McDonald's in Dresden

So something completely different, I accidentally threw something into the trash that didn't belong there and a few hours later I remembered it. I then went back on site and asked the employees to help me find it again and got an extremely loving, nice and understanding boss to help me. I'm really grateful to her and would like to say a big compliment to you, despite the stress of that day. Just thank you 😊

Long waiting times, incorrect processing of individual orders. I waited 25 minutes for a chicken burger and 6 nuggets and then there was also a cheeseburger. Disastrous organization.

After the redesign a pleasant atmosphere. The friendliness of the staff was ok, but not great.

Since the renovation and the complete replacement of the employees, it has been nothing but a catastrophe. Waiting times beyond good and evil. There is generally something missing or there is something wrong in it and the food is rarely warm. The worst has been improved to the maximum here.

Unfortunately the renovation has made the shop very dark and unfriendly. Everything is gray on grey, long benches with stools (!!!), few more niches. No indoor area for children, you get the feeling that children are no longer welcome at McDonald's. It's a shame, we always enjoyed being here.

After the renovation, the ambience has deteriorated significantly. Sitting on the benches is less comfortable and the atmosphere is now more like a train station hall.

Guys, since the renovation and what felt like a 50% change in personnel, there has been nothing but trouble. There's nothing going on for the kids anymore. For this purpose, the former play area was expanded to include additional seating. I've never experienced it being packed. And now to the real annoyance of why this won't happen so quickly anymore. For the third time in a row, ordered at the terminal with table service. For the third time in a row, some obvious things were missing. For the third time in a row, the waitress doesn't understand me, smiles and walks away. For the third time in a row, I go to the counter, where the remaining German employees look at each other and roll their eyes. No problem if temporary workers are used due to a lack of staff, but at least the controlling has to be right. I'll stay away for now. There's nothing left for the kids anyway.

After the renovation the thing looks great. Really very nice, modern and cozy design. Finally the children's corner is awake and so is the noise from the annoying children. I can't say much about the food. It's just MC. I have no idea why so many have such high standards. I think it's good by MC standards and the breakfast is actually very tasty.

Very nice staff and quick service even with special requests

Food was cold even though I was the only one standing at McDrive. I ordered extra ketchup several times and received a total of 1 pack for EVERYTHING. Service was 0 interested in anything - everyone just stood around because there was nothing to do - but still cold - despite waiting 10 minutes at the counter, it's crazy.

Very clean branch! But I no longer like the atmosphere after the renovation. And the burgers seem to be getting smaller and smaller but more expensive.

The branch has been renovated in recent months. The indoor play area is no longer available. A new game table and 1 memory game board are rather unattractive. The McCafe and the dispenser look like large windows (canteen level) Personally, I don't think the overall picture inside is nice. Tables far apart, lots of open space. Few colors. Entrance door is now a sliding glass door, nice for wheelchairs, but in winter or strong winds it will "draft like pike soup" I will not visit this branch again in the future.

Our ice cream came with the yogurt variant and not original. Instead of 3, only 2 ice creams were brought. In the third one was simply the tropical sauce. When asked, an unfriendly “chocolate sauce” was all. Not more. According to the motto eat or... What was interesting was that new guests arrived shortly afterwards, all of whom had chocolate sauce. Even though that's all there is. Customer is king should be reconsidered here. I would also generally think it would be nice if the tables were wiped down regularly.

It's just horrible how often something is missing from the McDrive or packed incorrectly. But of course ShakyFries orders the bag + spices are not included, sometimes you can get a chilli cheese burger instead of double cheese, getting the wrong version of the McPlant is more the rule than the exception, ice cream is given out and after 2 minutes with the ice cream in the car you are still supposed to Drive to the side for another 7 minutes, I don't understand how anyone came up with the idea of ​​giving out ice beforehand. And then of course regular McFlurry instead of the frozen yogurt I ordered. It's difficult to quickly check whether everything is correct because everything is stuffed all over the place into bags that are too small, burgers on edge, apparently to be put back together again, the Filet O Fish is simply thrown into the package and the cheese It's never on the burger but always sticks to the packaging, which is somehow only the case at this McDonald's. Mayo is of course sometimes missing, you ordered a flavored cola and only got a normal one, 8 out of 10 orders are wrong regardless of whether you're the only one or there is stress (although it would still be partly understandable)

Ordered breakfast on Sunday, no extras requested. About a 25-30 minute wait and the store wasn't full.

After the renovation, the service became very negative. The staff was friendlier and the food was warmer.

Half of the order was forgotten, they brought another drink, they don't communicate, the fries are cold, no cutlery (salad).

