McDonald's in Dresden

I think Megges is delicious, but 1. I ordered a chocolate ice cream and got the wrong one twice, how could anyone screw that up? 2. I got a Coke instead of an ice tea. 3. We stood in line for 35 minutes for our order to be called, and our order was for a small burger and a small ice cream. So I wonder how all this could happen. Some employees just stand around stupidly, as if they have nothing to do. That's just disgusting. The toilet looks like a sloppy bucket!!!

It's really tasty, but you have to wait a really long time. Today we had to wait 30 minutes just for a McFlurry and a double chicken burger. It's really unacceptable.

Dear McDonald's team, we stopped by on Sunday to pick up some food for home. We'd like to sincerely thank Carlos at the counter. He's such a witty and charming employee. Unacceptable shift managers. 16 minutes of waiting time for one coffee and one cheeseburger. And then you get yelled at when you ask questions. She has no control over anything here.

Well, McDonald's isn't what it used to be...the last time.......

The nuggets were stale, the Happy Meal surprise was missing, and the fries were cold and oversalted. Bottom line: A waste of money. Everything has gone downhill dramatically. We're disappointed, and this is our last time here!

A good branch with fast service and friendly staff. The food was fresh and the drive-thru was quick. Unfortunately, the dining area was a bit messy, and the restrooms could have been cleaner. Overall, though, a solid McDonald's in Dresden.

Even though it was very quiet, the order at Mc Café took a long time. I haven't ordered from Mc Café in a long time. Back then, the desserts and drinks at least tasted good. The chocolate cake used to be really good. Now it's just the cheapest chocolate icing. It's really uneatable. Simply horrible! I had to throw the cake away, the taste was so bad. And I'm not the type to just throw food away, but in this case there was no other option. The same goes for the iced coffee shake choc/caramel. It used to taste good, but now it's just disgustingly sweet. The cheapest cream. After the sugar bombs, I had to drink half a liter of water. Never again will I get desserts or sweet drinks at McDonald's/Mc Café.

Instead of labeling the toilet as broken, they simply leave junk in front of the door. The food was okay, but it took a relatively long time to arrive.

Nowadays, only English is spoken, and there's hardly a single German serving staff member. Orders are often wrong, and it's just annoying! It seems as if everyone is hopelessly overwhelmed... It's a shame, it used to be better.

We come here often. Compared to the other branches in Dresden and the surrounding area, we have to highlight the particularly friendly employees here! Carlos stands out the most. You can come whenever you want, he's always smiling, he always greets you warmly, and he serves you more than you should! When you have such a friendly employee who goes out of his way to help customers, you've hit the jackpot! Thanks, Carlos♥️

It's a complete disaster. The staff barely understand German anymore, and for the second time out of three meals, the fries weren't included. There's no going back for me.

McDonald's in Gompitzer—our nearest McDonald's restaurant near Wilsdruff. We like to eat there, sometimes at the McDormand, especially when it's a voucher season. Small negative point: On a Saturday evening around 11:30 p.m., it was full of teenagers sitting there with their alcoholic drinks (open bottles of wine, open beers) to eat a burger and also populating the parking lot in front of the restaurant. I found that inappropriate; they weren't causing any trouble, but bringing alcohol into the restaurant is not appropriate. At one point, a huge firecracker was set off outside, but the staff didn't say anything about that either, silently accepting this bad habit of drinking alcohol.

Fast, clean, and very friendly staff, and delicious. The employee who brought us the food came back a second time and asked us if everything was okay and if it tasted good.

My review isn't about the prices, which have become beyond the pale. It's more about the store. Everything worked out perfectly here! Service, cleanliness, and atmosphere! Special praise goes to the employee who fulfilled our Happy Mail extra toy request. Thank you for your kind and helpful manner.

It is a pity that the indoor playground no longer exists

Prices keep going up. Quality keeps going down. It would be cool if you could get the ingredients on an €8 burger instead of on the side, with everything covered in sauce and the burger still warm. But that's just standard practice at this McDonald's. P.S. Since the change, your sauces for your nuggets have tasted awful across the board.

Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food came quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by McDonald's for the first time in a long time. 👌

Ordered a 2-course meal at the McDrive and when I got home... the entire burger was missing. Additionally, I waited about 15 minutes at the McDrive... it couldn't get much worse.

Everything was neat and clean, and the service was good. The burgers at McDonald's almost all taste bad, almost disgusting. BK is worlds better.

A cold burger was served. We returned it, and it was served cold again.

We are very disappointed we get the order and a McChicken is missing we called and the employee was unfriendly on the phone and had not apologized in the end we did not want the Mc anymore because we waited 1 hour never again

Everything is great so far, but if you order with the app and enter the new glasses (which are still there) and the app accepts it but then gets told there are no more, that's really shit....... Because if I get a confirmation after sending the order that the existing ones are there, they should be there too.

Dear McDonalds team from Dresden-Gompitz, I would like to thank you today for an experience of a different kind. I placed an order from you via Lieferando on the occasion of my grandson's birthday today. We, a grandma with three grandchildren, decided on a Happymeal and three menus. The delivery took place in a super fast time of 15 minutes. Unfortunately we were missing two drinks. I got in touch with a super nice colleague, which then ended by mutual agreement as follows: I would deliver the 2 bottles for the next order or a driver coming towards Freital would deliver the drinks. After about an hour the delivery arrived with a small thank you. Thanks for the friendly and quick solution. A thank you also goes to the two friendly drivers.

Nice big restaurant, great playground!!! Unfortunately, as with almost all McDonald's, the changing rooms are very small. Otherwise, absolute recommendation!!

Keine Empfehlungen, unfreundlich Aufreten und das Allerschlimmste. Man bestellt laktosefrei und bekommt genau das Gegenteil. Wenn man darauf hinweist, wird es runtergespielt. Ich glaub den Mitarbeitern ist die Auswirkung der Unverträglichkeit nicht bewusst. Meine Freunde , Familie und ich werden dieses Mc Donalds Restaurant meiden.

A beautiful, well-kept and quiet MCD. Rare but very pleasant.

Short break on the way to Prague. A quick coffee and a visit to the toilet and we were off. Pre-ordered the coffee using the app and it was ready when we arrived. It doesn't get any better.

Modern McDonalds with a nice atmosphere and lots of parking spaces. Lots of customers, but still good and fast service, sometimes a bit tight with seating, especially for families and larger groups.

We were here as a family and it was very full on Saturday evening so we didn't have a family table for ourselves and had to eat on stools in the middle, in the middle of the presentation plate for everyone to see - which we don't think was logical at all in terms of the atmosphere. The overall color scheme doesn't appeal to us as a family. The food was good but who took the curly fries out of the range?? Please come back again. :) The food was brought to our table relatively quickly after we ordered. But somehow you don't feel so comfortable that you want to stay longer.

Much better after the renovation. A nice atmosphere was created. Unfortunately, some customers don't appreciate this. I think everyone can clean up their mess, you don't want to find a dirty table. Unfortunately, some people are not taught this.

I ordered 2 happy milas and as a result they didn't give me a receipt, toys, and didn't put napkins either.

Ordered online, waited 25 minutes and noticed at home that 2 BigMacs were missing. Even Scooter would be disappointed.

Super friendly service. She forgot to bring something to the table. She immediately "floated" in a hurry and brought the forgotten burger. And apologized extra. Simply great. And in this MC Donalds at MC CAFE you get espresso from a porcelain cup. This has now become rare.

Interesting business practices for loyalty points used are sometimes quickly left out of another product. You can only see it when you pick it up when you get home. That's how it works too. Really great idea.

Just wanted to take a quick tour of Dresden and stop at McDonald's. We checked our cold drinks WITHOUT ice cubes and there were still some, the meat of the citizens was incredibly dark... won't be coming back.

Once again something was missing from the order. This shouldn't happen with 5 products. Very annoying as a customer.

