If you like finding hair in your burger, this is the place for you 👌 There was no apology from the staff either… they just brought a new burger without a word, which of course I couldn't eat because of the experience!

Incredibly unfriendly staff. The drive-thru and restaurant were packed. After a long wait, and just wanting to get an ice cream for my child, the server said: "I don't have time for that right now, you can see what's going on here." 😡 Never again!

It's just so annoying that you have to check every order. Something's always missing, sauces are wrong, or drinks are the wrong size. Today, there was an incredibly long wait, the same problem, and on top of that, the fries were cold and dry.

The food was so unbelievably bad. The medium fries were probably cut more in the middle, and even then they would have been better seasoned. The McCrispy especially made me regret my decision to eat here. The presentation was awful, everything was all over the place. On top of that, it was disgustingly lukewarm, and the bottom sandwich was rock hard for some reason. It tasted mediocre, too, and "crispy" is only noticeable if you have the imagination for it. I'd rather go to the nearest Aldi and buy a microwave burger. At least then you don't have to hand over half your inheritance.

Can't complain. Not crowded at all, friendly staff, and delicious food.

The food was great, but it wasn't the first time something was missing, and the worst part is that you pay extra for the Friends offer and don't get the figurines, which is really annoying. You can't trust that everything is in there, so be careful, check immediately.

I was just at MC Drive. Unfortunately, I didn't understand the lady at the drive-thru and wanted to go ahead. She then told me very rudely that I had only driven ahead because of the rain, which I denied, and again said I hadn't understood her at the column. She replied that she had spoken loudly and clearly, which couldn't be right. I then drove over because customers aren't welcome there.

Unfortunately, they ALWAYS forget to pack something at the drive-thru. That's so annoying, folks. This time, the Happy Meal was missing both the nuggets AND the fries. It's truly incomprehensible how anyone could screw something like that up :-(

I want the 90s McDonald's back.

It happens to me repeatedly at this store that something is missing from my order. It's annoying when you only notice it when you get home.

The burger was cold, there was too much sauce on it, so much that the whole thing was drowned out by the taste. The fries were limp and a taste disaster.

Willy Dany is when the Indian employee who packs the orders for the drive-up notices that they have probably expired and simply removes and throws away the hold time labels in front of the guests at the checkout window.

Excellent experience in terms of food and service, but the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom is terrible. The paper tears, and it's a disastrous experience. The hand dryer is also very inefficient, as you have to wait in line for people to dry their hands. Many leave the restroom with wet hands. That's the only thing they should change. I always go there, and it's unpleasant to have that inconvenience in the restroom.

I think this is the best McDonald's In Dresden 👌

Unfortunately, there's always something wrong with this McVitie's. Wrong burger, missing burger, missing toys, etc. I've never had everything complete or the right things at the drive-thru in about two years. Today, I was once again stumped by the fact that a burger was completely missing, and the Big Tasty, which was supposed to come with double the meat, double the sauce, and double the cheese, ended up being a Big Tasty with one slice of meat, no lettuce, and no tomato. That's really not acceptable, or at most, should only happen as an exception, but that's really the rule for our McVitie's drive-thru orders.

So the quality and cleanliness have unfortunately only declined over the years. It was good in the 90s, but now it's just dirty.

We were driving home on Sunday morning, and since this McDonald's was supposed to be open until 1:00 a.m., we promptly headed to the drive-thru at 12:57 a.m. And sure enough, we were able to order a cheeseburger and chicken nuggets without any problems, freshly prepared, and the staff were still friendly and accommodating! TOP!

So, my best friend and I ate here today, and the employee who brought our food was a real sweetheart. He had curly hair and tattoos on his arm, wished us bon appetit and everything. The ink was also nicely wiped off. (I could rest my new book on it without worry, hehe.) The food was super delicious and still warm, and the fries were perfectly salted. I also had a really cute Kuromi figure in my happy meal, which I was really happy about. The gossip from the next table was also really good. So, all in all, I can definitely recommend this place.

Full of flies, a terrible tragedy, it's even unpleasant to eat

Hello, Unfortunately, there's no option for 0 stars, so I'm giving it 1. The staff seemed very incompetent when multiple orders came in, and I suffered as a result. My favorite burger was forgotten, and so I paid over €12 for soggy fries and potato wedges. It would be nice if trained staff worked at this restaurant. Regards

Ordered 20 nuggets, got 17… Great when the staff can't count these days. You won't miscount on the bill.