The order was placed online and paid for online. When we picked it up it was explained that no payment had been received. Now we had to pay the bill again. The employees were friendly but, in my opinion, overwhelmed. This is the first McDonald's where online payment didn't work. It wasn't really customer service.

It's just a McDonalds, mostly clean and tidy, so it's completely fine. Many employees have been there for years, which I take as a good sign. I get wrong orders at the drive-thru maybe every 20 visits, so it's not worth mentioning.

I've been waiting for an order for 20 minutes, which isn't super complicated. But most of the staff is standing around or playing on their cell phones (hygienically really bomb!). To be honest, it's annoying. There's not much going on and as I said, it's nothing huge or dramatic. I find it very unfortunate. I used to work for the company myself and know the processes. Even with an apple turnover that needs to be freshly hung, 20 minutes can't be excused.

UPDATE TO ALL reviews. Today, August 12, 24, at 3:36 p.m., I was with my friend in the drive in this branch. Why are order requests not being implemented? She is lactose intolerant and ordered lactose-free as well. What happened on the car ride could have turned out badly. Because the iced latte wasn't lactose-free and my girlfriend felt bad as a result. Also, when I unpacked the rest of the order earlier, the burger was full of cheese (even though I ordered it without cheese). The complaints are gone. What is being done there is already BODILY INJURY!! Unfriendly staff who don't understand a word of German. Orders are given out incorrectly and when you talk to the employees they come across as stupid! I liked going there with my children because they had a nice play area, but after the renovation everything is gone, only a slide in the outside area. The service was better and friendlier. We had just ordered from Lieferando and it happened again that you forgot an ingredient even though you paid almost 5 euros for it. It was the very last time we ordered there and I would advise everyone to go there personally and check it there before If you take it with you, especially since everything is on the sheet, anyone who can read is clearly at an advantage. The branch appears to have just opened. Everything clean and in order. Shortly after we placed the order at the terminal, it came to the table. This was complete and all the burgers, fries, etc. were still very hot. The burgers were freshly prepared and topped with the crunchiest and freshest salad we have ever experienced at McDonalds. I first saw the "separate your garbage yourself" station in this form at a McDonalds. I find it a small effort to separate the garbage, but I'm curious to see whether and how it will be accepted. There are sufficient parking spaces available around the restaurant.

The cleanest McDonald's I know. Very friendly staff and pleasant guests. The food was excellent. Very child friendly. Finally sanitary facilities that are suitable for children! We would like to come again!

No longer recommended after the renovation. There is only a useless memory board mounted on the wall for children and no more play area. The food only arrives lukewarm and some spices are missing, especially in the fries, which only taste like cardboard. We often come here because of the children. Sure, at peak times the staff has problems getting the tables cleaned or taking away the rubbish. But otherwise it's quite pleasant here. We have known worse branches and there was almost nothing going on there. If you like something elegant, you shouldn't go to MD.

We ordered from Lieferando, but the order couldn't be delivered, even though it seemed to be only a few blocks away. A customer received his order, but delivery could not be made to the address Helbigsdorfer Weg 14. It was possible to deliver the order to Helbigsdorfer Weg 12, even though it is right next door. Therefore we give a bad rating. Lieferando should hire employees who are able to walk the last few meters.🙈🤣

New design, very pretty. Surprisingly, there was a lot of staff there, few guests. Unfortunately the food wasn't that great. Fries were raw inside. However, they were exchanged. The other things cold. Finally, I bought a menu on the drive and was asked about the color of the glass. When I unpacked it at home, the glass wasn't in the bag. A pity.

Ordered a menu with a drink to take away, discovered at home that the Sprite only tasted like water, unfortunately they should only be able to count 5 nuggets instead of 6 in the pack.

What a treat to spend time there with a 3 year old in terrible weather. Even though it was still breakfast time, French fries were easily made for me upon request. There are also two impeccably clean play areas in the restaurant, which are also not run of the mill. I wish I could do that more often. Thank you.

When I visited McDonald's Dresden Gompitz, the wait for food was long and the place was crowded. However, the cleanliness and the control terminals, which enable a modern ordering method, should be highlighted positively. Despite the overcrowding, cleanliness and order were maintained, which leaves a good impression.

Optics are far from the product advertised. Black patties, few, crooked and carelessly "slapped" ingredients on top..... Employees "could" be friendlier, especially since there are always good staff on site at the moment... that used to be possible with less staff in terms of quality and service technically better. No reaction, no eye contact to a thank you when handing over the goods. Service is different... There is a lot of private "chatting" between the staff when customers are waiting to be served... Professional and quality is different, especially with fast food prices...
