Unfortunately, my last visit to McDonald's was a failure. I had my baby in the car and therefore opted for the parking service. The employee didn't say a word even though I thanked her normally and wished her a Merry Christmas. In addition, my large fries were forgotten, my drink was smaller than ordered, my chicken burger had completely fallen apart and with my Mc Crispy Chicken the chicken was in the deep fryer for far too long! Very disappointed... I couldn't get my money for the fries because of my baby

There is only a small cash register for cash payments. I've been ordering via the app lately, but in principle it wasn't of any use to me because I was always ignored at the checkout for a long time. Therefore not particularly good.

Unfortunately, today I can rate the extremely poor service from this branch. We waited 5:40 to 5:55 for our order. We ordered our food in the app and paid at the restaurant. While paying we said we ordered it to take away. After 15 minutes of waiting, even though there wasn't much going on!!!!!! our food was called for direct consumption. The milkshake was already there for 5 minutes without a lid or cooling!!! The “attentive” colleagues clearly had a lot of fun together!!! (which is important and good for everyone who works) but the paying customers should not be forgotten and served incorrectly. Without apology and very unfriendly, our food was packed up after we asked (the French fries also fell down). The waitress said several times it would be stressful. 🙈 I'm sorry, but to speak of stress in a fast food restaurant with around 5-7 orders in 15 minutes is incomprehensible to me. The food was good and these people are always stressed. Thank you

Vouchers didn't work at the machine, which you had to ask for! None of the employees felt responsible for informing the guests about this, and despite there being more than enough staff, the meal took over 20 minutes! Totally ok... you just have to wait because there's a lot going on. The toilets are absolutely unhygienic. And what pisses me off the most is that you can order but there is no payment method available such as cash or with the normal account card at the apartment door.. you should change that at Lieferando!!!!

Terrible since the renovation. You can hardly find space to sit. There are too few ordering terminals, so you have to wait a long time. And unfortunately the indoor playground has been rationalized away. The outdoor playground is closed regularly. No longer child friendly. Very unfortunate.

The renovated branch retained the old toilets with their problems and offers more seats. The room where children could play was moved outside into the smoking area. Now, when the weather is good, the children are allowed to play outside and at the same time get to know smoking better, or when the weather is bad, there are no opportunities to play at all. So it's a common German concept when it comes to child employment. Furthermore, if there are a lot of guests, drive-in guests will be given priority and others are allowed to wait. The waiting time is now 30 minutes or more. The food retained its quality except for the new scrambled egg wraps. These can no longer be removed from the wrapped paper...

We went to McDonald's for dinner today. The order was served like an animal feeding, and it was expired too. That's how it tasted too. 0/10

Too modern after reopening. Food as presented on a plate, too open like in a train station hall. Most people sit on the edge because no one wants to sit in the middle. The new entrance is also rather poorly chosen. No more indoor play areas either. At least there is now more breakfast choice.

I was at McDonald’s recently – the Crispy Chicken was super tasty, nice and crispy and juicy! The Happy Meal is really great for the money, with a cool surprise included. Definitely come back!

Parking spaces are taken up by the company's own cars so that customers don't get parking spaces for ages. Friendliness was also much better and child-friendly used to be the case

Waiting time for ONE COFFEE was 20minutes, noone stay on McCafé. Absolutly nonprofessional.

Coola is just water. wrap hardly has any sauce and the type of packaging is terrible. It's completely falling apart. No thanks, I'd rather go to Peter Pan.

As a resident every now and then and especially happy to drive past. After the renovation, the branch doesn't invite you to linger and the preparation time doesn't do justice to the term "fast food". Seating uncomfortable and impersonal, stools instead of proper chairs/armchairs, branch is/seems significantly smaller, darker and therefore fuller when something is going on. There is no real waiting option if you order takeaway at the terminal. Toilet cleanliness is also poor. There is no longer a children's corner available, but "at least" a new outdoor slide has been installed. Classic case of getting worse. The branch might still be good for a cola at the drive-thru, but if you want to go out for something to eat with colleagues in the evening, it will probably be Pirna or Bannewitz in the future.

It's gotten very bad since it reopened! And what the hell is going on with the employees. Simply unfriendly!

