortable, and I think it would be great if they both received the nice feedback.

It would be useful to be able to read and count customer orders.

Unfortunately, it's not as great as it was a few years ago. Hardly any German-speaking staff anymore, the fries are now just awful, the burgers aren't burgers anymore but just something thrown together, they're cold, nothing to look at, and the taste isn't worth recommending. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of my last order, otherwise I would have liked to upload them.

Fast food also means you have to leave within 90 minutes, otherwise parking will cost extra. Just to let you know.

I wanted to make a quick stop with my daughter. A slight hunger and a craving for ice cream were stronger. There were also new products, which her colleague Sonja explained to me calmly and with absolute affection. Then I had an additional request, which Sonja immediately fulfilled herself. Thank you so much, dear Sonja. Thank you for hiring people whose hearts are in the right place. I'll definitely be back and, of course, hope Sonja will be there again.

My Happy Meal toy was forgotten even though there was nothing going on in the store. How can you forget something like that?

Instead of garlic pepper nuggets I got the vegetarian nuggets :((( made my day worse and was expensive

This McDonald's is great. But in a negative sense. We usually eat at McDonald's quite often. We've stopped here in the past, too. But what we experienced last Saturday after 2 p.m. defies description. We didn't have a particularly large order. Two burgers, Chicken McNuggets, lattice potatoes, and a Coke to eat on the spot. It took forever—more than 30 minutes—for the food to finally arrive at our table. The quality, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired. Only the McDonald's was hot and fresh, the rest was barely lukewarm. I have no idea why it took so long. The restaurant wasn't overly busy. The restaurant's interior is also in poor condition. Some benches are missing. The seats are cordoned off with construction tape. Under a bench by the window at the back right of the restaurant, if you sit with your back to the kitchen, there's a cobweb that would have done justice to any horror movie. Truly creepy all in all. We won't be setting foot in this McDonald's restaurant again anytime soon.

It's just a fast food joint... The prices are okay, some of the burgers and especially the breakfast options taste pretty good. There's always just a tiny slice of ham on them, and the burgers are usually only warm if you choose something with extras, as only then are they kept fresh rather than lukewarm forever. Otherwise, of course, none of the burgers match the promised picture. But hey, the milkshakes are good, the breakfast, when warm, is really delicious, and for the prices, it's still pretty good.

A terrible, choleric boss, or whatever he is, rude, annoyed, and very, very unfriendly, complaining to his colleagues in front of both of me, and today to us... It went too far. I'm always very friendly, even coming from a retail background, but this man is absolutely pompous and almost aggressive. Never again! The poor employees!

I'm actually a loyal customer and have always been satisfied – especially the quick preparation and consistent taste. But this time I was unfortunately disappointed: There was a clearly visible piece of paper between the ingredients in my burger. This kind of thing simply shouldn't happen. It's not only completely unappetizing, but also potentially harmful to my health. The thought that I almost ate the piece is, quite frankly, pretty disgusting. I sincerely hope that this incident is taken seriously and that more attention is paid to hygiene and care in preparation in the future. A mistake like this destroys trust in the kitchen – and that's a shame.

If possible I would have given zero stars! Only for people who check everything carefully! I pre-ordered via the app, so nothing can be blamed on “misunderstood” or anything like that! First the Sprite, which was specially ordered without ice cream, was of course with ice cream, which was immediately noticed and complained about! But actually there were 2 glasses to order - as listed in detail in the order overview, but when we got home we realized that only the yellow glass was included and not the green glass! A reason for me never to come here again! Because the glasses are the only reason for me to eat anything at MC. The food itself is not my thing! Conclusion absolutely not recommended!

Drive-in on Sunday around 7 p.m. It is generally understandable that there is a lot going on and this was also briefly communicated at the ordering window. After 10 minutes the order was finally taken. But what happened next couldn't happen at a FAST food restaurant. After the ordering process, it took an incredible 25 minutes until we received our order at the drive-thru. Only to discover that a burger is missing. After waiting for over 35 minutes, there were three people in the car, one of whom only had Coke and fries. Thank you too.