I like going here. The service is good, the employees are very nice and accommodating. Here I would like to praise the gentleman with the glasses and the three-day beard! Great boss for the extra star. Before the renovation it was family friendly. Now it's unfriendly to families. The app is constantly spinning. Recently I really wanted the Big Rösti; get with voucher. None. Today it was only available for 250% more expensive. Last but not least, the wrong sauce was in there again

The food and drinks are as you would expect from Mcdonald's, the ordering was done quickly via the terminal, and the preparation was quick and thorough. The tables appear clean and the entire restaurant is neat and tidy.

Edit: December 15th, thanks for forgetting something again and pocketing €3.69. If you don't manage to pack a simple order correctly, you wonder what they can do right. Normal McDonald's offer. Cheeseburgers are usually quite old and already have a dry circle on the entire edge. Fries are usually too salty.

The way customers are treated is unfriendly and shameful. Half of the food was missing. Unappetizing, cold and if you want to give it back - you will be insulted. Never again!!! Then go to the old market!!!

Things that were ordered and paid for were forgotten again and again. However, we are tired of calling again and again to complain about this. It stays that way. The boys and girls are certainly stressed, but they also only have one job: to completely pack the orders. But they don't get it. It is as it was. Parts of the order are always missing. You no longer feel like calling and reporting the problem. Nothing changes.

So something completely different, I accidentally threw something into the trash that didn't belong there and a few hours later I remembered it. I then went back on site and asked the employees to help me find it again and got an extremely loving, nice and understanding boss to help me. I'm really grateful to her and would like to say a big compliment to you, despite the stress of that day. Just thank you 😊

Long waiting times, incorrect processing of individual orders. I waited 25 minutes for a chicken burger and 6 nuggets and then there was also a cheeseburger. Disastrous organization.

Since the renovation and the complete replacement of the employees, it has been nothing but a catastrophe. Waiting times beyond good and evil. There is generally something missing or there is something wrong in it and the food is rarely warm. The worst has been improved to the maximum here.

Unfortunately the renovation has made the shop very dark and unfriendly. Everything is gray on grey, long benches with stools (!!!), few more niches. No indoor area for children, you get the feeling that children are no longer welcome at McDonald's. It's a shame, we always enjoyed being here.

Ambience not inviting for my taste

In the middle of summer at >30 degrees, no ice... And that happened several times. Unfortunately not so great.

If you're lucky, you might get the "right" food...but usually something is missing or wrong, you always have to check...

Guys, since the renovation and what felt like a 50% change in personnel, there has been nothing but trouble. There's nothing going on for the kids anymore. For this purpose, the former play area was expanded to include additional seating. I've never experienced it being packed. And now to the real annoyance of why this won't happen so quickly anymore. For the third time in a row, ordered at the terminal with table service. For the third time in a row, some obvious things were missing. For the third time in a row, the waitress doesn't understand me, smiles and walks away. For the third time in a row, I go to the counter, where the remaining German employees look at each other and roll their eyes. No problem if temporary workers are used due to a lack of staff, but at least the controlling has to be right. I'll stay away for now. There's nothing left for the kids anyway.

After the renovation the thing looks great. Really very nice, modern and cozy design. Finally the children's corner is awake and so is the noise from the annoying children. I can't say much about the food. It's just MC. I have no idea why so many have such high standards. I think it's good by MC standards and the breakfast is actually very tasty.

Very clean branch! But I no longer like the atmosphere after the renovation. And the burgers seem to be getting smaller and smaller but more expensive.

Food was cold even though I was the only one standing at McDrive. I ordered extra ketchup several times and received a total of 1 pack for EVERYTHING. Service was 0 interested in anything - everyone just stood around because there was nothing to do - but still cold - despite waiting 10 minutes at the counter, it's crazy.

The branch has been renovated in recent months. The indoor play area is no longer available. A new game table and 1 memory game board are rather unattractive. The McCafe and the dispenser look like large windows (canteen level) Personally, I don't think the overall picture inside is nice. Tables far apart, lots of open space. Few colors. Entrance door is now a sliding glass door, nice for wheelchairs, but in winter or strong winds it will "draft like pike soup" I will not visit this branch again in the future.