I just waited 20 minutes for my 2 wraps and then I open the package and the thing is not edible because it just sticks to the packaging. Nobody will give me back the 10€ and the 20 minutes

Even after renovation - long waiting times, burgers sometimes thrown together inedible. Attention - the delivery service drives against all the rules of the StVO, sometimes twice as fast in urban areas + danger! We've noticed this several times since we live in the area. That doesn't work at all!!

Since it was newly renovated, the waiting time has been longer, on average 30 minutes to 1 hour. They are overwhelmed, that's it for Germany

No more indoor play world! It was always a good change for the children. Waiting time was 25 minutes. Next time to Bannewitz. It's the same owner.

The hygienic conditions in this McDonald's branch are an absolute disgrace. If the toilets look like that, I don't want to know what's going on in the kitchen. In addition, all terminals were out of service and there were already over 20 people in line. We are definitely eating somewhere else now.

Since the renovation, the waiting time for food is even longer than before. You can see the employees standing there in a group of 5 and one of them handing out the tablets. You get food lukewarm almost cold and half of it is missing when you order. No attention is paid to extras. With coffee (latte) it has been passed past the milk so that the coffee is still almost black. Staff very unfriendly!!! If you were already renovating, you could have replaced the sanitary facilities. I have to say it's very disappointing because it's better in the city center even when the restaurant is full. Two stars and even that is generous.

After renovation, very uncomfortable and tasteless

The nice lady, Ms. Dany, was very helpful at the terminal and also with the service afterwards. That's how it has to be! Perfectly happy 👌

As a group we were at the family celebration for the reopening. A lot has actually been changed and the interiors are more spacious and better suited to getting around. There are now more terminals to order from. The employees were always super friendly and helpful despite the huge rush and the associated stress. I would definitely like to give special praise to an employee named Olivia. I think if the team continues to work so well, I'll continue to be a regular guest and come much more often now. Thanks :)

We ordered 2 p.m. It's a 10 minute walk from the store to us. We've been waiting for almost 2 hours now and it's still there for 20-30 minutes... Really a bit crazy

Newly renovated, but somehow impersonal. That's my personal opinion, but I don't find the renovation after 5 years that convincing. However, it's all a matter of taste.

Modernly furnished and clean. Always receive friendly service. September 2024, reopening. Everything is newly made, a matter of taste. There is less space in there now. The food is typical MC. Children like it.

Do you still deliver? Mc Donalds is permanently shown as closed on Lieferando. You can rarely see that you can order, but after a few minutes it closes again so you don't get to order at all. Iced coffee is only 250ml the rest is filled with 250ml ice cubes and lots of cream. so that it looks like the iced coffee is completely full.

The food itself was okay. I've eaten better from McDonald's before, but it was okay. The service was also relatively nice. Some more, some less. However, as we ate we noticed how dirty the restaurant was. Normally I would put it down to the time period as it was between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. But upon closer inspection, it looked more like the cleaning was done by sweeping all the dirt, under all the seats and around the edges. Our table was also completely full of crumbs and grease stains, but almost all the other seats were full. The door to the outside area was extremely dirty at the bottom, which came from the guests' shoes, but to us it didn't look like this dirt was just from today. When we got our food and I wanted to drink my drink, I noticed that there was a reddish liquid on the cup, but unfortunately it was difficult to get off.

I was here last night and I really loved it! Despite the late hour, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the short waiting time. Using the coupons was a breeze and even saved me quite a bit. The order was exactly as I expected: fresh, hot and tasty. A big compliment to the friendly and efficient team, who were still highly motivated even at a late hour. I'll definitely be back - thanks for the great service!

Something is constantly forgotten when ordering take away. You really have to check the orders - today we didn't do it and something was missing again. As often as you read something similar here, it can only be a scam. Sad!

As I said, it wasn't there often because I always ordered from Heidenau. They haven't delivered strange white ones to Heidenau for what feels like a year now. I've been very disappointed because there's already so little in Heidenau and then they only deliver in Dresden, which is really a disgrace.

Almost every take-away order is missing something, today again... however you can forget the main product of the order... but the main thing is that an excessive number of napkins were packed in. It's a shame when I pay for something and when I get home I realize that something is missing again. I will probably always check straight away whether everything is there...