Never there again! Was there with my child in the middle of the day. Apart from us there was only one other mother and child there. As it happens, the children became friends and played together. This is how time passed. I didn't think anything else of it. In between we also got food again and were there for 2 hours. And I also suddenly received mail this week and now I have to pay a fine of 35 euros because I exceeded the maximum parking time for 38 minutes. Of course I wrote to the company responsible and explained everything. These show no goodwill. That was definitely the last visit there for us and probably the last one at McDonalds.

Clean, toilets too (paper towels), food standard, location good - what more could you want from a McDonald's.

I went there to get something to eat with my son yesterday because it had to be done quickly. The food was prepared relatively quickly and squeezed into the bag very carelessly. Some of the burgers were mashed. The worst thing, however, was that we had two menus, one a surprise box (Minecraft) and one Happy Meal. Since I have a small, enthusiastic Minecraft fan, we politely asked if the figure could be selected for the Happy Meal. The lady reacted with crossed arms and a noticeable roll of her eyes and told me provocatively that it was a surprise. I said that it had never been a problem in the past and that my son would be very happy with a special figure. However, she laughed at me and stuck to her opinion. A friendly gentleman (probably a branch manager) intervened and said that it would work. My son was shocked by the woman's manner and that was the end of it for us. Unfortunately, the lady has a negative reputation in the area and unfortunately I now have to confirm this. Dear McDonalds team, we always enjoy coming to you, but this lady in question shouldn't be working with people in service. Humanly very disappointing...

A model McDonald's. The order came in a very short time, was fresh and the service was very friendly. Everything was very clean, modern and up to date. Even a good waste separation station is standard there. There should be more of that. The parking lot is also very large and there are several charging stations for electric cars. The whole thing is rounded off by a current and new layout of the restaurant. It's definitely worth taking a break here if you're in the area. Keep it up!

Completely exorbitant prices with poor food quality. The cleanliness in the restaurant was also poor, many tables were dirty even though there were hardly any guests there. Never again!

You order cheesecake and get a chocolate block on your plate because cheesecake is supposed to be out...I HATE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Went to McDonald's this evening around 6:45 p.m., ordered food to take away. It wasn't very busy and we didn't wait 4 minutes. We are there about 5 times a year if it's on the way! Unfortunately we discovered again that a purchased product was missing...1xMcRip...but they were already at home...very annoying! It can happen, but strangely enough, that's been the case on 3 out of 5 recent visits. I really don't understand how this can happen with 8 items in our case!

Cheese on burger not melted, burger repeatedly cold. Overall, this branch is not very clean. Dirty tables... everything was very dirty under the tables too. Staff but friendly.

The facility is absolute crap. Employees are inattentive and rude, and most importantly, they deceive the client, and instead of correcting the mistake and asking for forgiveness, they blame the client for everything. Sorry, if you opened an American establishment, then you should have an American customer orientation, and not the feeling that the customer is "nobody" and we will show him. Tonight there were no people. The institution was almost empty. We went in and tried to place an order using the machine, but it kept knocking out, jumping out of the program and we asked the employee to help us. I clearly asked several times to order the Big Mac menu, which consisted of a burger, fries and Coca-Cola, and one medium sized coffee. He started to press something, in the end it showed 2 positions: big mac menu and medium-sized coffee with 1 sugar. I asked if it was true, my husband and I answered yes. What was our surprise when they brought us one burger, one coke, 1 giant cup of coffee and another smaller one. When I said that it was a mistake, it was not our order, the employee started talking to us in an aggressive manner, accusing us that this is exactly what we ordered him, and that he is right, and we are not, and all that other stuff. We got extra fries for our son who was totally confused. And they sat, feeling like absolute idiots, who had been treated unfairly and were also blamed for everything. I will make a special note about the cola, which is full to the brim with ice when it is very cold outside. And I will mention coffee separately. Coffee is just disgusting. This is not coffee, this is water, which was used to wash the coffee machine and offered to the customer to drink. Just disgusting, bitter brown water. Where in the world I have not been to McDonald's, it is the worst both in terms of food quality and service. 1 is too many for you. You are 1 with a minus sign.