Huge problem, hundreds of them fly all over the restaurant, you get really infested while eating

The Coke was stale and had no carbonation, and the fries were cold and dry, they were already old. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. From now on, we'll check immediately.

I've never seen so many flies in a restaurant. It's incredible that a multimillion-dollar company can't install machines to deal with the obvious infestation they have there.

McDonald's is an American fast-food restaurant chain specializing in hot sandwiches called burgers. This McDonald's was recently remodeled and features a modern and simple interior. My experience was on Sunday, August 3, 2025. The McDonald's was extremely busy. I initially shared a table, but this wasn't a problem for me. The restaurant is not hygienically sound. I've experienced much worse fast-food restaurants. The trays were emptied regularly, despite the high volume of traffic. The restrooms were clean, and toilet paper was available. I ordered a Happy Meal, a double cheeseburger, and later a McSundae. The food arrived quickly, except for the McSundae. Unfortunately, my ice cream was forgotten. After half an hour, I went to the counter and asked. An employee was very understanding and gave me a McFlurry, which was larger. A customer-oriented solution, that's what I commend the McDonald's team in this branch for.

I ordered and PAID for a cheeseburger and two double chili cheeseburgers at the drive-thru - I received (after a 10-minute wait) two double cheeseburgers and one regular cheeseburger. You don't get a receipt anymore, the prices are getting more and more outrageous, and the service is plummeting. You're fed up with that... I could get back in the car and complain, but I'm just wasting the gas and time... It's nice that you could pocket an extra 20 cents, you vultures. I know why I've been going there less and less in recent years. 2-3 times a year for the double chili cheese, but if you can't even tell a jalapeño from a cucumber anymore, then I'm out!

McDonald's on Michaelisstrasse in Nickern has been newly renovated, and I think it's nice and stylish. But today, and not for the first time, the cheeseburgers are almost cold, never really warm. I usually go back. I don't understand why they're always only slightly warm.

For the third time, I've returned home from ordering food and discovered that a burger was missing. Is it really too much to ask that employees check the order before serving it to the customer?

The children's play area was the worst I've ever seen at Mecces. It was very crowded, so the wait was long.

Disgustingly cold food and rude staff. I asked the short, blonde woman to swap my cold fries, but she just gave me a dirty look. The fat woman with glasses even yelled at me. Never again.

So if you order there these days, it takes over an hour. After 20 minutes, the stated delivery time increases instead of decreasing, which takes even longer. Waiting over an hour for a fast food restaurant, and I ordered three burgers, is ridiculous.

After the renovation, it's not so nice anymore. Far too dark, and ordering is only possible via self-entering on the device in the store.

Clean seating area and fresh dishes at 11am. You can still work on friendliness.

The burgers were just thrown together (without any love), the fries were cold and unsalted, and the cole was without ice or carbonation. Truly inedible.

The service in this McDonalds was fine, but it was super crowded. I didn't like french fries and cheeseburger so much. It was just not delicious. Maybe it wasn't fresh, idk.

Judging by some of the negative reviews, you probably haven't been to a McDonald's in the Czech Republic. Here, the food was brought to our table quickly, the burger portions were twice the size compared to the Czech Republic (a big shame!!), and fortunately, the drinks were served without ice – and they were nicely cold on their own. The food didn’t upset our stomachs. Burger Big tasty Bacon BBQ and burger Der M. We had the large menu.

Good service and tasty snacks for a break. The restrooms could be cleaner, but maybe it was just an unfortunate moment.

Relatively fast and the quality is better than other McDonald's.

Whenever I'm in a pinch (which seems to be happening quite often lately), McDonald's is there for me and treats me to delicious food. 👍 👍 👍 One small criticism: I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the Double Big Mac -> I was shocked when I opened the box – it's actually quite small in diameter. 👎

You've once again put the dumbest employee you could find at the McD's Drive-In. Why do you have the Chicken Big Mac with the Dresden For Friends card one week, and then the next week it's gone? Do you only employ amateurs who are too dumb even to work at McD's?

My review isn't about prices that are beyond good and evil, or quality; I'd like to evaluate the service today. We arrived at around 11:30 a.m. The playhouse was still locked. So I asked the next employee why that was. Honest answer, I assume. The evening shift lost the key. After 5 minutes, the employee in question reappeared with the key. The place was unlocked, and the children were able to run around. At least he made an effort to solve the problem, which made us happy. Unfortunately, the economic aspect of restaurants has taken center stage these days. Service is increasingly taking a back seat at all fast-food chains, and the motto is quantity over quality...

