I like going here. The service is good, the employees are very nice and accommodating. Here I would like to praise the gentleman with the glasses and the three-day beard! The food and drinks are as you would expect from Mcdonald's, the ordering was done quickly via the terminal, and the preparation was quick and thorough. The tables appear clean and the entire restaurant is neat and tidy.

Edit: December 15th, thanks for forgetting something again and pocketing €3.69. If you don't manage to pack a simple order correctly, you wonder what they can do right. Normal McDonald's offer. Cheeseburgers are usually quite old and already have a dry circle on the entire edge. Fries are usually too salty.

I then went back on site and asked the employees to help me find it again and got an extremely loving, nice and understanding boss to help me. Guys, since the renovation and what felt like a 50% change in personnel, there has been nothing but trouble. There's nothing going on for the kids anymore. For this purpose, the former play area was expanded to include additional seating. I've never experienced it being packed. And now to the real annoyance of why this won't happen so quickly anymore. For the third time in a row, ordered at the terminal with table service. For the third time in a row, some obvious things were missing. For the third time in a row, the waitress doesn't understand me, smiles and walks away. For the third time in a row, I go to the counter, where the remaining German employees look at each other and roll their eyes. No problem if temporary workers are used due to a lack of staff, but at least the controlling has to be right. I'll stay away for now. There's nothing left for the kids anyway.

After the renovation the thing looks great. Really very nice, modern and cozy design. Finally the children's corner is awake and so is the noise from the annoying children. I can't say much about the food. It's just MC. I have no idea why so many have such high standards. I think it's good by MC standards and the breakfast is actually very tasty.

Very clean branch! But I no longer like the atmosphere after the renovation. And the burgers seem to be getting smaller and smaller but more expensive.

Food was cold even though I was the only one standing at McDrive. I ordered extra ketchup several times and received a total of 1 pack for EVERYTHING. Service was 0 interested in anything - everyone just stood around because there was nothing to do - but still cold - despite waiting 10 minutes at the counter, it's crazy.

The branch has been renovated in recent months. The indoor play area is no longer available. A new game table and 1 memory game board are rather unattractive. The McCafe and the dispenser look like large windows (canteen level) Personally, I don't think the overall picture inside is nice. Tables far apart, lots of open space. Few colors. Entrance door is now a sliding glass door, nice for wheelchairs, but in winter or strong winds it will "draft like pike soup" I will not visit this branch again in the future.

Our ice cream came with the yogurt variant and not original. Instead of 3, only 2 ice creams were brought. In the third one was simply the tropical sauce. When asked, an unfriendly “chocolate sauce” was all. Not more. According to the motto eat or... What was interesting was that new guests arrived shortly afterwards, all of whom had chocolate sauce. Even though that's all there is. Customer is king should be reconsidered here. I would also generally think it would be nice if the tables were wiped down regularly.

It's just horrible how often something is missing from the McDrive or packed incorrectly. But of course ShakyFries orders the bag + spices are not included, sometimes you can get a chilli cheese burger instead of double cheese, getting the wrong version of the McPlant is more the rule than the exception, ice cream is given out and after 2 minutes with the ice cream in the car you are still supposed to Drive to the side for another 7 minutes, I don't understand how anyone came up with the idea of ​​giving out ice beforehand. Ordered breakfast on Sunday, no extras requested. About a 25-30 minute wait and the store wasn't full.

The order was placed online and paid for online. When we picked it up it was explained that no payment had been received. Now we had to pay the bill again. The employees were friendly but, in my opinion, overwhelmed. This is the first McDonald's where online payment didn't work. It wasn't really customer service.

It's just a McDonalds, mostly clean and tidy, so it's completely fine. Many employees have been there for years, which I take as a good sign. I get wrong orders at the drive-thru maybe every 20 visits, so it's not worth mentioning.

I've been waiting for an order for 20 minutes, which isn't super complicated. But most of the staff is standing around or playing on their cell phones (hygienically really bomb!). To be honest, it's annoying. There's not much going on and as I said, it's nothing huge or dramatic. I find it very unfortunate. I used to work for the company myself and know the processes. Even with an apple turnover that needs to be freshly hung, 20 minutes can't be excused.

UPDATE TO ALL reviews. Today, August 12, 24, at 3:36 p.m., I was with my friend in the drive in this branch. Why are order requests not being implemented? She is lactose intolerant and ordered lactose-free as well. What happened on the car ride could have turned out badly. Because the iced latte wasn't lactose-free and my girlfriend felt bad as a result. Also, when I unpacked the rest of the order earlier, the burger was full of cheese (even though I ordered it without cheese). The complaints are gone. The branch appears to have just opened. Everything clean and in order. Shortly after we placed the order at the terminal, it came to the table. This was complete and all the burgers, fries, etc. were still very hot. The burgers were freshly prepared and topped with the crunchiest and freshest salad we have ever experienced at McDonalds. I first saw the "separate your garbage yourself" station in this form at a McDonalds. I find it a small effort to separate the garbage, but I'm curious to see whether and how it will be accepted. There are sufficient parking spaces available around the restaurant.

The cleanest McDonald's I know. Very friendly staff and pleasant guests. The food was excellent. Very child friendly. Finally sanitary facilities that are suitable for children! We would like to come again!

We often come here because of the children. Sure, at peak times the staff has problems getting the tables cleaned or taking away the rubbish. But otherwise it's quite pleasant here. We have known worse branches and there was almost nothing going on there. If you like something elegant, you shouldn't go to MD.

We ordered from Lieferando, but the order couldn't be delivered, even though it seemed to be only a few blocks away. A customer received his order, but delivery could not be made to the address Helbigsdorfer Weg 14. It was possible to deliver the order to Helbigsdorfer Weg 12, even though it is right next door. Therefore we give a bad rating. Lieferando should hire employees who are able to walk the last few meters.🙈🤣