For that money you can now eat out properly, without paper straws and wooden cutlery. Children were all annoyed by the paper drinking straws. It's just disgusting to drink milkshakes with a straw like that

After an ungodly drunk club night in Dresden, I was tearing up a few citizens. Ambience ass otherwise everything is good

Worst McDonald's in the area or rather that I've ever been to, orders in McDrive are regularly missed, burgers are missing or the wrong ones, fries forgotten, everything was already there. Today we simply had a Hamburger Royal TS instead of the BigTastyBacon we ordered. Strangely enough, the mix-ups are exclusively to the detriment of the customer. If you buy in another store you pay for free.

The rolls at the BigMac downstairs were still cold, they were definitely too short on the toaster. Table sticky. But table service was very pleasant and quick. A colleague also went around and wiped the tables, we just weren't lucky enough to catch one that had been wiped. Other food was “normal McD”. Nuggets good, fries good. Individualized cheeseburgers very good. Parking situation a bit special. Weird arrangement and routes.

Food, as always, nice and greasy. The mc sunnday tasted a lot like diabetes. Staff friendly except for the one with curls. I can only say very unfriendly therefore only one star for service, but you can also thank your best employees

Normally I rarely go to fast food restaurants, but we grabbed something to take with us on the way back to the Pansion. What can I tell you, like everywhere else.

Food as always, system catering. Long waiting time for a TS, 9er nuggets and a coke...no one in front of me...

The kids want a round of McD after training, you drive there for half an hour, only to find out when you get home that the HappyMeal and all the sauces are missing :( too far away to drive there again, unfortunately a real disappointment today. At least it was The rest, which was actually in the bags, was delicious and the salad was fresh. A very friendly team today too.

Branch manager is an imposition here, food is simply handed out without the person even buying it without checking and branch manager then also says that anyone can never come to this branch again.

So that's really outrageous. You often go to McDonald's, collect points diligently in the app, exchange the points for fries and then the bags are only half full. The bag wasn't even fully opened yet. Unfortunately we only noticed it in the car as we took the food with us. If it were possible there would be negative stars!

A nice McDonald's with great noise isolation, friendly staff and short waiting times. Plus it wasn't crowded on a Saturday lunchtime.

I'm always happy to be there when I need a quick meal. On the way back from a move I helped with or when coming home from vacation when the fridge was empty.

Our child was not allowed to trade his toys. That wouldn't be possible. Another child's toy was swapped. My burger was completely crooked and you could hardly eat it.

I arrived in a good mood with my little son and left in a bad mood after a very long wait. Very unfriendly staff, which was the fault of mine (how our order had disappeared). I've never experienced anything like this.

Absolutely no recommendation! The order board has hung up. This means the voucher is lost! After we informed the employees, all we got was the statement: “That’s just the way it is now” and “tough luck”. When we asked whether they could reactivate the voucher manually as an employee or offer us an alternative solution, we were told “This is IT and I'm standing here” “I can't do anything about it”. Absolutely incompetent and not customer friendly! Order board, which you now HAVE to use to order, fails and the customer is to blame. It doesn't work at all!!!!!

The best Mc'Donalds you can find in Dresden and the surrounding area. Nice and familiar team, which gives you a good feeling during your stay. Food is prepared to standard and tasty. No matter what time of day you visit, the place is always neat and clean. Prices and products generally depend on the franchise and the on-site team at least offers great service. And with breakfast you really outdid yourself in terms of innovation. I would also be happy to come with more travel distance; I'd love to be a regular again :-)