According to the notice on site, it's already closing at 11:00 p.m., and it's closed from 10:50 p.m. According to the employees, this was on the orders of the manager. We then went to Pirna with other customers, where the same tragedy occurred.

It's well located, accessible by bus and private car. Good service. Pleasant, spacious atmosphere. The food is fresh.

A typical McDonald's, which has had a nice atmosphere since the remodel. Unfortunately, the service staff has nothing better to do than make fun of customers or chat instead of processing orders. After we stood in line for over 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers and two chicken burgers, they made fun of us for talking among ourselves (privately) and saying that it was taking a long time... This then led to gossip at the counter. When we confronted the colleague, we only received stupid replies. Last time at McDonald's...

I ordered via app and then picked it up at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that my Chicken Big Mac actually only had one chicken patty... Pretty stupid! I can't even check the burgers to see if they're all cooked. What a pity!

I am really disappointed that the food all tastes the same, the only thing that tastes good about the burger is the salad and the sauce, so for me never again will I go to McDonald's, I would rather go to Burger King, where you can at least taste the meat.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time! Bad service. We waited 20 minutes, and customers who ordered after me were all served first. The Coke tasted weak and not sweet. The fries were unsalted. The burger was thrown carelessly into the package, and I had to sort of piece it together before I could eat it. The taste was okay. They didn't offer two glasses for the meals either, as they apparently didn't have any left. We've been to many McDonald's branches, but Dresden-Nickern was the last time. Sorry, very disappointing.

Unfortunately the staff is absolutely overwhelmed. I had to wait 15 minutes for 2 ice creams. You are ignored at the cash register because you are supposed to order at the terminal.

The contents of my order were forgotten and since I had to move on quickly, I only noticed it later... So I find that a bit concerning.

So, I tend to “treat” myself to McDonalds at longer intervals. But no matter when I get there and order via drive-thru, one thing remains the same. There's at least one thing missing. Sometimes it's a burger, sometimes it's fries or nuggets. Today this happened to me for the fourth time. You might start to think that the whole thing has a system.

I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. And that's why I missed my cinema film, which cost €20.

I ordered a chili cheese burger at McDrive. I received this puny little burger. In my search for the creamy chili cheese sauce and jalapeños, I went to the counter. When I asked if this was really a chili cheese burger, I was told "yes, it is a McDouble chili cheese burger". My answer, "What's so double about that?" After he searched the burger with his finger and showed me that he meant the meat (2 thin slices). We then found the 3 slices of jalapeños. I lost my appetite at the sight of the burger. And that for €3.69??? That's really weak! Unfortunately, what the burger looked like was also how it tasted. 3 bites and the rest went into the bin! I put a photo of my burger in 1st place and a comparison photo from McDonald's in 2nd place.

You know what you eat, but there are still things you should mention. First of all: The staff is very friendly and even follows up if there is a mistake. They come to the place and ask if everything is okay. Just like in a restaurant. About the business itself: I don't need any frills, I want fast food with children in mind. The 90s/2000s when McDonald's was still a children's favorite. We felt comfortable there. Touch displays where everyone chisels away at them and then says they are hygienically fresh. If you order at the checkout, promotions cannot be implemented because the system no longer works. Mini stool for sitting and Paintings on the wall should give a high-quality impression. Cardboard straws that dissolve, ice cream that tastes like a wooden spoon - disgusting. It is no longer an overpriced money printing machine. The saying “I love it” is now expanded to “I don’t love it anymore.”

Seems clean and well maintained. With the new self-service machines. Well solved. Otherwise the well-known fast food. Only use the coupons yourself, as the prices are quite expensive.

It's a shame that all the children's playgrounds at MC Donald are kept small. There used to be more for children! Today it's just a matter of coming in, eating and leaving...

McDonald's keeps up the good work 👍🏻 Quality food, frequent promotions, cleanliness and order, places for children to have fun, tables inside and outside. We often come with our family to have a snack, we happily use discount coupons, we love Happy Meal. 😁👍🏻

15 min wait for a burger...quick restaurant....

The food is delicious. The staff only knows German.

It's generally a very nice house and a nice team. However, things tend to be forgotten late at night. A citizen or nuggets. If you pick it up and trust it, it is of course no longer possible to revise it at home.