Just typical McDonalds. Food neither good nor bad. We only go there in “emergencies”. Location & ambience otherwise fine.

It's McDonald's when it comes to food. There are STILL real spoons for coffee, which is perfect. I don't have trash cans for diapers in the toilets. It's nice that there's a wicket table, but trash cans are pointless.

The “I regret it” day after. Had a cheat day so went to Mecces. Almost 20 hours later, stomach pain with nausea, burps that, according to my friend, smell like farts (more like rotten eggs) and fast Otto. I'm feeling bad and so I'm off to the job tomorrow that I've only had for a week. Of course you can't prove it, but it's a reasonable guess. I think the milkshake. In addition, the coupons from my cell phone didn't work either at the machine or at the checkout and I had to do everything individually and order them on my cell phone even though I was there. But a lady helped. The other person didn't know how to say hello or goodbye. I hope I get through it.

This restaurant is close to my home, which is why I like to go there for ice cream. Today I was hungry for something more and ordered two cheeseburgers. Apart from the fact that the prices are already quite expensive, this is the crowning glory. The way I get the burgers I would like to drive back and slap the burgers on the counter and demand my money back! A bottomless impudence! At the first drive-in there is an employee who is super nice and easy to talk to. When you drive to the next one you hear loud blasphemies about her: “Is she talking to customers again… my God”. Sorry for my choice of words, but at least she does her job properly and doesn't forget half of it! I ordered sweet and sour and mayo with my fries and nuggets (mayo was the only thing that was right) and got sour cream twice, which I don't eat and can therefore eat almost everything without sauce!? Thank you! I hope in the future that you can get decent burgers, that the order is prepared and packaged the way you order it, and that you no longer have to hear people gossiping about the nice staff! impertinence.

A great place to go when you're a little hungry. The Easy Order Terminals give you a large visual selection of the different offers and you can make many adjustments. It's a shame that there are no gluten-free options yet. The employees are all very friendly.

Apparently they don't take their own quality standards very seriously. On the packaging of the apple bag, the label said OK until 8:20 p.m., I ordered (May 4, 2024) 8:58 p.m. and received it. Employees seem to prefer to pocket the glow-in-the-dark glasses privately rather than handing them out to customers. It said not available on the order terminal. It's just stupid that when you walk past the first McDrive counter you see 3 glasses standing there. When the employees were asked about it, a glass was given out grumpily and the other glasses quickly disappeared from the scene

There are no culinary highlights to be expected here, but kids love it.

This is the only McDonald's I've been to where the McSunday sundae is only half full. When we asked whether something could be refilled, we were promptly answered that it would be weighed and that was the case. It's just strange that at other McDonald's it's also possible for the cup to be full and without asking.

Very nice staff, there is a very large selection of breakfast dishes which are very tasty, it is very quiet with few guests in the morning. 5/5 stars, I would love to eat here again!. 😁

Well, what can you say, McDonald's. Ordered double cheeseburger and got something. But you probably can't expect much more here. Demand a lot of money and nothing more on the burgers.

I bought 20 chicken nuggets and distorted them on the spot, got them cold and they tasted old. And it was hard to find a table that was sour.

Eating is just McDonald's, but cleaning the tables and benches every now and then would be nice.

Unfortunately it has nothing to do with fast food anymore. You wait ages for your food. It's dirty and very often half of it doesn't exist.

Very friendly staff and great service

Although this is the second time we've been there in a short time to place an order, whether it's citizens or ice cream, we're very disappointed. Either the machines don't work and we lose our coupons or the order we wanted doesn't exist and now for the 2nd time in a row, we will no longer be a customer at this restaurant.

Almost all seats are dirty and are hardly kept clean. After I asked if I could please clean it, they reluctantly wiped it wet and asked again politely to wipe it dry. It should actually go without saying.

Positive: it's relatively quick Negative: the “restaurant” was very unclean. Not an isolated case. Exactly the same on McDrive. Items that had already been ordered/paid for were not packed several times. No chicken nuggets in the Happy Meal today but spicy cheese nuggets with chilli. It's getting worse and worse.