Yes and no, I've been a guest for years but over time it got worse from time to time. Today we just wanted to eat ice cream and what can I say, I'm disappointed. The unfriendly table service doesn't even say a simple hello and looks at you grimly. We ordered 3 mc Flurry with our meal. All the sauce was on the bottom then the ice cream on top and topping on top which unfortunately tasted a bit old. When you stir you start to mess around because the spoons are too small for stirring and you tend to say you're full. And finally, it is and remains a restaurant, what are dogs doing in there?

Very relaxed here, very clean, quick preparation and above all it tastes good here.

So I don't want to deny that I'm not the biggest fan of the Golden Seagull restaurant. However, what I recently experienced there makes me massively critical of the "food". I recently tried the new potato chips. Unfortunately, these were neither fried twice nor seasoned. They were hard on the edges and full of fat in the middle, with no trace of salt or other spices. I would like this to be taken to heart and to be paid more attention to in the future, if you can talk about passing on good food to customers. It would also be nice if the cola cups were closed properly and the lid didn't fall off as soon as you pick it up. ;) Kind regards

There is only a small cash register for cash payments. I've been ordering via the app lately, but in principle it wasn't of any use to me because I was always ignored at the checkout for a long time. I was the first at the MC Drive counter recently. Nevertheless, I waited almost ten minutes for a single Royal TS. Therefore not particularly good and the last time. I know the people at MCD don't care, but if enough customers have the same experience and go somewhere else then they probably will.

This is now the third time something has been forgotten when ordering from McDrive. Either it's a burger, the sauces or today the fries.

Ordered at 3:47 p.m. Table service. Received at 4:08 p.m. Just think for yourself whether that's enough for you.

The renovated branch retained the old toilets with their problems and offers more seats. The room where children could play was moved outside into the smoking area. Now, when the weather is good, the children are allowed to play outside and at the same time get to know smoking better, or when the weather is bad, there are no opportunities to play at all. So it's a common German concept when it comes to child employment. Furthermore, if there are a lot of guests, drive-in guests will be given priority and others are allowed to wait. The waiting time is now 30 minutes or more. The food retained its quality except for the new scrambled egg wraps. These can no longer be removed from the wrapped paper. At peak times, castles look very strange. Cheese sticks to the box, salad in the box, burger buns are also partly separated next to it... Now typical German quality.

Good, just slowly becoming unaffordable

Unfortunately, the last “visit” was absolutely disappointing. At first the order couldn't be processed via the app and in the end three products were missing for just under 12 euros. Unfortunately, we only discovered this at home.

I "dared" for 10 minutes to ask whether it was normal that you didn't get 2 normal coffees after 10 minutes (I don't understand that as fast food service)... the waitress explained to me snidely that everything was being processed gradually -> the only thing that was strange was that there were already order numbers that were 5 numbers above me, have received the order 🤷‍♂️ That's not how you treat customers 😕

Ordered via Lieferando, order was placed at 9 p.m., the store advertises a delivery time of 20-45 minutes. Order will be canceled without giving reasons. Probably because the store closes at 10 p.m. I understand if you can't complete orders due to a high workload, then the order might either not be accepted or at least a personal call would be nice... unfortunately that's not possible... actually 0 stars.

Great redesigned McDonald's. Unfortunately, despite the special request, the burger was almost cold. The way it looked in the packaging quickly gives the impression that the additional ingredients were added later.

Unfortunately, my last visit to McDonald's was a failure. I had my baby in the car and therefore opted for the parking service. The employee didn't say a word even though I thanked her normally and wished her a Merry Christmas. In addition, my large fries were forgotten, my drink was smaller than ordered, my chicken burger had completely fallen apart and with my Mc Crispy Chicken the chicken was in the deep fryer for far too long! Very disappointed... I couldn't get my money for the fries because of my baby

Unfortunately, today I can rate the extremely poor service from this branch. We waited 5:40 to 5:55 for our order. We ordered our food in the app and paid at the restaurant. While paying we said we ordered it to take away. After 15 minutes of waiting, even though there wasn't much going on!!!!!! our food was called for direct consumption. The milkshake was already there for 5 minutes without a lid or cooling!!! The “attentive” colleagues clearly had a lot of fun together!!! (which is important and good for everyone who works) but the paying customers should not be forgotten and served incorrectly. Without apology and very unfriendly, our food was packed up after we asked (the French fries also fell down). The waitress said several times it would be stressful. 🙈 I'm sorry, but to speak of stress in a fast food restaurant with around 5-7 orders in 15 minutes is incomprehensible to me. The food was good and these people are always stressed. Thank you
